[0017] [Figure 1] FIG. 1 is a schematic diagram illustrating a method for producing a mushroom culture medium. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
[0018] (First embodiment: Additive for mushroom culture medium) The mushroom culture medium additive of this embodiment includes a bulking material and an antacid. Since the mushroom culture medium additive of this embodiment includes a bulking material and an antacid, it can reduce measurement errors and improve uniform mixing in the culture medium. Although the present disclosure should not be interpreted as being limited to a particular theory, the reason why the mushroom culture medium additive of the present disclosure can have such an effect is considered to be as follows.
[0019] According to the study by the present inventors, when mixing an antacid and a culture medium raw material, it is believed that the difference in the fluidity of the antacid and the culture medium raw material may affect the uniform mixing. However, it was found that if the antacid and the bulking material are mixed in advance, the bulking material and the antacid can be uniformly dispersed, and a mushroom culture medium additive with high fluidity can be obtained. In addition, since the mushroom culture medium additive contains a bulking material and an antacid, the measurement error can also be reduced. As a result, it is believed that a mushroom culture medium additive that can reduce the measurement error and improve the uniform mixing in the culture medium has been realized.
[0020] The bulking agent may be any material that does not adversely affect the growth of the mushroom fruiting body as an antacid. Adverse effects on the growth of the mushroom fruiting body may include, for example, a reduction in the yield of the mushroom fruiting body.
[0021] In one embodiment, the bulking material is preferably one that does not elute aluminum, magnesium, and calcium even when it comes into contact with an acid that may be produced by mushrooms, so that the antacid can adequately exert its effect of increasing the yield of mushroom fruit bodies.
[0022] In this embodiment, the filler is preferably such that, when a mixture obtained by adding 85 parts by weight of ion-exchanged water to 15 parts by weight of the filler is shaken at 160 rpm / min for 1 hour, the total amount of aluminum, magnesium and calcium dissolved per 100 g of the filler is 3000 mg / 100 g or less. The total amount of aluminum, magnesium and calcium dissolved may more preferably be 0 mg / 100 g or more and 1000 mg / 100 g or less, and even more preferably be 0 mg / 100 g or more and 550 mg / 100 g or less. In the above case, the amount of calcium elution is from 0 mg / 100 g to 3000 mg / 100 g, with the upper limit being preferably 1000 mg / 100 g or less, and more preferably 550 mg / 100 g or less. In the above case, the amount of magnesium eluted is from 0 mg / 100 g to 3000 mg / 100 g, with the upper limit being preferably 1000 mg / 100 g or less, and more preferably 550 mg / 100 g or less. In the above case, the amount of aluminum eluted is from 0 mg / 100 g to 1000 mg / 100 g, with the upper limit being preferably 500 mg / 100 g or less, and more preferably 100 mg / 100 g or less. By setting the amount in this range, the effect of the antacid can be ensured.

By having the water content within the above range, the generation of lumps can be suppressed, and the homogeneity can be further improved when the additive for the mushroom culture medium and the mushroom culture medium raw material are mixed. In the present disclosure, the water content can be calculated from the weight loss amount when the mushroom culture medium additive is dried at 105° C. for 3 hours, and specifically, it can be calculated by the following formula. Moisture content (wt%) = (weight before drying - weight after drying) / weight before drying x 100
[0056] In one embodiment, the bulk specific volume of the mushroom culture medium additive of the present disclosure is 2 cm 3 / g or more 10cm 3 / g or less, more preferably 3 cm 3 / g or more 9cm 3 / g or less, more preferably 4 cm 3 / g or more 8cm 3 When the bulk specific volume is in the above range, the measurement error of the raw material can be reduced. [0057] The mushroom culture medium additive of the present disclosure can be used for culturing various mushroom species. In one aspect, the mushroom culture medium additive of the present disclosure can be used for culturing, but is not limited to, shiitake mushroom, tsukuritake mushroom, enokitake mushroom, bunashimeji mushroom, nameko mushroom, maitake mushroom, eringi mushroom, yamabushitake mushroom, or oyster mushroom.
[0058] (Second embodiment: method for producing mushroom culture medium) A method for producing a mushroom culture medium is also within the scope of the present disclosure.
