Abstract
Description
[Technical field]
[0001] The present invention relates to a soundproof structure for preventing noise. [Background technology]
[0002] As one of the noise control tools, a soundproof panel that is installed around a place where noise is generated is known. For example, at a construction site or a building site, soundproof panels are erected around equipment that generates noise, thereby suppressing noise to the neighborhood. (See Patent Document 1.) [Prior art documents] [Patent documents]
[0003] [Patent Document 1] Patent Publication No. 2021-67087 Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]
[0004] One type of noise at construction sites is the operation sound of a chain block. The chain block is provided with an upper hook for suspending the chain block itself, a lower hook is hung from a block body connected below the upper hook via a load chain, and an operating chain for lifting and lowering a workpiece hangs down from the block body. When a worker operates the operating chain for lifting and lowering a workpiece, the lower hook rises and falls, and the workpiece suspended from the lower hook also rises and falls in conjunction with the lower hook.
[0005] When operating a chain block to perform such lifting and lowering work, a rattling noise is generated from the block body. If the above-mentioned soundproofing panels are used to reduce this noise, there is a risk that the noise will leak out from above the soundproofing panels around the chain block to nearby areas. Therefore, there is room for improvement in terms of improving soundproofing during operation of a chain block.
[0006] The soundproofing structure of the present invention was invented in consideration of the above problems, and one of its objectives is to improve soundproofing during operation of a chain block. However, other objectives of the present invention are to achieve actions and effects derived from the configurations shown in the "Mode for Carrying Out the Invention" described later, which are not obtainable with conventional techniques. [0010] A soundproof structure as an embodiment will be described below. The soundproofing structure of this embodiment is a structure for preventing noise generated during the operation of a chain block. The chain block is a device for lifting and lowering heavy workpieces such as materials and machinery. This soundproofing structure is attached to the chain block while the chain block is still capable of lifting and lowering a workpiece. Specifically, the soundproofing structure is attached to the chain block by covering a portion of the chain block with the soundproofing structure.
[0011] In this embodiment, the horizontal direction is subdivided into four directions: forward (indicated by "F" in the drawings), rearward (indicated by "B" in the drawings), leftward (indicated by "L" in the drawings), and rightward (indicated by "R" in the drawings). The vertical direction is subdivided into two directions: downward (indicated by "D" in the drawings) and upward (indicated by "U" in the drawings). Furthermore, the side on which the chain block is located with respect to the soundproofing structure is defined as the inside, and the side opposite the inside is defined as the outside. In addition, a view from above is referred to as a top view, a view from the horizontal direction is referred to as a side view, and a view from below is referred to as a bottom view. When there is no distinction between the top view and the bottom view, they are referred to as planar views.
[0012] I. One embodiment In one embodiment, the configuration of a chain block that is to be soundproofed by a soundproofing structure is outlined in item [1], the configuration of the soundproofing structure applied to the chain block is explained in detail in item [2], and the action and effect of the soundproofing structure applied to the chain block is described in item [3].
[0013] [1. Chain block] As shown in FIG. 1, the chain block 1 is provided with four members 1U, 1B, 1D, and 1H, which are listed below. Upper hook 1U: A hook-shaped member for suspending the chain block 1 itself Block body 1B: A member connected downward to the upper hook 1U Lower hook 1D: Hook-shaped member suspended from block body 1B Operation chain 1H: A chain-like member that hangs down from the block body 1B
[0014] The upper hook 1U, the block body 1B and the lower hook 1D are arranged in this order along the vertical direction, and the operating chain 1H is arranged in parallel with the lower hook 1D in the horizontal direction. If we explain the arrangement of the lower hook 1D and the operating chain 1H in a plan view with the upper hook 1U as the reference, the lower hook 1D is arranged to overlap with the upper hook 1U, while the operating chain 1H is arranged offset with respect to the upper hook 1U.
[0015] The upper hook 1U is hooked onto a member for suspending the chain block 1. Depending on how the upper hook 1U is attached, the chain block 1 is classified into a trolley type, a suspension type, etc. A chain block 1 in which the upper hook 1U is attached to a trolley that is provided so as to be able to freely reciprocate along a traversing rail is called a trolley type chain block. A chain block 1 in which the upper hook 1U is attached to a lifting device such as a tripod is called a suspension type chain block.
