Description

[Technical field]

[0001] The present disclosure relates to burglary prevention fences. [Background technology]

[0002] In recent years, the frequent occurrence of robberies at store cash registers with the intent of stealing money or valuables has become a social problem. In addition, as cash registers have become more automated and self-service, there are times when stores are staffed with fewer people, and there have been frequent incidents of robbers trying to climb over the counter and get inside, putting the lives of employees at risk.

[0003] To prevent such robberies, a security device has been proposed that installs a sliding panel storage section around the upper part of the cash register counter for security purposes, and in an emergency, the sliding panel descends to create an airtight chamber inside the cash register counter, preventing robbers from climbing over the counter (see Patent Document 1). [0004] [Patent Document 1] JP 2011-226746 A Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]

[0005] Incidentally, counters at convenience stores and the like are usually equipped with existing doors that serve as entrances and exits between the inside of the counter and the sales floor. Many of these doors are designed without locks, so anyone can easily enter the inside of the store counter. For example, even if the security device of Patent Document 1 is activated in an emergency, the existing doors cannot be locked, so there is a risk that a burglar could enter through the entrance and exit of the counter. In addition, when removing the doors and installing new security doors, the counter configuration differs from store to store, so it is difficult to adjust the fit of the doors, making construction difficult.

[0006] The present disclosure aims to provide a security fence that can be attached to an existing opening and closing door and is equipped with a security door that can be easily adjusted to fit on-site and can be easily installed. [Means for solving the problem]

[0007] The present disclosure relates to a security fence mounted on a counter of a store, comprising: a security fence main body mounted on the counter; and a security door mounted on an opening and closing door arranged at an entrance and exit of the counter, capable of being opened and closed integrally with the opening and closing door, wherein the security door comprises a frame body composed of a plurality of vertical frames and a plurality of horizontal frames, a panel fitted into the frame body, a fixing member that fixes the frame body onto the opening and closing door, and a rotating shaft that is mounted between the adjacent security fence main body and the frame body, and enables the frame body to be opened and closed integrally with the opening and closing door. [0009] [First embodiment] Hereinafter, a first embodiment of the present disclosure will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.

[0010] As shown in Figures 1 and 2, the security fence of this embodiment is installed on a counter of a convenience store. Note that walls are not shown in the drawings of this specification. In addition, in Figures 1 and 2, the inside of the counter, which has an entrance to a back yard (not shown), is designated as X1, and the side of the store sales floor where product shelves are installed is designated as X2.

[0011] As shown in Figures 1 and 2, the security fence 1 comprises a security fence main body 2 and a security door 3, and is installed on a counter 4. In Figures 1 and 2, a transparent panel P fitted into the security fence main body 2 is represented by dotted hatching.

[0012] 1 and 2, the counter 4 of this embodiment is an L-shaped counter with corner portions 43. Both ends of the counter 4 are installed against store walls (not shown), and there is no gap between the inside X1 of the counter and the sales floor side X2 of the store through which people can pass, except for an entrance structure described later.

[0013] The counter 4 comprises a top board 41 and a counter panel 42. The top board 41 is a deck for a business counter with a uniform thickness, and a cash register RG and fixtures are placed on the upper surface of the top board 41. The counter panel 42 is composed of a front panel 42a in the longitudinal direction and a side panel 42b in the lateral direction, and the front panel 42a and the side panel 42b are butted together at a right angle at a corner portion 43.

[0014] As shown in Figs. 1 and 2, an opening / closing door 5 is provided at the approximate center of the front panel 42a, which serves as an entrance / exit between the counter inside X1 and the store sales floor side X2. As shown in Fig. 11, the opening / closing door 5 is a single-leaf door for entrance / exit used at a general store counter, which swings in an arc around a rotation center axis O5 connected by two hinges 51 provided on the counter 4 to both sides of the counter inside X1 and the store sales floor side X2. No spring is used, and special hinges 51 that close automatically by using the weight of the door are used at the top and bottom of the door panel. The opening / closing door 5 is not provided with a lock, and is installed at a position slightly lower than the counter 4, with a space between the floor and the bottom end of the door. Since the closing speed of the opening / closing door 5 changes depending on its own weight, the door end is inclined downward so that it closes quickly, and is processed to allow employees to move efficiently.

[0015] The burglary prevention door 3 is provided above the opening and closing door 5. As shown in FIG. 11, the burglary prevention door 3 includes a door frame 31, a rotating shaft 32, a door fixing metal fitting 33, a shaft fixing metal fitting 34, a burglary prevention lock 9, and a door panel DP. The door frame 31 is composed of a door frame 311, which is an aluminum extrusion member having a substantially square column shape. The door frame 311 has a vertical frame 311a and a horizontal frame 311b. The door frame 311 is made of the largest and strongest extrusion member among the frames, improving the burglary prevention performance. The door frame 31 is fixed on the opening and closing door 5 with the door fixing metal fitting 33, and the rotation center axis O5 of the opening and closing door 5 and the rotation center axis O3 of the burglary prevention door 3 are installed on the same axis, so that the two connected doors can be opened and closed smoothly without being separated when opening and closing the doors. The door frame 31 has each component connected via a bracket 8, and the entrance structure consisting of the opening and closing door 5 and the security door 3 will be described in detail later.

[0016] As shown in Figure 3, the burglary prevention door 3 seen from inside the counter X1 has a burglary prevention lock 9 on the horizontal frame 311b as a middle rail. When the burglary prevention lock 9 is locked, the burglary prevention door 3 cannot be opened from the store sales floor side X2, which has the effect of preventing intruders from outside into the counter inside X1. The burglary prevention lock 9 will be described in detail later.

