Abstract

To reduce the cost of inferring the cause of a problem.SOLUTION: An information processing system 100 of the present disclosure realizes a function indicated by a context filtering model 101 and a function indicated by a reply model 102. In response to a query 103 indicating a problem and document information 104 including information on a causal relationship between the problem and the cause, the information processing system 100 selects a context 105 related to the problem from the document information 104 based on the function indicated by the context filtering model 101. The information processing system 100 specifies the cause of the problem based on the function indicated by the reply model 102 in response to the query 103 indicating the problem and the context 105 related to the problem.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
