DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

[0027] [Embodiment] An example of a double-opening door having a smoke-tight structure according to this embodiment and a mechanical parking device using the same will be described with reference to the drawings. In the drawings, the arrow W indicates the door width direction, the arrow D indicates the door depth direction, and the arrow H indicates the door height direction. The door width direction W may be referred to as the horizontal direction or the right direction, the opposite direction to the door width direction W as the horizontal direction or the left direction, the part seen from the door depth direction W side as the front side, the part seen from the opposite side as the back side, the door height direction H as the upper part, the top side, or the upper side, or the part seen from the top as a plan view, or the opposite direction to the door height direction H as the lower part, the bottom side, or the lower side.

[0028] <Overall structure of side-opening door> As shown in FIG. 1 to FIG. 3, the double-opening door 12 having the smoke-blocking structure according to this embodiment is configured as an automatic door, and the automatic door 12 is provided at the entrance 1. Specifically, a frame 2 and a threshold 3 are fixed to the opening of the body 1A of the entrance 1, and a plurality of doors are installed on the frame 2 and the threshold 3 along the door width direction W so that they can be opened and closed separately on the left and right sides. In this embodiment, the multiple doors are described as being four doors in total, two doors opening and closing on the left and right sides from the center, but the opening and closing positions are not limited to the center, and the double-opening door may have two doors opening on both sides or an irregular number of doors, such as one door on one side and two doors on the other side. In addition, the automatic door 12 may be a manual door that does not have a drive unit. Here, the automatic door 12 is an example of a double-opening door.

[0029] The jamb 2 includes an upper frame 21 extending along the door width direction W at the top of the door in the door height direction H, and a pair of vertical frames 22 connected to both ends of the upper frame 21 in the door width direction W and extending along the door height direction H. A threshold 3 connected to the pair of vertical frames 22 and extending along the door width direction W is provided below the jamb 2 in the door height direction H. As a result, the opening of the entranceway 1 is closed by the jamb 2, the threshold 3, and the four doors. Here, the automatic door 12 is an example of a door that opens to the sides on both sides.

[0030] The automatic door 12 is provided with a drive unit 50 that opens and closes the door along the door width direction W, located on the door depth direction D side of the frame 2 and on the back side of the body 1A. As shown in Fig. 2, the drive unit 50 has structures 52 standing up along the door height direction H on both sides of the door width direction W on the outer periphery of the frame 2, and two rails 54 (see Fig. 4) corresponding to the four doors are provided on the upper part of the structure 52 along the door width direction W, and each door is hung from each rail 54.

[0031] [door] As shown in FIG. 1, the automatic door 12 of this embodiment is described as a double-side-opening door that opens and closes two doors at a time, and a first door 40, a second door 41, a third door 42, and a fourth door 43 are provided in the door width direction W. In this embodiment, the automatic door 12 has a center part in the door width direction W that is the closing direction, and the direction facing the opposite side is the opening direction of the automatic door 12. When the door 4 opens, the four doors open and close horizontally so as to be hidden by the left and right sides of the vertical frames 22 on both sides of the door width direction W. The opening and closing speeds of the first door 40 and the fourth door 43 are low, and the second door 41 and the third door 42 are faster than the first door 40 and the fourth door 43, and they open and close synchronously. Note that the safety edge 49 shown in FIG. 3 has the function of stopping the door 4 and reversing it to drive it in the opening direction when a person or luggage hits it during the closing operation of the door 4.

[0032] As shown in Fig. 4, each of the first door 40, the second door 41, the third door 42, and the fourth door 43 has a hanging member 47 fixed to the upper part in the door height direction H, and rollers 48 are provided on the upper and lower parts of the hanging member 47. The upper roller 48 is rotatably supported on the upper surface of the rail 54, and supports the door so as to be suspended so as to be able to open and close in the lateral direction. The lower roller 48 contacts the lower surface of the rail 54 to suppress vertical movement in the door height direction H.

[0033] [Three-sided frame] The pair of vertical frames 22 of the three-sided frame 2 have the same dimensions and symmetrical shapes in the door depth direction D on the first door 40 side and the fourth door 43 side in the door width direction W, in accordance with the opening and closing positions of the four doors shown in Fig. 3. The upper frame 21 of the three-sided frame, although not shown, is formed in a stepped shape when viewed from the door height direction H in accordance with the opening and closing positions of the four doors. In other words, it is formed in a stepped shape to match the step formed between the end side of the first door 40 in the door width direction W side and the end side of the second door 41 in the door width direction W side. The same applies to the upper frame 21 of the three-sided frame 2 for the third door 42 and the fourth door 43.

