Description

[Technical field]

[0001] The present disclosure relates to, for example, decorative sheets formed from monolayer films, decorative tack sheets and decorative boards using decorative sheets formed from monolayer films, and methods for producing decorative sheets formed from monolayer films. [Background technology]

[0002] Conventionally, decorative sheets are formed using films made of olefin-based materials due to the problem of gases during combustion. For example, in order to protect a pattern applied to a decorative sheet from surface wear, a decorative sheet is formed from a multi-layer resin film, a pattern is formed on one resin film, and another resin film is bonded to the side of the resin film on which the pattern is formed. (See Patent Documents 1 and 2.) [Prior art documents] [Patent documents]

[0003] [Patent Document 1] JP 2015-199313 A [Patent Document 2] JP 2016-101663 A Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]

[0004] However, the decorative sheet laminated with the above-mentioned resin film requires a process for forming a picture pattern (e.g., a printing process) and a process for laminating the resin film (e.g., a lamination process) during production, which makes the production process complicated. In addition, when imparting a picture pattern to a resin film, there is a problem that the adhesion of the picture pattern, particularly a picture pattern with a low area ratio of halftone dots in which multiple dots are regularly arranged, is reduced, which reduces the design of the decorative sheet.

[0005] The present disclosure has been made in consideration of the above circumstances, and aims to provide a decorative sheet, decorative tack sheet, decorative board, and a method for manufacturing a decorative sheet that has a simple manufacturing process and high designability. [Means for solving the problem]

[0006] In order to solve the above problems, one embodiment of the decorative sheet of the present disclosure includes a transparent raw sheet made of a transparent olefin sheet containing at least one of a dispersant and an inorganic filler as a nano-sized additive, a sealer layer formed on one side of the transparent raw sheet, a colored layer formed on the side of the sealer layer opposite the transparent raw sheet, and a surface protective layer formed on the other side of the transparent raw sheet. In one embodiment of the decorative sheet of the present disclosure, neither one side nor the other side of the transparent raw sheet has a layer made of a resin sheet other than the transparent raw sheet.

[0007] In order to solve the above problems, one aspect of the decorative tack sheet of the present disclosure comprises the above-mentioned decorative sheet, an adhesive layer provided on the side of the decorative sheet opposite the surface protective layer, and a release paper provided on the side of the adhesive layer opposite the decorative sheet.

[0008] In order to solve the above problems, one embodiment of the decorative board of the present disclosure comprises the above-mentioned decorative sheet, an adhesive layer provided on the side of the decorative sheet opposite the surface protective layer, and a substrate provided on the side of the adhesive layer opposite the decorative sheet.

[0009] In order to solve the above problems, one aspect of the manufacturing method for decorative sheets of the present disclosure involves extrusion molding of a transparent polyolefin resin to which at least one of a dispersant and an inorganic filler as nano-sized additives has been added, to form a transparent olefin sheet that will serve as a transparent original roll, forming a sealer layer on one side of the transparent original roll, forming a colored layer on the side of the sealer layer opposite the transparent original roll, and forming a surface protective layer on the other side of the transparent original roll, thereby manufacturing the sealer layer, colored layer, and surface protective layer in-line. Effect of the Invention

[0010] According to one aspect of the present disclosure, it is possible to provide a decorative sheet, a decorative tack sheet, a decorative board, and a method for manufacturing a decorative sheet that has a non-complicated manufacturing process and has high designability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

[0012] Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present technology will be described with reference to the drawings. In the description of the drawings, the same or similar parts are denoted with the same or similar reference numerals, and duplicated descriptions are omitted. Each drawing is schematic and may differ from the actual one. The embodiments shown below are examples of structures and manufacturing methods for embodying the technical ideas of the present technology, and the technical ideas of the present technology are not limited to the structures and manufacturing methods exemplified in the following embodiments. The technical ideas of the present technology can be modified in various ways within the technical scope described in the claims. In addition, the directions of "left and right" and "up and down" in the following description are merely definitions for the convenience of explanation and do not limit the technical ideas of the present disclosure. Therefore, for example, if the paper is rotated 90 degrees, "left and right" and "up and down" are read interchangeably, and of course, if the paper is rotated 180 degrees, "left" becomes "right" and "right" becomes "left".

[0013] 1. First embodiment (1.1) Composition of decorative sheet The configuration of a decorative sheet 1 according to this embodiment will be described below with reference to FIG. The decorative sheet 1 is used, for example, indoors and is attached to the surfaces of fittings (interior doors, entrance storage) and construction materials (trimmings, moldings, baseboards, window frames, door frames) and the like.

[0014] 1, the decorative sheet 1 includes a transparent base material 11, a sealer layer 12, a colored layer 13, and a surface protective layer 14. The colored layer 13 includes a concealing layer 132 and a picture design layer 131. The decorative sheet 1 includes other layers formed by printing or the like on the transparent base material 11, which is a single-layer resin sheet. In this embodiment, the colored layer 13 includes the concealing layer 132 and the picture pattern layer 131, but is not limited to this configuration. That is, the colored layer 13 may include either the concealing layer 132 or the picture pattern layer 131.

[0015] <Transparent fabric> The transparent original sheet 11 is a support for the decorative sheet 1, and is, for example, a single-layer transparent resin sheet. The transparent original sheet 11 may also contain at least one of a dispersant and an inorganic filler as a nano-sized additive.

[0016] An example of the resin material constituting the transparent original roll 11, which is a single-layer transparent resin sheet, is a thermoplastic resin. There is no particular limitation on the thermoplastic resin, and materials similar to the thermoplastic resins used as base layers in conventional decorative sheets can be used. The thickness of the transparent roll 11 is preferably 50 μm or more and 120 μm or less. When the thickness of the transparent roll 11 is 50 μm or more, the strength required as a decorative sheet is sufficient and deterioration of scratch resistance can be suppressed. On the other hand, when the thickness of the transparent roll 11 is 120 μm or less, defects such as whitening and cracking during bending can be suppressed.

