Description

[Technical field]

[0001] The present invention relates to a skin cosmetic preparation suitable for moisturizing the skin of the face, body, etc. [Background technology]

[0002] The water generally used in skin cosmetics is ion-exchanged water, which is made by removing impurities such as metal ions using ion exchange resins, from tap water that has been collected from rivers and other sources and purified. Components removed by ion exchange resins may include mineral salts such as calcium ions and magnesium ions that, together with amino acids and organic acids, constitute natural moisturizing factors (NMFs). NMF plays an important role in maintaining healthy skin, and it is known that when the amount of NMF in the stratum corneum decreases, the skin's moisturizing function decreases and the skin becomes more susceptible to dryness. It is widely recognized that mineral salts, such as calcium ions and magnesium ions, which are components of NMF, are effective in moisturizing the skin.

[0003] However, when mineral salts (especially divalent or higher mineral salts) are blended into aqueous skin cosmetics, their chelating action can cause substances dissolved in water to bind together, resulting in the formation of water-insoluble substances. Therefore, when natural water rich in mineral salts is used in skin cosmetics, the mineral salts contained in the natural water may cause the formation of water-insoluble substances. The water-insoluble substances generated in skin cosmetics not only deteriorate the appearance due to precipitation, etc., but may also cause roughness when applied, reducing the comfort of application.

[0004] In order to ensure that skin cosmetics are comfortable to apply, it is necessary to reduce the roughness upon application described above as well as stinging, such as a squeaky feeling, itching, or a burning sensation. In addition, in order to obtain a comfortable feeling when applying a skin cosmetic, the condition of the skin when the skin cosmetic is applied is also important. If the skin is inflamed, such as rough skin, the skin is less comfortable when applied, and in particular, if the skin has acne, the comfort of application is likely to decrease. Therefore, in order to obtain a comfortable feeling when applied, it is important to prevent acne on the skin to which the skin cosmetic is applied.

[0005] Ingredients with antibacterial effects, such as salicylic acid, are widely used in cosmetics to prevent acne. On the other hand, when the amount of the ingredient with antibacterial effects is increased to the extent that the ingredient exerts its antibacterial effect, stinging may occur. Therefore, cosmetics that can exert their antibacterial effect even with a small amount of the ingredient with antibacterial effect are desired, and a cosmetic containing a combination of deep sea water and a bactericide has been disclosed in order to enhance the antibacterial effect of the antibacterial ingredient and reduce irritation to the skin (Patent Document 1).

[0006] Patent Document 2 describes that in an acne-improving composition containing artichoke extract and saxifrage extract, the acne-improving performance is improved by including at least one of isopropyl methylphenol and glycerin mono 2-ethylhexyl ether as a bactericide. Patent Document 3 describes the use of zinc coceth sulfate in combination with an antibacterial agent selected from myrtle extract, triglyceryl monocaprylate, glyceryl caprate, and cetrimonium bromide as an antibacterial agent against acne bacteria. Glycerol monoalkyl ethers such as glycerol mono 2-ethylhexyl ether described in Patent Document 2 and glycerol monofatty acid esters such as glyceryl caprate described in Patent Document 3 are known to have a certain antibacterial effect and are used as preservative aids to reduce the amount of antibacterial agents used. However, the glycerin monoalkyl ethers and glycerin monofatty acid esters, which have the above-mentioned antibacterial effect, have low solubility in water, and in cosmetics containing deep sea water or natural water, the mineral salts contained in the deep sea water or natural water may promote the precipitation of the glycerin monoalkyl ethers and glycerin monofatty acid esters, which may be further promoted when the cosmetics are stored at below freezing points, particularly in bathrooms during cold seasons. When these components precipitate, the appearance of the cosmetics may deteriorate, and the comfort of application may decrease.

[0007] The comfort of application is influenced not only by the presence or absence of skin diseases such as skin inflammation and acne, but also by temporary external stimuli. Shaving is an example of a temporary external stimuli of the skin. Cosmetics are used before shaving to soften dry skin, and after shaving to prevent dry skin, but the feeling of use on the skin before shaving may differ from the feeling of use on the skin after shaving. When shaving the face or body hair with a shaver, old keratin is also removed, so the skin becomes sensitive to external stimuli such as friction, hot and cold sensations, etc. Therefore, even if a cosmetic product is felt to be comfortable before shaving, the comfort of the cosmetic product may decrease after shaving, and a cosmetic product with a small difference in feeling of use before and after shaving has been desired.

