Abstract
Description
[Technical field]
[0001] The present invention relates to a liquid treatment nozzle for performing cavitation treatment on a liquid. [Background technology]
[0002] As prior art, various nozzles have been proposed in which a throttle section is provided in the water flow path using a venturi or orifice, and dissolved air is precipitated as fine bubbles by the pressure reduction effect when the water passes through at a high flow rate (see Patent Documents 1 to 3). The methods disclosed in Patent Documents 1 and 2 are to arrange a screw member in the middle of the flow path and further increase the speed of the water flow in the thread root or the gap formed between the opposing screw members, and it is described that the cavitation efficiency is improved and nanobubbles can be generated at a higher density. Here, in order to increase the cavitation efficiency, it is important to increase the arrangement density (valley point density) of the screw roots, which are the cavitation points, in the flow path cross section. As a related art that solves this problem, Patent Document 3 discloses a nozzle body having a single liquid flow passage with a circular cross section, with a liquid inlet at one end and a liquid outlet at the other end, and a partial section of the liquid flow passage defined as a cavitation treatment section, and a plurality of screw members that are attached to the nozzle body in the cavitation treatment section so that the tip side of the leg protrudes into the flow passage, and have a thread pitch and thread root depth of 0.20 mm or more and 0.40 mm or less, and a nominal screw diameter M of 1.0 mm or more and 2.0 mm or less, and the cavitation treatment section has a plurality of imaginary screw arrangement surfaces that are perpendicular to the central axis of the liquid flow passage and are set along the central axis, and the screw members are The liquid treatment nozzle has a structure in which two or more of the legs are distributed to each of the screw arrangement surfaces with the longitudinal direction of the legs being arranged along the screw arrangement surfaces, and the liquid having dissolved gas is circulated from the liquid inlet to the liquid outlet, and the liquid is brought into contact with thread grooves formed on the outer peripheral surface of the legs of the screw member while accelerating in the cavitation treatment unit, thereby performing cavitation treatment on the liquid based on reduced pressure deposition of the dissolved gas. The cavitation treatment unit is arranged so that a total of eight or more of the screw members are distributed to two or more of the screw arrangement surfaces, and the area of the liquid flow region of the liquid flow path is 3.8 mm on each of the screw arrangement surfaces. 2 or more is ensured, an in-plane flow area ratio, which is defined as the ratio of the liquid flow area to the total cross-sectional area of the liquid flow path, is ensured to be 40% or more, and when the total number of valley points located in an area within 70% of the radius of the liquid flow path from the center of the cross-section of the liquid flow path, projected onto a plane perpendicular to the central axis, among all thread arrangement surfaces is defined as a 70% valley point area density, which is calculated by dividing the total number by the cross-sectional area of the liquid flow path, the value of the 70% valley point area density is 1.6 pieces / mm 2 There exists a liquid treatment nozzle in which the above-mentioned is ensured, and further, the interval between the thread arrangement surfaces adjacent to each other in the central axial direction is ensured to be equal to or greater than the nominal thread diameter. [Prior art documents] [Patent documents]
[0003] [Patent Document 1] WO2016-178436 (see claims, detailed description of the invention, and drawings) [Patent Document 2] WO2016-195116 (see claims, detailed description of the invention, and drawings) [Patent Document 3] JP 2020-189286 A (see the claims, detailed description of the invention, and drawings) Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]
[0004] In the configuration disclosed in Patent Document 2, the 70% valley point density is calculated as the value obtained by dividing the number of 70% valley points by the cross-sectional area (70% cross-sectional area) of the flow area formed as a void in an area within 70% of the radius of the flow passage cross section. 2 In this specification, as described later, the 70% valley point area density is defined as the value obtained by dividing the 70% valley point number by the total cross-sectional area of the flow passage, including the area occupied by the screw portion. If the 70% valley point density of the nozzle test piece of the number 106 in Patent Document 2 is converted to the 70% valley point area density defined above, it is 1.1 (pieces / mm 2 ) is the value.
