Summary of the Invention
Problems to be Solved by the Invention
[0004] Golf equipment made of resin or metal is not suitable for disposable use. Also, if the size is less than pocket size, it is easy to be accommodated in a pocket or the like, but it is easy to be lost. Therefore, the inventor conceived of making this type of golf equipment into a disposable paper product and providing it so that it can be punched out on a backing sheet of pocket size. However, just by doing so, the remaining part of the backing sheet after punching out the golf equipment becomes mere useless garbage. In view of such circumstances, an object of the present invention is to provide a backing sheet for golf equipment that can use the punched-out part as a golf equipment smaller than pocket size and also gives usefulness to the remaining part after punching out.
Means for Solving the Problems
[0005] In order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides a pocket-sized golf equipment base paper used for golf, one or a plurality of cuttable golf equipment parts surrounded by cutout holes, and a remaining part outside the cutout holes, wherein breakable connecting parts are formed by the cutout holes being interrupted at a plurality of locations on the peripheral edge of the golf equipment part, a processing planned line is formed on the remaining part, and the remaining part is processed along the processing planned line to constitute a golf auxiliary equipment part.
[0006] The golf equipment part is provided as a golf equipment having a size less than the pocket size that is essential or regulated for use in golf. Examples of the golf equipment include a golf marker, a golf tee, and the like. Preferably, the golf equipment part constitutes a golf marker. The golf auxiliary equipment part is provided as a golf auxiliary equipment that is not essential for golf but is convenient to have. Examples of the golf auxiliary equipment include a hook, a holder, and the like.
[0007] Preferably, the processing planned line includes a perforation, and the interval between adjacent connecting parts along the peripheral edge is longer than the interval between adjacent perforation holes. The perforation is formed such that the remaining part becomes a golf auxiliary equipment part when cut along the perforation. Examples of the processing planned line include a perforation and a crease line in addition to the perforation.
[0008] Preferably, two of the golf equipment parts are arranged side by side in the long side direction of the golf equipment base paper, one row of two perforations is formed so as to connect the cutout hole of one golf equipment part and one long side edge of the golf equipment base paper, and the other row of two perforations is formed so as to connect the cutout hole of the other golf equipment part and the other long side edge of the golf equipment base paper. By separating the portions between the rows of stitches on one side and the portions between the rows of stitches on the other side from the remaining portion, the golf aid portion forms a hook having a substantially S-shaped configuration.
Advantages of the Invention
[0009] According to the golf equipment sheet of the present invention, the cut-out portion can be used as a golf equipment smaller than pocket size such as a golf marker, and the remaining portion after cutting out can also be made useful.

Embodiments for Carrying Out the Invention
[0011] Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 shows a golf equipment sheet 1 used for golf. The golf equipment sheet 1 is formed in a rectangular (quadrilateral) shape. The size of the golf equipment sheet 1 is a pocket size that can be stored in a pocket, and more preferably, a business card size. Specifically, the dimension L in the long side direction DL of the golf equipment sheet 1 is preferably about L = 60 mm to 120 mm, and more preferably about L = 90 mm. The dimension W in the short side direction DW of the golf equipment sheet 1 is preferably about W = 30 mm to 70 mm, and more preferably about W = 50 mm.
[0012] As shown in Fig. 2, the golf equipment mount 1 is composed of a single-layer product or by laminating two or three (multiple) pieces of cardboard 2. An adhesive 3 is provided between the cardboard 2 and the cardboard 2. The thickness t of the golf equipment mount 1 is preferably about t = 1 mm to 4 mm, more preferably about t = 2 mm.
[0013] As shown in Fig. 1, the golf equipment mount 1 includes one or a plurality (two in the figure) of golf equipment parts 10 and the remaining part 11 other than the golf equipment part 10. The two golf equipment parts 10 are arranged side by side with a slight separation in the long side direction DL. The golf equipment part 10 constitutes a golf equipment smaller than the pocket size. For example, the golf equipment part 10 forms a golf marker by being formed in a circular shape. The diameter D of the golf equipment part 10, that is, the golf marker, is, for example, about D = 25 mm to 50 mm. The front surface 10f of the golf equipment part 10 is printed with a logo, pattern, etc.
[0014] As shown in Fig. 1, each golf equipment part 10 is surrounded by a punched hole 20. The punched hole 20 is formed in an annular shape along the peripheral edge of the golf equipment part 10 that constitutes the golf marker. As shown in Fig. 2, the width W of the punched hole 20 20 is preferably W 20 = about 0 to 1 mm.
[0015] As shown in Fig. 1, the punched hole 20 is divided into a plurality (here, four) of punched hole parts 21 by being interrupted at a plurality of locations (preferably several locations) on the peripheral edge of the golf equipment part 10. A connecting part 22 is formed between the opposing ends of adjacent punched hole parts 21, that is, at the interrupted part of the punched hole 20. Through the connecting part 22, the golf equipment part 10 is continuous with the remaining part 11. The connecting part 22 can be broken by, for example, tearing it with a finger.