[0017] (thermoplastic resin) Examples of thermoplastic resins include polyolefin resins such as polyethylene, polypropylene, polymethylpentene, polybutene, ethylene-propylene copolymer, ethylene-α-olefin copolymer, and propylene-α-olefin copolymer; polyester resins such as polyethylene terephthalate, polybutylene terephthalate, polytetramethylene terephthalate, polyethylene naphthalate, polyethylene terephthalate-isophthalate copolymer, 1,4-cyclohexanedimethanol copolymerized polyethylene terephthalate, polyarylate, and polycarbonate; olefins such as ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer, ethylene-(meth)acrylic acid (ester) copolymer, and ethylene-unsaturated carboxylic acid copolymer metal neutralized product (ionomer); Examples of the resin that can be used include polyolefin resins such as poly(meth)acrylonitrile, polymethyl(meth)acrylate, polyethyl(meth)acrylate, polybutyl(meth)acrylate, and polyacrylamide; polyamide resins such as 6-nylon, 6,6-nylon, and 6,10-nylon; styrene resins such as polystyrene, AS resin, and ABS resin; vinyl resins such as polyvinyl chloride, polyvinyl acetate, polyvinyl alcohol, polyvinyl acetal, and polyvinyl butyral; fluorine resins such as polyvinyl fluoride, polyvinylidene fluoride, polytetrafluoroethylene, ethylene-tetrafluoroethylene copolymer, and ethylene-perfluoroalkyl vinyl ether copolymer; and mixtures, copolymers, composites, and laminates of two or more of these resins.

[0018] In particular, in light of the recent growing social interest in environmental issues, it is not preferable to use thermoplastic resins that contain chlorine (halogen), such as polyvinyl chloride resins, as thermoplastic resins, and it is preferable to use non-halogen thermoplastic resins. In particular, it is most preferable to use a polyester resin (amorphous or biaxially oriented) or a polyolefin resin, particularly a polyolefin resin, as a non-halogen-based thermoplastic resin from the viewpoints of various physical properties, processability, versatility, economic efficiency, etc. For example, it is preferable to use a polypropylene resin containing 30% by mass or more and 100% by mass or less of a highly crystalline homopolypropylene resin having an isotactic pentad fraction (mmmm fraction) of 95% or more as a polyolefin resin. If necessary, the transparent raw sheet 11 may contain one or more additives selected from various additives such as fillers, ultraviolet absorbers, light stabilizers, heat stabilizers, antioxidants, antistatic agents, lubricants, flame retardants, antibacterial agents, antifungal agents, antifriction agents, light scattering agents, and gloss adjusters.

[0019] (Dispersants as nano-sized additives) As a dispersant serving as a nano-sized additive, the transparent base sheet 11 contains nucleating agent vesicles in which a nano-sized nucleating agent is encapsulated in a vesicle. Hereinafter, this "nucleating agent vesicle in which a nano-sized nucleating agent is encapsulated in a vesicle" is also referred to as a "nano-sized nucleating agent." The nano-sized nucleating agent is preferably used by being added to a thermoplastic resin such as a polypropylene resin in the form of a nucleating agent vesicle in which the nucleating agent is encapsulated in a vesicle having a single-layer outer membrane. In this embodiment, the nucleating agent in the resin constituting the transparent raw sheet 11 may be encapsulated in a vesicle with a part of the nucleating agent exposed. Since the transparent raw sheet 11 contains a nucleating agent, the crystallinity is improved, and the scratch resistance (scratch resistance) of the decorative sheet 1 is improved.

[0020] The average particle size of the nano-sized nucleating agent is preferably 1 / 2 or less of the wavelength range of visible light, specifically, 375 nm or less, because the wavelength range of visible light is 400 nm or more and 750 nm or less. Nano-sized nucleating agents have extremely small particle diameters, so the number of nucleating agents present per unit volume and their surface area increase inversely proportional to the cube of the particle diameter. As a result, the distance between each nucleating agent particle becomes closer, so that when crystal growth occurs from the surface of one nucleating agent particle added to the resin, the end from which the crystal is growing immediately comes into contact with the end of the crystal growing from the surface of another nucleating agent particle adjacent to the one nucleating agent particle, and the ends of the crystals inhibit each other's growth, stopping the growth of each crystal. Therefore, the average particle diameter of the spherulites in the crystalline part of the crystalline resin can be reduced, for example, the spherulite size can be reduced to 1 μm or less. As a result, a resin with high crystallinity and high hardness can be obtained. Since the stress concentration between spherulites that occurs during bending can be efficiently dispersed, a resin film that is suppressed from cracking or whitening during bending can be realized.

[0021] When a nucleating agent is simply added, the particle size increases due to secondary aggregation of the nucleating agent in the resin. On the other hand, when nucleating agent vesicles are added, the dispersibility in the resin improves, and the number of crystal nuclei per amount of nucleating agent added increases significantly compared to when a nucleating agent is simply added. This reduces the average particle size of spherulites in the crystalline portion of the resin, suppressing the occurrence of cracks and whitening during bending. Therefore, the addition of nucleating agent vesicles can increase the degree of crystallization, making it possible to achieve both improved elastic modulus and processability.

[0022] The transparent raw roll 11 is formed of a resin material to which a nucleating agent is added, for example, in a range of preferably 0.05 parts by mass or more and 0.5 parts by mass or less, more preferably 0.1 parts by mass or more and 0.3 parts by mass or less, relative to 100 parts by mass of polypropylene resin as the main component. When a nucleating agent vesicle is used, the amount of the nucleating agent added to the resin material is the amount converted into the nucleating agent in the nucleating agent vesicle. If the amount of the nucleating agent added is less than 0.05 parts by mass, the crystallinity of the polypropylene is not sufficiently improved, and the scratch resistance of the transparent raw roll 11 may not be sufficiently improved. In addition, if the amount of the nucleating agent added is more than 0.5 parts by mass, the spherulite growth of the polypropylene is inhibited due to the excessive crystal nuclei, and as a result, the crystallinity of the polypropylene is not sufficiently improved, and the scratch resistance of the transparent raw roll 11 may not be sufficiently improved. Here, the term "main component" refers to a resin material that occupies 50% or more by mass of the resin material that constitutes the transparent roll 11.

