Description

[Technical field]

[0001] The present invention relates to a movable partition installed in a building. [Background technology]

[0002] Conventionally, a known movable partition installed in a building has a guide rail installed on the ceiling of a room and multiple wall bodies each supported on the guide rail so that they can be moved freely; when not in use, the multiple wall bodies are stored in a storage location such as a storage room, and when necessary, the multiple wall bodies can be pulled out of the storage location into the room and arranged next to each other to partition the room (see, for example, Patent Document 1). [Prior art documents] [Patent documents]

[0003] [Patent Document 1] JP 2007-255118 A Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]

[0004] For example, in buildings used as restaurants and other food and beverage establishments, it is known that the ceilings of the rooms are made arched in order to enhance the aesthetic appearance of the rooms, and there is a demand for the application of movable partitions to such rooms as well.

[0005] However, the conventional movable partitions described above were constructed to divide a room by arranging multiple walls, each of which was formed in a rectangular shape, in a line, making it difficult to properly divide a room with an arched ceiling, and there was also the problem that the soundproofing provided by the partitions was insufficient.

[0006] The present invention has been made in consideration of such problems, and its object is to provide a movable partition that can partition a room with an arched ceiling appropriately and with improved sound insulation. [Means for solving the problem]

[0007] The movable partition of the present invention is a movable partition installed in a building having a living room with an arched ceiling, and is characterized in having a guide rail that is installed above the ceiling and extends across the living room and a storage room adjacent to the living room, a plurality of wall bodies that are each supported by the guide rail and can be moved between a state in which they are stored in the storage room and a state in which they are arranged in line with each other along a slit portion provided in the ceiling to partition the living room, an auxiliary wall body that is supported by the guide rail and arranged in line with the wall body that is closest to the storage room in the storage room when the plurality of wall bodies are in a partitioning state, and a pressing body that is provided on the auxiliary wall body and protrudes from the auxiliary wall body and abuts against an inner wall of the storage room, thereby pressing the auxiliary wall body toward the side of the plurality of wall bodies when the auxiliary wall body is arranged in line with the wall body that is closest to the storage room in the storage room.

[0008] In the movable partition of the present invention having the above-mentioned configuration, it is preferable that the movable partition further comprises a spring member for elastically abutting the pressing body against the inner wall of the storage chamber. Effect of the Invention

[0009] According to the present invention, it is possible to provide a movable partition that can partition a room with an arched ceiling appropriately and with improved sound insulation. [Brief description of the drawings]

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

[0011] DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS A movable partition according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings.

[0012] A building 1 shown in Figures 1 and 2 is equipped with a movable partition 10 according to one embodiment of the present invention. In this embodiment, the building 1 is used as a restaurant, and is equipped with a room 2 that is used as a private room for meals.

[0013] As shown in Fig. 2, the ceiling 3 of the living room 2 is arched. More specifically, the ceiling 3 is smoothly curved between one side wall 4a of the living room 2 and the other side wall 4b opposite the side wall 4a, so that the ceiling height is highest at the center between the side walls 4a and 4b and lowest at the joint between the side walls 4a and 4b. The arch shape of the ceiling 3 shown in Fig. 2 is substantially uniform between the side wall 4c at the right end and the side wall 4d at the left end of the living room 2 in Fig. 1.

[0014] In addition, as long as the ceiling 3 is arch-shaped, it is not limited to the shape shown in Figure 2. For example, the ceiling 3 may have a flat portion with a constant ceiling height in a predetermined range including the center position between side walls 4a and 4b, and on both sides of the flat portion, there are curved portions so that the ceiling height gradually decreases toward the connecting portion with side wall 4a or the connecting portion with side wall 4b.

[0015] The ceiling 3 is a so-called suspended ceiling, which is formed of curved plate material of a specified thickness, and is suspended by a plurality of hanging bodies 6 such as rods from a support 5 supported by the framework (not shown) of the building 1. A configuration in which a heat insulating material 3a such as glass wool is layered on the upper surface of the ceiling 3 may be used.

[0016] The movable partition 10 has a plurality of wall bodies 11 and a guide rail 20 for movably guiding the plurality of wall bodies 11. In this embodiment, the movable partition 10 has four wall bodies 11.

