Description
[Technical field]
[0001] The present disclosure relates to gratings. [Background technology]
[0002] Conventionally, there has been known a grille that is attached to the exterior side of an opening in a building skeleton (see, for example, Patent Document 1). The grille is installed so as to shield the opening by attaching both ends of multiple horizontal frames to vertical frames with mounting members, and then attaching the vertical frames to the building skeleton. [0003] [Patent Document 1] JP 2003-314162 A Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]
[0004] Conventional grilles had design issues because fixing members such as screws were exposed at the attachment points between the horizontal frame and the mounting members.
[0005] An object of the present disclosure is to provide a surface grille with improved design. [Means for solving the problem]
[0006] The grille of the present disclosure is a grille installed at an opening in a building structure, and comprises a lattice material extending elongately in one direction, a pair of support members arranged so as to intersect the extension direction of the lattice material, mounting members arranged between the lattice material and the pair of support members and attaching both ends of the lattice material to the pair of support members, and an intermediate material fixed to the mounting members by a fixing member from the opposite side to the support members, wherein the lattice material has a groove portion for accommodating the intermediate material on the surface facing the support member, and the mounting members are attached to the lattice material by accommodating the intermediate material in the groove portion. [0008] An embodiment of the present disclosure will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings. The grille 1 shown in FIG. 1 is attached to an opening 101 of a building skeleton 100. More specifically, the grille 1 is disposed on the outside of a window 200 attached to the opening so as to shield the window 200. The window 200 shown in this embodiment is a sliding window in which two shoji screens 204, 205 are housed inside a rectangular upper frame 201, a lower frame 202, and left and right vertical frames 203 so as to be slidable in the left and right direction. However, the shoji screens 204, 205 are not shown in FIG. 2 and FIG. 3.
[0009] Here, the directions indicated by the arrows in the figures are defined. X1 indicates the outdoor side of the window 200, and X2 indicates the indoor side of the window 200. Figure 1 shows the grille 1 as seen from the outdoor side X1. The up and down directions in each figure correspond to the up and down directions along the direction of gravity.
[0010] As shown in Figures 1 and 2, the grille 1 has a plurality of grille members 2, a pair of support members 3, 3, a plurality of mounting members 4, a pair of base members 5, 5, a lower frame material 6, and a decorative cover 7.
[0011] The lattice material is an extruded material made of natural wood, artificial wood, or a metal material such as aluminum, and is composed of a rod-shaped body with a rectangular cross section that extends long in one direction. The lattice material 2 shown in Figs. 1 to 8 is made of natural wood or artificial wood. In the surface lattice 1 of this embodiment, the multiple lattice materials 2 extend long in the left-right direction. The length of the lattice material 2 in the extension direction is longer than the left-right dimension of the window 200. The multiple lattice materials 2 have the same length, are arranged parallel to each other, and are arranged at equal intervals in the up-down direction. The multiple lattice materials 2 are arranged on the outdoor side X1 of the window 200 so as to shield the entire window 200. The number of lattice materials 2 is set appropriately depending on the purpose.
[0012] The support member 3 is a member for integrating the plurality of lattice materials 2, and is disposed on the indoor side X2 of the plurality of lattice materials 2. The support members 3 are long extruded members made of a metal material such as aluminum, and are formed into a U-shaped cross section with the indoor side X2 open, as shown in Fig. 3. Specifically, the support member 3 has a pair of left and right side wall portions 3a, 3a, and a visible wall portion 3b provided so as to connect the edges of the pair of side wall portions 3a, 3a on the outdoor side X1, as shown in Fig. 8.
[0013] The length of the support member 3 in the extension direction is longer than the dimension of the window 200 in the up-down direction. The pair of support members 3, 3 are each arranged in a direction intersecting the extension direction of the lattice material 2, specifically, along the up-down direction perpendicular to the extension direction of the lattice material 2. The pair of support members 3, 3 are arranged on both outer sides in the left-right direction of the window 200, and arranged so as to intersect with both ends of each lattice material 2 that protrude beyond both outer sides in the left-right direction of the window 200. The pair of support members 3, 3 each support both ends of all of the lattice materials 2 via the mounting members 4. In this way, an integrated object is formed in which the multiple lattice materials 2, the multiple mounting members 4, and the pair of support members 3, 3 are integrated.
