When the bulging portion is a spherical notch, the curve R (radius of curvature, which corresponds to R2 in the case of a two-stage R tablet) at the apex is preferably 7 mm or more. By setting the curve R at the apex of the spherical notch within the above range, adhesion to the punch surface during tableting can be suppressed. In addition, the curve R1 (radius of curvature) at the periphery of the spherical notch in a two-stage R tablet is preferably 1 mm or more from the viewpoint of ease of administration. In the present invention, from the viewpoint of ease of administration, it is preferable that each tablet shape falls within the following range. [0041] [Press-through pack sheet] The present invention is a pharmaceutical product having the above-mentioned tablet and a press-through pack sheet filled with the tablet. This suppresses discoloration of the tablet. The press-through pack sheet 1 has a molded sheet 2 containing polychlorotrifluoroethylene and an aluminum foil 3. The molded sheet has a convex pocket 5 for filling the tablet 4, and the tablet can be airtightly packaged by filling the pocket 5 with the tablet 4 and sealing it with the aluminum foil 3. By pressing the molded sheet hard, the aluminum foil 3 is broken and the tablet inside is taken out. FIG. 1 is a side view of a molded sheet according to one embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 2 is a side view of a press-through pack sheet filled with a tablet. FIG. 3 is a view from the pocket (convex) side of the press-through pack sheet.

[0042] The molded sheet containing polychlorotrifluoroethylene may be a molded sheet made of polychlorotrifluoroethylene, a resin molded sheet made by mixing and kneading polychlorotrifluoroethylene with other resin materials described later, a laminated sheet made by bonding a sheet made of polychlorofluoroethylene with a sheet made of other resin, or a laminated sheet made by bonding a resin molded sheet made by mixing and kneading polychlorotrifluoroethylene with other resin materials described later and a sheet made of other resin. Among them, a laminated sheet made by bonding a sheet made of polychlorofluoroethylene with a sheet made of other resin is preferred. In the case of a laminated sheet, it is preferred that the other resin (polyvinyl chloride, etc.) is in contact with the tablet.

[0043] Other resin materials include polyvinyl chloride, polyvinylidene chloride, polypropylene, polyethylene, polyolefin, etc. Among these, polyvinyl chloride is preferred from the viewpoint of ease of molding.

[0044] The moisture permeability in the pocket is preferably 1.0 mg / 10 pockets·day or less, more preferably 0.5 mg / 10 pockets·day or less, even more preferably 0.4 mg / 10 pockets·day or less, and particularly preferably 0.3 mg / 10 pockets·day or less. The moisture permeability is measured according to JIS K 7129-2. By setting the moisture permeability to the above range, discoloration of the tablet is further suppressed.

[0045] The thickness of the molded sheet containing polychlorotrifluoroethylene is preferably 100 to 500 μm, more preferably 200 to 350 μm. By making it equal to or greater than the above lower limit, discoloration of the tablet is more suppressed. By making it equal to or less than the above upper limit, the tablet can be more easily removed from the sheet. In particular, in the case of a laminate sheet, the thickness of the sheet made of polychlorofluoroethylene is preferably 15 to 120 μm, more preferably 40 to 90 μm. By making it equal to or greater than the above lower limit, discoloration of the tablet is more suppressed. By making it equal to or less than the above upper limit, pockets can be easily formed.

[0046] The tablet storage section in which the tablets are filled is preferably a roughly cylindrical pocket molded with an open top. The diameter of the pocket molded (pocket diameter, 1 in FIG. 1) is preferably 0.1 to 7 mm larger than the diameter of the tablets to be filled, more preferably 0.5 to 5 mm, in order to suppress the travel distance of the tablets during transportation and to make the tablets less likely to break. Specifically, when the diameter of the tablets is 6 mm, it is preferably 6.1 to 13 mm, more preferably 6.5 to 11 mm. Similarly, the pocket depth (2 in FIG. 1) is preferably 0.1 to 5 mm larger than the thickness of the tablets, more preferably 0.5 to 2 mm. Specifically, when the thickness of the tablets is 4 mm, it is preferably 4.1 to 9 mm, more preferably 4.5 to 7 mm.

[0047] For sealing aluminum foil, use a coating that is appropriate for the plastic sheet to be attached. For example, a vinyl coat is used for non-oriented polypropylene (CPP). The amount of coating is 0.3 to 0.5 g / m 2 By setting the thickness within this range, the adhesion between the aluminum foil and the plastic sheet becomes good, and better sealing properties can be obtained.

[0048] The thickness of the aluminum foil is preferably 0.005 to 0.035 mm, more preferably 0.01 to 0.25 mm. By making the thickness equal to or more than the above lower limit, the aluminum foil is less likely to break during transportation, etc., and by making the thickness equal to or less than the above upper limit, the tablets are easily taken out.

[0049] [Drugs] The pharmaceuticals are not particularly limited as long as they are in the form of tablets, but include antipyretics and analgesics, general cold medicines, hypnotics and sedatives, anti-drowsiness drugs, sedatives, pediatric sedatives, digestive organ drugs, drugs containing histamine H2 receptor antagonists, antacids, stomachic drugs, intestinal regulators, digestive drugs, laxatives, gastrointestinal analgesics and antispasmodics, antidiarrheals, laxatives, anthelmintics, cardiac stimulants, arteriosclerosis drugs, vascular strengthening drugs, drugs for anemia, antitussives and expectorants, internal hemorrhoid drugs, vitamin-based preparations, calcium-based preparations, protein / amino acid-based preparations, women's medicines, contraceptives, antihistamine-based preparations, Chinese herbal medicine preparations, and herbal medicine preparations, all of which are suitable.