[0005] In the screw member arrangement disclosed in Patent Document 2, the value of the 70% valley point area density is the above-mentioned 1.1 (pieces / mm 2) is regarded as the limit value. The reason is that, as described in the document, from line 50 on page 4, the tip of the screw member converges toward the center of the cross section from three or more directions, and there is an area near the center of the flow passage cross section where it is geometrically impossible to arrange valley points. In addition, the liquid flow passage disclosed in Patent Document 2 has an inner diameter D of 7 mm or less, and the obtained flow rate is up to about 25 L / min at a liquid pressure of 0.1 MPa (see lines 58 to 64 on page 4). In addition, for a specific example of such a large flow rate nozzle, it is suggested that the leg length be increased in accordance with the flow passage inner diameter. In this case, the flow cross-sectional area of the flow passage increases in proportion to the square of the flow passage inner diameter, while the number of valley points increases only in proportion to the leg length of the screw and therefore the flow passage inner diameter. Therefore, in this method, the valley point density rapidly decreases as the flow passage inner diameter increases, which leads to the inability to achieve sufficient cavitation efficiency.
[0006] In this case, it is conceivable to ensure the valley point density by increasing the number of screw members arranged on the same surface, but there is a dilemma that the flow rate commensurate with the inner diameter of the flow passage cross section cannot be obtained due to the increase in the occupied area rate of the screw members. Also, in the case of a nozzle with a relatively small inner diameter D, the pressure loss increases rapidly as the occupied area rate of the screw members increases, and if liquid is circulated at normal tap water pressure (approximately 0.03 to 0.2 MPa), there is also the problem that the cavitation efficiency is greatly impaired due to the decrease in flow velocity.
[0007] The present invention aims to provide a liquid treatment nozzle having a structure for performing cavitation treatment using a female threaded hole, which can ensure a sufficient liquid flow rate at normal tap water pressure while ensuring a flow rate appropriate to the cross-sectional inner diameter. Furthermore, because the screw members are provided perpendicular to the flow passage, when the device is used in ponds, swamps, lakes, aquaculture tanks, agricultural or horticultural purposes, the perpendicular screw members are prone to becoming entangled with algae and other debris and becoming clogged, resulting in the problem of frequent maintenance work being required to remove this debris.
[0008] This invention was invented by discovering that nanobubbles are generated in the flowing water by creating a female threaded hole with an inner diameter of 0.1 mm to several tens of centimeters directly inside the flow passage, allowing water to flow more efficiently, reducing clogging with debris, and requiring extremely little maintenance. The number of nanobubbles was measured using a measuring device at an industrial testing facility in Niigata, and it was confirmed that the number of nanobubbles was equal to or greater than that of conventional liquid treatment nozzles. [Means for solving the problem]
[0009] A first aspect of the present invention that can achieve the above object is a liquid treatment nozzle as described in claim 1, which is as follows. A single liquid flow path with a circular cross-section is formed having a liquid inlet at one end and a liquid outlet at the other end, and a portion or all of the liquid flow path is a cavitation treatment device, the thread pitch and thread root depth of which can be selected from a variety of options, and the device is equipped with a female threaded hole having a nominal thread diameter M of 0.1 mm or more. The cavitation treatment device is configured to circulate liquid from the liquid inlet to the liquid outlet, and to bring the liquid into contact with the thread root formed on the inner surface of the female threaded hole of the cavitation treatment device while accelerating, thereby performing cavitation treatment on the liquid based on reduced pressure precipitation of the dissolved gas.
[0010] The second invention of the present invention that can achieve the above object is a liquid treatment nozzle as described in claim 2, and is as follows. The nozzle body of the liquid treatment nozzle is made of a rod of various shapes such as round, square, hexagonal, etc., and has one or more cavitation treatment sections with multiple female screw holes drilled into it.