[0014] The mounting member 4 is a short extrusion formed of a metal material such as aluminum. The cross-sectional shape of the mounting member 4 is formed in a horizontally elongated rectangle along the extension direction of the lattice material 2. As shown in FIG. 6, the thickness T2 of the mounting member 4 in the vertical direction perpendicular to the extension direction of the lattice material 2 is smaller than the thickness T1 along the vertical direction of the lattice material 2. As shown in FIG. 4 and FIG. 5, the mounting member 4 is arranged so that the extrusion direction is along the indoor / outdoor direction (X1-X2 direction). The multiple mounting members 4 have the same length along the indoor / outdoor direction (X1-X2 direction). Two mounting members 4 are provided for one lattice material 2. The two mounting members 4, 4 are arranged on the indoor side X2 surface 2a at both ends of the lattice material 2 corresponding to the left-right distance between the pair of support members 3, 3.
[0015] As shown in Figs. 4 to 6, two tapping holes 41, 41 are provided inside the mounting member 4. The two tapping holes 41, 41 are arranged in parallel over the entire length of the mounting member 4 in the indoor-outdoor direction (X1-X2 direction). One of the two tapping holes 41, 41 is provided integrally with the upper wall portion 4a of the mounting member 4, and the other is provided integrally with the lower wall portion 4b of the mounting member 4. Therefore, the mounting member 4 has high strength against forces applied in the vertical direction, and can stably support the lattice material 2.
[0016] The base material 5 is a base material for fixing the integrated unit of the lattice material 2, the mounting member 4, and the support member 3 to the building skeleton 100, and is made of a long extruded material formed into a rectangular cross section by a metal material such as aluminum. The base material 5 is attached to the building skeleton 100 in advance, separately from the integrated unit of the lattice material 2, the mounting member 4, and the support member 3, when constructing the lattice 1 on the building skeleton 100. The base material 5 has a size that can be accommodated inside the support member 3 having a U-shaped cross section. The length of the base material 5 in the extension direction is equal to the length of the support member 3 in the extension direction. The pair of base materials 5, 5 are arranged on both the left and right outer sides of the window 200 along the vertical direction, similar to the pair of support members 3, 3, and are fixed to the exterior wall surface 102 of the building skeleton 100 from the outside X1 by a plurality of screws SC4, as shown in FIG. 9.
[0017] 9, a lower frame material 6 is disposed below the opening 101 so as to connect the lower ends of a pair of base materials 5, 5. The lower frame material 6 is an extruded material with a rectangular cross section made of a metal material such as aluminum, and is fixed to an exterior wall surface 102 of the building skeleton 100 from the outside side X1 with a plurality of screws SC5.
[0018] A decorative cover 7 is attached to the bottom frame material 6 from the outside side X1. The decorative cover 7 is an extruded material formed into a U-shaped cross section from a metal material such as aluminum. The decorative cover 7 is arranged so as to cover three faces of the bottom frame material 6 from the outside side X1, namely the outside side X1 face, the top face, and the bottom face, and is fixed to the bottom frame material 6 by a plurality of screws SC6 inserted from below. This conceals the fixing parts of the bottom frame material 6 to the exterior wall surface 102. Because the decorative cover 7 is screwed in from below, the fixing parts of the decorative cover 7 are difficult to see with the naked eye.
[0019] Next, the mounting structure between the lattice material 2 and the mounting members 4 will be described with reference to Figures 4 to 7. The mounting structure of the mounting members 4 in all of the lattice material 2 is the same, and the mounting structure of the two mounting members 4, 4 of each lattice material 2 is symmetrical, so Figures 4 to 7 only show the mounting structure between one lattice material 2 and one mounting member 4.
[0020] A groove 21 is provided on each of the surfaces 2a on the indoor side X2 at both ends of the lattice material 2. The groove 21 is formed in a horizontally elongated rectangle along the extension direction of the lattice material 2, and is recessed at a predetermined depth D1 from the surface 2a on the indoor side X2 of the lattice material 2 toward the outdoor side X1, as shown in Fig. 7. As shown in Fig. 6, the width W1 of the groove 21 along the extension direction of the lattice material 2 is larger than the width W2 of the mounting member 4 along the extension direction of the lattice material 2. However, the vertical width T3 of the groove 21 along the vertical direction of the lattice material 2 is smaller than the thickness T2 of the mounting member 4 in the vertical direction.