[0059] The method for producing a mushroom culture medium of the present disclosure includes: Mixing the bulking material and the antacid to obtain an additive for mushroom culture medium; and mixing the additive for mushroom culture medium with a culture medium raw material to obtain a mushroom culture medium.
[0060] Hereinafter, the process of mixing the bulking agent and the antacid to obtain the additive for mushroom culture medium is also referred to as the first mixing process, and the process of mixing the additive for mushroom culture medium and the culture medium raw material to obtain the mushroom culture medium is also referred to as the second mixing process.
[0061] The bulking material is the same as the bulking material in the first embodiment. The antacid is the same as the antacid in the first embodiment. All of the matters described in the first embodiment can be applied to this embodiment.
[0062] In the first mixing step, the bulking material and the antacid are mixed to obtain an additive for mushroom culture medium. In the manufacturing method disclosed herein, a mushroom culture medium additive with high fluidity can be obtained by mixing the bulking material and the antacid. By further mixing the additive for mushroom culture medium with the culture medium raw material to produce mushroom culture medium, it is possible to reduce the measurement error of the antacid raw material and improve the uniform mixing in the culture medium.
[0063] The content of the filler may be, based on the total amount of the filler and the antacid (100% by weight), preferably 10% by weight or more and 99.5% by weight or less, more preferably 13% by weight or more and 99.2% by weight or less, even more preferably 17% by weight or more and 99% by weight or less, even more preferably 33% by weight or more and 98.4% by weight or less, and even more preferably 50% by weight or more and 98% by weight or less. The content of the filler may be, based on the total amount of the mushroom culture medium additive (100% by weight), preferably 10% by weight or more, more preferably 13% by weight or more, even more preferably 17% by weight or more, even more preferably 33% by weight or more, even more preferably 50% by weight or more, and preferably 99.99% by weight or less, more preferably 99.8% by weight or less, even more preferably 99.5% by weight or less, even more preferably 99% by weight or less, and even more preferably 95% by weight or less.
[0064] The weight ratio of the bulking material to the antacid agent (bulking material:antacid agent) may be preferably 99.5:0.5 to 10:90, more preferably 99.2:0.8 to 13:87, even more preferably 99:1 to 17:83, still more preferably 98.4:1.6 to 33:67, and even more preferably 98:2 to 50:50. When the weight ratio of the bulking material to the antacid agent is within this range, a measurement error of the additive for a mushroom culture medium can be reduced, and the uniform mixing property in the culture medium can be improved.
[0065] The mixing in the first mixing step can be performed by a means used in the production of a mushroom culture medium. Representative mixing means include, but are not limited to, shaking and stirring. In one embodiment, the mixing means is preferably stirring. By adopting stirring as the mixing means, mixing can be ensured, and the homogeneity of the resulting mushroom culture medium can be further improved.
[0066] The stirring can be typically carried out using a stirring device equipped with a stirring blade, such as a helical ribbon blade or a screw.

[0068] In the second mixing step, the mushroom culture medium additive is mixed with the culture medium raw material to obtain a mushroom culture medium. The mushroom culture medium additive has improved fluidity, which reduces measurement errors and improves the uniform mixing of the components contained in the culture medium, typically the antacid component.
[0069] The culture medium raw materials can be appropriately selected by those skilled in the art depending on the species of mushroom to be cultured and the culture conditions. In one embodiment, the culture medium raw materials can include base materials such as sawdust (e.g., cedar sawdust), corn cob meal, bagasse, and beet meal, as well as nutrients such as rice bran, wheat bran, cotton hulls, soybean lees, coffee grounds, and soybean hulls. The composition of the bulking material and the composition of the culture medium raw material may be the same or different.
[0070] The mushroom culture medium additive may be preferably 10 parts by weight or more and 90 parts by weight or less, more preferably 20 parts by weight or more and 80 parts by weight or less, and even more preferably 30 parts by weight or more and 70 parts by weight or less, relative to 100 parts by weight of the total amount of the culture medium raw material.
[0071] The mixing in the second mixing step can be carried out by the same means as the mixing means described as the mixing means in the first mixing step.
[0072] In the second mixing step, water may be present when mixing the mushroom culture medium additive and the culture medium raw material. The presence of water can be achieved, for example, by supplying water to the mixture of the mushroom culture medium additive and the culture medium raw material. The method of supplying water is not particularly limited, and typically, water can be sprayed.
