Description

[Technical field]

[0001] The present invention relates to a cord storage device for storing electrical cords or communication cords used in electrical appliances or communication devices (hereinafter simply referred to as appliances), hollow tubes or hoses through which liquids, gases, powders, etc. can pass, or solid ropes or cords, etc. (hereinafter collectively referred to as cords). [Background technology]

[0002] In a typical household, when a power socket or the like is located near the installation position of an appliance, the excess part of a cord that is not very long is simply wound or folded and placed near the appliance. Also, the method of disposing of not-so-long tubes, hoses, ropes, cords, etc. used in various industrial and medical fields is similar, and similar problems arise. Proposals for simply winding a cord in a spiral shape and storing it in a fixed case are already known in documents disclosed in patent publications. The one disclosed in JP 2000-49472 A has a hollow annular ring, a reel that the user can rotate above it, and an upper cover above a disk-shaped lower cover with an upward recess, and the reel has a wire locking port for the cord. The folded part of the cord is inserted through the wire inlet port of the lower cover to vertically lock the folded part of the cord in the wire locking port of the reel, and the cord is pulled into the space above and below the reel and wound up. The device disclosed in U.S. Patent No. 9,385,519 B2 is a device in which a cord divided into two sections, upper and lower, is pulled in by the force of a spiral spring and stored in a spiral shape in the same direction inside a fixed, enclosed case. All of these devices are stored in a fixed large case regardless of the length of the cord to be stored. [Prior art documents] [Patent documents]

[0003] [Patent Document 1] Japanese Patent Publication No. 2000-49472 [Patent Document 2] U.S. Patent No. 9,385,519 B2 Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]

[0004] Cords and the like attached to electrical appliances are disposed of by wrapping or folding the excess portion near the installation position and placing it near the appliance. Also, unused extension cords are wrapped around and hung on the wall. Disposing of cords in this way makes the room messy and spoils the aesthetics of the room. The same problem occurs with the disposal of tubes, hoses, ropes, cords, etc. used in various industries, medical fields, research fields, etc. Reel stands for storing cords and hoses have a wide drum width, making the storage device large. In addition, the device becomes bulky, as it requires a connecting means that rotates and slides between the drum side and the introduction side in the center of the drum. There is a need for a cord storage device that can easily and compactly store cords, tubes, ropes, etc. without spoiling the aesthetics, and that can be attached to the part in use to store the excess length and neatly dispose of it.

[0005] 1. An object of the present invention is to provide a cord storage device that can be attached to a desired position in the middle of a cord to store or extend the cord. 2. An object of the present invention is to provide a cord storage device that is suitable for storing relatively short cords, such as excess wiring. 3. Another object of the present invention is to provide a cord storage device with a simple structure that can obtain a storage compartment with an external size that matches the length of the cord to be stored. 4. An object of the present invention is to provide a cord storage device suitable for storing relatively long cords such as cords used in surveying, civil engineering, agriculture, etc. 5. An object of the present invention is to provide a cord storage device that allows easy attachment of cords to the middle portion and allows easy storage and removal operations. 6. Another object of the present invention is to provide a thin, compact cord storage device that can store cords in one or two closely spaced spiral layers on a single plane, resulting in superior storage efficiency and allowing cords to be stored in an orderly manner on a flat plate. 7. Another object of the present invention is to provide a cord storage device in which the cords are less likely to be deformed or damaged by the wrapping portion. 8. Another object of the present invention is to provide a cord storage device suitable for storing tubes and hoses. [Means for solving the problem]

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

[0035] Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described based on an example. In the following examples of cord storage devices, the name of the item described as a cord is a general term for solid cords that can be wound up, as well as hollow tubes and hoses. The name can be replaced with the names of these items as appropriate.

[0036] 1 to 3 show a first embodiment of a cord storage device. Here, an embodiment of a cord storage device for a power cord is shown. The cord storage device 1a includes a base plate 3a having a flat upper plate surface 2a and a certain thickness with a certain front-rear width and left-right length, a one-side cord holding part 4a provided on one side of the upper plate surface 2a, a second-side cord holding part 5a provided on the other side of the upper plate surface 2a, a holding means for a spiral cord 15a, which is a front-side regulating wall 50a provided on the front side between the one-side cord holding part 4a and the other-side cord holding part 5a and a rear-side regulating wall 51a provided on the rear side, and a cord winding means 25a provided between the one-side cord holding part 4a and the other-side cord holding part 5a. A one-side bent loop part 13a and a second-side bent loop part 14a are formed between the one-side cord holding part 4a and the other-side cord holding part 5a, and a spiral cord 15a is formed around the one-side bent loop part 13a and the other-side bent loop part 14a to store a cord. The cord winding means for winding the cord is here an inner hand cord winding means 25a.

[0037] The power cord of this embodiment is a cord 6a with an oval cross section. It is difficult to bend the vertical length of the oval cross section horizontally. Since the cord 6a is to be bent, it is placed on the upper plate surface 2a so that the oval cross section is longer vertically, and is bent in the usual manner. The thickness of the cord related to the height here is the vertical length when the oval cross section is placed vertically. This is the same in the following embodiments. Here, the other-side cord holding portion 5a is located approximately to the right of the one-side cord holding portion 4a, but not exactly to the right.

[0038] The cord holders 4a and 5a on one side and the other side are cord holders that hold both sides of the wound cord portion between them in position. In Figs. 1 to 3, the upper part of the cord holder 4a on one side is an open groove 7a, the outer upper part of the groove wall 71a on the rear side of the spiral of the spiral cord is inclined toward the rear of the spiral, the inner upper part of the groove wall has a protrusion 73a on the front side of the spiral, the inner upper part of the groove wall 72a on the front side of the spiral is inclined toward the front side of the spiral, the outer upper part of the groove wall 72a has a protrusion 74a on the rear side of the spiral, and a space is maintained between the groove wall 72a on the front side of the spiral and the groove wall 71a on the rear side of the spiral so that the cord 6a can pass through at any position. The cord holder 5a on the other side is also in the same manner with respect to the spiral winding, and a space is maintained between the front groove wall and the rear groove wall so that the cord 6a can pass through at any position. Here, when the inside of the spiral is wound in a clockwise direction, the outside of the spiral advances in a counterclockwise direction and becomes the tip of the spiral. The same applies to the following embodiments.

[0039] 1 and 2, the cord storage device 1a is attached to the upper plate surface 2a of the base plate 3a by fitting one side portion 6aa' of the cord 6a' into the groove 7a of the cord holder 4a on one side and fitting the other side portion 6ab' of the cord 6a' into the groove 8a of the cord holder 5a on the other side. The cord 6a' can be removed from the groove 7a of the cord holder 4a on one side by bending the cord 6a' on one side forward and lifting it up as shown by the arrow 9a, and then tilting it backward to the right side. The cord 6a' on one side can be removed from the groove 7a by bending the cord 6a' on one side forward and lifting it up as shown by the arrow 9a. The cord 6a' on one side can be fitted into the groove 7a of the cord holder 4a on one side by performing the reverse operation.

[0040] On the other hand, the other side cord holding portion 5a also has an open upper portion which forms a groove portion 8a, and the upper portion of the right side (outer side) of the rear groove wall is inclined toward the rear (front side), while the upper portion of the left side (inner side) of the front groove wall of groove portion 8a is inclined toward the front. Therefore, the other side portion 6ab' of the cord 6a' can be removed from the groove 8a of the other side cord holder 5a by bending the other side portion 6ab' of the cord 6a' backward (toward the user) and lifting it while tilting it forward to the left as shown by arrow 10a. The other side portion 6ab' of the cord 6a' can be fitted into the groove 8a of the other side cord holder 5a by performing the reverse operation. There is a gap between the cord 6a and each groove, allowing the cord 6a to slide left and right with frictional resistance.

[0041] As shown in Fig. 1, the cord 6a' attached to the cord holders 4a and 5a on both sides is wound directly with the fingers of the hand. For example, as shown in the figure, the first finger of the hand is placed at the position indicated by the arrow 11a on the cord 6a', the second finger is placed at the position indicated by the arrow 12a on the cord 6a', and each finger is pressed in the direction indicated by the arrow to rotate the cord in a rightward (clockwise) direction around the space between the two fingers, forming one bent loop portion 13a and the other bent loop portion 14a while continuing to wind the cord, thereby forming a spiral cord 15a. Here, this winding method is referred to as the cord inner hand winding means 25a. The shape of the bent loop portion is the same, and it is optional to decide which side is the one bent loop portion and which side is the other bent loop portion. The same applies to the embodiments described below. Also, the cord may be wound in either the left-handed (counterclockwise) or right-handed direction. This applies to all the embodiments described below.

