[0004] [Patent Document 1] JP 2004-046876 A Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]

[0005] Meanwhile, specialized and highly accurate information is also required during product design reviews (DR) and when dealing with defects. On the other hand, the number of skilled engineers who can grasp and point out important points to note in DR and defect responses is decreasing, and there is an increasing demand for the transfer and accumulation of such knowledge.

[0006] In the current DR and defect response, knowledge is accumulated in the form of minutes of discussions, but because the number of experienced engineers who participate is limited, there is a bias in the expertise of the participants and the technical fields discussed, and due to time constraints, the expertise of the participants is not fully utilized. In addition, since the accumulated knowledge is not considered for reuse, it has been difficult to use it efficiently to compensate for the decrease in experienced engineers.

[0007] The present invention has been made in consideration of the above, and aims to provide a comment collection device, a comment collection system, and a comment collection method that can extract sufficient, unbiased knowledge from skilled engineers with appropriate expertise, and accumulate it in a form that can be used efficiently. [Means for solving the problem]

[0008] The present application includes multiple means for solving the above problem. One example of the present application includes a technical field identification unit that identifies a technical field in which discussion on a theme corresponding to at least one of a plurality of technical fields is lacking, based on comments on the theme corresponding to the theme stored in a comment evaluation storage unit; a respondent selection unit that selects at least one respondent in the technical field identified by the technical field identification unit as lacking in discussion, based on the comments stored in the comment evaluation storage unit and the comments of a predetermined number of respondent candidates; an answer requesting unit that requests the respondent selected by the answerer selection unit to input a comment on the theme and a degree of confidence indicating the respondent's subjective confidence in the comment; a reception unit that receives the comment and the degree of confidence from the respondent; and an answer evaluation unit that evaluates the comment according to the degree of confidence received by the reception unit, and stores the comment in the comment evaluation storage unit in association with the evaluation. Effect of the Invention

[0009] According to the present invention, it is possible to extract unbiased and sufficient knowledge from skilled engineers with appropriate expertise and accumulate it in a form that can be used efficiently. [Brief description of the drawings]

[Figure 9] FIG. 13 is a diagram illustrating an example of a method for identifying an engineer. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

[0011] Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.

[0012] FIG. 1 is a diagram showing an outline of the overall configuration of a comment collecting system according to the present embodiment.

[0013] In FIG. 1, the comment collection system 100 is roughly composed of a comment collection device 110 connected via a communication network 140, a comment evaluation storage unit 130, multiple (e.g., three) information input display devices 141, 142, 143, and an information input display device 120 connected to the comment collection device 110.

[0014] The communication network 140 is, for example, a communication network such as the Internet or Ethernet, and the comment collection system 100 is configured by transmitting and receiving information between the comment collection device 110, the comment evaluation storage unit 130, and the information input and display devices 141, 142, and 143.

[0015] The comment evaluation storage unit 130 is a so-called storage unit that stores information such as comments and evaluations collected by the comment collection device 110, and is configured by a server installed on the communication network 140 or the like.

[0016] The comment collection device 110 has various functional units such as a technical field identification unit 111, an answerer selection unit 112, an answer request unit 113, a confidence level reception unit 114, and an answer evaluation unit 115, and performs a comment collection process in which an answerer of a comment on a topic for which discussion is lacking is selected, an answer request is made, and knowledge is accumulated by collecting comments. The comment collection device 110 is, for example, a server or a PC with sufficient performance. In the case of a PC, it may be executed by a CPU, or each functional unit may be realized by a program or the like. The information input display device 120 connected to the comment collection device 110 is a device capable of displaying and inputting information, that is, a set of functions such as a keyboard, a mouse, and a monitor, and a device capable of displaying and inputting information such as a PC or a tablet may be used. The functions of the comment collection device 110 and the comment evaluation storage unit 130 may be configured to be integrated on the same server. In addition, the comment collection device 110 may be configured to include a comment evaluation storage unit 130.

[0017] The technical field identification unit 111 identifies technical fields in which discussion of a theme is lacking, based on comments on a theme corresponding to at least one of the multiple technical fields stored in the comment evaluation storage unit 130. For example, the technical field for each comment is determined using natural language processing from the content of multiple comments on the theme. The number and quality of each comment are compared with a predetermined threshold value for evaluation, and technical fields in which discussion is lacking are identified.

