Description

[Technical field]

[0001] The present invention relates to a container. [Background technology]

[0002] For example, Patent Document 1 and Patent Document 2 disclose technologies relating to a liquid storage container that can pour out a liquid by breaking a pouring starting point of a seal by pressing with a finger. Patent Document 1 discloses a liquid storage container that has a container body with a recess and a flange, and a lid that covers the opening of the recess, in which a circumferential seal is formed on the flange, and a pouring starting point that can be peeled off by pressing the container body with a finger and can pour out is formed on a part of the seal. Patent Document 2 further discloses a liquid storage container in which a protrusion is formed on the bottom surface of the container body as a pressing auxiliary part. [0003] [Patent Document 1] JP 2017-65742 A [Patent Document 2] JP 2017-65744 A Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]

[0004] In the containers described in Patent Documents 1 and 2, it is desirable to reduce the rigidity of the container body so that it can be easily crushed. To achieve this, methods such as using a soft resin sheet or thinning the resin sheet are used. However, as a result of this, when the recess of the container body is crushed from the outside and the pressure in the internal space of the recess increases, warping may occur in the flange portion that is originally parallel to the bottom surface of the container body. If warping occurs in the flange portion, it becomes difficult to apply force in the direction in which the container body and the lid material are peeled off, so that the contents may not be extracted from the intended position or it may be difficult to pour out by pressing.

[0005] The same problem exists with steam-passing containers that exhaust steam generated by heating the contents from a specified steam passage part. For example, if the resin sheet is made thin to reduce the amount of material used, when steam is generated from the contents and the pressure in the internal space increases, the flange part may warp, and the steam may not be exhausted from the intended position or the container may be deformed unintendedly.

[0006] Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a container that allows destruction of the bonded area due to pressure in the internal space to occur at a desired position by controlling warping of the flange portion. [Means for solving the problem]

Effect of the Invention

[0008] According to the above configuration, since the flange portion is less likely to warp in the first section, the bonding area is more likely to be destroyed by the pressure in the internal space. Therefore, the destruction of the bonding area by the pressure in the internal space can occur at the intended position. [Brief description of the drawings]

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

[0010] Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. In this specification and the drawings, components having substantially the same functional configurations are designated by the same reference numerals, and redundant explanations will be omitted.

[0011] (First embodiment) FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a container according to a first embodiment of the present invention. As shown in the figure, the container 100 includes a container body 110 and a lid body 130. The container body 110 includes a cup-shaped recess 111 and a flange portion 112 extending from the periphery of the recess 111. The lid body 130 is a film-like member that covers the opening of the recess 111, and is joined to the container body 110 by heat sealing, ultrasonic sealing, or the like at a joining region 140 formed in the flange portion 112 along the periphery of the recess 111, thereby forming an internal space SP between the recess 111 and the lid body 130. In this embodiment, in a section S1 that corresponds to one corner of the rectangular planar shape of the flange portion 112, the joining region 140 is located on the inner side in the width direction of the flange portion 112 compared to the other section S2. In this specification, the sections S1 and S2 refer to the first section and the second section in the circumferential direction of the flange portion 112.

[0012] The container body 110 is, for example, a single-layer sheet or a multi-layer laminate formed of a resin composition, which is formed into a shape including a recess 111 and a flange portion 112 by vacuum forming, pressure forming, or the like. Specifically, for example, the container body 110 may be a laminate including a base layer formed of a resin composition including at least one of a group consisting of an olefin resin, a polystyrene resin, and a polyester resin, and a surface layer formed of an olefin resin, which is formed into a shape including the recess 111 and the flange portion 112 by vacuum forming, pressure forming, or the like. In this case, the base layer of the laminate is formed of a resin including at least one of a group consisting of an olefin resin, a polystyrene resin, and a polyester resin. Examples of the olefin resin include polypropylene and polyethylene. Examples of the polyester resin include polyethylene terephthalate (PET). For example, the rigidity is different between the base layer and the undersurface layer. Inorganic fillers such as talc may be added to the base layer to improve the rigidity. The base material layer is located on the outer side of the container body 110, and exhibits the rigidity required to maintain the shape of the container body 110. The base material layer may include, for example, a plurality of layers having different rigidities.

[0013] On the other hand, the surface layer of the laminate forming the container body 110 is formed of a resin composition containing at least one of the group consisting of olefin-based resin, polystyrene-based resin, and polyester-based resin. Specifically, for example, the surface layer is formed of a resin composition obtained by blending at least one of ethylene-acrylic acid ester-maleic anhydride copolymer or styrene-grafted propylene resin with polypropylene-based resin. In this case, the ethylene-acrylic acid ester-maleic anhydride copolymer or styrene-grafted propylene resin may be added in an amount of preferably 10 to 50 parts by mass, particularly preferably 15 to 40 parts by mass, per 100 parts by mass of polypropylene-based resin. The surface layer is located on the inside of the container body 110, i.e., on the side facing the internal space SP, and faces the joining region 140 formed in the flange portion 112.