[0017] As shown in Figures 1 and 2, the security fence main body 2 is attached to the top plate 41 of the counter 4, and comprises a frame body 6, a panel P, and fixing brackets 7. The frame body 6 is made up of a vertical frame 61 and a horizontal frame 62. When viewed from the depth side X2 of the store sales floor, the top frame and the left and right vertical frames of the frame body 6 are each configured to be in a straight line. The frame body 6 is made up of multiple types of frame materials, and the respective frame materials are connected via brackets 8, but the connection structure will be described in detail later.

[0018] The vertical frame 61 is an extruded aluminum member with a roughly square pillar shape. The vertical frame 61 is installed vertically from the top plate 41 of the counter 4 toward the ceiling, and is used as the reference height for the frame body 6. Its height is at least 1100 mm, which is a height that an adult male cannot easily straddle when standing on the top plate 41. It is installed with a space between the upper frame of the frame body 6 and the ceiling, rather than being installed at a height that reaches the ceiling surface. A plurality of vertical frames 61 are installed from one end of the counter 4 against a wall (not shown) to the other end, along the edge of the top plate 41 close to the store sales floor side X2, while ensuring the space required for the fixtures placed on the counter.

[0019] The horizontal frame 62 has an intrusion prevention frame 62a, a horizontal fixed frame 62b, a depth frame 62c, and a half horizontal frame 62d. The intrusion prevention frame 62a, the horizontal fixed frame 62b, and the depth frame 62c are made of the same extrusion material as the vertical frame 61. The intrusion prevention frame 62a is installed at the same height in the horizontal direction so as to fill the upper end of the vertical frame 61, and constitutes the upper frame of the frame body 6. The intrusion prevention frame 62a is a linear frame that extends horizontally without any gaps, and its height is at least 1100 mm or more, the same as the height of the vertical frame 61, so that an adult male standing on the top board 41 cannot easily straddle the intrusion prevention frame 62a. The horizontal fixed frame 62b is provided horizontally between the vertical frames 61 in the frame body 6, and the panel P is fitted between the two vertical frames 61 and the two horizontal fixed frames 62b.

[0020] The depth frame 62c is an extruded material similar to that of the vertical frame 61. That is, a common aluminum material is used for the vertical frame 61, the horizontal frame 62, and the depth frame 62c. The depth frame 62c is provided over the top plate 41 in the depth direction, and both ends of the depth frame 62c are fixed to the top plate 41 by C-shaped fixing brackets 7. The method of fixing the depth frame 62c will be described in detail later. Since the vertical frame 61 is fixed to the counter 4 via the depth frame 62c, the depth frame 62c is connected to the lower end of the vertical frame 61. The depth frame 62c can also clamp a panel P provided in the depth direction of the counter 4.

[0021] The semi-horizontal frame 62d is a frame that is approximately half the shape of the vertical frame 61. The height of the visible surface of the semi-horizontal frame 62d is approximately the same as that of the vertical frame 61, and the width in the depth direction is approximately half the thickness of the vertical frame 61. At the top of the frame body 6, the semi-horizontal frame 62d is provided horizontally between the vertical frames 61, and the panel P is fitted between the two vertical frames 61 and the two semi-horizontal frames 62d. It is the lightest of the frames that make up the frame body 6, and by reducing the load on the top of the frame body 6, it has the effect of providing stability when the security fence main body 2 is installed on the counter 4.

[0022] The horizontal frame 62 has multiple depth frames 62c, and is fixed to the counter 4 by fixing brackets 7. Therefore, the frame body 6 is not fixed to the store's ceiling, but is fixed and supported by the counter 4. With this configuration, there is no need to fix the frame body 6 by driving bolts into the ceiling or floor, making the construction of the frame body 6 extremely easy. In addition, since no construction traces remain on the ceiling or floor after the frame body 6 is removed, the layout can be changed freely.

[0023] The panel P is a flat partition plate used in the security fence main body 2. The panel P is made of a highly transparent polycarbonate material. Polycarbonate is the most impact-resistant of all transparent synthetic resin molded products, and is a material with such excellent impact resistance that it is used as a bulletproof material. It has better impact resistance and heat resistance than acrylic panels, which are also transparent resin molded products, so it does not easily break even when attacked by an intruder. Even if an intruder sets the panel P on fire and it catches fire, it has a self-extinguishing property that puts out the fire when the heat source is removed, so it has the effect of preventing the fire from spreading to the store. Since the panel does not shrink much due to deterioration over time, it is a material suitable for the purpose of using the security fence 1 for a long time while changing the layout. Since it has the same transparency as transparent glass, it can be installed to separate the store sales floor side X2 and the inside of the counter X1 without giving a feeling of oppression.

[0024] As shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, the panels P are classified by size according to the purpose of use, and are composed of six types from partition plate P1 to partition plate P6. The panels P are fitted into the frame body 6 and held therein, and the fitting method of the panels P will be described in detail later. The panels P are installed vertically downward from the intrusion prevention frame 62a with a space that is large enough to prevent people from invading. The half-horizontal frame 62d that supports the panel P at the highest position is configured to be in a straight line in the horizontal direction, and the space between the intrusion prevention frame 62a and the half-horizontal frame 62d is constant. By making the half-horizontal frame 62d installed at the top of the panel P in a straight line, it is possible to give an orderly impression. With this configuration, it is possible to reduce the sense of oppression for customers compared to when the frame body 6 is completely surrounded to the top end by the panels P while maintaining the intrusion prevention effect. In addition, since the size of the panels P can be reduced, it is possible to reduce costs, and it is easy to carry in materials and handle them during construction, making construction easier.

[0025] Partition boards P1 and P2 are panels that are long horizontally and limited in height. The coffee machine CF, hot snack fixture FF1, and room temperature storage fixture FF2 shown in Figures 1 and 2 are counter fixtures used in convenience stores that require height for installation. Additionally, oden fixture FF3 and Chinese bun fixture FF4 are seasonal products, and similarly require a certain height in the installation location. Partition boards P1 and P2 are used above these fixtures that require height.