[0011] The third invention of the present invention that can achieve the above object is a liquid treatment nozzle as described in claim 3, and is as follows. The material of the liquid treatment nozzle in the invention of claim 1 or claim 2 is made of synthetic resin such as ABS, nylon, polycarbonate, polyacetal, PTFE, etc., metal such as stainless steel or brass, or ceramic such as alumina. Effect of the Invention
[0012] The liquid treatment nozzle according to the present invention has the configuration as described above, and therefore has the effects described below. (1) By generating nanobubbles in the liquid flowing through the flow passage, the liquid treatment nozzle is less likely to become entangled or clogged with debris such as algae, and the liquid treatment nozzle requires less frequent maintenance. In the unlikely event that debris does become entangled, it can be easily removed by flushing with pressurized water, and there is no need to disassemble and clean the nozzle each time, as with the fluid treatment nozzle disclosed in Patent Document 3, a conventional technique. (2) A liquid containing dissolved gas is circulated from a liquid inlet to a liquid outlet, and the liquid is brought into contact with the thread grooves formed on the inner circumferential surface of the female threaded hole of the cavitation treatment unit while accelerating, thereby performing cavitation treatment based on reduced pressure deposition of dissolved gas in the liquid. The liquid treatment nozzle of the present invention can dramatically improve the 70% valley point density while ensuring a sufficient liquid flow rate at about normal tap water pressure, and in particular, a simple structure can ensure a sufficient 70% valley point density even in a high flow rate nozzle with a significantly enlarged flow path cross-sectional area. (3) The costs for assembling and disassembling the liquid treatment nozzle can be significantly reduced. (4) The liquid flows in a swirling manner through the screw groove, ensuring sufficient flow velocity and providing extremely excellent cavitation efficiency. Furthermore, the stirring effect caused by the turbulent flow becomes more pronounced, and if a mixed flow of gas (one or more selected from air, oxygen, carbon dioxide, nitrogen, hydrogen, ozone, etc.) and liquid (water, edible oil, liquid fossil fuels such as gasoline and diesel, alcohol, etc.) is supplied, the stirring effect can also increase the efficiency of dissolving the gas into the liquid. (5) Various materials can be used for the liquid treatment nozzle, and even inexpensive ones can produce a cavitation effect, so that even if they are treated as consumables, they can still be effective, and the material of the liquid treatment nozzle can be selected depending on the application. (6) For agricultural and horticultural purposes, nano-valves can be generated in liquid and sprayed from a liquid treatment nozzle onto leaves, flowers, fruits, etc., to gently remove wastewater and other contaminants. This makes it easier for the roots and leaves to absorb moisture and nutrients, promoting growth and improving the longevity of flowers. (7) When used for agricultural or horticultural purposes, conventional agricultural or horticultural sprayers are operated by holding them in the hand and are connected to piping when used. The present invention can also be used by connecting it to piping like conventional agricultural or horticultural sprayers. (8) Nanobubbles can be generated with a simple structure. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
[0014] This liquid treatment nozzle has a single liquid flow path with a circular cross-section, which has a liquid inlet at one end and a liquid outlet at the other end, and a portion or all of the liquid flow path is a cavitation treatment device, and the thread pitch and thread root depth can be selected from various options, and is equipped with a female threaded hole with a nominal thread diameter M of 0.1 mm or more. The cavitation treatment device allows liquid to flow from the liquid inlet to the liquid outlet, and the liquid is brought into contact with the thread root formed on the inner surface of the female threaded hole of the cavitation treatment device while accelerating, thereby performing cavitation treatment on the liquid based on reduced pressure precipitation of the dissolved gas. EXAMPLES
[0015] First, in the configuration that is the premise of the invention, the numerical ranges of the thread pitch and thread root depth of the female thread hole are freely selected and set. Also, from the viewpoints of ensuring the strength of the female thread hole, preventing the female thread hole from excessively occupying the flow path cross section, and ultimately ensuring a sufficient liquid flow rate even under normal liquid supply pressures such as waterworks pressure, the nominal thread diameter of the female thread hole is set to 0.1 mm or more. This range of nominal thread diameter values can be obtained by approximately matching the range of nominal thread diameters of JIS coarse pitch threads that cover the above thread pitch and thread root depth. It is understood that currently, it is possible to manufacture female screw holes with a nominal thread diameter of up to 0.5 mm. However, based on current knowledge, if future technology improves and it becomes possible to manufacture holes with a diameter of 0.5 mm or less, it is believed that nanobubbles will be generated sufficiently.