[0023] In addition, as a method for nano-sizing the nucleating agent, for example, a solid-phase method in which the nucleating agent is mainly mechanically pulverized to obtain nano-sized particles, a liquid-phase method in which nano-sized particles are synthesized or crystallized in a solution in which the nucleating agent or the nucleating agent is dissolved, and a gas-phase method in which nano-sized particles are synthesized or crystallized from a gas or vapor containing the nucleating agent can be appropriately used. Examples of the solid-phase method include a ball mill, a bead mill, a rod mill, a colloid mill, a conical mill, a disk mill, a hammer mill, and a jet mill. Examples of the liquid-phase method include a crystallization method, a coprecipitation method, a sol-gel method, a liquid-phase reduction method, and a hydrothermal synthesis method. Examples of the gas-phase method include an electric furnace method, a chemical flame method, a laser method, and a thermal plasma method.

[0024] The method of nano-sizing the nucleating agent is preferably the supercritical reverse phase evaporation method. The supercritical reverse phase evaporation method is a method of producing a capsule (nano-sized vesicle) encapsulating a target substance using carbon dioxide in a supercritical state or under temperature or pressure conditions above the critical point. Carbon dioxide in a supercritical state means carbon dioxide in a supercritical state above the critical temperature (30.98°C) and critical pressure (7.3773±0.0030MPa), and carbon dioxide under temperature or pressure conditions above the critical point means carbon dioxide under conditions where only the temperature or only the pressure exceeds the critical condition.

[0025] In addition, a specific nano-processing method using the supercritical reverse phase evaporation method involves first injecting an aqueous phase into a mixed fluid of supercritical carbon dioxide, phospholipids as an outer membrane forming substance, and a nucleating agent as an encapsulating substance, and stirring the mixture to generate an emulsion of supercritical carbon dioxide and aqueous phase. Next, the pressure is reduced, causing the carbon dioxide to expand and evaporate, resulting in phase inversion, and generating nanocapsules (nanovesicles) in which the phospholipids cover the surface of the nucleating agent particles with a single layer membrane. Unlike conventional encapsulation methods in which the outer membrane on the surface of the nucleating agent particles becomes multiple membranes, this supercritical reverse phase evaporation method makes it easy to generate capsules with a single layer membrane, making it possible to prepare capsules with smaller diameters. The nucleating agent vesicle is prepared by, for example, the Bangham method, the extrusion method, the hydration method, the surfactant dialysis method, the reverse phase evaporation method, the freeze-thaw method, the supercritical reverse phase evaporation method, etc. The nucleating agent vesicle is preferably prepared by using the supercritical reverse phase evaporation method.

[0026] The outer membrane constituting the nucleating agent vesicle is, for example, composed of a monolayer membrane, and the outer membrane is composed of a substance containing a biological lipid such as a phospholipid. In this embodiment, the nucleating agent vesicle contained in the transparent raw sheet 11 is preferably a nucleating agent liposome having an outer membrane containing a phospholipid. In this specification, a nucleating agent vesicle having an outer membrane made of a substance containing a biological lipid such as a phospholipid is referred to as a nucleating agent liposome. Examples of phospholipids constituting the outer membrane include glycerophospholipids such as phosphatidylcholine, phosphatidylethanolamine, phosphatidylserine, phosphatidic acid, phosphatidylglycerol, phosphatidylinositol, cardiopin, yolk egg lecithin, hydrogenated yolk egg lecithin, soybean lecithin, and hydrogenated soybean lecithin; and sphingophospholipids such as sphingomyelin, ceramide phosphorylethanolamine, and ceramide phosphorylglycerol.

[0027] Other substances that become the outer membrane of the vesicle include dispersants such as nonionic surfactants and mixtures of nonionic surfactants with cholesterols or triacylglycerols. Among these, nonionic surfactants can be used, for example, one or more of polyglycerol ether, dialkylglycerin, polyoxyethylene hydrogenated castor oil, polyoxyethylene alkyl ether, polyoxyethylene sorbitan fatty acid ester, sorbitan fatty acid ester, polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene copolymer, polybutadiene-polyoxyethylene copolymer, polybutadiene-poly(2-vinylpyridine), polystyrene-polyacrylic acid copolymer, polyethylene oxide-polyethylethylene copolymer, polyoxyethylene-polycaprolactam copolymer, etc. As cholesterols, for example, cholesterol, α-cholestanol, β-cholestanol, cholestane, desmosterol (5,24-cholestadiene-3β-ol), sodium cholate, cholecalciferol, etc. can be used.

[0028] The outer membrane of the liposome may be formed from a mixture of a phospholipid and a dispersant. In the decorative sheet 1 of this embodiment, it is preferable that the nucleating agent vesicle is a radical scavenger liposome having an outer membrane made of a phospholipid, and by forming the outer membrane from a phospholipid, it is possible to improve the compatibility between the resin material, which is the main component of the decorative sheet 1, and the vesicle. The nucleating agent is not particularly limited as long as it is a substance that is the starting point of crystallization when the resin crystallizes. Examples of the nucleating agent include metal phosphate salts, metal benzoates, metal pimelate salts, metal rosin salts, benzylidene sorbitol, quinacridone, cyanine blue, and talc. In particular, in order to maximize the effect of the nano-processing, it is preferable to use metal phosphate salts, metal benzoates, metal pimelate salts, and metal rosin salts that are non-melting and can be expected to have good transparency, but if the material itself can be made transparent by the nano-processing, colored quinacridone, cyanine blue, talc, etc. can also be used. In addition, a non-melting nucleating agent may be appropriately mixed with melting benzylidene sorbitol.

