Description

[Technical field]

[0001] The present invention relates to a skin or hair care topical composition containing an emulsifier composition consisting of a polyglycerol fatty acid ester and an ester transesterification reaction product. The skin or hair care topical composition includes skin care cosmetics such as face wash, lotion, cream, and pack, makeup cosmetics such as foundation, lipstick, and mascara, hair care cosmetics such as shampoo, rinse, hair styling agent, hair growth agent, hair color, and permanent wave agent, body care cosmetics such as body soap, slimming agent, UV care agent, bath agent, and antiperspirant, and fragrance cosmetics such as perfume and cologne, including legal cosmetics, quasi-drugs, and pharmaceuticals. [Background technology]

[0002] Conventionally, when preparing an external preparation composition for skin or hair care, a so-called surfactant is often blended. DISCLOSURE OF THEINVENTION [Problem to be solved by the invention]

[0003] In recent years, interest in naturally derived ingredients has increased from the standpoint of irritation to the human body, product image, sustainability, etc., and there is also high demand for vegan cosmetics that do not use animal-derived ingredients, so there is a demand for the development of topical compositions that use plant-derived ingredients.

[0004] Furthermore, from the viewpoint of environmental conservation, the use of surfactants containing specific ethylene oxide is being avoided, and alternative raw materials are being strongly demanded. [Means for solving the problem]

[0005] The present invention was made under the above-mentioned circumstances, and it was found that the object can be achieved by adding an emulsifier composition obtained by adding a nonionic surfactant of plant origin to a product mixture obtained by subjecting a polyglycerol of plant origin to an ester exchange reaction with a specific ester of plant origin, and thus the present invention was completed.

[0006] Claim 1 of the present invention provides a skin or hair care composition for external use, which comprises an emulsifier composition comprising polyglyceryl-6 distearate added to a product mixture obtained by transesterifying polyglycerin-3, candelilla wax, jojoba wax, and rice bran wax.

[0007] Claim 2 of the present invention relates to the skin or hair care composition according to claim 1, in which the content of the emulsifier composition is 0.01 to 10.0% by mass. Effect of the Invention

[0008] The skin or hair care topical composition of the present invention has the following advantages: it can be expanded into various formulations that have traditionally used surfactants, it can be easily applied and prepared as an O / W emulsion, it has moisturizing power, is less irritating to the skin, and it is derived from plants. [Brief description of the drawings]

[0009] [Figure 1] Fig. 1 shows the effect of improving the moisture content of the stratum corneum of a skin topical preparation composition containing the emulsifier composition of the present invention. It can be seen that when the skin topical preparation composition is applied to the skin, the moisture content of the stratum corneum is improved compared to before application. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

[0010] The present invention will be described in detail below. Polyglycerin-3 used in the present invention undergoes an ester exchange reaction to become a component that exhibits hydrophilicity and emulsifying properties in the emulsifier composition, and also contributes to the moisturizing properties and tactile properties of the obtained topical composition.

[0011] In the present invention, the esters that undergo transesterification with polyglycerin-3 are candelilla wax, jojoba wax, and rice bran wax. Candelilla wax is a solid ester extracted from the stems of candelilla (Euphorbia cerifera), and rice bran wax is a solid ester extracted from the bran of rice (Oryza sativa). Jojoba wax is extracted from the seeds of jojoba (Simmondsia chinensis) and is a liquid ester with unsaturated bonds. The mixture of multiple esters produced by transesterification using these solid and liquid esters has a wide range of emulsifying properties, making it easy to prepare O / W emulsions, and can be developed into topical compositions with unique texture characteristics.

[0012] The polyglyceryl-6 distearate used in the present invention is a nonionic surfactant of plant origin that exhibits emulsifying properties and contributes to stable emulsifying properties.

[0013] This emulsifier composition consisting of polyglycerin-3, candelilla wax, jojoba wax, rice bran wax, and polyglyceryl-6 distearate is available commercially under the trade name "Emarium Dermorea MB" from Gattefosse, France.

[0014] The present invention is to blend the above-mentioned emulsifier composition in a topical composition, and the blending amount is 0.01 to 10.0% by mass, preferably 1.0 to 5.0% by mass, based on the total amount of the topical composition. If the blending amount is less than 0.01% by mass, the properties as an emulsifier cannot be fully exhibited, and if the blending amount exceeds 10.0% by weight, the function commensurate with the blending amount cannot be expected.

[0015] In addition to the above essential components, the skin or hair care composition of the present invention may contain other components that are usually used in skin or hair care compositions such as cosmetics and pharmaceuticals. Examples of such other components include the following. The skin or hair care composition of the present invention is produced by blending one or more of these components with the above essential components according to a conventional method.
