Abstract
Description
[Technical field]
[0001] The present invention relates to a mounting member and mounting structure that can be applied to various vertical roofing (vertical laying) exterior structures that are applied to the exterior surfaces such as roofs of buildings, regardless of whether they are new or existing, and can be easily attached via an insulating material to the convex portions formed by the metal exterior material that constitutes the exterior surface, and to which various external components such as solar cell modules can be attached. [Background technology]
[0002] When constructing a new exterior structure on an existing roof, a structure is adopted in which mounting fixtures, supports, etc. are placed on the existing roof to create a new foundation, and the new exterior structure is then installed on that foundation, with the mounting fixtures and supports being attached to the existing roof by fastening them with bolts (for example, Patent Document 1). Patent Document 1 proposes a support bracket 1 consisting of a member (right gripping portion 4) that covers one of the upper and left and right sides of the base end of the seam H of a metal roof R, and a member (left gripping portion 5) that covers the other side. In this structure, a bolt 6 attached to the left gripping portion 5 is passed through the right gripping portion 4 and a nut 7 is fastened, so that the base end of the seam H is clamped between the right claw piece 2 provided on the right gripping portion 4 and the left claw piece 3 provided on the left gripping portion 5. [Prior art documents] [Patent documents]
[0003] [Patent Document 1] JP 2019-183400 A Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]
[0004] However, in the structure of Patent Document 1, the support bracket 1 made of an extruded material such as aluminum is attached to the metal roof R, and contact corrosion and the like may occur due to contact between the two metals. That is, as described above, the tips of the right claw piece 2 and the left claw piece 3 abut (contact) in a sandwiched manner against the base end of the support bracket 1, and the lower surfaces of the right claw piece 2 and the left claw piece 3 abut (contact) in a resting manner against the left and right shoulder-like portions of the metal roof R, so there was a risk of contact corrosion and the like occurring in these portions. Contact corrosion caused by contact between two metals is a phenomenon in which corrosion occurs in one of the two metals that have a different potential difference in the presence of rainwater, etc., and is confirmed as a phenomenon such as the formation of rust. In addition, when lightning strikes, there is a risk of a lightning surge occurring, in which high voltage is generated instantaneously on high-altitude electric wires and other electrical wires located at high altitudes. This could cause damage to solar cell modules, household electrical equipment, etc., or even cause fires. In addition to the above, there were also cases of friction noises occurring due to contact (friction) between two types of metal.
[0005] Therefore, the present invention aims to propose a mounting member and mounting structure that can be applied to various vertical roofing (vertical laying) exterior structures that are applied to the exterior surfaces such as roofs of buildings, regardless of whether they are new or existing, and that can be easily attached via an insulating material to the convex portion formed by the metal exterior material that constitutes the exterior surface, and that can be used to attach various external components such as solar cell modules while preventing contact corrosion, lightning surges, etc. [Means for solving the problem]
[0006] The present invention has been proposed in consideration of the above, and relates to a mounting member that is fixed, via an insulating material, to a convex portion formed from a metal exterior material that constitutes an exterior surface, the mounting member comprising an upper member arranged above or on either the left or right side of the convex portion, a lower member arranged on the other side of the convex portion, a mounting bolt attached to the lower member and passing through the upper member, and a fastening nut screwed onto the tip of the mounting bolt, wherein a contact portion provided on the upper member from one side and a contact portion provided on the lower member from the other side face opposite each other to the base end of the convex portion via the insulating material, and the fastening nut is tightened, so that the abutment portions of the upper member and the lower member are fixed in a clamped manner to the base end of the convex portion.
[0007] The present invention also proposes a mounting member characterized in that the upper member and the lower member are pivotally connected so as to be freely rotatable, and the upper member and the lower member are integrated by screwing the fastening nut onto the mounting bolt attached to the lower member from above the upper member.
[0008] Furthermore, the present invention also proposes an attachment structure in which an attachment member of the above-mentioned configuration is fixed to a convex portion formed in an exterior material that constitutes the exterior surface, and an external member can be attached directly to the attachment member, or indirectly via a support material. Effect of the Invention
[0009] Since the mounting member of the present invention is fixed to the convex portion formed on the metal exterior material via an insulating material, contact corrosion, lightning surges, etc. can be prevented even if a mounting member such as an aluminum extrusion material is used for the metal exterior material. In addition, by tightening the fastening nut that passes through the upper member, the abutment portions of the upper and lower members can be clamped to the base end of the convex portion via insulating material, allowing the mounting bolt to stand upright on the upper member. This means that even if a metal mounting member is used for a metal exterior material, contact corrosion, lightning surges, etc. can be prevented. Furthermore, if the insulating material is elastic, the abutting portions of the upper and lower members can be securely pressed against the base ends of the convex portions, thereby reliably preventing contact corrosion and lightning surges.