[0029] The transparent roll 11 containing such a resin material and a nucleating agent is characterized in that the nucleating agent encapsulated in vesicles is added to the resin material to crystallize the resin material when the resin film that becomes the transparent roll 11 is formed. By adding the nucleating agent encapsulated in vesicles to the resin composition, the dispersibility of the nucleating agent in the resin material, i.e., in the transparent roll 11, is dramatically improved. On the other hand, it is assumed that there are cases in which it is difficult to directly identify the nucleating agent encapsulated in the vesicles based on the structure and properties of the finished decorative sheet 1, and this is impractical. The reasons for this are as follows.

[0030] The nucleating agent added in the form of a vesicle is dispersed with high dispersibility, and is highly dispersed in the transparent raw sheet 11 even in the form of a laminate, which is the precursor of the produced decorative sheet 1. However, in the process of producing the decorative sheet 1, the laminate is usually subjected to various treatments such as compression and hardening, and such treatments may cause the outer membrane of the vesicles encapsulating the nucleating agent to break down or undergo chemical reactions. For this reason, depending on the processing process of the decorative sheet 1, there is a high possibility that the outer membrane of the nucleating agent in the finished decorative sheet 1 may be broken down, or the state of the chemical reaction may vary, resulting in the nucleating agent not being enclosed (enveloped) by the outer membrane.

[0031] Furthermore, when the nucleating agent is not encapsulated in the outer membrane, it is difficult to specify the physical properties of the nucleating agent itself within a numerical range, and it is also anticipated that it may be difficult to determine whether the material constituting the crushed outer membrane is the outer membrane of the vesicle or a material added separately from the nucleating agent. Thus, although the present disclosure differs from the prior art in that the nucleating agent is highly dispersed in the decorative sheet 1, it is anticipated that there may be cases in which it is impractical to determine within a numerical range a structure or characteristics of the decorative sheet 1 that are analyzed based on measurements, whether this is because the nucleating agent is added in the form of vesicles encapsulating the nucleating agent.

[0032] (Inorganic filler) When inorganic filler is added to the transparent raw material 11, a transparent raw material 11 having high hardness can be formed by using a resin material containing inorganic particles with high hardness, and a decorative sheet 1 having high scratch resistance can be obtained.

[0033] Examples of inorganic particles include nano-sized fine particles made of inorganic materials such as silica, glass, alumina, titania, zirconia, calcium carbonate, and barium sulfate. The transparent original sheet 11 is formed from a resin material to which inorganic particles are added in an amount within a range of 0.05 parts by mass to 0.5 parts by mass with respect to 100 parts by mass of the resin material, for example.

[0034] The transparent raw sheet 11 is formed, for example, by heating and melting a resin material such as a polypropylene resin containing at least one of nucleating agent vesicles and nano-sized inorganic particles, and extrusion molding the melted resin material.

[0035] <Sealer layer> The sealer layer 12 is a layer laminated on one surface (the lower surface in FIG. 1) of the transparent original roll 11 in order to improve the adhesion of the colored layer 13 (picture pattern layer 131 and concealing layer 132) formed by printing, for example. By having the sealer layer 12, the adhesion of the printing ink can be improved, and the adhesion of the printing ink can be significantly improved particularly in areas with low print density (i.e., the area ratio of the area where the printing ink is applied in a given area).

[0036] The sealer layer 12 is formed, for example, using the same resin material as the colored layer 13 (particularly the picture pattern layer 131) described later. For example, when the picture pattern layer 131 is formed with a printing ink containing a urethane resin, the sealer layer 12 is formed by providing a urethane resin layer on the entire surface of one side of the transparent roll 11. The sealer layer 12 has a basis weight of 0.5 g / m 2 It is preferable to apply and harden a desired resin material so that the coating weight of the resin material is 0.5 g / m or more. 2 By doing so, the adhesion of the colored layer 13 to the sealer layer 12 and the adhesion of the sealer layer 12 to the transparent substrate 11 can be improved.

[0037] <Colored layer> The colored layer 13 has at least one of a picture pattern layer 131 and a concealing layer 132. That is, the colored layer 13 may be the picture pattern layer 131 formed on the surface of the sealer layer 12 opposite the transparent original roll 11, or may be the concealing layer 132 formed on the surface of the sealer layer 12 opposite the transparent original roll 11. The colored layer 13 may also be a layer in which the picture pattern layer 131 and the concealing layer 132 formed on the surface of the picture pattern layer 131 opposite the sealer layer 12 are laminated. The concealing layer 132 and the picture design layer 131 will be described below.

[0038] (Pattern layer) 1, the picture pattern layer 131 is provided on one surface of the transparent roll 11 via a sealer layer 12. The picture pattern layer 131 is a layer for imparting design to the decorative sheet 1. The picture pattern layer 131 is a layer on which a desired picture pattern is printed by, for example, gravure printing etc. The printing method is not limited to the above-mentioned gravure printing, and various printing methods such as offset printing, letterpress printing, flexographic printing, screen printing, inkjet printing, electrostatic printing, etc. can be applied.

[0039] The pattern of the picture pattern layer 131 can be set arbitrarily according to the purpose of use, the user's preference, etc., and can be, for example, a wood grain pattern, a stone pattern, an abstract pattern, etc. In addition, the type of pattern is not limited to a picture pattern, and can be, for example, a full-surface solid print, etc. As the printing ink used in the printing method, for example, a printing ink containing a urethane resin (cyan, magenta, yellow, etc.) is preferably used. Note that, although the printing ink is exemplified as a printing ink containing a urethane resin, the printing ink is not limited thereto, and may be, for example, a colorant such as an organic or inorganic dye or pigment, or may be a colorant in which the colorant is dispersed in a binder such as a synthetic resin together with appropriate additives such as a filler, a tackifier, a plasticizer, a stabilizer, a dispersant, a defoamer, a leveling agent, a surfactant, a drying agent, or a solvent or diluent.