[0034] 5, the end of the top frame 21 of the jamb 2 in the door depth direction D has a rising portion 211 bent toward the door height direction H. The side of the top frame 21 facing the frame 1A is closed by a finishing member 25 that fills the gap between the top frame 21 and the frame 1A, and this finishing member 25 also creates an airtight state between the jamb 2 and the frame 1A. This finishing member 25 also closes the gap between the vertical frame 22 and the frame 1A in an airtight state.

[0035] [threshold] As shown in Fig. 6, the threshold 3 is embedded so as to be flush with the floor surface L1 of the frame 1A. On the surface of the threshold 3 in the door height direction H, rails 31 are fixed along the door width direction W, each of which corresponds to the first door 40, the fourth door 43, the second door 41, and the third door 42, has a cross section with a dimension in each of the door depth direction D and the door height direction H, and has a length corresponding to the opening and closing positions of each door. Each rail 31 is slidably engaged with a downward-facing recess formed in a guide shoe 46 provided at the lower part of the first door 40, the second door 41, the third door 42, and the fourth door 43 in the door height direction H.

[0036] In addition, on the door height direction H surface of the threshold 3, two airtight rails 74, which are part of the second airtight section 7 described later, are fixed along the door width direction W parallel to the rails 31, with cross sections having dimensions in both the door depth direction D and the door height direction H, corresponding to each of the first door 41 and the fourth door 43, and the second door 41 and the third door 42.

[0037] <Main components> Next, the smoke blocking structure according to this embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS.

[0038] [First airtight section] 4, 5, 7, and 8, the first airtight section 6 includes a leaf spring 62 fixed to the upper frame 21 facing the smooth-surfaced airtight plate 61 fixed to each surface 45 of the first door 40, the second door 41, the third door 42, and the fourth door 43, and biasing the plate toward each of the airtight plates 61, and a synthetic resin plate 63 fixed to the free end of the leaf spring 62 and contacting the plate 61. Here, the leaf spring 62 is an example of a biasing member, and the synthetic resin plate 63 is an example of a first airtight member. The synthetic resin plate 63 is made of Teflon (registered trademark).

[0039] In this embodiment, a double-hinged door is constructed using four doors: a first door 40, a second door 41, a third door 42, and a fourth door 43. Each of the four doors 4 has a first airtight section 6, but since all of them have the same structure, only the first door 40 will be described.

[0040] Specifically, as shown in Fig. 7 and Fig. 8, the first airtight portion 6 has a spacer 64 fixed along the door width direction W of the door, the spacer 64 having a length corresponding to the overall width of the door width direction W of the first door 40, on a surface of the door depth direction D of the rising portion 211 bent from the end of the door depth direction D side of the three-sided jamb 2 toward the door height direction H. The upper part of a leaf spring 62 having a predetermined dimension in the door height direction H and extending a length corresponding to the overall width of the door width direction W of the first door 40 is fixed along the door width direction W to the surface of the spacer 64 on the door depth direction D side. In addition, a synthetic resin plate 63 that comes into contact with an airtight plate 61 fixed to the surface 45 of the first door 40 is fixed to the surface of the free end side of the leaf spring 62 on the door depth direction side. In this embodiment, an airtight plate 61 for improving the smoothness of the contact surface is provided over the entire area of the first door 40 in the door width direction W, and the synthetic resin plate 63 is pressed against and contacts the surface of the airtight plate 61 by the biasing force of the leaf spring 62. Note that the airtight plate 61 does not need to be provided if the surface 45 of the first door 40 is finished smoothly enough to exhibit airtightness.

[0041] [Second airtight section] As shown in Figs. 4, 6, 9 and 10, the second airtight section 7 includes an airtight rail 74 fixed to the threshold 3 along the opening and closing direction of the first door 40, the fourth door 43, or the second door 41 and the third door 42, a leaf spring 71 fixed to the lower part of each of the first door 40 to the fourth door 43 and biasing the first door 40 to the fourth door 43 toward the airtight rail 74, and a synthetic resin plate 72 fixed to the free end of the leaf spring 71 and contacting the airtight rail 74. Here, the leaf spring 71 is an example of a biasing member, and the synthetic resin plate 72 is an example of a second airtight member. The synthetic resin plate 72 is made of Teflon (registered trademark).