[0016] When the in-plane flow area ratio in the female thread hole becomes too small, the contact area between the water flow and the female thread hole becomes excessive, and the flow rate decreases significantly due to pressure loss. As a result, the area where sufficient flow speed can be obtained when liquid flows under normal water pressure is reduced to less than 70% of the radius from the center of the cross section, and it becomes impossible to secure a sufficient number of valleys that function effectively as cavitation points. Also, even if the in-plane flow area ratio is relatively large, if the absolute value of the area of the liquid flow area becomes too small due to the reduction in the inner diameter of the flow passage cross section, the flow rate will decrease significantly in the same way.
[0017] Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. FIG. 1 shows a liquid processing nozzle showing a first embodiment of the first embodiment of the present invention, where (a) is a longitudinal cross-sectional view, (b) is a bottom view, and (c) is a front view. This liquid processing nozzle 1 includes a nozzle body 2 in which a liquid flow path 3 is formed. The nozzle body 2 is formed in a cylindrical shape, and one liquid flow path 3 with a circular cross section is formed penetrating the nozzle body 2 in the direction from a fluid inlet 4 to a fluid outlet 5 with respect to its central axis. The liquid flow path 3 has a liquid inlet 4 at one end (the lower side of the drawing (a)) and a liquid outlet 5 at the other end, and a female screw hole 6 having a smaller diameter than the liquid inlet 4 and the liquid outlet 5 is formed in a part of the liquid flow path 3 at a middle position in the flow direction. In the liquid flow path 3, the liquid inlet 4 side of the female screw hole 6 is an inflow chamber 7, and the liquid outlet 5 side is an outflow chamber 8. The female screw hole 6 forms a cavitation treatment section CV. The liquid to be treated is, for example, water (or an aqueous solution having a desired solute component dissolved therein as necessary), but liquids other than water (for example, organic solvents such as alcohol, fossil fuels such as gasoline or diesel, edible oil, etc.) may also be used.
[0018] The material of the nozzle body 2 may be, for example, a resin such as ABS, nylon, polycarbonate, polyacetal, or PTFE, or a metal such as stainless steel or brass, or a ceramic such as alumina, and is appropriately selected depending on the application. The material of the female screw hole 6 is, for example, stainless steel, but depending on the application, a heat-resistant alloy such as titanium, Hastelloy, or Inconel (all trademarks) with higher corrosion resistance may be used, or a ceramic material such as quartz or alumina may be used when wear resistance is an issue. In particular, the use of quartz is suitable for applications in fields where metal contamination is undesirable (for example, the semiconductor field), and in this case, the resin nozzle body 2 may be made of, for example, PTFE. The diameter of the nozzle body 2, and further the diameter and length of the female screw hole, can be designed appropriately. The female screw hole 6 has a screw diameter M of 2.0 mm or more.
[0019] 1, the operation will be described when, for example, water is passed through the liquid inlet 5 with the liquid outlet 4 side open so that the dynamic pressure is approximately normal tap water pressure (for example, 0.077 MPa). This water, for example, contains dissolved air (for example, the oxygen concentration at 20°C (room temperature) is approximately 8 ppm). The water first passes through the liquid flow path 3 from the fluid inlet 5, and cavitation occurs mainly in the outer area of the spiral part of the female screw hole 6, and then passes through this via the liquid outlet 4.