[0016] The block body 1B is a section that houses a chain pulley (not shown) that engages with a part of the operating chain 1H, a load sheave (not shown) for raising and lowering the lower hook 1D, and the like. When the chain pulley is rotated by pulling the operating chain 1H, the rotational power of the chain pulley is decelerated and transmitted to the load sheave, and the power transmitted to the load sheave moves the lower hook 1D up and down. The operating force input to the operating chain 1H is amplified at a ratio according to the deceleration rate from the chain pulley to the load sheave and transmitted to the lower hook 1D.
[0017] The lower hook 1D is a portion to which a workpiece (not shown) to be raised and lowered by the chain block 1 is attached. The lower hook 1D is suspended from the block body 1B via a load chain 1L. Specifically, the lower hook 1D is connected to the lower end of the load chain 1L, which is suspended by engaging with a load sheave (not shown) built into the block body 1B.
[0018] The operating chain 1H is an endless chain that continues in a circumferential direction and is also called a hand chain. This operating chain 1H is a chain for lifting and lowering a workpiece that is operated by being pulled around by the worker operating the chain block 1. Specifically, when the operating chain 1H is pulled in one direction in which it continues circumferentially (i.e., the circumferential direction), the lower hook 1D moves upward, and when the operating chain 1H is pulled in the other direction, the lower hook 1D moves downward. A workpiece attached to the lower hook 1D that moves upward is lifted or pulled out. Conversely, a workpiece attached to the lower hook 1D that moves downward is hung or placed on a work surface.
[0019] By the way, when the operating chain 1H is operated, noise is generated from the chain block 1. One example of noise generated from the chain block 1 is a rattling sound generated from the block body 1B when the operating chain 1H being pulled hits the block body 1B. In order to prevent such noise, a soundproof structure 10, which will be described next, is applied to the chain block 1.
[0020] [2. Soundproofing structure] As shown in Figures 1 and 2, the soundproof structure 10 is provided with at least an upper hole H1 and a lower hole H2 (see Figure 1) for attaching the soundproof structure 10 to the chain block 1, and at least a top wall 20 and a standing wall 30 are provided to ensure soundproofing. Here, a rectangular box-shaped soundproof structure 10 is illustrated as an example, which is provided with a bottom wall 40 in addition to a top wall 20 and a vertical wall 30, and has an upper hole H1 and a lower hole H2 formed therethrough.
[0021] In this section [2], the basic configuration, such as the upper hole H1 and lower hole H2, as well as the top wall 20, the vertical wall 30, and the bottom wall 40, are explained in subsection [2-1]. After that, additional configurations are explained in subsections [2-2] and [2-3]. Subsection [2-2] describes a configuration for attachment / detachment that allows the soundproof structure 10 to be attached and detached freely to the chain block 1. Subsection [2-3] describes a configuration for improving soundproofing to improve soundproofing.
[0022] [2-1. Basic configuration] The soundproof structure 10 is provided with the following three types of walls 20, 30, 40. In the soundproof structure 10 exemplified here, the top wall 20 and the standing wall 30 are formed by bending an integral member, and the bottom wall 40 is formed from a member separate from the top wall 20 and the standing wall 30. Top wall 20: A wall-like portion provided above the block body 1B Vertical wall 30: A wall-like part surrounding the block body 1B Bottom wall 40: A wall-like portion provided below the block body 1B
[0023] The top wall 20 and the bottom wall 40 extend horizontally, and the standing wall 30 extends vertically. An upper hole H1 is formed in the top wall 20, and a lower hole H2 is formed in the bottom wall 40. The holes H1 and H2 are spaces that vertically connect the inside and outside of the soundproof structure 10. The upper hole H1 is provided with a size that allows the upper hook 1U to be inserted but not the block body 1B to be inserted therethrough. In other words, the size of the upper hole H1 is set so that the block body 1B protrudes from the upper hole H1 in a top view.
[0024] The pilot hole H2 is provided with a size that allows the load chain 1L and the operation chain 1H to be inserted therethrough. The pilot hole H2 may be a size that allows the block body 1B to be inserted therethrough or a size that does not allow the block body 1B to be inserted therethrough, but from the viewpoint of improving soundproofing, the smaller the pilot hole H2, the better. The vertical wall 30 does not have any through holes such as holes H1 and H2, and the block body 1B is surrounded by the vertical wall 30 on the front, rear, left and right sides.