[0042] In this embodiment, a double-hinged door is constructed using four doors: a first door 40, a second door 41, a third door 42, and a fourth door 43, and each of the four doors 4 has a second airtight section 7, but since all of them have the same structure, only the first door 40 will be described.

[0043] 9 and 10, the second airtight section 7 closes the gap between the lower part of the first door 40 and the threshold 3. Specifically, below the rib member 44 fixed to the inner surface 45B side of the first door 40, the lower part of the first door 40 is open toward the threshold 3, and the guide shoe 46 is arranged to be guided by the rail 31 of the threshold 3 along the door width direction W, and the second airtight section 7 is provided below the first door 40 at a position sandwiched between the inner surface 45B and the guide shoe 46.

[0044] Specifically, in the second airtight section 7, a spacer 73 is fixed to the inner surface 45B below the first door 40, and the upper side of a leaf spring 71 is attached to the surface of the spacer 73 on the side of the door depth direction D. A synthetic resin plate 72 is fixed to the opposite side of the door depth direction D at the free end of the lower side of the leaf spring 71, that is, the side facing the inner surface 45B of the door 41. The leaf spring 71 and the synthetic resin plate 72 have a length over the entire area of the door width direction W of the first door 40. On the other hand, an airtight rail 74 is fixed to the upper surface of the threshold 3, with which the surface of the synthetic resin plate 72 on the opposite side of the door depth direction D comes into contact. The airtight rail 74 is provided over the entire moving width of the first door 40 in the direction in which the first door 40 opens and closes. The leaf spring 71 applies a biasing force in the opposite direction to the door depth direction D, and the synthetic resin plate 72 is pressed against the surface of the airtight rail 74 by the biasing force of the leaf spring 71 and comes into contact with the surface of the airtight rail 74 .

[0045] [Third airtight section] The third airtight section 8 is inside the first door 40 or the fourth door 43, and includes a silicone rubber packing 82 facing the opening direction of the second door 41 corresponding to the first door 40 or the third door 42 corresponding to the fourth door 43, and a bracket 83 fixed to the end of the end side 45A of the second door 41 or the third door 42 and in contact with the silicone rubber packing 82, and when the door is closed, the silicone rubber packing 82 and the bracket 83 come into contact with each other. Here, the silicone rubber packing 82 is an example of a third airtight member, and the bracket 83 is an example of an airtight plate.

[0046] In this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 3, a double-opening door is constructed using four doors: a first door 40, a second door 41, a third door 42, and a fourth door 43. The four doors each have a third airtight section 8 between the first door 40 and the second door 41, and between the fourth door 43 and the third door 42. Although they are symmetrical, all of them have the same structure, so only the structure between the first door 40 and the second door 41 will be described.

[0047] As shown in FIG. 11, the third airtight portion 8 is provided between the first door 40 and the second door 41 along the door height direction H.

[0048] Specifically, on the inside of the door on the end side 45A on the side of the door width direction W of the first door 40, a bracket 81 facing the opposite side of the door width direction W, i.e., the opening direction of the first door 40, is fixed to a folded portion on the back side in the door depth direction D of the end side 45A, and a silicone rubber packing 82 having flexibility in the door width direction W is fixed over the entire area of the door height direction H to a surface of the bracket 81 facing the opposite side of the door width direction W. The silicone rubber packing 82 will be described later.

[0049] On the other hand, the second door 41 is provided with a bracket 83 over the entire area in the door height direction H on the surface of the end side 45A on the opposite side of the door width direction W of the second door 41. The bracket 83 is fixed to the surface of the end side 45A of the second door 42 and includes a base material 83A having a member bent so as to extend in the direction along the door width direction W, and an airtight material 83B attached to the bent portion of the base material 83A so as to be positionally adjustable in the door width direction W relative to the base material 83A. In this embodiment, a long hole (not shown) is provided in the bent portion of the base material 83A in the direction along the door width direction W, a tap is cut in the portion of the airtight material 83B that contacts the base material 83A, and the airtight material 83B is fixed with a bolt so as to be positionally adjustable relative to the base material 83A. On the opposite side to the side where the airtight material 83B is fixed, an airtight surface 84 is provided that is pressed against and contacts a silicone rubber packing 82 provided on the first door 40. This makes it possible to adjust the degree of contact between the airtight surface 84 and the silicone rubber packing 82.