[0010] In addition, the upper and lower members are pivotally connected so as to be freely rotatable, and when the upper and lower members are integrated by screwing a fastening nut from above the upper member onto a mounting bolt attached to the lower member, the upper and lower members can be locked to the convex portion and the mounting bolt can be made to stand on the upper member. Furthermore, since the mounting members are integrated and attached by fastening the fastening bolt to the standing mounting bolt, there is no need to tighten bolts and nuts arranged approximately horizontally as in conventional mounting work, and the work is extremely easy.
[0011] The mounting structure using the mounting member of the present invention allows various external components to be attached to the top of the upper member of the mounting member or to the support material attached to the top, and allows solar cell modules and the like to be attached in a simple structure to the convex portion formed by the metal exterior material that constitutes the exterior surface. Moreover, since the mounting bolt is attached upright to the top of the upper member, the solar cell module and the like can be easily attached to the mounting bolt. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
[0013] The mounting member of the present invention is fixed via an insulating material to a convex portion formed from a metal exterior material that constitutes the exterior surface, and comprises an upper member arranged above or on either the left or right side of the convex portion, a lower member arranged on the other side of the convex portion, a mounting bolt attached to the lower member and passing through the upper member, a fastening nut screwed onto the tip of the mounting bolt, and an insulating material that is interposed when fixed to the convex portion. The device is characterized in that the abutment portion provided on the upper member from one side and the abutment portion provided on the lower member from the other side face each other at the base end of the convex portion through an insulating material, and when the clamping nut is tightened, the abutment portions of the upper member and the lower member are fixed in a clamped manner to the base end of the convex portion.
[0014] There are various specifications for the insulating material to be interposed when the mounting member of the present invention is fixed to the convex portion formed by the metal exterior material, as shown below. Note that the contact point between the mounting member and the metal exterior material is not limited to only the base end of the convex portion as in the illustrated embodiment described below, so it is desirable to interpose this insulating material at other contact points as well. Note that if the insulating material is elastic, the abutment parts of the upper and lower members can be reliably pressed against the base end of the convex portion, and contact corrosion, lightning surges, etc. can be reliably prevented. In the first specification, the abutting portions (around the lateral pieces) of the upper and lower members are covered with an insulating material (layer) in the form of a cap. In the second specification, an insulating material (layer) is formed by painting or dipping at the contact areas (around the horizontal pieces) of the upper and lower components. In the third specification, the convex portion of the metal exterior material (its periphery) is covered with an irregular rubber sheet, which is an insulating material. In the fourth specification, the convex portion (the periphery thereof) of the metal exterior material is covered with a fixed-shaped resin or rubber material that is an insulating material. In the fifth specification, an excess amount of sealing material is interposed (filled) as an insulating material between the convex portion of the metal exterior material and the abutting portion (around the horizontal piece) of the upper member or the lower member. The sixth specification requires that an insulating coating (insulating paint) be applied to (the surrounding area of) the convex parts of the metal exterior material.
[0015] The insulating materials in each of the first to sixth specifications will now be briefly described. In the first specification, the insulating material (layer) is formed in advance into a cap shape (a shape with a fitting portion) from insulating resin or rubber at the contact parts (around the horizontal pieces) of the upper and lower members as in the illustrated examples (Figs. 1 and 7) described later, and this cap-shaped molded body is fitted onto the contact parts, or the insulating material (layer) is attached to the contact parts (around the horizontal pieces) in the form of a label with an adhesive layer formed on the back side. In the second specification, the insulating material (layer) is formed in the form of a coating by applying a solution of resin dissolved in a solvent to the contact parts (around the horizontal pieces) of the upper and lower members as in the illustrated example (Figure 2) described later, or by immersing (dipping) the resin in a hot molten liquid. The insulating material in the third specification is an irregular rubber sheet having insulating properties as shown in the illustrated embodiment (FIG. 3) described later, and the convex portion (the periphery thereof) of the metal exterior material is covered with the insulating rubber sheet. The insulating material in the fourth specification is a fixed-shaped resin or rubber material having insulating properties, as shown in the illustrated embodiment (Figure 4) described later, and the convex portion (around the convex portion) of the metal exterior material is covered with the insulating fixed-shaped material. The insulating material in the fifth specification is an excess amount of sealing material having insulating properties as shown in the illustrated example (Fig. 5) described later, and is interposed (filled) between the convex part of the metal exterior material and the abutting part of the upper member or the lower member using an injection tool or the like. The insulating material in the sixth specification is an insulating coating (insulating coating) as shown in the illustrated example (Figure 6) described later, and an insulating coating film is formed on (around) the convex parts of the metal exterior material by various painting methods.