[0014] Although the planar shape of the container body 110 is illustrated as a rectangle, it may be another shape such as a circle. In other embodiments, the laminate forming the container body 110 may include additional layers such as an adhesive layer or a gas barrier layer.

[0015] The lid 130 is formed of a single-layer or multi-layer film formed of, for example, a resin composition. Specifically, for example, the lid 130 may be formed of a film-like laminate including an outer layer formed of a polyethylene terephthalate (PET) film or a biaxially oriented nylon film (O-Ny), etc., and a seal layer formed of a resin composition such as random polypropylene (RPP), block polypropylene (BPP), linear low density polyethylene (LLDPE), or polyethylene. In another example, the lid may be a molded body similar to the container body 110, rather than a film. For example, the lid 130 is made of a film-like laminate including an outer layer and a seal layer. The outer layer is located on the front side of the lid, i.e., the side that does not face the container body, and exhibits flexibility and tensile strength required for the lid. The seal layer is located on the back side of the lid 130, i.e., the side facing the container body 110, and faces the joining region 140 formed in the flange portion 112. In another embodiment, the laminate forming the lid 130 may also include an additional layer.

[0016] 2A and 2B are cross-sectional views taken along lines IIA-IIA and IIB-IIB of the container shown in FIG. 1. These cross-sectional views show the force F that acts to lift the lid 130 when the pressure in the internal space SP of the container 100 increases. As described above, in the section S1 shown in FIG. 2A, the bonding region 140 is located on the inner side in the width direction of the flange portion 112, that is, near the periphery of the recess 111. On the other hand, in the section S2 shown in FIG. 2B, the bonding region 140 is located on the outer side in the width direction of the flange portion 112, that is, far from the periphery of the recess 111.

[0017] 2A and 2B show a force point P1 (the inner edge of the joint area 140 on which the force F acts), a fulcrum P2 (a convex corner at the boundary between the inner side of the recess 111 and the flange 112), and an action point P3 (a concave corner at the boundary between the outer side of the recess 111 and the flange 112) when the cross section of the flange 112 is considered as a lever. The positions of the fulcrum P2 and the action point P3 are the same in the section S1 and the section S2, but the position of the force point P1 is different. As shown in FIG. 2A, in the section S1, the joint area 140 is located near the periphery of the recess 111, so the distance from the force point P1 to the fulcrum P2 and the action point P3 is short. On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 2B, in the section S2, the joint area 140 is located far from the periphery of the recess 111, so the distance from the force point P1 to the fulcrum P2 and the action point P3 is long.

[0018] 3A and 3B are diagrams for explaining the action of pressure in the cross sections of FIGS. 2A and 2B. As described above, in the section S1 shown in FIG. 3A, the distance from the force point P1 to the fulcrum P2 is short, so the moment generated at the action point P3 is small and the flange portion 112 is unlikely to warp. As a result of the flange portion 112 being unlikely to deform, in the section S1, the force F acts to peel the lid body 130 off the flange portion 112 and destroy the joint area 140. Therefore, in the section S1, when the pressure in the internal space SP increases, the joint area 140 is destroyed, opening the gap between the container body 110 and the lid body 130, and the internal space SP is connected to the external space, making it possible to pour out the contents and exhaust steam.

[0019] 3B, the distance from the force point P1 to the fulcrum P2 is long, so the moment generated at the action point P3 is large, and the flange portion 112 is likely to warp, that is, to be deformed so that the flange portion 112 is lifted upward together with the lid body 130. In the section S2, the flange portion 112 is deformed and lifted upward together with the lid body 130, so that the force F does not act to peel the lid body 130 off the flange portion 112. Therefore, in the section S1, the bonding region 140 is unlikely to be destroyed even if the pressure in the internal space SP increases.

[0020] In this embodiment, the warpage deformation angle of the flange portion 112 in the circumferential section S1 of the flange portion 112 to which the force F is applied is set to -140° or more and +140° or less, preferably -110° or more and +110° or less, so that the destruction of the joint region 140 due to the pressure of the internal space SP can occur at the intended position (section S1). This makes it possible to pour out the contents and discharge steam at the intended position on the flange portion 112 in the container 100. In order to obtain such an effect, as shown in the examples described later, it is preferable to set the dimensions and material strength of the container body 110, the distance from the periphery of the recess 111 to the joint region 140, and the shape of section S1 so that the warpage angle of the flange portion 112 against the pressure of the internal space SP in section S1 is -140° or more, preferably -110° or more, relative to the state before pressure is applied. Similarly, it is preferable to set the dimensions and material strength of the container body 110, the distance from the periphery of the recess 111 to the bonding region 140, and the shape of the section S1 so that the angle at which the flange portion 112 can be warped against the pressure of the internal space SP is +140° or less, preferably +110° or less, in section S1, relative to the state before pressure is applied. The angle at which the flange portion 112 can be warped against the pressure of the internal space SP is more preferably -90° or more, even more preferably -70° or more, even more preferably -50° or more, and particularly preferably -30° or more. The angle at which the flange portion 112 can be warped against the pressure of the internal space SP is more preferably 90° or less, even more preferably 70° or less, even more preferably 50° or less, and particularly preferably 30° or less. The angle at which the flange portion 112 can be warped against the pressure of the internal space SP may be measured by the method described in the examples, or may be visually confirmed.