[0050] [Fourth airtight section] 3, the fourth airtight section 9 is provided in two locations: between the first door 40 and the vertical frame 22 on the first door 40 side of the frame 2, and between the fourth door 43 and the vertical frame 22 on the fourth door 43 side of the frame 2. The above two fourth airtight sections 9 are symmetrical but have the same structure, so only the structure between the first door 40 and the vertical frame 22 on the first door 40 side of the frame 2 will be described.

[0051] 12, the fourth airtight section on the first door 40 side is configured to include a silicone rubber packing 92 fixed to the vertical frame 22 on the first door 40 side, which is one of the vertical frames, facing in the opening direction of the first door 40 (the opposite side to the door width direction W), and when the door is closed, the silicone rubber packing 92 comes into contact with a bracket 93 fixed to the end side 45A of the first door 41 and facing in the closing direction. Here, the silicone rubber packing 92 is an example of a fourth airtight member, and the bracket 93 is an example of an airtight material.

[0052] 12, in the vertical frame 22 on the first door 40 side, a bracket 91 having a surface facing the opposite side in the door width direction W is fixed to the door depth direction D side of the vertical frame 22, and a silicone rubber packing 92 facing the opposite side in the door width direction W is provided to the bracket 91. The bracket 91 and the silicone rubber packing 92 are provided over the entire area of the door height direction H of the first door 40.

[0053] On the other hand, the first door 40 has a bracket 93 attached to the surface of the end side 45A facing the opposite side of the door width direction W of the first door 40 over the entire area of the door height direction H of the first door 40. In this embodiment, the bracket 93 is fixed to the surface of the end side 45A facing the opposite side of the door width direction W of the first door 40, and is configured to include a base material 93A having a member bent so as to extend in a direction along the door width direction W, and an airtight material 93B attached to the bent portion of the base material 93A so as to be positionally adjustable in the door width direction W relative to the base material 93A. In this embodiment, a long hole (not shown) is provided in the bent portion of the base material 93A in the direction along the door width direction W, a tap is cut in the portion of the airtight material 93B that contacts the base material 93A, and the airtight material 93B is fixed with a bolt so as to be positionally adjustable relative to the base material 93A. On the side opposite to the fixed side of the airtight material 93B, there is an airtight surface 94 which is pressed against and comes into contact with a silicon rubber packing 92 provided on the vertical frame 22. This makes it possible to adjust the degree of contact between the airtight surface 94 and the silicon rubber packing 92.

[0054] [5th airtight section] The fifth airtight section 10 includes a facing plate 101 fixed to the upper frame 21 of the three-sided frame 2 at a position facing an end of one end side 45A of the door, and a silicon plate 102 fixed facing the end of the end side 45A of the facing plate 101, and when the door is closed, the silicon plate 102 comes into contact with the end of one end side 45A. Here, the silicon plate 102 is an example of a fifth airtight member.

[0055] Specifically, as shown in Fig. 3, the fifth airtight section 10 is a portion where the first door 40 and the second door 41 overlap in the door depth direction D, and a portion where the fourth door 43 and the third door 42 overlap in the door depth direction D, and in a portion where the rising portions 211 of the upper frame 21 of the three-sided jamb 2 shown in Figs. 5 and 7 are formed in a stepped shape in a plan view along the respective surfaces 45 of the first door 40 and the fourth door 43, an opposing plate 101 is provided in a direction along the door depth direction D so as to connect the respective rising portions 211, as shown in Fig. 13. The two fifth airtight sections 10 are symmetrical but have the same structure, so the structure on the side of the first door 40 will be described.

[0056] The opposing plate 101 has the same length as the rising portions 211 in the door height direction H, and is fixed airtight to each of the rising portions 211. In this embodiment, the opposing plate 101 is welded to each of the rising portions 211. As a result, when the first door 40 is closed along the door width direction W to enter a closed state, the surface of the end side 45A of the first door 40 is in close contact with the silicon plate 102. As a result, all of the upper ends of the first door 40 are in an airtight state.

[0057] The silicone rubber packing 82 or 92 used in the third airtight portion to the fifth airtight portion is shown in Fig. 14. Since the silicone rubber packing 82 or 92 has the same structure, only the silicone rubber packing 82 will be described here.

