The information processing system 1 includes an input device 2, an information processing device 3, a data server 4, and a display device 5. The input device 2 has a function of inputting information from the outside. For example, the input device 2 includes an operation unit (not shown) and has a function of inputting information according to an operation performed by the user. Note that information may be input to the input device 2 from another external device (for example, a production management device) without passing through the user. The information processing device 3 is composed of, for example, a computer.
[0010] The data server 4 stores various types of information. In the present embodiment, the data server 4 stores a learned model, a program corresponding to the learned model, a table in which past production results are recorded, and the like. The learned model and the table in which past production results are recorded may be stored in the data server 4 in advance, or may be updated from the outside at an arbitrary timing. Here, any model may be used as the learned model. For example, a neural network model may be used.
[0011] The display device 5 has a function of outputting information to the outside. For example, the display device 5 includes a display unit (not shown) and has a function of displaying and outputting the information to be displayed on the screen.
[0012] [Manufacturing Process] FIG. 2 is a diagram showing an example of the manufacturing process of the present embodiment. The manufacturing process of the present embodiment manufactures products (or semi-finished products; the same applies in the following description) for each batch (or lot; the same applies in the following description). In the following description, the manufacturing method of manufacturing products for each batch is also simply referred to as the batch production method. That is, the manufacturing process of the present embodiment employs the batch production method. Note that in the present embodiment, as an example of the product (or semi-finished product) produced by the manufacturing process, molding powder of a non-melt-moldable fluororesin is taken up, but it is not limited thereto. The non-melt-moldable fluororesin is manufactured by suspension polymerization of a monomer containing fluorine. By pulverizing, granulating, and drying the obtained non-melt-moldable fluororesin, molding powder of the non-melt-moldable fluororesin can be obtained. Hereinafter, the non-melt-moldable fluororesin is also simply referred to as "resin". "Non-melt-moldable" means not showing melt fluidity. "Not showing melt fluidity" means that there is no temperature at which the melt flow rate becomes 0.1 to 1000 g / 10 min at a temperature 20°C or higher than the melting point of the resin under the condition of a load of 49 N. "Melt flow rate" means the melt mass flow rate (MFR) defined in JIS K 7210:1999 (ISO 1133:1997).
[0013] As the non-melt-moldable fluororesin, for example, a polymer having a tetrafluoroethylene unit (hereinafter also referred to as "TFE unit") is preferable, and polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) can be mentioned.
[0014] The content of the TFE unit in the total mass of the non-melt-moldable fluororesin is preferably 99% by mass or more, more preferably 99.5% by mass or more, and may be 100% by mass.
[0015] Examples of monomer units other than the TFE unit include monomer units based on hexafluoropropylene units, perfluoro(alkyl vinyl ether) units, chlorotrifluoroethylene units, vinylidene fluoride units, perfluoroalkyl ethylene units, perfluoro(2,2-dimethyl-1,3-dioxole), perfluoro(4-methoxy-1,3-dioxole), and the like. Among them, hexafluoropropylene units, perfluoro(alkyl vinyl ether) units, chlorotrifluoroethylene units, vinylidene fluoride units, and perfluoroalkyl ethylene units are preferred, and hexafluoropropylene units, perfluoro(methyl vinyl ether) units, perfluoro(propyl butyl ether) units, chlorotrifluoroethylene units, vinylidene fluoride units, and perfluoro butyl ethylene units are more preferred, and perfluoro(methyl vinyl ether) units, perfluoro(propyl butyl ether) units, and perfluoro butyl ethylene units are even more preferred. Examples of the perfluoro(alkyl vinyl ether) unit include a perfluoro(methyl vinyl ether) unit and a perfluoro(propyl butyl ether) unit. Examples of the perfluoroalkyl ethylene unit include a perfluoro butyl ethylene unit. The monomer units other than the TFE unit may be one kind or two or more kinds. By including monomer units other than the TFE unit, the crystallization of PTFE is suppressed to some extent, and the tensile strength, tensile elongation, dielectric breakdown resistance, creep resistance, etc. are improved.
[0016] The manufacturing process of this embodiment includes a first process PC1, a second process PC2 which is a manufacturing process after the first process PC1, and a third process PC3. As an example, the first step PC1 includes a suspension polymerization step PC11. Hereinafter, "suspension polymerization" is simply referred to as "polymerization" (the same applies in the figures). The second step PC2 includes a pulverization step PC21, a granulation step PC22, and a drying step PC23 in this order. The third step PC3 includes a confirmation step PC31. In the confirmation step PC31, the quality of the resin produced through the first step PC1 and the second step PC2 (for example, the secondary particle diameter of the resin, bulk density, moisture content, presence or absence of contamination, molding pressure, fluidity of secondary particles) and production efficiency (for example, yield) are confirmed. The index regarding the quality of the resin confirmed in the confirmation step PC31 is also referred to as a quality index. The index of the yield confirmed in the confirmation step PC31 is also referred to as the yield.
[0017] That is, the manufacturing process of this embodiment manufactures resin batch by batch, and includes a first step PC1 including a polymerization step PC11, a pulverization step PC21 which is a manufacturing process after the first step PC1, a granulation step PC22, a drying step PC23, a second step PC2 including these in this order, and a third step PC3 including a confirmation step PC31 for the quality index 442 of the resin produced through the first step PC1 and the second step PC2. Note that the first step PC1 may include other steps in addition to the polymerization step PC11. The second step PC2 may include other steps in addition to the pulverization step PC21, the granulation step PC22, and the drying step PC23. The third step PC3 may include other steps in addition to the confirmation step PC31.
[0018] In the following description, a manufacturing process after a certain manufacturing process is also simply referred to as a "subsequent process", and a manufacturing process before a certain manufacturing process is also simply referred to as a "preceding process". For example, the second step PC2 and the third step PC3 are subsequent processes of the first step PC1. The information processing device 3 presents either the manufacturing condition PM1 of the first step PC1 (particularly, the polymerization step PC11) or the manufacturing condition PM2 of the second step PC2 (particularly, the pulverization step PC21, the granulation step PC22, and the drying step PC23) among these manufacturing processes.
[0019] Note that in the figure, among a plurality of batches in the manufacturing process, the first batch BT1 to the fourth batch BT4 are shown as an example, and the description of batches after the fourth batch BT4 is omitted. Each of the first batch BT1 to the fourth batch BT4 has a polymerization step PC11, a pulverization step PC21, a granulation step PC22, and a drying step PC23. The polymerization step PC11 of the first batch BT1 is also referred to as the first polymerization step PC111. Similarly, the pulverization step PC21 of the first batch BT1 is also referred to as the first pulverization step PC211, the granulation step PC22 is also referred to as the first granulation step PC221, and the drying step PC23 is also referred to as the first drying step P231. The confirmation step PC31 of the first batch BT1 is also referred to as the first confirmation step PC311. Regarding each step of the second batch BT2, the third batch BT3, and the fourth batch BT4, since they are the same as those of the first batch BT1, the description thereof is omitted.
[0020] In an example of this embodiment, the first batch BT1 to the fourth batch BT4 are batches adjacent to each other on the time axis. That is, the batch immediately after the first batch BT1 is the second batch BT2, the batch immediately after the second batch BT2 is the third batch BT3, and the batch immediately after the third batch BT3 is the fourth batch BT4. In the following description, batches adjacent to each other on the time axis are also described as the nth batch BT(n), the (n + 1)th batch BT(n + 1), the (n + 2)th batch BT(n + 2),... Note that n is a natural number. Also, any batch after the nth batch BT(n) is also described as the mth batch BT(m). Note that m is a natural number greater than n. Also, particularly in the relationship between the nth batch BT(n) and the (n + 1)th batch BT(n + 1), the nth batch BT(n) is also referred to as the "previous batch", and the (n + 1)th batch BT(n + 1) is also referred to as the "subsequent batch" or "next batch".
[0021] The n-th batch BT(n) starts at time t1S and ends at time t1E. The (n + 1)-th batch BT(n + 1) starts at time t2S and ends at time t2E. The (n + 2)-th batch BT(n + 2) starts at time t3S and ends at time t3E. The (n + 3)-th batch BT(n + 3) starts at time t4S and ends at time t4E.
[0022] The first process PC1 (for example, the first polymerization process PC111 shown in the figure) of the n-th batch BT(n) ends at time t11E. Between the time t11E when the first polymerization process PC111 ends and the time t2S when the second polymerization process PC112 starts, maintenance work (for example, light cleaning, heavy cleaning, replenishment or replacement of consumables, repair or replacement of faulty parts, etc.) of the manufacturing equipment used for the polymerization process PC11 is performed. In the following description, the maintenance work of the manufacturing equipment is also referred to as maintenance work.
[0023] In an example of the present embodiment, the time t2S when the (n + 1)-th batch BT(n + 1) starts is earlier than the time t1E when the n-th batch BT(n) ends. That is, in the batch production method of the present embodiment, the next batch starts before the previous batch ends. In the following description, the batch production method configured such that the next batch starts before the previous batch ends is also referred to as a pipeline method. On the other hand, the batch production method configured such that the next batch starts after the previous batch ends is also referred to as a non-pipeline method. The pipeline method has a shorter idle time of the manufacturing equipment than the non-pipeline method. Therefore, when the pipeline method is adopted, the operating efficiency of the manufacturing equipment can be increased compared to the non-pipeline method.
[0024] As described above, in the confirmation process PC31 of each batch, manufacturing result indicators such as the production efficiency (for example, yield) and quality (for example, secondary particle diameter of the resin, bulk density, moisture content, presence or absence of contamination, molding pressure, fluidity of secondary particles) of the resin are confirmed. The secondary particle diameter is a value measured by a sieve or a laser diffraction particle size distribution measuring device. The optimal value of the secondary particle diameter varies depending on the use of the non-melt moldable fluororesin molding powder. The bulk density is preferably higher. The moisture content is preferably lower.