[0021] 5 and 7, an intermediate material 42 to be accommodated in the groove portion 21 is attached to an end surface 4c on the outdoor side X1 of the mounting member 4. The intermediate material 42 is formed into a horizontally long rectangular parallelepiped that matches the opening shape of the groove portion 21 by an extruded material made of natural wood, artificial wood, or a metal material such as aluminum. Therefore, as shown in Fig. 7, the intermediate material 42 has a length and width size that can be accommodated in the groove portion 21 so as to fill the entire opening shape of the groove portion 21. However, a depth D2 of the intermediate material 42 along the indoor / outdoor direction (X1-X2 direction) is smaller than a depth D1 of the groove portion 21.
[0022] The mounting member 4 is disposed at a position eccentric to the center in the length direction of the intermediate member 42. Specifically, the mounting member 4 is disposed at a position offset to one side in the left-right direction on the surface 42a of the indoor side X2 of the intermediate member 42. More specifically, the mounting member 4 is disposed at a position offset to the side closer to the center in the extension direction of the lattice member 2 (the right side in Figs. 4 to 7) on the surface 42a of the indoor side X2 of the intermediate member 42. As shown in Figs. 6 and 7, the mounting member 4 is disposed so as to protrude by a width W3 toward the center in the extension direction of the lattice member 2 from the intermediate member 42, and is screwed into two tapping holes 41, 41 of the mounting member 4 from the outdoor side X1, which is the opposite side to the side where the support member 3 is disposed, with one spacer 43 made of a rectangular plate-like member sandwiched therebetween by two screws SC1 as fixing members.
[0023] 6, the vertical dimension of the spacer 43 is equal to the vertical width T3 of the groove portion 21. The horizontal dimension W4 of the spacer 43 is smaller than the horizontal width W2 of the mounting member 4. As shown in Fig. 7, the thickness of the spacer 43 along the indoor / outdoor direction (X1-X2 direction) is equivalent to the difference between the depth D1 of the groove portion 21 and the depth D2 of the intermediate material 42.
[0024] As shown in Fig. 7, when the intermediate material 42 attached to the mounting member 4 via the spacer 43 is accommodated in the groove 21, the spacer 43 is accommodated in the groove 21 together with the intermediate material 42, and the mounting member 4 is arranged so as to protrude from the surface 2a of the lattice material 2 on the indoor side X2 to the indoor side X2. The thickness T2 in the vertical direction of the mounting member 4 is larger than the vertical width T3 of the groove 21. Furthermore, the mounting member 4 protrudes from the intermediate material 42 toward the center of the lattice material 2 by a width W3. Therefore, the mounting member 4 covers and conceals the overlapping parts of the groove 21 and the entire spacer 43 from the indoor side X2.
[0025] Intermediate material 42 attached to mounting member 4 protrudes further from the center in the extension direction of lattice material 2 than mounting member 4 (the left side in FIGS. 4 to 7), i.e., protrudes toward the end of lattice material 2 than mounting member 4. The portion of intermediate material 42 protruding from mounting member 4 functions as a fixing portion 421 used to fix intermediate material 42 in groove portion 21.
[0026] 5 and 7, the intermediate material 42 attached to the mounting member 4 is accommodated in the groove portion 21 of the lattice material 2, and then fixed to the bottom surface 21a of the groove portion 21 from the indoor side X2, which is the side on which the support member 3 is arranged, by a plurality of screws SC2 which are fixing members penetrating the fixing portions 421. In this way, the mounting member 4 is attached to the surface 2a of the indoor side X2 of the lattice material 2, and protrudes from the lattice material 2 toward the indoor side X2 on which the pair of support members 3, 3 are arranged. At this time, the screws SC1 attaching the intermediate material 42 to the mounting member 4 are completely hidden within the groove portion 21 and cannot be seen with the naked eye.
[0027] 7, the intermediate material 42 accommodated in the groove portion 21 is disposed so as to intrude into the outdoor side X1 further than the surface 2a of the indoor side X2 of the lattice material 2. At this time, the surface 421a of the indoor side X2 of the fixing portion 421 of the intermediate material 42 is disposed in a position recessed with respect to the surface 2a of the indoor side X2 of the lattice material 2, thereby forming a recess 211 in the groove portion 21. The depth of the recess 211 corresponds to the difference between the depth D1 of the groove portion 21 and the depth D2 of the intermediate material 42, and is equal to the thickness of the spacer 43.