[0040] (hidden layer) The concealing layer 132 is provided so as to cover the picture pattern layer 131 on one side of the transparent original roll 11, and is located on the surface of the back side (the lower side in Fig. 1) of the decorative sheet 1 as shown in Fig. 1. The concealing layer 132 is a layer that imparts concealment to the decorative sheet 1, that is, a layer that conceals the color and pattern of the attachment surface of the decorative sheet 1. In order to impart concealment, the concealing layer 132 is a solid layer in which, for example, printing ink is applied over the entire surface. The concealing layer 132 is formed by printing, for example, gravure printing, etc. The printing ink for the concealing layer 132 is, for example, a printing ink containing a two-liquid urethane resin.

[0041] The concealing layer 132 may contain at least one of an ultraviolet absorbing agent, a light stabilizer, etc. as a weather resistance agent. In addition, the concealing layer 132 may contain at least one of an epoxy resin, an acrylic resin, and a rust inhibitor in order to improve corrosion resistance.

[0042] <Surface protective layer> The surface protective layer 14 is a transparent layer for imparting weather resistance, bending workability, scratch resistance, and cleanability to the decorative sheet 1, and is formed on the other surface side (upper side in FIG. 1) of the transparent original roll 11. In other words, the surface protective layer 14 is a layer that forms the outermost layer on the other surface side of the transparent original roll 11 in the decorative sheet 1.

[0043] The surface protection layer 14 is preferably formed from, for example, a polyester resin, an acrylic resin, a fluororesin, or the like, and is particularly preferably formed from an acrylic resin. A matting agent for adjusting the gloss or an additive for imparting deodorizing properties, fragrance, etc. may be added to the surface protective layer 14. In addition, the surface protective layer 14 preferably contains at least one of an ultraviolet absorbing agent and a light stabilizer as a weather resistance agent.

[0044] Furthermore, an antiviral treatment may be applied to the surface protective layer 14. An example of the antiviral treatment is a method of adding an antiviral agent to the surface protective layer 14. As the antiviral agent, for example, an inorganic additive carrying silver ions can be used. Although the method of performing antiviral treatment on surface protective layer 14 by adding an antiviral agent to surface protective layer 14 has been described, the present invention is not limited to this, and antiviral treatment on surface protective layer 14 may also be performed by applying an antiviral agent to the surface of surface protective layer 14.

[0045] The decorative sheet according to the first embodiment described above is an example of the decorative sheet according to the present disclosure. The decorative sheet according to the present disclosure is not limited to the first embodiment described above, and various modifications can be made to the form of this embodiment according to the design, etc., as long as they do not deviate from the technical idea of the present disclosure.

[0046] (1.2) Modifications In the above-described embodiment, the decorative sheet 1 is formed by laminating the surface protection layer 14, the transparent base material 11, the sealer layer 12 and the colored layer 13 (the picture pattern layer 131 and the concealing layer 132) in this order, but this configuration is not limited to this. Below, each of the modified examples of the decorative sheet 1 will be explained.

[0047] (1.2.1) Variation 1 In the decorative sheet 1 described above, a single surface protective layer 14 is provided, but the present invention is not limited to this configuration. As shown in FIG. 2, the decorative sheet 1A of the first modification has a first surface protective layer 141 formed on the entire surface of the other side of the transparent original roll 11, and a second surface protective layer 142 provided on the side of the first surface protective layer 141 opposite the transparent original roll 11, as the surface protective layer 14. The first surface protective layer 141 has a similar configuration to the surface protective layer 14 described in the above embodiment. The second surface protective layer 142 is formed with a picture pattern that is in harmony with the picture pattern of the picture pattern layer 131. The second surface protective layer 142 may have the same gloss as the first surface protective layer 141, i.e., the same gloss level, or may have a different gloss from the first surface protective layer 141. When the gloss of the second surface protective layer 142 is different from the gloss of the first surface protective layer 141, the picture pattern of the picture pattern layer 131 is emphasized, and a decorative sheet 1A having high designability can be obtained. That is, in the decorative sheet 1A, a second surface protective layer 142, a first surface protective layer 141, a transparent base material 11, a sealer layer 12, and a colored layer 13 (a picture pattern layer 131 and a concealing layer 132) are laminated in this order. The first surface protective layer 141 and the second surface protective layer 142 will be described in detail below.

[0048] (first surface protective layer) The first surface protective layer 141 may have a configuration similar to that of the surface protective layer 14 of the decorative sheet 1 described above. That is, the first surface protective layer 141 is preferably formed of, for example, polyester resin, acrylic resin, acrylic urethane resin, fluororesin, or the like, and is particularly preferably formed of acrylic urethane resin. The surface protective layer 14 may contain a matting agent for adjusting the gloss, an additive for imparting deodorizing properties, fragrance, etc., and weather resistance agents such as an ultraviolet absorbing agent and a light stabilizer. Furthermore, the surface protective layer 14 may be subjected to an antiviral treatment.

[0049] (Second surface protective layer) The second surface protective layer 142 is made of the same resin material as the first surface protective layer 141, and is made to have a lower gloss than the first surface protective layer 141 by, for example, adjusting the amount of a matting agent added. By forming the second surface protective layer 142 in harmony with the picture pattern of the picture pattern layer 131 with a gloss (luster) different from that of the first surface protective layer 141, a high designability can be obtained.

[0050] (1.2.2) Variation 2 3, the decorative sheet 1B of the second modification may have an embossed portion 143 provided in harmony with the picture pattern of the picture pattern layer 131 on the side of the surface protective layer 14 having a first surface protective layer 141 and a second surface protective layer 142 opposite the transparent original roll 11. That is, in the decorative sheet 1B, the second surface protective layer 142, the first surface protective layer 141, the transparent original roll 11, the sealer layer 12, and the colored layer 13 (picture pattern layer 131 and concealing layer 132) are laminated in this order, and the embossed portion 143 is provided so as to reach from the surface side of the surface protective layer 14 to the transparent original roll 11.