[0025] In an example of this embodiment, among these manufacturing result indicators, a part (for example, the yield) has a proportion dominated by the manufacturing conditions PM1 (for example, the raw material index 420, the polymerization condition index 430) in the first process PC1 (particularly, the polymerization process PC11) that is higher than the proportion dominated by the indicators of the manufacturing conditions in the second process PC2, which is the subsequent process. That is, the manufacturing conditions PM1 of the polymerization process PC11 are dominant in the influence on these manufacturing result indicators. Therefore, in order to stabilize (or improve) the yield and quality of each batch, it is desirable that the manufacturing result indicators of the previous batch be fed back to the manufacturing conditions PM1 of the polymerization process PC11 of the next batch.
[0026] In another example of this embodiment, among these manufacturing result indicators, a part (for example, the moisture content) has a proportion dominated by the manufacturing conditions PM2 (for example, the grinding condition index 510, the granulation condition index 520, the drying condition index 530) in the second process PC2 (particularly, the grinding process PC21, the granulation process PC22, the drying process PC23) that is higher than the proportion dominated by the indicators of the manufacturing conditions in the first process PC1, which is the previous process. That is, the manufacturing conditions PM2 of the grinding process PC21, the granulation process PC22, and the drying process PC23 are dominant in the influence on these manufacturing result indicators. Therefore, in order to stabilize (or improve) the yield and quality of each batch, it is desirable that the manufacturing result indicators of the previous batch be fed back to the manufacturing conditions PM2 of the grinding process PC21, the granulation process PC22, and the drying process PC23 of the next batch.
[0027] On the one hand, if the above-described pipeline method is adopted, the polymerization process PC11 of the next batch (for example, the second polymerization process PC112) will be started before the manufacturing result index is obtained in the confirmation process PC31 of the previous batch (for example, the first confirmation process PC311). For example, in an example shown in FIG. 2, the time t2S when the second polymerization process PC112 of the (n + 1)-th batch BT(n + 1) starts is earlier than the time t1E when the manufacturing result index of the n-th batch BT(n) is obtained. In an example of the figure, the manufacturing result index of the n-th batch BT(n) is fed back to the manufacturing condition PM4 of the fourth polymerization process PC114 that starts at the time t4S after the time t1E. That is, if the pipeline method is adopted, the manufacturing result index confirmed in the confirmation process PC31 of the previous batch cannot be fed back to the manufacturing condition PM1 of the polymerization process PC11 of the next batch. If the manufacturing result index of the previous batch can be fed back to the manufacturing condition PM1 of the polymerization process PC11 of the next batch, it is preferable because the production efficiency and quality of the next batch can be stabilized (or improved). In the above, the first process PC1 has been focused on, but the same applies to the second process PC2. If the manufacturing result index of the previous batch can be fed back to the manufacturing conditions PM2 of the grinding process PC21, granulation process PC22, and drying process P23 of the next batch, it is preferable because the production efficiency and quality of the next batch can be stabilized (or improved). The information processing apparatus 3 of the present embodiment provides a function capable of feeding back the manufacturing result index PM3 of the previous batch to the manufacturing condition PM1 of the polymerization process PC11 of the next batch. Further, the information processing apparatus 3 of the present embodiment provides a function capable of feeding back the manufacturing result index PM3 of the previous batch to the manufacturing conditions PM2 of the grinding process PC21, granulation process PC22, and drying process P23 of the next batch.
[0028] Also, even within the same batch, the manufacturing result index PM3 may be affected by the processes. For example, when the manufacturing conditions PM1 of the first polymerization process PC111 and the manufacturing conditions PM1 of the second polymerization process PC112 are different, it may be desired to obtain the same manufacturing result index PM3. In such a case, it is necessary to change the manufacturing conditions PM2 of the second grinding process PC212, the second granulation process PC222, and the second drying process PC232 from the manufacturing conditions PM2 of the first grinding process PC211, the first granulation process PC221, and the first drying process PC231. The information processing apparatus 3 of the present embodiment also provides a function capable of estimating the optimal manufacturing conditions PM2 of the grinding process PC21, the granulation process PC22, and the drying process P23 from the manufacturing conditions PM1 and the manufacturing result index PM3 of the polymerization process PC1 in the same batch. Hereinafter, the specific functional configuration of the information processing apparatus 3 will be described.
[0029] [Functional Configuration of Information Processing Apparatus 3 According to the First Embodiment] FIG. 3 is a diagram showing an example of the functional configuration of the information processing apparatus 3 of the present embodiment. The information processing apparatus 3 includes a manufacturing condition acquisition unit 310, a target value acquisition unit 320, a manufacturing information providing unit 330, a result acquisition unit 340, and a presentation unit 350 as its software functional units (or hardware functional units). Hereinafter, the functional configuration of the information processing apparatus 3 in the first embodiment will be described with respect to four types of embodiments A to D.
[0030] (Embodiment A) The manufacturing condition acquisition unit 310 acquires the manufacturing conditions PM1 of the nth batch BT(n) (that is, the previous batch). In the following description, the manufacturing conditions PM1 of the nth batch BT(n) are also referred to as the nth manufacturing conditions PM1-(n) (the same applies to Embodiments B to D). The manufacturing conditions PM1 include a raw material index 420 and a polymerization condition index 430. The raw material index 420 includes, for example, resin raw materials (e.g., the purity and supply amount of TFE and monomers other than TFE, and the ratio of each monomer), the type and amount of polymerization initiators (e.g., ammonium persulfate, potassium persulfate, etc., which are heat decomposition type catalysts, persulfates, disuccinic acid peroxide, bisglutaric acid peroxide, water-soluble organic peroxides such as tert-butyl hydroperoxide), and the amount of chain transfer agents (e.g., methanol). The polymerization condition index 430 includes the polymerization start pressure, polymerization pressure, polymerization time, inert analysis value, operating conditions of the stirrer in the polymerization tank, the purity of water in suspension polymerization, etc.
[0031] That is, the manufacturing condition acquisition unit 310 acquires the nth manufacturing condition PM1-(n), which is the manufacturing condition PM1 of the nth polymerization step PC11-(n) that is the nth (n is a natural number) batch polymerization step PC11 in the polymerization step PC11, including the raw material index 420 of the resin and the polymerization condition index 430 in the polymerization step PC11.
[0032] The nth manufacturing condition PM1-(n) may be provided by the user operating the input device 2, or may be provided from another external device (e.g., a manufacturing management device) without going through the user. That is, the manufacturing condition acquisition unit 310 may acquire the nth manufacturing condition PM1-(n) through the user, or may acquire the nth manufacturing condition PM1-(n) from another external device without going through the user. The same applies to the provision of the nth manufacturing condition PM2-(n) in Embodiment B and the like below.
[0033] The target value acquisition unit 320 acquires the target value of the quality index 442 of the resin manufactured in the mth batch BT(m). The mth batch BT(m) is, for example, the next batch of the nth batch BT(n), that is, the (n + 1)th batch BT(n + 1). That is, the target value acquisition unit 320 acquires the target value of the next batch of the nth batch BT(n) that is the acquisition target of the manufacturing condition acquisition unit 310.
[0034] In other words, the target value acquisition unit 320 acquires the target value of the quality index 442 confirmed in the m-th confirmation step PC31-(m) of the m-th batch BT(m) after the n-th batch BT(n) (m is a natural number greater than n).
[0035] The manufacturing information providing unit 330 provides the target value of the m-th batch BT(m) acquired by the target value acquisition unit 320 and the n-th manufacturing condition PM1-(n) acquired by the manufacturing condition acquisition unit 310 to the correspondence information 400 of the data server 4. The correspondence information 400 is information indicating the correspondence relationship between the manufacturing condition PM1 and the manufacturing result index 440 for each batch. An example of the correspondence information 400 will be described with reference to FIG. 4.
[0036] FIG. 4 is a diagram showing an example of the correspondence information 400 of the present embodiment. In the correspondence information 400, the batch number 410, the raw material index 420, the polymerization condition index 430, and the manufacturing result index 440 are associated with each other for each batch. The raw material index 420 includes the amount 421 of the resin raw material, the amount 422 of the initiator, and the amount 423 of the chain transfer agent. The polymerization condition index 430 includes the polymerization start pressure 431, the polymerization pressure 432, and the polymerization time 433. The raw material index 420 and the polymerization condition index 430 are examples of the manufacturing condition PM1. The manufacturing result index 440 includes the yield 441 and the quality index 442.
[0037] In the following description, the manufacturing condition PM1 when the batch number 410 is k (i.e., the k-th batch) is also referred to as the k-th manufacturing condition PM1-(k). Also, the manufacturing result index 440 when the batch number 410 is k + 1 (i.e., the (k + 1)-th batch) is also referred to as the (k + 1)-th manufacturing result index 440-(k + 1). The quality index 442 when the batch number 410 is k + 1 (i.e., the (k + 1)-th batch) is also referred to as the (k + 1)-th quality index 442-(k + 1). Also, in Embodiment B and the like, the manufacturing condition PM2 when the batch number 410 is k (i.e., the k-th batch) is also referred to as the k-th manufacturing condition PM2-(k).
[0038] Returning to FIG. 3, when the data server 4 is given the target value of the m-th batch BT(m) and the n-th manufacturing condition PM1-(n) from the manufacturing information providing unit 330, it selects, from among the correspondence information 400, the m-th manufacturing condition PM1-(m) when the previous batch matches the n-th manufacturing condition PM1-(n) and the subsequent batch matches the target value of the m-th batch BT(m).
[0039] FIG. 5 is a diagram showing an example of the search result of the correspondence information 400 of the present embodiment. As an example, it is assumed that the n-th manufacturing condition PM1-(n) matches the manufacturing condition PM1 (the k-th manufacturing condition PM1-(k)) of the k-th batch BT(k), and the target value of the m-th batch BT(m) matches the quality index 442 (the (k + 1)-th quality index 442-(k + 1)) of the (k + 1)-th batch BT(k + 1). In this case, the data server 4 selects the manufacturing condition PM1 (the (k + 1)-th manufacturing condition PM1-(k + 1)) of the (k + 1)-th batch BT(k + 1) from among the manufacturing conditions PM1 of the correspondence information 400.
[0040] A specific example in the case of (n = 10, m = n + 1, k = 1) in the above example will be described. That is, it is assumed that the 10th manufacturing condition PM1-(10) matches the manufacturing condition PM1-1 of the 1st batch BT1, and the target value of the 11th batch BT(11) matches the quality index 442 (the 2nd quality index 442-2) of the 2nd batch BT2. In this case, the data server 4 selects the manufacturing condition PM1 (the 2nd manufacturing condition PM1-2) of the 2nd batch BT2 from among the manufacturing conditions PM1 of the correspondence information 400.
