Description

[Technical field]

[0001] The present invention is a structure in which a structure assembly made of molded members is bonded with concrete. method Regarding. [Background technology]

[0002] Conventional concrete structures include reinforced concrete structures, which are constructed by pouring concrete into a formwork made of reinforced steel, and steel-framed structures.

[0003] Reinforced concrete structures are constructed by pouring concrete into a plywood formwork frame assembled with auxiliary rails and temporary materials, and dismantling the formwork after the concrete has solidified. The dismantled plywood formwork and temporary materials are then reused.

[0004] Currently, after the formwork has been dismantled, the majority of the exterior walls of the reinforced concrete structures are finished with porcelain tiles.

[0005] Currently, the walls and roofs of steel-framed structures are finished with a wide variety of building materials. [Prior art documents] [Patent documents]

[0007] [Non-Patent Document 1] none DISCLOSURE OF THEINVENTION [Problem to be solved by the invention]

[0008] Conventional reinforced concrete structures had the following problems: ○The irrational problem of the cross-section of columns and beams increasing due to the thickness of the steel bars, thereby increasing the concrete load. - Problems of corrosion of rebar due to cracks in concrete caused by insufficient cover thickness of rebar or natural disasters. ○ Problems with delays in construction due to insufficient strength caused by incorrect or poor rebar placement, and a shortage of rebar workers. Problems with tiles peeling off and falling off from concrete structures with porcelain tiled exterior walls. The biggest problem with reinforced concrete structures is the long construction period and high construction costs associated with the complex process.

[0009] In recent years, there have been many cases of porcelain tiles attached to the exterior walls of reinforced concrete structures peeling off and falling off due to deterioration of the tile-applying mortar. This problem of falling tiles is serious, and it will be difficult to select exterior finishing materials for reinforced concrete structures in the future. Furthermore, the invention can be implemented without any problems using materials that can provide strength, such as materials that replace wood. [Industrial Applicability]

[0066] As we enter an era in which high-rise buildings are constructed from wood, a national project has been launched to promote CLT, which allows for the large-scale consumption of domestic timber (thinned wood). However, Japan's roads and construction sites are narrow, and CLT requires heavy machinery, so the decline in the number of forestry associations proves that it is impossible to increase the consumption of domestic timber. On the other hand, the planted forests of cedar and cypress trees planted after the war that are now at the age of harvesting have been abandoned and thinned out in favor of imported timber, and the value of domestic timber has decreased and it is not being used. However, timber from forests, which account for 63% of the country's land area, is an inexhaustible and precious resource for Japan, and it is well known that increasing the consumption of domestic timber is an important issue for the government and is essential for regional revitalization. The molded members used in the structure made of the molded members of the present invention and joined with concrete are mainly made of domestic wood (thinned wood), and the spread of unreinforced concrete structures made of molded members can contribute to the revitalization of the impoverished forestry industry in mountain villages. Furthermore, the present invention can greatly contribute to disaster prevention in Japan by building a wide variety of unreinforced concrete structures that can withstand natural disasters such as earthquakes, tsunamis, fires, floods, and typhoons at low cost and in a very short construction period, and the molded members inside and outside the walls can act as heat insulators and are environmentally friendly structures that prevent global warming. On the other hand, the greatest feature of the present invention is that it can significantly reduce the amount of reinforcing bars and steel frames used around the world, making a significant contribution to the realization of a decarbonized society.