[0042] The cord 6a' is folded in two at one bending loop 13a and overlapped at the other bending loop 14a, forming a spiral shape with one side and the other side of the folded portion of one bending loop 13a overlapping alternately, and is wound up. During the winding operation, one side portion 6aa of the cord slides inward (toward the other side) in the groove 7a of one side cord holding part 4a, and the other side portion 6ab of the cord slides inward (toward one side) in the groove 8a of the other side cord holding part 5a, and is wound up and stored in the cord storage device 1a. The part from the spiral cord 15a to the holding part is firmly pressed against the groove wall of the cord holding part by the repulsive force of the cord generated at the bent part, and does not come off from either side of the cord holding part. In addition, the wound shape can be maintained without sliding out due to frictional resistance with the groove wall side.

[0043] FIG. 3 shows the state of the spiral cord 15a in which the cord 6a is fully wound in the cord storage device 1a. The cords shown in this embodiment are generally covered with rubber or soft vinyl or other rubber-like material, and have a certain resistance to external forces, i.e., rigidity, plasticity to deform due to a certain external force, and elasticity to repel a certain external force. The covering surface also has a certain resistance to rubbing with the contacting surface, i.e., friction resistance. The cord 6a stored in the horizontally placed cord storage device 1a in the form of a spiral cord 15a as shown in the figure is usually held on the upper plate surface 2a by both cord holding means 4a and 5a without collapsing due to these properties of the cord itself. The above properties of the cords are common to all the embodiments shown below.

[0044] In this embodiment, a spiral cord holding means is provided for holding the spiral cord 15a in position between the one-side cord holding part 4a and the other-side cord holding part 5a. The means comprises a front restricting wall 50a, which is provided at a fixed distance on the front side between the one-side cord holding part 4a and the other-side cord holding part 5a and extends to one and the other sides at a height exceeding the height of the cord, and a rear restricting wall 51b, which is provided at a fixed distance on the rear side and extends to one and the other sides at a height exceeding the height of the cord. The front restricting wall 50a and the rear restricting wall 51b function to firmly hold the stored spiral cord 15a from the front and rear against movement, tilt, and vibration of the cord storage device 1a.

[0045] When the number of turns of the spiral cord 15a is small, the cord can be pulled out by pulling one side portion 6aa of the cord 6a and the other side portion 6ab of the cord 6a. When the number of turns of the spiral cord 15a is large, the cord can be pulled out by temporarily removing one side portion 6aa of the cord 6a and the other side portion 6ab of the cord 6a from the grooves 7a and 8a of the respective cord holding portions and then rewinding the cord. It is possible to provide a cord storage device that is convenient for organizing surplus cords that can be stored in an orderly manner on the flat upper plate surface 2a.

[0046] 4 to 12 show a second embodiment of a cord storage tool. In the following description of the embodiment, parts that are the same as those in the previously shown embodiment or parts that have the same functions are indicated by the same numbers with suffixes such as a, b, c, and d, and descriptions of those parts are omitted as much as possible, with mainly differences being described.

[0047] Here, an embodiment of a cord storage device for a power cord is also shown. The cord storage device 1b has a base plate 3b having a flat upper plate surface 2b and a constant thickness with a constant front-rear width and left-right length, a one-side cord holding part 4b provided on one side of the upper plate surface 2b of the base plate 3b, a second-side cord holding part 5b provided on the other side of the upper plate surface 2b, and a holding hole 18b for a winding body opened in the vertical direction at a position on the upper plate surface 2b between the one-side cord holding part 4b and the other-side cord holding part 5b. The cord storage device 1b is provided with a cord winding means for a winding body 25b, which is composed of a lower side plate 19b that rotatably fits into the holding hole 18b, one bending axle 20b and the other bending axle 21b of a desired height exceeding the height of the cord, which are arranged side by side on the lower side plate 19b with a cord gap 23b at a distance exceeding the thickness of the cord, and a turning part 22b provided at at least one place around both bending axles including the lower side plate 19b.

[0048] 4 to 6, the cord 6b is inserted through the cord gap 23b into the grooves of the cord holding parts 4b and 5b on both sides, and the winding body 25b is turned by the turning part 22b, whereby one bending ring part 13b is formed around one bending ring shaft 20b between the one side cord holding part 4b and the other side cord holding part 5b, and the other bending ring part 14b is formed around the other bending ring shaft 21b, so that one or more stages of spiral cord 15b are formed around the one bending ring part 13b and the other bending ring part 14b, and the cord can be stored. The turning part 22b can be provided arbitrarily around both bending ring shafts including the lower side plate 19b.

[0049] As shown in Fig. 7, the winding body 25b is integrally formed with the lower side plate 19b that rotatably fits into the holding hole 18b, one bending axle 20b provided on the upper part, and the other bending axle 21b. The turning part 22b can also be provided on the lower side plate 19b side, but in this case it is made up of an arm portion provided on the upper part of the other bending axle 21b side and a knob portion at its outer end. The turning part 22b extends outward from the center of the holding hole 18b parallel to the upper plate surface 2b, and turns along the upper surface of the spiral cord 15b during turning.

[0050] As shown in Fig. 4 and Fig. 6, the cord is wound by turning the winding portion 22b in the right direction (clockwise direction) indicated by the arrow 27b. Fig. 4 to Fig. 6 show the state of the spiral cord 15b in which the cord 6b has been wound in one stage. Here, the cord 6b is bent to form one bending ring portion 13b at one bending ring shaft 20b, and the other bending ring portion 14b is formed at the position of the other bending ring shaft 21b, so that the side that becomes one side 6ba of the cord and the side that becomes the other side 6bb of the cord are overlapped horizontally, and the one stage of the spiral cord 15b is formed and wound around one bending ring portion 13b and the other bending ring portion 14b on the upper plate surface 2b. During the winding operation, one side portion 6ba of the cord 6b slides inward (to the right in the drawing) in the groove 7b of one side cord holder 4b, and the other side portion 6bb of the cord 6b slides inward (to the left) in the groove 8b of the other side cord holder 5b, and is wound and stored in the cord storage device 1b and held on the base plate 3b around the holding hole 18b. The winding body 25b supports the center of the spiral cord with its one bending wheel shaft 20b and the other bending wheel shaft 21b, and the winding body 25b also serves as a spiral cord holding means. This is the same in the following embodiments equipped with a similar winding body.

[0051] 8 to 10 show the spiral cords 15ba and 15bb in which the cord 6b has been wound up in two layers, up and down. The heights of the two bending axles 20b and 21b can be determined according to the number of layers of the desired spiral cord. In this embodiment, the heights of the two bending axles 20b and 21b are approximately twice the height of the cord. Even if the bending axles 20b and 21b have a cylindrical outer periphery as shown in the figure, when the winding body 25b is rotated and the bent cord portion of one bending ring portion 13b formed on one bending axle 20b reaches a position overlapping the outside of the other bending ring portion 14b wound around the other bending axle 21b, the cord portion of one bending ring portion 13b can be lightly lifted with a fingertip or the like and guided to the upper layer, so that the cord can be wound up in two layers, up and down, with a slight operation at the beginning of winding.

[0052] The cord can be pulled out by pulling the left portion 6ba and the right portion 6bb of the cord 6b to the left or right. When the number of turns of the spiral cord 15b is large, the cord can be pulled out more smoothly by pulling the left portion 6ba and the right portion 6bb of the cord 6b while turning the turning portion 22b leftward (counterclockwise).

[0053] 11 to 15 show a third embodiment of a cord storage device. The cord storage device 1j includes a base plate 3j having a flat upper plate surface 2j and a constant thickness with a constant front-to-rear width and left-to-right length, a one-side cord holding part 4j provided on one side of the upper plate surface 2j, a second-side cord holding part 5j provided on the other side of the upper plate surface 2j, a holding hole 18j for a wound body opened in the vertical direction at a position between the one-side cord holding part 4j and the other-side cord holding part 5j, and a constant width portion at the front and rear sides of the inner winding of each of the one-side cord holding part 4j and the other-side cord holding part 5j is wound on the upper plate surface 3j along the maximum outer curved surface of the spiral cord 15ja at a position exceeding the height of the cord 6j. The base body 34j has a one-side regulating wall 50j and an other-side regulating wall 51j each having a one-side inner edge 60j and an other-side inner edge 61j extending inwardly at their upper ends in an arc shape surrounding the cord at a desired height, a lower side plate 19j that rotatably fits into the retaining hole 18j, one bending axle 20j and the other bending axle 21j that are formed side by side on the lower side plate at a desired height exceeding the height of the cord 6j, and a cord winding means for a winding body 25j consisting of a rotating portion 22j provided at the ends of both bending axles 20j and 21j including the lower side plate 19j. Therefore, one bending ring portion 13j is formed around one bending ring shaft 20j between one side cord holding portion 4j and the other side cord holding portion 5j, and the other bending ring portion 14j is formed around the other bending ring shaft 21j, and one or more stages of spiral cord 15 are formed around the one bending ring portion 13j and the other bending ring portion 14j to store the cord.

