Abstract
Description
Technical Field
[0001] The present invention relates to cosmetics. Specifically, the present invention relates to a cosmetic comprising a pyrimidylpyrazole compound or a salt thereof.
Background Art
[0002] Cosmetics include various dosage forms such as lotions, emulsions, creams, etc. Among them, lotions are one of the essential items for basic makeup. In addition to water and water-soluble substances of moisturizing components, various surfactants are formulated in lotions in order to stably incorporate water-insoluble substances such as fragrances, oils, and oil-soluble drugs. For example, it has been proposed to formulate an alkylene oxide derivative having a specific structure as a surfactant (for example, Patent Document 1).
[0003] Skin spots, freckles, and other pigmentations are caused by abnormal hormones or ultraviolet stimulation, which enhances melanin production in epidermal pigment cells and causes excessive deposition of melanin on the epidermis. For the purpose of preventing and improving such abnormal deposition of melanin pigment, whitening agents are formulated in cosmetics. Although various components are known as whitening agents, in recent years, pyrimidylpyrazole compounds are also known as useful whitening agents (for example, Patent Document 2).

[0010] The component (A) is preferably represented by the following formula. Z-{O-[(AO) a -(EO) b -R} 2 In the formula, Z is a residue obtained by removing a hydroxyl group from a dimer diol, preferably a dimer diol residue having 24 to 48 carbon atoms. AO is an oxyalkylene group having 3 or 4 carbon atoms, preferably an oxypropylene group or an oxybutylene group, more preferably an oxybutylene group. The addition form of the oxyalkylene group with 3 or 4 carbon atoms and the oxyethylene group is a block, and the addition order is preferably bonded in the order of AO and EO to the dimer diol. a and b are the average number of moles of addition of the oxyalkylene group and the oxyethylene group, respectively, where 1 ≦ 2×a ≦ 150 and 1 ≦ 2×b ≦ 150. Preferably, 2 ≦ 2×a ≦ 70 and 5 ≦ 2×b ≦ 120. More preferably, 2 ≦ 2×a ≦ 50 and 10 ≦ 2×b ≦ 100. The ratio of the oxyethylene group to the total of the oxyalkylene group and the oxyethylene group is 10 to 99% by mass, preferably 20 to 70% by mass. Each R is independently a hydrocarbon group having 1 to 4 carbon atoms, preferably a methyl group or an ethyl group.
[0011] Component (A) is preferably polyoxyethylene polyoxybutylene dimethyl dimer diol ether, more preferably PEG / polybutylene glycol-44 / 15 methyl ether hydrogenated dimer dilinoleyl.
[0012] One or more kinds of component (A) can be blended. The blending amount of component (A) is preferably 0.01 to 1% by mass, more preferably 0.05 to 0.8% by mass, and even more preferably 0.1 to 0.6% by mass based on the total amount of the cosmetic.
[0013] (B) Pyrimidylpyrazole compound or a salt thereof The cosmetic according to the present invention comprises a pyrimidylpyrazole compound represented by the formula (1) or a salt thereof as component (B).
Chem.
[0014] (Component B) may be a salt of the pyrimidylpyrazole compound represented by formula (1). The type of the salt is not particularly limited as long as it is a pharmacologically acceptable salt, and it may be an inorganic salt or an organic salt. Examples of the salt include hydrochloride, hydrobromide, sulfate, phosphate, acetate, propionate, citrate, lactate, oxalate, maleate, fumarate, tartrate, methanesulfonate, and the like. (Component B) is preferably dimethylpyrazolyldimethylpyrimidine hydrochloride.
[0015] (Component B) can be blended in one kind or two or more kinds. The blending amount of (Component B) is preferably 0.01 to 1.5% by mass, more preferably 0.1 to 1% by mass, still more preferably 0.3 to 0.6% by mass, based on the total amount of the cosmetic.
[0016] The blending ratio of (Component A) and (Component B) is preferably (A):(B) = 1:0.2 to 1:60, more preferably (A):(B) = 1:0.5 to 1:30, still more preferably (A):(B) = 1:1 to 1:12, and even more preferably (A):(B) = 1:2 to 1:3.5, by mass ratio.
[0017] (C) Water The cosmetic according to the present invention contains (C) water. As the water, water used in cosmetics, quasi-drugs, etc. can be used. For example, purified water, ion-exchanged water, tap water, etc. can be used. The blending amount of water is preferably 50 to 80% by mass based on the total amount of the cosmetic according to the present invention.
[0018] (D) Oil The cosmetic according to the present invention may contain (D) oil. From the viewpoint of stability, it is preferable that the blending amount of (D) oil is small. The blending amount of the oil is preferably 0% by mass or more and 1% by mass or less, more preferably 0% by mass or more and 0.1% by mass or less, based on the total amount of the cosmetic.
