Description

[Technical field]

[0001] The present invention relates to a sauna hat that is worn on the head in a sauna room. [Background technology]

[0002] Sauna is a type of hot bathing method in which the sauna room is kept at a relatively high temperature (for example, 70 to 110 degrees Celsius) by steam or other means, and has attracted attention as a method of relieving fatigue, improving metabolism, and providing a relaxing effect. In sauna rooms, sauna hats are sometimes worn on the head to prevent bathers' heads from becoming excessively warm.

[0003] Some conventional sauna hats use highly insulating fabrics such as wool felt to prevent high-temperature steam from directly hitting the head. Another sauna hat with improved insulating properties has been proposed, which uses fabric made of cloth-like fibers coated with thin aluminum and has edges such as rubber rings (see Patent Document 1). [Prior art documents] [Patent documents]

[0004] [Patent Document 1] JP 2001-340419 A Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]

[0005] However, in conventional sauna hats in which the aluminum foil is coated on cloth-like fibers, the aluminum foil is exposed, which is problematic from the viewpoint of fashion when worn in public baths, etc. Also, the reflection of light on the surface of the aluminum foil entering the field of view is not desirable in creating a relaxing space. Furthermore, there is room for improvement in terms of cost and heat insulation of fabrics in which the aluminum foil is coated on cloth-like fibers.

[0006] The present invention provides a sauna hat that has excellent heat insulation and allows freedom in design. [Means for solving the problem]

[0007] The sauna hat according to the present invention comprises: A sauna hat having a hat body to be worn on the head in a sauna, An outermost layer constituting at least a part of the outer surface of the hat body; An innermost layer constituting at least a part of the inner surface of the hat body; a foamed resin layer disposed between the outermost layer and the innermost layer; and a metal layer covering at least one of the surfaces of the outermost layer side and the innermost layer side of the foamed resin layer.

[0008] The sauna hat according to the present invention has a foamed resin layer and a metal layer covering the surface of the foamed resin layer. The metal layer effectively prevents heat transfer by radiation, and the foamed resin layer effectively prevents heat transfer by thermal conduction. Therefore, a sauna hat having such a foamed resin layer and a metal layer has excellent heat insulation. In particular, the foamed resin layer has an internal void that is highly effective in retaining fluids such as air, and has excellent heat insulation properties compared to cloth-like fibers. In addition, the metal layer can be easily formed on the surface by deposition or the like, and is relatively inexpensive. Note that a non-foamed resin layer such as PET may be sandwiched between the foamed resin layer and the metal layer.

[0009] In addition, the sauna hat according to the present invention can effectively block hot air from the outside because the metal layer and the foamed resin layer are covered by the outermost layer that constitutes the outer surface of the hat body, thereby suppressing convection on the surface of the metal layer. Also, because the outermost layer covers the metal layer and the foamed resin layer, it is possible to use fabrics that have a relatively high degree of freedom in design as the outermost layer, which can easily improve fashionability. Furthermore, by having the innermost layer that constitutes the inner surface of the hat body, the foamed resin layer that has absorbed sweat and the like is prevented from directly touching the wearer's head, improving the feel on the skin.

[0010] Also, for example, the outermost layer may include any one of a towel fabric, a felt fabric, and a cotton fabric.

[0011] The outermost layer can be made of, for example, towel fabric, felt fabric, cotton, or the like, which have good insulating properties and allow for a high degree of freedom in design.

[0012] Also, for example, the innermost layer may be made of a mesh fabric made of synthetic fibers.

[0013] The innermost layer may be made of a mesh fabric made of synthetic fibers that is comfortable to the touch even when sweating occurs and has suitable breathability.

[0014] Furthermore, for example, the foamed resin layer may be at least one of polyolefin, polystyrene, and polyurethane.

[0015] By forming the foamed resin layer from these resins, a sauna hat with excellent heat insulation can be realized at a relatively low cost. In particular, by forming the foamed resin layer from a polyolefin such as polyethylene or polypropylene, the heat resistance of the foamed resin layer can be improved. The thickness of the foamed resin layer is not particularly limited, but can be, for example, about 0.1 to 10 mm, and is particularly preferably about 0.5 to 5 mm.

[0016] Also for example, the metal layer may be a vapor deposited aluminum layer.

[0017] The metal layer is not particularly limited, but by using a vapor-deposited aluminum layer, a metal layer that is highly uniform, relatively inexpensive, and lightweight can be realized.

[0018] Furthermore, for example, the metal layer may cover the surface of the foamed resin layer on the outermost layer side.

[0019] This type of sauna hat provides high insulation because airflow is restricted on both sides of the metal layer. Furthermore, a thin but highly insulating foamed resin layer is placed inside the metal layer, and fabric with a high degree of design freedom is used on the outside of the metal layer, making it both functional and fashionable.

[0020] Also, for example, the innermost layer may be formed with an inner pocket with a flap or a lid.

[0021] A sauna hat with such an inner pocket can be worn with a cooler bag or ice in the inner pocket, which can more effectively prevent the head from overheating in the sauna room. The flap and lid also prevent the cooler bag or ice stored in the inner pocket from slipping out of the inner pocket. The insulating effect of the foamed resin layer, metal layer, and outermost layer also allows the cooling effect to be maintained for a longer period of time.