[0018] The answerer selection unit 112 selects at least one answerer in the technical field identified by the technical field identification unit 111 as lacking in discussion, based on the comments stored in the comment evaluation storage unit 130 and the comments of a preset number of answerer candidates. For example, for all comments stored in the comment evaluation storage unit, a similarity calculation is performed between words and ideas in the technical field identified as lacking in discussion, the top n comments (e.g., n=20) with high similarity are extracted, and the proposer with the most ideas is selected as the answerer.

[0019] The answer requesting unit 113 requests the answerer selected by the answerer selecting unit 112 to input a comment on the theme and a confidence level indicating the answerer's subjective confidence in the comment. Note that, in the present embodiment, an example is described in which the answerer's subjective influence level and occurrence frequency are requested to be input together with the confidence level, but it may be configured to request input of at least one of the influence level and the occurrence frequency.

[0020] The confidence level receiving unit 114 receives comments from respondents, as well as their confidence levels, influence levels, and occurrence frequencies.

[0021] The answer evaluation unit 115 evaluates the comment according to the confidence level, influence level, and occurrence frequency received by the confidence level reception unit 114, and stores the comment and its evaluation in the comment evaluation storage unit 130 in association with each other.

[0022] The specific contents of the comment collection process in the comment collection system configured as above will be described.

[0023] Fig. 2 is a flowchart showing the contents of a comment collection process by the comment collection device. Figs. 3 to 7 are diagrams showing examples of screens displayed on the information input display device during the comment collection process. Figs. 8 and 9 are diagrams explaining an example of a method for identifying an engineer.

[0024] Users of the comment collection system 100, that is, proposers of themes and respondents of comments, can use the system by registering as users prior to using the system and logging in with registered user information.

[0025] FIG. 3 is a diagram showing an example of a user registration and login screen for performing user registration and login to the comment collection system.

[0026] As shown in FIG. 3, the user registration login screen 200 presented by the comment collection device 110 is displayed on the display unit of the accessed information input display device 120, 141-143, and has a login section 210 for a user who has already registered to log in to the system, and a new user registration section 220 for an unregistered (new) user using the system for the first time to register as a new user and log in.

[0027] The login section 210 is provided with a login name input section 211 for inputting a pre-registered login name (e.g., a user name), a password input section 212 for inputting a pre-registered password, and a login button 213 for logging in. A user who has already registered logs in to the system by inputting the login name and password and pressing the login button 213.

[0028] The new user registration section 220 is provided with a login name input section 221 for inputting a login name (e.g., a user name) to be registered as information of a new user, a password input section 222 for inputting a password to be newly registered corresponding to the login name, a password re-input section 223 for re-inputting the newly registered password to confirm the password, specialty field input sections 224a, 224b, 224c, and 224d for inputting the specialty fields (e.g., up to four) of the user to be registered, and a user registration login button 225 for user registration and login. A user using the system for the first time registers a new user and logs in to the system by inputting a new login name, password (including confirmation), and specialty field and pressing the user registration login button 225.

[0029] A user who logs in to the comment collection system 100 can create a new theme for which comments are to be collected and can check themes that have already been registered.

[0030] FIG. 4 is a diagram showing an example of a theme creation confirmation screen for creating a new theme and confirming a registered theme.

[0031] As shown in FIG. 4, the theme creation confirmation screen 300, which is presented by the comment collection device 110 upon logging in to the comment collection system 100 and displayed on the display units of the information input and display devices 120, 141-143, has a new theme creation section 310 for creating a new theme, and theme display sections 320, 330 for selecting and displaying registered themes (e.g., theme 1, theme 2).

[0032] The new theme creation unit 310 has a function unit for inputting various information and detailed information of the new theme. That is, the new theme creation unit 310 is provided with the following function units for inputting various information: a title input unit 311 for inputting the title of the new theme, a target product input unit 312 for inputting the name of the target product, a target part input unit 313 for inputting the name of the target part, a keyword input unit 314 for inputting keywords closely related to the new theme, a requester information input unit 315 for inputting various information such as the name of the requester, i.e., the creator of the new theme, a reference image registration unit 316 for registering a reference image as information related to the new theme, and a reference material registration unit 317 for registering reference materials. Also, the new theme creation unit 310 is provided with a theme creation button 319 for creating and registering a new theme. The user of the comment collection system 100 can create and register a new theme by inputting and registering various information and detailed information of the new theme to be collected from comments and pressing the theme creation button 319.