[0054] In the cord storage device 1j of the third embodiment, as shown in the figure, the one-side cord holding portion 4j and the other-side cord holding portion 5j are surrounded by a certain width on the inner winding front and rear sides of the one-side cord holding portion 4j and the other-side cord holding portion 5j in an arc shape at a height approximately twice the height of the cord 6j on the upper plate surface 3j along the maximum outer curved surface of the spiral cord 15ja, and the one-side regulating wall 50j and the other-side regulating wall 51j are provided with a one-side inner edge 60j and a other-side inner edge 61j, which extend inwardly parallel to the upper plate surface 3j at their upper ends. With the above-mentioned configuration, the both-side regulating walls 50j and 51j regulate the maximum outer diameter of the spiral cord between the both-side cord holding portions 4j and 5j, and the one-side inner edge 60j and the other-side inner edge 61j cooperate with the both-side cord holding portions 4j and 5j to effectively suppress and hold the outer main parts of the spiral cords 15ja and 15jb from floating up.

[0055] In this embodiment, the winding body 25j is provided with a cord upper / lower distribution means for distributing the bending ring portion to the upper or lower side of a predetermined side of the bending wheel shaft on one side and the bending wheel shaft on the other side. In Fig. 11 and Fig. 15, the winding body is provided with a cord lowering wing 42j that is provided on the side wall of the shaft on the leading side in the winding body rotation direction of the upper half of the bending wheel shaft 20j on one side and that slopes down in a spiral shape in the reverse direction of the winding body, and a cord raising wing 43j that is provided on the side wall of the shaft on the leading side in the winding body rotation direction of the lower half of the bending wheel shaft 21j on the other side and that slopes up in a spiral shape in the reverse direction of the winding body. When the winding body 25j is rotated clockwise by the rotation part 22j in the clockwise direction indicated by the arrow 27j, the cord lowering wing 42j on one bending wheel shaft 20j side pushes down the cord 6jb' on the other side, leading it to the lower side of the bending wheel shaft 20j, and forms one bending wheel part 13jb on the lower stage around the one bending wheel shaft 20j. On the other hand, the cord raising wing 43j on the other bending wheel shaft 21j side pushes up the cord 6ja' on one side, leading it to the upper side of the other bending wheel shaft 21j, and forms the other bending wheel part 14ja on the upper stage around the other bending wheel shaft 21j. In this way, the upper stage spiral cord 15ja and the lower stage spiral cord 15jb arranged in two stages are formed around the two bending wheel parts, and the cords are guided to be stored. One bending axle 20j always has one bending ring portion 13jb in the lower tier, and the other bending axle 21j always has the other bending ring portion 14ja in the upper tier. This cord upper and lower distribution means is particularly effective for cords with an oval cross section such as a power cord.

[0056] In Fig. 11 and Fig. 12, the grooves 7j and 8j of the one-side cord holding part 4j and the other-side cord holding part 5j are provided at the inner positions on the rear side of the windings with rear rollers 33ja and 33jb rotatably fitted to a vertical shaft fixed to the substrate side. The groove 7j of the one-side cord holding part 4j is formed in such a way that the groove wall on the leading side of the winding protrudes outward from the groove wall on the rear side of the winding. The left extension of the inner edge 60j of the upper end of the one-side regulating wall 50j extends to the upper end of the groove wall on the leading side of the winding, and the upper end of the groove wall on the leading side of the winding has an inner edge 60j that protrudes shortly to the front side. On the other hand, the left extension of the inner edge 60j of the front regulating wall 50j of the rear side of the winding does not extend to the upper end of the groove wall on the rear side of the winding. The rear side of the winding groove wall is provided with a rear roller 33ja rotatably fitted to a vertical shaft fixed to the substrate side, and opens straight upward. A gap is maintained between the front and rear groove walls of groove 7j to allow cord 6j to pass upward. The shape of groove 8j of the other cord holder 5j is rotated 180° around groove 7j of one cord holder 4j at the center of holder hole 18j. With the above configuration, the cord is guided by rear rollers 33ja and 33jb, making it possible to wind and pull out the cord more smoothly.

[0057] A locking claw 46j is provided at one of the shaft ends under the lower side plate 19j of the winding body 25j, protruding outward. The locking claw 46j has an inclined surface 76 that slopes downward toward the tip of the winding at the tip of the winding body in the winding direction on the upper surface of the locking claw 46j. On the other hand, a plurality of locking grooves 45j are provided at equal intervals around the holding hole 18j on the base plate 3j side, into which the locking claws 46j fit. Therefore, when inserting the winding body 25j into the holding hole 18j, the locking claws 46j are inserted in alignment with any of the locking grooves 45j. Normally, the locking claws 46j are exposed on the back side of the base plate 3j as shown in FIG. 12 when the winding body 25j is turned. After winding the cord, the winding body 25j can be stopped from rotating by pinching the turning part 22j and slightly pulling up the winding body 25j to fit the locking claws 46j into the locking grooves 45j, and the rotation in the counter-winding direction can be stopped by pulling both ends of the cord. With the above-mentioned configuration, it is possible to prevent the rotation of the winding body 25j without providing a separate anti-rotation means.

[0058] 16 to 23 show a fourth embodiment of a cord storage device. Here, this is an embodiment for a solid cord. The cord storage device 1c includes a base plate 3c having a flat upper plate surface 2c and a constant thickness with a constant front-rear width and left-right length, a first cord holding part 4c provided on one side of the upper plate surface 2c, an second cord holding part 5c provided on the other side of the upper plate surface 2c, an upper cover part 30c fixed on the base plate 3c, which covers the upper plate surface 2c at a desired height interval position that exceeds the height of a cord 6c on the upper plate surface 2c and has a cord through hole 36c with a width exceeding the thickness of the cord 6c in a straight line portion connecting the first cord holding part 4c and the second cord holding part 5c, a base plate body 34c having a holding hole 18c for a winding body opened in the vertical direction in the base plate 3c and the upper cover part 30c at a position between the first cord holding part 4c and the second cord holding part 5c, and a holding hole 18c for a winding body opened in the vertical direction in the base plate 3c and the upper cover part 30c. the upper side plate 26c rotatably fitted into the retaining hole 18c on the upper cover portion 30c side at a position above the lower side plate 19c and spaced a desired height apart from the height of the cord 6c; one bending axle 20c and the other bending axle 21c arranged side by side in the diameter direction of the both side plates, and a cord opening 37c opened with a width exceeding the thickness of the cord 6c in a direction perpendicular to a straight line connecting the centers of the both bending axles 20c and 21c at a position above the cord gap 23c of the upper side plate 26c; and a cord winding means for a winding body 25c rotatably held within the retaining hole 18c. Therefore, one bending ring portion 13cb is formed around one bending ring shaft 20c between the base plate 3c and the upper cover portion 30c between the one side cord holding portion 4c and the other side cord holding portion 5c, and between the lower side plate 19c and the upper side plate 26c, and the other bending ring portion 14ca is formed around the other bending ring shaft 21c, so that one or more stages of spiral cords are formed around the one bending ring portion 13cb and the other bending ring portion 14ca to store cords.

[0059] Here, as shown in Figures 16 to 20, the cord 6c is passed through the cord hole 36c and fitted into the grooves of the cord holding portions 4c and 5c on both sides, and by rotating the turning portion 22c of the winding body 25c, one of the lower bending ring portions 13c is formed around one bending ring shaft 20c between the one side cord holding portion 4c and the other side cord holding portion 5c, the other upper bending ring portion 14c is formed around the other bending ring shaft 21c, a lower tier spiral cord 15cb is formed around the one bending ring portion 13c, and an upper tier spiral cord 15ca is formed around the other bending ring portion 14c, thereby storing the cord. Here, cylindrical rear rollers 33ca and 33cb and front rollers 32ca and 32cb are used in the groove of the cord holding part. Therefore, it is easy to lift one side 6ca of the cord. Even if the bending wheel shafts 20c and 21c have a cylindrical outer circumference as shown in the figure, when the bending cord part of one bending wheel part 13c formed on one bending wheel shaft 20c is in a position overlapping with the outside of the other bending wheel part 14c wound around the other bending wheel shaft 21c approaching due to the rotation of the winding body when the winding body is rotated, the one side 6ca of the cord can be lifted a little and guided to the upper stage, and the cord can be reliably wound in two stages. This configuration makes it possible to obtain a cord storage device with a simple structure that can securely store two layers of spiral cords, one above the other, in a thin, flat storage section.