[0016] As described above, the upper member is a member that is arranged above or on either the left or right side of the convex portion. In more detail, this upper member has a portion that covers the convex portion and an abutment portion that abuts against the base end on one side, and a space is formed between the upper member and the lower member, and the upper member is arranged so that the convex portion is positioned in that space. As described above, the upper member is penetrated by the mounting bolt, and more specifically, is configured to have a hole for the mounting bolt to penetrate through. If the through hole has a diameter substantially the same as the diameter of the mounting bolt, the mounting bolt is only allowed to face the through hole directly, which restricts the rotation of the upper member and the lower member, so it is preferable to form the through hole horizontally. It is preferable that the upper member has a support surface formed on the top, and the external member or the solar panel can be stably supported on this support surface.
[0017] The lower member is a member disposed on the other of the left and right sides of the convex portion as described above, and has an abutment portion that abuts against the base end of the other side of the convex portion, similar to the upper member disposed on one side. Furthermore, as described above, a mounting bolt is attached to this lower member, but for example, a through hole may be formed to allow the mounting bolt to protrude from the back side, or a groove-like or concave storage section may be provided to accommodate the head of the mounting bolt. In this case, the mounting bolt can be easily and stably arranged on the lower member, and accidents such as the mounting bolt becoming detached from the lower member can be prevented even when attaching it to the convex section.
[0018] The mounting bolt forms the "mounting portion" of the mounting member, but since it is attached to the lower member and passes through the upper member as described above, it also functions as a connecting member between the upper and lower members. The mounting bolt itself is a normal hexagonal bolt or the like.
[0019] This fastening nut fastens the upper and lower members together by tightening it from above onto the mounting bolt, and also positions the abutment parts on each member on the left and right of the base end of the convex part, so that the upper and lower members are engaged with the convex part and the mounting bolt stands upright on the upper member. The fastening nut itself is a normal hexagonal nut or the like.
[0020] In addition, the upper member and the lower member are pivotally attached so as to be freely rotatable as in the illustrated embodiment (FIGS. 1 to 6) described later, so that the members can be securely attached to the convex portion without coming apart. The mounting bolts may be provided on the inwardly inclined horizontal pieces as in the illustrated embodiment described later, but this is not limited thereto.
[0021] The convex portion to which the mounting member of the present invention is attached is formed of the metal exterior material that constitutes the exterior surface, and refers to the mountain-shaped portion of the exterior surface that has a configuration in which a mountain-shaped portion and a valley-shaped portion are continuous, and may be a new or existing one. Also, as in the illustrated example described later, the side edge of the metal exterior material may be raised approximately vertically and crimped to form the convex portion, and the configuration is not particularly limited.
[0022] The present invention also proposes an attachment structure using an attachment member of the above configuration, in which the attachment member of the above configuration is fixed via an insulating material to a convex portion formed by the metal exterior material that constitutes the exterior surface, and an external member can be attached directly to the attachment member, or indirectly via a support material. The external members may be solar cell panels, greening panels (structures), or newly installed roofing materials (structures) that occupy a large area of the roof surface, or may be partially installed members such as snow guards, lightning rods, antennas, etc. Also, solar cell panels may have a frame material arranged around the periphery of the solar cell module, or may have solar cells integrally installed on the exterior material, and there is no particular restriction on the configuration. EXAMPLES
[0023] 1(a) and (b), the mounting member 1 according to the first embodiment of the present invention is composed of an upper member 2 disposed above and on either the left or right side (=right side) of a convex portion 51 formed of metal exterior materials 5A, 5A, a lower member 3 rotatably attached to the upper member 2 and disposed on the other side (=left side) of the convex portion 51, a mounting bolt 1B attached to the lower member 3 and penetrating the upper member 2, a fastening nut 1C screwed onto the tip of the mounting bolt 1B, and the insulating material 4A of the first specification formed in a cap shape (shape having a fitting portion). The upper member 2 and the lower member 3 are formed so that the cross section of the combined state is approximately box-shaped, and a space 19 is formed inside. In addition, the upper member 2, the lower member 3, the mounting bolt 1B, and the fastening nut 1C in the embodiment 1 are also used in the embodiments 2 to 6 described below, and therefore these are referred to as the main body 10 in the embodiments 2 to 6. Therefore, if the mounting member 1 in the embodiment 1 is expressed using the main body 10, it is composed of the main body 10 and the insulating material 4A.