[0073] The temperature in the second mixing step may be preferably from 0° C. to 60° C., more preferably from 0° C. to 40° C., and even more preferably from 0° C. to 45° C. The mixing time in the second mixing step may be preferably from 1 minute to 2 hours, more preferably from 1 minute to 1 hour, and even more preferably from 1 minute to 30 minutes.
[0074] Hereinafter, this embodiment will be described more specifically based on the mushroom culture medium producing system shown typically in FIG.
[0075] In the mushroom culture medium producing system shown in Fig. 1, first, the bulking material stored in the bulking material tank 2 and the antacid stored in the antacid tank 3 are charged into the first stirring tank 4a of the first stirring device 10a. The charged bulking material and antacid are stirred by the first stirring blade 6a fixed to the first stirring shaft 5a, and an additive for mushroom culture medium is produced. The additive for mushroom culture medium is collected from the bottom of the first stirring tank 4a and transported to the second stirring device 10b.
[0076] Next, the mushroom culture medium additive produced in the first stirring device 10a and the culture medium raw material stored in the culture medium raw material tank 7 are charged into the second stirring tank 4b of the second stirring device 10b. The charged mushroom culture medium additive and culture medium raw material are stirred by the second stirring blade 6b fixed to the second stirring shaft 5b. When stirring the mushroom culture medium additive and culture medium raw material, water may be sprayed onto the mixture from the water sprinkler device 8. By stirring the mushroom culture medium additive and culture medium raw material, mushroom culture medium is produced. The obtained mushroom culture medium is collected from the bottom of the second stirring tank 4b and stored in a mushroom culture medium collection container 9.
[0077] In Fig. 1, the first stirring device 10a and the second stirring device 10b are different from each other, but this is not limited thereto, and the same stirring device may be used as the first stirring device 10a and the second stirring device 10b. This embodiment can be implemented, for example, by connecting the culture medium raw material tank 7 and the first stirring device 10a. Specifically, after the additive for mushroom culture medium is produced in the first stirring device 10a, the culture medium raw material stored in the culture medium raw material tank 7 is further added to the first stirring device 10a and stirred, whereby the mushroom culture medium can be produced.
[0078] In this embodiment, the bulking material, antacid, and culture medium raw material are stored in the bulking material tank 2, antacid tank 3, and culture medium raw material tank 7, respectively, but the present disclosure is not limited thereto. One or more selected from the bulking material and the antacid may be directly charged into the first stirring tank 4a without passing through the bulking material tank 2 and / or the antacid tank 3. In addition, the culture medium raw material may be directly charged into the second stirring tank 4b without passing through the culture medium raw material tank 7.
[0079] The collected mushroom culture medium may be stored as is or may be filled into individual containers.
[0080] According to the present disclosure, it is possible to provide an additive for mushroom culture medium that can reduce measurement errors and improve uniform mixing in the culture medium. The additive for mushroom culture medium of the present disclosure can be used for culturing various mushroom species. In one aspect, the additive for mushroom culture medium of the present disclosure can be used for culturing shiitake mushroom, tsukuritake mushroom, enokitake mushroom, bunashimeji mushroom, nameko mushroom, mushroom, maitake mushroom, eringi mushroom, yamabushitake mushroom, oyster mushroom, etc. EXAMPLES
[0081] The present invention will be described in more detail with reference to the following examples, but the present invention is not limited thereto.
[0082] Example 1 18 parts by weight of aluminum hydroxide, 65 parts by weight of calcium hydroxide, and 17 parts by weight of magnesium hydroxide were mixed to prepare an antacid (hereinafter also referred to as "antacid 1"). Next, 95 parts by weight of cedar sawdust as a bulking material and 5 parts by weight of the above antacid were placed in a polypropylene container and thoroughly stirred to obtain the additive for mushroom culture medium of the present disclosure.
[0083] Next, 50 parts by weight of the mushroom culture medium additive of the present disclosure and 50 parts by weight of cedar sawdust as a culture medium raw material were placed in a polypropylene container and shaken for 1 minute at 220 times per minute to obtain the mushroom culture medium of the present disclosure. Note that in this example, cedar sawdust was used for convenience in order to measure the concentrations of aluminum, calcium, and magnesium, and the culture medium raw material is not limited to cedar sawdust.
