Abstract
Description
[Technical field]
[0001] The present invention relates to a roster creation device and a control program. [Background technology]
[0002] Nursing homes for the elderly, nursing homes for the elderly health care facilities, and other nursing care facilities can receive not only basic remuneration from users and nursing care insurance, but also additional remuneration for nursing care remuneration from the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare by improving the facility's system, etc. In order to receive additional remuneration, nursing care facilities must meet the requirements for additional remuneration from various perspectives, such as the number of users (number of residents), number of staff working, job type, working conditions, night shift system, and diagnosis status by doctors and hygienists.
[0003] Therefore, when creating a shift schedule for care workers (caregivers, nurses, etc.) at a care facility, it is necessary to take into account the individual requests of each staff member and check whether the schedule meets the various requirements for additional payments. This takes a lot of time and effort.
[0004] Patent Document 1 discloses a welfare facility management support system that aims to easily check whether the calculation requirements for the remuneration unit price are met. This management system automatically checks whether there are any requirements for various surcharges, such as deduction for lack of service provider staff, surcharge for additional staff, surcharge for placement of welfare specialist staff, and deduction for excess capacity, based on the created work schedule. The result is also displayed as an error. The user can operate the facility in a way that satisfies the calculation requirements by modifying the work schedule according to the content. [0021] Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the attached drawings. However, the scope of the present invention is not limited to the disclosed embodiment. In the description of the drawings, the same elements are given the same reference numerals, and duplicated descriptions are omitted. In addition, the dimensional ratios of the drawings are exaggerated for the convenience of explanation, and may differ from the actual ratios.
[0022] FIG. 1 is a schematic diagram showing an information processing system 1 according to the present embodiment. The information processing system 1 includes a roster creation device 10 and a terminal device 30, and each device is connected to communicate with each other via a network 50. The roster creation device 10 is a server or a PC (personal computer). In addition, when the roster creation device 10 is configured as a server, it may be an on-premise server provided in a nursing care facility, or may be a cloud server using a commercial cloud service. The terminal device 30 is a PC equipped with a display unit such as a display, and is operated by a user such as a nursing care staff member or a manager of the nursing care facility. The roster creation device 10 may be connected to devices (terminal devices 30) of multiple facilities. A nursing care facility is a facility that provides nursing care services to residents (also called users) of the facility, and is, for example, a nursing care facility for the elderly, a nursing care health facility for the elderly, a special nursing home for the elderly, a residential type paid nursing home for the elderly, or a group home. In the roster creation device 10, staff engaged in nursing care work include care staff (both qualified and unqualified), nutritionists, nurses, and doctors.
[0023] In the following, an example will be described in which the roster creation device 10 is connected to a terminal device of a nursing care facility and creates a roster of shift work for staff engaged in nursing care work at the facility. The roster will be described as creating a roster for 24-hour shift work for a specified period (for example, the following January). Note that these are merely examples, and the terminal device 30 and the roster creation device 10 may be used in facilities other than nursing care facilities. The roster creation device 10 is not limited to rostering for nursing care facilities, and may also create rostering for 24-hour or specified daytime shift work for restaurants, production factories, etc.
[0024] (Roster creation device 10) FIG. 2 is a block diagram showing the configuration of the roster creation device 10. The roster creation device 10 has a control unit 110, a storage unit 120, and a communication unit 130. The control unit 110 is composed of a CPU, a RAM, a ROM, etc., and controls and performs calculation processing for each unit of the roster creation device 10 according to a program. The control unit 110 functions as an acquisition unit 111, a roster creation unit 112, a roster comparison unit 113, and an output unit 114, either alone or in cooperation with the communication unit 130. The storage unit 120 stores a shift condition DB (database), a staff information DB, a desired condition DB, and a system surcharge information DB. The internal data of the various DBs will be described later. The communication unit 130 is an interface circuit (e.g., a LAN card, etc.) for communicating with other devices via the network 50. The various DBs of the roster creation device 10 may be stored in other devices, such as a file server installed inside the nursing care facility, or a PC in the nursing care facility, instead of the storage unit 120.