[0028] A groove cover 44 is provided in the recess 211 to cover the groove 21 that accommodates the intermediate material 42. The groove cover 44 is made of a rectangular plate-shaped member made of the same material as the lattice material 2. The groove cover 44 is attached to fit into the recess 211, and is provided to completely cover the groove 21 that protrudes from the mounting member 4. In this way, the groove cover 44 covers and conceals the fixing portion 421 of the intermediate material 42 that is disposed in the groove 21 and protrudes from the mounting member 4. Therefore, the screw SC2 that fixes the intermediate material 42 to the lattice material 2 cannot be seen with the naked eye.
[0029] The gutter cover 44 is provided flush with the surface 2a of the interior side X2 of the lattice material 2. The gutter cover 44 may be press-fitted into the recessed portion 211, or may be fixed to the intermediate material 42 by a fixing member such as a screw (not shown). The fixing member is disposed closer to the end of the lattice material 2 than the mounting member 4 and is difficult to see from the interior side X2, so there is no risk of the design of the lattice material 1 being impaired.
[0030] 6 and 7, the mounting member 4 protrudes further toward the end of the lattice material 2 (to the left in FIGS. 6 and 7) than the spacer 43. As a result, a recess 212 continuing from the recessed portion 211 is formed between the intermediate material 42 and the mounting member 4. The end 44a of the gutter cover 44 is inserted into the recess 212 and attached to the groove portion 21. As a result, the boundary between the spacer 43 and the gutter cover 44 is covered and hidden by the mounting member 4, and is not visible from the indoor side X2, making the gutter cover 44 inconspicuous.
[0031] In the same manner as above, mounting members 4 are attached to both ends of all of the lattice members 2 constituting the surface lattice 1, thereby forming a plurality of lattice members 2 each having two mounting members 4,4.
[0032] Next, the mounting structure between the lattice members 2 to which the mounting members 4 are attached and the support members 3 will be described with reference to Fig. 8. Since the mounting structure between the pair of support members 3, 3 in all of the lattice members 2 is the same structure, Fig. 8 only shows the mounting structure between two lattice members 2 and one support member 3.
[0033] The lattice material 2, with the mounting members 4 attached to both ends, is attached to the surface 3c on the outdoor side X1 of the visible wall portion 3b of the pair of support members 3, 3. More specifically, the multiple lattice materials 2 are arranged in parallel at regular intervals along the extension direction of the pair of support members 3, 3, and are fixed to the visible wall portion 3b of the support member 3 by two screws SC3, which are fixing members inserted from the indoor side X2, with the end faces 4d of the indoor side X2 of the mounting members 4 abutting against the surfaces 3c on the outdoor side X1 of the support member 3. The screws SC3 penetrate the visible wall portion 3b from the inside of the support member 3 toward the outdoor side X1 and are screwed into two tapping holes 41, 41 of the mounting members 4.
[0034] 2, the two mounting members 4, 4 of the lattice member 2 located at the uppermost end are attached to the uppermost ends of the pair of support members 3, 3. The two mounting members 4, 4 of the lattice member 2 located at the lowermost end are attached to the lowermost ends of the pair of support members 3, 3. In this way, a single unit is formed in which the multiple lattice members 2, the multiple mounting members 4, and the pair of support members 3, 3 are integrated.
[0035] Next, the mounting structure between the integrated lattice member 2, mounting member 4 and support member 3 and the pair of base members 5 will be described with reference to Figures 8 to 12. The mounting structure between the pair of support members 3, 3 and the pair of base members 5, 5 is the same structure.
[0036] The integrated unit of the lattice material 2, mounting member 4, and support member 3 is attached to a pair of base materials 5, 5 from the outside side X1. In detail, the pair of support members 3, 3 constituting the integrated unit cover the pair of base materials 5, 5 from the outside side X1, thereby housing the entire base material 5 inside the support members 3.