[0060] The upper cover part 30c is integrally connected to the base plate part 3c by four support pillars 35c on the front, rear, left and right sides, and is integral with the base plate part 3c. The upper cover part 30c has a cord through hole 36c that is opened straight and allows the cord 6c to pass through sufficiently on the groove 7c side between the two front and rear rollers 32ca and 33ca of the cord holding part 4c on one side and on the groove 8c side between the two front and rear rollers 32cb and 33cb of the cord holding part 5c on the other side, and the cord 6c that is stretched straight from above the upper cover part 30c and has a length that exceeds the outside of the grooves 7c and 8c of both the cord holding parts 4c and 5c can be passed through the cord through hole 36c and placed on the upper plate surface 2c of the base plate part 3c with the cord opening 37c of the reel 25c aligned. With this configuration, the upper cover portion 30c covers a wide area of the upper surface of the spiral cord between itself and the upper plate surface 2c, and serves to prevent the cord from sticking out upward.

[0061] In this embodiment, the groove 7c of the cord holding section 4c on one side is open at the top, and is made up of a leading roller 32ca at the leading end of the winding on the outside of the groove 7c and a rear roller 33ca at the trailing end of the winding on the inside of the groove 7c, both of which are rotatably held by a roller shaft 31c fixed to the base body 34c. The cord holding section 5c on the other side is also made up of a leading roller 32cb at the leading end of the winding on the outside of the groove 8c, both of which are rotatably held by a roller shaft 31c fixed to the base body 34c, and a rear roller 33cb at the trailing end of the winding on the inside of the groove 8c. The rear rollers 33ca and 33cb are provided with a rear roller 33ca at the trailing end of the winding on the inside of the groove 7c and groove 8c, which are spaced apart from the leading rollers 32ca and 32cb by a certain distance on the inside. As a result, one side 6ca of the cord and the other side 6cb of the cord extending from the spiral cord 15c side are bent at the positions of the cord holding parts 4c and 5c, and the cord 6c is led out straight to both sides. The outer periphery of each roller is cylindrical, and the movement of the cord 6c in the vertical direction is suppressed by the upper plate surface 2c and the upper cover part 30c.

[0062] As shown in Fig. 21, the winding body 25c has one bending axle 20c and the other bending axle 21c arranged side by side at equal intervals with respect to the center of the lower side plate 19c between the lower side plate 19c and the upper side plate 26c, and a cord hole 37c through which the cord 6c passes is opened on the upper side plate 26c side. The winding body 25c has a rotation part 22c consisting of two holes penetrating from the upper side plate 26c side to the lower side plate 19c side. The rotation part 22c has two holes penetrating through both bending axles 20c and 21c from the upper surface of the upper side plate 63c to the lower surface of the lower side plate 62c. The first and second fingers of the hand are placed on the ends of the rotation part 22c consisting of the two holes, and the winding body 25c can be rotated clockwise as shown by the arrow 27c to wind up the cord 6c.

[0063] A winding handle 28d of a fifth embodiment, which will be described later, is shown in Fig. 28. The two shafts 29d of the winding handle 28d also fit into the two holes of the turning part 22c of the fourth embodiment, and the two shafts 29d of the winding handle 28d can be inserted into the two holes of the turning part 22c to turn the winding body 25c and wind up the cord 6c.

[0064] The cord 6c can be stored by passing it through the cord hole 36c and the grooves 7c and 8c and placing it on the upper plate surface 2b of the base body 34c, and then rotating the winding body 25c in a clockwise direction. This configuration makes it easy to attach and store the cord while wiring. The cord can be pulled out by pulling one side portion 6ca and the other side portion 6cb of the cord 6c outward. Here, front rollers 32ca and 32cb and rear rollers 33ca and 33cb are attached to the front and rear sides of the grooves 7c and 8c of both cord holding parts, so that the winding and pulling operations can be performed smoothly without rotating the turning part 22c to apply force.

[0065] 22-23 show an embodiment in which another power cord 6cc is stored in the cord storage device 1c. The power cord 6cc has the same oval cross-sectional shape as that used in the first embodiment, and the height of the power cord 6cc is less than the gap between the base plate 3c and the upper cover part 30c of the cord storage device 1c. The figures show the state of the spiral cord in which the cord 6cc has been wound to the near limit of winding. Here, as in the example of the one-stage winding in the second embodiment described above, the cord 6cc is bent to form one bending loop part 13c at one bending loop axis 20c, and the other bending loop part 14c is formed at the position of the other bending loop axis 21c, so that the side that becomes one side 6cca of the cord and the other side 6ccb of the cord are overlapped, and the spiral cord 15c is formed and wound around the one bending loop part 13c and the other bending loop part 14c in an alternating manner in the space between the upper plate surface 2c and the upper cover part 30c. During the winding operation, one side portion 6cca of the cord 6cc slides inwardly within groove 7c of one side cord holder 4c, and the other side portion 6ccb of the cord 6cc slides inwardly within groove 8c of the other side cord holder 5c, and is wound and stored in the cord storage device 1c. This configuration makes it possible to obtain a cord storage device with a simple structure that can securely store one layer of spirally wound cord in a thin and flat storage section.

[0066] 24 to 28 show a fifth embodiment of a cord storage tool. Here, an example of a cord storage tool for tubes or hoses is shown, in which cords are stored as upper and lower spiral cords. The cord storage device 1d shown in the fifth embodiment comprises a base plate 3d having a flat upper plate surface 2d and a constant thickness with a constant front-to-rear width and left-to-right length, a one-side cord holding portion 4d provided on one side of the upper plate surface 2d, a other-side cord holding portion 5d provided on the other side of the upper plate surface 2d, an upper cover portion 30d fixed to the base plate 3d and provided with a cord through hole 36d of a width exceeding the thickness of the cord 6d in a linear portion connecting the one-side cord holding portion 4d and the other-side cord holding portion 5d at an interval position of a desired height exceeding the height of the cord 6d on the upper plate surface 2d, and the upper cover portion 30d at a position between the one-side cord holding portion 4d and the other-side cord holding portion 5d, and a base body 34d provided with a holding hole 18d for a winding body 25d formed in the base plate 3d, and a base body 34d having an outer diameter exceeding the front-to-rear width of the base plate 3d and rotatably fitted into the holding hole 18d on the base plate 3d side. the upper side plate 63d has an outer diameter exceeding the front-to-rear width of the base body 34d and is rotatably fitted into a retaining hole 18d on the upper cover portion 30d side, and a cord gap 23d is formed in the center between the upper and lower side plates, and one bending axle 20d and the other bending axle 21d are arranged side by side in the diameter direction of the upper and lower side plates, and a cord opening 37d is opened at a position above the cord gap 23d of the upper side plate 63d in a direction perpendicular to the straight line connecting the centers of the both bending axles 20d and 21d, and has a width exceeding the thickness of the cord 6d, and Therefore, one bending ring portion 13db is formed around one bending ring shaft 20d between the lower side plate 62d and the upper side plate 63d between the one side cord holding portion 4d and the other side cord holding portion 5d, and between the base plate 3d and the upper cover portion 30d, and the other bending ring portion 14da is formed around the other bending ring shaft 21d, and one or more stages of spiral cords are formed around the one bending ring portion 13db and the other bending ring portion 14da to store cords. In the figure of this embodiment, upper and lower distribution means such as a lower guide protrusion 38d and an upper guide protrusion 39d are provided on the lower side plate 62d and the upper side plate 63d near one bending wheel axle 20d and the other bending wheel axle 21d of the winding body 25d, but by using a winding body that does not have the upper and lower distribution means, it is possible to wind in one or more stages in the same manner as the aforementioned fourth embodiment.

[0067] Two front rollers 32da and two rear rollers 33da are provided in front and behind the groove 7d of the left cord holder 4d, each of which is rotatably held by a roller shaft 31d fixed to the base body 34d, and two front rollers 32db and two rear rollers 33db are provided in front and behind the groove 8d of the right cord holder 5d, each of which is rotatably held by a roller shaft 31d fixed to the base body 34d. The two front rollers and the rear rollers on each side have a cylindrical outer periphery and are arranged in a generally juxtaposed manner in front and behind the grooves on the left and right sides. As a result, the left side of the cord 6da and the right side of the cord 6db are led out straight in the left and right direction at the positions of the cord holders 4d and 5d, regardless of the winding direction of the spiral cords 15da and 15db. The upper plate surface 2d and the upper cover part 30d prevent the cords 6da and 6db from moving up and down. The upper cover part 30d is connected to the base part 3d by four pillars 35d on the front, rear, left and right sides, and is fixed integrally to the base body 34d. The upper cover part 30d is provided with a cord passage hole 36d that opens straight to the groove 7d side between the two front and rear rollers 32da and two 33da of the left cord holding part 4d and to the groove 8d side between the two front and rear rollers 32db and two 33db of the right cord holding part 5d.