[0021] In addition, in order to more reliably obtain the effect of changing the position of the joint region 140 as described above, it is preferable that the width of the flange portion 112 is 2 mm or more and 25 mm or less, and the difference in the widthwise position of the flange portion 112 of the joint region 140 between section S1 and section S2 is 0.5 mm or more and 12 mm or less.

[0022] In addition, when the flange portion 112 has a planar shape having corners as shown in FIG. 1, the flange portion 112 is supported from two directions at the corners, so that the flange portion 112 is less likely to warp than the other parts, even if the position of the joint region 140 is not changed as described above. However, in the case of a rectangular shape, for example, if it is inconvenient that it is not possible to predict at which of the four corners the pouring of the contents or the exhaust of steam will occur, by configuring some of the corners as described above, the warping tendency of the flange portion 112 can be differentiated, and the pouring of the contents or the exhaust of steam can occur at one, two, or three corners as intended. The planar shape of the flange portion in this embodiment may be, for example, a shape having 1 to 128 corners (for example, a teardrop shape).

[0023] 4 and 5 are plan views of a container according to a modified example of the first embodiment of the present invention. In the example shown in FIG. 4, as in the example of FIG. 1, in a section S1 that corresponds to one corner of the rectangular planar shape of the container 100, the joint region 140 is located inside the flange portion 112 in the width direction compared to the other sections S2. In the example of FIG. 4, the planar shape of the joint region 140 in the section S1 forms a V-shaped protrusion. In this case, it is possible to intensively pour out the contents and exhaust steam in a narrower range than in the example of FIG. 1. On the other hand, in the example of FIG. 5, the container 100 has a substantially circular planar shape. In this way, even if the section S1 is not a rectangular corner, it is possible to control the warping of the flange portion 112 as described above by changing the position of the joint region 140 in the width direction of the flange portion 112 between the section S1 and the other section S2.

[0024] Second embodiment FIG. 6 is a plan view of a container according to a second embodiment of the present invention. In this embodiment, a weak seal portion 141 is formed in a joining region 140 in a circumferential section S1 of a flange portion 112 of a container 100 having the same shape as that shown in FIG. 1 in the first embodiment. As described above, when the flange portion 112 has a planar shape having a corner, the flange portion 112 is supported from two directions at the corner, so that the flange portion 112 is less likely to warp than the other parts of the flange portion 112. The weak seal portion 141 is, for example, a part in which the joining strength of the joining region 140 is weakened by arranging a plurality of isolated non-joined regions. By arranging such a weak seal portion 141 in a section (corner) where the flange portion 112 is less likely to warp, it is possible to more reliably cause the joining region 140 in the weak seal portion 141 to break. In this case, too, the warpable angle of the flange portion 112 against the pressure of the internal space SP is -140° or more, and preferably -110° or more, with respect to the state before pressure is applied in the corner section in the planar shape of the flange portion 112. Moreover, the angle at which the flange portion 112 can be warped in response to the pressure in the internal space SP is preferably +140° or less, and +110° or less, relative to the state before pressure is applied in the corner section of the planar shape of the flange portion 112. The angle at which the flange portion 112 can be warped in response to the pressure in the internal space SP is more preferably -90° or more, even more preferably -70° or more, even more preferably -50° or more, and particularly preferably -30° or more. The angle at which the flange portion 112 can be warped in response to the pressure in the internal space SP is more preferably 90° or less, even more preferably 70° or less, even more preferably 50° or less, and particularly preferably 30° or less. The angle at which the flange portion 112 can be warped may be measured by the method described in the examples, or may be visually confirmed.

[0025] (Third embodiment) 7 is a plan view of a container according to a third embodiment of the present invention. In this embodiment, on the inner edge of flange portion 112 of container body 110 formed in a rounded rectangular shape, only one corner portion 112C is formed with a larger radius of curvature than the other corner portions 112D. As a result, in section S1 including corner portion 112C, the inner edge of flange portion 112 and bonding region 140 formed along the inner edge of flange portion 112 are closer to the centroid C of the planar shape of recess 111 than section S2 including the other corner portions 112D.