[0024] The upper member 2 is a member disposed above the convex portion 51 and on one of the left and right sides (the right side) as described above, and is an aluminum extrusion material having a generally inverted U-shape that forms a horizontal piece 21 corresponding to the upper surface 11 of the box-like portion surrounding the convex portion 51, a vertical piece 22 corresponding to the right side 12, and a horizontal piece 23 corresponding to the bottom right side 13a. The horizontal piece 21 is provided with a horizontally long hole 211 through which the mounting bolt 1B passes, and an extension piece 212 extending upward and outward is formed. Furthermore, a leg piece 231 protruding downward is formed on the lower surface of the horizontal piece 23. The concave pivot support receiving portion 24 that forms the shaft portion 15 for pivotally connecting to the lower member 3 is located at the left end of the upper surface (the left end of the horizontal piece 21), and the tip of the horizontal piece 23 (corresponding to the bottom right side 13a) that abuts against the convex portion 51 is the abutment portion 25.
[0025] The lower member 3 is a member disposed on the other (left side) of the convex portion 51 as described above, and is an aluminum extrusion material having a generally inverted L-shape that forms a vertical piece 31 corresponding to the left side surface 14 and a horizontal piece 32 corresponding to the left bottom surface 13b. A leg piece 321 that protrudes downward is formed on the lower surface of the horizontal piece 32. A concave receiving portion 36 into which the head 16 of the mounting bolt 1B is fitted is formed on the rear surface side of the horizontal piece portion 33 that is raised upward from the left side surface 14, and a convex pivot portion 34 that forms the shaft portion 15 for pivotally connecting the upper member 2 to the upper end is located at the upper end of the left side surface (the upper end of the vertical piece 31), and the tip of the horizontal piece 32 that abuts against the convex portion 51 (corresponding to the left bottom surface 13b) is the abutment portion 35.
[0026] In the insulating material 4A in the first embodiment, insulating resin or rubber is molded in advance into a cap shape (a shape having a fitting portion) on the contact parts 25, 35 of the upper member 2 and the lower member 3, and this cap-shaped molded body is fitted onto the contact parts 25, 35. This insulating material 4A corresponds to the insulating material of the first specification. The insulating material 4A is fitted so as to entirely cover not only the contact portions 25, 35 but also the horizontal pieces 23, 32 including the leg pieces 231, 321 as shown in the figure.
[0027] The mounting bolt 1B is a hexagonal bolt having a head 16 at the lower end and a male thread portion 17 at the upper end. Moreover, the fastening nut 1C is a hexagonal nut.
[0028] The convex portion 51 for attaching the mounting member of this Example 1 is formed from the metal exterior material 5A, 5A that constitutes the exterior surface 5, and the inclined side edges 52, 52 are folded outward to form shoulder-like portions 53, 53, which are then raised to an approximately vertical position and crimped to form the convex portion 51.
[0029] These components are then combined together as shown in the figure to form the main body 10 and attached to the convex portion 51. The upper member 2 and the lower member 3 are pivotally connected so as to be freely rotatable to form the shaft portion 15, and the tip of the male threaded portion 17 of the mounting bolt 1B, whose head 16 is attached to the receiving portion 36 of the lower member 3, is assembled so as to pass through a hole 211 provided in the upper member 2 and protrude upward. The fastening nut 1C may be left in a removed state until it is time to tighten it, or may be loosely attached to the tip of the male thread portion 17 of the mounting bolt 1B.