[0058] 14, the silicone rubber packing 82 includes a base portion 82A on the side attached to the bracket, a straight portion 82C, and a contact portion 82B. The silicone rubber packing 82 is flexible as a whole, and is configured to bend along the door width direction W when pressure is applied in the door width direction W. The silicone rubber packing 82 is provided with a plurality of holes (not shown) spaced apart along the door height direction H so that the base portion 82A can be fixed with a bolt.

[0059] [6th airtight section] As shown in FIG. 19, the sixth airtight section 11 is formed at the butt joint between the second door 41 and the third door 42 when the doors are closed from both the left and right sides. The butt joint is formed by contacting the concave rubber 110 protruding from the surface of the end side 45A of the second door 41 in the door width direction W and the convex rubber 120 protruding from the surface of the end side 45A of the third door 42 opposite to the concave rubber 110 in an butted state. At this time, the end sides 45A are not in contact. The concave rubber 110 and the convex rubber 120 have a length along the entire door height direction H of the second door 41 and the third door 42. Here, the concave rubber 110 is an example of a concave resin member, and the convex rubber 120 is an example of a convex resin member.

[0060] As shown in FIG. 20, 15, and 16, the concave rubber 110 is a rubber-like rubber made of silicone synthetic resin, including a base 112, a first butt plane 114, and a recess 116. The concave rubber 110 has a vertical cutout at the end side 45A facing the third door 42 of the second door 41, the base 112 is located inside the end side 45A, and the back side of the base 112 is bonded and fixed to the reinforcing material 45C that reinforces the end side 45A. In this state, the first butt plane 114 and the recess 116 are positioned protruding from the surface of the end side 45A. Also, as shown in FIG. 16, synthetic resin plates 72 that close the gap between the lower part of the second door 41 and the airtight rail 74 are provided on both sides of the lower part of the concave rubber 110.

[0061] As shown in FIG. 20 and FIG. 17 and FIG. 18, the convex rubber 120 is a rubber-like rubber made of a silicone synthetic resin base material, which includes a base 122, a second butt plane 124, a convex portion 126, and a groove portion 128 formed at the base portion on both sides in the longitudinal direction of the convex portion 126. The convex rubber 120 has a vertical cutout at the end side 45A facing the second door 41 of the third door 42, the base 122 is located inside the end side 45A, and the back side of the base 122 is bonded and fixed to the reinforcing material 45C that reinforces the end side 45A. In this state, the second butt plane 124 and the convex portion 126 are positioned protruding from the surface of the end side 45A. Also, as shown in FIG. 18, synthetic resin plates 72 that close the gap between the lower part of the third door 42 and the airtight rail 74 are provided on both sides of the lower part of the convex rubber 120.

[0062] <Function of main parts> Next, the operation of the first airtight portion to the fifth airtight portion will be described.

[0063] [Function of the first airtight section] As shown in Figs. 7 and 8, in the first airtight section 6, a synthetic resin plate 63 provided on the rising portion 211 of the frame 2 via a leaf spring 62 is biased against the surface 45 of the first door 40 or the airtight plate 61 and is in close contact with the surface 45. This state is the same for the second door 41, the third door 42, and the fourth door. When each door starts to close in the door width direction W, the synthetic resin plate 63 comes into close contact with the surface of each airtight plate 61 of the first door 40, the second door 41, the third door 42, and the fourth door 43 while sliding against the surface. When each door is in a closed state, the synthetic resin plate 63 and the surface of each airtight plate 61 come into close contact with each other over the entire area in the door width direction W. As a result, the upper ends of the first door 40, the second door 41, the third door 42, and the fourth door 43 are maintained in an airtight state.

[0064] [Function of the second airtight section] As shown in Figs. 9 and 10, the second airtight section 7 is in close contact with the synthetic resin plate 72 provided on the inner surface 45B of the first door 40 that opens downward via a leaf spring 71, which is biased against the airtight rail 74 fixed to the surface facing upward of the threshold 3. This state is similar for the second door 41, the third door 42, and the fourth door 43. When the doors start to close so as to face each other from both the left and right sides in the door width direction W, the synthetic resin plate 72 comes into close contact while sliding on the surface of the airtight rail 74 facing the door depth direction D. When the doors are in a closed state, the synthetic resin plate 72 provided on each door and the surface of the airtight rail 74 provided corresponding to each door come into close contact over the entire area of the door width direction W. As a result, the lower ends of the first door 40, the second door 41, the third door 42, and the fourth door 43 are maintained in an airtight state.

