Summary of the Invention
Problems to be Solved by the Invention
[0005] In the technologies of Patent Document 1 and Patent Document 2, it is necessary to drill holes through which a fixing jig (fastening metal fitting) passes in the deck plate. This drilling needs to be carried out according to the position of the beam, which is troublesome. Further, in the technology of Patent Document 3, it is necessary to insert the end portion of the deck plate into the U-shaped folded portion provided in the fixing jig (fastening metal fitting). This insertion work is also required at the end portion on the opposite side of the deck plate, and the fixing work of the fixing jig (fastening metal fitting) to the deck plate with respect to the beam is complicated. It is desirable that the work at the construction site be as simple as possible.
[0006] Therefore, an object of the present invention is to make the work at the site as simple as possible when fixing a deck plate to a receiving member such as a beam.
Means for Solving the Problems
[0007] In order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides a fixing jig for a deck plate used for spanning and fixing a deck plate between adjacent receiving members. The fixing jig includes a substrate portion that is placed on a flange portion provided in the receiving member and supports an end portion of the deck plate, a rising portion that protrudes from a lower surface of the substrate portion, and a clamping portion that extends from the rising portion in a lateral direction orthogonal to a longitudinal direction of the receiving member and abuts against a lower surface of the flange portion. The substrate portion includes an overhanging portion that protrudes from the flange portion on the opposite side of the clamping portion with respect to the rising portion and is overlapped with the end portion of the deck plate (Configuration 1).
[0008] In an aspect having Configuration 1, a configuration can be adopted in which widths of the rising portion and the clamping portion with respect to the longitudinal direction of the receiving member are each set to be smaller than a width of the substrate portion with respect to the longitudinal direction of the receiving member (Configuration 2).
[0009] Also, in an aspect including Configuration 1, or an aspect including Configuration 1 and Configuration 2, a configuration can be adopted that includes a first positioning portion that determines the lateral position with respect to the receiving member, and a second positioning portion that determines the lateral position with respect to the deck plate (Configuration 3).
[0010] In an aspect including Configuration 3, a configuration can be adopted in which the first positioning portion is constituted by the side surface of the rising portion (Configuration 4).
[0011] Also, in an aspect including Configuration 3, or an aspect including Configuration 3 and Configuration 4, the second positioning portion can be constituted by the edge of the substrate portion (Configuration 5).
[0012] In an aspect including Configuration 1, or an aspect including a single or a plurality of elements selected from Configurations 2 to 5 with respect to Configuration 1, a configuration can be adopted in which a visual recognition portion for visually confirming the lateral relative position with respect to the deck plate is provided on the substrate portion (Configuration 6).
[0013] Using a fixing jig for the deck plate in an aspect including Configuration 1, or an aspect including a single or a plurality of elements selected from Configurations 2 to 6 with respect to Configuration 1, a fixing structure of the receiving member and the deck plate can be adopted in which the deck plate and the substrate portion are fixed by a fastening member that penetrates both of them (Configuration 7).
[0014] Furthermore, using a fixing jig for the deck plate in an aspect including Configuration 1, or an aspect including a single or a plurality of elements selected from Configurations 2 to 6 with respect to Configuration 1, a first step of sandwiching the flange portion provided in the receiving member between the substrate portion and the clamping portion, a second step of positioning the fixing jig for the deck plate in the lateral direction with respect to the receiving member, a third step of placing the end portion of the deck plate on the substrate portion, a fourth step of positioning the deck plate in the lateral direction with respect to the substrate portion, and a fifth step of fixing the end portion of the deck plate and the protruding portion of the substrate portion with a fastening member that penetrates both of them, a fixing method of the receiving member and the deck plate can be adopted (Configuration 8).
Effect of the Invention
[0015] When fixing the deck plate to a receiving member such as a beam, the present invention can reduce on-site processing operations such as welding and drilling.

Embodiments for Carrying Out the Invention
[0017] Embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. This embodiment is a fixing jig for a deck plate (hereinafter simply referred to as the fixing jig 10) used when constructing a floor surface by spanning a deck plate 2 between opposing receiving members 1 in various buildings and structures, and also a fixing structure and a fixing method for the deck plate 2 using the fixing jig 10.
[0018] In the embodiment, as shown in FIG. 1, the receiving member 1 is assumed to be a beam 1 in a framed structure. The beam 1 is made of an H-shaped steel in which an upper flange portion (upper flange) 1a and a lower flange portion (lower flange) 1a are connected by a web 1b. The beam 1 is installed in a grid pattern in the vertical and horizontal directions between column members (not shown). The deck plate 2 is spanned between adjacent beams 1 in a parallel state with each other.
[0019] The deck plate 2 includes a flat plate-shaped top surface portion 2e and a rib portion 2c provided below the top surface portion 2e (see FIG. 6). The rib portion 2c has a U-shaped cross section with a pair of side walls rising upward from both ends of the bottom having a certain width. The upper ends of the pair of side walls are welded to the top surface portion 2e to form a reinforcing portion having a hollow structure. The rib portion 2c extends linearly along one direction (a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the beam 1). Also, a plurality of rib portions 2c are provided in parallel along the other direction (the longitudinal direction of the beam 1).