[0041] In this specification, "match" may mean that the values of the comparison target indicators are exactly the same, or may mean that the difference between the values of the comparison target indicators is within a predetermined range.
[0042] Returning to FIG. 3, the data server 4 outputs the selected (k + 1)-th manufacturing condition PM1-(k + 1) (for example, the 2nd manufacturing condition PM1-2) to the information processing apparatus 3 as the estimation result of the manufacturing condition PM1.
[0043] The result acquisition unit 340 acquires the manufacturing condition PM1 output by the data server 4 as the estimation result of the manufacturing condition PM1 of the polymerization step PC11 of the m-th batch BT(m).
[0044] That is, the result acquisition unit 340 acquires the m-th manufacturing condition PM1-(m) output from the correspondence information 400 given the n-th manufacturing condition PM1-(n) of the manufacturing condition PM1 and the target value as the estimation result of the manufacturing condition PM1 of the polymerization step PC11 of the m-th batch BT(m).
[0045] (Embodiment B) The manufacturing condition acquisition unit 310 acquires the manufacturing condition PM2 of the n-th batch BT(n) (that is, the previous batch). In the following description, the manufacturing condition PM2 of the n-th batch BT(n) is also referred to as the n-th manufacturing condition PM2-(n) (the same applies in Embodiments C and D). The manufacturing condition PM2 includes a grinding condition index 510, a granulation condition index 520, and a drying condition index 530. As an example, the grinding condition index 510 includes a grinding speed, a grinding pressure, a grinding time, and the like. As an example, the granulation condition index 520 includes a suspension concentration, a granulation temperature, a granulation time, and the like. As an example, the drying condition index 530 includes a drying temperature, a drying time, and the like.
[0046] That is, the manufacturing condition acquisition unit 310, among the manufacturing conditions PM2 including the grinding condition index 510 in the grinding step PC21, the granulation condition index 520 in the granulation step PC22, and the drying condition index 530 in the drying step PC23, acquires the n-th manufacturing condition PM2-(n), which is the manufacturing condition PM2 of the n-th grinding step PC21-(n), the n-th granulation step PC22-(n), and the n-th drying step PC23-(n), which are the grinding step PC21, the granulation step PC22, and the drying step PC23 of the n-th (n is a natural number) batch.
[0047] The target value acquisition unit 320 acquires the target value of the quality index 442 of the resin to be manufactured in the m-th batch BT(m). As an example, the m-th batch BT(m) is the batch next to the n-th batch BT(n), that is, the (n + 1)-th batch BT(n + 1). That is, the target value acquisition unit 320 acquires the target value of the batch next to the n-th batch BT(n) which is the acquisition target of the manufacturing condition acquisition unit 310.
[0048] In other words, the target value acquisition unit 320 acquires the target value of the quality index 442 to be confirmed in the m-th confirmation step PC31-(m) of the m-th batch BT(m) (m is a natural number greater than n) after the n-th batch BT(n).
[0049] The manufacturing information providing unit 330 provides the target value of the m-th batch BT(m) acquired by the target value acquisition unit 320 and the n-th manufacturing condition PM2-(n) acquired by the manufacturing condition acquisition unit 310 to the correspondence information 500 of the data server 4. The correspondence information 500 is information indicating the correspondence relationship between the manufacturing condition PM2 and the manufacturing result index 440 for each batch. An example of the correspondence information 500 will be described with reference to FIG. 6.
[0050] FIG. 6 is a diagram showing an example of the correspondence information 500 of the present embodiment. In the correspondence information 500, the batch number 410, the pulverization condition index 510, the granulation condition index 520, the drying condition index 530, and the manufacturing result index 440 are associated with each other for each batch. The pulverization condition index 510 includes a pulverization speed 511 and a pulverization pressure 512. The granulation condition index 520 includes a suspension concentration 521, a granulation temperature 522, and a granulation time 523. The drying condition index 530 includes a drying temperature 531 and a drying time 532. The pulverization condition index 510, the granulation condition index 520, and the drying condition index 530 are an example of the manufacturing condition PM2. The manufacturing result index 440 includes a yield 441 and a quality index 442.
[0051] Returning to FIG. 3, when the data server 4 is given the target value of the m-th batch BT(m) and the n-th manufacturing condition PM2-(n) from the manufacturing information providing unit 330, it selects, from the correspondence information 500, the m-th manufacturing condition PM2-(m) when the previous batch conforms to the n-th manufacturing condition PM2-(n) and the subsequent batch conforms to the target value of the m-th batch BT(m).
[0052] FIG. 7 is a diagram showing an example of the search result of the correspondence information 500 of the present embodiment. As an example, it is assumed that the n-th manufacturing condition PM2-(n) conforms to the manufacturing condition PM2 (the k-th manufacturing condition PM2-(k)) of the k-th batch BT(k), and the target value of the m-th batch BT(m) conforms to the quality index 442 (the (k + 1)-th quality index 442-(k + 1)) of the (k + 1)-th batch BT(k + 1). In this case, the data server 4 selects the manufacturing condition PM2 (the (k + 1)-th manufacturing condition PM2-(k + 1)) of the (k + 1)-th batch BT(k + 1) from the manufacturing conditions PM2 of the correspondence information 500.
[0053] A specific example in the case of (n = 10, m = n + 1, k = 1) in the above example will be described. That is, it is assumed that the 10th manufacturing condition PM2-(10) conforms to the manufacturing condition PM2-1 of the 1st batch BT1, and the target value of the 11th batch BT(11) conforms to the quality index 442 (the 2nd quality index 442-2) of the 2nd batch BT2. In this case, the data server 4 selects the manufacturing condition PM2 (the 2nd manufacturing condition PM2-2) of the 2nd batch BT2 from the manufacturing conditions PM2 of the correspondence information 500.
[0054] Returning to FIG. 3, the data server 4 outputs the selected (k + 1)-th manufacturing condition PM2-(k + 1) (for example, the 2nd manufacturing condition PM2-2) to the information processing device 3 as the estimation result of the manufacturing condition PM2.
[0055] The result acquisition unit 340 acquires the manufacturing condition PM2 output by the data server 4 as the estimation result of the manufacturing conditions PM2 of the pulverization process PC21, granulation process PC22, and drying process PC23 of the m-th batch BT(m).
[0056] That is, the result acquisition unit 340 acquires, as the estimation result of the manufacturing conditions PM2 of the pulverization process PC21, granulation process PC22, and drying process PC23 of the m-th batch BT(m), the m-th manufacturing condition PM2-(m) output from the correspondence information 500 in which the n-th manufacturing condition PM2-(n) of the manufacturing condition PM2 and the target value are given.
[0057] (Embodiment C) The manufacturing condition acquisition unit 310 acquires the manufacturing conditions PM2 of the n-th batch BT(n) (that is, the previous batch). The manufacturing conditions PM2 are the same as those described in Embodiment B.
[0058] That is, the manufacturing condition acquisition unit 310 acquires, among the manufacturing conditions PM2 including the pulverization condition index 510 in the pulverization process PC21, the granulation condition index 520 in the granulation process PC22, and the drying condition index 530 in the drying process PC23, the n-th manufacturing condition PM2-(n) which is the manufacturing condition PM2 of the n-th pulverization process PC21-(n) which is the pulverization process PC21 of the n-th batch (n is a natural number), the n-th granulation process PC22-(n) which is the granulation process PC22, and the n-th drying process PC23-(n) which is the drying process PC23.
[0059] The target value acquisition unit 320 acquires the target value of the quality index 442 of the resin manufactured in the m-th batch BT(m). As an example, the m-th batch BT(m) is the next batch of the n-th batch BT(n), that is, the (n + 1)-th batch BT(n + 1). That is, the target value acquisition unit 320 acquires the target value of the next batch of the n-th batch BT(n) which is the acquisition target of the manufacturing condition acquisition unit 310.
[0060] In other words, the target value acquisition unit 320 acquires the target value of the quality index 442 confirmed in the m-th confirmation process PC31-(m) of the m-th batch BT(m) (m is a natural number greater than n) after the n-th batch BT(n).
[0061] The manufacturing information providing unit 330 provides the target value of the m-th batch BT(m) acquired by the target value acquisition unit 320 and the n-th manufacturing condition PM2-(n) acquired by the manufacturing condition acquisition unit 310 to the correspondence information 600 of the data server 4. The correspondence information 600 is information indicating the correspondence relationship among the manufacturing condition PM1, the manufacturing condition PM2, and the manufacturing result index 440 for each batch. An example of the correspondence information 600 will be described with reference to FIG. 8. The manufacturing condition PM1 is the same as that described in Embodiment A.
[0062] FIG. 8 is a diagram showing an example of the correspondence information 600 of the present embodiment. In the correspondence information 600, the batch number 410, the index related to the manufacturing condition PM1, the index related to the manufacturing condition PM2, and the manufacturing result index 440 are associated with each other for each batch. Note that the index related to the manufacturing condition PM1 is the same as the description in Embodiment A, and the index related to the manufacturing condition PM2 is the same as the description in Embodiment B. In FIG. 8, the description of the index other than the raw material index 420 as the index related to the manufacturing condition PM1 and the index other than the pulverization condition index 510 as the index related to the manufacturing condition PM2 is omitted. The manufacturing result index 440 includes the yield 441 and the quality index 442.
[0063] Returning to FIG. 3, when the data server 4 is given the target value of the m-th batch BT(m) and the n-th manufacturing condition PM2-(n) from the manufacturing information providing unit 330, the data server 4 selects the m-th manufacturing condition PM1-(m) from the correspondence information 600 when the previous batch matches the n-th manufacturing condition PM2-(n) and the next batch matches the target value of the m-th batch BT(m).
[0064] FIG. 9 is a diagram showing an example of the search result of the correspondence information 600 of the present embodiment. As an example, it is assumed that the n-th manufacturing condition PM2-(n) matches the manufacturing condition PM2 (the k-th manufacturing condition PM2-(k)) of the k-th batch BT(k), and the target value of the m-th batch BT(m) matches the quality index 442 (the (k + 1)-th quality index 442-(k + 1)) of the (k + 1)-th batch BT(k + 1). In this case, the data server 4 selects the manufacturing condition PM1 of the (k + 1)-th batch BT(k + 1) (the (k + 1)-th manufacturing condition PM1-(k + 1)) from the manufacturing conditions PM1 of the correspondence information 600.