[0025] The top wall 20 is a portion that is placed above the block body 1B. The standing wall 30 and the bottom wall 40 illustrated here are provided at a distance from the block body 1B with respect to the top wall 20 that is in contact with the block body 1B in this manner. The dimensions of the top wall 20, the standing wall 30 and the bottom wall 40 are set according to the size and shape of the block body 1B of the chain block 1 that is the object of soundproofing.
[0026] Specifically, the dimensions of the top wall 20 are set so as to cover the block body 1B in a top view, and the dimensions of the standing wall 30 are set so as to cover the block body 1B in a side view. From the viewpoint of improving soundproofing, it is preferable that the size of the bottom wall 40 is set so as to cover as much of the block body 1B as possible in a bottom view, but from the viewpoint of ensuring operability of the chain block 1, the bottom wall 40 is shaped so as not to overlap with the load chain 1L and the operating chain 1H in a bottom view.
[0027] An upper hole H1, through which the upper hook 1U of the chain block 1 is inserted, is provided vertically penetrating the top wall 20. That is, the top wall 20 extends horizontally around the upper hole H1. 1, two types of flaps 21, 22 are folded and fixed to each other. Here, an inner flap 21 extending from the front and rear and an outer flap 22 extending from the left and right are shown as an example. Inner flap 21: A flap-like member that can be folded inward Outer flap 22: A flap-like member that can be folded outward
[0028] The standing walls 30, which will be described next, are connected to the front, rear, left and right end edges (i.e., peripheral edges) of the top wall 20 described above by being folded down downward. The standing wall 30 is suspended from the top wall 20. The standing wall 30 is a rectangular cylindrical portion having a cylindrical axis along the up-down direction, and is a peripheral wall portion surrounding the block main body 1B on all four sides, ie, front, back, left and right.
[0029] More specifically, the standing wall 30 is provided with a pair of front and rear end walls 3E extending along the left-right direction and a pair of left and right side walls 3S extending along the front-to-rear direction. Of the pair of end walls 3E, one is a front wall 3F erected on the front side, and the other is a rear wall 3B erected on the rear side. Of the pair of side walls 3S, one is a left wall 3L erected on the left side, and the other is a right wall 3R erected on the right side.
[0030] A bottom wall 40, which will be described next, is provided in a part of the area surrounded by the lower end edge of the standing wall 30. The bottom wall 40 is provided with a pilot hole H2 through which the load chain 1L and the operating chain 1H of the chain block 1 are inserted, penetrating vertically. That is, the bottom wall 40 extends horizontally between the pilot hole H2 and the standing wall 30. To explain the standing wall 30 in more detail based on the pilot hole H2, it is the standing wall 30 that surrounds the block main body 1B between the pilot hole H2 and the top wall 20.
[0031] The bottom wall 40 is provided with three bottom walls 4A, 4B, and 4C as described below. First bottom wall 4A: A wall-shaped portion provided in the left half of the bottom wall 40 Second bottom wall 4B: a wall-shaped portion provided in the right half and rear half of the bottom wall 40 Third bottom wall 4C: a wall-shaped portion provided in the right half and the front half of the bottom wall 40 1, a sheet piece such as an adhesive strip is provided to extend from each of the bottom walls 4A, 4B, and 4C. The sheet piece is folded outwardly relative to the members forming the top wall 20 and the standing wall 30 and overlapped therewith, and fixed to the standing wall 30. However, instead of providing an extension of the sheet piece such as an adhesive strip, the bottom walls 4A, 4B, and 4C may be provided to extend in a flap shape from the standing wall.
[0032] The first bottom wall 4A is cut out in a shape corresponding to the left half (first half pilot hole) of the pilot hole H2 through which the load chain 1L is inserted, and has a U-shape in bottom view. The right half (second half lower hole) of the lower hole H2 through which the operating chain 1H is inserted is disposed in front of the second bottom wall 4B and behind the third bottom wall 4C. In other words, the second bottom wall 4B is disposed behind the right half of the lower hole H2 through which the operating chain 1H is inserted, and the third bottom wall 4C is disposed in front of it. The second bottom wall 4B and the third bottom wall 4C are disposed spaced apart from each other in the front-rear direction.