[0020] Moreover, both ends in one direction of the top surface portion 2e are end portions 2a placed on the beam 1 (hereinafter referred to as placement portions 2a), and the rib portion 2c is provided only in the central portion excluding the placement portions 2a at both ends in one direction.
[0021] As shown in FIGS. 1 to 5, the fixing jig 10 is placed on the flange portion 1a of the beam 1 and includes a substrate portion 11 that supports the placement portion 2a of the deck plate 2, a rising portion 12 provided to protrude from the lower surface of the substrate portion 11, and a clamping portion 13 that extends from the rising portion 12 in one direction (a lateral direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the beam 1) and abuts against the lower surface of the flange portion 1a.
[0022] The substrate portion 11 is a flat plate-shaped member set between an edge 11c on one end side facing the deck plate 2 and an edge 18 on the other end side facing away from the deck plate 2.
[0023] On the lower surface of the substrate portion 11, a member having a U-shaped cross-section is fixed, which includes a base portion 16 made of a flat plate-like member, a rising portion 12 rising from one end of the base portion 16, and a clamping portion 13 extending laterally from the tip of the rising portion 12 toward the other end side. The clamping portion 13 gradually approaches the substrate portion 11 as it moves away from the rising portion 12 toward the other end side, and after passing the bottom portion 13b closest to the substrate portion 11, it slightly moves away from the substrate portion 11 and reaches the clamping portion tip 13a. The bottom portion 13b is formed in an arc shape (see FIGS. 1 and 4). In the embodiment, the base portion 16 is fixed to the substrate portion 11 by welding or the like, but the base portion 16 may be omitted and the rising portion 12 may be fixed to the substrate portion 11 by welding or the like. The gap between the substrate portion 11 and the bottom portion 13b is set to be slightly shorter than the thickness of the flange portion 1a of the beam 1.
[0024] Further, the fixing jig 10 includes a rib 14 provided to protrude from the lower surface of the substrate portion 11 separately from the rising portion 12. The rib 14 faces the edge of the flange portion 1a. In this embodiment, the substrate portion 11 and the rib 14 are formed of a single metal plate material, and by bending the portion corresponding to the rib 14 with respect to the substrate portion 11, the rib 14 rises from the plate surface of the substrate portion 11. Therefore, the substrate portion 11 has a configuration including a first portion 11a on the other end side of the rib 14 and a second portion 11b on the one end side of the rib 14.
[0025] Here, the first portion 11a is provided in the other direction of the fixing jig 10 (the longitudinal direction of the beam 1) except for the portion where the rib 14 is located, and the second portion 11b is provided over the entire area in the other direction of the fixing jig 10 (the longitudinal direction of the beam 1). Therefore, a wide support area can be ensured between the upper surface of the beam 1 and the first portion 11a.
[0026] Also, the widths of the rising portion 12 and the clamping portion 13 in the other direction (the longitudinal direction of the beam 1) are set to be smaller than the width of the substrate portion 11 in the other direction (the longitudinal direction of the beam 1), respectively. Therefore, a wider area other than the clamping portion 13 can be ensured, and it becomes easier to add various measures for enhancing safety, such as providing a fastening member (pin or the like) between the fixing jig 10 and the deck plate 2.
[0027] The working procedure (fixing method) for fixing the deck plate 2 to the beam 1 using this fixing jig 10 will be described.
[0028] First, insert the flange portion 1a provided on the beam 1 between the substrate portion 11 and the clamping portion 13 of the fixing jig 10. This operation is also performed on the beam 1 on the opposite side that supports the deck plate 2. The process of clamping the flange portion 1a between the substrate portion 11 and the clamping portion 13 is referred to as the first step. Also, position the fixing jig 10 with respect to the beam 1 in one direction and the other direction. This positioning process is referred to as the second step.
[0029] Next, place the deck plate 2 between the opposing beams 1. At this time, arrange the deck plate 2 so as to cover the substrate portion 11 of the fixing jig 10 that is already fixed to the beam 1 (see FIGS. 1, 6, and 7). The process of placing the placement portion 2a of the deck plate 2 on the substrate portion 11 is referred to as the third step. Also, position the deck plate 2 with respect to the substrate portion 11 in one direction and the other direction. This positioning process is referred to as the fourth step.
[0030] In this state, the substrate portion 11 protrudes from the flange portion 1a on the side opposite to the clamping portion 13 with respect to the rising portion 12, and has an overhanging portion L 3 that is overlapped with the placement portion 2a of the deck plate 2. 3 This overhanging portion L
[0031] Also, at this time, the fixing jig 10 includes a first positioning portion 15 that determines the position of the fixing jig 10 in one direction with respect to the beam 1, and a second positioning portion 17 that determines the position of the fixing jig 10 in one direction with respect to the deck plate 2. Therefore, it is easy to position the fixing jig 10 in one direction with respect to the beam 1. If the fixing jig 10 is positioned with respect to the beam 1, it is also easy to position the deck plate 2 in one direction with respect to the fixing jig 10 and the beam 1.
