[0003] [Patent Document 1] Japanese Patent Application Publication No. 8-302971 [Patent Document 2] Japanese Patent Application Publication No. 11-247418 Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]
[0004] When providing flooring with equipment such as air outlets for a floor-outlet type air conditioning system or floor outlets, it is desirable to provide the equipment in a desired position suited to the intended purpose.
[0005] Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a floor panel that allows equipment parts to be installed in desired positions according to the purpose. [Means for solving the problem]
[0006] In order to achieve the above object, the floor panel according to the present invention has a floor panel main body and an equipment part that is detachable from an opening formed in the floor panel main body.
[0007] In the present invention, since the equipment section is detachable from the opening section formed in the floor panel body, an equipment section suited to the purpose can be provided in the opening section located at a desired position. The functionality of the equipment section can be added to the floor panel. The equipment section can be removed from the main body of the floor panel, making maintenance and replacement easy.
[0008] In addition, in the floor panel of the present invention, the equipment section may include an air-conditioning floor panel having an outlet hole penetrating in the vertical direction, and a blower attached below the air-conditioning floor panel and blowing air above the air-conditioning floor panel through the outlet hole.
[0009] By using a floor panel with this configuration in an underfloor air-conditioning system, air in the underfloor space below the floor panel can be efficiently supplied to the room above. By installing the equipment unit in an opening arranged at a desired position and adjusting the air volume of the blower, the room above the floor panel can be made into a more comfortable air-conditioned space.
[0010] In addition, in the floor panel according to the present invention, the floor panel main body may have a square shape in a plan view when viewed from the up-down direction.
[0011] With this configuration, when arranging multiple floor panels, they can be arranged even if they are rotated 90° around the vertical axis to change their orientation.
[0012] In addition, in the floor panel according to the present invention, the center of the opening may be located at a position shifted from the center of the planar shape of the floor panel body in a plan view.
[0013] With this configuration, the opening, i.e., the position of the equipment part, can be arranged in a different position by rotating the floor panel 90° around the vertical axis. When arranging multiple floor panels, the position of the equipment part can be adjusted by rotating them 90° around the vertical axis. Effect of the Invention
[0014] According to the present invention, a facility section suited to a purpose can be provided at a desired position. [Brief description of the drawings]

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
[0016] Hereinafter, a floor panel according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to Figs. 1 to 12. As shown in Figures 1 and 2, a plurality of floor panels 1 according to this embodiment are laid on the floor of a building. The upper surface of the floor panel 1 is a finished surface. The floor panel 1 has a substantially square shape in plan view when viewed from the top-bottom direction. The floor panel 1 is installed on a support member 12 installed on a floor slab 11 (see Figure 2). The floor panel 1 is disposed above the floor slab 11 with a gap therebetween. The floor panels 1 form a double floor. The space between the floor panel 1 and the floor slab 11 is referred to as an underfloor space 13 (see Figure 2). In this embodiment, the underfloor space 13 is used as a chamber for an underfloor air-conditioning system. The floor panel 1 is provided with a plurality of air outlet holes 35 for blowing air from the underfloor space 13 below into the room 14 above (see FIG. 2).
[0017] The floor panel 1 has a floor panel main body 2 and an air conditioning equipment section 3 (equipment section). The floor panel main body 2 is formed in a plate shape. The floor panel main body 2 has an opening 21 that penetrates in the vertical direction. The air conditioning equipment section 3 is fitted into the opening 21 of the floor panel main body 2. The air conditioning equipment section 3 blows air from an underfloor space 13 into an interior room 14 above the floor panel 1.