[0033] In the case of a soundproof structure 10 having the basic configuration described above, in which the top wall 20, the vertical wall 30, and the bottom wall 40 are integrated and inseparable, it is difficult to attach or detach the soundproof structure 10 to the chain block 1 unless the soundproof structure 10 is attached to the chain block 1 in advance or dismantled. Therefore, the soundproof structure 10 of one embodiment is provided with a detachable structure as described below.
[0034] [2-2. Configuration for attachment / detachment] As a configuration for attaching and detaching the soundproof structure 10 to the chain block 1, the soundproof structure 10 of one embodiment is provided with a pair of front and rear separation lines L1, L2 that divide the soundproof structure 10 into left and right halves, as shown in FIG. Each of the pair of separation lines L1, L2 has one end connected to the upper hole H1 and the other end connected to the lower hole H2. Of the pair of separation lines L1, L2 illustrated here, one is a front separation line L1 (first separation line) on the front side with respect to the holes H1, H2, and the other is a rear separation line L2 (second separation line) on the rear side with respect to the holes H1, H2.
[0035] The upper hole H1 is located between one ends of the separation lines L1 and L2, and the lower hole H2 is located between the other ends. In other words, one ends of the separation lines L1 and L2 are arranged spaced apart from each other in the front-rear direction, and similarly, the other ends of the separation lines L1 and L2 are arranged spaced apart from each other in the front-rear direction. That is, when viewed from the left-right direction, the upper hole H1, the front separation line L1, the lower hole H2, and the rear separation line L2 are provided in this order so as to go around the soundproof structure 10.
[0036] The soundproof structure 10 in which the front separation line L1 and the rear separation line L2 are provided via the holes H1, H2 as described above has the following structures 5L, 5R on the left and right (one side and the other side) of the separation lines L1, L2. Left structure 5L: Structure on the left side of the separation lines L1 and L2 (first structure) Right structure 5R: Structure on the right side of the separation lines L1 and L2 (second structure)
[0037] Furthermore, a connecting portion 60 is provided to connect the left structural body 5L and the right structural body 5R in which the top wall 20 and the standing wall 30 are divided by a pair of separation lines L1, L2. In other words, the soundproof structure 10 is provided so as to be freely separated and divided into the left and right structural bodies 5L, 5R at the separation lines L1, L2, and the soundproof structure 10 is provided in a form in which the separation lines L1, L2 are cut between the structural bodies 5L, 5R. Here, the structural bodies 5L, 5R in which the soundproof structure 10 is divided into approximately two equal parts by the separation lines L1, L2 are illustrated. In one embodiment, each of the structural bodies 5L, 5R includes a part of the top wall 20, the standing wall 30, and the bottom wall 40, respectively.
[0038] 1, the left structural body 5L includes the left half of the top wall 20, the left half of the standing wall 30, and the first bottom wall 4A (the left half of the bottom wall 40). In this left structural body 5L, the left half of the top wall 20 is cut out in a shape corresponding to the left half of the upper hole H1 (first half upper hole), and the first bottom wall 4A is cut out in a shape corresponding to the left half of the lower hole H2 as described above. The right structural body 5R includes the right half of the top wall 20, the right half of the standing wall 30, the second bottom wall 4B, and the third bottom wall 4C (the right half of the bottom wall 40). In this right structural body 5R, the right half of the top wall 20 is cut out in a shape corresponding to the right half of the upper hole H1 (second half upper hole), and the second bottom wall 4B and the third bottom wall 4C are disposed in front of and behind the right half of the lower hole H2 as described above.
[0039] The soundproof structure 10 is provided with a connecting portion 60 that connects the structural bodies 5L, 5R into which the top wall 20, the standing wall 30, and the bottom wall 40 are divided. The connecting portion 60 is provided separately from the structures 5L, 5R, and is superimposed on each of the structures 5L, 5R, straddling the structures 5L, 5R. Here, an example is given in which a pair of front and rear connecting portions 60 (so-called "connecting sheets") in a sheet or plate shape are provided so as to cover a part of the separation lines L1, L2 from the outside.
[0040] The left half of each connecting portion 60 is fixed to the left structural body 5L, and the right half is fixed to the right structural body 5R. By fixing the connecting portions 60 in this manner, the two separated structural bodies 5L, 5R are integrally connected to each other by the connecting portions 60. Figures 1 and 2 show an example of the connecting portion 60 superimposed on the outside of a pair of front and rear end walls 3E. Although various known methods can be used to fasten the connecting portion 60 to the structures 5L and 5R, it is preferable to use a fastener such as a screw or a hook-and-loop fastener that can be not only fastened but also released from the viewpoint of ensuring the ease of attachment and detachment of the soundproof structure 10 to the chain block 1. Note that in Figs. 1 and 2, the locations of fasteners that can be applied to the connecting portion 60 are shown as examples with black circles.