[0037] As shown in Fig. 8 and Fig. 11, the visible wall portions 3b of the pair of support members 3, 3 are each provided with a plurality of hook portions 31 that protrude toward the indoor side X2 on which the base material 5 is arranged. The plurality of hook portions 31 are attached at intervals along the extension direction of the support members 3. Fig. 8 and Fig. 11 show only one of the hook portions 31.
[0038] The hook portion 31 is formed by a metal plate bent into an L-shape. More specifically, the hook portion 31 has a base plate 31a fixed to the inner surface of the visible wall portion 3b of the support member 3 by a screw SC3 that fixes the mounting member 4, and a hook plate 31b bent at a right angle so as to protrude from the base plate 31a toward the room side X2. The surface direction of the hook plate 31b is along the vertical direction, which is the extension direction of the support member 3, and is arranged parallel to the pair of side walls 3a, 3a. A hook groove 31c that is cut out in a substantially triangular shape from bottom to top is formed in the hook plate 31b.
[0039] 9 to 11, a plurality of locking holes 51 for hooking and locking the hooking portions 31 are provided in the outdoor visible wall portion 5a of the base material 5 facing the outdoor side X1. The number of the locking holes 51 in the base material 5 corresponds to the number of the hooking portions 31 in the support member 3, and the locking holes 51 are arranged at positions corresponding to the number of the hooking portions 31.
[0040] The locking hole 51 penetrates the exterior side visible wall 5a. The locking hole 51 has an insertion hole portion 51a formed to be wide in the left-right direction, a guide portion 51b formed to be gradually narrower downward from the lower end of the insertion hole portion 51a, and a locking portion 51c extending further downward in a narrow shape from the lower end of the guide portion 51b. The left-right width of the locking portion 51c is approximately equal to the plate thickness of the hook plate 31b of the hook portion 31.
[0041] 10, the interior side visible wall portion 5b of the base material 5 faces the locking hole 51. The interior side visible wall portion 5b at a position corresponding to the locking hole 51 has a horizontally elongated screw hole 5c through which a screw SC4 for fixing the base material 5 to the exterior wall surface 102 of the building skeleton 100 is inserted.
[0042] As shown in FIG. 11, the support member 3, which is an integral unit of the lattice material 2, the mounting member 4, and the support member 3, is attached so that the base material 5, which is previously fixed to the outer wall surface 102 of the building skeleton 100, is accommodated between a pair of side wall portions 3a, 3a. At this time, the hook plate 31b of the hook portion 31 of the support member 3 is inserted into the insertion hole portion 51a of the locking hole 51 of the base material 5 from the outside X1. After that, when the integral unit moves downward by its own weight, the hook groove 31c of the hook portion 31 is guided by the guide portion 51b of the locking hole 51 and dropped into the locking portion 51c. As a result, the integral unit of the lattice material 2, the mounting member 4, and the support member 3 is locked to the pair of base materials 5, 5. As shown in FIG. 2, the lattice material 2 arranged at the lowest end is arranged so as to cover and hide the lower frame material 6 and the decorative cover 7 between the pair of base materials 5, 5 from the outside X1.
[0043] After the integrated assembly of the lattice material 2, mounting member 4, and support member 3 is engaged with a pair of base materials 5, 5 in this manner, the support member 3 and base material 5 are fixed together with a number of screws SC7, which are fixing members, as shown in Fig. 12. The screws SC7 penetrate the side wall portions 3a located on the outer sides of the support member 3 in the left-right direction and are screwed into the base material 5, so that when the lattice material 1 is viewed from the room side X2, the screws SC7 cannot be seen from between the pair of support members 3, 3. Furthermore, resin cap members 32, 32 are attached to the upper and lower end faces, respectively, of the support member 3 and base material 5 that are combined with each other.
[0044] As a result, as shown in Fig. 1, a grille 1 consisting of horizontal grilles is attached to the outside side X1 of the window 200. The uppermost lattice material 2 is positioned above the window 200, and the lowermost lattice material 2 is positioned below the window 200. Both left and right ends of all of the lattice materials 2 are positioned on both the left and right sides of the window 200. Therefore, the grille 1 is installed so as to shield the entire window 200 from the outside side X1.
[0045] Although one embodiment of the grille of the present disclosure has been described above, the grille of the present disclosure can be modified as appropriate. For example, Fig. 13 shows a grille material 2A made of a pressed member. The parts with the same reference numerals as those of the grille material 2 shown in Figs. 4 and 5 have the same configuration.