[0018] As shown in FIG. 3 and FIG. 4, the floor panel body 2 has a substantially square shape in plan view. The floor panel body 2 is made of wood. The floor panel body 2 is formed, for example, in a square shape with a side of about 600 mm. The outer edge of the floor panel body 2 is placed on the support member 12. The opening 21 has a substantially square shape in plan view. The opening 21 is formed, for example, in a square shape with a side of about 200 mm. The center 21a of the opening 21 is disposed at a position offset from the center 2a of the floor panel body 2 (the center of the floor panel 1). The opening 21 is provided in the vicinity of one of the four corners of the floor panel body 2. The opening 21 is disposed in one of the four regions obtained by dividing the floor panel body 2 into four equal parts in plan view. The floor panel body 2 has a protrusion 22 formed in the lower part in the vertical direction (thickness direction) along the edge of the opening 21, protruding inward of the opening 21. The upper surface of the floor panel body 2 becomes the finishing surface of the floor part.
[0019] As shown in Figures 5 and 6, the air conditioning equipment unit 3 has an air conditioning floor panel 31, a blower 32, a support shaft 33, and a chamber box 36. The air conditioning floor panel 31 is a panel that is fitted into the opening 21 of the floor panel main body 2. The blower 32 is an axial fan that blows air from the underfloor space 13 to the room 14 above the floor panel 1. The support shaft 33 is attached to the underside of the air conditioning floor panel 31 and supports the blower 32. The chamber box 36 is attached to the underside of the air conditioning floor panel 31 to form a chamber.
[0020] The air conditioning floor panel 31 is made of wood. The air conditioning floor panel 31 is formed in a flat plate shape. The upper surface of the air conditioning floor panel 31 becomes the finishing surface of the floor portion. The planar shape of the air conditioning floor panel 31 is a substantial square corresponding to the planar shape of the opening 21. At the outer edge of the air conditioning floor panel 31, a protrusion 34 is formed in the upper part in the up-down direction (thickness direction) that protrudes outward more than the lower part. When the air conditioning floor panel 31 is fitted into the opening 21 (see Figures 3 and 4) of the floor panel main body 2, the protrusion 34 of the air conditioning floor panel 31 is placed on the protrusion 22 (see Figures 3 and 4) of the floor panel main body 2.
[0021] A plurality of blowing holes 35 penetrating in the vertical direction are formed in the air-conditioning floor panel 31. In this embodiment, the plurality of blowing holes 35 are arranged so as to draw a plurality of concentric circles centered on the center of the planar shape of the air-conditioning floor panel 31.
[0022] The support shaft 33 is a rod-shaped member extending in the vertical direction. The support shaft 33 is fixed to the center position of the lower surface of the air-conditioning floor panel 31 so as to extend downward. A shaft portion 321 of the blower 32 is attached to the support shaft 33. The blowing hole 35 of the air-conditioning floor panel 31 is formed in a position that does not interfere with the support shaft 33 and is formed in a position above the blades 322 of the blower 32. The blower 32 is supplied with power from an electric wiring provided in the underfloor space 13. The blower 32 is provided with a receiving unit that receives a drive / stop signal and a signal of the air volume. When the blower 32 is driven, air in the underfloor space 13 is blown out into the room 14 through the blowing hole 35 of the air-conditioning floor panel 31.
[0023] As described above, the opening 21 of the floor panel main body 2 is disposed at a position offset from the center 2a of the floor panel main body 2. As a result, the air conditioning equipment unit 3 fitted into the opening 21 is disposed at a position where its center 3a is offset from the center 2a of the floor panel main body 2. The air conditioning equipment unit 3 is detachable from the opening 21 of the floor panel main body 2.
[0024] The multiple floor panels 1 are arranged along two orthogonal horizontal directions so that their outer edges are in contact with each other. Because the floor panel 1 has a square shape in plan view, it can be arranged in the above two directions with the floor panel 1 that is not rotated even when the floor panel 1 is rotated 90° around the vertical axis. The air conditioning unit 3 is arranged at a position where the center 3a is offset from the center 2a of the floor panel main body 2, so that the position of the air conditioning unit 3 relative to the center 2a of the floor panel main body 2 can be changed by rotating the floor panel 1 around the vertical axis by 90°.