[0008] However, a skin cosmetic preparation that contains natural water and a glycerin monoalkyl ether or a glycerin monofatty acid ester having antibacterial effects, while suppressing precipitation of the contained components, has excellent storage stability and comfort when applied, and shows little difference in the feel when used before and after shaving, has not yet been developed. [0009] [Patent Document 1] Japanese Patent Application Publication No. 10-182346 [Patent Document 2] JP 2015-166319 A [Patent Document 3] Special Publication No. 2015-522053 Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]

[0010] Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a skin cosmetic preparation which contains natural water and a glycerin monoalkyl ether or a glycerin monofatty acid ester having antibacterial effects, while suppressing precipitation of the contained components, has excellent storage stability and comfort when applied, and exhibits little difference in the feel when used before and after shaving. [Means for solving the problem]

[0011] As a result of intensive research to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present inventors have unexpectedly found that in a skin cosmetic preparation containing natural water having a specific hardness, and one or more selected from the group consisting of a glycerin monoalkyl ether having a solubility of 0.01% by mass or more in water at 25°C and having an antibacterial effect, the monoether of an alcohol having 6 to 10 carbon atoms and glycerin, and a glycerin monofatty acid ester having a solubility of 0.01% by mass or more in water at 25°C and having an antibacterial effect, the monoester of a fatty acid having 6 to 10 carbon atoms and glycerin, the simple addition of a dihydric alcohol having 3 to 6 carbon atoms and an acidic mucopolysaccharide improves the storage stability and comfort upon application, and reduces the difference in feel upon use before and after shaving. After further research, the present inventors have completed the present invention. That is, the present invention relates to the following.

[2] The skin cosmetic preparation according to [1], further comprising (E) 0.01% by mass to 10% by mass of an alkylene oxide derivative represented by the following formula (1):

[0013] [ka]

[0014] [In formula (1), Z represents a residue obtained by removing all hydroxyl groups from a hydroxy compound having 1 to 7 carbon atoms and 1 to 7 hydroxyl groups, and x represents an integer of 1 to 7. EO represents an oxyethylene group, PO represents an oxypropylene group, and BO represents an oxybutylene group, a represents the average number of moles added of the oxyethylene groups, b represents the average number of moles added of the oxypropylene groups, and c represents the average number of moles added of the oxybutylene groups, and 0≦a≦100, 0≦b≦60, and 0≦c≦5. Effect of the Invention

[0015] According to the present invention, it is possible to provide a skin cosmetic preparation which contains natural water and a glycerin monoalkyl ether or a glycerin monofatty acid ester having antibacterial effects, while suppressing precipitation of the contained components, has excellent storage stability and comfort when applied, and exhibits little difference in the feel when used before and after shaving. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

[0016] Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described. The present invention relates to a skin cosmetic preparation containing specific amounts of (A) natural water having a hardness of 10 mg / L to 200 mg / L, (B) one or more glycerin monoalkyl ethers having a solubility of 0.01% by mass or more in water at 25°C and having antibacterial effects, the monoethers being formed of glycerin and alcohols having 6 to 10 carbon atoms, and glycerin monofatty acid esters having a solubility of 0.01% by mass or more in water at 25°C and having antibacterial effects, the monoesters being formed of glycerin and fatty acids having 6 to 10 carbon atoms, (C) a dihydric alcohol having 3 to 6 carbon atoms, and (D) an acidic mucopolysaccharide (hereinafter also referred to as the skin cosmetic preparation of the present invention).

[0017] In the present invention, the term "skin cosmetic" refers to a cosmetic that is applied directly or indirectly to the skin by coating or spraying, etc., and specific examples thereof include basic cosmetics such as lotions, milky lotions, creams, etc., base cosmetics such as base lotions, base creams, etc., finishing (make-up) cosmetics such as foundations, fragrant cosmetics such as perfumes, hair colognes, etc., medicated cosmetics (quasi-drugs) such as anti-wrinkle cosmetics, whitening cosmetics, etc. Among these, basic cosmetics and medicated cosmetics for keeping the skin clean and healthy are preferred as skin cosmetics. In this specification, a numerical range defined using the symbol "~" is intended to include both the upper and lower limits of the range. For example, "2~5" means 2 or more and 5 or less.