[0026] The partition board P3 is a panel used as a screen for areas where a layout change is required. As shown in Figs. 1 and 2, the oden display unit FF3 and the steamed bun display unit FF4 are already installed and do not need to be installed on the counter 4 all year round. By using the partition board P3, the layout can be flexibly changed by blocking the space between the counter inside X1 and the store sales floor side X2 with the partition board P3 during seasons when sales are not required, and removing the partition board P3 when sales start. This configuration makes it easy to create sales floors that match the seasonal products of the convenience store.

[0027] The partition board P4 is a large-sized panel, and is the largest in height and width. The checkout register RG shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2 is a register used by customers when they check out products. In recent years, more and more models are equipped with a system in which a store clerk inputs product information into the register, displays the amount on the monitor of the register, and then the customer can select a payment method and complete the checkout using a checkout machine installed on the store sales side X2 without the help of a store clerk. The partition board P4 is installed on the upper part where the checkout register RG is installed, and is located one step further back toward the counter inside X1 than the other panels P so that it can be used as a space for placing baskets or packing items without getting in the way when customers use the checkout machine. The space between the top board 41 and the partition board P4 is set to the minimum height necessary for the exchange of products, and is installed so that people cannot enter from the store sales side X2.

[0028] The partition board P5 is a vertically long panel used in the projection direction of the counter 4. The partition board P5 shown in Figs. 1 and 2 is set back in the projection direction of the counter 4, leaving a space on the projection surface of the frame body 6. The partition board P5 is provided so that it is not possible to reach inside the counter X1 from this space. The partition board P5 is fitted into the depth frame 62c and the vertical frame 61, and is a highly effective panel for preventing intrusion, as it can completely block the space up to the top board 41. This configuration prevents intrusion into the inside of the counter X1 and prevents external harm in the area where the most likely target is the cash register RG, ensuring the safety of employees.

[0029] 2 and 3, the left and right vertical frames of the door frame 31 of the burglary door 3 as viewed from inside the counter X1 are also provided with a partition plate P5 fitted into the depth frame 62c, the vertical frame 61, and the semi-horizontal frame 62d. The burglary door 3 has a burglary lock 9, and there is a risk that an intruder may reach his or her hand through gaps in the panel P or fixtures to unlock the burglary lock 9 from the store sales floor side X2. With this configuration, the partition plate P5 prevents hands or tools from entering from the store sales floor side X2, so an intruder cannot touch the burglary lock 9.

[0030] The partition board P6 is a vertically long panel used in the corner section 43. As shown in FIG. 1, a self-checkout register SRG is installed in the corner section 43, and a large space without a depth frame 62c is provided above the top board 41 so as not to interfere with the checkout process by the customer. Therefore, a large space is also left in the depth direction of the frame body 6, which is blocked by the partition board P6. Like the partition board P5, the partition board P6 is also fitted into the depth frame 62c and the vertical frame 61, and is installed so as not to leave any gaps through which people or hands can get in. The configuration of the corner section 43 will be described in detail later.

[0031] The above is the basic configuration of the security fence 1. In the event of an emergency, the frame body 6 equipped with the intrusion prevention frame 62a prevents an intruder from climbing over the security fence 1 and entering inside the counter X1, and the panel P cannot be easily destroyed. There is no large space between the fixtures and the frame body 6 through which a person can enter, and a door locked by the security door 3 having the security lock 9 cannot be opened by reaching in from the side. With this configuration, while an intruder is busy with the security fence 1, an employee can buy time to evacuate from inside the counter X1 to the back yard, and can report the incident to the police or security while ensuring safety.

[0032] Next, a configuration in which the frame body 6 and the door frame body 31 are connected via a bracket 8 will be described. As shown in Fig. 4, three types of frame materials, extrusion material A, extrusion material B, and extrusion material C, are used as aluminum extrusion materials constituting the frame body in this disclosure, and are connected to each other via a bracket 8. Note that in Fig. 4, a cross-sectional perspective view of each extrusion material is shown within a dashed line frame that shows an enlarged view of the extrusion material.

[0033] The extruded material A is used for the vertical frame 61, the horizontal frame 62, and the depth frame 62c. As shown in Fig. 4, the cross section of the extruded material A is substantially square, with a groove D at the center of each of the four sides. The groove D is a cross-shaped groove having a convex protrusion at the approximate center of each of the two sides that form the depth direction. The extruded material A has multiple hollow portions, and is a lightweight, easy-to-handle frame material.

[0034] Extruded material B is used for half horizontal frame 62d. As shown in Fig. 4, it is roughly half the size of extruded material A in the depth direction, and has two grooves D on the top and bottom edges. There are no grooves D on the visible surface of extruded material B, giving it a clean and simple appearance. It is a panel into which panel P is fitted, and even though it is about half the thickness of other frame materials, it can ensure sufficient strength.

[0035] The extrusion material C is used for the door frame 311. As shown in FIG. 4, the vertical frame 311a and the horizontal frame 311b that constitute the door frame 31 are made of the same extrusion material C. The extrusion material C is a frame material whose basic shape is the same as that of the extrusion material A, but whose size is larger than that of the extrusion material A. The burglary prevention door 3 is a new door that is installed on the opening and closing door 5, which is an existing swing door of the store counter 4. In the business of the convenience store, employees frequently enter and exit between the inside of the counter X1 and the sales floor side X2 of the store. In addition, since the burglary prevention door 3 is the only door installed at the entrance and exit of the burglary prevention fence 1, there is a high possibility that it will be subjected to a strong impact by an intruder. Therefore, the burglary prevention door 3 is required to have a higher durability than the frame 6. By using the extrusion material C that is larger than the other frame materials for the door frame 31, sufficient strength can be ensured.