[0022] Also, for example, the inner pocket may have a partition disposed near the top of the innermost layer, and first and second openings that are independent of each other and disposed on either side of the partition.

[0023] A sauna hat with such an inner pocket can be worn on the head with a cooling bag or ice in the inner pocket, which can effectively cool a wide area near the top of the head and more effectively prevent the head from overheating. In addition, putting a cooling bag or ice in the small divided inner pockets can increase comfort when worn. [Brief description of the drawings]

[0024] [Figure 1] FIG. 1 is an external view of a sauna hat according to one embodiment of the present invention. [Diagram 2] FIG. 2 is an exploded perspective view of the sauna hat shown in FIG. [Diagram 3] FIG. 3 is a bottom view showing the inside of the sauna hat shown in FIG. [Figure 4]FIG. 4 is a partial cross-sectional view of the top portion of the sauna hat shown in FIG. [Diagram 5] FIG. 5 is an enlarged schematic cross-sectional view of each layer constituting the sauna hat shown in FIG. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

[0025] Embodiment 1 is an external view of a sauna hat 10 according to one embodiment of the present invention. The sauna hat 10 has a hat body 12 that is worn on the head in a sauna. When worn by a sauna bather inside a sauna room, the sauna hat 10 prevents the bather's head from becoming overheated.

[0026] As shown in Fig. 1, the hat body 12 of the sauna hat 10 is a so-called "tulip hat" shape that is slightly flared downward. However, the shape of the sauna hat 10 is not limited to the tulip hat type, and may be a bucket hat type, a cloche type, a cap type, or other shapes.

[0027] Fig. 2 is an exploded perspective view of the sauna hat 10 shown in Fig. 1. The hat body 12 of the sauna hat 10 has a multi-layer structure having an outermost layer 20, an intermediate layer 60, and an innermost layer 30. As described later, the intermediate layer 60 further has a foamed resin layer 40 and a metal layer 50 (see Fig. 5). The outermost layer 20, the intermediate layer 60, and the innermost layer 30 are each formed as an independent fabric body having a roughly hat-shaped shape, and then connected to each other, for example, by sewing, to form the hat body 12 of the sauna hat 10. However, the method of connecting the outermost layer 20, the intermediate layer 60, and the innermost layer 30 in the sauna hat 10 is not limited to sewing, and they may be connected by other methods such as adhesion or pressure bonding.

[0028] The outermost layer 20 shown in Fig. 2 constitutes at least a part of the outer surface 12a of the hat body 12 (the entire outer surface 12a in the sauna hat 10). As shown in Fig. 1, the outermost layer 20 is the part that is visible to people around when a bather is wearing the sauna hat 10, and is an important part in terms of the fashionability of the sauna hat 10. A hook 22 is formed at the outer apex of the outer side of the outermost layer 20 for hanging the sauna hat 10 during drying or storage.

[0029] The material of the outermost layer 20 is not particularly limited, but from the viewpoint of design freedom and heat insulation, it is preferable that the outermost layer 20 includes towel cloth, felt cloth, cotton cloth, etc., and is more preferably made of towel cloth or felt cloth. From the viewpoint of improving heat insulation, the outermost layer 20 is preferably thicker than the foamed resin layer 40 and the metal layer 50 in the intermediate layer 60 described later. Furthermore, by making the outermost layer 20 out of a towel cloth or felt cloth having a certain thickness, it is possible to effectively suppress convection near the outer surface of the metal layer 50 and to improve the heat insulation effect. The thickness of the outermost layer is not particularly limited, but can be, for example, about 1 to 30 mm.

[0030] 2 constitutes at least a part of the inner surface 12b of the hat body 12 (the remaining part of the inner surface 12b of the sauna hat 10 excluding the edge part) as shown in FIG 3, which is a bottom view of the sauna hat 10. The innermost layer 30 is the part that comes into direct contact with the head of the person wearing the sauna hat 10, and is an important part in terms of the fit and feel of the sauna hat 10.

[0031] The material of the innermost layer 30 is not particularly limited, but from the viewpoint of preventing stickiness and realizing a comfortable feel, it is preferably made of a mesh fabric made of chemical fibers such as nylon or polyester. The thickness of the innermost layer 30 is not particularly limited, but it can be, for example, about 0.1 to 3 mm. In addition, as shown in FIG. 2, it is preferable that the innermost layer 30 is formed with an inner pocket 34. By putting a cooling bag or ice in the inner pocket 34 and putting the sauna hat 10 on the head, it is possible to more effectively prevent the temperature of the head from rising in the sauna room.

[0032] Although the shape and arrangement of the inner pocket 34 are not particularly limited, the inner pocket 34 of the sauna hat 10 has a partition 34c disposed near the top 32 of the innermost layer 30, and a first opening 34a and a second opening 34b that are independent of each other and disposed on either side of the partition 34c, as shown in Fig. 3. Providing the partition 34c in the inner pocket 34 makes it easier to disperse and arrange ice packs, ice, etc. in different positions in the inner pocket 34, thereby enhancing the cooling effect of the ice packs, ice, etc. on the head.