[0065] A specific example will be described for the case where (n = 10, m = n + 1, k = 1) in the above example. That is, it is assumed that the 10th production condition PM2-(10) matches the production condition PM2-1 of the first batch BT1, and the target value of the 11th batch BT(11) matches the quality index 442 (second quality index 442-2) of the second batch BT2. In this case, the data server 4 selects the production condition PM1 (second production condition PM1-2) of the second batch BT2 from among the production conditions PM1 of the correspondence information 600.
[0066] Returning to FIG. 3, the data server 4 outputs the selected (k + 1)th production condition PM1-(k + 1) (for example, the second production condition PM1-2) to the information processing device 3 as the estimation result of the production condition PM1.
[0067] The result acquisition unit 340 acquires the production condition PM1 output by the data server 4 as the estimation result of the production condition PM1 of the polymerization step P11 of the mth batch BT(m).
[0068] That is, the result acquisition unit 340 acquires the mth production condition PM1-(m) output from the correspondence information 600 in which the nth production condition PM2-(n) of the production condition PM2 and the target value are given, as the estimation result of the production condition PM1 of the polymerization step PC11 of the mth batch BT(m).
[0069] (Embodiment D) The production condition acquisition unit 310 acquires the production condition PM1 of the nth batch BT(n). The production condition PM1 is the same as that described in Embodiment A.
[0070] That is, the production condition acquisition unit 310 acquires the nth production condition PM1-(n), which is the production condition PM1 of the nth polymerization step PC11-(n) that is the polymerization step PC11 of the nth (n is a natural number) batch, among the production conditions PM1 including the raw material index 420 of the resin and the polymerization condition index 430 in the polymerization step PC11.
[0071] The target value acquisition unit 320 acquires the target value of the quality index 442 of the resin produced in the nth batch BT(n).
[0072] The manufacturing information providing unit 330 provides the target value of the nth batch BT(n) acquired by the target value acquisition unit 320 and the nth manufacturing condition PM1-(n) acquired by the manufacturing condition acquisition unit 310 to the corresponding information 600 of the data server 4. The corresponding information 600 is the same as that described in Embodiment C (Fig. 8). The manufacturing condition PM2 is the same as that described in Embodiment B.
[0073] Returning to Fig. 3, when the data server 4 is provided with the target value of the nth batch BT(n) and the nth manufacturing condition PM1-(n) from the manufacturing information providing unit 330, it selects the nth manufacturing condition PM2-(n) from the corresponding information 600 when the batch matches the nth manufacturing condition PM1-(n) and the batch matches the target value of the nth batch BT(n).
[0074] Fig. 10 is a diagram showing an example of the search result of the corresponding information 600 of this embodiment. As an example, it is assumed that the nth manufacturing condition PM1-(n) matches the manufacturing condition PM1 of the kth batch BT(k) (the kth manufacturing condition PM1-(k)), and the target value of the nth batch BT(n) matches the quality index 442 of the kth batch BT(k) (the kth quality index 442-(k)). In this case, the data server 4 selects the manufacturing condition PM2 of the kth batch BT(k) (the kth manufacturing condition PM2-(k)) from the manufacturing conditions PM2 of the corresponding information 600.
[0075] Returning to Fig. 3, the data server 4 outputs the selected kth manufacturing condition PM2-(k) to the information processing device 3 as the estimation result of the manufacturing condition PM2.
[0076] The result acquisition unit 340 outputs the manufacturing condition PM2 output by the data server 4 to the information processing device 3 as the estimation result of the manufacturing condition PM2 of the nth batch BT(n).
[0077] That is, the result acquisition unit 340 acquires, as the estimation result of the manufacturing conditions PM2 of the grinding process PC21, granulation process PC22, and drying process PC23 of the nth batch BT(n), the nth manufacturing condition PM2-(n) output from the correspondence information 600 in which the nth manufacturing condition PM1-(n) of the manufacturing condition PM1 and the target value are given.
[0078] (Common to Embodiments A to D) The presentation unit 350 outputs the estimation result acquired by the result acquisition unit 340 to the display device 5. The display device 5 displays the estimation result output by the presentation unit 350. That is, the presentation unit 350 presents the estimation result acquired by the result acquisition unit 340. The operation flow of each functional unit of the information processing apparatus 3 described above will be described with reference to FIGS. 11 to 14.
[0079] [Operation Flow of Information Processing Apparatus 3] Hereinafter, the operation flow (information processing method) of the information processing apparatus 3 in the first embodiment will be described with respect to the four types of the above-described embodiments A to D.

(Step S50B) The presentation unit 350 outputs the estimation result of the manufacturing condition PM2 (that is, the mth manufacturing condition PM2-(m)) acquired in Step S40B to the display device 5.
[0086] (Embodiment C) FIG. 13 is a diagram showing an example of the operation flow of the information processing device 3 of the present embodiment. (Step S10C) The manufacturing condition acquisition unit 310 acquires the manufacturing conditions PM2 (that is, the nth manufacturing condition PM2-(n)) of the pulverization process P21, granulation process PC22, and drying process PC23 of the nth batch BT(n). (Step S20C) The target value acquisition unit 320 acquires the target value of the quality indicator 442 of the resin manufactured in the mth batch BT(m).
[0087] (Step S30C) The manufacturing information providing unit 330 provides the nth manufacturing condition PM2-(n) acquired in step S10C and the target value of the mth batch BT(m) acquired in step S20C to the corresponding information 600 of the data server 4. The data server 4 selects the mth manufacturing condition PM1-(m) when the previous batch conforms to the nth manufacturing condition PM2-(n) and the subsequent batch conforms to the target value of the mth batch BT(m) from among the manufacturing conditions PM2 and quality indicators 442 of the corresponding information 600. The data server 4 outputs the selected mth manufacturing condition PM1-(m) to the information processing apparatus 3 as the estimation result of the manufacturing condition PM1.
[0088] (Step S40C) The result acquisition unit 340 acquires the mth manufacturing condition PM1-(m) output by the data server 4 as the estimation result of the manufacturing condition PM1. (Step S50C) The presentation unit 350 outputs the estimation result of the manufacturing condition PM1 (that is, the mth manufacturing condition PM1-(m)) acquired in step S40C to the display device 5.
[0089] (Embodiment D) FIG. 14 is a diagram showing an example of the operation flow of the information processing apparatus 3 of the present embodiment. (Step S10D) The manufacturing condition acquisition unit 310 acquires the manufacturing condition PM1 (that is, the nth manufacturing condition PM1-(n)) of the polymerization step PC11 of the nth batch BT(n). (Step S20D) The target value acquisition unit 320 acquires the target value of the quality indicator 442 of the resin manufactured in the nth batch BT(n).
[0090] (Step S30D) The manufacturing information providing unit 330 provides the nth manufacturing condition PM1-(n) acquired in Step S10D and the target value of the nth batch BT(n) acquired in Step S20D to the corresponding information 600 of the data server 4. The data server 4 selects the nth manufacturing condition PM2-(n) that matches the nth manufacturing condition PM1-(n) and the target value of the nth batch BT(n) from among the manufacturing conditions PM1 and quality indicators 442 of the corresponding information 600. The data server 4 outputs the selected nth manufacturing condition PM2-(n) to the information processing apparatus 3 as the estimation result of the manufacturing condition PM2.
[0091] (Step S40D) The result acquisition unit 340 acquires the nth manufacturing condition PM2-(n) output by the data server 4 as the estimation result of the manufacturing condition PM2. (Step S50D) The presentation unit 350 outputs the estimation result of the manufacturing condition PM2 (that is, the nth manufacturing condition PM2-(n)) acquired in Step S40D to the display device 5.
[0092] As described above, the information processing system 1 of Embodiment A estimates the manufacturing condition PM1 of the polymerization step PC11 of the next batch based on the manufacturing condition of the polymerization step PC11 of the previous batch and the target value of the next batch in a pipeline-type manufacturing process. Therefore, according to the information processing system 1 of the present embodiment, the manufacturing result index confirmed in the confirmation step PC31 of the previous batch can be fed back to the manufacturing condition PM1 of the polymerization step PC11 of the next batch at a stage before the previous batch ends.
[0093] The information processing system 1 of Embodiment B estimates the manufacturing conditions PM2 of the grinding process PC21, granulation process PC22, and drying process PC23 of the next batch based on the manufacturing conditions of the grinding process PC21, granulation process PC22, and drying process PC23 of the previous batch and the target values of the next batch in a pipeline-type manufacturing process. Therefore, according to the information processing system 1 of the present embodiment, the manufacturing result indicators confirmed in the confirmation process PC31 of the previous batch can be fed back to the manufacturing conditions PM2 of the grinding process PC21, granulation process PC22, and drying process PC23 of the next batch at a stage before the previous batch ends.
[0094] The information processing system 1 of Embodiment C estimates the manufacturing conditions PM1 of the polymerization process PC11 of the next batch based on the manufacturing conditions of the grinding process PC21, granulation process PC22, and drying process PC23 of the previous batch and the target values of the next batch in a pipeline-type manufacturing process. Therefore, according to the information processing system 1 of the present embodiment, the manufacturing result indicators confirmed in the confirmation process PC31 of the previous batch can be fed back to the manufacturing conditions PM1 of the polymerization process PC11 of the next batch at a stage before the previous batch ends.
[0095] The information processing system 1 of Embodiment D estimates the manufacturing conditions PM2 of the grinding process PC21, granulation process PC22, and drying process PC23 of the same batch based on the manufacturing conditions of the polymerization process PC11 of an arbitrary batch and the target values of the same batch. Therefore, according to the information processing system 1 of the present embodiment, the manufacturing result indicators confirmed in the confirmation process PC31 of an arbitrary batch can be fed back to the manufacturing conditions PM2 of the grinding process PC21, granulation process PC22, and drying process PC23 of the same batch at a stage before the same batch ends.