[0033] The theme display sections 320 and 330 each display various information for each registered theme created by the operation of the new theme creation section 310. For example, the theme display section 320 may be provided with a target product display section 321, a target part display section 322, and a keyword display section 323 for displaying various information for a registered theme (e.g., theme 1). The theme display section 320 is also provided with a comment number display section 324 and an evaluation number display section 325 for displaying the number of comments and evaluations (described in detail later) replied to theme 1. The same is true for the theme display section 330. That is, for example, the theme display section 330 is provided with a target product display section 331, a target part display section 332, a keyword display section 333, a comment number display section 334, an evaluation number display section 335, and the like.

[0034] The theme display areas 320 and 330 function as detail display buttons for selecting each theme and displaying details, and detailed information about each theme can be displayed by selecting the theme display area 320 or 330. The following are examples of detailed information registered for each theme:

[0035] Example of Theme 1 content: A defect (crack) occurred with part A of product A during operation XX. Product A has been in operation for XX years, and visual inspections have been carried out at ▽▽ intervals, but this defect is the first to occur. Details of the operating condition when the defect occurred are XXX. Attached are the design specifications, material properties, and simple analysis results (stress distribution diagram). We would like your advice on the cause of the defect and countermeasures (temporary / permanent).

[0036] Example of content for Theme 2: When deciding on the specifications for part B of product B during design DR, we would like to extract key factors in deciding the specifications and would like advice. Items with a high risk of causing rework, items with high production costs, items with long delivery times, items that have a strong impact on performance and reliability, etc. are likely to be items with a high degree of impact. In addition, items that frequently cause rework or items that are shared and used are also considered to be items with a high occurrence frequency.

[0037] The comment collection device 110 performs a comment collection process for the themes registered as described above and stored in the comment evaluation storage unit 130. The comment collection process extracts themes for which discussion is lacking from the themes stored in the comment evaluation storage unit 130, selects respondents appropriate for obtaining comments on the themes, requests them to reply, and collects comments from the respondents, thereby accumulating knowledge.

[0038] In FIG. 2, the comment collection device 110 first reads various data related to the registered theme from the comment evaluation storage unit 130 (step S100), and based on the read data, identifies technical fields in which discussion on the theme is lacking (step S110).

[0039] There are various methods for identifying the technical field related to each theme. For example, the technical field for which a response (comment) is required can be identified from the contents of the new theme (title / target part / keywords / request details, etc.) by using natural language processing (similarity search, etc.). Alternatively, similar cases can be extracted from the themes stored in the comment evaluation storage unit 130, and the technical field can be identified from the comments and fields discussed therein. In addition, if a new related technical field appears from the newly obtained comments, it is possible to add that technical field as a target. In order to determine whether or not there is a lack of discussion, the number and quality of comments in each technical field can be compared with a predetermined threshold value for evaluation. For classification of specialties and technical fields, for example, the "List of Keywords in the Appendix to the Table of Systems, Fields, Divisions, and Details" provided by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology can be used as a reference.

[0040] Next, the comment collecting device 110 selects engineers to whom comments will be requested based on the registered theme information and the information accumulated in the comment evaluation storage unit 130 (step S120).

[0041] 8 and 9 are diagrams for explaining an example of a method for identifying an engineer.

[0042] In identifying an engineer, for example, first, idea data 600 is collected in the form of number information 610, proposer information 620, and comment information 630 as shown in FIG. 8. Then, similarity between any search word and an idea is calculated from the idea data 600 as shown in FIG. 9, and similarity data 700 consisting of number information 710, proposer information 720, and similarity information 730 with the search word is generated, and the proposer with the most ideas in the top n similarity (for example, n=20) is selected as the respondent. Note that the calculation of similarity is not limited to using a word match search, and a search considering the meaning of the sentence may be used. Alternatively, a list of experts that includes infrastructure leaders of each institution may be prepared in advance and used.

