Concrete vibrator

Abstract

To provide a concrete vibrator capable of efficiently compacting cast concrete and enabling proper quality control.SOLUTION: A concrete vibrator according to the present disclosure comprises: a rod-shaped vibrating body including a vibration source inside; a hose connected to a base end side of the vibrating body; and a control device configured to detect the presence of cast concrete using sensors and to control the power supply to the vibration source. The sensor includes: a first sensor which has a first electrode positioned at a distal end side of the vibrating body, and detects the start of insertion of the vibrating body into the cast concrete; and a second sensor which has a second electrode positioned on the base end side of the vibrating body compared to the first electrode, and detects the vibrating body having been inserted into the cast concrete to a predetermined depth.
