[0004] [Patent Document 1] JP 2023-108074 A Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]
[0005] As a finishing structure for the inner peripheral surface of the above-mentioned opening, a finishing structure is known in which a decorative sheet made of a different material from the paint applied to the surface of the inner wall is attached to the inner peripheral surface of the opening.
[0006] However, with this type of finishing structure, in order to hide the edges of the decorative sheet attached to the inner surface of the opening, it is necessary to fit a frame made of a different material into the boundary between the surface of the inner wall and the edges of the decorative sheet, which results in lines created by the frame on the edge of the opening, reducing the aesthetic appearance of the opening.
[0007] The present invention has been made in consideration of such problems, and has as its object to provide a finishing structure for an opening that is capable of neatly finishing an opening. [Means for solving the problem]
[0008] The finishing structure for an opening of the present invention is a finishing structure for an opening provided in an interior wall of a building, and is characterized in having a decorative sheet including a sheet main body portion that is attached to the inner surface of the opening and covers the inner surface, and a sheet outer portion that is integrally connected to the sheet main body portion and attached to the surface of the inner wall, a putty portion that is provided across the surface of the sheet outer portion and the surface of the inner wall and smoothly connects the surface of the sheet outer portion and the surface of the inner wall, and a painted portion that covers the surface of the putty portion and the surface of the inner wall.
[0009] In the finishing structure for an opening of the present invention having the above-mentioned configuration, it is preferable that the opening has a frame on all four sides that is always open. Effect of the Invention
[0010] According to the present invention, it is possible to provide a finishing structure for an opening that can neatly finish the opening. [Brief description of the drawings]

[0012] DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS A finishing structure for an opening according to one embodiment of the present invention will now be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
[0013] 1 is made of reinforced concrete and can be used as, for example, a house, a student dormitory, an office building, a commercial building, etc. Building 1 has a corridor 2, a room 4 separated from the corridor 2 by an inner wall 3, a room 6 separated from the corridor 2 by an inner wall 5, and a room 9 separated from the corridor 2 by an inner wall 7 and also separated from room 6 by an inner wall 8.
[0014] The building 1 is not limited to being made of reinforced concrete, but may be made of other structures such as wood or steel.
[0015] 1 and 2, an opening 10 is provided in an inner wall 3 that separates a corridor 2 from a room 4. The opening 10 penetrates the inner wall 3 and communicates with the corridor 2 and the room 4.
[0016] As shown in Fig. 3, in this embodiment, the opening 10 provided in the inner wall 3 is a four-sided frame that is always open. That is, the opening 10 has an inner peripheral surface 11 having a rectangular shape with a pair of planar vertical surface portions 11a that are parallel to each other and face each other in the vertical direction, a horizontal planar upper horizontal surface portion 11b that is connected to the upper ends of the pair of vertical surface portions 11a, and a horizontal planar lower horizontal surface portion 11c that is connected to the lower ends of the pair of vertical surface portions 11a, and is arranged so that the upper horizontal surface portion 11b is located below the ceiling 12 and the lower horizontal surface portion 11c is located above the floor 13. The opening 10 is a small window that is always open without any components such as window glass, louvers, or shoji screens.
[0017] An opening 10 provided in an inner wall 3 is finished by a finishing structure 20 for an opening according to one embodiment of the present invention (hereinafter, may be simply referred to as "finishing structure 20").
[0018] The finishing structure 20 is provided in the same configuration on each of the pair of vertical surface portions 11a, the upper horizontal surface portion 11b, and the lower horizontal surface portion 11c of the opening 10. In the following, the finishing structure 20 on one of the vertical surface portions 11a will be described as an example.
[0019] As shown in FIG. 4, the finishing structure 20 of this embodiment has a decorative sheet 21, a putty portion 22, and a painted portion .
[0020] The decorative sheet 21 is formed in a sheet shape from a flexible synthetic resin material such as polyvinyl chloride, etc. The decorative sheet 21 includes a sheet main body portion 21a and a pair of sheet outer portions 21b.