[0065] [Function of the third airtight section] As shown in FIG. 11, the third airtight section 8 is a silicone rubber packing 82 provided inside the end side 45A on the side of the door width direction W of the first door 40 facing the opposite side of the door width direction W, and a bracket 83 fixed to the end side 45A on the opposite side of the door width direction W of the second door 41 and having an airtight surface 84 that contacts toward the silicone rubber packing 82, which are in close contact with each other when the doors are closed. This state is symmetrical in relation to the fourth door 43 and the third door 42, but has a similar structure. When the doors start to close so as to face each other from both the left and right sides in the door width direction W, the airtight surface 84 of the bracket 83 provided on the second door 41 approaches toward the silicone rubber packing 82 of the first door 40. When the doors are in a closed state, the silicone rubber packing 82 provided on the first door 40 and the airtight surface 84 provided on the second door 41 are in close contact with each other. As a result, the end sides 45A of the first door 40, the second door 41, and the fourth door 43 and the third door 42 are maintained in an airtight state.

[0066] [Function of the fourth airtight section] As shown in Figure 12, the fourth airtight section 9 is provided in two locations: between the first door 40 and the vertical frame 22 on the first door 40 side of the frame 2, and between the fourth door 43 and the vertical frame 22 on the fourth door 43 side of the frame 2.

[0067] As shown in FIG. 12, between the first door 40 and the vertical frame 22 on the first door 40 side of the three-sided frame 2, a silicone rubber packing 92 fixed to a surface facing the opposite side in the door width direction W of a bracket 91 fixed inside the vertical frame 22 and an airtight surface 94 of a bracket 93 fixed to the end side 45A on the opposite side of the door width direction W of the first door 40 are in airtight contact with each other in the door closed state. When each door starts to close so as to face each other from both the left and right sides in the door width direction W, the airtight surface 94 of the bracket 93 provided on the first door 40 approaches toward the silicone rubber packing 92 provided on the vertical frame 22 on the first door 40 side. When each door is in the closed state, the silicone rubber packing 82 provided on the vertical frame 22 and the airtight surface 94 of the bracket 93 provided on the first door 40 are in airtight contact with each other. As a result, the first door 40 and the vertical frame 22 on the first door 40 side are maintained in an airtight state. Similarly, the fourth door 43 and the vertical frame 22 on the side of the fourth door 43 are also maintained in an airtight state.

[0068] [Function of the fifth airtight section] As shown in FIG. 13, the fifth airtight section 10 is provided in a direction along the door depth direction D so as to connect the rising portions 211 of the first door 40 and the second door 41 in a portion formed in a step-like shape in a plan view along each surface 45 of the first door 40 and the second door 41, and the airtight surface 103 of the silicon plate 102 fixed to the surface facing the opposite side in the door width direction W of the facing plate 101 and the surface of the end side 45A of the first door 40 on the door width direction W side are in airtight contact. When the doors start to close so as to face each other from both the left and right sides in the door width direction W, the surface of the end side 45A of the first door 40 approaches toward the airtight surface 103 of the silicon plate 102 on the first door 40 side. When the doors are in a closed state, the airtight surface 103 of the silicon plate 102 provided on the facing plate 101 and the surface of the end side 45A of the first door 40 are in airtight contact. This maintains an airtight state between the first door 40 and the opposing plate 101. Similarly, on the end side 45A opposite to the door width direction W of the fourth door 43, the airtight surface 103 of the silicon plate 102 provided on the opposing plate 101 and the surface of the end side 45A of the fourth door 43 are in airtight contact with each other.

[0069] [Function of the sixth airtight section] As shown in FIG. 19, in the sixth airtight portion 11, the concave rubber 110 and the convex rubber 120 are in close contact with each other in a pressed state, with the first butt plane 114 of the concave rubber 110 and the second butt plane 124 of the convex rubber 120 being in close contact with each other in a pressed state, and the convex portion 126 of the convex rubber 120 being in close contact with the concave portion 116 of the concave rubber 110, thereby maintaining airtightness.