[0068] Fig. 27 shows the rolled body 25d. In Figs. 24 to 27, the outer diameter of the disk-shaped upper side plate 63d and lower side plate 62d of the rolled body 25d is larger than the front-rear width of the substrate 3d and the upper cover part 30d, and the lower side plate 62d side is rotatably held in a holding hole 18d formed in a recessed shape along the outer diameter and thickness of the lower side plate 62d on the inside (upper side) of the upper plate surface 2d of the substrate 3d. One upper side plate 63d is rotatably held by the part of the partially circular holding hole 18d on the left and right sides cut out along the outer diameter of the upper side plate 63d at the center of the upper cover part 30d. The vertical distance between the upper side plate 63d and the lower side plate 62d approximately matches the distance between the upper plate surface 2d and the upper cover part 30d. A cord opening 37d is provided in the center of the upper side plate 63d in the diameter direction to allow the cord 6d to pass through at the beginning of winding. By aligning the orientation of the cord opening 37d of the winding body 25d with the cord through-hole 36d, the cord 6d can be inserted from above the upper cover part 30d through the cord through-hole 36d and the cord opening 37d into the groove 7d of the cord holder 4d on one side and the groove 8d of the cord holder 5d on the other side.

[0069] The turning part 22d here is formed of two holes penetrating through both bending wheel axles 20d and 21d from the upper surface side of the upper side plate 63d to the lower surface side of the lower side plate 62d. The first and second fingers of the hand are placed on the ends of the turning part 22d consisting of the two holes, and the winding body 25d can be turned to the right to wind up the cord 6d. The winding handle 28d is shown in FIG. 28. The two shafts 29d of the winding handle 28d fit into the two holes of the turning part 22d, and the two shafts 29d of the winding handle 28d can be inserted into the two holes of the turning part 22d to turn the winding body 25d to wind up the cord 6d. In addition, the turning parts for turning the winding body 25d can be provided in any shape at any position on the upper and lower side plates.

[0070] In the fifth embodiment, as shown in Fig. 24 to Fig. 27, a distribution means is provided for distributing two bending loop parts, which are bent by two bending axles, to the upper and lower sides within a vertical space exceeding twice the height of the cord 6d on the upper plate surface 2d. The winding body 25d is provided with a downward guide protrusion 38d protruding downward in a mountain shape on both sides of the front and rear of the cord opening 37d on one side (right side) of one bending axle 20d and the other bending axle 21d on the lower surface side of the upper side plate 63d, and an upward guide protrusion 39d protruding upward in a mountain shape at a position corresponding to both sides of the front and rear of the cord opening 37d on the upper side plate 63d side on the other side (left side) of one bending axle 20d and the other bending axle 21d on the upper surface side of the lower side plate 62d.

[0071] Thus, by rotating the winding body 25db, the right cord 6db of the cord 6d is pushed downward by the lower guide protrusion 38d to form one bending loop portion 13db at the lower position of one bending wheel axle 20d, and the left cord 6da of the cord 6d is pushed upward by the upper guide protrusion 39d to form the other bending loop portion 14da at the upper position of the other bending wheel axle 21d, so that the upper spiral cord 15da and the lower spiral cord 15db arranged in two tiers up and down are formed and stored around the two bending loop portions. The lower guide protrusions 38d and the upper guide protrusions 39d of the cord sorting means shown here are provided on both the front and rear sides of the cord openings 37d on the left and right sides of the two bending wheel axles 20d and 21d, and have the characteristic of having a function of sorting up and down that sorts the right cord 6db of the cord 6d downward and sorts the left cord 6da of the cord 6d upward regardless of the direction of rotation of the winding body 25db.

[0072] In this way, the cord 6d is divided into two parts, upper and lower, around one bending axle 20d and the other bending axle 21d, forming a spiral cord arranged side by side. Figures 25 and 26 show the state of the spiral cords 15da and 15db wound in two parts, upper and lower. The means for dividing the cords into upper and lower parts shown here is also effective for cords that are easily bent, such as hollow tubes.

[0073] The feature of the fifth embodiment with the above-mentioned configuration is that, except for the outer part of the spiral cord, the main part of the spiral cord on the inside rotates together with the upper and lower side plates of the winding body 25d, and there is no sliding friction between the spiral cord and the inner surfaces of the upper and lower side plates. This eliminates sliding between the cord 6d and the inner surfaces of the side plates, making the winding body 25d rotate more smoothly, and reducing wear and tear on the cord 6d.

[0074] The cord storage device 1d shown here is the same as the fourth embodiment described above, in that the upper cover part 30d is fixed to the base part so as to cover the upper plate surface 2d at a distance greater than the height of the cord, and has a cord through hole with a width greater than the thickness of the cord in a straight line portion connecting the one side cord holding part and the other side cord holding part 5, and the upper cover part is located between the one side cord holding part and the other side cord holding part, and the base body has a holding hole for a winding body in the upper cover part and the base body at a position between the one side cord holding part and the other side cord holding part, and a bending wheel shaft arranged side by side with a cord gap formed in the central position between the upper cover part side of the base body, a disk-shaped upper side plate that fits into the holding hole on the upper cover part side of the base body, a disk-shaped lower side plate that fits into the holding hole on the upper plate surface side, and one bending wheel shaft arranged side by side with a cord gap formed in the central position between the upper and lower side plates. and the other bending wheel shaft, a cord opening of a width greater than the thickness of the cord opened in a direction perpendicular to the straight line connecting the centers of the two bending wheel shafts at a position above the cord gap in the upper side plate, and a cord winding means for a winding body having a turning portion provided on at least one side of the upper side plate and the lower side plate and rotatably held within the retaining hole, and one bending ring portion is formed around one bending wheel shaft between the one side cord holding portion and the other side cord holding portion, and the other bending ring portion is formed around the other bending wheel shaft, and a single stage of spiral cord is formed around them to store cords, and the same effect as the single stage winding of the previously described fourth embodiment can be obtained.

[0075] 24 to 27, the cord storage device 1d of the fifth embodiment is provided with a number of sawtooth grooves 45d evenly spaced around the outer periphery of the upper side plate 63d of the reel, a retaining hole for a stopper body 46d provided on one side of the upper cover part 30d around the upper side plate 63d, and a stopper body 46d that rotatably fits into the retaining hole and has a hook part 48d at its front side that can be hooked and detached from the sawtooth groove 45d and an operating lever part that extends rearward at its rear side. The stopper body 46d is rotatably fitted in the retaining hole that is a shallow recess in the upper surface of the upper cover part 30d, and the rear operating lever part can be operated with the fingertips to swing the stopper body 46d in a fan shape around the retaining hole as shown by arrow 47d. Therefore, by rotating the reeling body 25d in the right (clockwise) direction while pressing the lever portion of the stopper 46d in the right (clockwise) direction, the hook portion 48d can be engaged with the groove of the sawtooth groove 45d, and the counterclockwise rotation of the reeling body 25d can be stopped even if the reeling hand is released. This stops the movement in the direction to pull out the cord, and prevents the tensioned cord from loosening.

[0076] 29 to 34 show a sixth embodiment. Here, an embodiment of a cord storage device for tubes or hoses is shown. The cord storage device 1e comprises a base plate 3e having a flat upper plate surface 2e and a constant thickness with a constant front-to-rear width and left-to-right length, a one-side cord holding part 4e on one side of the upper plate surface 2e, an other-side cord holding part 5e on the other side of the upper plate surface 2e, a holding hole 18e for a winding body opened in the vertical direction at a position between the one-side cord holding part 4e and the other-side cord holding part 5e, a lower side plate 19e which rotatably fits into the holding hole 18e, and a cord storage device 200 formed concentrically with the lower side plate 19e at a distance above the lower side plate 19e at a desired height exceeding the height of the cord (here, twice the height of the cord). The bending axle 20e and the other bending axle 21e are arranged side by side in the diameter direction of the upper and lower side plates, with a cord gap 23e formed in the center between an upper side plate 26e and the upper and lower side plates, a cord opening 37e opened at an upper position above the cord gap 23e in the upper side plate 26e in a direction perpendicular to the straight line connecting the centers of the two bending axles 20e and 21e, and a turning portion 22e provided on at least one side of the upper and lower side plates, and a cord winding means for a winding body 25e rotatably held within the retaining hole 18e. Therefore, one bending ring portion 13eb in the lower tier is formed around one bending ring shaft 20e between the one side cord holding portion 4e and the other side cord holding portion 5e, and the other bending ring portion 14ea in the upper tier is formed around the other bending ring shaft 21e, thereby forming and storing spiral cords 15ea and 15eb arranged side by side in two tiers, upper and lower, around the one bending ring portion 13eb and the other bending ring portion 14ea.