[0036] As shown in Figs. 5 and 6, the bracket 8 is composed of a main body 81, a connecting nut 82, and a bolt SC. The main body 81 is shaped like a right-angled triangle, and the two sides that form the right angles are the same length. An insertion hole for inserting the bolt SC is provided on each of the two sides that form the right angles of the main body 81. The connecting nut 82 has a nut 82a and a nut holder 82b. The nut 82a is shaped like a square, and has an insertion hole in the center for inserting the bolt SC. The nut holder 82b is a C-shaped member that has two pieces that engage with the nut 82a when in use, and has an insertion hole in the center for inserting the bolt SC. The bolt SC is a fixing member that fixes the bracket 8 and the frame material, and is inserted into each of the insertion holes provided on the two sides that form the right angles of the main body 81.

[0037] Next, referring to Figs. 5 and 6, a configuration in which the vertical frame 61 and the depth frame 62c are connected via the bracket 8 will be described. The nut 82a is attached to the nut holder 82b and used as a connecting nut 82. The connecting nut 82 is inserted into a groove D provided on the surface of the vertical frame 61 and the depth frame 62c on which the bracket 8 is installed, and its position is adjusted so as to match with the insertion hole of the bracket 8. The vertical frame 61 is butted against the depth frame 62c, and the main body 81 is arranged so that the surface forming a right angle between the vertical frame 61 and the depth frame 62c abuts against two surfaces forming a right angle of the main body 81. Two bolts SC are inserted into the insertion holes of the main body 81, and the vertical frame 61 is fixed to the depth frame 62c by the connecting nuts 82 provided inside the groove D.

[0038] Next, returning to Fig. 4, the vertical frame fixing metal fittings 12 will be described. As described above, the partition plate P3 is used in locations where periodic layout changes are planned, such as when seasonal sales fixtures are installed. For this reason, the vertical frame 61 into which the partition plate P3 is fitted and the horizontal fixing frame 62b are provided via brackets 8 so that they can be removed as a unit with the frame body into which the partition plate P3 is fitted. Due to this configuration, the vertical frame 61 in which the partition plate P3 is used is installed adjacent to another vertical frame 61.

[0039] The vertical frame fixing bracket 12 is a flat metal plate provided for fixing such vertical frames 61 to each other. The vertical frame fixing bracket 12 has two bolt insertion holes, and is fixed to a groove D provided in each vertical frame 61 with a bolt SC and a connecting nut 82 (not shown). The number and fixing position of the vertical frame fixing bracket 12 can be freely changed depending on the store. This configuration prevents a gap from being generated between two adjacent vertical frames 61, and makes it difficult for the vertical frames 61 to be separated from each other even if an impact is applied from the outside. Therefore, it becomes difficult for an intruder to destroy the security fence main body 2, and it is possible to ensure sufficient time for employees to evacuate in an emergency.

[0040] As shown in Figs. 5 and 6, the cover material 10 may be used after assembling the frame body 6. In Fig. 6, the cross-sectional perspective view of the depth frame 62c and the cover material 10 is shown within the dashed frame in which the depth frame 62c and the cover material 10 are enlarged. The cover material 10 is an elastic plate material formed into a cross shape so as to fit into the grooves D of the extrusions A, B, and C. An opening 10a is provided on one side of the cross shape. As shown in Fig. 6, the opening 10a faces downward, and the cover material 10 fits into the groove D of the depth frame 62c, thereby blocking the groove D with the cover material 10, and the cover material 10 can protect the groove D when the crime prevention fence 1 is installed. This configuration suppresses the accumulation of dirt inside the groove D provided in the frame body 6, and prevents trouble such as employees or customers dropping or getting things caught in the groove D.

[0041] As described above, all of the frame materials in the frame body 6 and the door frame body 31 are connected by the configuration described above. Each frame material is fixed with bolts SC via brackets 8, so that the frame body can be easily assembled and disassembled. No adhesives such as double-sided tape or glue are required to assist in fixing. In addition, since the connection nuts 82 abut against the side of the groove D and are lightly fixed inside, multiple connection nuts 82 can be inserted into the groove D in advance. With this configuration, multiple connection nuts 82 can be prepared in advance for the frame body 6 in anticipation of future layout changes.

[0042] Next, referring to FIG. 5 and FIG. 6, the structure of the fixing bracket 7 for fixing the frame body 6 to the counter 4 will be described. The fixing bracket 7 is a C-shaped metal member and includes an upper surface portion 71, a side surface portion 72, and a bottom surface portion 73. The upper surface portion 71 and the bottom surface portion 73 have insertion holes for inserting bolts. The insertion hole 7a of the upper surface portion 71 is an elongated hole, and since it is necessary to fix the bracket 8 to the upper surface portion 71 depending on the installation location, the position of the bracket 8 can be adjusted by the elongated hole. The insertion hole 7b of the bottom surface portion 73 is a circular insertion hole. The length of the bottom surface portion 73 in the forward direction is shorter than that of the upper surface portion 71, and is approximately the same as the length of the protruding portion of the top plate 41 provided on the counter 4. The height a1 of the side surface portion 72 can be changed according to the thickness a2 of the top plate 41, and fixing brackets 7 with multiple types of heights a1 can be prepared according to the specifications of the store counter.

[0043] As shown in Fig. 5, the end of the depth frame 62c is covered with a resin frame cover 6C. The frame cover 6C is a common specification for frame materials with exposed ends, and is not used for the half horizontal frame 62d whose ends are not exposed. The frame cover 6C is used to protect the ends of the cut steel material, and since it fits into the hollow part of the frame material, no adhesive or the like is required.

[0044] As shown in FIG. 6, the fixing bracket 7 is installed so as to sandwich the depth frame 62c and the top plate 41, and is detachably fixed to the counter 4 by a bolt and a connecting nut 82. As shown in the cross-sectional view of FIG. 10, not only the top surface portion 71 is fixed by the bolt SC, but also the bottom surface portion 73 is fixed to the top plate 41 by the bolt SC2. The bolt SC2 is a smaller bolt than the bolt SC, and the tip of the threaded portion is flat. The bolt SC2 only abuts against the bottom surface of the top plate 41, and is not driven into the board. Since the side surface portion 72 has a sufficient height relative to the thickness of the top plate 41, the frame body 6 can be supported by just being clamped by the bolt SC2 through the gap G created by engaging the fixing bracket 7.