[0096] According to the information processing system 1 configured in this way, fluctuations in the quality of the manufactured product (for example, resin) can be detected early and reflected in the next batch early. That is, according to the information processing system 1, timely formulation changes can be made.
[0097] In the polymerization process PC11, the raw material purity in the raw material index 420, the type of resin raw material (monomer), the amount of initiator, and the polymerization pressure in the polymerization condition index 430 may have a significant impact on the quality index 442 (for example, the molecular weight (standard specific gravity) of the resin, processability (molding pressure, fluidity of secondary particles)). In the pulverization process PC21, the pulverization speed and pulverization pressure in the pulverization condition index 510 may also have a significant impact on the quality index 442 (for example, the secondary particle diameter, bulk density, and moisture content of the resin). In the granulation process PC22, the suspension concentration, granulation temperature, and granulation time in the granulation condition index 520 may also have a significant impact on the quality index 442 (for example, the secondary particle diameter, bulk density, and moisture content of the resin). For example, when the suspension concentration is high, the secondary particle diameter may be large, the bulk density may be small, and the moisture content may be low. Furthermore, when the granulation time is long, the secondary particle diameter may be large (however, it may be small when the time is extremely long), the bulk density may be small, and the moisture content may be small. In the drying process PC23, the drying time, drying temperature, and drying time in the drying condition index 530 may also have a significant impact on the quality index 442 (for example, the secondary particle diameter, bulk density, and moisture content of the resin). For example, when the drying temperature is high, the moisture content may be small. When the drying time is long, the moisture content may be small. Also, when the drying time is long, the productivity may decrease. The information processing system 1 includes the raw material purity, the type of resin raw material (monomer), the amount of initiator 422, and the polymerization pressure 432 as manufacturing conditions PM1 in the corresponding information 400 and 600. Also, the information processing system 1 includes the pulverization speed 511, pulverization pressure 512, suspension concentration 521, granulation temperature 522, granulation time 523, drying temperature 531, and drying time 532 as manufacturing conditions PM2 in the corresponding information 500 and 600. That is, according to the information processing system 1 of the present embodiment, by estimating the manufacturing conditions PM1 of the next batch or PM2 of the same batch in consideration of the raw material purity, the type of resin raw material (monomer), the amount 422 of the initiator, and the polymerization pressure 432, the quality index 442 in the next batch or the same batch can be made more stable (or improved). Further, according to the information processing system 1 of the present embodiment, by estimating the manufacturing conditions PM1 or PM2 of the next batch in consideration of the pulverization speed 511, the pulverization pressure 512, the suspension concentration 521, the granulation temperature 522, the granulation time 523, the drying temperature 531, and the drying time 532, the quality index 442 in the next batch can be made more stable (or improved).
[0098] [Modification Example] Note that the information processing apparatus 3 may estimate the manufacturing conditions in consideration of the maintenance index PM4. For example, in the case of Embodiment A, the manufacturing conditions PM1 of the polymerization step PC11 of the next batch may be estimated in consideration of the maintenance index PM4. In the case of Embodiment B, the manufacturing conditions PM2 of the pulverization step PC21, the granulation step PC22, and the drying step PC23 of the next batch may be estimated in consideration of the maintenance index PM4. In the case of Embodiment C, the manufacturing conditions PM1 of the polymerization step PC11 of the next batch may be estimated in consideration of the maintenance index PM4. In the case of Embodiment D, the manufacturing conditions PM2 of the pulverization step PC21, the granulation step PC22, and the drying step PC23 of the same batch may be estimated in consideration of the maintenance index PM4.
[0099] Here, the maintenance index PM4 is an index indicating the maintenance status of the manufacturing equipment. For example, the maintenance index PM4 includes the implementation status of maintenance activities such as equipment cleaning (e.g., the number of batches after heavy cleaning work), and the replacement status of consumables such as packings, filters, belts, valves, desiccants, and oils (e.g., the number of batches after valve or packing replacement). Further, the maintenance index also includes the manufacturing downtime, the number of equipment points cleaned (washed), the length of the pipes cleaned (washed), the number of equipment points open-maintained, and the number of updated equipment points.
[0100] That is, the manufacturing conditions PM1 or PM2 include a maintenance index PM4 indicating the status of maintenance of manufacturing equipment. In the case of Embodiment A, the correspondence information 400 indicates the correspondence relationship among the nth manufacturing condition PM1-(n) including the maintenance index PM4, the mth manufacturing condition PM1-(m), and the mth manufacturing result index 440-(m). The mth manufacturing condition PM1-(m) may include the maintenance index PM4. In the case of Embodiment B, the correspondence information 500 indicates the correspondence relationship among the nth manufacturing condition PM2-(n) including the maintenance index PM4, the mth manufacturing condition PM2-(m), and the mth manufacturing result index 440-(m). The mth manufacturing condition PM2-(m) may include the maintenance index PM4. In the case of Embodiment C, the correspondence information 600 indicates the correspondence relationship among the nth manufacturing condition PM2-(n) including the maintenance index PM4, the mth manufacturing condition PM1-(m), and the mth manufacturing result index 440-(m). The mth manufacturing condition PM1-(m) may include the maintenance index PM4. In the case of Embodiment D, the correspondence information 600 indicates the correspondence relationship among the nth manufacturing condition PM1-(n) including the maintenance index PM4, the nth manufacturing condition PM2-(n), and the nth manufacturing result index 440-(n). The nth manufacturing condition PM2-(n) may include the maintenance index PM4.
[0101] In the case of Embodiment A, the manufacturing condition acquisition unit 310 acquires the nth manufacturing condition PM1-(n) including the maintenance index PM4. The manufacturing information providing unit 330 provides the correspondence information 400 with a target value and the nth manufacturing condition PM1-(n) including the maintenance index PM4. That is, the manufacturing information providing unit 330 provides the correspondence information 400 with the nth manufacturing condition PM1-(n) taking into account the maintenance index PM4.
[0102] As a result, the result acquisition unit 340 acquires an estimation result of the manufacturing condition PM1 taking into account the maintenance index PM4. The presentation unit 350 outputs the estimation result of the manufacturing condition PM1 taking into account the maintenance index PM4 to the display device 5.
[0103] In the case of Embodiment B, the manufacturing condition acquisition unit 310 acquires the nth manufacturing condition PM2-(n) including the maintenance index PM4. The manufacturing information providing unit 330 gives the target value and the n-th manufacturing condition PM2-(n) including the maintenance index PM4 to the correspondence information 500. That is, the manufacturing information providing unit 330 gives the n-th manufacturing condition PM2-(n) taking into account the maintenance index PM4 to the correspondence information 400.
[0104] As a result, the result acquisition unit 340 acquires the estimation result of the manufacturing condition PM2 in which the maintenance index PM4 is taken into account. The presentation unit 350 outputs the estimation result of the manufacturing condition PM2 in which the maintenance index PM4 is taken into account to the display device 5.
[0105] In the case of Embodiment C, the manufacturing condition acquisition unit 310 acquires the n-th manufacturing condition PM2-(n) including the maintenance index PM4. The manufacturing information providing unit 330 gives the target value and the n-th manufacturing condition PM2-(n) including the maintenance index PM4 to the correspondence information 600. That is, the manufacturing information providing unit 330 gives the n-th manufacturing condition PM2-(n) taking into account the maintenance index PM4 to the correspondence information 400.
[0106] As a result, the result acquisition unit 340 acquires the estimation result of the manufacturing condition PM1 in which the maintenance index PM4 is taken into account. The presentation unit 350 outputs the estimation result of the manufacturing condition PM1 in which the maintenance index PM4 is taken into account to the display device 5.
[0107] In the case of Embodiment D, the manufacturing condition acquisition unit 310 acquires the n-th manufacturing condition PM1-(n) including the maintenance index PM4. The manufacturing information providing unit 330 gives the target value and the n-th manufacturing condition PM1-(n) including the maintenance index PM4 to the correspondence information 600. That is, the manufacturing information providing unit 330 gives the n-th manufacturing condition PM1-(n) taking into account the maintenance index PM4 to the correspondence information 400.
[0108] As a result, the result acquisition unit 340 acquires the estimation result of the manufacturing condition PM2 in which the maintenance index PM4 is taken into account. The presentation unit 350 outputs the estimation result of the manufacturing condition PM2 in which the maintenance index PM4 is taken into account to the display device 5.
[0109] Generally, when performing maintenance on manufacturing equipment such as thorough cleaning or replacing consumables, there may be a large change in the manufacturing environment between the previous batch and the next batch, or the manufacturing environment may change discontinuously. Also, each time the number of batches is increased since the maintenance of the manufacturing equipment, the manufacturing environment may change gradually.
[0110] According to the information processing system 1 configured as in this modification example, it is possible to obtain an estimation result of the manufacturing conditions PM1 or PM2 taking into account the maintenance status of the manufacturing equipment. Therefore, according to the information processing system 1, even when the manufacturing environment changes due to the maintenance of the manufacturing equipment, it is possible to stabilize (or improve) the quality index 442 (for example, the secondary particle diameter of the resin, the bulk density, the moisture content) in the next batch.
[0111] [Modification Example A] The maintenance index PM4 includes the implementation status of minor maintenance performed relatively frequently, medium-scale maintenance performed every few months, and large-scale maintenance performed annually. When the scale of maintenance changes, the quality index may fluctuate even if the manufacturing conditions PM1 and the manufacturing conditions PM2 are aligned. Therefore, particularly in the first batch after the implementation of large-scale maintenance, the larger the scale of maintenance, the more likely the stability of the quality index will decrease. For example, the data server 4 may store correspondence information 400A as a learned model in which the correspondence between the maintenance index PM4 and the types of grades of products that can be manufactured in the first batch after the maintenance has been learned by machine learning. In this case, the manufacturing condition acquisition unit 310 acquires the maintenance index PM4, and the manufacturing information providing unit 330 provides the maintenance index PM4 to the correspondence information 400A of the data server 4. The data server 4 selects the types of grades of products that can be manufactured in the first batch after the maintenance based on the correspondence information 400A and outputs it to the information processing apparatus 3. According to the information system 1 configured in this way, the influence of the decrease in productivity due to maintenance can be minimized.