[0026] FIG. 8 is a cross-sectional view taken along lines VIIIA-VIIIA and VIIIB-VIIIB of the container shown in FIG. 7. In the section S1 shown in FIG. 8(A), the distance from the inner edge of the joining region 140 formed along the inner edge of the flange portion 112 to the centroid C of the planar shape of the recess 111 is short, so that when the pressure in the internal space SP of the container 100 rises, the force F acts in a direction nearly perpendicular to the surface of the flange portion 112. On the other hand, in the section S2 shown in FIG. 8(B), the distance from the inner edge of the joining region 140 formed along the inner edge of the flange portion 112 to the centroid C is long, so that the force F acts in a direction nearly horizontal to the surface of the flange portion 112. Therefore, when the force F acts, the joining region 140 is more likely to break in the section S1 than in the section S2. By arranging such a portion in a section (corner portion) where the flange portion 112 is less likely to warp, the joining region 140 can be more reliably broken. In this case, the warpable angle of the flange portion 112 with respect to the pressure of the internal space SP is preferably -140° or more, and -110° or more, with respect to the state before the pressure is applied. Moreover, the warpable angle of the flange portion 112 with respect to the pressure of the internal space SP is preferably +140° or less, and +110° or less, with respect to the state before the pressure is applied. The warpable angle of the flange portion 112 with respect to the pressure of the internal space SP is more preferably -90° or more, even more preferably -70° or more, even more preferably -50° or more, and particularly preferably -30° or more. Moreover, the warpable angle of the flange portion 112 with respect to the pressure of the internal space SP is more preferably 90° or less, even more preferably 70° or less, even more preferably 50° or less, and particularly preferably 30° or less. The warpable angle is measured by the method described in the examples. In addition, it is preferable that the warpage angle of the flange portion 112 in the section S1 when the contents are extracted by applying pressure to the internal space SP is smaller than the warpage angle of the section S2 excluding the corners during extraction. In this case, the angle may be measured by the method described in the examples, or may be visually confirmed.

[0027] 9 is a diagram for explaining the ease of warping of the flange of the container shown in FIG. 7. Of the joint region 140 formed along the inner edge of the flange portion 112, an arc-shaped section along the corner 112C with a large radius of curvature is referred to as section X, an arc-shaped section along the other corner 112D is referred to as section Y, a relatively short linear section between sections X and Y is referred to as section Z, and a relatively long linear section between sections Y is referred to as section W. In this case, the lengths of the sections are in the order section W>section Z>section X>section Y. Since the rigidity of the flange portion 112 increases as the section becomes shorter, The order of resistance to warping of flange portion 112 is Section Y>Section X>Section Z>Section W. Meanwhile, the distance d from the centroid C of the planar shape of recess 111 is Section Z=Section W<Section X<Section Y. As described above, the shorter the distance from the centroid C, the more likely it is that bonding area 140 will be destroyed when the pressure in internal space SP increases. When these effects are combined, the susceptibility of bonding area 140 to destruction in each section is as follows, with bonding area 140 being most susceptible to destruction in section X, i.e., the arc-shaped section along corner 112C with the large radius of curvature.

[0028] Section X: The flange is relatively resistant to warping and the distance from the centroid is relatively short, so the joint area is easily destroyed. Section Y: The flange is least likely to warp, but the joint area is less likely to break because of the long distance from the centroid. Section Z: The distance from the centroid is short, but the flange is prone to warping, so the joint area is unlikely to break. Section W: The distance from the centroid is short, but the flange is most likely to warp, so the joint area is less likely to break.

[0029] Hereinafter, another example of the container according to the third embodiment of the present invention will be described. In the example shown in Fig. 10A and Fig. 10B, an inclined surface 111S is formed on the bottom surface of the recess 111 of the container body 110 from the side to the bottom surface at a portion adjacent to the corner 112C having a large radius of curvature. In the illustrated example, the inclined surface 111S is formed by bending the bottom surface of the recess 111 near a diagonal line connecting two corners 112D adjacent to both sides of the corner 112C and rising toward the corner 112C. As shown in Fig. 10B, the inclined surface 111S does not necessarily have to reach the corner 112C, and the transition portion between the recess 111 and the flange portion 112 is similarly formed at the corner 112C and the corner 112D. In the example shown in Figures 10A and 10B, the formation of inclined surface 111S provides an affordance, for example, that allows the user to place their thumb on inclined surface 111S to crush recess 111, making it easy to apply force to the bottom surface of recess 111 and crush it.

[0030] 11A and 11B, a groove 111G is formed on the side surface of the recess 111 of the container body 110. In the illustrated example, the groove 111G is formed in the corner opposite to the corner 112C having a large radius of curvature. The formation of the groove 111G makes it easier to apply force to the side surface of the recess 111 to crush it.

[0031] 12A and 12B, in addition to the inclined surface 111S similar to that described above with reference to Fig. 10A and 10B, a horizontal rib 113 is formed on the side surface of the recess 111 of the container body 110. The horizontal rib 113 is formed along a corner 112C having a large radius of curvature. As will be described later, by forming the horizontal rib 113, the flange portion 112 becomes less likely to warp.