[0030] To briefly explain the installation procedure, first, the upper member 2, the lower member 3 and the mounting bolt 1B are assembled together in advance and then placed on the convex portion 51 so as to be positioned in the space 19 formed by the upper member 2 and the lower member 3. The upper member 2 and the lower member 3 are pivotally attached so as to be freely rotatable, so that the upper member 2 is arranged on the left side of the convex portion 51 with the abutment portion 25 aligned along the rising base of the convex portion 51, and the lower member 3 is arranged on the right side of the convex portion 51 with the abutment portion 35 aligned along the rising base of the convex portion 51, so as to be sandwiched from the left and right. Next, a fastening nut 1C is attached to the mounting bolt 1B and tightened from above with a tool or the like, which acts to pull up the mounting bolt 1B, and the upper member 2 and the lower member 3 are fixed together. In this state, the abutment portions 25, 35 clamp the rising base of the convex portion 51 from the left and right, so that the upper member 2 and the lower member 3 are attached to the convex portion 51 in an engaged manner, and the mounting bolt 1B stands up on the upper member 2. The insulating material 4A may be attached before the upper member 2 and the lower member 3 are installed, or may be fitted over the entire horizontal pieces 23, 32 including the contact portions 25, 35 after the installation.
[0031] Although the state in which an external member is attached to the tip of the male threaded portion 17 of the mounting bolt 1B of the fixed mounting member 1 is not illustrated, the external member may be attached directly or indirectly via a support material.
[0032] In this way, the mounting member 1 of Example 1 of the present invention is fixed to the convex portion 51 formed of the metal exterior materials 5A, 5A via the insulating material 4A, so that even if a mounting member 1 (main body 10) such as an aluminum extrusion material is used for the metal exterior material 5A, contact corrosion, lightning surges, etc. can be prevented. Furthermore, by tightening the fastening nut 1C which penetrates the upper member 2, the abutment portions 25, 35 of the upper member 2 and the lower member 3 are clamped to the base end of the convex portion 51 via the insulating material 4A, allowing the mounting bolt 1B to stand up on the upper member 2. Even if a metal mounting member 1 (main body 10) is used for a metal exterior material 5A, contact corrosion, lightning surges, etc. can be prevented. Moreover, in this embodiment 1, the insulating material 4A is fitted so as to cover not only the abutment portions 25, 35 but also the entire horizontal pieces 23, 32 including the leg pieces 231, 321, thereby preventing contact with the base end of the convex portion 51 of the metal exterior material 5A and the shoulder-like portions 53, 53. EXAMPLES
[0033] The mounting member 1II of the second embodiment shown in FIGS. 2(a) and 2(b) comprises the second specification insulating material 4B formed around the lateral pieces 23, 32 of the first embodiment by painting or dipping.
[0034] In this embodiment 2, the insulating material 4B is formed as a coating film (layer) by applying a solution of resin dissolved in a solvent around the abutment portion 51 of the upper member 2 and the lower member 3, or by immersing (dipping) the resin in a molten liquid obtained by heating the resin. The insulating material 4B is not limited to the contact portions 25, 35, but is applied to the entire lateral pieces 23, 32 including the leg pieces 231, 321 as shown in the figure (and then dried appropriately) or is formed into a coating by immersing the entire piece in the material.
[0035] Therefore, the mounting member 1II of this Example 2 is also fixed to the convex portion 51 formed in the metal exterior material 5A, 5A via the insulating material 4B formed around the horizontal pieces 23, 32, so that even if a main body 10 made of an aluminum extrusion material or the like is used for the metal exterior material 5A as in the case of Example 1, contact corrosion, lightning surges, and the like can be prevented. Moreover, in this embodiment 2, as in the above-mentioned embodiment 1, the insulating material 4B is formed in a covering manner not only on the horizontal pieces 23, 32 but also on the entire horizontal pieces 23, 32 including the leg pieces 231, 321, so that contact with the base end of the convex portion 51 of the metal exterior material 5A and the shoulder-like portions 53, 53 can be prevented. EXAMPLES
[0036] The mounting member 1III of the third embodiment shown in Figures 3(a) and (b) comprises the main body 10 of the first embodiment and the third specification insulating material 4C, which is an irregular rubber sheet having insulating properties around the convex portion 51.
[0037] The insulating material 4C in this Example 3 is an insulating rubber sheet of irregular shape, and therefore has elasticity. Therefore, the insulating rubber sheet is formed to a size sufficient to cover the abutment portion 51 and is arranged to cover the convex portion 51 of the metal exterior material 5A, but it is preferable to attach it using double-sided tape or the like.