[0018] <Component (A): Natural water with hardness of 10mg / L to 200mg / L> In the skin cosmetic of the present invention, the natural water contained as component (A) is natural water having a hardness of 10 mg / L to 200 mg / L calculated from the concentrations of calcium salts and magnesium salts contained therein. The natural water is not particularly limited as long as it has a hardness within the above range, and examples thereof include shallow well water, deep well water, spring water, mineral water, hot spring water, underground water, mineral water, etc., which are listed in the "Major Types of Raw Water" in the Notice of the Director-General of the Food Distribution Bureau No. 2 Food Distribution No. 1071 dated March 30, 1990. Any one of these natural waters may be used alone, or two or more types may be selected and used in combination. Furthermore, these natural waters may be used as they are after collection, or may be used after collection and subsequent filtration sterilization, heat sterilization, ozone sterilization, ultraviolet sterilization, etc. In the present invention, the hardness of natural water is the calcium and magnesium content converted into the amount of calcium carbonate (CaCO3), expressed in [mg / L], and can be calculated using the following simplified formula (2) (atomic weights: Ca=40, Mg=24.3, molecular weight: CaCO3=100).

[0019]

number

[0020] The natural water contained as component (A) in the skin cosmetic of the present invention has a hardness calculated using the above formula (2) of 10 mg / L to 200 mg / L, preferably 15 mg / L to 150 mg / L, and more preferably 20 mg / L to 100 mg / L. If the hardness is less than 10 mg / L, the comfort when applied may be insufficient or the difference in the feeling of use before and after shaving may be large, whereas if the hardness is more than 200 mg / L, the stability below freezing point may decrease or the comfort when applied may be impaired. Here, "difference in feel before and after shaving" refers to the difference between the smooth feel or stinging feel felt when applied to the skin before shaving and the smooth feel or stinging feel felt when applied to the skin after shaving. Therefore, "small difference in feel before and after shaving" means that the degree of change in feel after shaving is small compared to the feel before shaving (almost the same), and "large difference in feel before and after shaving" means that the degree of change in feel after shaving is large compared to the feel before shaving (decreased smoothness or increased stinging).

[0021] In the present invention, natural water having the above-mentioned hardness may be collected as component (A) and used as is or after collection, it may be subjected to filtration sterilization, heat sterilization, ozone sterilization, ultraviolet sterilization, etc., and commercially available products provided by various companies for use in cosmetics which are natural water having the above-mentioned hardness may also be used.

[0022] The content of component (A) relative to the total amount of the skin cosmetic of the present invention is 10% by mass to 98% by mass, preferably 20% by mass to 95% by mass, and more preferably 30% by mass to 90% by mass. If the content of component (A) is less than 10% by mass, the comfort upon application may be insufficient, or the difference in the sensation of use before and after shaving may be large. On the other hand, if the content of component (A) exceeds 98% by mass, the effect commensurate with the amount of the component (A) is not obtained.

[0023] <Component (B): one or more selected from the group consisting of glycerin monoalkyl ethers having a solubility of 0.01% by mass or more in water at 25° C. and having an antibacterial effect, which are monoethers of glycerin and alcohols having 6 to 10 carbon atoms, and glycerin monofatty acid esters having a solubility of 0.01% by mass or more in water at 25° C. and having an antibacterial effect, which are monoesters of glycerin and fatty acids having 6 to 10 carbon atoms> The skin cosmetic preparation of the present invention contains, as component (B), one or more compounds selected from the group consisting of glycerin monoalkyl ethers having an antibacterial effect, which are monoethers of glycerin and alcohols having 6 to 10 carbon atoms, and glycerin, which have a solubility in water at 25°C of 0.01% by mass or more, and glycerin monofatty acid esters having an antibacterial effect, which are monoesters of glycerin and fatty acids having 6 to 10 carbon atoms, which have an antibacterial effect, which have a solubility in water at 25°C of 0.01% by mass or more (hereinafter sometimes referred to as "glycerin derivatives" in this specification). In this specification, when a glycerin derivative dissolves up to 0.01 g in 100 g of water, the solubility of the glycerin derivative in water is defined as 0.01 mass%. The solubility of the glycerin derivative in water at 25°C is preferably 0.01 mass% to 1 mass%, and more preferably 0.05 mass% to 0.5 mass%. Glycerin monoalkyl ethers have a solubility in water of 0.01% by mass or more at 25° C. and have an antibacterial effect. Specific examples of monoethers of glycerin and alcohols having 6 to 10 carbon atoms include glycerin monohexyl ether (solubility in water at 25° C.: 1% by mass) and glycerin mono 2-ethylhexyl ether (solubility in water at 25° C.: 0.2% by mass). In addition, glycerin monofatty acid esters have a solubility in water of 0.01% by mass or more at 25° C. and have an antibacterial effect. Specific examples of monoesters of glycerin and fatty acids having 6 to 10 carbon atoms include glycerin monocaprylate ester (solubility in water at 25° C.: 0.05% by mass) and glycerin monocaprate ester (solubility in water at 25° C.: 0.01% by mass). As the component (B), the above glycerin derivatives may be used alone or in combination of two or more kinds.