[0043] Next, if a comment has already been made on the registered theme, the comment collecting device 110 sorts the comments according to the impact and frequency registered in the comment, relevance to the respondent, etc. (step S130), and requests the selected engineer to respond to the comment on the registered theme (including additional comments to comments already answered on the theme) (step S140). The comments are sorted, for example, in order of evaluation value weighted by the respondent's subjective impact and occurrence frequency on the theme with confidence. As a result, comments with higher importance or higher relevance to the respondent are displayed higher. Note that there are various methods for issuing a request to the engineer who will be the respondent. For example, a message encouraging the engineer to log in to the comment collecting system 100 by email or the like is sent, or a rule is made for the engineer to periodically log in to the system, and when the respondent logs in, the respondent is notified that a request to respond to the comment has been issued again.

[0044] FIG. 5 is a diagram showing an example of a comment input screen for inputting a new comment.

[0045] As shown in FIG. 5, comment input screen 400, on which an engineer selected as a respondent inputs a new comment on a registered theme, has an information display section 410 that displays various information on the registered theme (e.g., theme 1), an image display section 420 that displays images and other materials registered for the registered theme in thumbnail format, a comment input section 430 for inputting new comments, and comment display sections 440, 450 that display comments that have already been registered.

[0046] The various information display section 410 is provided with the following display sections for various information on the theme to which the comment is replied: a title display section 411 displaying the title of the theme, a target product display section 412 displaying the target product name, a target part display section 413 displaying the target part name, a keyword display section 414 displaying keywords, a requester information input section 415 displaying various information such as the requester's name, and a reference material presentation section 417 presenting reference materials registered in relation to the theme. The information displayed in the various information display section 410 corresponds to the various information registered in the new theme creation section 310 of the theme creation confirmation screen 300.

[0047] The image display section 420 displays images and the like registered as reference materials, and registered materials such as images showing stress distribution, diagrams showing shapes, and concept diagrams can be switched and viewed by pressing selection buttons 422a, 422b, 422c or slide buttons 421a, 421b, etc.

[0048] The comment input section 430 is provided with a comment input section 431 for inputting a comment on the theme, an influence input section 432 and an occurrence frequency input section 433 for selectively inputting the respondent's thought influence and occurrence frequency on the event that is the theme, a confidence input section 434 for selectively inputting the respondent's self-evaluation on the input comment, and a post button 435 for posting and reflecting the input comment, etc. The respondent can respond to the theme in question by inputting a comment, influence, occurrence frequency, confidence, etc. and pressing the post button 435. Possible comments to be input in the comment input section 431 include the following:

[0049] Example comment: The vibration level during operation is high and the load stress at the cracked area exceeds the allowable stress value, so it is presumed to be a fatigue crack. If left unattended, the crack will likely grow and cause a serious accident, so the impact is high, and as excessive vibration does not occur very often, the frequency is also estimated to be medium. An interim measure would be XXX, and a permanent measure would be ○XXX. I am an expert in structural strength evaluation, and I am confident in my evaluation.

[0050] The comment display sections 440 and 450 each display the impact level and occurrence frequency registered in the comment, and a button for adding a comment to the comment or changing the evaluation. For example, the comment display section 440 displayed for a posted comment (e.g., comment A) is provided with impact level information 441 indicating the impact level registered in the comment, frequency information 442 indicating the occurrence frequency, a comment button 443 for adding an additional comment to the comment, and an evaluation button 444 for changing the evaluation of the comment. The same is true for the comment display section 450. That is, for example, the comment display section 450 displayed for an additional comment (comment AA) to a posted comment (e.g., comment A) is provided with impact level information 451 indicating the impact level registered in the comment, frequency information 452 indicating the occurrence frequency, a comment button 453 for adding an additional comment to the comment, and an evaluation button 454 for changing the evaluation of the comment.

[0051] A newly posted comment on a target theme is registered and displayed as a comment (comment A) in the comment display section 440. Also, a comment added to a previously posted comment (for example, comment A) is registered and displayed in a tree structure in which the comment and its evaluation are associated with each other, as a comment (for example, comment AA) in the comment display section 450.

[0052] Furthermore, on the comment input screen 400, the respondent can not only post a new comment on the target theme, but also add an additional comment or change the rating of a comment that has already been posted. In this case, the respondent presses the comment button 443, 453, etc. of the comment display section 440, 450 to which the respondent wants to add a comment, to display an additional comment input section (see FIG. 6 below), and makes an additional comment to the comment, or presses the rating button 444, 454, etc. of the comment display section 440, 450 to which the respondent wants to change the rating, to display a rating change section (see FIG. 7 below), and changes the rating of the comment.