[0038] Therefore, since the mounting member 1III of this embodiment 3 is fixed around the convex portion 51 formed by the metal exterior materials 5A, 5A via the insulating material 4C, even if a main body 10 made of an aluminum extrusion material or the like is used for the metal exterior material 5A as in the cases of the embodiments 1 and 2, contact corrosion, lightning surges, and the like can be prevented. Moreover, in this embodiment 3, as in the above-mentioned embodiments 1 and 2, the insulating material 4C0 is arranged in a covering manner not only on the abutment portions 25, 35 but also on the entire horizontal pieces 23, 32 including the leg pieces 231, 321, so that contact with the base end of the convex portion 51 of the metal exterior material 5A and the shoulder-like portions 53, 53 can be prevented. EXAMPLES
[0039] The mounting member 1IV of the fourth embodiment shown in Figures 4(a) and (b) comprises the main body 10 in the first embodiment and the insulating material 4D of the fourth specification, which is a fixed material made of resin or rubber having insulating properties around the abutment portion 51.
[0040] The insulating material 4D in this Example 4 is a fixed-shaped material made of insulating resin or rubber, and is therefore first molded into a shape that can cover the periphery of the convex portion 51 of the metal exterior material 5A, and then attached in a covering manner.
[0041] Therefore, since the mounting member 1IV of this Example 4 is also fixed to the convex portion 51 formed by the metal exterior material 5A, 5A via the insulating material 4D, even if a main body 10 made of an aluminum extrusion material or the like is used for the metal exterior material 5A as in the cases of Examples 1 to 3, contact corrosion, lightning surges, and the like can be prevented. Moreover, in this embodiment 4, as in the above-mentioned embodiments 1 to 3, the insulating material 4D is formed in a covering manner not only on the abutment portions 25, 35 but also on the entire horizontal pieces 23, 32 including the leg pieces 231, 321, so that contact with the base end of the convex portion 51 of the metal exterior material 5A and the shoulder-like portions 53, 53 can be prevented. EXAMPLES
[0042] The mounting member 1V of Example 5 shown in Figures 5(a) and (b) has the fifth specification insulating material 4E, which is an excess amount of insulating sealing material, interposed (filled) around the main body 10 and the abutment portion 51 in Example 1.
[0043] Since the insulating material 4E in this Example 5 is an excess amount of sealing material having insulating properties, an excess amount of insulating material 4E is interposed (filled) between the convex portion 51 of the metal exterior material 5A and the upper member 2 or the lower member 3 using an injection tool or the like.
[0044] Therefore, in the mounting member 1V of this Example 5, the upper member 2 and the lower member 3 are fixed to the convex portion 51 formed by the metal exterior material 5A, 5A via the insulating material 4E, so that even if a main body 10 made of an aluminum extrusion material or the like is used for the metal exterior material 5A as in the cases of Examples 1 to 4, contact corrosion, lightning surges, and the like can be prevented. Moreover, in this embodiment 5, as in the above-mentioned embodiments 1 to 4, the insulating material 4E is interposed in a filling state not only in the abutment portions 25, 35 but also in the entire horizontal pieces 23, 32 including the leg pieces 231, 321, so that contact with the base end of the convex portion 51 of the metal exterior material 5A and the shoulder-like portions 53, 53 can be prevented. EXAMPLES
[0045] The mounting member 1VI of Example 6 shown in Figures 6(a) and (b) is the insulating material 4F of the sixth specification which is an insulating coating around the main body 10 and the abutment portions 25, 35 in Example 1, and a coating film is formed around the convex portion 51 of the metal exterior material 5A by various painting methods.
[0046] The insulating material 4F in this Example 6 is an insulating coating formed by applying an insulating paint by various painting methods, and a coating film is formed around the convex portion 51 of the metal exterior material 5A by various painting methods, and is formed by applying heating, etc. as necessary.
[0047] Therefore, since the mounting member 1VI of this Example 6 is also fixed to the convex portion 51 formed of the metal exterior material 5A, 5A via the insulating material 4F, even if a main body 10 made of an aluminum extrusion material or the like is used for the metal exterior material 5A as in the cases of Examples 1 to 5, contact corrosion, lightning surges, and the like can be prevented. Moreover, in this embodiment 6, as in the above-mentioned embodiments 1 to 5, the insulating material 4F is formed in a covering manner not only on the abutment portions 25, 35 but also on the entire horizontal pieces 23, 32 including the leg pieces 231, 321, so that contact with the base end of the convex portion 51 of the metal exterior material 5A and the shoulder-like portions 53, 53 can be prevented. EXAMPLES
[0048] The mounting member 1VII of the seventh embodiment shown in Fig. 7(a) is composed of a main body 10' of a different specification and a label-like insulating material 4A' having an adhesive layer formed on the back side around the contact portion 51. This insulating material 4A' is different from the insulating material 4A of the first embodiment, but is common to both of them in that they are of the first specification.