[0024] In the present invention, as the component (B), the above-mentioned glycerin derivatives, which are commercially available products for use in cosmetics provided by various companies, can be used.

[0025] The content of component (B) relative to the total amount of the skin cosmetic of the present invention is 0.001% by mass to 0.4% by mass, preferably 0.01% by mass to 0.3% by mass, and more preferably 0.05% by mass to 0.2% by mass. If the content of component (B) is less than 0.001% by mass, the comfort upon application may be insufficient, whereas if the content of component (B) is more than 0.5% by mass, the stability below freezing point may decrease, or the difference in the feeling of use before and after shaving may be large.

[0026] <Component (C): Dihydric alcohol with 3 to 6 carbon atoms> The dihydric alcohol having 3 to 6 carbon atoms contained as component (C) in the skin cosmetic of the present invention is not particularly limited as long as it is an alcohol having 3 to 6 carbon atoms and having two hydroxyl groups in the molecule and can be used on the skin as a cosmetic component, but examples thereof include 1,2-propanediol (propylene glycol), 1,3-propanediol, 1,2-butanediol, 1,3-butanediol (1,3-butylene glycol), 1,4-butanediol, 2,3-butanediol, 1,2-pentanediol (pentylene glycol), 1,5-pentanediol, 1,2-hexanediol, dipropylene glycol, etc. For the purpose of the present invention, 1,3-propanediol, 1,3-butanediol and 1,2-pentanediol are preferably used, and 1,3-propanediol and 1,3-butanediol are more preferably used. As the component (C), the dihydric alcohol having 3 to 6 carbon atoms may be used alone or in combination of two or more kinds.

[0027] In the present invention, as the component (C), commercially available products provided by various companies as the above dihydric alcohols for cosmetic use can be used.

[0028] The content of component (C) relative to the total amount of the skin cosmetic of the present invention is 0.5% by mass to 25% by mass, preferably 2% by mass to 22% by mass, and more preferably 3% by mass to 20% by mass. If the content of component (C) is less than 0.5% by mass, the stability below freezing point may decrease or the comfort upon application may be insufficient. On the other hand, if the content of component (C) is more than 25% by mass, the comfort upon application may be impaired or the difference in the feeling of use before and after shaving may be large.

For the purpose of the present invention, hyaluronic acid, chondroitin-4-sulfate, chondroitin-6-sulfate, and salts and acetylated products thereof are preferred, hyaluronic acid, and salts and acetylated products thereof are more preferred, and salts of hyaluronic acid are most preferably used. In the present invention, the above-mentioned acid mucopolysaccharides are preferably those having a weight-average molecular weight, as measured by gel permeation chromatography (GPC), of 5,000 to 2,000,000, and more preferably those having a weight-average molecular weight of 8,000 to 1,800,000.

[0030] The salt of the acidic mucopolysaccharide is not particularly limited as long as it can be stably used in cosmetics and can be used on the skin, but inorganic salts can be used, and examples of the inorganic salt include alkali metal salts such as sodium salts and potassium salts. The salt of the acidic mucopolysaccharide is preferably sodium salts or potassium salts.