[0017] The movable partition 10 can partition the living room 2 having an arched ceiling 3 as needed. That is, as shown in Figures 1 and 2, the movable partition 10 can divide the living room 2 with a partition wall 30 formed of multiple wall bodies 11, dividing the living room 2 into a first small room 2a and a second small room 2b. Also, as shown in Figures 3 and 4, the movable partition 10 can store the multiple wall bodies 11 in a storage room 7 adjacent to the living room 2, making the living room 2 one large space without partitioning it.

[0018] The living space 2 has a first entrance 8a located on the first small living space 2a side and a second entrance 8b located on the second small living space 2b side when partitioned by a partition wall 30 formed by multiple wall bodies 11. The living space 2 can also be configured to have a first cloakroom 9a located on the first small living space 2a side and a second cloakroom 9b located on the second small living space 2b side when partitioned by a movable partition 10.

[0019] As shown in Figs. 1 to 4, the guide rail 20 is supported by the support 5 and is provided above the ceiling 3, and extends across the living room 2 and the storage room 7 adjacent to the living room 2. More specifically, the guide rail 20 has a drawer section 20a that extends straight from the inner wall 7a of the storage room 7 to the side wall 4b of the living room 2 in a direction perpendicular to the side walls 4a and 4b, and two branch sections 20b that branch off from the drawer section 20a in a direction perpendicular to the drawer section 20a inside the storage room 7. The two branch sections 20b are parallel to each other and are arranged side by side with a predetermined interval between them. The inner wall 7a of the storage room 7 is a wall parallel to the side walls 4a and 4b.

[0020] Each of the multiple wall bodies 11 is a rectangular plate whose height from bottom to top is higher than the highest part of the ceiling 3. Each of the multiple wall bodies 11 has two sliders 21 at its upper end, and these sliders 21 engage with the guide rail 20, thereby allowing the wall bodies 11 to be supported movably on the guide rail 20. Between the living room 2 and the storage room 7, a long and narrow opening 22 extending in the vertical direction is provided, and the multiple wall bodies 11 can move between the living room 2 and the storage room 7 along the drawer section 20a by passing through the opening 22.

[0021] 5, in this embodiment, the guide rail 20 has a U-shaped cross section that opens downward, and the slider 21 has a plurality of wheels for guiding and traveling, and the slider 21 moves along the guide rail 20 by rotating the wheels. Note that the configurations of the guide rail 20 and the slider 21 are not limited to the above configuration and can be changed in various ways as long as the slider 21 is movable along the guide rail 20.

[0022] As shown in FIG. 5, each wall 11 may be filled with a filler 11a such as glass wool for heat insulation or sound insulation.

[0023] As shown in Figures 1, 3, 5, and 6, a slit portion 3b is provided in the ceiling 3. The slit portion 3b is provided below and along the drawer portion 20a of the guide rail 20, and extends from the side wall 4b to the side wall 4a to be connected to the opening 22. The width dimension of the slit portion 3b in the direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction is larger than the thickness dimension of the wall body 11.

[0024] As shown in Figures 1 and 2, the movable partition 10 has multiple wall bodies 11 supported by the pull-out portion 20a of the guide rail 20 and arranged in series along a slit portion 3b provided in the ceiling 3 to form a partition wall 30 formed by the multiple wall bodies 11, and the partition wall 30 can divide the living room 2 into a first small living room 2a and a second small living room 2b.

[0025] At this time, the wall bodies 11 are maintained in a parallel position to the drawer portion 20a by having two sliders 21 each. As shown in Figs. 1, 2 and 7, the adjacent wall bodies 11 abut each other at their side ends, the wall body 11 closest to the side wall 4b abuts the side wall 4b at its side end, and the wall body 11 closest to the side wall 4a has a part that enters the storage room 7 through the opening 22 provided in the side wall 4a. Since the wall bodies 11 each have a rectangular shape that is higher than the ceiling 3, a part of the upper end side of the wall bodies 11 supported by the drawer portion 20a of the guide rail 20, i.e., the partition wall 30, protrudes above the ceiling 3 and is disposed inside the slit portion 3b. In this way, according to the movable partition 10 of this embodiment, the partition wall 30 formed by the wall bodies 11, each of which is a rectangular plate, can appropriately partition the living room 2 having an arch-shaped ceiling 3 without causing a gap in the arch-shaped portion.