[0051] (1.2.3) Variation 3 4, the decorative sheet 1C of the third modification further includes a primer layer 15 formed on one side (the side on which the colored layer 13 is formed) of the transparent original roll 11 at a position furthest from the transparent original roll 11. That is, in the decorative sheet 1C, the surface protective layer 14 (first surface protective layer 141 and second surface protective layer 142), the transparent original roll 11, the sealer layer 12, the colored layer 13 (picture pattern layer 131 and concealing layer 132), and the primer layer 15 are laminated in this order. 4, the surface protective layer 14 has a structure including the first surface protective layer 141 and the second surface protective layer 142, but the surface protective layer 14 may have a single-layer structure. The primer layer 15 will be described in detail below.

[0052] <Primer layer> The primer layer 15 is a layer for improving adhesion between the decorative sheet 1 and the attachment surface of the decorative sheet 1C. In addition to improving adhesion to the attachment surface of the decorative sheet 1C, the primer layer 15 also has functions such as surface stabilization after surface treatment, corrosion prevention of metal surfaces, imparting adhesion, and preventing deterioration of the adhesive. The primer layer 15 is formed by, for example, gravure printing or the like, so that the solid content is 1 g / m 2 The urethane resin is applied so as to form the above-mentioned.

[0053] (1.2.4) Variation 4 5, the decorative sheet 1D of the fourth modification further includes a moisture-proof layer 16 on the surface of the primer layer 15 facing the transparent original roll 11. That is, in the decorative sheet 1D, the surface protective layer 14 (first surface protective layer 141 and second surface protective layer 142), the transparent original roll 11, the sealer layer 12, the colored layer 13 (picture pattern layer 131 and concealing layer 132), the moisture-proof layer 16, and the primer layer 15 are laminated in this order. 5, the surface protective layer 14 has a structure including the first surface protective layer 141 and the second surface protective layer 142, but the surface protective layer 14 may have a single-layer structure. The moisture-proof layer 16 will now be described in detail.

[0054] <Moisture-proof layer> The moisture-proof layer 16 is a layer for improving the moisture-proof property of the decorative sheet 1D. The moisture-proof layer 16 has at least a resin layer and a vapor-deposited layer formed by vapor-depositing an inorganic material such as alumina or silica. In this case, the vapor-deposited layer is provided at a position farther from the transparent original roll 11 than the resin layer. The moisture-proof layer 16 may further have an anchor coat layer provided on the colored layer 13 side of the moisture-proof layer 16, or an overcoat layer provided on the primer layer 15 side of the moisture-proof layer 16. The resin layer may be made of a polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) resin, a polyethylene naphthalate (PEN) resin, a polyethylene naphthalate (PET) resin, a nylon resin, or the like.

[0055] In addition, in the case where the moisture-proof layer 16 in the decorative sheet 1D has a primer function, the primer layer 15 may not be provided.

[0056] (1.2.5) Variation 5 6, the decorative sheet 1E of the fifth modification may include a barrier layer 17 that suppresses the transmission of volatile organic compounds between the primer layer 15 and the moisture-proof layer 16. That is, in the decorative sheet 1E, the surface protective layer 14 (first surface protective layer 141 and second surface protective layer 142), the transparent original roll 11, the sealer layer 12, the colored layer 13 (picture pattern layer 131 and concealing layer 132), the moisture-proof layer 16, the barrier layer 17, and the primer layer 15 are laminated in this order. Note that the order in which the moisture-proof layer 16 and the barrier layer 17 are laminated may be reversed. 6, the surface protective layer 14 has a structure including the first surface protective layer 141 and the second surface protective layer 142, but the surface protective layer 14 may have a single-layer structure. The barrier layer 17 will be described in detail below.

[0057] <Barrier layer> The barrier layer 17 is a layer for suppressing the permeation of volatile organic substances in the decorative sheet 1E. Examples of volatile organic substances include toluene, xylene, trimethylbenzene, caprolactam, butylhydroxytoluene, diethylhexyl phthalate, etc. The decorative sheet 1E provided with the barrier layer 17 can suppress the permeation of volatile organic substances generated from the wall of the attachment surface, etc. The barrier layer 17 is, for example, a layer formed of silicon oxide. The barrier layer 17 is formed, for example, by CVD (Chemical Vapor Deposition) sputtering processing or the like. The barrier layer may also be a layer formed by applying or printing a two-component curing acrylic resin.

[0058] In addition, when the barrier layer 17 in the decorative sheet 1B has a primer function, it is not necessary to provide the primer layer 15. In addition, when the barrier layer 17 in the decorative sheet 1B has a moisture-proof function, it is not necessary to provide the moisture-proof layer 16.

[0059] (1.2.6) Variation 6 In the decorative sheet 1 described above, a single-layer transparent original sheet 11 is provided, but the present invention is not limited to this configuration. The transparent original roll 11 of the decorative sheet 1A of modification 6 is a single-layer film having a laminated structure in which a first transparent skin layer 112, a transparent core layer 111, and a second transparent skin layer 113 are laminated in this order, as shown in Fig. 7. That is, in the decorative sheet 1A, the surface protective layer 14, the transparent original roll 11 (the first transparent skin layer 112, the transparent core layer 111, and the second transparent skin layer 113), the sealer layer 12, and the colored layer 13 (the picture pattern layer 131 and the concealing layer 132) are laminated in this order. The transparent core layer 111, the first transparent skin layer 112, and the second transparent skin layer 113 will be described below. Explain in detail.

[0060] (Transparent core layer) The transparent core layer 111 is formed of, for example, a thermoplastic resin. There are no particular limitations on the thermoplastic resin, and materials similar to the thermoplastic resins used as base layers in conventional decorative sheets can be used. For example, the transparent core layer 111 is preferably a transparent polyolefin layer such as a transparent polypropylene layer.