[0077] The upper side plate 26e rotates parallel to the upper plate surface 2e of the base plate 3e during the winding operation to prevent the spiral cord 15ea from floating upward. Here, the turning portion 22e for turning the winding body 25e is provided at one end of the upper side plate 26e.

[0078] 31 and 32, the cord holding section 4e on one side has holding grooves 75ea at the upper stage of the winding, each of which is rotatably held by a roller shaft 31e fixed to the base plate 3e on both the front and rear sides of the groove 7e, and is made up of a leading roller 32ea at the leading side of the winding outside the groove 7e and a rear roller 33ea at the rear side of the winding inside the groove 7e. The cord holding section 5e on the other side also has holding grooves 75ea at the lower stage of the winding, each of which is rotatably held by a roller shaft 31e fixed to the base plate 3e on both the front and rear sides of the groove 8e, and is made up of a leading roller 32eb at the leading side of the winding outside the groove 8e and a rear roller 33eb at the rear side of the winding inside the groove 8e.

[0079] The holding groove 75ea of each roller of both cord holding parts 4e and 5e is composed of a substantially semicircular recessed groove that matches the circular cross section of the cord. The front roller 32ea and the rear roller 33ea of one cord holding part 4e have a holding groove 75ea at a position on the upper stage side of the winding, and hold one side 6ea of the cord at a position on the upper stage side of the winding. The front roller 32eb and the rear roller 33eb of the other cord holding part 5e have a holding groove 75eb at a position on the lower stage side of the winding, and hold the other side 6eb at a position on the lower stage side of the winding. The holding grooves 75ea and 75eb function to hold the cords firmly in their positions and at the same time to relieve strain on the cords (tubes) at the bent part. Here, the holding groove 75ea holds one side 6ea of the cord on one cord holding part 4e side at a position on the upper stage side of the winding and guides it to the upper stage side around the other bending wheel shaft 21e to help form the other bending wheel part 14ea on the upper stage side. In addition, the holding groove 75eb holds the other side 6eb of the cord on the other side cord holding portion 5e side at a position on the lower side of the winding and guides it to the lower side around one bending wheel shaft 20e, thereby assisting in the formation of one bending wheel portion 13eb on the lower side.

[0080] In this embodiment, both bending axles of the winding body 25e are provided with cord retaining grooves 40e and 41e on the cord winding side, which are recessed in a shape that matches the cross-sectional shape of the cord. The cord retaining grooves 40e recessed in a shape that matches the cross-sectional shape of the cord are provided on the top and bottom of the cord winding side of one bending axle 20, and the cord retaining grooves 41e recessed in a shape that matches the cross-sectional shape of the cord are provided on the top and bottom of the cord winding side of the other bending axle 21e. The cord retaining grooves serve to prevent the cord wound around the bending axle portion from being twisted. By providing cord retaining grooves such as the cord retaining grooves 40e and the cord retaining grooves 41e around one bending axle 20e and the other bending axle 21e of the cord storage device for winding up tubes and hoses, which are recessed in a shape that matches the cross-sectional shape of the cord, it is possible to prevent the tubes and hoses from being twisted around the bending axle portion.

[0081] The cord storage device of the fourth embodiment is provided with another rotation stopper means for stopping the rotation of the winding body 25e. Pin receiving holes 45e are provided at equal intervals on the circumference around the holding hole 18e of the base plate 3e. Meanwhile, at the circumferential position where the pin receiving hole 45e is located in the bending wheel axle (here, the other bending wheel axle 21e) of the winding body 25e, an axial hole is opened that penetrates from the upper end to the lower end of the axle, and a stop pin 46e that can slide up and down is fitted in the axial hole. The stop pin 46e has an operating knob 48e on its upper part, and the stop pin 46e can be operated up and down by pinching the knob 48e. Therefore, while winding the winding body 25e, the stop pin 46e is raised, and when the turning part 22e is at a desired rotational position, the knob 48e is pushed down as shown by the arrow 47e to insert the tip of the stop pin 46e into the pin receiving hole 45e of the base plate 3e, thereby stopping the rotation of the winding body 25e. This stops the movement in the direction in which the cord is pulled out, and prevents the taut cord from loosening. The turning part 22e that turns the winding body 25e can be provided at a desired position around both bending wheel axles 20e and 21e and the lower side plate 19e.

[0082] 35 to 37 show a seventh embodiment of a cord storage device. In this cord storage device 1s, the cord is wound in two or more stages. The cord storage device 1s comprises a base plate 3s having a flat upper plate surface 2s and a constant thickness with a constant front-to-rear width and left-to-right length, a one-side cord holding part 4s provided on one side of the upper plate surface 2s, an other-side cord holding part 5s provided on the other side of the upper plate surface 2s, a holding hole 18s for a winding body provided at a position between the one-side cord holding part 4s and the other-side cord holding part 5s on the upper plate surface 2s, a disc-shaped lower side plate 62s that fits rotatably in the holding hole 18s, and a disc-shaped lower side plate 62s that is formed concentrically with the lower side plate 62s at a desired height above the lower side plate 62s and spaced apart from the cord 6s. the upper side plate 63s, one bending axle 20s and the other bending axle 21d arranged side by side in the diameter direction of the upper and lower side plates with a cord gap 23s formed in the center between the upper and lower side plates, a cord opening 37 opened on the upper side of the cord gap 23s of the upper side plate 63s in a direction perpendicular to the straight line connecting the centers of the two bending axles 20s and 21s with a width exceeding the thickness of the cord 6s, and a rotating portion 22s provided on at least one side of the upper and lower side plates and a cord winding means for a winding body 25s rotatably held in the retaining hole 18s.

[0083] Therefore, in the same manner as in the previously described embodiment, by rotating the winding body 25s, one bending ring portion 13sb is formed around one bending ring shaft 20s between one side cord holding portion 4s and the other side cord holding portion 5s, and the other bending ring portion 14sa is formed around the other bending ring shaft 21s, and one or more stages of spiral cord 15sb are formed around the one bending ring portion 13sb and the other bending ring portion 14sa, thereby making it possible to store cords.

[0084] Here, the two front rollers and the two rear rollers on the inside and outside of the one-side cord holding part 4s and the other-side cord holding part 5s are also of a length that matches the distance between the lower side plate 62s and the upper side plate 63s. Furthermore, here, the leading roller 32sa at the leading end of the spiral cord winding on the outside (one side) of the one-side cord holding part and the rear roller 33sa at the rear of the inner (other side) winding are provided with flanges 70sa that protrude outward at positions that match the lower surface of the upper side plate 63s. In addition, the leading roller 32sb at the leading end of the outer (other side) winding of the other-side cord holding part and the rear roller 33sb at the rear of the inner (one side) winding are also provided with flanges 70sb that protrude outward at positions that match the lower surface of the upper side plate 63s. As a result, in the same manner as the two cord holding portions 4a and 5a in the cord storage device 1a of the first embodiment, the cord 6s is wound in the direction of the arrow 27s by the winding body 25s, thereby forming a cord holding means that prevents one side 6sa of the cord and the other side 6sb of the cord from escaping upward and holds them firmly in place.

[0085] The operation of removing the one side portion 6sa and the other side portion 6sb of the cord 6s from the grooves 7s and 8s of the one side cord holding part 4s and the other side cord holding part 5s, and the operation of fitting the cord 6s into the grooves 7s and 8s can be performed in the same manner as in the cord storage device 1a of the first embodiment. The reeling body 25s is provided with a button-shaped turning part 22s on one side of the upper part of the upper side plate 63s. The turning part 22s allows the reeling body 25s to be turned securely.

[0086] By the rotation of the winding body 25s, one side 6sa of the cord is held by the front roller 32sa and the rear roller 33sa, and the other side 6sb of the cord is held by the front roller 32sb and the rear roller 33sb, and moves between the lower side plate 62s side and the upper side plate 63s side toward one bending wheel shaft 20s and the other bending wheel shaft 21s, and the winding position of the cord 6s around one bending wheel shaft 20s and the other bending wheel shaft 21s is naturally distributed up and down to form a spiral cord 15s that is wound. The shape of the cord winding here is not a neat spiral winding as shown in Figures 31 to 32 of the sixth embodiment, but a scattered spiral winding. With this configuration, by taking the interval between the lower side plate 62s and the upper side plate 63s to be two or more times the height of the cord 6d, a longer length of cord can be stored by winding it in a scattered manner. The cord storage tool can be shaped to be suitable for storing relatively thin and long cords.