[0026] As shown in Fig. 5, each wall 11 can be configured to have a floor contact member 11b at its lower end. In this case, when the living room 2 is partitioned, the floor contact member 11b can be protruded downward from the lower end of the wall 11 and brought into contact with the floor surface 2c of the living room 2, thereby reducing the gap between each wall 11 and the floor surface 2c, and the living room 2 can be partitioned more reliably.

[0027] Furthermore, each wall 11 can be configured to have an abutment member 11c at its upper end. In this case, when the living space 2 is partitioned, the abutment member 11c can be made to protrude upward from the upper end of the wall 11 and abut against the top surface 2d of the folded-up portion of the ceiling 3 of the living space 2, thereby reducing the gap between each wall 11 and the top surface 2d, thereby partitioning the living space 2 more reliably.

[0028] When moving the wall body 11 along the guide rail 20, as shown in Fig. 6, the floor contact member 11b is moved upward and stored in the wall body 11, and the top member 11c is moved downward and stored in the wall body 11. This allows each wall body 11 to move smoothly along the guide rail 20 without the floor contact member 11b and the top member 11c coming into contact with the floor surface 2c and the top surface 2d. Although not shown in detail, the floor contact member 11b and the top member 11c may be configured to be actuated by manually operating an operating unit provided on the wall body 11.

[0029] 7, a vertically extending recess 23 may be provided on one of the side ends or side walls 4b of the abutting walls 11, and a vertically extending protrusion 24 may be provided on the other of the abutting walls 11, so that the adjacent walls 11 and side walls 4b abut against each other with the protrusion 24 engaged with the recess 23. This prevents the occurrence of a gap extending straight from the first small chamber 2a to the second small chamber 2b or from the second small chamber 2b to the first small chamber 2a between the adjacent walls 11 and side walls 4b.

[0030] On the other hand, as shown in Figs. 3 and 4, the movable partition 10 can turn the living room 2 into a large unpartitioned space by storing multiple wall bodies 11 in the storage room 7.

[0031] That is, the multiple wall bodies 11 that partition the living space 2 are moved sequentially into the storage room 7 through the opening 22 along the drawer portion 20a of the guide rail 20, and as shown in FIG. 3, one slider 21 of the multiple wall bodies 11 is guided by one branch portion 20b, and the other slider 21 is guided by the other branch portion 20b, so that the multiple wall bodies 11 can be stored in the storage room 7 in a state where they are stacked on top of each other in the thickness direction. The distance between the side wall 4a and the inner wall 7a of the storage room 7 is wider than the width of the wall body 11, and the wall body 11 can be moved into the storage room 7 while remaining parallel to the drawer portion 20a. The distance between the two sliders 21 provided on each wall body 11 is the same as the distance between the two branch portions 20b.

[0032] When multiple wall bodies 11 are stored in the storage room 7 and the living room 2 is not partitioned, a cover (not shown) may be attached to the slit portion 3b and opening 22 in the ceiling 3 to cover them.

[0033] In this way, the movable partition 10 can be switched between a state in which the multiple wall bodies 11 are stored in the storage room 7 and do not partition the living room 2, and a state in which the multiple wall bodies 11 are arranged in series with each other along the slit portion 3b provided in the ceiling 3, by moving the multiple wall bodies 11 along the guide rails 20.

[0034] Here, in the movable partition 10 of this embodiment, in addition to the multiple wall bodies 11, one auxiliary wall body 12 is supported on the guide rail 20. The auxiliary wall body 12 is a rectangular plate having the same shape as the wall body 11, and like the wall body 11, is supported on the guide rail 20 by two sliders 21 so as to be freely movable.

