Abstract

To facilitate condition adjustment for manufacturing a molded product by molding processing or quality determination of a molded product.SOLUTION: A method has: a first dimension reducing step of extracting a plurality of feature amounts related to product quality from reference data for each of the reference data measured by a measuring instrument during molding processing of a plurality of good products, and reducing dimensions of the feature amounts; a determination step of determining a vector of gravity centers of a plurality of vectors including a plurality of component elements obtained by the reduction; a second dimension reducing step of extracting a plurality of feature amounts related to product quality from target data for each of the target data measured by the measuring instrument during the molding processing of the molded product of a condition adjustment target, and reducing dimensions of the feature amounts; and an objective function output step of outputting a value of an objective function for performing condition adjustment of molding processing using a vector including a plurality of component elements obtained by the step and the vector of the gravity centers, or a value of an objective function for determining quality of the molded product.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