[0032] (Fourth embodiment) 13 is a plan view of a container according to a fourth embodiment of the present invention. In this embodiment, only one corner 112E is formed on the inner edge of the flange portion 112 of the container body 110 formed in a rounded rectangular shape, inverted with respect to the other corners 112D, and protrudes toward the centroid of the planar shape of the recess 111. As a result, in the section S1 including the corner 112E, the inner edge of the flange portion 112 and the joint region formed along the inner edge of the flange portion 112 are closer to the centroid C of the planar shape of the recess 111 than in the section S2 including the other corners 112D. In the section S1 including the inverted corner 112E, the warpable angle of the flange portion 112 with respect to the pressure of the internal space SP is preferably -110° or more with respect to the state before the pressure is applied. In addition, the warpable angle of the flange portion 112 with respect to the pressure of the internal space SP is preferably +110° or less with respect to the state before the pressure is applied. The angle at which the flange portion 112 can warp in response to the pressure in the internal space SP is more preferably -90° or more, even more preferably -70° or more, even more preferably -50° or more, and particularly preferably -30° or more. The angle at which the flange portion 112 can warp in response to the pressure in the internal space SP is more preferably 90° or less, even more preferably 70° or less, even more preferably 50° or less, and particularly preferably 30° or less. The angle at which the flange portion 112 can warp in response to the pressure in the internal space SP may be measured by the method described in the examples, or may be visually confirmed.

[0033] FIG. 14 is a diagram for explaining the warpage of the flange of the container shown in FIG. 13. In the joint region 140 formed along the inner edge of the flange portion 112, the arc-shaped section along the inverted corner 112E is section X, the arc-shaped section along the other corner 114D is section Y, the relatively short linear section between the sections X and Y is section Z, and the relatively long linear section between the sections Y is section W. In this case, the lengths of the sections are section W>section Z≒section X>section Y. Since the rigidity of the flange portion 112 increases as the section is shorter, the resistance of the flange portion 112 to warping is in the order of section Y>section X≒section Z>section W. Meanwhile, the distance d from the centroid C of the planar shape of the recess 111 is section X<section W=section Z<section Y. As described above with reference to FIG. 8, the shorter the distance from the centroid C, the more likely the joint region 140 is to be destroyed when the pressure in the internal space SP increases. When these effects combine, the susceptibility of bonding region 140 to breakage in each section is as follows, with bonding region 140 being most susceptible to breakage in section X, that is, the arc-shaped section along corner 112C with the large radius of curvature.

[0034] Section X: The flange is relatively resistant to warping and has the shortest distance from the centroid, so the joint area is prone to destruction. Section Y: The flange is least likely to warp, but the joint area is least likely to break because the distance from the centroid is the longest. Zone Z: The flange is relatively resistant to warping, but the joint area is not easily destroyed due to the long distance from the centroid. Section W: The flange is most likely to warp, and the distance from the centroid is long, so the joint area is less likely to break.

[0035] Hereinafter, another example of the container according to the fourth embodiment of the present invention will be described. In the example shown in FIG. 15A and FIG. 15B, an inclined surface 111S is formed from the bottom surface to the side surface of the recess 111 of the container body 110 at the portion in contact with the inverted corner 112E. In the illustrated example, the inclined surface 111S is formed by bending the bottom surface of the recess 111 near the diagonal line connecting the two corners 112D adjacent to both sides of the corner 112E and rising toward the corner 112E. As shown in FIG. 15B, the inclined surface 111S does not necessarily have to reach the corner 112E, and the transition portion between the recess 111 and the flange portion 112 is similarly formed at the corner 112E and the corner 112D. In the example shown in FIG. 15A and FIG. 15B, the inclined surface 111S is formed, making it easier to apply force to the bottom surface of the recess 111 and crush it.

[0036] 16A and 16B, a groove 111G is formed on the side surface of the recess 111 of the container body 110. In the illustrated example, the groove 111G is formed in the corner opposite to the inverted corner 112E. The formation of the groove 111G makes it easier to apply force to the side surface of the recess 111 to crush it.

[0037] Fifth embodiment 17A to 19B are side views and cross-sectional views showing three examples of a container according to a fifth embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 17B, FIG. 18B, and FIG. 19B are cross-sectional views taken along lines BB, BB, and BB in FIG. 17A, FIG. 18A, and FIG. 19A, respectively. In the examples shown in FIG. 17A and FIG. 17B, a horizontal rib 113 is formed in a region including a boundary between the outer side of the recess 111 and the flange 112 in a circumferential section S1 of the flange 112. This improves the rigidity of the flange 112 against warping, making the flange 112 less likely to warp than the section S2 in which the horizontal rib 113 is not formed.