[0033] 4, which is a cross-sectional view of the inner pocket 34, it is preferable that the inner pocket 34 has a flap 34d or a lid in order to prevent the ice pack or ice stored in the inner pocket 34 from slipping out of the first or second opening 34a, 34b. In addition, in the sauna hat 10, the insulating effect of the outermost layer 20 described above and the intermediate layer 60 described below allows the cooling effect of the ice pack, ice, etc. in the inner pocket 34 to be maintained for a long time.

[0034] The intermediate layer 60 shown in Fig. 2 is sandwiched between the outermost layer 20 and the innermost layer 30 of the shell 12, and is not exposed on the outer surface 12a of the shell 12 shown in Fig. 1, nor on the inner surface 12b of the shell 12 shown in Fig. 3. Fig. 5 is an enlarged cross-sectional view of a portion of the cross section of the shell 12. As shown in Fig. 5, the intermediate layer 60 disposed between the outermost layer 20 and the innermost layer 30 has a foamed resin layer 40 and a metal layer 50.

[0035] The foamed resin layer 40 of the intermediate layer 60 shown in Fig. 5 is disposed between the outermost layer 20 and the innermost layer 30. The foamed resin constituting the foamed resin layer 40 is not particularly limited, but examples thereof include polyolefin, polystyrene, and polyurethane. In particular, it is preferable that the foamed resin layer 40 be made of a polyolefin such as polyethylene or polypropylene, from the viewpoint of enhancing the heat resistance of the foamed resin layer 40.

[0036] The thickness of the foamed resin layer 40 is not particularly limited, but may be, for example, about 0.1 to 10 mm, and is particularly preferably about 0.5 to 5 mm. The thickness of the foamed resin layer 40 may be thinner than the thickness of the outermost layer 20. The foamed resin layer 40 has finely divided chambers that hold air with low thermal conductivity, effectively preventing heat transfer by convection and thermal conduction, and exhibits high thermal insulation even though it is thin.

[0037] The metal layer 50 shown in Fig. 5 covers the surface of the foamed resin layer 40 on the outermost layer 20 side. The material of the metal layer 50 is not particularly limited, but a vapor-deposited aluminum layer is preferable because it is lightweight, chemically stable, and low-cost. However, the metal layer 50 may be a film of a metal other than aluminum, such as copper or nickel, or may be a layer formed by a method other than vapor deposition, such as a sputtering film or a plating layer.

[0038] The metal layer 50 tends to have a higher thermal conductivity than resin, but can effectively prevent heat transfer due to radiation. The thickness of the metal layer 50 is not particularly limited, but can be, for example, 10 nm or more and less than 1000 nm. Since the metal layer 50 can effectively prevent heat transfer due to radiation even if it is thin, the thickness of the metal layer 50 is preferably thinner than the thickness of the foamed resin layer 40.

[0039] As shown in Fig. 2 and Fig. 5, in the sauna hat 10, the surface of the foamed resin layer 40 on the outermost layer 20 side is covered with the metal layer 50, and the foamed resin layer 40 and the metal layer 50 are integrated to form the intermediate layer 60, so that a synergistic effect of the heat insulating effects of the different properties of the metal layer 50 and the foamed resin layer 40 can be expected. In addition, in the sauna hat 10, the outermost layer 20 is arranged on the outside of the metal layer 50, and the foamed resin layer 40 is arranged on the inside of the metal layer 50, so that the air flow is suppressed on both sides of the metal layer 50, and a high heat insulating effect is achieved. Furthermore, by arranging the foamed resin layer 40, which is thin but has a high heat insulating effect, on the inside of the metal layer 50, and using a fabric with a high degree of design freedom on the outside of the metal layer 50, functionality and fashionability can be achieved at the same time.

[0040] The thickness of the intermediate layer 60 can be made thinner than that of the outermost layer 20, which effectively prevents the cap body 12 from becoming too thick. Note that a non-foamed resin layer such as PET may be sandwiched between the foamed resin layer 40 and the metal layer 50.

[0041] In addition, in the sauna hat 10, the innermost layer 30 is disposed inside the foamed resin layer 40 so that the foamed resin layer 40 does not directly touch the skin, thereby preventing stickiness and achieving a comfortable feel on the skin.

[0042] Although the sauna hat according to the present invention has been described above with reference to the embodiment, the technical scope of the present invention is not limited to the above-mentioned embodiment, and it goes without saying that there are many other embodiments and modifications. For example, the sauna hat 10 is not limited to the four-layer structure as shown in FIG. 5, and the outermost layer 20 and the innermost layer 30 may have a multi-layer structure. In addition, in the intermediate layer 60, the metal layer 50 may cover the surface of the foamed resin layer 40 on the innermost layer 30 side, or the metal layer 50 may cover both the surfaces of the foamed resin layer 40 on the outermost layer 20 side and the innermost layer 30 side. In addition, the materials of the outermost layer 20 and the innermost layer 30 are not limited to those described above, and for example, the outermost layer 20 may include a mesh fabric, and the innermost layer 30 may include a towel fabric.