[0025] (Shift conditions DB) FIG. 3 is an example of shift condition data registered in the desired condition DB. The shift condition data is data used to create a shift work schedule. The shift condition data includes information such as (1) unit floor information, (2) resident information, (3) standard working hours, (4) number of night shift staff, and (5) number of holidays. (1) Unit floor information is information indicating whether the facility type is unit type or floor type. The unit floor information also includes information on multiple residents who are in a common area, such as the same floor in the facility called a responsible unit, and a group of multiple staff members who are in charge of caring for these residents. (2) Resident information is information on the gender, age, level of care required, room number, etc., of the resident. The resident information includes information on the number of residents (users). It also includes the number of residents by responsible unit and by level of care. (3) Standard working hours are the monthly or weekly working hours of the staff member. For example, 40 hours / week. (4) The number of night shift employees is the number of employees working during the night shift per day. (5) The number of holidays is the number of holidays set by the facility for each employee. In addition to the above, the shift condition data also includes information on working hours (the hours of each shift (also called time slot), such as early shift, day shift, late shift, night shift, etc.).
[0026] Figure 4 is an example of staff information registered in the staff information DB. In addition to the name, the staff information includes information for each staff member, such as (1) occupation type (care worker, nurse, doctor, nutritionist, etc.), (2) full-time / concurrent employment, (3) regular or non-regular employment system, (4) qualifications (caregiver, nurse, doctor, etc.), and (5) years of service. In addition, the staff information includes information on the unit in charge.
[0027] Figure 5 shows an example of desired shift conditions data for each employee registered in the desired conditions DB. The desired shift conditions (hereinafter simply referred to as desired conditions) include whether or not an employee can work night shifts, whether or not they can work day shifts, other desired shift slots, and desired days off (days of the week). Depending on the employee, the desired conditions may change frequently, such as monthly.
[0028] FIG. 6 is an example of surcharge requirement data showing various surcharges registered in the system surcharge information DB and their requirements. The surcharges registered in the system surcharge information DB are, among the multiple surcharges related to nursing care remuneration by the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare, also called system surcharges, which are obtained when the work system of the staff at a nursing care facility meets certain requirements. System surcharges include (A) daily life continuing support surcharge, (B) nursing system surcharge, (C) night shift staff deployment surcharge, (D) individual functional training surcharge, (E) full-time doctor deployment surcharge, etc. The surcharge requirement data records the types of these various surcharges and their requirement definitions (especially some of the system-related requirements). For example, for the "daily life continuing support surcharge," the surcharge requirement is described as "among the nursing care staff, there should be at least one certified care worker for every six users."
[0029] (Acquisition part 111) The acquisition unit 111 acquires, from various DBs in the memory unit 120, staff information data of staff, desired condition data regarding shift work for each staff member, shift condition data including shift slots, and surcharge requirement data regarding multiple types of system surcharges.
[0030] (Roster Creation Department 112) The roster creation unit 112 creates a shift roster (hereinafter also referred to as a current roster) based on the shift conditions, staff information, and desired conditions, using a known algorithm such as a genetic algorithm.
[0031] In addition, the roster creation unit 112 creates a roster (hereinafter also referred to as a post-implementation roster) using a known algorithm such as a genetic algorithm based on the shift conditions, staff information, desired conditions, and surcharge requirement data related to one or more system surcharges. For example, when n types of surcharges are used as system surcharges, the roster creation unit 112 creates multiple rosters in which system surcharges are applied for each of the multiple types of system surcharges or for each of all possible combinations. For example, when n types of system surcharges are used, the roster creation unit 112 creates multiple rosters in which system surcharges are applied for each of the multiple types of system surcharges or for each of all possible combinations. nFor example, when three types A to C of the system surcharges A to F are used as shown in FIG. 6, the roster creation unit 112 creates seven types (=2^1) of A, B, C, AB, AC, BC, and ABC. 3 -1) after the introduction of the system, create a work schedule. Or, if there are four types of A to D, create four types of A to D, six types of AB to CD, four types of ABC to BCD, and one type of ABCD, for a total of 15 types (=2^ 4 The n types of system additions may be all system additions stored in the addition requirement DB, or may be n types of system additions selected by the user.