[0038] 18A and 18B, a plurality of vertical ribs 114 are formed and arranged on the outside of the container body 110 in a section S1 in the circumferential direction of the flange portion 112. This improves the rigidity of the flange portion 112 against warping, making the flange portion 112 less prone to warping than in a section S2 in which the vertical ribs 114 are not formed. Also, in the example shown in FIGS. 19A and 19B, a skirt portion 115 is formed on the outside of the flange portion 112 in a section S1 in the circumferential direction of the flange portion 112. This improves the rigidity of the flange portion 112 against warping, making the flange portion 112 less prone to warping than in a section S2 in which the skirt portion 115 is not formed.

[0039] In the example of the present embodiment described above, by providing a reinforcing structure such as a rib or skirt in section S1, the flange portion 112 is less likely to warp, so that even if the widthwise position of the flange portion 112 and the bonding strength of the bonding region 140 are the same in section S1 and section S2, the bonding region 140 is more likely to break in section S1. For example, by combining a partial reinforcing structure such as in this embodiment with a structure such as those described in the first to third embodiments, the effect of causing the bonding region 140 to break in section S1 may be more reliably achieved.

[0040] In each of the above embodiments, the container body 110 and the lid 130 are formed of various resin materials that can be used as container materials, or a laminate of resin materials. Additives such as inorganic materials may be added to the resin materials as necessary. When the container 100 is a container for pouring out the contents by pressing the recess 111, the recess 111 is formed to be crushable. In this specification, the recess 111 being crushable means that the recess 111 can be crushed and the internal pressure of the internal space SP can be increased by pressing with a normal range of force that a user can apply by hand.

[0041] Specifically, for example, in order to form the recess 111 so as to be crushable, the sheet forming the container body 110 may be formed of a soft resin material having a high proportion of polyethylene or containing a rubber component, or the thickness of the sheet may be thinned. As an example of an index of the softness of the sheet, if the load at 1% displacement in a tensile test is about 5N to 60N, the resistance at the beginning of deformation due to crushing is small, and it can be said that the recess 111 is crushable. In addition, in a case where the user does not necessarily need to handle it with one hand, for example, in a container for steaming in a microwave oven, if the load at 1% displacement in a tensile test is about 40N to 500N, the effect of reducing the amount of material used by making the sheet thin can be obtained, and the deformation of the container body 110 after heating is smaller, making it easier to use as tableware, etc. Note that it is sufficient that the load at 1% displacement in a tensile test is within the above range for either MD (Machine Direction) or TD (Transverse Direction), but it is more preferable that the load at 1% displacement in a tensile test is within the above range for both MD and TD. The above tensile test is in accordance with JIS K7161-1, JIS K7161-2, and JIS K7127. The tensile speed in the tensile test is 50 mm / min. The test piece is JIS K7127 test type 5, and is conditioned in the standard atmosphere of JIS K7100 grade 2. As an example of an index of the thinness of the sheet, when the sheet is formed from the above soft resin material, if the thickness of the bottom surface of the recess 111 after the container body 110 is molded from the sheet is 15 μm to 600 μm, it can be said that the recess 111 can be crushed. In addition, in a case where the user does not necessarily need to handle it with one hand, for example, in a case where the container body 110 is a steam container in a microwave oven, if the thickness of the bottom surface of the recess 111 after the container body 110 is molded from the sheet is 100 μm to 2000 μm, the effect of reducing the amount of material used by making the sheet thinner can be obtained, and the container body 110 is less deformed after heating, making it easier to use as tableware, etc.

[0042] From the viewpoint of ease of use with one hand, the volume of the internal space SP formed by the recess 111 and the lid 130 is set to 3 cm 3More than 5cm is preferable. 3 More preferably, 10cm or more 3 More than 20cm is more preferable. 3 The above is particularly preferable. The volume of the internal space SP formed by the recess 111 and the lid 130 is 100 cm 3 Less than 70cm is preferable 3 Less than 50cm is preferable. 3 Less than 40cm is more preferable. 3 The following is particularly preferable. If it is less than this range, the volume will be small and it will be difficult to crush. On the other hand, if it is more than this range, it will be difficult to handle with one hand. In order for the user to stably pour the contents while holding the container 100, the ratio of section S1 to the entire circumference of the bonding region 140 is preferably 1% or more, and more preferably 4% or more. Moreover, the ratio of section S1 to the entire circumference of the bonding region 140 is preferably 50% or less, and more preferably 35% or less.

[0043] On the other hand, when the container 100 is a container for heating the contents stored in the internal space SP, the recess 111 may be formed of a harder resin material or a thicker sheet. In this case, the thickness of the bottom surface of the recess 111 after the container body 110 is molded from the sheet may exceed 600 μm, and is preferably set to, for example, 2000 μm or less. When the user does not necessarily need to handle it with one hand, for example, when it is a container for steaming in a microwave oven, the volume of the internal space SP may be, for example, 100 cm. 3 may exceed, for example, 1500 cm 3 In this case, the volume of the internal space SP is preferably 3 cm 3 More than 50cm, preferably 50cm 3 More than 150cm, especially preferred 3 In this case, the volume of the internal space SP is preferably 1000 cm 3 Less than 700 cm, more preferably 3 Less than 600 cm is particularly preferable. 3In this case as well, in order for the user to safely hold the container 100 during or after the steam is discharged, the ratio of the section S1 to the entire circumference of the bonding region 140 is preferably 1% or more, and more preferably 4% or more. Also, the ratio of the section S1 to the entire circumference of the bonding region 140 is preferably 50% or less, and more preferably 35% or less.