[0070] As shown in FIG. 20(a), the concave rubber 110 and the convex rubber 120 are in close contact with each other in the butt portion, with the first butt plane 114 of the concave rubber 110 and the second butt plane 124 of the convex rubber being in close contact with each other in a pressed state, and the convex portion 126 of the convex rubber 120 being in close contact with the concave portion 116 of the concave rubber 110 in a pressed state. As shown in FIG. 20(b), the protruding dimension of the convex portion 126 from the second butt plane 124 is larger than the depth dimension of the concave portion 116, and in the butt state shown in FIG. 20(a), the convex portion 126 is pressed against the concave portion 116 in a direction to be crushed. The pressed convex portion 126 acts to narrow the groove portion 128 formed on both sides of the convex portion 126 in the longitudinal direction, and the concave portion 116 and the convex portion 126 are in close contact with each other with sufficient pressure. This shape allows the recessed portion 116 and the protruding portion 126 to maintain close contact with each other even if the closed state of the second door 41 and the third door 42 is slightly misaligned in the door depth direction D.

[0071] As described above in detail, the double-leaf door with a smoke-tight structure according to this embodiment creates an airtight state between the jamb 2 and the door, between the threshold 3 and the door, and between the doors themselves, due to the structures and functions of the first to sixth airtight sections, preventing smoke from a fire from leaking from the entrance 1. Furthermore, even if halon, nitrogen, or carbon dioxide is released due to a fire, the halon, nitrogen, or carbon dioxide is prevented from leaking from the entrance 1.

[0072] In this way, the double-opening type automatic door 12 with a smoke-tight structure according to this embodiment is a double-opening door with a smoke-tight structure on at least two doors 4 that can be opened and closed in both horizontal directions relative to the frame 2 and the threshold 3, and has a first airtight section 6 that seals the gap between the upper part of the door 4 and the upper frame of the frame 2, a second airtight section 7 that seals the gap between the lower part of the door 4 and the threshold 3, a third airtight section 8 that seals the gap between the end parts of the door 4 on the gable side, a fourth airtight section 9 that seals the gap between the end part of the door on the gable side and the vertical frame 22 of the frame 2, a fifth airtight section 10 that seals the gap between the end part of the end side 45A of the door 4 and the upper frame 21 of the frame 2, and a sixth airtight section 11 that seals the gap between the end parts of the end sides 45A of the doors 4 at their butt joints.

[0073] As a result, compared to a door that is moved and pressed against a jamb on three sides, the airtightness of the double-door type automatic door 12 is ensured and a smoke-blocking effect is achieved by simply closing the first door 40 to the fourth door 43.

[0074] The first airtight section 6 is composed of a leaf spring 62 fixed to the upper frame 21 facing the surface 45 of the door 4 and biasing the door 4 toward the door 4, and a synthetic resin plate 63 fixed to the free end of the leaf spring 62 and in contact with the surface 45 of the door 4.

[0075] As a result, compared to a door that is moved and pressed against a jamb on three sides, the airtightness of the upper part of the double-opening automatic door 12 is ensured by simply closing the door 4, and a smoke-blocking effect is achieved.

[0076] The second airtight section 7 is composed of an airtight rail 74 fixed along the opening and closing direction of the door 4 of the threshold 3, a leaf spring 71 fixed to the lower part of the door 4 and biasing it toward the airtight rail 74, and a synthetic resin plate 72 fixed to the free end of the leaf spring 71 and in contact with the airtight rail 74.

[0077] As a result, compared to a door that is moved and pressed against a jamb on three sides, the airtightness of the lower part of the double-opening automatic door 12 is ensured by simply closing the door 4, and a smoke-blocking effect is achieved.

[0078] The third airtight section 8 is located inside one of the doors 4 and includes a silicone rubber gasket 82 facing the opening direction of the other door 4, and an airtight plate 83B fixed to the end of the back side 45A of the other door 4 and in contact with the silicone rubber gasket 82, and when the door 4 is closed, the silicone rubber gasket 82 and the airtight plate 83B come into contact with each other.

[0079] As a result, compared to a door that is moved and pressed against a jamb on three sides, the airtightness between the doors of the double-opening automatic door 12 is ensured by simply closing the door 4, thereby achieving a smoke-blocking effect.

[0080] The fourth airtight section 9 is composed of a silicone rubber packing 92 fixed to one of the vertical frames 22 facing the closing direction of the door 4, and an airtight material 93B fixed to the gable side 45A facing the opening direction of the door 4 and facing the closing direction of the door 4, and when the door 4 is closed, the silicone rubber packing 92 and the airtight material 93B come into contact with each other.

[0081] As a result, compared to a door that is moved and pressed against the frame on three sides, by simply closing the door 4, airtightness is ensured between the door 4 at both ends of the double-opening auto door 12 and the vertical frame 22 of the frame 2, thereby achieving a smoke-blocking effect.