[0087] In the seventh embodiment, the cord can be wound into a single spiral cord as shown in FIG. 6 of the second embodiment by selecting the desired interval between the lower side plate 62s and the upper side plate 63s. Also, the cord can be wound into two upper and lower spiral cords by configuring the interval between the lower side plate 62s and the upper side plate 63s in a manner similar to that of the fourth to sixth embodiments. When winding and unwinding the cord, the cord storage device 1s rotates the entire spiral cord together with the upper and lower side plates between the one side cord holding portion and the other side cord holding portion, so that no sliding friction occurs between the cord and the storage wall surface. This allows for smooth winding and unwinding. Furthermore, the cord is not worn or damaged by sliding.

[0088] Methods of forming a first bending loop portion and a second bending loop portion between the one side cord holding part and the other side cord holding part on the upper plate surface and winding up a single cord into a spiral cord include a method in which a single cord is held by the one side cord holding part and the other side cord holding part, and a first bending loop portion and a second bending loop portion are formed at a position between them, and the inner side of the two windings is wound by rotating a finger or one bending ring shaft and the other bending ring shaft, as shown in the embodiment below, and a method in which one side bending ring shaft and the other bending ring shaft are fixed, and the two folded cords on the outer side of the windings are wound around one side bending ring shaft and the other bending ring shaft to wind up the single cord into a spiral cord, and the two folded cords are held by the one side cord holding part and the other side cord holding part, respectively.

[0089] The latter embodiment will be described below. Figures 38 to 41 show an eighth embodiment of a cord storage tool. This cord storage tool 1f includes a base plate 3f having a flat upper plate surface 2f and a constant thickness with a constant front-to-rear width and left-to-right length, a one-side cord holding part 4f provided on one side of the upper plate surface 2f, an other-side cord holding part 5f provided on the other side of the upper plate surface 2f, one bending axle 16f and the other bending axle 17f provided at a constant interval on one side and the other side of a position between the one-side cord holding part 4f and the other-side cord holding part 5f, which protrude upward to a height suitable for the height of the cord, and an outer cord manual winding means 25f. Between one side cord holding portion 4f and the other side cord holding portion 5f, one bending ring portion 13f is formed around one bending ring shaft 16f, and the other bending ring portion 14f is formed around the other bending ring shaft 17f, and a spiral cord 15f is formed around the one bending ring portion 13f and the other bending ring portion 14f to store the cord.

[0090] Here, the groove 7f of the one-side cord holding portion 4f has a shorter left-right length than that of the first embodiment described above, and the side forming the rear wall of the groove 7f is formed inwardly shifted from the side forming the front wall of the groove 7f. The groove wall on the rear side of the winding opens straight up and down. On the other hand, the groove wall on the side forming the front wall of the winding is formed in a recessed shape that roughly follows the shape of the peripheral wall of the cross section of the cord 6f, and its upper part protrudes inward of the groove. Here too, a gap is maintained between the front wall and the rear wall of the groove 7f so that the cord 6f can pass through.

[0091] The groove 8f of the other cord holder 5f has a shape obtained by rotating the groove 7f of the one cord holder 4f by 180° on the plane of the front view, and functions in the same manner as the groove 7f of the one cord holder 4f. Therefore, the operation of fitting one side 6fa and the other side 6fb of the cord 6f into and removing from the one side cord holder 4f and the other side cord holder 5f can be performed in the same manner as in the first embodiment described above.

[0092] In this embodiment, a winding means for the cord 6f different from that in the first embodiment is shown. In Fig. 38, the cord is folded, the inside of one bending loop portion 13f is hung on one bending loop shaft 16f, and the two folded cord portions are overlapped front and back to form a cord 6f' stretched to the other side, which is held in the hand, and while maintaining the overlapped state, the cord is wound counterclockwise around the other bending loop shaft 17f as shown by the arrow 27f to form the other bending loop portion 14f, and further wound around the outside of one bending loop portion 13f on the side of one bending loop shaft 16f to overlap, forming a spiral shape in which one side and the other side of the folded portion of one bending loop portion 13f are alternately overlapped, forming a spiral cord 15f. Here, this winding method is called the cord outer manual winding means 25f.

[0093] In Fig. 38, the outer cord 6fb of the overlapped cords advances toward the other side cord holding portion 4b located on the other side, is fitted into the groove 8f, and is led out to the other side as the other side 6fb of the cord. Meanwhile, the inner cord of the overlapped cords is wound around to the outer position of one bending ring portion 13f on one bending ring axle 1f side, and then immediately advances toward one side cord holding portion 4f on one side, is fitted into the groove 7f of one side cord holding portion 4f, and is led out to one side as one side 6fa of the cord. Here, the state with the shortest winding length is shown.

[0094] Figure 41 shows the state in which the cord 6f is fully wound in the cord storage device 1f. In this eighth embodiment, one bending axle 16f and the other bending axle 17f are spaced apart from each other on one side and the other side, so the shape of the spiral cord 15f is an ellipse that is long on one side and the other side, which is a preferable shape for storing a cord storage device attached to the middle of a wiring cord. In addition, the spiral cord 15f is held by one bending axle 16f and the other bending axle 17f fixed on the upper plate surface 2f of the base plate 3f, and both bending axles 16f and 17f function as a spiral cord holding means.

[0095] 42 to 45 show a ninth embodiment of a cord storage device. This cord storage device 1g includes a base plate 3g having a flat upper plate surface 2g and a constant thickness with a constant front-to-rear width and left-to-right length, a one-side cord holding part 4g provided on one side of the upper plate surface 2g, an other-side cord holding part 5g provided on the other side of the upper plate surface 2g, one bending axle 16g and the other bending axle 17g that protrude upward to a height that matches twice the height of the cord and are provided at a constant interval on one and the other sides of a position between the one-side cord holding part 4g and the other-side cord holding part 5g, and a cord winding means of an outer upper and lower manual winding means 25g. One bending ring portion 13gb and the other bending ring portion 14ga are formed around one bending ring shaft 16g and the other bending ring shaft 17g between one side cord holding portion 4g and the other side cord holding portion 5g, and two upper and lower spiral cords 15ga and 15gb are formed around the one bending ring portion 13gb and the other bending ring portion 14ga to store the cords.

[0096] The one-side cord holding portion 4g and the other-side cord holding portion 5g here are substantially the same as those in the aforementioned eighth embodiment. The one-side portion 6ga and the other-side portion 6gb of the cord 6g can be attached to and detached from the two cord holding portions 4g and 5g in the same manner as in the aforementioned first and eighth embodiments. In this embodiment, a winding means for the cord 6g different from that in the aforementioned eighth embodiment and two-layered spiral cords 15ga and 15gb are shown.

[0097] In Figure 42, the cord is folded and the inside of one bending loop portion 13g is hung around one bending loop shaft 16g, and the two folded cord portions are stacked one on top of the other, forming a cord 6g', which is held in the hand, and while maintaining the stacked state, the cord is wound counterclockwise around the other bending loop shaft 17g with the same hand as shown by arrow 27g to form the other bending loop portion 14g in two upper and lower stages, and is further wound around one bending loop shaft 16g on the left side to form the upper and lower two stages of spiral cord 15ga and spiral cord 15gb.

[0098] There is another winding method for the outer upper and lower cord manual winding means 25g, in which the lower cord of the cord 6g' in the overlapping state is first wound around the other bending wheel shaft 17g and one bending wheel shaft 16g to form a lower spiral cord 15gb, which is fitted and held in the holding groove 7g or 8g of the one-side cord holding part 4g or the other-side cord holding part 5g, and then the upper cord of the cord 6g' is wound around the other bending wheel shaft 17g and one bending wheel shaft 16g to form an upper spiral cord 15ga, which is fitted and held in the holding groove of the vacant cord holding part.

[0099] In Fig. 42, the upper cord 6ga of the overlapped cords is wound around the upper side of the other bending wheel shaft 17g, passes through the front side of one bending wheel shaft 16g on the left side, heads toward one side cord holding part 4g, is fitted into groove 7g of one side cord holding part 4g, and is led out to one side as one side 6ga of the cord. On the other hand, the lower cord 6gb of the overlapped cords forms the lower other bending wheel part 14g around the other bending wheel shaft 17g, then goes around the outside of the lower one bending wheel part 13g of one left bending wheel shaft 16g in a counterclockwise direction, passes through the rear side (near side) of the other bending wheel part 14g of the other bending wheel shaft 17g on the right side, immediately heads toward the other side cord holding part 5g on the other side, is fitted into groove 8g of the other side cord holding part 5g, and is led out to the other side as the other side 6gb of the cord, showing a state in which the cords are wound in two layers, up and down.