[0045] In the location shown in Fig. 6, the vertical frame 61 is installed on the depth frame 62c, so the top surface 71 is fixed with bolts SC via brackets 8, but in locations where the vertical frame 61 is not installed, the top surface 71 is fixed to the depth frame 62c only with screws and connecting nuts 82, as shown in the cross-sectional view of Fig. 10. Either fixing method does not require any processing of the top plate 41, and there is no risk of the bolts SC damaging the counter 4. Furthermore, no adhesives to assist in fixing, such as double-sided tape or glue, are required.

[0046] This configuration not only simplifies the installation and removal of the security fence 1, but also makes it easy to change the layout around the counter according to the season or to increase sales, since no traces of installation are left on the counter 4. In addition, since the security fence 1 is fixed to the counter 4 only with the fixing brackets 7, installation on the ceiling or floor is not required. Therefore, there is no need to design the layout of the security fence 1 in advance while taking into consideration existing equipment such as lighting fixtures and air vents on the ceiling or outlets on the floor. The frame 6 is made up of a frame, brackets, and fixing hardware of a predetermined size, and since on-site construction is simple, on-site adjustments such as sudden layout changes are possible. In addition, since the frame 6 is connected to each other via multiple brackets 8, it can maintain sufficient strength against impacts from intruders.

[0047] Next, the configuration in which the panel P is fitted into the half horizontal frame 62d will be described with reference to the cross-sectional perspective view of FIG. 7. As shown in FIG. 7, the cover material 10 is fitted into the groove D of the half horizontal frame 62d so that the opening 10a of the cover material 10 is the same as the opening direction of the groove D. The panel P is fitted into the opening 10a of the cover material 10 fixed inside the groove D, and the panel P is sandwiched between the half horizontal frame 62d. With this configuration, the cover material 10, which is an elastic body, serves as a cushioning material for the panel P, protecting the panel P from external impact and suppressing the panel P from slipping or coming off. For the vertical frame 61, the horizontal frame 62, and the depth frame 62c, the cover material 10 is similarly fitted into the groove D at the location where the panel P is fitted, and the same effect can be achieved.

[0048] Returning to FIG. 4, the configuration in which the panel P is fixed to the vertical frame 61 will be described. The panel P fitted into the frame body 6 in the above-mentioned configuration is further fixed to the vertical frame 6 via the panel fixing bracket 11. The panel fixing bracket 11 is approximately Z-shaped and has two bolt insertion holes. The approximately Z-shaped panel fixing bracket 11 is installed so as to be aligned with the step between the vertical frame 61 and the partition plate P3, and one end is fixed to the groove D of the vertical frame 61 by a bolt SC and a connection nut 82. The other end is fixed to the partition plate P3 by a bolt SC and a cap nut (not shown) provided on the back side of the partition plate P3 through a bolt insertion hole opened in the partition plate P3. The number and fixing positions of the panel fixing brackets 11 can be freely changed depending on the store. The panel fixing brackets 11 may be installed from either the inside of the counter X1 or the sales floor side X2 of the store.

[0049] With this configuration, the panel P is securely fixed to the frame 6, and even if an intruder tries to remove the panel P and break into the building, he or she cannot easily remove it. This allows employees enough time to evacuate from the inside of the counter X1 to the back yard.

[0050] Next, the configuration of the corner portion 43 will be described with reference to Figures 8 and 9. In the corner portion 43, two fixing frames 621 and 622 are provided at a right angle, and a partition plate P6 is fitted into a vertical frame 611 that is the apex of the right angle. The fixing bracket 7 includes fixing brackets 7a, 7b, and 7c. The fixing brackets 7a, 7b, and 7c have the same structure. The bracket 8 provided at the location where the vertical frame 611 is connected includes a bracket 8a, 8b, and 8c. The brackets 8a, 8b, and 8c have the same structure.

[0051] As shown in Fig. 8, the fixed frame 621 is fixed to the counter 4 by a fixing bracket 7a provided at the end facing the store sales floor side X2 and a fixing bracket 7b provided on the inside of the counter facing the X1 side. The partition board P6 is sandwiched between the fixed frame 621, the vertical frame 611, and the vertical frame 61. As shown in Fig. 9, the fixing bracket 7b that holds the fixed frame 621 connects the upper surface portion 71 and the vertical frame 611 via a bracket 8a.

[0052] The fixed frame 622 is arranged so that the viewing direction is coaxial with the vertical frame 611. The end of the fixed frame 622 is fixed to the counter 4 by a fixing bracket 7c only on the store sales floor side X2. As shown in FIG. 1, a coffee machine CF is installed on the L-shaped side panel 42b of the counter 2, and a vertical frame 61 for fitting a partition board P1 provided on the upper part of the coffee machine CF is connected to the fixed frame 622. Therefore, an upper surface portion 71 of the fixing bracket 7 that holds the fixed frame 622 is connected to the vertical frame 61 via a bracket 8.

[0053] The end of the fixed frame 622 in the counter inner X1 direction is abutted against the side of the fixed frame 621 and is connected to the fixed frame 621 via brackets 8b and 8c that are provided symmetrically across the fixed frame 622 so as to be parallel to the top plate 41. When a force is applied to destroy the frame 6, the vertical frame 611 is subjected to forces from both the longitudinal and lateral directions, so the strength is maintained via the three brackets 8a, 8b, and 8c mentioned above. Not only the strength of the bracket 8a that connects the vertical frame 611 and the fixed frame 621, but also the strength of the brackets 8b and 8c that fix the fixed frame 621 and the fixed frame 622 on the same axis of the vertical frame 611 are added, so that the frame 6 can ensure sufficient strength against impact.