[0112] [Modification Example 2] In the above-described embodiments, for example, in the case of Embodiment A, the correspondence information 400 has been described as being information in a table format (for example, the table illustrated in FIG. 4) in which the manufacturing condition PM1 and the manufacturing result index 440 are associated with each other for each batch. However, the present invention is not limited to this. The correspondence information 400 may be any information that shows the correspondence relationship between the nth manufacturing condition PM1-(n), the mth manufacturing condition PM1-(m), and the target value of the mth batch BT(m) (that is, the manufacturing condition PM1 of the previous batch, the manufacturing condition PM1 of the next batch, and the target value). For example, the correspondence information 400 may be a so-called learned model in which the correspondence relationship between the manufacturing condition PM1 of the previous batch and the manufacturing condition PM1 and the target value of the next batch is learned by machine learning. In this case, the data server 4 stores the correspondence information 400 as a learned model in which the correspondence relationship between the manufacturing condition PM1 of the previous batch and the manufacturing condition PM1 and the target value of the next batch is learned by machine learning. According to the information processing system 1 configured as described above, since the results of efficiently (or with high accuracy) learning a large amount of information by machine learning can be used, the quality index 442 (for example, the secondary particle diameter of the resin, the bulk density, the moisture content) in the next batch can be made more stable (or improved).
[0113] Further, the correspondence information 400 may be implemented by a conditional branch type program for the correspondence relationship between the input value and the output value corresponding to the above-described learned model. Note that Modification 2 is also applicable to Embodiments B to D.
[0114] [Functional Configuration of Information Processing Apparatus 31 According to Second Embodiment] In the present embodiment, the present embodiment is different from the first embodiment in that an information processing apparatus 31 is provided instead of (or in addition to) the information processing apparatus 3 in the first embodiment described above. Since the other configurations are the same as those in the first embodiment, the description thereof is omitted.
[0115] FIG. 15 is a diagram showing an example of the functional configuration of the information processing apparatus 31 according to the second embodiment. The information processing apparatus 31 includes, as its functional units, a manufacturing condition acquisition unit 311, a first manufacturing information providing unit 331, a second manufacturing information providing unit 332, a first result acquisition unit 341, a second result acquisition unit 342, an index presentation unit 351, and a result presentation unit 352. Hereinafter, the functional configuration of the information processing apparatus 31 in the second embodiment will be described with respect to four types, namely, Embodiments A to D.
[0116] (Embodiment A) The manufacturing condition acquisition unit 311 acquires an n-th manufacturing condition PM1-(n) which is the manufacturing condition PM1 of the n-th polymerization step PC11-(n). The first manufacturing information providing unit 331 provides the n-th manufacturing condition PM1-(n) acquired by the manufacturing condition acquisition unit 311 as manufacturing information to the first correspondence information 401.
[0117] The first correspondence information 401 is information indicating the correspondence between the manufacturing condition PM1 for each batch and the manufacturing result index 440 confirmed in the confirmation step PC31. In an example of this embodiment, the first correspondence information 401 has the same configuration as the above-described correspondence information 400.
[0118] When the n-th manufacturing condition PM1-(n) is provided from the first manufacturing information providing unit 331, the data server 4 searches the first correspondence information 401 and selects a manufacturing result index 440 that matches the n-th manufacturing condition PM1-(n). The search result of the manufacturing result index 440 by the data server 4 will be described with reference to FIG. 16.
[0119] FIG. 16 is a diagram showing an example of the search result of the first correspondence information 401 in this embodiment. As an example, it is assumed that the manufacturing condition PM1 (the n-th manufacturing condition PM1-(n)) of the n-th batch BT(n) matches the manufacturing condition PM1 (the k-th manufacturing condition PM1-(k)) of the k-th batch BT(k). In this case, the data server 4 selects the manufacturing result index 440 (the k-th manufacturing result index 440-(k)) of the k-th batch BT(k) from the first correspondence information 401.
[0120] A specific example will be described for the case where (n = 10, m = n + 1, k = 1) in the above example. That is, it is assumed that the 10th manufacturing condition PM1-(10) matches the manufacturing condition PM1-1 of the first batch BT1. In this case, the data server 4 selects the manufacturing result index 440 (the first manufacturing result index 440-1) of the first batch BT1 from among the first correspondence information 401.
[0121] Returning to FIG. 15, the data server 4 outputs the selected manufacturing result index 440 to the information processing apparatus 31.
[0122] The first result acquisition unit 341 acquires the manufacturing result index 440 output from the first correspondence information 401 given the nth manufacturing condition PM1-(n) as the nth manufacturing result index 440-(n) that is the manufacturing result index 440 of the nth batch BT(n).
[0123] The index presentation unit 351 outputs (that is, presents) the nth manufacturing result index 440-(n) acquired by the first result acquisition unit 341 to the display device 5.
[0124] The second manufacturing information providing unit 332 provides the second correspondence information 402 with the nth manufacturing result index 440-(n) acquired by the first result acquisition unit 341 and the nth manufacturing condition PM1-(n) acquired by the manufacturing condition acquisition unit 311.
[0125] The second correspondence information 402 is information indicating the correspondence between the manufacturing condition PM1 and the manufacturing result index 440 for each batch. In an example of this embodiment, the second correspondence information 402 has the same configuration as the above-described correspondence information 400.
[0126] When the data server 4 is provided with the nth manufacturing condition PM1-(n) and the nth manufacturing result index 440-(n) from the second manufacturing information providing unit 332, it searches for the second correspondence information 402 and selects the manufacturing condition PM1 of the next batch (i.e., the (n + 1)th manufacturing condition PM1-(n+1)) that matches the nth manufacturing condition PM1-(n) and the nth manufacturing result index 440-(n). The search result of the manufacturing condition PM1 of the next batch by the data server 4 will be described with reference to FIG. 16 described above.
[0127] As an example, assume that the nth manufacturing condition PM1-(n) of the nth batch BT(n) matches the kth manufacturing condition PM1-(k) of the kth batch BT(k), and the nth manufacturing result index 440-(n) of the nth batch BT(n) matches the kth manufacturing result index 440-(k) of the kth batch BT(k). In this case, the data server 4 selects the manufacturing condition PM1 (the (k + 1)th manufacturing condition PM1-(k+1)) of the (k + 1)th batch BT(k+1) from the second correspondence information 402.
[0128] A specific example in the case of (n = 10, m = n + 1, k = 1) in the above example will be described. That is, assume that the 10th manufacturing condition PM1-10 matches the first manufacturing condition PM1-1 of the first batch BT1, and the 10th manufacturing result index 440-10 matches the first manufacturing result index 440-1 of the first batch BT1. In this case, the data server 4 selects the manufacturing condition PM1 (the second manufacturing condition PM1-2) of the batch next to the first batch BT1, i.e., the second batch BT2, from the second correspondence information 402.
[0129] The second result acquisition unit 342 acquires the mth manufacturing condition PM1-(m) output from the second correspondence information 402 provided with the nth manufacturing condition PM1-(n) and the nth manufacturing result index 440(n) as the estimation result of the manufacturing condition PM1 of the polymerization step PC11 of the mth batch BT(m). The result presentation unit 352 outputs (presents) the estimation result acquired by the second result acquisition unit 342 to the display device 5.
[0130] (Embodiment B) The manufacturing condition acquisition unit 311 acquires the nth manufacturing condition PM2-(n), which is the manufacturing condition PM2 of the pulverization process PC21-(n), the granulation process PC22-(n), and the drying process PC23-(n). The first manufacturing information providing unit 331 provides the nth manufacturing condition PM2-(n) acquired by the manufacturing condition acquisition unit 311 as manufacturing information for the first correspondence information 501.
[0131] The second correspondence information 501 is information indicating the correspondence relationship between the manufacturing condition PM2 for each batch and the manufacturing result index 440 confirmed in the confirmation process PC31. In an example of this embodiment, the first correspondence information 501 has the same configuration as the above-described correspondence information 500.
[0132] When the nth manufacturing condition PM2-(n) is provided from the first manufacturing information providing unit 331, the data server 4 searches the first correspondence information 501 and selects the manufacturing result index 440 that matches the nth manufacturing condition PM2-(n). The search result of the manufacturing result index 440 by the data server 4 will be described with reference to FIG. 17.
[0133] FIG. 17 is a diagram showing an example of the search result of the first correspondence information 501 of this embodiment. As an example, it is assumed that the manufacturing condition PM2 (the nth manufacturing condition PM2-(n)) of the nth batch BT(n) matches the manufacturing condition PM2 (the kth manufacturing condition PM2-(k)) of the kth batch BT(k). In this case, the data server 4 selects the manufacturing result index 440 (the kth manufacturing result index 440-(k)) of the kth batch BT(k) from the first correspondence information 501.
[0134] A specific example in the case of (n = 10, m = n + 1, k = 1) in the above example will be described. That is, it is assumed that the 10th manufacturing condition PM2-(10) matches the manufacturing condition PM2-1 of the first batch BT1. In this case, the data server 4 selects the manufacturing result index 440 (the first manufacturing result index 440-1) of the first batch BT1 from the first correspondence information 501.
[0135] Returning to FIG. 15, the data server 4 outputs the selected manufacturing result index 440 to the information processing device 31.
[0136] The first result acquisition unit 341 acquires, as the nth manufacturing result index 440-(n) which is the manufacturing result index 440 of the nth batch BT(n), the manufacturing result index 440 output from the first correspondence information 501 provided with the nth manufacturing condition PM2-(n).
[0137] The index presentation unit 351 outputs (i.e., presents) the nth manufacturing result index 440-(n) acquired by the first result acquisition unit 341 to the display device 5.
[0138] The second manufacturing information providing unit 332 provides the second correspondence information 502 with the nth manufacturing result index 440-(n) acquired by the first result acquisition unit 341 and the nth manufacturing condition PM2-(n) acquired by the manufacturing condition acquisition unit 311.
[0139] The second correspondence information 502 is information indicating the correspondence between the manufacturing condition PM2 for each batch and the manufacturing result index 440. In an example of the present embodiment, the second correspondence information 502 has the same configuration as the above-described correspondence information 500.