[0020] As the water passes through the female thread hole 6, it creates a high-speed region in the thread root and a low-speed region in the thread ridge. The high-speed region in the thread root becomes a negative pressure region according to Bernoulli's theorem, causing cavitation. When the water flow collides with the threads of the female thread hole 6, decompression and precipitation of dissolved air in the thread root occurs violently in a boiling manner, and the water flow is agitated while being violently rubbed between the root and ridge of the female thread hole 6.
[0021] When the water subjected to cavitation treatment using the liquid treatment nozzle of the present invention is measured using a laser diffraction type particle sizer, it can be confirmed that the water contains a large amount of nano-sized microbubbles with an average diameter of about 100 nm to 300 nm, as in Patent Document 2. However, as is clear from the experimental results described below, the microbubbles of the above average diameter that can be confirmed using a laser diffraction type particle sizer disappear for the most part if the water is stored in a tank or the like after the cavitation treatment and left for a few minutes, and cannot be detected by a laser diffraction type particle sizer with normal sensitivity. However, even if the treated water after storage in which the microbubbles are no longer detected is treated using the liquid treatment nozzle as in the present invention, the effects of the cavitation treatment, such as improved permeability, are exhibited in the same way as the treated water immediately after passing through the nozzle in which the microbubbles are detected.
[0022] Various modified examples of the liquid processing nozzle of the present invention will be described below. FIG. 2 shows modified example 1 of the first embodiment, in which the shape of the female threaded hole 6 in the nozzle body 2 of the liquid treatment nozzle 1 is different, and the female threaded hole 6 intersects as shown in the figure. Since the gist is the same, detailed explanation will be omitted. FIG. 3 shows modified example 2 of the first embodiment, in which the shape of the nozzle body 2 of the liquid treatment nozzle 1 is different and the mounting means for the connecting piping is different. However, the gist of providing a female threaded hole 6 is the same, so detailed explanation will be omitted. It has been confirmed that the third modified example of the first embodiment shown in FIG. 4 is more effective when the length is relatively long, the flow rate is low relative to the hole diameter, and the amount of water in contact with the threads is small, by inserting a torsion plate 13 as shown in the figure. In a fifth modified example of the first embodiment shown in FIG. 5, a number of female screw holes 6 are provided in the nozzle body 2 of the liquid processing nozzle 1 arranged concentrically, and as the gist is the same, a detailed description will be omitted.
[0023] An example of use of a test device in which the liquid treatment nozzle of the first embodiment described above is used for a water flow test will be briefly described with reference to FIG. This is a circulation type piping diagram in which the liquid in a tank 11 is circulated through the liquid treatment nozzle 1 of the present invention, where F is a flow meter, P is a pump, 9 is a valve, and 10 is a 3-way valve. The liquid circulates and flows in the direction of the arrows, generating superfine (nanobubble) permeation water, and the penetrating and cleaning power of the nanobubble permeation water peels off scale from the tank and piping. To explain in more detail, it is also possible to remove scale from the tank 11 and piping, and the water in the tank 11 can be circulated to produce nanobubble water for other cleaning purposes (for example, the water used in car washes or cleaning fluid used in building maintenance can be turned into nanobubbles to increase its cleaning power and ability to remove old wax).
