[0003] [Patent Document 1] Jpn. Jpn. Published No. 61-24315 Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]
[0004] The light display toy is provided with a reset device which pushes back the light transmitting body which opens the slit to its initial position to close the slit. This reset device has protrusions implanted on the outer surface of the roller, and with the display body including the light-transmitting body and the light-shielding plate pressed against the roller, the display body is slid on the roller, whereby the protrusions on the outer surface of the roller are successively pressed against the light-transmitting body of the display body, thereby pushing the light-transmitting body back to its initial position. For this reason, it was necessary to design a structure that would prevent fingers from getting caught in the gap between the display and the roller. It also had to be safe to touch the back of the display, which is exposed when it is slid. Furthermore, the roller with the protrusions is made up of many parts, so assembly was time-consuming and costly. In addition, the display body must be removed and slid on rollers, making initialization troublesome. The present invention has been made in consideration of the above circumstances, and has an object to provide a light display toy that can be initialized cheaply and easily. [Means for solving the problem]
[0005] The first method is A light source; a surface plate having holes arranged at predetermined intervals on one side in a two-dimensionally expanding hole formation area; a light shielding plate provided on the rear side of the surface plate, with an openable and closable cutout formed corresponding to the hole, preventing light from the light source on the rear side from leaking to the front side when the cutout is closed, and allowing light from the light source to leak to the front side when the cutout is open; a light-transmitting body that can be partially pressed into the cut from the front surface side, the cut being opened by the pressing, and that is illuminated by light leaking from the cut to the front surface side; This light display toy is characterized by comprising a reset plate that is configured to be detachable from the light-shielding plate on the back side of the light-shielding plate, has protrusions formed on its surface corresponding to the notches, and when brought close to the light-shielding plate, the protrusions push back the light-transmitting body that has been pushed into the notches, closing the notches.
[0006] The second means is the first means, characterized in that the reset plate is a transparent plastic plate, the protrusions are formed on the surface, and a light diffusion section is provided on the back surface for diffusing light from the light source and allowing it to enter the interior.
[0007] A third aspect is the second aspect, characterized in that the light diffusing portion is formed by graining.
[0008] A fourth aspect of the present invention is the third aspect of the present invention, characterized in that the protrusion is a cylindrical protrusion and has a hemispherical tip.
[0009] A fifth aspect is the second aspect, characterized in that the reset plate is configured to be capable of being attached to and detached from the light blocking plate while being kept parallel to the light blocking plate.
[0010] The sixth means is any one of the first to fifth means, characterized in that a surface plate having holes formed therein corresponding to the cuts is provided on the surface side of the light blocking body, and spherical beads which are the light-transmitting body and have a diameter larger than that of the holes in the surface plate are arranged between the surface plate and the light blocking plate, corresponding to the cuts.
[0011] The seventh means is the sixth means, characterized in that a retaining plate is provided between the light shielding body and the reset plate, corresponding to the notch, and has a hole smaller in diameter than the bead, through which the protrusion can be inserted and removed, and the hole in the retaining plate prevents the bead from falling off.
[0012] The eighth means is any one of the first to fifth means, characterized in that a display plate having a hole formed therein corresponding to the notch is provided on the surface side of the light-shielding body, and the light-transmitting body is constituted by a cylindrical pin that can be inserted and removed into the hole of the display plate. Effect of the Invention
[0013] According to the first means, by simply moving the reset plate toward and away from the light-shielding plate, the light-transmitting body is pushed back, the notch closes, and the displayed content can be erased. Therefore, the operating mechanism of the reset plate can be simplified, and a light-display toy that can be initialized cheaply and easily can be realized.
[0014] According to the second and third means, the reset plate is a transparent plate, and a light diffusing portion (for example, embossing) is provided on the back surface. Therefore, the light from the light source is diffused by the light diffusing portion and enters the reset plate, so that the reset plate can be uniformly illuminated, and a light display without unevenness can be achieved.
[0015] According to the fourth means, since the protrusion is columnar and the tip is hemispherical, the light from the reset plate is condensed, so that the light display can be efficiently performed.
[0016] According to the fifth means, the reset plate is configured to be detachable while maintaining parallelism with the light shielding plate, so that the characters, symbols or patterns that have been light-displayed can be erased simultaneously.