[0032] (Work schedule comparison section 113) The roster comparison unit 113 compares the current roster with multiple (2^ n The post-implementation roster with the smallest difference from the current roster is selected, and one or more surcharges applied to this post-implementation roster are identified.
[0033] By performing such a comparison process, the roster comparison unit 113 derives, as the comparison results, the selected post-introduction roster, the type of addition applied to this post-introduction roster, and the difference between the current roster and the post-introduction roster.
[0034] (Output unit 114) The output unit 114 outputs the roster created by the roster creation unit 112 and / or the comparison result derived by the roster comparison unit 113. For example, the output unit 114 transmits or displays information on the roster or the comparison result to the manager's terminal device 30.
[0035] (Current roster creation process) Next, the roster creation process will be described with reference to Fig. 7 and Fig. 8. Fig. 7 is a flowchart showing the roster creation process executed mainly by the roster creation device 10. In the following, it is assumed that the manager of a nursing care facility creates a roster of 24-hour shift work for care staff engaged in nursing care work at the facility for each calendar month.
[0036] (Step S11) At a predetermined timing, for example at the end of the previous month when creating the next month's roster, or when the administrator inputs a request for creating an instruction via the terminal device 30, the control unit 110 advances the process to the next step S12.
[0037] (Step S12) The acquisition unit 111 acquires the shift conditions, staff information, and desired conditions of the target facility from various DBs in the storage unit 120.
[0038] (Step S13) The roster creation unit 112 creates a current roster for shift work (hereinafter, referred to as current roster x0) from the various pieces of information acquired in step S12.
[0039] (Step S14) The output unit 114 outputs the current roster x0 created in step S13. Specifically, it is stored in the storage unit 120 and output to the terminal device 30 used by a user, such as a manager, who issued the creation request in step S11. Fig. 8 is an example of the output of the current roster x0 displayed on the display of the terminal device 30. The roster shows the working status of each staff member for one month (1st to 30th) regarding early start, late start, night shift, and day off.
[0040] (Creating a post-implementation roster with system surcharge applied, and comparing it with the current roster) Next, referring to Fig. 9 and Fig. 10, the process of creating an introduction roster with a system surcharge applied and the process of comparing with the current roster, which are executed by the roster creation device 10 of this embodiment, will be described. The process of Fig. 9 may be performed consecutively following the process of Fig. 7.
[0041] (Step S21) If a request for creating instructions is input by the administrator via the terminal device 30, the control unit 110 advances the process to the next step S22.
[0042] (Step S22) The acquisition unit 111 acquires the shift conditions, staff information, and desired conditions of the target facility from various DBs in the storage unit 120. The data acquired here is the same as the data acquired in the process of step S12 in FIG.
[0043] (Step S23) The acquisition unit 111 acquires the current roster x0 created by the processing of Fig. 7. This current roster x0 is generated from the same data as the various data acquired in step S22.
[0044] (Step S24) The acquisition unit 111 acquires the surcharge requirements 1 to n for multiple (n types) system surcharges from the system surcharge information DB in the storage unit 120. For example, the acquisition unit 111 acquires each of the surcharge requirements for all system surcharges that can be applied to the target facility and are stored in the system surcharge information DB. Alternatively, the acquisition unit 111 acquires surcharge requirements for multiple types of system surcharges (for example, three types of surcharge requirements 1 to 3) that have been selected at this time by a user such as an administrator, or that have been selected in advance.
[0045] (Loop process: steps S25 to S28) In steps S25 to S28, the roster creation unit 112 creates multiple post-introduction roster xm when the system surcharges 1 to n are applied for each of all possible combinations of the multiple system surcharges 1 to n (step S26). For example, if there are three types (n=3) of system surcharges A to C (see FIG. 6), in step S26, the roster creation unit 112 creates the following seven post-introduction roster xm (1) to (7) in order. (1) Shift conditions, staff information, desired conditions, and post-implementation work schedule when the additional requirement data for system additional A is applied x1, (2) Shift conditions, staff information, desired conditions, and post-implementation work schedules when the additional requirement data for system additional B is applied x2, (3) 3 post-implementation roster tables when shift conditions, staff information, desired conditions, and system surcharge C surcharge requirement data are applied, (4) Shift conditions, staff information, desired conditions, and the post-implementation work schedule when the two additional requirement data for system additional A and B are applied x4, (5) Shift conditions, staff information, desired conditions, and post-implementation work schedules when applying the two additional requirement data for system additional A and C x 5, (6) Shift conditions, staff information, desired conditions, and post-implementation work schedules when applying the two additional requirement data for system additional B and C x 6, (7) Seven post-implementation work schedules when shift conditions, staff information, desired conditions, and the three additional requirement data for system additional payments A, B, and C are applied.