[0021] The sheet main body portion 21a has a shape corresponding to the vertical surface portion 11a of the inner surface 11 of the opening 10, and is attached to the end surface 3a of the inner wall 3 corresponding to the vertical surface portion 11a using an adhesive, thereby covering the entire vertical surface portion 11a and the end surface 3a.
[0022] One sheet outer portion 21b is integrally connected to one side edge of the sheet main body 21a facing the corridor 2, folded relative to the sheet main body 21a, and attached with an adhesive to a surface 3b of the inner wall 3 facing the corridor 2. The other sheet outer portion 21b is integrally connected to the other side edge of the sheet main body 21a facing the room 4, folded relative to the sheet main body 21a, and attached with an adhesive to a surface 3c of the inner wall 3 facing the room 4.
[0023] In this way, the decorative sheet 21 is attached to the end face 3a of the inner wall 3 at the sheet main body portion 21a, covering the entire vertical surface portion 11a of the inner surface 11 of the opening 10, and has a U-shaped cross-section attached to the surface 3b or surface 3c of the inner wall 3 at a pair of sheet outer portions 21b formed by folding both side portions of the sheet main body portion 21a.
[0024] It is preferable that the decorative sheet 21 has a pattern, such as a wood grain pattern, displayed on its surface by printing or the like. With this configuration, the pattern of the decorative sheet 21 is displayed on the inner peripheral surface 11 of the opening 10, thereby improving the aesthetic appearance of the opening 10.
[0025] The width of the pair of sheet outer parts 21b (the horizontal length from the part connected to the sheet main body part 21a to the end part facing the opposite side to the sheet main body part 21a) can be set to an appropriate width. The width of the pair of sheet outer parts 21b is preferably smaller than the horizontal width of the sheet main body part 21a, and more preferably about half the horizontal width of the sheet main body part 21a. In this embodiment, the horizontal width of the sheet main body part 21a is about 130 mm, while the width of the pair of sheet outer parts 21b is about 30 mm to 70 mm.
[0026] The putty portion 22 is a portion that has been subjected to a process called "putty pressing", "finishing", etc. In this embodiment, the putty portion 22 is provided on both one surface 3b of the inner wall 3 facing the corridor 2 and the other surface 3c of the inner wall 3 facing the room 4, corresponding to the pair of sheet outer portions 21b.
[0027] One putty portion 22 is provided across the surface of one sheet outer portion 21b of the decorative sheet 21 and one surface 3b of the inner wall 3 to which the sheet outer portion 21b is attached, smoothly connecting the surface of the sheet outer portion 21b and the surface 3b of the inner wall 3. More specifically, one putty portion 22 has a covering portion 22a that is thinly laminated on the surface of the sheet outer portion 21b and covers the entire surface of the sheet outer portion 21b, and a pressing portion 22b that is integrally connected to the covering portion 22a and extends toward the opposite side of the opening 10 with respect to the sheet outer portion 21b to cover the surface 3b of the inner wall 3. The thickness of the pressing portion 22b gradually decreases with increasing distance from the sheet outer portion 21b, and the pressing portion 22b is smoothly connected to the surface 3b of the inner wall 3.
[0028] Similarly, the other putty portion 22 is provided across the surface of the other sheet outer portion 21b of the decorative sheet 21 and the other surface 3c of the inner wall 3 to which the sheet outer portion 21b is attached, smoothly connecting the surface of the sheet outer portion 21b and the surface 3c of the inner wall 3. More specifically, the other putty portion 22 has a covering portion 22a that is thinly laminated on the surface of the sheet outer portion 21b and covers the entire surface of the sheet outer portion 21b, and an ironing portion 22b that is integrally connected to the covering portion 22a and extends toward the opposite side of the opening 10 with respect to the sheet outer portion 21b to cover the surface 3c of the inner wall 3. The ironing portion 22b gradually becomes thinner with increasing distance from the sheet outer portion 21b, and smoothly connects to the surface 3c of the inner wall 3.