[0024] Next, a second embodiment shown in FIG. 7 will be described. The nozzle member 12 of the second embodiment is used by being set in a joint or a pipe, and the diameter of the nozzle member 12 is selected from various sizes according to the application. The illustrations show examples of those having one to multiple female threaded holes 6, and those having one (Figure 7(b)), two (Figure 7(c)), three (Figure 7(d)), four (Figure 7(e)), six (Figure 7(f)), and seven (Figure 7(g)) female threaded holes 6 are shown. In the case of a single female threaded hole 6, it goes without saying that the diameter of the nozzle member 12 can be made smaller to match that female threaded hole 6, but it is also possible to make the diameters of all nozzle members 12 to be suitable for fittings and pipes used for various purposes. Furthermore, the diameter of the female screw hole 6 is M0.1 mm or more, and when the female screw hole 6 is about M10 mm or more, if a torsion plate 13 is inserted as shown in FIG. 4, the number of nanobubbles will increase if the flow rate is insufficient to meet the specified flow rate by inserting the torsion plate 13. In addition, the longer the female thread hole 6, the greater the number of nanobubbles will be when the same amount of water is passed through it only once. As a means of lengthening the female thread hole 6, instead of using a single long thread hole, it is also possible to make short thread holes and connect them in series to adjust the length.
[0025] Next, FIG. 8 shows a liquid treatment nozzle inserted into the straw portion of a sprayer, which is an embodiment incorporating the liquid treatment nozzle 1 shown in the first embodiment of the present invention in FIG. FIG. 9 shows a showerhead as one embodiment in which the nozzle member 12 of the liquid processing nozzle 1 according to the second embodiment of the present invention shown in FIG. 7 is incorporated into the showerhead. What is shown in Figure 10 is a nozzle member 12 of the liquid treatment nozzle 1 of the second embodiment of the present invention shown in Figure 7, which is assembled into a case 14, and a screw that screws into a faucet portion of a water tap or the like is provided in the inlet chamber 7 of the case 14 containing the nozzle member 12, so that it can be set. Figures 11(a) and (b) show an example of the fourth embodiment of the present invention, which shows a straw made of SUS, with a body having an outer diameter of 8 mm and a length of 200 mm, and a female screw hole of 6M3 mm and a length of 75 mm.
[0026] Here, the liquid treatment nozzle of the present invention was used with a measuring device at an industrial testing center in Niigata to measure the number of nanobubbles, and the results are shown in Tables 1 to 4. With a conventional normal hole diameter of 2 mm before the liquid treatment nozzle of the present invention was attached, the number of nanobubbles was 500 million and 200 million less than 100 nanobubbles, whereas with a female thread hole diameter of M2 mm, the number of nanobubbles was 7 billion per cc and 4.3 billion less than 100 nanobubbles. In the case of the second embodiment, with a female thread hole of M3 mm, the number of nanobubbles was 59.5 billion and 42.2 billion less than 100 nanobubbles, and in the case of a small spray using the liquid treatment nozzle of the second embodiment drilled with a female thread hole of M2 mm, the number of nanobubbles was 5.9 billion and 3.7 billion less than 100 nanobubbles were confirmed (the number of nanobubbles is the number per cc). Other test results showed that when one M5 mm female threaded hole was drilled, the number of nanobubbles generated was 6.1 billion, when one M8 mm female threaded hole was drilled, the number of nanobubbles generated was 5.1 billion, when one M17 mm threaded hole was drilled, the number of nanobubbles generated was 4.6 to 7 billion, and when one M18 mm threaded hole was drilled, the number of nanobubbles generated was 5.7 to 6.4 billion. Furthermore, using a measuring device at the Niigata Industrial Testing Center, the number of nanobubbles per 1 cc was 300 million for nanobubbles or less, and 50 million for bubbles less than 100 nanobubbles per 1 cc for conventional agricultural and horticultural sprayers before the sprayer of the present invention was installed. In contrast, the number of nanobubbles measured when the female screw hole 6 of the liquid treatment nozzle of the embodiment of the present invention shown in Figures 2 and 5 was set to 0.8 mm is shown in Tables 5 and 6. When the female screw hole diameter of the present invention is M0.8 mm, the number of nanobubbles is 26.1 billion per cc, and the number of nanobubbles less than 100 nanometers is 8.3 billion per cc. [Table 1] [Table 2] [Table 3] [Table 4] [Table 5] [Table 6]