[0046] Then, the roster comparison unit 113 calculates the difference between the post-introduction roster xm (x1 to x7) and the current roster x0, and extracts the difference (step S27). The roster comparison unit 113 also calculates the difference score. The difference score is calculated by multiplying the change (increase) in the number of staff by coefficient z1, multiplying the change in the number of shifts by coefficient z2, and adding up the results. For example, in a one-month roster, if the number of staff increases by one and the change in the shift slots is two, the difference score = 1 x z1 + 2 x z2. For example, the coefficient z1 is 20 and the coefficient z2 is 1. In this case, the difference score is 22 (= 1 x 20 + 2 x 1).
[0047] (Step S29) The roster comparison unit 113 selects the post-introduction roster xm with the smallest difference score, identifies the system addition applied to this post-introduction roster xm, and extracts the difference from the current roster x0. For example, if the above (4) post-introduction roster x4 is selected, system additions A and B are identified as the recommended system additions that have the least impact on the roster. In addition, the shift slots for staff A on the 5th (Friday) and staff C on the 1st (Monday), and the addition of one staff member are extracted as the difference (see FIG. 10).
[0048] (Step S30) The output unit 114 outputs the comparison result derived in step S29. FIG. 10 is an example of the output of the comparison result displayed on the display of the terminal device 30. In the example shown in FIG. 10, the system additions A and B, which have the least impact on the roster, are presented as the recommended system additions. Also, a post-implementation roster x4 when the system additions A and B are applied is shown, and the differences with the current roster x0 are shown in a manner that makes them distinguishable from shift slots that have not changed, for example, by color coding or shading. Also, as shown in FIG. 10, a difference score may be displayed together.
[0049] In this way, the roster creation device according to this embodiment includes a roster creation unit that creates multiple post-implementation rosters when one or more of multiple system surcharges are applied based on staff information data, desired condition data, shift condition data, and surcharge requirement data, a roster comparison unit that compares the acquired current roster with each of the multiple post-implementation rosters, calculates the difference, and selects the post-implementation roster with the smallest difference, and an output unit that outputs the one or more system surcharges applied to the selected post-implementation roster. This allows the user to understand the system surcharge that has the least impact and will cause the least change to the roster.
[0050] Furthermore, the output unit of the roster creation device outputs the selected post-introduction roster and the difference (differences) between the post-introduction roster and the current roster, as shown in Fig. 10. This allows users such as managers to understand the impact on the roster when the system surcharge is applied.
[0051] The above-described configuration of the roster creation device 10 is a main configuration described in order to explain the features of the above-described embodiment, but is not limited to the above-described configuration and may be modified in various ways within the scope of the claims. In addition, the configuration of a general roster creation device 10 is not excluded.
[0052] For example, the current roster x0 acquired in step S23 was created by the roster creation unit 112 using staff information data, desired conditions data, and shift conditions data. In other words, the current roster x0 was created under conditions where no system surcharge is applied. However, if there is a system surcharge currently being applied, the roster creation unit 112 may create the current roster x0 by taking into account the surcharge requirements of that system surcharge. As another example, the current roster x0 may be a roster created manually by an administrator using another device or spreadsheet software, etc.
[0053] The means and methods for performing various processes in the roster creation device 10 according to the above-described embodiment can be realized by either a dedicated hardware circuit or a programmed computer. The above-mentioned program may be provided by a computer-readable recording medium such as a USB memory or a DVD (Digital Versatile Disc)-ROM, or may be provided online via a network such as the Internet. In this case, the program recorded on the computer-readable recording medium is usually transferred to and stored in a storage unit such as a hard disk. The above-mentioned program may be provided as a standalone application software, or may be incorporated into the software of the device as one of its functions. [Explanation of symbols]