[0100] Figure 45 shows the state in which the cord 6g is fully wound in the cord storage device 1g. Here, the upper spiral cord 15ga at the beginning of winding in Figure 42 is guided to the groove 8g of the other side cord holding part 5g and led out to the other side from the other side cord holding part 5g, and the lower spiral cord 15gb is guided to the groove 7g of the one side cord holding part 4g and led out to one side from the one side cord holding part 4g. The one bending wheel shaft 16g and the other bending wheel shaft 17g provided on the upper plate surface 2g are provided with a recessed holding groove 40g with a vertical width corresponding to the upper and lower sides of the cord 6g on the outer periphery slightly below the upper end of the shaft. This more effectively prevents the one bending wheel part 13g and the other bending wheel part 14g wound around the shaft from floating up and coming off the shaft. In the eighth embodiment, the bending axle 16g and the bending axle 17g are spaced apart from each other, so the shape of the spiral cord 15g is close to an ellipse that is long on both sides. This is a cord storage device with excellent storage efficiency, which is advantageous for attaching to the middle of a wiring cord.

[0101] 46 to 50 show a tenth embodiment of a cord storage device. This cord storage device 1h includes a base plate having a flat upper plate surface 2h and a constant thickness with a constant front-to-rear width and left-to-right length, a left cord holding part provided on the left side of the upper plate surface, a right cord holding part provided on the right side of the upper plate surface, a front regulation wall 50h extending in the left-to-right direction at a height equal to or less than twice the height of the cord 6h at the front end on the upper plate surface 2h, a rear regulation wall 51h extending in the left-to-right direction parallel to the front regulation wall 50h at a height matching the height of the front regulation wall 50h at the rear end on the upper plate surface 2h, one bending wheel axle 16h provided on the left side between the left and right cord holding parts 4h and 5h on the upper plate surface 2h and protruding upward to a height equal to or less than twice the height of the cord 6h, and the left and right cords on the upper plate surface 2h. The cord 6h is provided with the other bending axle 17h which is provided at a right position between the cord holding portions 4h and 5h and protrudes upward to a height matching the height of the one bending axle 16h, and a cord winding means of the cord outer manual winding means which winds the cord 6h around the one bending axle 16h and the other bending axle 17h. One bending ring portion 13h is formed around one bending axle 16h between the left cord holding portion 4h and the right cord holding portion 5h, and the other bending ring portion 14h is formed around the other bending axle 17h, and a spiral cord of the desired number of stages (one or two) can be formed inside the front regulating wall 50h and the rear regulating wall 51h around the one bending ring portion 13h and the other bending ring portion 14h to store the cord.

[0102] The cords can be stored by forming one or two upper and lower spiral cords 15ha and 15hb around one bending wheel shaft 16h and the other bending wheel shaft 17h. The winding means shown here is the same as that of the ninth embodiment, and can form the upper and lower two-layer spiral cords 15ha and 15hb as described above. The winding means here can also form a single-layer spiral cord in which the left and right sides of the bent portion of the bending loop are alternately overlapped, as in the eighth embodiment.

[0103] In Figures 46 to 48, as in the ninth embodiment described above, the cord 6h is folded and the inside of one bending ring portion 13h is hung around one bending ring shaft 16h, and the two folded cord portions are held in the hand with one side on top and the other side on the bottom, stacked one on top of the other, and while maintaining this stacked state, as shown by arrow 27h, it is wound clockwise around the other bending ring shaft 17h with the same hand to form the other bending ring portion 14h in two upper and lower stages, and then it is wound further around one bending ring shaft 16h on the left side to form the upper and lower two stages of spiral cords 15ha and 15hb. In Fig. 46, the lower cord going rightward along the front side of one bending loop portion 13h does not turn clockwise around the other bending wheel shaft 17h, but goes immediately to the right-side right cord holding portion 5h, is fitted into the groove 8h of the right-side cord holding portion 5h, and is led out to the right as the right cord 6hb of the cord 6h. Meanwhile, the upper cord of the overlapped cord forms the other upper bending loop portion 14h around the other bending wheel shaft 17h, and then approaches the upper side of one bending loop portion 13h located below one bending wheel shaft 16h on the left side, but does not wind clockwise, goes immediately to the left-side left cord holding portion 4h, is fitted into the groove 7h of the left cord holding portion 4h, and is led out to the left as the left cord 6ha of the cord, showing the initial state of being wound in two layers, up and down.

[0104] 49 and 50 show the state in which the cord 6h is fully wound in the cord storage device 1h in two upper and lower spirals. The state of the wound cord shown here is such that the upper spiral cord 15ha at the start of winding in FIG. 46 faces the right cord holder 5h, is fitted into the groove 8h of the right cord holder 5h, and is led out to the right as the right side 6hb of the cord, and the lower spiral cord 15hb faces the left cord holder 4h, is fitted into the groove 7h of the left cord holder 4h, and is led out to the left as the left side 6ha of the left cord. In this way, when the inside of one bending loop part 13h in which the cord is folded is hung on one bending loop shaft 16h and wound between the other bending loop shaft 17h, it is arbitrary which side of the left or right cord holder the two folded cord parts face, and this depends on the number of turns of the spiral.

[0105] In this embodiment, as in the ninth embodiment, one bending axle 16h and the other bending axle 17h are separated from each other in the left-right direction, forming a spiral cord that is long in the left-right direction and is oval in shape. The spiral cords 15ha and 15hb are restricted in their front-to-rear bulging by the front and rear restricting walls 50h and 51h, respectively, so that an increase in the number of turns results in a spiral cord that is longer and oval in shape. In addition, since the front and rear sides of the spiral cord are covered by the front and rear regulating walls 50h, 51h, the cord storage device is advantageous for attaching to the middle portion of the cord. The left and right cord holders 4h and 5h here are the same as those in the first embodiment. The left and right portions 6ha and 6hb of the cord 6h can be attached to and detached from the left and right cord holders 4h and 5h in the same manner as in the first embodiment.

[0106] 51 to 59 show an eleventh embodiment of a cord storage device. This cord storage device 1i includes a base plate 3i having a flat upper plate surface 2ia of a certain width, a front limiting wall 50ia extending to the left and right at the front end of the upper plate surface 2ia at a height exceeding the height of the cord but not exceeding twice the height of the cord, a rear limiting wall 51ia extending to the left and right at the rear end of the upper plate surface 2ia at a height matching the height of the front limiting wall 50ia and parallel to the front limiting wall 50ia, and a left cord holding portion 4i provided at the left end of the center of the upper plate surface 2ia, and a flat outer upper plate surface 2ib in contact with the underside of the base plate 3ia and a left cord holding portion 4i provided at the left end of the outer upper plate surface 2i. a front outer regulating wall 50ib on the upper plate surface 2ia at a left position between the left cord holding portion 4i and the right cord holding portion 5i; a rear outer regulating wall 51ib on the upper plate surface 2ia at a left position between the left cord holding portion 4i and the right cord holding portion 5i; one bending axle 16i which is disposed on the outer upper plate surface 2ib at a right position between the left cord holding portion 4i and the right cord holding portion 5i and which projects upward to a height matching the height of the one bending axle 16i; a movement locking means which stops the sliding movement of the outer base plate 3ib relative to the base plate 3ia and removes it; and a cord outer manual winding means which winds the cord 6i in a spiral shape around the one bending axle 16i and the other bending axle 17i. The cord storage device is provided with a cord winding means of 25i, and is characterized in that one bending ring portion 13i is formed around one bending ring shaft 16i between a left cord holding portion 4i and a right cord holding portion 5i, and the other bending ring portion 14i is formed around the other bending ring shaft 17i, and a desired number of spiral cords, one or two stages, are formed inside a front regulating wall 50i, a front outer regulating wall 50ib, a rear regulating wall 51i, and a rear outer regulating wall 51ib around the one bending ring portion 13i and the other bending ring portion 14i to store the cords.

[0107] The winding means shown here is similar to that of the ninth and tenth embodiments described above, and upper and lower two-tiered spiral cords 15ia and 15ib are shown in Figures 51 to 54. Also, in the same manner as the eighth embodiment described above, it is possible to form a single-tiered spiral cord in which the left and right sides of the folded portion of the first bending ring part are alternately overlapped around the first bending ring shaft 16i and the second bending ring shaft 17i. The left and right cord holders 4i and 5i shown here are the same as those in the first embodiment. The left and right portions 6ia and 6ib of the cord 6i can be attached to and detached from the left and right cord holders 4i and 5i in the same manner as in the first embodiment.