[0029] In this way, the surface of each putty portion 22 is smoothed by filling in the step between one sheet outer portion 21b and one surface 3b of the inner wall 3 and the step between the other sheet outer portion 21b and the other surface 3c of the inner wall 3.
[0030] The painted portion 23 is formed by applying paint using a brush or a roller, or by spraying paint using a spray, etc. In this embodiment, the painted portions 23 are provided on both one surface 3b of the inner wall 3 facing the corridor 2 and the other surface 3c of the inner wall 3 facing the room 4, corresponding to the pair of sheet outer portions 21b and the pair of putty portions 22.
[0031] One of the painted portions 23 is provided across one of the putty portions 22 or the surface of the sheet outer portion 21b provided on the surface 3b of the inner wall 3 facing the corridor 2 and one of the surfaces 3b of the inner wall 3, and covers the one of the putty portions 22 or the surface of the sheet outer portion 21b and one of the surfaces 3b of the inner wall 3. The edge of one of the painted portions 23 on the opening 10 side coincides with one edge of the inner peripheral surface 11 of the opening 10, i.e., one edge of the sheet main body portion 21a, and extends straight.
[0032] Similarly, the other painted portion 23 is formed by applying paint to the surface of the other putty portion 22 or the sheet outer portion 21b provided on the side of the surface 3c of the inner wall 3 facing the room 4 and the other surface 3c of the inner wall 3, and covers the other putty portion 22 or the surface of the sheet outer portion 21b and the other surface 3c of the inner wall 3. The edge of the other painted portion 23 on the opening 10 side extends straight, coinciding with the other edge of the inner circumferential surface 11 of the opening 10, i.e., the other edge of the sheet main body portion 21a.
[0033] The portion of the inner wall 3 where the sheet outer portion 21b of the decorative sheet 21 is attached to the surfaces 3b, 3c of the inner wall 3 is smoothly connected to the surfaces 3b, 3c of the inner wall 3 by the putty portion 22, so that the surface of the painted portion 23 has a smooth shape without any steps.
[0034] The decorative sheet 21, the putty portion 22, and the painted portion 23 are configured in the same manner as in the vertical portion 11a on the other vertical surface portion 11a, the upper horizontal surface portion 11b, and the lower horizontal surface portion 11c of the inner peripheral surface 11 of the opening 10. The putty portion 22 is continuously provided between the sheet outer portion 21b corresponding to the vertical surface portion 11a and the sheet outer portion 21b corresponding to the upper horizontal surface portion 11b, and between the sheet outer portion 21b corresponding to the vertical surface portion 11a and the sheet outer portion 21b corresponding to the lower horizontal surface portion 11c, so that the step between the adjacent sheet outer portions 21b is filled by the putty portion 22. As a result, the entire inner peripheral surface 11 of the opening 10 is covered with the decorative sheet 21, and the painted portion 23 has a smooth shape without any step around the entire periphery of the opening 10.
[0035] As described above, in the opening finishing structure 20 of this embodiment, the inner surface 11 of the opening 10 is covered by the sheet main body portion 21a of the decorative sheet 21, the surfaces 3b, 3c of the inner wall 3 are each covered by the painted portions 23, and a pair of sheet outer portions 21b that are integrally connected to the sheet main body portion 21a are affixed to the surfaces 3b, 3c of the inner wall 3 inside the corresponding painted portions 23. Therefore, in a configuration in which the inner surface 11 of the opening 10 is covered and finished by the decorative sheet 21 and the surfaces 3b, 3c of the inner wall 3 are covered and finished by the painted portions 23, the edges of the decorative sheet 21 are not visible from the outside, and the boundary between the sheet main body portion 21a and the painted portions 23 can be neatly finished without using a frame. Furthermore, the putty portion 22 fills in any step between the surface of the sheet outer portion 21b and the surfaces 3b, 3c of the inner wall 3 to smoothly connect the surface of the sheet outer portion 21b and the surfaces 3b, 3c of the inner wall 3, so that even if the pair of sheet outer portions 21b of the decorative sheet 21 are attached to the surfaces 3b, 3c of the inner wall 3 inside the painted portion 23, the painted portion 23 can have a smooth shape without any step. Therefore, according to the finishing structure 20 for an opening according to this embodiment, the opening 10 can be beautifully finished to improve the aesthetic appearance of the opening 10.