[0044] Regarding the thickness of the flange portion 112 after the container body 110 is molded from the sheet, in the case of the container 100 intended to be handled by a user with one hand, from the viewpoints of improving moldability and maintaining the shape of the container body 110 against the pressure in the internal space SP, the thickness of the flange portion 112 is preferably 50 μm or more, more preferably 150 μm or more, and even more preferably 200 μm or more. From the viewpoint of ease of crushing, the thickness of the flange portion 112 is preferably 600 μm or less, more preferably 450 μm or less, and even more preferably 400 μm or less.

[0045] On the other hand, in the case of container 100 intended to generate steam by heating the contents, from the viewpoints of improving moldability and maintaining the shape of container body 110 against the pressure of internal space SP, the thickness of flange portion 112 is preferably 200 μm or more, more preferably 300 μm or more, even more preferably 400 μm or more, and particularly preferably 500 μm or more. On the other hand, from the viewpoint of reducing the amount of material used, the thickness of flange portion 112 is preferably 900 μm or less, more preferably 800 μm or less, even more preferably 700 μm or less, and particularly preferably 650 μm or less.

[0046] FIG. 20 is a diagram showing an example of another shape applicable to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in the figure, in an embodiment of the present invention, in a portion that makes the flange portion 112 less likely to warp, the transition portion 112R between the recess 111 of the container body and the flange portion 112 may be formed in a gentle shape, specifically, in a shape having a larger radius of curvature in cross section. Specifically, in a first section in the circumferential direction of the flange portion 112, the cross section of the transition portion 112R may have a larger radius of curvature than the cross-sectional radius of curvature of the transition portion in the second section. As described above with reference to FIG. 2A and FIG. 2B, a fulcrum of a lever is formed at the convex corner at the boundary between the inside of the recess 111 and the flange portion 112 against the force F acting when the pressure of the internal space SP increases. By forming the transition portion 112R as in the example shown in FIG. 20, the force acting on the portion that can be the fulcrum is dispersed, and the action of the lever is weakened, so that the flange is less likely to warp.

[0047] Next, examples of the present invention will be described. In order to quantify the tendency of the flange portion to warp, in the examples, the warp resistance load of the flange portion was measured by the following method.

[0048] FIG. 21 is a diagram for explaining the measurement of the possible warping angle in an embodiment of the present invention. In this embodiment, air is introduced into the internal space SP of the container 100 stored in the bucket 1001 at a blowing rate of 0.2 L / min using a bag-breaking strength tester 1000 (305-BP manufactured by Sun Scientific Co., Ltd.). A camera is placed at a position where the angle with respect to the flange portion 112 before the air is introduced is 0° (a position on the extension surface of the flange). The camera continuously photographs the container 100 to obtain an image of the container 100 immediately before the bag is broken, and the deformation angle θ of the flange portion 112 at that time, that is, the angle between the upper surface of the bucket 1001 that coincides with the lower surface of the flange portion 112 before the air is introduced and the lower surface of the flange portion 112 that is lifted by the pressure of the internal space SP immediately before the bag is broken, is measured on the image. The thickness of the flange portion 112 is 300 μm.

[0049] The experiment was carried out on a container (Example 1) having the shape described above with reference to Figures 10A and 10B, and a container (Example 2) having the shape described above with reference to Figures 15A and 15B. In both Examples 1 and 2, the sealing pressure for forming the bonding region 140 was 160 kgf, the sealing time was 1.2 seconds, and a first seal was performed at a sealing temperature of 200°C and a second seal was performed at a sealing temperature of 195°C.

[0050] In Example 1, the first seal sealed the bonding area 140 except for the section along the corner 112C with a large radius of curvature shown in Fig. 10A (corresponding to section S1 shown in Fig. 7 and section X shown in Fig. 9). The second seal sealed the entire bonding area 140 including the above-mentioned sections, but the width of the seal plate was narrowed for the section along the corner 112C, and a weak seal portion 141 in which a plurality of isolated non-bonded areas were arranged was formed as shown in the example of Fig. 6.

[0051] In Example 2, the first seal sealed the bonding area 140 except for the section along the inverted corner 112E shown in Fig. 15A (corresponding to section S1 shown in Fig. 13 and section X shown in Fig. 14). The second seal sealed the entire bonding area 140 including the above-mentioned sections, but the width of the seal plate was narrowed for the section along the corner 112E, and a weak seal portion 141 in which a plurality of isolated non-bonded areas were arranged was formed as shown in the example of Fig. 6.