[0032] In this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 1, the first positioning portion 15 is configured by the side surface of the rising portion 12 (the side surface facing the edge 18 on the other end side), and this is brought into contact with the edge 1d of the flange portion 1a. However, the first positioning portion 15 is not limited to this form. For example, a member that protrudes downward from the substrate portion 11 separately from the rising portion 12 may be provided and used as the first positioning portion 15.
[0033] Also, in this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 1, the second positioning portion 17 is configured by the edge 11c on one end side of the substrate portion 11, and this is brought into contact with the end face 2b of the rib portion 2c of the deck plate 2. The second portion 11b of the substrate portion 11 protrudes (referred to as the protruding portion L 3 by a distance L 3 from the rising portion 12), and such a positioning function can be exhibited. However, the second positioning portion 17 is not limited to this form. For example, a member that protrudes in one direction from the substrate portion 11 separately from the edge 11c on one end side of the substrate portion 11 may be provided and used as the second positioning portion 17.
[0034] Here, as shown in FIG. 1, a visual recognition portion L 2 is provided on the substrate portion 11 to visually confirm the relative position in one direction with respect to the deck plate 2. The visual recognition portion L 2 functions because the first portion 11a on the other end side of the substrate portion 11 protrudes beyond the tip 2d of the mounting portion 2a of the deck plate 2 and the edge 18 on the other end side of the substrate portion 11 can be visually recognized. That is, the edge 18 on the other end side of the substrate portion 11 is set so as not to be covered (hidden) by the deck plate 2, and the visual recognition portion L 2By simply checking that the dimensions are within a predetermined range, it can be confirmed that the deck plate 2 is in the normal position.
[0035] In addition, in FIG. 1, the symbol L 1 is the overall length of the fixing jig 10 in one direction. The symbol L 4 is the protruding length of the mounting portion 2a of the deck plate 2 in one direction. The symbol L 5 is the overall length of the deck plate 2 in one direction.
[0036] Here, since the fixing jig 10 is provided with the rib 14, the positioning of the fixing jig 10 is further facilitated by the rib 14 facing the edge of the flange portion 1a. Also, the rib 14 can be fixed to another member around the beam 1.
[0037] Also, although not shown, since the mounting portion 2a of the deck plate 2 and the overhanging portion L 3 of the substrate portion 11 overlap, by providing a fastening member that penetrates both of them at this portion, the fixing jig 10 and the deck plate 2 can be fixed more firmly. The step of fixing the fixing jig 10 and the deck plate 2 with a fastening member is referred to as the fifth step. Examples of the fastening member used in the fifth step include bolts, nuts, pins, and the like.
[0038] Another embodiment of the fixing jig 10 is shown in FIGS. 8 to 11.
[0039] The fixing jig 10 in FIGS. 8 to 11 is configured by forming the rising portion 12 and the clamping portion 13 as members integral with the plate material constituting the substrate portion 11. The base portion 16 is omitted. By utilizing the first portion 11a of the substrate portion 11 in the aforementioned embodiment and bending a part of the first portion 11a, the rising portion 12 and the clamping portion 13 are formed. For this reason, the first portion 11a of the substrate portion 11 is disposed on both sides of the rising portion 12 and the clamping portion 13, respectively. Since the other configurations are the same as those in the aforementioned embodiment, the description thereof is omitted.
[0040] The substrate portion 11 of this embodiment is composed of a flat plate-like member, but it may also be a block-like member having a certain thickness. In this case, the rising portion 12, the clamping portion 13, the rib 14, etc. may be formed as separate members from the substrate portion 11 and welded and fixed to the substrate portion 11.
[0041] FIG. 12 shows a fixing jig 10 of a modified example. In this modified example, the rib 14 used in the above embodiment and other embodiments does not exist, and instead, the rising portion 12 also serves as the side wall of the rib 14. The rising portions 12 constituting the fixing jig 10 are arranged on both sides of the substrate portion 11. In this fixing jig 10, by arranging the rising portions 12 in a pair form, the contact area with the flange portion 1a of the beam 1 increases, and the fixing degree between the beam 1 and the fixing jig 10 can be enhanced.
[0042] In this embodiment, an axis structure in which the column portions rising from the ground are longitudinally and horizontally connected by the horizontal beam 1 is assumed, and the beam 1 of the axis structure is used as the receiving member of the deck plate 2. However, the object to which this invention can be applied is not limited to the embodiment. For example, a structure in which the deck plate 2 is spanned between a receiving base (abutment) provided on one side and a receiving base (abutment) provided on the other side can be assumed, and the receiving base (abutment) may be used as the receiving member. Further, for example, when the framework in a temporary structure such as a stage or a scaffold is used as the receiving member and the deck plate 2 is spanned between the receiving members, the fixing jig 10 of this invention may be adopted.