[0140] When the data server 4 is provided with the nth manufacturing condition PM2-(n) and the nth manufacturing result index 440-(n) from the second manufacturing information providing unit 332, it searches the second correspondence information 502 and selects the manufacturing condition PM2 of the next batch (i.e., the (n + 1)th manufacturing condition PM2-(n + 1)) of the batch that matches the nth manufacturing condition PM2-(n) and the nth manufacturing result index 440-(n). The search result of the manufacturing condition PM2 of the next batch by the data server 4 will be described with reference to FIG. 17 described above.
[0141] As an example, assume that the nth manufacturing condition PM2-(n) of the nth batch BT(n) matches the kth manufacturing condition PM2-(k) of the kth batch BT(k), and the nth manufacturing result index 440-(n) of the nth batch BT(n) matches the kth manufacturing result index 440-(k) of the kth batch BT(k). In this case, the data server 4 selects the manufacturing condition PM2 (the (k + 1)-th manufacturing condition PM2-(k + 1)) of the (k + 1)-th batch BT(k + 1) from among the second correspondence information 502.
[0142] A specific example in the case of (n = 10, m = n + 1, k = 1) in the above example will be described. That is, it is assumed that the 10th manufacturing condition PM2-10 matches the first manufacturing condition PM2-1 of the first batch BT1, and the 10th manufacturing result index 440-10 matches the first manufacturing result index 440-1 of the first batch BT1. In this case, the data server 4 selects the manufacturing condition PM2 (the second manufacturing condition PM2-2) of the batch next to the first batch BT1, that is, the second batch BT2, from among the second correspondence information 502.
[0143] The second result acquisition unit 342 acquires, as an estimation result of the manufacturing conditions PM2 of the pulverization process PC21-(n), granulation process PC22-(n), and drying process PC23-(n) of the m-th batch BT(m), the m-th manufacturing condition PM2-(m) output from the second correspondence information 502 in which the n-th manufacturing condition PM2-(n) and the n-th manufacturing result index 440(n) are given. The result presentation unit 352 outputs (presents) the estimation result acquired by the second result acquisition unit 342 to the display device 5.
[0144] (Embodiment C) The manufacturing condition acquisition unit 311 acquires the n-th manufacturing condition PM2-(n) which is the manufacturing condition PM2 of the pulverization process PC21-(n), granulation process PC22-(n), and drying process PC23-(n). The first manufacturing information providing unit 331 gives the n-th manufacturing condition PM2-(n) acquired by the manufacturing condition acquisition unit 311 to the first correspondence information 601 as manufacturing information.
[0145] The second correspondence information 601 is information indicating the correspondence relationship between the manufacturing condition PM1, the manufacturing condition PM2, and the manufacturing result index 440 confirmed in the confirmation process PC31 for each batch. In an example of this embodiment, the first correspondence information 601 has the same configuration as the above-described correspondence information 600.
[0146] When the data server 4 is given the nth manufacturing condition PM2-(n) from the first manufacturing information providing unit 331, it searches for the first corresponding information 601 and selects a manufacturing result index 440 that matches the nth manufacturing condition PM2-(n). The search result of the manufacturing result index 440 by the data server 4 will be described with reference to FIG. 18.
[0147] FIG. 18 is a diagram showing an example of the search result of the first corresponding information 601 of the present embodiment. As an example, it is assumed that the manufacturing condition PM2 (the nth manufacturing condition PM2-(n)) of the nth batch BT(n) matches the manufacturing condition PM2 (the kth manufacturing condition PM2-(k)) of the kth batch BT(k). In this case, the data server 4 selects the manufacturing result index 440 (the kth manufacturing result index 440-(k)) of the kth batch BT(k) from the first corresponding information 601.
[0148] A specific example in the case where (n = 10, m = n + 1, k = 1) in the above example will be described. That is, it is assumed that the 10th manufacturing condition PM2-(10) matches the manufacturing condition PM2-1 of the first batch BT1. In this case, the data server 4 selects the manufacturing result index 440 (the first manufacturing result index 440-1) of the first batch BT1 from the first corresponding information 601.
[0149] Returning to FIG. 15, the data server 4 outputs the selected manufacturing result index 440 to the information processing device 31.
[0150] The first result acquisition unit 341 acquires the manufacturing result index 440 output from the first corresponding information 601 when the nth manufacturing condition PM2-(n) is given as the nth manufacturing result index 440-(n) which is the manufacturing result index 440 of the nth batch BT(n).
[0151] The index presentation unit 351 outputs (that is, presents) the nth manufacturing result index 440-(n) acquired by the first result acquisition unit 341 to the display device 5.
[0152] The second manufacturing information providing unit 332 provides the second response information 602 with the nth manufacturing result index 440-(n) acquired by the first result acquisition unit 341 and the nth manufacturing condition PM2-(n) acquired by the manufacturing condition acquisition unit 311.
[0153] The second response information 602 is information indicating the correspondence relationship among the manufacturing condition PM1 for each batch, the manufacturing condition PM2, and the manufacturing result index 440. In an example of this embodiment, the second response information 602 has the same configuration as the above-described response information 600.
[0154] When the data server 4 is provided with the nth manufacturing condition PM2-(n) and the nth manufacturing result index 440-(n) from the second manufacturing information providing unit 332, it searches the second response information 602 and selects the manufacturing condition PM1 of the next batch (that is, the (n + 1)th manufacturing condition PM1-(n + 1)) of the batch that matches the nth manufacturing condition PM2-(n) and the nth manufacturing result index 440-(n). The search result of the manufacturing condition PM1 of the next batch by the data server 4 will be described with reference to FIG. 18 described above.
[0155] As an example, assume that the nth manufacturing condition PM2-(n) of the nth batch BT(n) matches the kth manufacturing condition PM2-(k) of the kth batch BT(k), and the nth manufacturing result index 440-(n) of the nth batch BT(n) matches the kth manufacturing result index 440-(k) of the kth batch BT(k). In this case, the data server 4 selects the manufacturing condition PM1 (the (k + 1)th manufacturing condition PM1-(k + 1)) of the (k + 1)th batch BT(k + 1) from the second response information 602.
[0156] A specific example in the case where (n = 10, m = n + 1, k = 1) in the above example will be described. That is, assume that the 10th manufacturing condition PM2-10 matches the first manufacturing condition PM2-1 of the first batch BT1, and the 10th manufacturing result index 440-10 matches the first manufacturing result index 440-1 of the first batch BT1. In this case, the data server 4 selects the manufacturing conditions PM1 (second manufacturing conditions PM1-2) for the batch following the first batch BT1, i.e., the second batch BT2, from among the second correspondence information 602.
[0157] The second result acquisition unit 342 acquires, as an estimation result of the manufacturing conditions PM1 of the polymerization step PC11-(m) of the m-th batch BT(m), the m-th manufacturing conditions PM1-(m) output from the second correspondence information 602 in which the n-th manufacturing conditions PM2-(n) and the n-th manufacturing result index 440(n) are given. The result presentation unit 352 outputs (presents) the estimation result acquired by the second result acquisition unit 342 to the display device 5.
[0158] The flow of operations of each functional unit of the information processing apparatus 31 (information processing method) described above will be described with reference to FIGS. 19 to 21.
[0159] [Flow of Operations of Information Processing Apparatus 31] Hereinafter, the flow of operations of the information processing apparatus 31 in the second embodiment will be described with respect to the three types of the above-described embodiments A to C.
[0160] (Embodiment A) FIG. 19 is a diagram showing an example of the flow of operations of the information processing apparatus 31 of this embodiment. (Step S110A) The manufacturing condition acquisition unit 311 acquires the manufacturing conditions PM1 of the polymerization step PC11 of the n-th batch BT(n) (that is, the n-th manufacturing conditions PM1-(n)). (Step S120A) The first manufacturing information providing unit 331 gives the n-th manufacturing conditions PM1-(n) acquired in step S110A to the first correspondence information 401 of the data server 4. The data server 4 selects the manufacturing result index 440 (n-th manufacturing result index 440-(n)) of the batch that matches the n-th manufacturing conditions PM1-(n) from among the manufacturing conditions PM1 of the first correspondence information 401. The data server 4 outputs the selected n-th manufacturing result index 440-(n) to the information processing apparatus 31 as an estimation result of the manufacturing result index 440.
[0161] (Step S130A) The first result acquisition unit 341 acquires the nth manufacturing result index 440-(n) output by the data server 4 as an estimation result of the manufacturing result index 440. (Step S140A) The second manufacturing information providing unit 332 provides the nth manufacturing condition PM1-(n) acquired in Step S110A and the nth manufacturing result index 440-(n) acquired in Step S130A to the second correspondence information 402.
[0162] The data server 4 selects the mth manufacturing condition PM1-(m) of the mth batch BT(m) corresponding to the batch in which the manufacturing condition PM1 of the second correspondence information 402 matches the nth manufacturing condition PM1-(n) and the manufacturing result index 440 of the second correspondence information 402 matches the nth manufacturing result index 440-(n).
[0163] For example, in the case of (m = n + 1) described above, the data server 4 selects the (n + 1)th manufacturing condition PM1-(n + 1), that is, the manufacturing condition PM1 of the batch next to the nth batch BT(n). The data server 4 outputs the selected (n + 1)th manufacturing condition PM1-(n + 1) to the information processing apparatus 31 as an estimation result of the manufacturing condition PM1.
[0164] (Step S150A) The second result acquisition unit 342 acquires the estimation result of the manufacturing condition PM1 output in Step S140A. (Step S160A) The result presentation unit 352 outputs (that is, presents) the estimation result of the manufacturing condition PM1 (that is, the mth manufacturing condition PM1-(m)) acquired in Step S150A to the display device 5.
[0165] (Embodiment B) FIG. 20 is a diagram showing an example of the operation flow of the information processing apparatus 31 of the present embodiment. (Step S110B) The manufacturing condition acquisition unit 311 acquires the manufacturing conditions PM2 (that is, the nth manufacturing condition PM2-(n)) of the pulverization process P21, granulation process PC22, and drying process PC23 of the nth batch BT(n). (Step S120B) The first manufacturing information providing unit 331 provides the nth manufacturing condition PM2-(n) obtained in step S110B to the first corresponding information 501 of the data server 4. The data server 4 selects a manufacturing result index 440 (the nth manufacturing result index 440-(n)) of a batch that matches the nth manufacturing condition PM2-(n) from among the manufacturing conditions PM2 of the first corresponding information 501. The data server 4 outputs the selected nth manufacturing result index 440-(n) to the information processing device 31 as an estimation result of the manufacturing result index 440.