[0052] The measurement results in Examples 1 and 2 will be described below. In Example 1, the deformation angle θ of the flange just before the bag rupture due to the inflow of air was 18.3° in section X (an arc-shaped section along a corner with a large radius of curvature), 36.2° in section Z (a linear section with a relatively short length), and 35.1° in section W (a linear section with a relatively long length) shown in Figure 9. The puncture pressure strength was 0.025 MPa (all values were average values of three measurements). On the other hand, in Example 2, the deformation angle θ of the flange just before the bag rupture due to the inflow of air was 63.4° in section X (the arc-shaped section along the inverted corner) shown in Figure 14, 42.7° in section Z (the linear section with a relatively short length), and 67.8° in section W (the linear section with a relatively long length). The puncture pressure strength was 0.059 MPa (all values were the average of three measurements).

[0053] 22A and 22B are diagrams for explaining the thickness of the recess of the container body in Example 1 (the example shown in Figs. 10A and 10B). Also, Figs. 23A and 23B are diagrams for explaining the thickness of the recess of the container body in Example 2 (the example shown in Figs. 15A and 15B). The thicknesses of the recess at three points A, B, and C shown in each figure are shown in Table 1 below. Table 1 shows the average thickness and standard deviation for three containers produced in each example.

[0054] [Table 1]

[0055] In a container with a flat bottom surface of the recess 111, such as the containers of Examples 1 and 2, the bottom surface (point C) is relatively thick and the sides (points A and B) are relatively thin, as shown in Table 1, so that pouring performance is improved when pouring the contents by placing a finger on the bottom surface. This is because if the bottom surface is relatively thin, the container body will be dented when pouring, and in the case of semi-solid contents such as jelly, for example, they will crumble and tend to remain in the container. If the bottom surface is relatively thick, a force acts toward the lid 130 while the bottom surface is maintained in a flat shape, so the contents are less likely to crumble, and therefore they can be extracted without remaining in the container.

[0056] Table 2 shows the measurement results of the load at 1% displacement in the tensile test of the sheet usable in the embodiment of the present invention. As described above, in the case of a container that is used by crushing the recess, the load at 1% displacement in the tensile test is about 5N to 60N, and the thickness of the bottom of the recess after the container body is molded from the sheet is 15 μm to 600 μm. In Example 3 shown in Table 2, three sheets with a thickness of 300 μm were prepared, in which the surface layer has a cohesive peeling formulation (described in Japanese Patent No. 5001962, etc.) and the base layer is formed of a resin composition containing polypropylene and polyethylene, and the average values of the load at 1% displacement in the tensile test measured in the MD and TD of each sheet were 16.2 N and 17.9 N, respectively, and it was confirmed that the container molded from the sheet can be used well by crushing the recess when it is within the above range.

[0057] On the other hand, when the container is used for steaming in a microwave oven or the like, the load at 1% displacement in a tensile test is 40N to 500N, and the thickness of the bottom of the recess after molding the container body is 100μm to 2000μm. In Example 4 shown in Table 2, three sheets with a thickness of 400μm were prepared, in which the surface layer is a cohesive peeling formulation and the base layer is formed of a resin composition containing polypropylene, polyethylene and a filler, and the average load at 1% displacement in the tensile test measured in MD and TD of each sheet was 45.7N and 45.2N, respectively, and it was confirmed that if the average loads at 1% displacement in the tensile test measured in MD and TD of each sheet were within the above ranges, the contents were heated and steamed in the container molded from the sheet, and the container could be used as tableware.

[0058] [Table 2]

[0059] 24A, 24B, and 24C are diagrams showing yet another example of the container according to the fourth embodiment of the present invention described above. As shown in FIG. 24A, two corners 112F adjacent to both sides of the inverted corner 112E are formed with a larger radius of curvature than the corner 112D opposite the inverted corner 112E. Also, as shown in FIG. 24B, an inclined surface 111S is formed from the bottom surface to the side surface of the recess 111 of the container body 110 in the portion in contact with the inverted corner 112E. The inclined surface 111S is formed by bending the bottom surface of the recess 111 near the diagonal line connecting the two corners 112F adjacent to both sides of the corner 112E and rising toward the corner 112E. As shown in FIG. 24C, the bottom surface of the recess 111 has a rounded shape in the portion other than the inclined surface 111S. For example, in the examples shown in Figures 15A and 15B above, it is possible to make the bottom surface of the recessed portion rounded in the portion other than the inclined surface as shown in Figures 24B and 24C. Also, in the examples shown in Figures 24A, 24B, and 24C, it is possible to make the bottom surface of the recessed portion have a shape including a flat portion and a corner portion in the portion other than the inclined surface as shown in Figure 15B.

[0060] Although the preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail above with reference to the accompanying drawings, the present invention is not limited to these examples.