[0031] In the skin cosmetic composition of the present invention, as component (D), one type may be selected from the group consisting of acid mucopolysaccharides, their salts, and their acetylated products and used alone, or two or more types may be selected and used in combination.

[0032] In the present invention, as component (D), commercially available products provided by various companies as acid mucopolysaccharides for cosmetic use can be used. Examples of such commercially available products include sodium hyaluronate such as "Hyaluronic Acid Solution HA-LQH1P" manufactured by Kewpie Corporation, "Hyaluronic Acid FCH-200" manufactured by Kikkoman Biochemifa Corporation, "Exogenous Sodium Hyaluronate "Maruha" manufactured by Maruha Nichiro Corporation, and low molecular weight (weight average molecular weight = 10,000 or less) hyaluronic acid such as "Hyalo Oligo" manufactured by Kewpie Corporation. Also, examples of sodium chondroitin sulfate such as "Exogenous Sodium Chondroitin Sulfate" manufactured by Maruha Nichiro Corporation.

[0033] The content of component (D) relative to the total amount of the skin cosmetic of the present invention is 0.00001% by mass to 0.05% by mass, preferably 0.0001% by mass to 0.04% by mass, and more preferably 0.0005% by mass to 0.03% by mass. If the content of component (D) is less than 0.00001% by mass, the stability below freezing may decrease, the comfort upon application may be insufficient, and the difference in the feeling of use before and after shaving may be large. On the other hand, if the content of component (D) is more than 0.05% by mass, the comfort upon application may be impaired.

[0034] <Content ratio of components (A), (B), and (C)> In the skin cosmetic of the present invention, from the viewpoint of minimizing the difference in feel before and after shaving, the ratio of the content of component (A) to the content of component (C) [(A) / (C)], in mass ratio, is preferably 2 to 40, more preferably 4 to 30, and even more preferably 6 to 20. Furthermore, in the skin cosmetic of the present invention, from the viewpoint of improving comfort upon application, the ratio of the content of component (C) to the content of component (B) [(C) / (B)] is preferably 10 to 600, more preferably 20 to 400, and even more preferably 30 to 200, in mass ratio.

[0035] <Component (E): Alkylene oxide derivative> The skin cosmetic of the present invention may further contain, in addition to the above-mentioned components (A) to (D), (E) an alkylene oxide derivative represented by the following formula (1).

[0036] [ka]

However, a, b, and c are not 0 at the same time, and when a and b are not 0, the ratio (a / b) of the average number of moles added of the oxyethylene groups to the average number of moles added of the oxypropylene groups is 1 / 5 to 7 / 1. In addition, EO, PO, and BO may be added randomly or in a block form, and may have a mixture of a randomly added portion and a block-added portion.]

[0038] In formula (1), Z is a hydroxy compound having 1 to 7 carbon atoms and 1 to 7 hydroxyl groups (Z(OH) x ) with all hydroxyl groups removed, and x represents the number of hydroxyl groups in the hydroxy compound and is an integer of 1 to 7. [0039] In formula (1), the oxyethylene group represented by EO is derived from ethylene oxide, and in formula (1), a is the average number of moles of oxyethylene groups added per hydroxyl group of the alkylene oxide derivative, which is 0 or more and 100 or less, preferably 1 or more and 20 or less, and more preferably 2 or more and 15 or less. In formula (1), the oxypropylene group represented by PO is an oxypropylene group derived from propylene oxide such as 1,2-propylene oxide, and b is the average number of moles of oxypropylene groups added per one hydroxyl group of the alkylene oxide derivative, which is 0 or more and 60 or less, preferably 0 or more and 15 or less, and more preferably 0 or more and 10 or less. In formula (1), the oxybutylene group represented by BO is an oxybutylene group derived from butylene oxide such as 1,2-butylene oxide, and c is the average number of moles of oxybutylene groups added per hydroxyl group of the alkylene oxide derivative, which is 0 or more and 5 or less, preferably 0 or more and 3 or less, and more preferably 0 or more and 2 or less.