[0041] The soundproof structure 10 having the above-mentioned configuration may have room for improvement in terms of improving soundproofing properties depending on the properties of the members used for the structural members 5L, 5R forming the top wall 20, the standing wall 30, and the bottom wall 40, and the connecting portion 60. Therefore, the soundproof structure 10 of one embodiment is provided with a configuration for improving soundproofing, which will be described next.
[0042] [2-3. Configuration for improving soundproofing] As a configuration for improving soundproofing, in one embodiment, the soundproof structure 10 is provided with an inner body B2 on at least a portion of the inside of the outer body B1 (reference numerals for the outer body B1 and the inner body B2 are given only to the front wall 3F in FIG. 1). In terms of the mechanical properties, materials having higher strength and rigidity than the interior body B2 are used for the exterior body B1, and in terms of the soundproofing properties, materials having better sound insulation properties than the interior body B2 are used.
[0043] In terms of mechanical properties, the inner body B2 is made of more flexible materials than the outer body B1, and in terms of soundproofing properties, the inner body B2 is made of materials with better sound absorption properties than the outer body B1. As described above, soundproofing structure 10, which has exterior body B1 and interior body B2 with different properties, has a double structure with a hard outside and a soft inside (i.e., hard on the outside and soft on the inside) consisting of outer exterior body B1, which is responsible for maintaining the structure and shape of soundproofing structure 10 and for providing sound insulation, and inner interior body B2, which improves sound insulation by absorbing noise.
[0044] The exterior body B1 is made of a multi-layered cardboard member and is provided on the entire outer area of the top wall 20, the vertical wall 30, and the bottom wall 40 of the soundproof structure 10. The multi-layered cardboard member is a member that satisfies the inequality "m>3" and the equality "m-1=n" when the number of liners is m [sheets] and the number of cores is n [sheets]. A multi-layered corrugated board component is called double-sided corrugated board when it has three liners and two cores, and called quadruple-sided corrugated board when it has four liners and three cores.
[0045] Depending on the type of flute used in the core, this multi-layered cardboard component is called AB flute if one A flute core and one B flute core (three liners) are used, or AAA flute if three A flute cores (four liners) are used. The multilayer cardboard material used in the outer body B1 is also called reinforced cardboard because it tends to be stronger than double-sided cardboard with two liners and one core, and it is preferable that it has functionality such as pressure resistance, impact strength, weather resistance, and water resistance.
[0046] The interior body B2 is provided on the entire inner area of the top wall 20 and the standing walls 30 of the soundproof structure 10 and on a part of the inner area of the bottom wall 40, and is made of a mat-like nonwoven fabric having sound absorbing properties. An example of such a nonwoven fabric is a dry nonwoven fabric. However, a wet nonwoven fabric or a spunbond nonwoven fabric may also be used for the interior body B2. In addition, the soundproof structure 10 illustrated in one embodiment uses an exterior body B1 and an interior body B2 both made of a vegetable pulp material. Specifically, the exterior body B1 is formed from a multi-layered corrugated cardboard member made of paper, and a nonwoven fabric made from vegetable pulp fiber is placed inside the exterior body B1 as the interior body B2. Note that Fig. 1 shows an example in which the interior body B2 is attached to the walls 20, 30, 4A, and 4B except for the third bottom wall 4C.
[0047] One example of attaching the inner body B2 to the outer body B1 is to use a screw member that is screwed into the inner body B2 in a direction perpendicular to its surface and penetrates the inner body B2, with the tip of the screw member being screwed into the outer body B1. Note that in Figures 1 and 2, locations where the screw member can be used other than the connecting portion 60 are shown with black circles. In order to ensure stable attachment, it is preferable to use special screws suitable for fastening cardboard as screw members used in the fasteners for attaching the inner body B2 to the outer body B1 in this way. The "special screws" referred to here are also preferably used as fasteners for fastening the connecting portion 60 to the structures 5L and 5R, and for fastening the outer flap 22 of the top wall 20 to the inner flap 21.