[0017] According to the sixth means, spherical beads, which are light-transmitting bodies, are pre-arranged between the surface plate and the light shielding plate, so that the handling of the light display toy becomes easy.
[0018] According to the seventh means, the holding plate can prevent the beads pushed into the notch of the light shielding plate from falling off.
[0019] According to the eighth means, a light display can be performed by inserting a columnar pin, which is a light-transmitting body, into the hole of the display plate.

[0021] Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described.
[0022] <<Overall set of 100 light display toys>> FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing a light display toy 100 according to an embodiment. The light display toy 100 includes a toy body 10, a dedicated pen 30, and dedicated stamps 50A to 50D. According to this light display toy 100, when a power switch (not shown) is turned on and the dedicated pen 30 is moved over the surface of the toy body 10 while pressing the pen tip against the surface of the toy body 10, letters, symbols or patterns corresponding to the movement of the dedicated pen 30 are illuminated in dots on the surface of the toy body 10. Also, when a dedicated stamp 50 (a general term for dedicated stamps 50A to 50D) is pressed against the surface of the toy body 10, a pattern or the like corresponding to the shape of the dedicated stamp 50 is illuminated in dots on the pressed portion. After the light display has been made, by moving the handles 15c on the left and right sides up and down once, the light displayed letters, symbols or patterns are erased.
[0023] 《Toy body 10》 (whole) FIG. 2 is an exploded perspective view of the main body of the light display toy 100. As shown in FIG. The toy body 10 is configured as a thick plate and has a horizontally long rectangular shape when viewed from above. The toy body 10 includes a surface plate 11, beads 12, a light shielding plate 13, a holding plate 14, a reset plate 15, a light source 16, and a lower housing 17.
[0024] (Surface plate 11) FIG. 3 is a top view of the surface plate 11, and FIG. 4 is a perspective view of the bottom side of the surface plate 11. As shown in FIG. The face plate 11 constitutes an optical display surface and is made of metal or plastic. This face plate 11 constitutes an upper housing. In the surface plate 11, circular holes 11a are regularly formed at a predetermined interval vertically, horizontally and diagonally. The holes 11a are formed penetrating the surface plate 11 vertically. The diameter of the holes 11a is smaller than the diameter of the beads 12 on the upper surface of the surface plate 11 so that the beads 12 do not fall out. On the other hand, the diameter of the holes 11a is slightly larger than the diameter of the beads 12 on the lower surface of the surface plate 11 so that the holes 11a are narrowed upward. The beads 12 are accommodated in the large diameter holes 110a on the lower surface side of the surface plate 11. It is preferable that the tops of the beads 12 are configured to be almost flush with the upper surface of the surface plate 11 when the beads 12 are accommodated in the large diameter holes 110a of the surface plate 11. The large diameter holes 110a may be configured by cylindrical portions formed on the lower surface of the surface plate 11. The face plate 11 is black and has light-shielding properties so that the optical display stands out. Further, on the outside of the hole formation area in the front plate 11, there are formed screw insertion holes 11b used for screwing in a light blocking plate 13 and a holding plate 14, which will be described later. On the other hand, on the underside of the front plate 11, there are formed a female-threaded boss 11c used to fix the front plate 11 to the lower housing 17, and a female-threaded boss 11d used to attach the reset plate 15 so that it can move up and down.
[0025] (Beads 12) The beads 12 are transparent spheres made of glass or plastic. One bead 12 is provided for each hole 11a. The beads 12 are illuminated by light leaking from a slit 13a of a light shielding plate 13, which will be described later, to realize an optical display.
[0026] (Shade 13) FIG. 5 is a top view of the light blocking plate 13. As shown in FIG. The light blocking plate 13 is made of rubber or plastic and has flexibility. The light blocking plate 13 is provided below the front plate 11. Beads 12 are arranged on the light blocking plate 13. The light shielding plate 13 has a cross-shaped notch 13a formed therein corresponding to each hole 11a of the front plate 11. The notch 13a is formed penetrating the light shielding plate 13 from top to bottom. The notches 13a are normally closed, and hold the beads 12 in a lifted state while preventing light from the light source from leaking out to the upper surface side. The notches 13a are opened when the beads 12 are pushed down, allowing light from the light source to leak out to the upper surface side. When the beads 12 are pushed back upward after being opened by the beads 12, the notches 13a return to their original closed state due to elasticity. The shape of the notches need only be a cross shape, as long as it can be opened and closed. Further, on the outside of the region in which the cutouts are formed in the light blocking plate 13, a screw insertion hole 13b is formed which is used to fix the light blocking plate 13 to the front plate 11.