[0040] In the alkylene oxide derivative represented by the above formula (1), the average number of moles a of added oxyethylene groups, the average number of moles b of added oxypropylene groups, and the average number of moles c of added oxybutylene groups are not all zero at the same time. [0041] In the alkylene oxide derivative represented by the above formula (1), the order in which the oxyethylene groups, oxypropylene groups and oxybutylene groups are added is not particularly specified, and they may be added randomly or in blocks, or there may be a mixture of randomly and block-like addition sites. In addition, in the alkylene oxide derivative represented by the above formula (1), any of an oxyethylene group, an oxypropylene group, and an oxybutylene group may be bonded to the terminal hydrogen atom, but when an oxybutylene group is added, it is preferable that the oxybutylene group is bonded to the terminal hydrogen atom.

[0042] For example, in the alkylene oxide derivative used in a preferred embodiment of the present invention, oxyethylene groups and oxypropylene groups are added randomly, and oxybutylene groups are added in blocks, and the oxybutylene groups are bonded to terminal hydrogen atoms. In the alkylene oxide derivative used in another preferred embodiment of the present invention, only an oxyethylene group or an oxypropylene group is added to the hydroxyl group. Furthermore, in the alkylene oxide derivative used in another preferred embodiment of the present invention, oxyethylene groups and oxypropylene groups are added to hydroxyl groups in a block or random manner. In the present invention, examples of alkylene oxide derivatives that are more preferably used as component (E) include derivatives in which oxyethylene groups and oxypropylene groups are added randomly to hydroxyl groups of glycerin, and further oxybutylene groups are added in block form and the oxybutylene groups are bonded to terminal hydrogen atoms, such as alkylene oxide derivative 2 described below, and derivatives in which oxyethylene groups and oxypropylene groups are added in block and random form to hydroxyl groups of butanol, such as alkylene oxide derivative 3 described below.

[0043] The alkylene oxide derivative represented by formula (1) can be produced by a known method. x ) is subjected to addition polymerization with ethylene oxide, propylene oxide (1,2-propylene oxide, etc.), butylene oxide (1,2-butylene oxide, etc.) as appropriate. The order and amount of each monomer added during addition polymerization can be determined depending on the desired structure. In addition, commercially available alkylene oxide derivatives such as "Macbiobride MG-10E", "Macbiobride MG-20E", "Macbiobride MG-10P", "Macbiobride MG-20P", "Wilbride S-753", "Wilbride MG-2070", and "Wilbride BS-03" (all manufactured by NOF Corporation) can also be used.

[0044] In the skin cosmetic of the present invention, one alkylene oxide derivative represented by the above formula (1) may be selected and used alone, or two or more may be selected and used in combination.

[0045] The content of component (E) relative to the total amount of the skin cosmetic of the present invention is preferably 0.01% by mass to 10% by mass, more preferably 0.05% by mass to 8% by mass, and even more preferably 0.1% by mass to 5% by mass. When the content of component (E) is within the above range, the stability at sub-freezing points is improved, and the comfort upon application is improved.

[0046] <Ingredient (F): Citrus plant extract> The skin cosmetic of the present invention may further contain (F) an extract of a citrus plant in addition to the above components (A) to (D) or the above components (A) to (E).

[0047] The citrus plant extract that can be contained as component (F) in the skin cosmetic composition of the present invention is an extract obtained by extracting a plant classified as a citrus fruit with a solvent. Plants classified as citrus fruits include plants belonging to the genera Citrus, Poncirus, and Fortunella in the subfamily Aurantioideae of the family Rutaceae. Plants belonging to the citrus genus include lime (Citrus aurantifolia), bergamot (Citrus bergamia), citron (Citrus medica), lemon (Citrus limon), pomelo (Citrus grandis), grapefruit (Citrus paradisi), hassaku (Citrus hassaku), summer mandarin (Citrus natsudaidai), sunpokan (Citrus sulcata), bitter orange (Citrus aurantium), sweet orange (Citrus sinensis), tankan (Citrus tankan), iyokan (Citrus iyo), hyuganatsu (Citrus tamurana), yuzu (Citrus junos), sudachi (Citrus sudachi), kabosu (Citrus sphaerocarpa), and satsuma mandarin (Citrus unshiu), mandarin (Citrus reticulata), tachibana (Citrus tachibana), and shekwasha (Citrus depressa). An example of a plant belonging to the genus Trifoliata is Trifoliata (Citrus trifoliata L.). Examples of plants belonging to the genus Fortunella include Citrus japonica, Fortunella margarita, Fortunella crassifolia, and the like. In the present invention, the plant used for preparing component (F) is preferably a plant belonging to the genus Citrus, more preferably Citrus depressa, Citrus tachibana, Citrus aurantium, lemon (Citrus limon), Citrus junos, grapefruit (Citrus paradisi), and even more preferably Citrus depressa, lemon (Citrus limon), and grapefruit (Citrus paradisi). In preparing the component (F) that can be contained in the skin cosmetic of the present invention, there is no particular limitation on the part of the plant classified as a citrus fruit that can be used, but the fruit, peel, seeds, fruit juice, etc. can be suitably used. The fruit, peel, seeds, etc. of the plant are subjected to extraction with an extraction solvent either as is or after drying, shredding, crushing, etc.