[0048] [3. Actions and Effects] Since the soundproof structure 10 of the present embodiment has the above-mentioned configuration, it can achieve the following actions and effects. (1) According to the soundproof structure 10, the upper hook 1U is inserted into the upper hole H1 and the load chain 1L and operation chain 1H that suspend the lower hook 1D are inserted into the lower hole H2, so that the soundproof structure 10 can be attached to the chain block 1 so as to cover it. The chain block 1 to which the soundproof structure 10 is attached has the load chain 1L and operation chain 1H inserted into the lower hole H2 and the operation chain 1H hanging down from the lower hole H2, so that the workpiece can be raised and lowered.
[0049] In the soundproof structure 10 attached to the chain block 1 in an operable state, the top wall 20 is placed above the block body 1B, and the standing wall 30 surrounding the block body 1B extends vertically in a form suspended from the top wall 20. Therefore, noise generated from the block body 1B when operating the operating chain 1H of the chain block 1 is structurally soundproofed not only by the surrounding standing wall 30 but also by the top wall 20 above the block body 1B. Whereas soundproof panels used in conventional noise countermeasures have the risk of noise leaking out from above, the soundproof structure 10 of this embodiment can suppress noise leakage not only by the standing wall 30 but also by the top wall 20. Therefore, soundproofing during operation of the chain block can be improved.
[0050] Furthermore, the soundproofing panels used in conventional noise control measures are positioned away from the workspace of the worker operating the chain block. Since the worker operates the chain block between the chain block and the soundproofing panel, the noise generated from the block itself when operating it reaches the worker directly. In contrast, according to the soundproofing structure 10 of this embodiment, a top wall 20 and a standing wall 30 can be placed between the block main body 1B and the workers, and these top wall 20 and standing wall 30 function as soundproofing walls, thereby reducing the noise that reaches the ears of the workers. This can improve the working environment for workers.
[0051] (2) The soundproof structure 10 is provided with a connecting portion 60 that connects the left structural body 5L and the right structural body 5R into which the top wall 20 and the standing wall 30 are separated, as a configuration for attaching and detaching the soundproof structure 10 to the chain block 1. Specifically, the structural bodies 5L, 5R are provided on the left and right of a pair of front and rear separation lines L1, L2 that divide the soundproof structure 10 into left and right parts, and a connecting portion 60 that connects the structural bodies 5L, 5R is provided. Therefore, the soundproof structure 10 can be attached to the chain block 1 (in other words, retrofitted) by the following steps 1A, 2A, and 3A. Step 1A: Either one of the structures 5L or 5R It covers either the left or right side of the block body 1B. Step 2A: Either the structure 5L or the structure 5R is used, It covers either the left or right side of the block body 1B or the other. Step 3A: The structural bodies 5L and 5R are connected to each other by the connecting portion 60.
[0052] Also, the soundproof structure 10 can be removed from the chain block 1 by following steps 1B, 2B, and 3B. Step 1B: The connecting portion 60 connecting the structural bodies 5L and 5R to each other is removed. Step 2B: Either structure 5L or 5R Remove the block body 1B from either the left or right side. Step 3B: Either the structure 5L or the structure 5R Remove the block body 1B from either the left or right side.
[0053] The soundproof structure 10 can be attached to and detached from the chain block 1 by the above-mentioned mounting procedures 1A, 2A, and 3A and removal procedures 1B, 2B, and 3B. In addition, since the connecting parts 60 are provided so as to cover parts of the separation lines L1, L2 from the outside, noise that may leak from the gap between the structures 5L, 5R is structurally insulated by the connecting parts 60. This also improves the soundproofing properties of the chain block 1 during operation.
[0054] (3) In the soundproof structure 10, an inner body B2 made of a sound-absorbing mat-like nonwoven fabric is provided on at least a portion of the inside of an outer body B1 made of a multilayered cardboard member as a configuration for improving soundproofing. Therefore, the outer body B1 ensures the structural strength and rigidity of the soundproof structure 10 and also ensures sound insulation, and the inner body B2 ensures sound absorption. As an example of the mechanism of action of the exterior body B1 and the interior body B2, noise generated in the block main body 1B propagates to the exterior body B1 while being attenuated by the sound absorbing properties of the interior body B2. The noise attenuated by the interior body B2 is prevented from leaking out to the outside or is reflected back in due to the sound insulating properties of the exterior body B1. In this way, the noise generated in the block main body 1B is attenuated inside the soundproof structure 10, thereby further improving the sound insulating properties.