[0054] As shown in the cross-sectional view of Figure 10, the security fence main body 2 is fixed to the top plate 41 by fixing brackets 7, without any processing on the counter 4, and is supported by the counter 4 while maintaining its strength via multiple brackets 8. According to the configuration of the corner portion 43 described above, the two depth frames 62c are arranged at right angles to the top plate 41, and a large area can be secured facing the store sales floor side X2, making it possible to make effective use of the corner portion 43.

[0055] Next, the entrance structure constituted by the opening and closing door 5 and the security door 3 will be described with reference to Figs.

[0056] As shown in FIG. 11, the opening and closing door 5 is an existing entrance door installed on the counter 4 of a convenience store. A Gravity hinge is generally used for the hinge 51. A Gravity hinge has both the receiving side and the covering side of the axis cut at an angle, and when opened, the door panel rises at an angle, and when closed, it returns to a set position by its own weight, and the door stops automatically. As shown in the enlarged view of FIG. 12, in stores, in order to make the door heavier and to allow quicker entry and exit, the door is often tilted downward toward the door end, and the opening and closing door 5 is installed at an angle so that a gap E is created with respect to the horizontal plane. A gap F is also created in the vertical direction due to the tilt of the door panel, and it is slightly tilted downward toward the door end with respect to the rotation center axis O5 of the two hinges 51 installed vertically.

[0057] As shown in Fig. 11, the burglary prevention door 3 is installed on top of the existing opening and closing door 5. As described above, the burglary prevention door 3 comprises the door frame 31, the rotating shaft 32, the door fixing metal fittings 33, the shaft fixing metal fittings 34, the burglary prevention lock 9, and the door panel DP. The door frame 31 uses the door frame 311 which is the largest frame material, and like the other frame bodies, these are connected to each other via brackets 8 to form a strong frame body. The door panel DP is the same as panel D, and uses a transparent flat plate made of polycarbonate which has excellent impact resistance.

[0058] As shown in Fig. 13, the door frame 31 with the door panel DP fitted in is fixed to the door panel of the opening and closing door 5 by the door fixing metal fittings 33. In Fig. 13, everything other than the hinges 51 of the opening and closing door 5 is shown by two-dot chain lines. The door fixing metal fittings 33 are composed of a door-end fixing metal fitting 33a and a hanging fixing metal fitting 33b. The door fixing metal fittings 33 are formed from bent sheet metal. The door-end fixing metal fittings 33a have frame fixing portions 331 and door fixing portions 332, each of which has two faces.

[0059] The frame fixing part 331 has two vertical circular bolt insertion holes. The two sides of the frame fixing part 331 are installed so as to sandwich the vertical frame 311a, and are fixed to the vertical frame 311a by a connecting nut 82 (not shown) and a bolt SC provided in a groove D of the vertical frame 311a. Since the connecting nut 82 is movable along the groove D, it is possible to adjust the mounting position of the door end fixing bracket 33a and the door frame body 31. In addition, the use of the dedicated connecting nut 82 makes it easy to remove, and while it provides a strong fixation that can withstand external impacts, it can be easily installed.

[0060] The door fixing part 332 has three long holes for inserting screws, two of which are vertical long holes and one is horizontal long hole, for fixing to the front surface of the opening / closing door 5. This configuration makes it possible to fine-tune the installation position in both the vertical and horizontal directions when fixing the door frame 31 to the opening / closing door 5. The two door fixing parts 332 are installed so as to sandwich the door panel of the opening / closing door 5, and are firmly fixed to the front surface of the opening / closing door 5, which is an existing door, with screws from both sides.

[0061] Like the door-end fixing bracket 33a, the hanging base fixing bracket 33b also has two frame fixing portions 331 and two door fixing portions 332. The configurations of the frame fixing portions 331 and the door fixing portions 332 are the same as those of the door-end fixing bracket 33a described above, so a description thereof will be omitted. The hanging base fixing bracket 33b is bent in order to fix the security door 3 to the opening and closing door 5 while avoiding the hinge 51 of the opening and closing door 5, and is shaped to ensure a space between the vertical frame 311a on the hanging base side and the opening and closing door 5.

[0062] With this configuration, the door frame 31 can be firmly fixed to the opening / closing door 5 while fine adjustments can be made to the position. In order to combine the existing door and the new door and open and close them smoothly without separating their movements, it is essential that the movement of the existing door is not hindered and that fine adjustments to the position are made during installation. By using the door fixing metal fittings 33, the hinges 51 of the opening / closing door 5 can be easily avoided, and the entrance structure can be easily constructed while making fine adjustments on site.

[0063] Next, the structure in which the door frame 31 is installed on the opening and closing door 5 will be described. As described above, the opening and closing door 5 is inclined downward toward the door end side, and a gap E is generated with respect to the horizontal plane as shown in Figs. 12 and 13. If the door frame 31 is installed on top with the same inclination as the opening and closing door 5, the downward inclination becomes even larger, causing distortion to the extent that it comes into contact with the frame 6, and the security door 3 cannot be opened or closed normally. Therefore, as shown in Fig. 13, the gap E is filled using a spacer S, and the door frame 31 is installed on the opening and closing door 5. Any material may be used for the spacer S as long as it can secure the space generated by the gap E. In addition, it is preferable that the shape is thin and small to a certain extent, and that the shape can be fine-tuned by increasing or decreasing the number of spacers according to the inclination that differs from store to store.