[0049] The main body 10' in this embodiment 7 comprises an upper member 2' disposed on the upper and left sides, a lower member 3' rotatably connected to the upper member 2' and disposed to the right of the convex portion 51, a mounting bolt 1B attached to the lower member 3' and penetrating the upper member 2', a fastening nut 1C screwed onto the tip of the mounting bolt 1B, and a label-shaped insulating material 4A'. The upper member 2' and the lower member 3' are formed so that their cross section when combined is approximately box-shaped.
[0050] Therefore, since the mounting member 1VII of this Example 7 is fixed to the convex portion 51 formed of the metal exterior material 5A, 5A via the insulating material 4A', even if a main body 10' such as an aluminum extrusion material is used for the metal exterior material 5A as in the cases of Examples 1 to 6, contact corrosion, lightning surges, and the like can be prevented. Furthermore, by tightening the fastening nut 1C which passes through the upper member 2', the upper member 2' and the lower member 3' can be clamped to the base end of the convex portion 51 via the insulating material 4A', and the mounting bolt 1B can be erected on the upper member 2'. Even if a metal mounting member 1VII (main body 10') is used for the metal exterior material 5A, contact corrosion, lightning surges, etc. can be prevented. Moreover, in this embodiment 7, as in the same manner as in the embodiments 1 to 6, the insulating material 4A' is applied not only to the abutment portions 25, 35 but also to the entire horizontal pieces 23', 32', so that contact with the base end of the convex portion 51 and the shoulder-like portions 53, 53 can be prevented. Note that the back surfaces of the horizontal pieces 23', 32' in this main body 10' are substantially flat to the extent that the leg pieces 231, 321 are not provided, and if the insulating material 4A' is not used, there is a high possibility that the contact with the shoulder-like portion 53 will cause contact corrosion or a lightning surge, but the insulating material 4A' reliably prevents this. EXAMPLES
[0051] The mounting member 1VIII of Example 8 shown in FIG. 7(b) further comprises a main body 10" of different specifications and a label-shaped insulating material 4A' having an adhesive layer formed on the back side around the abutment portion 51. This insulating material 4A' is also used in Example 7.
[0052] The main body 10" in this embodiment 8 comprises an upper member 2" disposed on the top and right, a lower member 3" pivotally connected to the upper member 2" and disposed to the right of the convex portion 51, a mounting bolt 1B attached to the lower member 3" and passing through the upper member 2", a fastening nut 1C screwed onto the tip of the mounting bolt 1B, and a label-shaped insulating material 4A'. The upper member 2" and lower member 3" are formed so that their cross section when combined is roughly box-shaped.
[0053] Therefore, the mounting member 1VIII of this Example 8 is also fixed to the convex portion 51 formed of the metal exterior materials 5A, 5A via the insulating material 4A', so that even if a main body 10" made of an aluminum extrusion material or the like is used for the metal exterior material 5A as in the cases of Examples 1 to 7, contact corrosion, lightning surges, and the like can be prevented. Furthermore, by tightening the fastening nut 1C which penetrates the upper member 2, the abutment portions 25, 35 of the upper member 2" and the lower member 3" are clamped to the base end of the convex portion 51 via the insulating material 4A', allowing the mounting bolt 1B to stand on the upper member 2". Even if a metal mounting member 1VIII (main body 10") is used for the metal exterior material 5A, contact corrosion, lightning surges, and the like can be prevented. Moreover, in this embodiment 8, as in the same manner as in the embodiments 1 to 7, the insulating material 4A' is applied not only to the abutment portions 25, 35 but also to the entire horizontal pieces 23", 32", preventing contact with the base end of the convex portion 51 and the shoulder-like portions 53, 53. Since the back surfaces of the horizontal pieces 23", 32" in this main body 10" are flat, if the insulating material 4A' was not used, these back surfaces would come into close contact with the shoulder-like portion 53, which would highly likely cause contact corrosion or lightning surges, but the insulating material 4A' reliably prevents these.