[0055] (4) Since both the exterior body B1 and the interior body B2 are made of a vegetable pulp material, the weight of the soundproof structure 10 can be reduced, which contributes to weight reduction. Compared to a structure in which a wooden or metal exterior body is used, the exterior body B1 made of vegetable pulp materials, including paper cardboard components, is easier to process, such as by partially cutting or bending, and can also improve workability.
[0056] (5) Since the inner body B2 is attached to the outer body B1 by screw members, the workability of attaching the inner body B2 to the outer body B1 can be improved, and the inner body B2 can be easily and securely fitted inside the outer body B1. (6) The soundproof structure 10 is provided with the bottom wall 40 in addition to the top wall 20 and the standing wall 30. This makes it possible to suppress noise emitted downward from the block body 1B, thereby contributing to improved soundproofing.
[0057] [II. Modifications] The above-described embodiment is merely an example, and is not intended to exclude various modifications and application of techniques not explicitly stated in the embodiment. Each configuration of the present embodiment can be modified in various ways without departing from the spirit of the embodiment. In addition, the configurations can be selected as necessary, and can be combined appropriately.
[0058] For example, the embodiment is not limited to the above-described configuration, and the chain block may be omitted and a soundproof structure 10' according to a first modified example shown in Figures 3 and 4 may be used. This soundproof structure 10' differs from the soundproof structure 10 described above in the embodiment in that it does not have a bottom wall and that the connecting portion to the structure is not a separate body. The soundproof structure 10' is box-shaped with no bottom because it does not have a bottom wall, and a pilot hole H2' is provided in the area surrounded by the lower edge of the standing wall 30'.
[0059] As shown in Fig. 3, the soundproofing structure 10' according to the first modification is provided with a connecting portion 60' as a detachable structure that connects a left structural body 5L' and a right structural body 5R' into which a top wall 20' and a standing wall 30' are divided. Either one of the left structural body 5L' and the right structural body 5R' provided in the soundproofing structure 10' exemplified here includes more portions than the other. The right structural body 5R' includes the right outer flap 22' of the exterior body B1' of the top wall 20' and the entire right wall 3R'. The right outer flap 22' is cut out in a shape corresponding to the right half of the upper hole H1'.
[0060] On the other hand, the left structural body 5L' includes the top wall 20' excluding the right outer flap 22' of the exterior body B1 of the top wall 20', the entire end wall 3E' consisting of the front wall 3F' and the rear wall 3B', and the entire left wall 3L'. In the embodiment illustrated here, the left outer flap 22' is cut out in a shape corresponding to the left half of the upper hole H1', and the front inner flap 21' is cut out in a shape corresponding to the front half of the upper hole H1'. Furthermore, the interior body B2' of the top wall 20' included in the left structural body 5L' has the lower half of the upper hole H1' drilled at a location separated from the front, rear, left and right peripheries of the interior body B2', and the cut line 7 connecting the front end edge of the interior body B2' and the lower half of the upper hole H1' is cut. The upper half of the upper hole H1' is drilled in the flaps 21' and 22' of the exterior body B1'.
[0061] In the soundproof structure 10' according to the first modification, a connecting portion 60' is provided integrally with the right structural body 5R'. Here, a first connecting portion 61' and a second connecting portion 62' are shown as examples of the connecting portion 60'. The first connecting portion 61' is connected to the front and rear end edges of the right wall 3R' of the right structural body 5R' and extends from the right wall 3R'. As shown in Fig. 4, this first connecting portion 61' is folded down and overlapped on the outside of the end wall 3E' of the left structural body 5L' and fixed to the end wall 3E' of the left structural body 5L'. The first connecting portion 61' fixed in this manner can be said to form a part of the end wall 3E' (standing wall 30') of the soundproof structure 10'.
[0062] As shown in Figure 3, the second connecting portion 62' can be said to be a part of the top wall 20' because the right-side outer flap 22' of the outer casing B1 of the top wall 20' is fixed to the inner flap 21' of the left structural body 5L'. In addition, the second connecting portion 62' can be said to be integral with the right structural body 5R' and connects the structural bodies 5L' and 5R' to each other. The first connecting portion 61' and the second connecting portion 62' illustrated here are formed integrally with the right structural body 5R', and are not only used as a connecting portion 60' that connects the structural bodies 5L' and 5R', but also as part of the ceiling wall 20' and the vertical wall 30'.