[0048] Examples of the extraction solvent used for extraction include water and polar solvents. Examples of polar solvents include esters such as ethyl acetate; ketones such as acetone; ethers such as diethyl ether, tetrahydrofuran, and polyhydric alcohol alkyl ethers (diethylene glycol ether, etc.); lower alcohols (methanol, ethanol, propanol, isopropanol, etc.), and polyhydric alcohols (propylene glycol, dipropylene glycol, 1,3-butylene glycol, glycerin, etc.). Among them, from the viewpoint of safety and extraction efficiency, water; lower alcohols such as methanol, ethanol, propanol, and isopropanol; and polyhydric alcohols such as propylene glycol, dipropylene glycol, 1,3-butylene glycol, and glycerin are preferred, and water, 1,3-butylene glycol, and glycerin are more preferred. The extraction solvent may be used alone or in combination of two or more. For the preparation of component (F), water, 1,3-butylene glycol, or a mixed solvent of water and 1,3-butylene glycol is more preferably used. The amount of the extraction solvent used is, for example, when the extraction solvent is water, usually 100 to 2000 parts by mass, preferably 200 to 1000 parts by mass, per 100 parts by mass of the plant body classified as citrus fruits. When the extraction solvent is a lower alcohol or a polyhydric alcohol, usually 100 to 5000 parts by mass, preferably 500 to 2000 parts by mass, per 100 parts by mass of the plant body classified as citrus fruits. When extracting from fruit juice obtained from a plant, the amount of the extraction solvent used is, for example, when the extraction solvent is water, usually 50 to 2000 parts by mass, and preferably 100 to 1000 parts by mass, per 100 parts by mass of the fruit juice. When the extraction solvent is a lower alcohol or a polyhydric alcohol, usually 50 to 2000 parts by mass, and preferably 100 to 1000 parts by mass, per 100 parts by mass of the fruit juice.

[0049] As the extraction method, a general method is adopted, for example, a method in which an extraction solvent is added to a plant body, the plant body is immersed, and the extraction is performed by leaving the plant body to stand or stirring, a method in which the plant body is homogenized in the extraction solvent, or a method in which the plant body is squeezed or the like to obtain a fruit juice and the extraction is performed by adding the extraction solvent to the fruit juice obtained by leaving the fruit juice to stand or stirring, etc. From the viewpoint of extraction efficiency, it is preferable to carry out the extraction operation after drying, cutting, crushing, etc. of the plant body, or to extract from the fruit juice obtained from the plant body. Examples of methods for drying the plant include air drying, warm drying, freeze drying, etc. The extraction temperature is appropriately determined depending on the type of extraction solvent used. For example, when the extraction solvent is water, the extraction temperature is usually about 20°C to 120°C, and when the extraction solvent is a lower alcohol or a polyhydric alcohol, the extraction temperature is usually about 30°C to 80°C. In the case of extraction by immersion, the extraction time is usually 1 hour or more, preferably 3 hours or more, more preferably 5 hours or more. From the viewpoint of extraction efficiency, the upper limit of the extraction time is usually 10 hours or less, preferably 8 hours or less. The number of extractions is not particularly limited, but it is preferable to perform extraction once using the above amount of extraction solvent.

[0050] After the above-mentioned extraction treatment, the extract can be recovered by filtration, centrifugation, etc. The obtained extract may be used as it is, or may be concentrated by distilling off the solvent, and if necessary, purified by treatment such as column chromatography or solvent fractionation, and further dried, etc. From the viewpoint of ease of handling, the obtained extract can be used after diluting with water or a polyhydric alcohol such as glycerin or 1,3-butylene glycol.