[0025] As shown in Fig. 1, when the arranged floor panels 1 are arranged facing the same direction, the air conditioning equipment units 3 can be arranged at equal intervals. When the arranged floor panels 1 are rotated and the air conditioning equipment units 3 are consolidated, as shown in Fig. 7, the fans 32 and the multiple outlet holes 35 of each floor panel 1 are consolidated. This allows the air in the underfloor space 13 to be blown out in a concentrated manner into the room 14. When the arranged floor panels 1 are rotated and the air conditioning equipment units 3 are disposed apart, as shown in Fig. 8, the fans 32 and the multiple outlet holes 35 of each floor panel 1 are spaced apart. This allows the air in the underfloor space 13 to be blown out in a diffuse manner into the room 14.
[0026] The floor panel 1 according to this embodiment can be fitted with a wiring equipment section 4 shown in Figs. 9 and 10 in place of the air conditioning equipment section 3. The wiring equipment section 4 has a wiring floor panel 41 and a wiring connection unit 42. The wiring floor panel 41 is a panel that is fitted into the opening 21 of the floor panel main body 2. The wiring floor panel 41 is a wooden plate-like member whose upper surface is a finished surface, similar to the air conditioning floor panel 31. The wiring floor panel 41 has an opening 43 formed therein to which the wiring connection unit 42 is attached, instead of the multiple air outlets 35 of the air conditioning floor panel 31. The wiring connection unit 42 is provided with an outlet, a wireless LAN socket, and the like. The outlet and wireless LAN socket of the wiring connection unit 42 can be used from inside the room 14. The wiring connection unit 42 may be provided with a cover for opening and closing the outlet and the wireless LAN socket. Wiring provided in the underfloor space 13 is connected to the wiring connection unit 42.
[0027] The floor panel 1 according to this embodiment can be fitted with a lid member 5 (equipment section) shown in Figs. 11 and 12 in place of the air conditioning equipment section 3 and the wiring equipment section 4. The lid member 5 is fitted into the opening 21 of the floor panel main body 2 to close the opening 21. The opening 21 is a wooden plate-like member whose upper surface is a finished surface, similar to the air conditioning floor panel 31 and the wiring floor panel 41. When it is not necessary to provide the floor panel 1 with a blower 32, a wiring connection unit 42, or the like, depending on the purpose and layout of the room 14, the opening 21 may be closed with the lid member 5. The wiring equipment unit 4 and the lid member 5 (equipment unit) are configured to be detachable from the opening 21 of the floor panel main body 2, similar to the air conditioning equipment unit 3. Any one of the air conditioning equipment unit 3, the wiring equipment unit 4, and the lid member 5 may be selected and installed in the opening 21 of the floor panel main body 2 according to the purpose and layout of the room 14.
[0028] Next, the operation and effect of the floor panel according to this embodiment will be described. In the floor panel 1 of this embodiment, the equipment section 6 (either the air conditioning equipment section 3, the wiring equipment section 4 or the cover member 5) is detachable from the opening 21 formed in the floor panel main body 2, so that the equipment section 6 suited to the application can be provided in the opening 21 placed in the desired position. The functionality of the equipment section can be added to the floor panel. By using a general-purpose fan for the blower 32 of the air conditioning equipment section 3, the air conditioning equipment section 3 can be manufactured at low cost. This allows an underfloor air conditioning system to be introduced cheaply and easily. By laying multiple floor panels 1, the blower 32, which is equipment for the underfloor air conditioning system, can also be installed, making installation of the blower 32 easy. The equipment section 6 can be removed from the floor panel main body 2, facilitating maintenance and replacement work.