[0027] (Retaining plate 14) FIG. 6 is a top view of the holding plate 14, and FIG. 7 is a perspective view of the lower surface side of the holding plate 14. As shown in FIG. The holding plate 14 is made of plastic, although there is no particular limitation to such a material. The holding plate 14 is provided below the light blocking plate 13. The holding plate 14 may be either light-shielding or light-transmitting. The holding plate 14 has circular holes 14a formed corresponding to the respective notches 13a of the light shielding plate 13. The diameter of the holes 14a is slightly larger than the diameter of the beads 12 on the upper surface of the light shielding plate 13, and the large diameter hole portion 140a (see FIG. 8) can receive the lower half of the beads 12 when the beads 12 are pushed down. When the lower half of the beads 12 is received, the notch piece 130b is sandwiched between the beads 12 and the peripheral wall of the large diameter hole portion 140a. This maintains the bead 12 in a pushed-down state. On the other hand, the diameter of the holes 14a is smaller than the diameter of the beads 12 on the lower surface of the light shielding plate 13, so that the beads 12 do not fall out. In other words, the holes 14a are holes with a counterbore formed on the upper surface side. The large diameter hole portion 140a may be formed by a cylindrical portion formed on the upper surface of the holding plate 14. Outside the hole formation area of the retaining plate 14, there are formed screw insertion holes 14b used to fix the retaining plate 14 to the surface plate 11. The retaining plate 14 is attached to the surface plate 11 by turning the surface plate 11 upside down, arranging the beads 12 on top of them, placing the light blocking plate 13 and the retaining plate 14 on top of them in that order, and screwing the male screws passed through the screw insertion holes 11b of the surface plate 11 and the screw insertion holes 13b of the light blocking plate 13 into the female screws 14b. In this way, the surface plate 11, the beads 12, the light blocking plate 13 and the retaining plate 14 are integrated to form a display body. Meanwhile, on the lower surface of the holding plate 14, bosses 14c with female threads are formed on the two long sides to be used for attaching the reset plate 15 so that the reset plate 15 can move up and down.
[0028] (Reset board 15) FIG. 9 is a perspective view of the reset plate 15. As shown in FIG. The reset plate 15 is made of transparent plastic, although this is not particularly limited. The reset plate 15 is provided below the holding plate 14 at a predetermined distance from the holding plate 14. On the upper surface of the reset plate 15, cylindrical insertion holes 15a are formed one by one corresponding to each hole 14a of the holding plate 14. The diameter of the insertion holes 15a is smaller than the diameter of the holes 14a, and the insertion holes 15a can be inserted into and removed from the holes 14a by the vertical movement of the reset plate 15. The upper end of the insertion holes 15a has a round head, and this round head portion functions as a convex lens. In other words, the round head portion functions as a condenser lens. In addition, a light diffusion portion 15b is applied to the lower surface of the reset plate 15. This light diffusion portion 15b is composed of a texture formed by, for example, texture processing. That is, the texture is formed on the lower surface of the reset plate 15 by performing physical surface treatment such as etching or sandblasting on the surface of the mold and transferring the surface to plastic. The presence of this light diffusion portion 15b allows light to enter the reset plate 15 from various directions, and the entire reset plate 15 can be illuminated efficiently and uniformly.