[0027] Here, an example of cleaning using nanobubbles will be described. This article explains the efficacy of nanobubbles in relation to the development of a toilet flushing mechanism that uses nanobubbles to remove urinary stones, which was commissioned by JR East Japan to Risni Co., Ltd. The purpose of the test is to deal with odors in station toilets, which is an important issue in providing a comfortable station space for customers. This study focuses on the free radical performance of nanobubbles, and aims to confirm their urinary stone removal performance and to examine methods for dealing with odors in station toilets. Here, we will explain why nanobubbles are effective in conducting this test. Nanobubbles are tiny bubbles that cannot be seen with the naked eye. Here, bubbles smaller than 1.0 μm are considered nanobubbles, but this is still a developing field in which particle size and physical properties have not yet been standardized. There are three approved methods for generating nanobubbles: the "swirl flow method," the "micropore method," and the "reduced pressure precipitation method." As an example, since it is assumed that it will be used in station toilets, the conditions for selecting it were "it must be a size that can be easily installed inside a urinal" and "it must be within the range of electricity that can be supplied inside a urinal." It uses the pressure inside the tap water supply pipe with a liquid treatment nozzle to generate nanobubbles, so it does not require any power. The method for confirming this test is to generate test water from distilled water using a liquid processing nozzle (nanobubble generator) and measure the nanobubbles in the test water. The measurement is performed using the laser diffraction and scattering method. This method is considered to be highly reliable as a way to measure minute nano-sized particles suspended in water. The measurement method consists of the following three steps. 1-Measure the volume of air bubbles in water and the distribution of air bubbles by particle size. 2. Confirm the presence of bubbles smaller than 1.0 μm (nanobubbles). 3-The number of nanobubbles present in 1cc is estimated based on distribution and volume information. The test results show that bubbles of 0.291 to 4.076 μm exist in the test water, and the total number is smaller than microbubbles. In addition, when the number of bubbles was calculated from the measured bubble diameter and ratio, the number of nanobubbles was approximately 220 million / cc, which means that 99.4% of the bubbles in the water were nanobubbles. [Industrial Applicability]
[0028] By simply connecting the liquid treatment nozzle of the present invention to piping, it has been proven that the urinary stones stuck to PVC pipes, which are "commonly known to never come off," can be lifted and peeled off from the PVC pipes, in a 100-hour water flow experiment, shortening cleaning time, saving water, cleaning pipes, improving water quality, and reducing sludge. In addition, it can be used effectively to wash containers in food factories, in car washes, and on the ends of pipes and faucets in kitchen areas. Furthermore, since it is possible to purify water quality, wash, cultivate on land, use as agricultural drinking water, and mix gas and liquid, it can be used in a wide range of applications, including purification of rivers, ponds, swamps, lakes, oceans, and dams, soil purification, groundwater purification, treatment of industrial wastewater, sludge reduction, decomposition of harmful substances, and removal of algae, etc.; agricultural applications such as promotion of growth of agricultural and livestock products, promotion of yield, improvement of quality, preservation of freshness, and production management in plant factories; food applications such as preservation of freshness, prevention of oxidation, imparting flavor, and texture; fishery applications such as promotion of growth of marine products, promotion of yield, improvement of quality, improvement of the aquaculture environment, and preservation of freshness; industrial applications such as toilet flushing, production line cleaning, salt damage prevention, removal of dirt from pipes, countermeasures against scale marks on glass, washing machines, vegetables, and food cleaning; precision peeling and thin film separation of silicon wafers; beauty applications such as hot springs (bubble baths), face washing, scalp washing, nano-technology cosmetics, and shower heads; and other applications such as medicine, medicine, ships, papermaking, daily necessities, energy, aquariums, agriculture, and gardening. The above-mentioned uses are possible because nanobubbles can be generated, and it has been confirmed that they have the penetrating power to reach places that were previously inaccessible, and the mixing power to mix efficiently and to mix things that would not normally mix.