[0029] In this embodiment, the air conditioning equipment section 3 has an air conditioning floor panel 31 having multiple air outlet holes 35 penetrating in the vertical direction, and a blower 32 attached below the air conditioning floor panel 31 and blowing air above the air conditioning floor panel 31 through the multiple air outlet holes 35. By using a floor panel 1 equipped with such an air conditioning unit 3 in an underfloor air-conditioning system, air in the underfloor space 13 below the floor panel 1 can be efficiently supplied to the room 14 above. By installing the air conditioning unit 3 in an opening 21 arranged at a desired position and adjusting the air volume of the blower 32, the room 14 can be made a more comfortable space.
[0030] In this embodiment, the floor panel body 2 has a substantially square planar shape. With this configuration, when arranging a plurality of floor panels 1, they can be arranged even if they are rotated 90° around the vertical axis to change their orientation.
[0031] In this embodiment, in a plan view, the center 21a of the opening 21 of the floor panel main body 2 is disposed at a position offset from the center 2a of the floor panel main body 2. With this configuration, the opening 21, i.e., the equipment section 6, can be disposed at a different position by rotating the floor panel 1 around the vertical axis by 90° each time. When arranging a plurality of floor panels 1, the position of the equipment section 6 can be adjusted by rotating the floor panel 1 around the vertical axis by 90° each time.
[0032] Although an embodiment of the floor panel according to the present invention has been described above, the present invention is not limited to the above embodiment and can be modified as appropriate without departing from the spirit of the present invention. For example, in the above embodiment, the equipment section 6 is the air conditioning equipment section 3 having the blower 32, the wiring equipment section 4 having the wiring connection unit 42, and the cover member 5, but it may be an equipment section having equipment other than the blower 32 and the wiring connection unit 42 and having a desired function. A floor panel 1 having an equipment section other than the air conditioning equipment section 3 may be provided in a floor section in which a floor outlet type air conditioning system is not installed. In the above embodiment, the floor panel main body 2 of the floor panel 1 is provided with one selected equipment section 6 from the air conditioning equipment section 3, the wiring equipment section 4 and the cover member 5, but the equipment sections 6 provided in each of the multiple floor panels 1 to be laid may be the same equipment section 6.
[0033] In the above embodiment, the multiple air outlet holes 35 formed in the air conditioning floor panel 31 are arranged so as to draw multiple concentric circles centered on the center of the planar shape of the air conditioning floor panel 31, but they may be arranged as appropriate. The air outlet holes 35 may be round holes, long holes, or slits. The arrangement and shape of the air outlet holes 35 formed in the air conditioning floor panel 31 may differ for each air conditioning floor panel 31.
[0034] In the above embodiment, the blower 32 is supported by the support shaft 33 fixed to the underside of the air conditioning floor panel 31, but it may be supported by a member other than the support shaft 33.
[0035] In the above embodiment, the floor panel main body 2 has a substantially square planar shape, but it may have a shape other than a square. In the above embodiment, the center 21a of the opening 21 of the floor panel main body 2 is positioned at a position offset from the center 2a of the floor panel main body 2 in a planar view, but it may also be positioned at a position overlapping with the center 2a of the floor panel main body 2.
[0036] In the above embodiment, the floor panel main body 2, the air conditioning floor panel 31 of the air conditioning equipment section 3, the wiring floor panel 41 of the wiring equipment section 4, and the lid member 5 are made of wood, but they may be made of materials other than wood. If the floor panel main body 2, the air conditioning floor panel 31 of the air conditioning equipment section 3, the wiring floor panel 41 of the wiring equipment section 4, and the lid member 5 are made of wood, they are easy to process during production. Also, by producing the top surfaces of the floor panel main body 2, the air conditioning floor panel 31 of the air conditioning equipment section 3, the wiring floor panel 41 of the wiring equipment section 4, and the lid member 5 as finishing surfaces during production, floor finishing work on site is not required, and the construction period can be shortened.
[0037] The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) are among the 17 international goals adopted at the United Nations Summit in September 2015. The floor panel of this embodiment can contribute to achieving one of the 17 SDGs goals, for example goal 11: "Sustainable cities and communities." [Explanation of symbols]