[0029] The reset plate 15 is attached so as to be movable up and down relative to the front plate 11 and the holding plate 14. In this case, the lowest position of the reset plate 15 is a position where it does not interfere with the pushing down of the beads 12 (FIG. 10(A)), and the highest position of the reset plate 15 is a position where the beads 12 can be returned to their initial positions by the insertion holes 15a (FIG. 10(B)). This reset plate 15 is operated by the player. That is, handles 15c are formed on each of the longitudinal ends of the reset plate 15, and the handles 15c are located in recesses 17a (see FIG. 11) on the side surface of the lower housing 17. The reset plate 15 can be moved up and down by holding these handles 15c. The downward movement of the reset plate 15 may be caused by the weight of the reset plate 15 itself. At the four corners of the reset plate 15, boss insertion holes 15d are formed corresponding to the female-threaded bosses 11d of the front plate 11. At the two long sides of the reset plate 15, boss insertion holes 15e are formed corresponding to the female-threaded bosses 14c of the holding plate 14. The female-threaded bosses 11c of the front plate 11 are fitted into the boss insertion holes 15d, and the female-threaded bosses 14c of the holding plate 14 are fitted into the boss insertion holes 15e. In this state, male screws are screwed into the female-threaded bosses 11c, 11e via washers. This allows the reset plate 15 to move up and down relative to the display plate.
[0030] (Light source 16) Although not limited to a particular type, a multi-color LED is used as the light source 16. The multi-color LED is used to change the color of the light display. The color is changed by pressing a change-over switch SW (not shown) (see FIG. 11). The four light sources 16 are arranged at positions corresponding to two diagonal lines of the hole formation region of the front panel 11 and facing each other across the center of the hole formation region.
[0031] (Lower housing 17) FIG. 11 is a perspective view of the lower housing 17. As shown in FIG. A recess 17a is formed at each end in the longitudinal direction of the lower housing 17. Also, a screw insertion hole 17b is formed in the lower housing 17 corresponding to the female-threaded boss 11d of the face plate 11. Then, a male screw is passed through the screw insertion hole 17b from below the lower housing 17 and screwed into the female-threaded boss 11d, thereby fixing the display plate to the lower housing 17. The lower housing 17 is also provided with a power switch and a battery serving as a power source (not shown), a changeover switch SW, a light source 16, and a light emission control unit 90 (see FIG. 11).
[0032] (Circuit configuration) FIG. 12 is a block diagram showing a control configuration of the light display toy 100. As shown in FIG. As shown in the figure, the light display toy 100 of the embodiment includes a light emission control unit 90 that controls the light emission of the light source 16. The light emission control unit 90 changes the light emission color of the four LEDs, which are the light sources 16, in response to a signal from a change-over switch SW.
[0033] 30 Special Pens The pen tip of the dedicated pen 30 shown in FIG. 1 is sized to fit into the hole 11a of the face plate 11. A rotary drawing device 31 is provided on the rear side of the dedicated pen 30. The drawing device 31 has a rotating plate 31a. Around the periphery of this rotating plate 31a, protrusions 31b are provided at the same intervals as the holes 11a of the display plate 11. These protrusions 31b are sized to fit into the hole 11a of the display plate 11. Therefore, by inserting one of the protrusions 31b of the rotating plate 31a into the hole 11a of the display plate 11 and rolling the rotating plate 31a in a predetermined direction on the display plate 11, the corresponding bead 12 can be pushed down.
[0034] 《50 exclusive stamps》 13(A) to 13(D) are bottom views of the four dedicated stamps 50A to 50D. The dedicated stamps 50A to 50D will be described below with reference to FIGS. A knob 51A is provided on the top of a dedicated stamp 50A shown in Fig. 13(A). A diamond-shaped flat plate 52A is fixed to the bottom of the knob 51A, and three protrusions 53A are provided along each side and one protrusion in the center on the bottom surface of the flat plate 52A. The diameter of the protrusions 53A is smaller than the diameter of the holes 11a in the surface plate 11, and the distance between adjacent protrusions 53A, 53A is the same as the distance between adjacent holes 11a, 11a in the surface plate 11. By using this dedicated stamp 50A, beads 12 corresponding to all of the protrusions 53A can be pressed down at once, and a diamond-shaped pattern can be formed in one go by simply pressing the dedicated stamp 50A against the surface plate 11 once in a predetermined orientation.