[0082] It also includes a silicone rubber packing 92 fixed to one vertical frame 22 and the other vertical frame 22 on the opposite side facing the opening direction of the door 43, and an end surface 93 of the end side 45A facing the closing direction of the door 43, and when the door 43 is closed, the silicone rubber packing 92 and the end surface 93 of the end side 45A come into contact with each other.

[0083] As a result, compared to a door that is moved and pressed against the frame on three sides, the door 4 at both ends of the auto door 12 that opens to the sides on both sides and the vertical frames 22 of the frame 2 are kept airtight by simply closing the door 4, thereby achieving a smoke-blocking effect.

[0084] The fifth airtight section 10 is composed of an opposing plate 101 fixed to a position facing an end of one end side 45A of the door 4 in the upper frame 21 of the three-sided frame 2, and a silicon plate 102 fixed facing the surface of the end of the end side 45A of the door 4 on the opposing plate 101, and when the door 4 is closed, the silicon plate 102 comes into contact with the surface of the end of one end side 45A of the door 4.

[0085] As a result, compared to a door that is moved and pressed against a jamb on three sides, the airtightness of the end of door 4 in the closing direction of the double-opening automatic door 12 is ensured by simply closing door 4, thereby providing a smoke-blocking effect.

[0086] The sixth airtight section 11 has, in the opposing direction of the end side 45A where the two doors 4 are butted together, a first butt plane 114 provided on one end side 45A, a concave resin member 110 in which a recess 116 that is more concave than the first butt plane 114 is formed in the longitudinal direction, and a second butt plane 124 provided on the other end side 45A in contact with the first butt plane 114, and a convex resin member 120 in which a convex portion 126 that is convex and faces the recess 116 more than the second butt plane 124 is formed in the longitudinal direction, and when the door 4 is closed, the first butt plane 114 and the second butt plane 124 are in contact, and the recess 116 and the convex portion 126 are in contact.

[0087] As a result, compared to doors that overlap when viewed from the front, the gable sides of the double-opening automatic door seal tightly to block smoke, ensuring airtightness and providing sufficient smoke protection.

[0088] The mechanical parking device also includes a boarding / alighting room where vehicles move in and out, a storage room where the vehicles are moved between the boarding / alighting room, and an automatic door 12 of the double-side-opening type having a smoke-tight structure described in any one of the first to eighth embodiments, which is installed at the entrance / exit of the boarding / alighting room.

[0089] This ensures airtightness of the entrance door of the boarding / alighting compartment through which vehicles move in and out, and provides a smoke-blocking effect. In addition, even if a fire extinguishing system is activated in the compartment in which the mechanical parking device is installed and halon, nitrogen, or carbon dioxide is released, leakage of halon, nitrogen, or carbon dioxide from the entrance door is suppressed.

[0090] The above describes an embodiment of the present invention, but this embodiment is merely an example, and various modifications can be made without departing from the spirit of the present invention. It goes without saying that the scope of the present invention is not limited to these embodiments.

[0091] For example, the automatic door 12 that opens to the sides on both sides has been described as having a drive unit 50, but the invention is not limited to this. The door that opens to the sides on both sides may be of a type that is opened and closed manually without the drive unit 50.

[0092] In addition, although the description has been given of four doors, the present invention is not limited to this and may be a double-opening door having two doors, four or more doors, or an irregular arrangement in which the number of doors on the left and right sides is different.

[0093] In addition, it has been explained that synthetic resin plates are used as the first airtight member and the second airtight member and that the material is Teflon (registered trademark), but this is not limiting and silicone or other synthetic resin materials may be used, and the material does not have to be plate-shaped, and may be heat-resistant, wear-resistant, and flexible.

[0094] In addition, although the third and fourth airtight members are described as being made of silicone rubber packing, the present invention is not limited to this and any resin material having heat resistance, abrasion resistance, etc. and flexibility may be used.

[0095] In addition, although a silicon plate is used as the fifth airtight member in the above description, this is not limiting and Teflon (registered trademark) or other synthetic resin materials may be used. Furthermore, the fifth airtight member does not have to be plate-shaped and may have properties such as heat resistance and abrasion resistance, as well as flexibility.

[0096] Thus, it goes without saying that the structure of each part, the materials used, and the like may be subject to various changes, modifications, improvements, and variations within the scope of the technical concept of the present invention. [Explanation of symbols]