[0064] Returning to FIG. 11, the rotation center axis O5 of the opening and closing door 5 and the rotation center axis O3 of the security door 3 are arranged to be coaxial. With this configuration, the movements of the rotation axes of the two doors match and do not deviate, allowing the door to be opened and closed smoothly. The rotation axis 32 of the security door 3 is fixed to a groove D provided on the bottom surface of the horizontal fixing frame 62b via the shaft fixing bracket 34 with a bolt SC and a connecting nut 82 (not shown). In addition, an L-shaped rotation prevention bracket 35 is fixed to the groove D on the bottom surface of the door end side of the horizontal fixing frame 62b with a bolt SC and a connecting nut 82 (not shown). The rotation prevention bracket 35 prevents the security door 3 from swinging to the inside X1 of the counter due to the action of the gravity hinge, making it possible for employees to enter and exit smoothly.

[0065] Next, the burglarproof lock 9 will be described. As shown in FIG. 14, the burglarproof lock 9 is provided across the horizontal frame 311b, which is arranged horizontally like a horizontal rail, and the vertical frame 311a. The burglarproof lock 9 is composed of an opening / closing arm 91, an axis cover 92, an arm fixing metal fitting 93, an arm receiving metal fitting 94, and a rotation prevention member 95. The opening / closing arm 91 has an arm portion 91a and an engagement portion 91b. The arm portion 91a is a latch shaped like a thin, flat bar, and is an arm with a length approximately half the width of the burglarproof door 3. The arm portion 91a is held at its end by a central shaft 9C provided on the horizontal frame 311b, and the bar is designed to be rotated from the bottom to the top. The other end of the opening / closing arm 91 has an approximately T-shaped engagement portion 91b, which has two locking pieces 911.

[0066] The shaft cover 92 is a metal fitting that covers from above the central shaft 9C on which the arm portion 91a is held, and has a contact piece 92a as shown in Fig. 15. The contact piece 92a protrudes forward in the projection direction (toward the inside of the counter X1) beyond the insertion hole for fixing the shaft cover 92, and is provided so as to come into contact with the rotating arm portion 91a.

[0067] The arm fixing metal fitting 93 has an engaged part 93a and a push part 93b. When force is applied from below, the engaged part 93a creates a gap to engage the opening / closing arm 91, and after engagement, closes the gap, reliably fixing the opening / closing arm 91. The push part 93b is a roughly semicircular piece that protrudes forward (towards the inside of the counter X1), and is designed so that when lightly pushed, the engaged part 93 rotates with the action of a lever and spreads forward, opening the gap. The arm fixing metal fitting 93 is attached to a groove D provided in the vertical frame 311a by a screw and a connecting nut 82 (not shown).

[0068] The arm receiving metal fitting 94 is a plate-like metal fitting having a notch 94a. A locking piece 911 formed at the tip of the engagement part 91b that is rotated from below is locked to the upper end of the notch 94a when the opening / closing arm 91 is in a substantially horizontal state. The arm receiving metal fitting 94 is fixed to the vertical frame 61 with two screws. The rotation prevention member 95 is cylindrical and may be made of any material that is durable and elastic. It is installed via the bracket 8, slightly to the right below the shaft cover 92, and prevents the opening / closing arm 91 from jumping out in an arc in the opposite direction to the opening / closing action due to reaction when the opening / closing arm 91 rotates.

[0069] Next, a method of locking and unlocking the security lock 9 will be described. First, the locking method will be described with reference to FIG. 14. The security lock 9 can be locked by rotating the opening / closing arm 91 before locking in the direction of the arrow D1. When the engaging portion 91b of the opening / closing arm 91 rotated upward is brought into contact with the arm fixing metal fitting 93 and is pulled upward with further force after it hits the engaged portion 93a, a gap is created in the claw portion 931, and the engaging portion 91b is engaged with the arm fixing metal fitting 93 by the claw portion 931 in a substantially horizontal state. After the engaging portion 91b is engaged, the gap in the claw portion 931 is closed, preventing the opening / closing arm 91 from falling off the arm fixing metal fitting 93.

[0070] In the locked state described above, the locking piece 911 provided at the tip of the engagement portion 91b is securely locked by hooking the piece into the notch portion 94a of the arm receiving metal fitting 94. With the locking piece 911 locked into the notch portion 94a, the opening / closing arm 91 is fixed in a substantially horizontal position and cannot be moved even if the burglar door 3 is violently vibrated up and down and left and right, thereby avoiding the problem of the claw portion 931 of the arm fixing metal fitting 93 opening due to an unintended external force. With this configuration, even if an intruder applies impacts to the burglar door 3 multiple times in an attempt to open the burglar lock 9, the opening / closing arm 91 cannot be moved by vibrations, and the burglar lock 9 can be prevented from being opened from the outside by force.

[0071] Next, a method for unlocking the security lock 9 will be described with reference to Fig. 15. In Fig. 15, the horizontal frame 311b and the connected bracket 8 are indicated by two-dot chain lines. A damper is provided on the central axis 9C of the opening / closing arm 91 covered by the axis cover 92, which prevents the opening / closing arm 91 from pivoting downward with force when unlocking. In addition, the abutment piece 92a of the axis cover 92 abuts against the inner surface of the arm portion 91a to support the pivoting, so that the opening / closing arm 91 can pivot smoothly without wobbling on the vertical plane.

[0072] By pushing the push portion 93b of the arm fixing bracket 93 in the direction indicated by arrow D2, the opening / closing arm 91 is released from the arm fixing bracket 93 and rotates in the direction of arrow D3 with its end held by the central shaft 9C. The opening / closing arm 91 moves slowly due to the action of the damper, and the movement of the opening / closing arm 91 stops when its side lightly hits the anti-rotation member 95. With this, the anti-theft lock 9 is unlocked. With this configuration, an employee can open the anti-theft lock 9 with a simple action, but it cannot be opened from the store sales floor side X2.

[0073] If a normal strike lock that locks from top to bottom is used, the latch may fall off by itself during an earthquake or other incident, locking employees out of the counter. At counter 4 where security fence 1 is installed, it is extremely difficult for employees to climb over security fence 1 and enter inside counter X1. To prevent such problems of employees being locked out, security lock 9 is designed to lock by rotating opening / closing arm 91 from bottom to top. The configuration of security lock 9 ensures the safety of employees while providing a security lock with high usability that is easy to lock and unlock.