[0061] (First transparent skin layer, second transparent skin layer) The first transparent skin layer 112 and the second transparent skin layer 113 are formed of a thermoplastic resin containing at least one of a dispersant and an inorganic filler as a nano-sized additive. That is, the first transparent skin layer 112 and the second transparent skin layer 113 are formed of the same material as the transparent original roll 11 of the decorative sheet 1. Such a transparent raw sheet 11 is manufactured by extrusion molding of a transparent thermoplastic resin. Specifically, a transparent thermoplastic resin to which at least one of the above-mentioned dispersant and inorganic filler is added, and a transparent thermoplastic resin to which neither dispersant nor inorganic filler is added are extrusion molded to have a two-kind three-layer structure of a first transparent skin layer 112, a transparent core layer 111, and a second transparent skin layer 113 in this order.

[0062] (1.3) Manufacturing method of decorative sheet A method for producing the decorative sheet 1 described above will now be described. First, a transparent raw material sheet 11 is formed. A transparent olefin sheet that becomes the transparent raw material sheet 11 is formed by extrusion molding a transparent polyolefin resin to which at least one of a dispersant and an inorganic filler as a nano-sized additive has been added. At this time, when the transparent raw roll 11 is a monolayer film having a two-kind three-layer laminate structure, a transparent polyolefin resin to which at least one of a dispersant and an inorganic filler as a nano-sized additive is added, a transparent polyolefin resin, and a transparent polyolefin resin to which at least one of a dispersant and an inorganic filler is added are extruded to form the transparent raw roll 11. By carrying out the above-mentioned extrusion molding, a transparent raw roll 11 can be formed, which is a monolayer film having a transparent core layer 111 formed of a transparent polyolefin resin, and a first transparent skin layer 112 and a second transparent skin layer 113 provided on the front and back sides of the transparent core layer, respectively, and formed of a transparent polyolefin resin to which at least one of a dispersant and an inorganic filler is added.

[0063] Next, a sealer layer 12 is formed on one surface of the transparent sheet 11 . In addition, a colored layer 13 is formed on the surface of the sealer layer 12 opposite to the transparent original roll 11. When the colored layer 13 has a picture pattern layer 131 and a concealing layer 132, the colored layer 13 is formed by forming the picture pattern layer 131 and the concealing layer 132 in this order on the surface of the sealer layer 12 opposite to the transparent original roll 11.

[0064] Furthermore, a surface protective layer 14 is formed on the other surface side of the transparent original roll 11. When the surface protective layer 14 has a first surface protective layer 141 and a second surface protective layer 142, an acrylic urethane resin is applied and cured on the other surface side of the transparent original roll 11 to form the first surface protective layer 141, and then an acrylic urethane resin having a lower gloss than the first surface protective layer 141 is applied and cured on the first surface protective layer 141 to form the second surface protective layer 142. At this time, the sealer layer 12, the colored layer 13, and the surface protective layer 14 are formed in-line. This allows the sealer layer 12, the colored layer 13, and the surface protective layer 14 to be easily formed in-line on the transparent original roll of a single-layer film, making the manufacturing process less cumbersome and providing high adhesion of the colored layer 13 to the transparent original roll 11 due to the sealer layer 12, thereby making it possible to obtain a decorative sheet 1 with excellent design.

[0065] 2. Second embodiment Hereinafter, the configuration of the decorative tuck sheet 50 according to this embodiment will be described with reference to FIG. The decorative tack sheet 50, like the decorative sheet 1, is used, for example, indoors and is attached to the surfaces of fittings (interior doors, entrance storage) and construction materials (trimmings, moldings, baseboards, window frames, door frames), etc.

[0066] As shown in Fig. 8, the decorative tack sheet 50 comprises a decorative sheet (decorative sheet 1A in Fig. 8), an adhesive layer 51 provided on the surface of the decorative sheet 1A opposite to the surface protective layer 14, and a release paper 52 provided on the surface of the adhesive layer 51 opposite to the decorative sheet 1A. Note that the decorative tack sheet 50 uses the decorative sheet 1A described in the first embodiment as the decorative sheet, but is not limited to this configuration. The decorative tack sheet 50 can use, for example, any of the decorative sheets (decorative sheets 1, 1B to 1F) described in the first embodiment as the decorative sheet.

[0067] The adhesive layer 51 of the decorative tack sheet 50 is exposed by peeling off the release paper 52. The adhesive layer 51 side of the decorative tack sheet 50 can be attached to an attachment surface of a fixture or the like, and the decorative tack sheet 50 can be easily attached to the attachment surface.

[0068] 3. Third embodiment Hereinafter, the configuration of the decorative board 60 according to this embodiment will be described with reference to FIG. As shown in Fig. 9, decorative board 60 includes a decorative sheet (decorative sheet 1A in Fig. 9), an adhesive layer 61 provided on the surface of decorative sheet 1A opposite to surface protective layer 14, and a base material 62 provided on the surface of adhesive layer 61 opposite to decorative sheet 1A. Note that decorative board 60 uses decorative sheet 1A described in the first embodiment as the decorative sheet, but is not limited to this configuration. For example, decorative board 60 can use any of the decorative sheets (decorative sheets 1, 1B to 1F) described in the first embodiment as the decorative sheet.

[0069] The base material 62 may be, for example, a wood board, a medium density fiberboard (MDF), a particle board, a metal board, a non-flammable board, a composite board made of a plurality of materials, or a flash base material, etc. The base material 62 may also be a laminate of plywood and MDF. Furthermore, a primer layer, a masking layer (not shown), or the like may be provided on the surface of the substrate 62 facing the decorative sheet 1. EXAMPLES

[0070] The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to examples. In the following examples and comparative examples, the material of the back surface coating layer was changed to evaluate the adhesion of the back surface coating layer. The invention according to the present disclosure is not limited to the embodiments described in the following examples.

[0071] <Example 1> In Example 1, a decorative sheet, which is a single-layer sheet, was formed using the following materials and procedures.