[0084] (Bulk specific volume) The samples were gently poured into a 100 mL measuring cylinder, and the bulk specific volume was measured. The samples used were antacid 1, cedar sawdust, and the additive for mushroom culture medium obtained in Example 1.
[0085] [Table 1]
[0086] (Measurement of moisture content) A clean weighing bottle was prepared, and the weight of the weighing bottle alone was measured. Next, about 1.0 g of the sample was weighed into the weighing bottle, and the total weight of the weighing bottle and the sample (before drying) was measured. The weighing bottle was placed in a dryer with the lid open, and dried at 105°C for 3 hours. After drying, the lid of the weighing bottle was closed, and the bottle was naturally cooled to room temperature in a desiccator. After the temperature had sufficiently dropped, the total weight of the weighing bottle and the sample (after drying) was measured. The loss on drying (water content) was calculated based on the following formula. Antacid agent 1, cedar sawdust, and the additive for mushroom culture medium obtained in Example 1 were used as samples.

[0088] [Table 2]
[0089] (Measurement of angle of repose) The angle of repose was measured using a hanging / electromagnetic vibration type repose angle measuring instrument TYPE AOR-14 manufactured by Tsutsui Rikagaku Kikai Co., Ltd., and the angle of the pile formed when the additive for mushroom culture medium was allowed to fall naturally from a height of 50 mm onto a lower plate with a diameter of 80 mm. Antacid agent 1, cedar sawdust, and the additive for mushroom culture medium obtained in Example 1 were used as samples, and the ratio of the angle of repose of the additive for mushroom culture medium to the angle of repose of the cedar sawdust (angle of repose of the additive for mushroom culture medium / angle of repose of cedar sawdust) was calculated.
[0090] [Table 3]
[0091] Comparative Example 1 2.5 parts by weight of antacid 1 and 97.5 parts by weight of cedar sawdust as a culture medium raw material were placed in a polypropylene container and shaken for 1 minute at 220 revolutions per minute to obtain a culture medium for comparison.
[0092] (Concentration measurement) In Example 1 and Comparative Example 1, 0.5 g of the mushroom culture medium of Example 1 or the culture medium of Comparative Example 1 was sampled from the top, middle, and bottom of the polypropylene container after shaking, dissolved by a microwave method, and made up to 50 mL. The obtained solution was diluted to a concentration measurable by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP atomic emission spectrometry), and the concentrations of aluminum, calcium, and magnesium were measured. The obtained concentrations were converted into the contents in the additive for mushroom culture medium for Example 1, and into the contents in antacid agent 1 for Comparative Example 1, and the uniform dispersion was evaluated as an oxide equivalent value.
[0093] The results are shown in Table 1. In Table 1, Al2O3 represents the content of aluminum in terms of oxide, CaO represents the content of calcium in terms of oxide, and MgO represents the content of magnesium in terms of oxide.
[0094] [Table 4]
[0095] When 2.5 parts by weight of Antacid 1 and 97.5 parts by weight of cedar sawdust are mixed uniformly, the theoretical oxide-equivalent content of each element is 0.243% by weight for aluminum (Al2O3 equivalent), 1.242% by weight for calcium (CaO equivalent), and 0.296% by weight for magnesium (MgO equivalent).
[0096] Example 1 is an example of the present disclosure, and it was confirmed that the content of each element was almost the same as the theoretical value when the mushroom culture medium was sampled from the top, middle, or bottom. From this, it can be said that the mushroom culture medium additive of the present disclosure can reduce the measurement error and improve the uniform mixing in the mushroom culture medium.
[0097] In Comparative Example 1, an antacid agent and a culture medium raw material were directly mixed, and it was confirmed that the aluminum, calcium, and magnesium contents were all low in the upper part of the mixing container, and all of the aluminum, calcium, and magnesium contents were high in the bottom part of the mixing container. From this, it can be said that when an antacid agent and a culture medium raw material are directly mixed, the homogeneous mixing in the mushroom culture medium is poor, and measurement errors may occur. [Industrial Applicability]
[0098] According to the present disclosure, it is possible to provide an additive for mushroom culture medium that can reduce measurement errors and improve uniform mixing in the culture medium. The additive for mushroom culture medium of the present disclosure can be used for culturing various mushroom species.