[0074] According to the entrance structure constituted by the opening and closing door 5 and the security door 3 described above, the following effects can be achieved.

[0075] Since the new security door 3 is installed on top of the opening and closing door 5 already installed on the store counter, construction is simple and on-site adjustments can be made easily. For example, if a new security door is prepared to fit the security fence 1, it is very difficult to make on-site adjustments to fit the new door between the frames 6. Also, depending on the site, sudden changes to the layout may be required, and if the size of the door does not match, the new security door must be re-manufactured.

[0076] The burglary prevention door 3 of the present disclosure has a structure in which a door frame 311 of a given size is connected via a bracket 8, so that even if a sudden change in layout or size is required, it can be handled on-site. In addition, it is easy to fine-tune the rotation axes of the opening and closing door 5 and the burglary prevention door 3 to be coaxial, making it very easy to adjust the fit of the door on-site. In addition, since the burglary prevention door 3 has a symmetrical shape, it can be used even if the axis of the opening and closing door 5 is different on the left and right depending on the store.

[0077] Furthermore, the use of a highly anti-theft lock 9 prevents outsiders from entering inside the counter X1, ensuring that in the event of an emergency, employees have enough time to evacuate from inside the counter X1 to the back yard.

[0078] As described above, the security fence 1 of this embodiment is constructed using frames, brackets, fixing members, and panels of a predetermined size. Therefore, there is no need for a pre-design customized for each store, and construction on site can be performed while adjusting common members. Therefore, the period until introduction is very short, and the security fence 1 can be delivered to the store in a short delivery time. In addition, since common members are prepared, maintenance is easy even after the security fence 1 is installed, and layout changes and additional security fences 1 can be easily performed. With these configurations, the security fence 1 can be used for a long period of time while changing the layout in a store such as a convenience store, and maintenance can be performed in a short delivery time as necessary. Even for busy stores, the security fence 1 does not require preparation for pre-design or production, and can be easily constructed on site, so there is an advantage in that the time for advance preparation can be reduced.

[0079] As described above, the extruded shapes A, B, and C used in the fence 1 of this embodiment have groove D, and various components can be fixed to the frame 6 by using a free screw that matches the pilot hole diameter of the connecting nut 82 provided in the groove D and the nut 82 provided in the groove D. When it becomes necessary to install equipment such as a microphone, security camera, or spotlight in a store, the equipment can be freely attached in any position as long as it is above the groove D provided in the extruded shapes. With this configuration, even after the security fence 1 has been installed, the store can attach the equipment in a free position, and there is no need to change the position of the security fence 1.

[0080] [Second embodiment] Next, a second embodiment of the present disclosure will be described in detail with reference to Fig. 16. The difference between the second embodiment and the first embodiment is the configuration of the security fence 1B that is adapted to the layout of the fixtures. Specifically, only the layout of the security fence main body 2B and the frame body 6B, including the corner portion 43B beyond the dashed line indicated by the arrow D4, is different, and the other configurations are the same as those of the first embodiment, so the description will be omitted. In Fig. 16, the transparent panel P that is fitted into the security fence main body 2B is represented by hatching with dots.

[0081] In the corner portion 43B, a coffee machine CF is installed along the longitudinal direction of the counter 4, and two self-checkout registers SRG are installed side by side along the transverse direction. In stores in business districts, customers tend to gather at certain times of the day, such as in the morning or midday, which can lead to congestion while customers wait to pay. For this reason, an increasing number of stores are installing multiple self-checkout registers SRG for customers who do not need to be attended to by employees. The layout that meets these needs is the second embodiment of the present disclosure.

[0082] Since a wide opening in the longitudinal direction is required due to the installation of the coffee machine CF, the fixing frame 622, which is assembled at a right angle, is provided on the side of the side panel 42b, avoiding the coffee machine CF. One end of the fixing frame 622 is fixed to the counter 4 by a fixing metal fitting 7. The other end is butted against the fixing frame 621 and connected to the fixing frame 621 via two brackets 8 so as to form a right angle. The vertical frame 61 connected to the fixing frame 622 is firmly connected to the fixing frame 622 via the two brackets 8. Both end portions of the fixing frame 621 are fixed to the counter 4 by the fixing metal fittings 7. The vertical frame 61 connected to the fixing frame 621 is firmly connected to the fixing frame 621 via the two brackets 8.

[0083] With this configuration, the two vertical pillars 61 provided at the corner portion 43B are strong enough to withstand loads from both the longitudinal and lateral directions, ensuring that employees have sufficient time to evacuate even if an intruder impacts the frame body 6B.

[0084] A partition plate P1 is fitted into the upper parts of the two self-checkout registers SRG, and a partition plate P1 and a partition plate P2 are fitted into the upper part of the coffee machine CF along the right angle of the corner portion 43B. An intrusion prevention frame 62a is installed horizontally on the upper part of the panel P with a certain space therebetween, as in the first embodiment.

[0085] As described above, in the second embodiment of the present disclosure, on-site adjustments are possible similarly to the first embodiment, and sudden layout changes can be flexibly accommodated.

[0086] The present disclosure is not limited to the above-described embodiments and can be modified as appropriate.

[0087] For example, the layout of the security fence 1 is not limited to the two layouts of the embodiments of the present disclosure, but can be freely configured depending on the store fixture plan, etc.

[0088] In this disclosure, an embodiment has been described using a convenience store as an example, but the places where the security fence 1 is used are not limited to convenience store counters. For example, the security fence 1 can be installed on any store counter as long as it is intended to protect the safety of employees, such as a reception counter in an office that handles confidential information or a counter at a counter that is open until late at night. In such cases, the shape of the fixing bracket 7 can be changed as appropriate to suit the counter on which it is to be installed. [Explanation of symbols]