[0166] (Step S130B) The first result acquisition unit 341 acquires the nth manufacturing result index 440-(n) output by the data server 4 as an estimation result of the manufacturing result index 440. (Step S140B) The second manufacturing information providing unit 332 provides the nth manufacturing condition PM2-(n) obtained in step S110B and the nth manufacturing result index 440-(n) obtained in step S130B to the second corresponding information 502.
[0167] The data server 4 selects the mth manufacturing condition PM2-(m) of the mth batch BT(m) corresponding to a batch in which the manufacturing condition PM2 of the second corresponding information 502 matches the nth manufacturing condition PM2-(n) and the manufacturing result index 440 of the second corresponding information 502 matches the nth manufacturing result index 440-(n).
[0168] For example, in the case of (m = n + 1) described above, the data server 4 selects the (n + 1)th manufacturing condition PM2-(n + 1), that is, the manufacturing condition PM2 of the batch next to the nth batch BT(n). The data server 4 outputs the selected (n + 1)th manufacturing condition PM2-(n + 1) to the information processing device 31 as an estimation result of the manufacturing condition PM2.
[0169] (Step S150B) The second result acquisition unit 342 acquires the estimation result of the manufacturing condition PM2 output in step S140B. (Step S160B) The result presentation unit 352 outputs (i.e., presents) the estimation result of the manufacturing condition PM2 obtained in step S150B (i.e., the m-th manufacturing condition PM2-(m)) to the display device 5.
[0170] (Embodiment C) FIG. 21 is a diagram showing an example of the operation flow of the information processing apparatus 31 of the present embodiment. (Step S110C) The manufacturing condition acquisition unit 311 acquires the manufacturing conditions PM2 of the pulverization process P21, the granulation process PC22, and the drying process PC23 of the n-th batch BT(n) (i.e., the n-th manufacturing condition PM2-(n)). (Step S120C) The first manufacturing information providing unit 331 provides the n-th manufacturing condition PM2-(n) acquired in step S110C to the first correspondence information 601 of the data server 4. The data server 4 selects the manufacturing result index 440 (the n-th manufacturing result index 440-(n)) of the batch that matches the n-th manufacturing condition PM2-(n) from among the manufacturing conditions PM2 of the first correspondence information 601. The data server 4 outputs the selected n-th manufacturing result index 440-(n) to the information processing apparatus 31 as the estimation result of the manufacturing result index 440.
[0171] (Step S130C) The first result acquisition unit 341 acquires the n-th manufacturing result index 440-(n) output by the data server 4 as the estimation result of the manufacturing result index 440. (Step S140C) The second manufacturing information providing unit 332 provides the n-th manufacturing condition PM2-(n) acquired in step S110C and the n-th manufacturing result index 440-(n) acquired in step S130C to the second correspondence information 602.
[0172] The data server 4 selects the m-th manufacturing condition PM1-(m) of the m-th batch BT(m) corresponding to the batch in which the manufacturing condition PM2 of the second correspondence information 602 matches the n-th manufacturing condition PM2-(n) and the manufacturing result index 440 of the second correspondence information 602 matches the n-th manufacturing result index 440-(n).
[0173] For example, in the case of (m = n + 1) described above, the data server 4 selects the (n + 1)-th batch BT(n + 1), that is, the (n + 1)-th manufacturing condition PM1-(n + 1) which is the manufacturing condition PM1 of the batch next to the n-th batch BT(n). The data server 4 outputs the selected (n + 1)-th manufacturing condition PM1-(n + 1) to the information processing apparatus 31 as the estimation result of the manufacturing condition PM1.
[0174] (Step S150C) The second result acquisition unit 342 acquires the estimation result of the manufacturing condition PM1 output in step S140C. (Step S160C) The result presentation unit 352 outputs (i.e., presents) the estimation result of the manufacturing condition PM1 (that is, the m-th manufacturing condition PM1-(m)) acquired in step S150C to the display device 5.
[0175] As described above, the information processing system 1 of the present embodiment includes the information processing apparatus 31. In Embodiment A, the information processing apparatus 31 estimates the manufacturing result index 440 of the current batch based on the manufacturing condition PM1 of the polymerization step PC11 of the previous batch in a pipeline-type manufacturing process. That is, the information processing apparatus 31 can estimate the manufacturing result of the current batch at a stage after the polymerization step PC11 is completed and before the current batch ends (for example, before starting the second step PC2). Further, the information processing apparatus 31 of the present embodiment estimates the manufacturing condition PM1 of the polymerization step PC11 of the next batch based on the result of the polymerization step PC11 of the previous batch and the estimated manufacturing result at the end of the previous batch. That is, the information processing apparatus 31 estimates the manufacturing result of the current batch based on the manufacturing condition PM1 of the polymerization step PC11 of the previous batch, and estimates the manufacturing condition PM1 of the next batch based on the estimated manufacturing result. Therefore, according to the information processing apparatus 31 of the present embodiment, the manufacturing result index confirmed in the confirmation step PC31 of the previous batch can be fed back to the manufacturing condition PM1 of the polymerization step PC11 of the next batch at a stage before the previous batch ends.
[0176] In Embodiment B, in the manufacturing process using the pipeline method, the information processing apparatus 31 estimates the manufacturing result index 440 of the current batch based on the manufacturing result indexes of the manufacturing conditions PM2 in the grinding process PC21, granulation process PC22, and drying process PC23 of the previous batch. That is, after the grinding process PC21, granulation process PC22, and drying process PC23 are completed, the information processing apparatus 31 can estimate the manufacturing result of the current batch at a stage before the current batch is completed (for example, before starting the third process PC3). Further, the information processing apparatus 31 of the present embodiment estimates the manufacturing conditions PM2 of the grinding process PC21, granulation process PC22, and drying process PC23 of the next batch based on the results of the grinding process PC21, granulation process PC22, and drying process PC23 of the previous batch and the estimated manufacturing result at the end of the previous batch. That is, the information processing apparatus 31 estimates the manufacturing result of the current batch based on the manufacturing conditions PM2 of the grinding process PC21, granulation process PC22, and drying process PC23 of the previous batch, and estimates the manufacturing conditions PM2 of the next batch based on the estimated manufacturing result. Therefore, according to the information processing apparatus 31 of the present embodiment, the manufacturing result index confirmed in the confirmation process PC31 of the previous batch can be fed back to the manufacturing conditions PM2 of the grinding process PC21, granulation process PC22, and drying process PC23 of the next batch at a stage before the previous batch is completed.
[0177] In Embodiment C, in the manufacturing process using the pipeline method, the information processing apparatus 31 estimates the manufacturing result index 440 of the current batch based on the manufacturing result indexes of the manufacturing conditions PM2 in the grinding process PC21, granulation process PC22, and drying process PC23 of the previous batch. That is, after the grinding process PC21, granulation process PC22, and drying process PC23 are completed, the information processing apparatus 31 can estimate the manufacturing result of the current batch at a stage before the current batch is completed (for example, before starting the third process PC3). Further, the information processing apparatus 31 of the present embodiment estimates the manufacturing conditions PM2 of the polymerization process PC22 of the next batch based on the results of the pulverization process PC21, granulation process PC22, and drying process PC23 of the previous batch and the estimated manufacturing results at the end of the previous batch. That is, the information processing apparatus 31 estimates the manufacturing results of the batch based on the manufacturing conditions PM2 of the pulverization process PC21, granulation process PC22, and drying process PC23 of the previous batch, and estimates the manufacturing conditions PM1 of the next batch based on the estimated manufacturing results. Therefore, according to the information processing apparatus 31 of the present embodiment, the manufacturing result index confirmed in the confirmation process PC31 of the previous batch can be fed back to the manufacturing conditions PM1 of the polymerization process PC11 of the next batch at a stage before the previous batch ends.
[0178] According to the information processing system 1 configured as described above, fluctuations in the quality of the manufactured product (for example, resin) can be detected early and reflected in the next batch at an early stage. That is, according to the information processing system 1, timely formulation changes can be made.
[0179] Further, the information processing apparatus 31 of the present embodiment includes an index presentation unit 351. The index presentation unit 351 presents the manufacturing result index 440 of the previous batch used by the information processing apparatus 31 for estimation. According to the information processing system 1 configured as described above, at the end of the polymerization process PC11 of the previous batch, the result of estimating the manufacturing result index 440 at the yield of the batch can be presented to the user. Therefore, fluctuations in the quality of the manufactured product (for example, resin) can be detected early and reflected in the next batch at an early stage. That is, according to the information processing system 1, timely formulation changes can be made.
[0180] [Modification Example] Note that the information processing apparatus 31 may estimate the manufacturing conditions in consideration of the maintenance index PM4, similarly to the information processing apparatus 3 described above. For example, in the case of Embodiment A, the manufacturing conditions PM1 of the next batch's polymerization process PC11 may be estimated by taking into account the maintenance index PM4. In the case of Embodiment B, the manufacturing conditions PM2 of the next batch's grinding process PC21, granulation process PC22, and drying process PC23 may be estimated by taking into account the maintenance index PM4. In the case of Embodiment C, the manufacturing conditions PM1 of the next batch's polymerization process PC11 may be estimated by taking into account the maintenance index PM4.
[0181] According to the information processing apparatus 31 configured as described above, it is possible to obtain an estimation result of the manufacturing conditions PM1 or PM2 taking into account the maintenance status of the manufacturing facility. Therefore, according to the information processing system 1, even when the manufacturing environment changes due to the maintenance of the manufacturing facility, the quality index 442 (for example, the secondary particle diameter, bulk density, and moisture content of the resin) in the next batch can be stabilized (or improved).
[0182] Also, the first correspondence information 401 and the second correspondence information 402 may be so-called learned models that have been machine-learned, similar to the correspondence information 400 described above. The first correspondence information 501 and the second correspondence information 502 may be so-called learned models that have been machine-learned, similar to the correspondence information 500 described above. The first correspondence information 601 and the second correspondence information 602 may be so-called learned models that have been machine-learned, similar to the correspondence information 600 described above.