[0016] The four (multiple) connecting parts 22 are arranged at intervals, for example, at 90° intervals, separated in the circumferential direction of the golf equipment part 10. The interval D along the peripheral edge of the golf equipment part 10 between adjacent connecting parts 22 22is the distance D between adjacent stitches of the stitches 41 and 42 described later 40 is sufficiently longer (D 22 > D 40 ).
[0017] As shown in FIGS. 1 and 3, the remaining portion 11 outside the punching hole 20 in the golf equipment base paper 1 is provided as the golf assisting equipment portion 30. Specifically, a planned processing line 40 is formed in the remaining portion 11. The golf assisting equipment portion 30 is configured by processing the remaining portion 11 along the planned processing line 40.
[0018] As shown in FIG. 1, the planned processing line 40 includes two rows of stitches 41 and 42 (planned cutting lines) respectively corresponding to the two golf equipment portions 10. The stitches 41 and 42 of one golf equipment portion 10A and the stitches 41 and 42 of the other golf equipment portion 10B are arranged on opposite sides of the remaining portion 11 in the short side direction DW with the golf equipment portions 10A and 10B interposed therebetween.
[0019] One of the stitches 41 and 42 corresponding to one golf equipment portion 10A extends in the short side direction DW so as to connect the punching hole 20 of the golf equipment portion 10A and one long side edge portion 1e of the golf equipment base paper 1. The other of the stitches 41 and 42 corresponding to the other golf equipment portion 10B extends in the short side direction DW so as to connect the punching hole 20 of the golf equipment portion 10B and the other long side edge portion 1f of the golf equipment base paper 1.
[0020] The two rows of stitches 41 and 42 for each of the golf equipment portions 10A and 10B are arranged in parallel at a distance in the long side direction DL. Among these two rows of stitches 41 and 42, the stitch 41 closer to the end in the long side direction DL of the golf equipment base paper 1 is short, and the stitch 42 closer to the center in the long side direction DL of the golf equipment base paper 1 is long. The short stitch 41 intersects the middle of the punching hole portions 20e and 20f on the corresponding long side edge portions 1e and 1f sides in the corresponding golf equipment portions 10A and 10B. The long stitch 42 is along the tangent line at the location closest to the other golf equipment portions 10B and 10A in the punching hole 20 of the corresponding golf equipment portions 10A and 10B.
[0021] In the remaining portion 11, the portion between the two rows of perforations 41 and 42 for each of the golf implement parts 10A and 10B is a separable portion 43. The width W of the separable portion 43 43 is smaller than the diameter D of the golf implement part 10, for example, W 43 is about 20 mm to 45 mm.
[0022] As shown in FIG. 1, the mount portion of the golf implement mount 1 excluding the separable portion 43 from the remaining portion 11 constitutes the golf accessory part 30. As shown in FIG. 3, the golf accessory part 30 is formed in a substantially S shape and constitutes a golf accessory consisting of an S-shaped hook. That is, the golf accessory part 30 has two (a plurality of) circular holes 31 and openings 32 connected to each circular hole 31. The circular holes 31 are formed from the cutout traces of the golf implement part 10, and the openings 32 are formed from the separation traces of the separable portion 43. The two openings 32 are arranged on opposite sides in the short side direction DW. One opening 32A reaches the long side edge portion 1e, and the other opening 32B reaches the long side edge portion 1f.
[0023] According to the golf implement mount 1, it is used as follows, for example. During golf, the golf implement mount 1 can be stored in a pocket of clothes or the like and carried. If necessary, the golf implement part 10 is punched out from the golf implement mount 1. At this time, by cutting the several (four) connecting portions 22, the golf implement mount 1 can be easily separated into the golf implement part 10 and the remaining portion 11. The golf implement part 10 can be used as a golf marker. Regarding the remaining portion 11, it is separated into the golf accessory part 30 and the separable portion 43 by cutting along the perforations 41 and 42. The separable portion 43 is treated as combustible garbage.
[0024] As shown in FIG. 4, the golf assisting tool part 30 can be used as an S-shaped hook. For example, insert the handle 4 of the golf cart through one opening 32A of the golf assisting tool part 30 to the circular hole 31A. By doing so, the golf assisting tool part 30 is locked to the handle 4. Through the opening 32B, various carry-on items 5 such as gloves, towels, food and drinks can be hooked or hung on the other circular hole 31B of the golf assisting tool part 30. Thereby, the remaining part 11 can be made useful. Therefore, the useless part in the golf tool sheet 1 can be reduced. The golf tool part 10 used as a golf marker and the golf assisting tool part 30 used as an S-shaped hook can be disposed of as combustible garbage afterwards.
[0025] The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and various modifications can be made without departing from the spirit of the invention. For example, if the golf tool part 10 is a golf tool smaller than the pocket size, it may be not only a golf marker but also a golf tee or the like. The golf assisting tool part 30 may be not only an S-shaped hook but also a cup holder or the like. The planned processing line 40 may include not only the perforations 41, 42 but also folds.