[0051] In the present invention, the citrus plant extract may be prepared by extracting from a plant classified as a citrus fruit as described above, concentrating, purifying, etc., or may be a commercially available cosmetic ingredient. Commercially available extracts usually contain 0.1% to 3% by mass of solids.

[0052] The content of component (F) relative to the total amount of the skin cosmetic of the present invention, converted into the solid content, is preferably 0.0001% by mass to 0.1% by mass, more preferably 0.0005% by mass to 0.05% by mass, and even more preferably 0.001% by mass to 0.02% by mass. When the content of component (F) is within the above range, the difference in feel before and after shaving is small.

[0053] <Water other than component (A)> The skin cosmetic of the present invention may contain normal water in addition to component (A). "Normal water" refers to ion-exchanged water or distilled water that is normally used in skin cosmetic preparations, which contains substantially no minerals and has a hardness of 0 mg / L or less than 1 mg / L. Furthermore, when an aqueous solution or dispersion of an acidic mucopolysaccharide, or a commercially available product in the form of an aqueous solution or dispersion is used as component (D), when an extract of a citrus plant in water, a dilution or aqueous solution of said extract in water, etc. is used as component (F), or when a component in the form of an aqueous solution or dispersion is used as another component described below, the skin cosmetic of the present invention contains water derived from these. Such water is the above-mentioned "normal water" such as ion-exchanged water or distilled water, and is substantially free of minerals and has a hardness of 0 mg / L or less than 1 mg / L. The normal water content in the skin cosmetic of the present invention is preferably 60% by mass or less, more preferably 40% by mass or less, and even more preferably 20% by mass or less.

[0054] <Other added ingredients> The skin cosmetic preparation of the present invention may further contain, in addition to the above-mentioned components (A) to (D), and further components (E) and (F), additive components generally used in cosmetics, within the scope of the present invention. Examples of such added components include moisturizers (glycerin, diglycerin, amino acids, etc.); emollients (olive fruit oil, ceramide, etc.); anti-inflammatory agents (dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, etc.); anti-wrinkle agents (niacinamide, etc.); whitening agents (ascorbyl glucoside, etc.); cell activators; astringents; oils; surfactants; preservatives; thickeners; pH adjusters; antioxidants; metal sequestering agents; UV absorbers; UV scattering agents; fragrances; colorants; pigments, etc. The content of other added components is preferably 40% by mass or less, and more preferably 30% by mass or less, of the total amount of the skin cosmetic.

[0055] The skin cosmetic of the present invention can be provided in the form of a liquid, gel, emulsion, cream, etc., as skin cosmetics such as lotion, beauty essence, emulsion, cream, etc.; base cosmetics such as base lotion, base cream, etc.; makeup cosmetics such as emulsion foundation, cream foundation, etc.; body cosmetics such as body lotion, body cream, etc.; medicinal cosmetics such as lotion, beauty essence, emulsion, cream, etc. for preventing wrinkles, whitening, etc. The skin cosmetic of the present invention can be produced according to a normal formulation method adopted depending on the form. For example, in the case of a liquid or gel-like skin cosmetic, it can be produced by mixing component (A): natural water having a hardness of 10 mg / L to 200 mg / L, component (B): one or more selected from the group consisting of a glycerin monoalkyl ether having a solubility of 0.01% by mass or more in water at 25°C and having an antibacterial effect, which is a monoether of an alcohol having 6 to 10 carbon atoms and glycerin, and a glycerin monofatty acid ester having a solubility of 0.01% by mass or more in water at 25°C and having an antibacterial effect, which is a monoester of a fatty acid having 6 to 10 carbon atoms and glycerin, component (C): a dihydric alcohol having 3 to 6 carbon atoms, and component (D): an acidic mucopolysaccharide, and further adding and mixing component (E): an alkylene oxide derivative, and component (F): a citrus plant extract, and adding and mixing other additive components as necessary, and homogenizing the mixture.

[0056] The skin cosmetic of the present invention contains natural water and a glycerin monoalkyl ether or a glycerin monofatty acid ester having antibacterial effects, while suppressing precipitation of the contained components, exhibiting excellent storage stability and comfort upon application, with little difference in the sensation of use before and after shaving.