[0036] Furthermore, in the opening finishing structure 20 of this embodiment, when the opening 10 provided in the inner wall 3 is made into a four-sided frame that is always open, a pair of vertical surface portions 11a, upper horizontal surface portion 11b and lower horizontal surface portion 11c that constitute the inner surface 11 of the opening 10 are each covered with the sheet main body portion 21a of the decorative sheet 21, and the boundary between the edge of the sheet main body portion 21a and the edge of the painted portion 23 covering the surfaces 3b, 3c of the inner wall 3 can be neatly finished into a rectangular shape that follows the shape of the opening 10, thereby further enhancing the aesthetic appearance of the opening 10.
[0037] In the case shown in Figure 4, the decorative sheet 21 has a U-shaped cross section comprising a sheet main body portion 21a and a pair of sheet outer portions 21b, but in cases such as those shown as a modified example in Figure 5 where a protruding wall 30 extending parallel to the inner surface 11 of the opening 10 is integrally formed on one surface 3c of the inner wall 3, the decorative sheet 21 may have an L-shaped cross section comprising only the sheet main body portion 21a and one sheet outer portion 21b.
[0038] More specifically, the decorative sheet 21 may be configured such that the sheet outer portion 21b is integrally provided on one edge of the sheet main body portion 21a, the extension portion 21c is integrally provided on the other edge of the sheet main body portion 21a and extends parallel to the sheet main body portion 21a without being folded, and the extension portion 21c is attached to a surface 30a extending parallel to the inner circumferential surface 11 of the protruding wall 30 along the inner circumferential surface 11. Even in this modified example, a putty portion 22 is provided across the surface of the extension portion 21c and the surface 30a of the protruding wall 30, the surface of the extension portion 21c and the surface 30a of the protruding wall 30 are smoothly connected by the putty portion 22, and the putty portion 22, the surface of the extension portion 21c, and the surface 30a of the protruding wall 30 are covered with a painted portion 23. With this configuration, even on the side where the extension portion 21c of the sheet main body portion 21a is provided, the edge portion of the decorative sheet 21 is not visible from the outside, and the boundary between the sheet main body portion 21a and the painted portion 23 can be finished neatly without using a frame.
[0039] The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and it goes without saying that various modifications can be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention.
[0040] For example, in the above embodiment, the decorative sheet 21 is configured such that the sheet outer portion 21b is integrally connected to both edge portions of the sheet main body portion 21a, or such that the sheet outer portion 21b is integrally connected to one edge portion of the sheet main body portion 21a and the extension portion 21c is integrally connected to the other edge portion, but this is not limited to the above and it is sufficient that the sheet outer portion 21b is provided on at least one edge portion of the sheet main body portion 21a.
[0041] In the above embodiment, the opening 10 has a frame on all four sides, but the opening 10 may have another rectangular shape, such as a frame on three sides. The opening 10 may have a shape other than a rectangle, such as a shape in which the inner peripheral surface 11 is circular.
[0042] Furthermore, in this embodiment, the opening finishing structure 20 of this embodiment is applied to the opening 10 provided in the inner wall 3 that separates the corridor 2 and the room 4 of the building 1, but the opening finishing structure 20 of this embodiment may also be applied to openings provided in other inner walls of the building 1.
[0043] Furthermore, the putty portion 22 is preferably configured so that the covering portion 22a covers the entire sheet outer portion 21b, but is not limited thereto, and the covering portion 22a may cover only a portion of the sheet outer portion 21b. [Explanation of symbols]