[0035] A knob 51B is provided on the top of the dedicated stamp 50B shown in Fig. 13(B). A hexagonal flat plate 52B is fixed to the bottom of the knob 51B, and three protrusions 53B are provided along each side of the bottom surface of the flat plate 52B. The diameter of the protrusions 53B is smaller than the diameter of the holes 11a of the surface plate 11, and the distance between adjacent protrusions 53B, 53B is the same as the distance between adjacent holes 11a, 11a of the surface plate 11. By using this dedicated stamp 50B, it is possible to press down the beads 12 corresponding to all of the protrusions 53B at once, and it is possible to form a hexagonal pattern in one go by simply pressing the dedicated stamp 50B against the surface plate 11 once in a predetermined orientation.
[0036] A knob 51C is provided on the top of the dedicated stamp 50C shown in Fig. 13(C). A triangular flat plate 52C is fixed to the bottom of the knob 51C, and four protrusions 53C are provided along each side and one protrusion in the center on the bottom surface of the flat plate 52C. The diameter of the protrusions 53C is smaller than the diameter of the holes 11a in the surface plate 11, and the distance between adjacent protrusions 53C, 53C is the same as the distance between adjacent holes 11a, 11a in the surface plate 11. By using this dedicated stamp 50C, beads 12 corresponding to all of the protrusions 53C can be pressed down at once, and a triangular pattern can be formed in one go by simply pressing the dedicated stamp 50C against the surface plate 11 once in a predetermined orientation.
[0037] A knob 51D is provided on the top of a dedicated stamp 50D shown in Fig. 13(D). A star-shaped flat plate 52D is fixed to the bottom of the knob 51D, and three protrusions 53D are provided on the bottom surface of the flat plate 52D along each side and one protrusion 53D is provided in the center. The diameter of the protrusions 53D is smaller than the diameter of the holes 11a of the surface plate 11, and the distance between adjacent protrusions 53D, 53D is the same as the distance between adjacent holes 11a, 11a of the surface plate 11. By using this dedicated stamp 50D, beads 12 corresponding to all of the protrusions 53D can be pressed down at once, and a star-shaped pattern can be formed in one go by simply pressing the dedicated stamp 50D against the surface plate 11 once in a predetermined orientation.
[0038] <<Variation>> In the above embodiment, the spherical beads 12 are used as the light-transmitting bodies, but a columnar light-transmitting body may be used instead of the spherical beads 12. In this case, the light-transmitting body is attached to the toy body 10 in advance so that the central axis extends in the vertical direction. It is then operated by the dedicated pen 30 or the dedicated stamp 50. The upper end of the light-transmitting body may be made to protrude from the surface plate 11 in advance so that it can be directly operated by hand. In addition, when a columnar light-transmitting body is used, it may be possible to make it possible to insert it into and remove it from the hole 11 a of the front panel 11 . In addition, when a columnar translucent body is used, the above-mentioned retaining plate 14 can be omitted by providing a flange portion on the outer periphery of the columnar translucent body so that the insertion depth is regulated by the flange portion abutting against the surface of the face plate 11.
[0039] In the above embodiment, a multi-color LED is used as the light source 16, but a single-color LED may be used. Furthermore, a light bulb may be used instead of an LED.
[0040] Furthermore, in the above embodiment, a light diffusion layer is provided on the lower surface of the reset plate 15, but instead of providing a light diffusion layer, a reflector may be provided so that the entire surface of the reset plate 15 can be illuminated by light from the light source.
[0041] In the above embodiment, the reset plate 15 is provided on the toy body 10 from the beginning, but the reset plate 15 may be inserted only when in use. In this case, the reset plate 15 does not need to be transparent, and furthermore, the light diffusion layer on the lower surface of the reset plate 15 is not necessary.
[0042] In the above embodiment, the reset plate 15 is configured to be movable toward and away from the light blocking plate 13 while remaining parallel to the light blocking plate 13. However, the reset plate 15 may be configured to be rotatable so that it can be moved toward and away from the light blocking plate 13 by a rotating operation.
[0043] Furthermore, in the above embodiment, the holding plate 14 is provided, but if the beads 12 come into contact with the projections 15a of the reset plate 15 when they are pushed in and are stopped there, then the holding plate 14 need not be provided.
[0044] In the above embodiment, the surface panel 11 is installed horizontally, but it may be installed at an angle or vertically. [Explanation of symbols]