[0053] FIG. 6 is a diagram showing an example of an additional comment input unit for adding a comment.

[0054] As shown in FIG. 6, the additional comment input screen 500 is a screen that is displayed, for example, by a specific operation on the comment input screen 400 (for example, scrolling downward or pressing a dedicated button), and is provided with comment display sections 510, 520, 540, 550 that display comments that have already been posted on the target theme, and an additional comment input section 530 that makes an additional comment to a comment that has already been posted.

[0055] The comment display sections 510, 520, 540, and 550 are provided with impact information 511, 521, 541, and 551, frequency information 512, 522, 542, and 552, comment buttons 513, 523, 543, and 553, and rating buttons 514, 524, 544, and 554, respectively.

[0056] 6, a case will be described as an example in which an additional comment is made to the comment display section 520 (comment AA). The additional comment input section 530 is displayed by pressing the comment button 523 in the comment display section 520.

[0057] The additional comment input section 530 is provided with a comment input section 531 for inputting an additional comment to the target comment (comment AA), an influence input section 532 and an occurrence frequency input section 533 for selectively inputting the respondent's thought influence and occurrence frequency on the theme of the event, respectively, a confidence input section 534 for selectively inputting the respondent's self-evaluation of the input comment, and a post button 535 for posting and reflecting the input comment, etc. The respondent can make an additional comment to the target comment (comment AA) by inputting a comment, influence, occurrence frequency, confidence, etc. and pressing the post button 535.

[0058] For example, if a comment (comment A) in comment display section 510 is related to cyclic fatigue, a comment (comment AA) in comment display section 520 is an additional comment related to comment A (e.g., related to the future progression of the crack (fracture mode) based on a detailed load transfer analysis), a comment (comment B) in comment display section 540 is related to material properties and environmental factors (temperature or corrosive environment), and a comment (comment C) in comment display section 550 is related to external factors (collision with other components, wear, etc.), by posting an additional comment (further in-depth comment) related to comment AA to additional comment input section 530, MECE (Mutually Exclusive and Collectively Exhaustive) comments, i.e., comments with no omissions or duplications, can be accumulated in a tree structure.

[0059] FIG. 7 is a diagram illustrating an example of an evaluation change unit that changes an evaluation of a comment.

[0060] As shown in FIG. 7, the additional comment input screen 500A on which the rating change section 540A is displayed is provided with comment display sections 510, 520, 550, 560 that display comments already posted on the target theme, as in FIG. 6, and rating change section 540A that changes the rating of a comment that has already been posted (comment B).

[0061] Fig. 7 illustrates an example in which an evaluation change is made to comment display section 540 (comment B) in Fig. 6. Evaluation change section 540A is displayed by pressing evaluation button 544 in comment display section 540.

[0062] In addition to impact information 541, frequency information 542, comment button 543, and assessment button 544, assessment change section 540A is provided with impact input section 545 and occurrence frequency input section 546 for selectively inputting the respondent's thoughts on the impact and occurrence frequency of the theme event, respectively, confidence input section 547 for selectively inputting the confidence level for the comment, and post button 548 for posting and reflecting the changed assessment. The respondent can change the assessment of the target comment (comment B) by inputting the impact, occurrence frequency, confidence level, etc. and pressing post button 548.

[0063] For example, if there is a large discrepancy between the impact or frequency of a comment posted earlier on a given topic (low confidence) and the impact or frequency of a comment posted later (high confidence), the credibility of the content of the earlier comment can be said to be relatively low, and the confidence of the comment can be lowered to prevent it from being displayed at the top. Conversely, if there is a small discrepancy between the impact or frequency of a comment posted earlier (low confidence) and the impact or frequency of a comment posted later (high confidence), the credibility of the content of the earlier comment can be said to be relatively high, and the confidence of the comment can be increased to display it at the top.

[0064] 2, the comment collection device 110 receives a response to the comment (step S150), calculates the impact and frequency of the comment (step S160), and evaluates the response to the comment (step S170). Here, it is determined whether the lack of discussion of the target comment has been resolved (step S180), and if the determination result is NO, the processing of steps S100 to S170 is repeated until the determination result becomes YES. Also, if the determination result in step S180 is YES, the processing is terminated.

[0065] The effects of the present embodiment configured as above will be described.

[0066] Specialized and highly accurate information is required during product design reviews (DR) and when dealing with defects.