[0046] The lattice material 2A is provided with a partition wall 22 that divides the inside of the lattice material 2A into an outside side X1 and an inside side X2. The partition wall 22 extends over the entire length of the lattice material 2A in the extension direction. Two hollow parts 23, 23 with a rectangular cross section arranged above and below are formed on the inside side X2 of the partition wall 22 in the lattice material 2A. The two hollow parts 23, 23 extend over the entire length of the lattice material 2A in the extension direction. The surface 2a of the inside side X2 of the lattice material 2A corresponding to between the hollow parts 23, 23 is cut out from the end of the lattice material 2A to the attachment part of the attachment member 4. As a result, a groove part 21A consisting of a space between the partition wall 22 and the hollow parts 23, 23 is formed on the surface 2a of the inside side X2 of the lattice material 2A.
[0047] The intermediate member 42 attached to the mounting member 4 via the spacer 43 is accommodated in the groove portion 21A and fixed at the fixing portion 421 by the screw SC2, and then the groove cover 44A is attached so as to cover the fixing portion 421 and the groove portion 21A. The groove cover 44A is provided flush with the surface 2a of the interior side X2 of the lattice member 2A. The groove cover 44A is formed longer along the extension direction of the lattice member 2A than the groove cover 44 shown in Figs. 4 and 5, and has a pair of insertion walls 44b, 44b that are inserted into the groove portion 21A on the end side of the lattice member 2A rather than the fixing portion 421 of the intermediate member 42. The groove cover 44A is held in the groove portion 21A by the pair of insertion walls 44b, 44b being press-fitted between the hollow portions 23, 23. In the groove portion 21A in which the intermediate member 42 is accommodated, a recess similar to the recess 211 shown in Fig. 7 is formed. The end 44a of the groove cover 44A is inserted from the recess into the recess formed between the mounting member 4 and the intermediate member 42. After the groove cover 44A is attached, cap members (not shown) may be attached to both end faces of the lattice member 2A.
[0048] FIG. 14 shows another embodiment of the intermediate member. The intermediate member 42A shown in FIG. 14 is formed by bending a metal plate material into a crank shape. In detail, the intermediate member 42A integrally includes a first mounting plate portion 422 having the same shape as the spacer 43 shown in FIG. 5 to FIG. 7, a connecting plate portion 423 bending from an end of the first mounting plate portion 422 toward the outside X1, and a second mounting plate portion 424 bending from an end of the connecting plate portion 423 on the outside X1 toward the end side of the lattice member 2. The length of the connecting plate portion 423 in the depth direction from the first mounting plate portion 422 toward the second mounting plate portion 424 corresponds to the thickness of the spacer 43 and the groove cover 44, and a recessed portion similar to the recessed portion 211 shown in FIG. 7 is formed in the groove portion 21. The end portion 44a of the groove cover 44 is inserted from the recessed portion into a recess formed between the mounting member 4 and the intermediate member 42A.
[0049] The first attachment plate portion 422 of the intermediate material 42A is fixed to the mounting member 4 by two screws SC1. The second attachment plate portion 424 of the intermediate material 42A is a fixing portion, and is fixed to the bottom surface 21a in the groove portion 21 by two screws SC2. Since this intermediate material 42A has a connecting plate portion 423 having a depth corresponding to the thickness of the spacer 43 and the groove cover 44, the spacer 43 shown in Figures 4 to 7 is not necessary, and the number of parts can be reduced.
[0050] Figures 15 to 17 show other embodiments of the base material. The same reference numerals as those in the base material 5 shown in Figure 11 indicate the same configuration. The base material 5A shown in Figures 15 to 17 has a leaf spring 52 attached above the locking hole 51 inside.
[0051] The leaf spring 52 is formed long in the vertical direction along the extension direction of the base material 5A, and its upper end is attached from inside the base material 5A by a screw SC8, which is a fixing member. The leaf spring 52 covers the area extending from the insertion hole portion 51a of the locking hole 51 to the guide portion 51b from inside the base material 5A. The lower end portion 52a of the leaf spring 52 is bent toward the indoor side X2.