[0035] 1, 2 and 7, when the multiple walls 11 partition the living space 2, the auxiliary wall body 12 is disposed adjacent to the wall body 11 that is closest to the storage room 7, i.e., the partition wall 30. As a result, the partition wall 30 is configured such that the auxiliary wall body 12 is connected to the opening 22 on the side where the opening 22 is provided, further toward the inside of the storage room 7, thereby more appropriately partitioning the first small living space 2a and the second small living space 2b. In other words, in a configuration in which the auxiliary wall body 12 is not provided, an opening 22 is provided in the side wall 4a, and the partition wall 30 does not abut the side wall 4a on the side of the storage room 7, and there is a risk of sound leaking through the opening 22 or the storage room 7 between the first small room 2a and the second small room 2b. However, as described above, by providing the auxiliary wall body 12 adjacent to the partition wall 30, sound leakage through the opening 22 or the storage room 7 can be suppressed, and the soundproofing between the first small room 2a and the second small room 2b provided by the movable partition 10 or the partition wall 30 can be improved.

[0036] The auxiliary wall body 12 may be configured to be filled with a filler 12a such as glass wool for heat insulation or sound insulation, similar to the wall body 11. The auxiliary wall body 12 may be configured to be provided with a vertically extending recess 23 on one of the side ends of the wall body 11 or the auxiliary wall body 12 that abut against each other, and a vertically extending protrusion 24 in a shape corresponding to the recess 23 on the other, so that the two abut against each other with the recess 23 engaged with the protrusion 24.

[0037] 7, the auxiliary wall body 12 is provided with a pressing body 13. In this embodiment, the pressing body 13 is provided at a lower end portion of the side end of the auxiliary wall body 12 facing the inner wall 7a of the storage chamber 7. The pressing body 13 is supported by the auxiliary wall body 12 via a rod 14 so as to be movable forward and backward. When the auxiliary wall body 12 is arranged adjacent to the wall body 11 closest to the storage chamber 7 in the storage chamber 7, the pressing body 13 is configured to protrude from the auxiliary wall body 12 toward the inner wall 7a as shown in FIG. 7 from a state in which the pressing body 13 is stored in the auxiliary wall body 12 as shown in FIG. 8, and to abut against the inner wall 7a of the storage chamber 7.

[0038] When the auxiliary wall body 12 is arranged adjacent to the wall body 11 closest to the storage room 7 in the storage room 7, the pressing body 13 protruding from the auxiliary wall body 12 toward the inner wall 7a abuts against the inner wall 7a, and the inner wall 7a is pressed by the pressing body 13, and the auxiliary wall body 12 is pressed toward the multiple wall bodies 11, i.e., the partition wall 30, by the reaction force. As a result, the adjacent pair of wall bodies 11 and the auxiliary wall body 12 and the wall body 11 are pressed against each other, and are reliably connected without generating a gap between them. Therefore, sound leakage from between the adjacent pair of wall bodies 11 or between the auxiliary wall body 12 and the wall body 11 can be more effectively suppressed, and the sound insulation between the first small room 2a and the second small room 2b by the movable partition 10 or the partition wall 30 can be further improved.

[0039] The pressing body 13 may be configured to elastically abut against the inner wall 7a of the storage chamber 7 while being biased by the spring member 15 toward the inner wall 7a. This allows the pair of adjacent wall bodies 11 and the auxiliary wall body 12 and the wall body 11 to be elastically pressed against each other, more effectively preventing the occurrence of gaps between them. This further effectively suppresses sound leakage from between the pair of adjacent wall bodies 11 or between the auxiliary wall body 12 and the wall body 11, and further improves the sound insulation between the first small room 2a and the second small room 2b by the movable partition 10 or the partition wall 30.

[0040] In addition, as long as the pressing body 13 is provided on the auxiliary wall body 12 and can protrude from the auxiliary wall body 12 and abut against the inner wall 7a of the storage chamber 7 to press the auxiliary wall body 12 toward the multiple wall bodies 11 when the auxiliary wall body 12 is arranged adjacent to the wall body 11 closest to the storage chamber 7 in the storage chamber 7, the position, shape, structure, presence or absence of the spring member 15, etc., of the auxiliary wall body 12 are not limited to the above and can be variously changed.

[0041] The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and various modifications can be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention.

[0042] For example, in the above embodiment, the building 1 is used as a restaurant, but this is not limited thereto, and the building may be used for other purposes such as an office or a residence, as long as it has a room 2 with an arched ceiling 3.

[0043] In addition, in the above embodiment, the partition wall 30 is configured by four wall bodies 11, but the number of wall bodies 11 that configure the partition wall 30 can be changed in various ways as long as it is plural. [Explanation of symbols]