[0063] According to the soundproof structure 10' of the first modified example, the soundproof structure 10' can be retrofitted to a chain block by the following steps 1a, 2a, 3a, and 4a. Step 1a: Place the upper hook of the chain block The inner body B2' is inserted from the cut line 7 into the lower half of the upper hole H1'. Step 2a: Fold down the pair of front and rear inner flaps 21′ above the inner body B2′. The inner body B2' is fixed to the inner flap 21'. Step 3a: Fold down the left outer flap 22' above the inner flap 21'. The left outer flap 22' is fixed to the inner flap 21'. Step 4a: For the left structural member 5L′ attached in steps 1a, 2a, and 3a, The right structural body 5R' is connected by a connecting portion 60'.
[0064] The soundproof structure 10' can be removed from the chain block by reversing the procedure for mounting it to the chain block. As described above, the connecting portion 60', which enables the soundproof structure 10' to be attached and detached to the chain block, is formed integrally with the right structural body 5R', thereby reducing the number of components of the soundproof structure 10', which contributes to simplifying the configuration of the soundproof structure 10'.
[0065] Alternatively, a soundproof structure 10 ″ according to a second modified example shown in FIG. 5 may be used. In this soundproofing structure 10'', a string-like member 8'' is provided as a connecting structure between the structures 5L'' and 5R'', and a fixing portion 81'' and a fastener 82'' are further provided at the location where the string-like member 8'' is attached. The string-like member 8'' is in a free state in which its base (part) is fixed to the fixed portion 81'', and the other part on the opposite side to the base (free end side) is allowed to hang down, and the other part in the free state is provided so as to be freely engaged and detached with respect to the fastener 82''.
[0066] The fixing portion 81'' is provided on a connecting portion 60'' (a portion fixed to either the first structure or the second structure, or either the first structure or the second structure) fixed to the left structure 5L''. A specific example of the fixing portion 81'' is a portion where the base of the string-like member 8'' is fastened together with the screw member exemplified in one embodiment. The fastener 82″ is provided on the right structural body 5R″ (a portion fixed to the other of either the first structural body or the second structural body, or to the other of either the first structural body or the second structural body). One example of the fastener 82″ is one in which the head of the screw member illustrated in one embodiment is provided slightly spaced from the outer surface of the right structural body 5R″.
[0067] In the soundproof structure 10'' having the above-mentioned configuration, if one were to compare it to an envelope with a string that is fastened by wrapping a string around a button, the string-like member 8'' corresponds to the string and the fastener 82'' corresponds to the button. According to the soundproofing structure 10" of the second modified example, the other part of the string-like member 8" can be wound around fastener 82", and if the other part of the string-like member 8" is tied to make a loop, the loop can also be hooked onto fastener 82". In this way, the structures 5L", 5R" can be connected to each other by the string-like member 8". The connection between the structures 5L", 5R" can also be released in the reverse order to the connection between the structures 5L", 5R". Since the structures 5L", 5R" can be connected and released to each other in this way, it contributes to improving the ease of attachment and removal of the soundproofing structure 10".
[0068] Furthermore, if a fixing portion is provided on either the left structure or the right structure and a fastener is provided on the other, it is possible to connect the structures together with a string-like member even if a connecting portion is not provided. In addition, the connecting portion connecting the first structure and the second structure to each other is not limited to being overlapped on the outside of the pair of front and rear end walls, but can be provided at any location such as the top wall or bottom wall.
[0069] In addition, the materials used for the exterior body and the interior body are not limited to plant pulp materials, and various materials such as resin materials and metal materials may be used. Furthermore, the soundproof structure of this embodiment is not limited to a double structure in which the exterior body and the interior body are provided side by side, but may be a single structure in which only the exterior body is provided, or a multiple structure of three or more layers. The soundproof structure does not necessarily require a bottom wall, as long as it has at least a top wall with an upper hole and a vertical wall between the top wall and the lower hole. The soundproof structure is not limited to a structure that can be freely separated into a first structure and a second structure, and may be an inseparable, integrated structure. The front, rear, left and right directions used in the above description of the soundproof structure may be interpreted as the directions in the above embodiments in the patterns 1 to 6 as shown in Table 1 below.