[0052] When the hook portion 31 of the support member 3 is inserted into the locking hole 51 of the base material 5A from the outside side X1, the hook plate 31b of the hook portion 31 elastically deforms the leaf spring 52 toward the inside side X2 of the room, as shown in Fig. 16. Then, when the hook groove 31c of the hook portion 31 drops into the locking portion 51c of the locking hole 51, the leaf spring 52 elastically returns to its original position, as shown in Fig. 17. As a result, the lower end portion 52a of the leaf spring 52 presses the hook plate 31b of the hook portion 31 from above, preventing the hook portion 31 from moving upward.
[0053] This base material 5A does not require the screws SC7 for fixing the support members 3 to the base material 5A. This makes it possible to reduce the number of parts, and by eliminating the need for the screws SC7, the design of the grille 1 is further improved.
[0054] 18 to 23 show other embodiments of the grille. This grille 1A has fewer lattice members 2 than the grille 1 described above, and is attached so as to cover only the lower side of the window 200 to form a handrail, and has a small eaves portion 8 formed by a single lattice member 81 above the window 200. The lattice portion covering the lower side of the window 200 is the same as the grille 1 described above except for the fewer number of lattice members 2, so the configuration of the small eaves portion 8 will be explained below.
[0055] As shown in FIG. 19, the small eaves portion 8 has a lattice member 81, a mounting member 82, and a base member 83.
[0056] The lattice material 81 is made of an extruded material made of a metal material such as aluminum, and has the same length and the same outer shape as the lattice material 2. Therefore, the overall unity of the lattice material 1A is not lost. A groove 811 is formed on the surface 81a of the lattice material 81 on the indoor side X2 over the entire length of the lattice material 81 in the extension direction. The groove 811 is formed in a dovetail shape, and the opening width of the groove 811 is narrower than the inner groove width of the groove 811.
[0057] The mounting member 82 is made of an extruded material with a rectangular cross section formed from a metal material such as aluminum, and is formed to be shorter than the lattice material 81. The vertical thickness of the mounting member 82 is smaller than the vertical thickness of the lattice material 81. A pair of upper and lower engagement pieces 821, 821 that can engage with the recessed grooves 811 of the lattice material 81 are formed on the surface of the mounting member 82 facing the outdoor side X1. The lattice material 81 has integrally therewith a pair of upper and lower mounting pieces 823, 823 extending from upper and lower ends of a wall portion 822 on the indoor side X2 toward the indoor side X2.
[0058] The base material 83 is an extrusion made of a metal material such as aluminum. As shown in Fig. 23, the base material 83 is formed with a U-shaped cross section that opens toward the outside side X1, and has a pair of upper and lower support pieces 831, 831. The length of the base material 83 in the extension direction is the same as the length of the mounting member 82 in the extension direction. The base material 83 is fixed to the exterior wall surface 102 of the building skeleton 100 by screws SC10, which are fixing members inserted between the pair of support pieces 831, 831 from the outside side X1.
[0059] As shown in FIG. 21, the mounting member 82 is attached to the center of the lattice member 81 in the extension direction by inserting a pair of engagement pieces 821, 821 of the mounting member 82 into the groove 811 of the lattice member 81 while sliding it along the extension direction relative to the lattice member 81. After that, as shown in FIG. 20 and FIG. 22, the locking plates 84, 84 are inserted into the groove 811 of the lattice member 81 while sliding it from both ends of the extension direction of the mounting member 82, and the mounting member 82 is sandwiched between the pair of locking plates 84, 84. The locking plates 84, 84 inserted into the groove 811 are fixed to the lattice member 81 from the room side X2 by the screw SC12, which is a fixing member. As a result, the mounting member 82 is attached to the lattice member 81 in a fixed position. As shown in FIG. 20, cap members 824, 824 are attached to both end faces of the mounting member 82. Although not shown, cap members are also attached to both end faces of the lattice member 81.
[0060] 23, the lattice material 81 with the mounting members 82 attached thereto is attached from the outside side X1 to a base material 83 fixed to an exterior wall surface 102. In detail, the mounting members 82 accommodate a pair of support pieces 831, 831 of the base material 83 inside a pair of mounting pieces 823, 823, and are fixed to the base material 83 with screws SC11, which are fixing members. As a result, the lattice material 81 and the mounting members 82 protrude from the exterior wall surface 102 toward the outside side X1, and form a small eaves portion 8 above the window 200.