[0072] Transparent polypropylene resin containing weathering agents and nano-sized additives, called dispersants, was melt-kneaded, extruded and molded to a thickness of 70 μm after curing, and then cured to form a transparent base sheet with a thickness of 70 μm.

[0073] Next, a sealer layer was formed on one side of the transparent raw sheet. The sealer layer was made of a urethane resin with a weight per unit area of 0.5 g / m2 after drying. 2 The resultant was then gravure printed so as to form a layer of the desired shape, followed by drying. Next, a picture pattern was printed on the sealer layer using an ink that was a urethane resin, and dried to form a picture pattern layer. After this, a two-liquid urethane resin ink containing titanium oxide as a coloring pigment was used to print solidly on the entire surface of the sealer layer after the picture pattern layer was formed, and dried to form a concealing layer. At this time, as the picture pattern layer, both a sample in which a picture pattern layer was formed by printing a plurality of regularly arranged dots with a dot area ratio of 20% and a sample in which a picture pattern layer was formed by printing dots with a dot area ratio of 40% were formed.

[0074] Finally, an acrylic two-component curing resin (acrylic urethane resin manufactured by DIC Graphics) was applied to the other side (the side on which the sealer layer was not formed) of the transparent original roll of each sample so that the thickness after drying was 6 μm, and then dried to form a first surface protective layer. Furthermore, an acrylic two-component curing resin (acrylic urethane resin manufactured by DIC Graphics) similar to that of the first surface protective layer was printed on the surface of the first surface protective layer with a pattern that was in sync with the pattern of the pattern layer, and then dried to form a second surface protective layer having a lower gloss than the first surface protective layer. This formed a surface protective layer having a first surface protective layer and a second surface protective layer. The surface protective layer was formed in-line with the sealer layer, the pattern layer, and the concealing layer. In this manner, the decorative sheet of Example 1 was produced.

[0075] <Comparative Example 1> A decorative sheet of Comparative Example 1 was prepared in the same manner as in Example 1, except that no sealer layer was provided.

[0076] [evaluation] (1) Printability The decorative sheets of Example 1 and Comparative Example 1 (two samples each) as described above were visually inspected from the surface protective layer side, and the adhesion of the halftone dots of the picture design layer was visually inspected and evaluated according to the following criteria. ○: The outline of the dots is clearly visible △: There is bleeding around the outline of the dots. ×: The outline of the dots is distorted and the dot shape is significantly distorted.

[0077] (2) Adhesion to substrate The back side of the decorative sheet of Example 1 and Comparative Example 1 described above, i.e., the side with the concealing layer, was bonded to a 3 mm thick MDF board using a water-based urethane adhesive, and then pressed using a press heated to 30°C to 50°C to produce the decorative boards of Example 1 and Comparative Example 1, respectively.

[0078] Next, two 1-inch-wide notches were made in the surface of each decorative board on the side of the decorative sheet. The decorative sheet between the notches was then peeled off and the adhesion strength was measured. The adhesion strength of the decorative sheet in the decorative board of Example 1 (average adhesion strength of the decorative sheet of two samples) was compared with the adhesion strength of the decorative sheet in the decorative board of Comparative Example 1 (average adhesion strength of the decorative sheet of two samples) and evaluated according to the following criteria. Note that the evaluation of adhesion to the substrate was based on Comparative Example 1, so ◯: The adhesive strength of the decorative sheet in the decorative board of Example 1 is equal to or greater than the adhesive strength of the decorative sheet in the decorative board of Comparative Example 1 ×: The adhesive strength of the decorative sheet in the decorative board of Example 1 is less than the adhesive strength of the decorative sheet in the decorative board of Comparative Example 1.

[0079] To check the adhesion to the substrate, the state of the decorative sheet when it was peeled off was visually inspected and evaluated according to the following criteria. ○: The MDF board was destroyed and the decorative sheet was peeled off. ×: The concealing layer of the decorative sheet has undergone cohesive failure, and part of the concealing layer remains on the MDF board.

[0080] The evaluation results of Example 1 and Comparative Example 1 are shown in Table 1 below.

[0081] [Table 1]

[0082] From the state of printing in Table 1 and Comparative Example 1, the decorative sheet of Comparative Example 1, which did not have a sealer layer on one side of the transparent base roll, showed that the outline of the dots did not bleed and maintained their shape when the dot area rate was 20%, but the outline of the dots collapsed and bled when the dot area rate was 40%. Also, when the decorative board using the decorative sheet of Comparative Example 1 was peeled off from the MDF board, the peeled off decorative sheet was in a broken state of the substrate material, and although there was a concern that the provision of a sealer layer would reduce adhesion to the substrate, it was found that the adhesion to the substrate was maintained even when the sealer layer was provided.

[0083] On the other hand, from checking the printing state of Table 1 and Example 1, the decorative sheet of Example 1, in which a picture pattern layer and a concealing layer were provided on one side of a transparent base roll via a sealer layer, maintained the shape of the dots, which are the picture pattern layer, without bleeding, regardless of whether the dot area rate was 20% or 40%. Also, in the decorative board using the decorative sheet of Example 1, when the decorative sheet was peeled off from the MDF board, the peeled off decorative sheet was in a broken state of the substrate material, indicating that the adhesion of the concealing layer to the transparent roll reduction in the decorative sheet was good.

[0084] Furthermore, it was found that the decorative sheet of Example 1 had higher adhesion strength to MDF boards when made into a decorative board compared to the decorative sheet of Comparative Example 1, and was able to achieve both high design quality and high adhesion.

[0085] Although the embodiments of the present disclosure have been described above, the above embodiments are merely examples of devices and methods for embodying the technical ideas of the present disclosure, and the technical ideas of the present disclosure do not specify the materials, shapes, structures, arrangements, etc. of the components. The technical ideas of the present disclosure can be modified in various ways within the technical scope defined by the claims. [Explanation of symbols]
