To provide a priority setting device capable of appropriately setting a priority for a plurality of types of processing related to automatic driving or driving assistance for each road section or each situation around a vehicle.SOLUTION: The priority setting device includes: storage units (42, 43); a receiving and processing unit 51 that saves in the storage units (42, 43) execution information received from at least one vehicle 2 through a communication unit 41 and representing a road section in which the vehicle 2 runs when any of a plurality of types of processing related to automatic driving or driving assistance is executed or a situation around the vehicle 2 and representing executed processing; a priority setting unit 52 that sets a priority of each of the plurality of types of processing such that processing executed by a larger number of types is given higher priority for each road section or each possible situation around the vehicle 2 based on a plurality of types of execution information as stored; and a notification processing unit 53 that notifies the vehicle 2 through the communication unit 41 of a priority table representing the priority of each of the plurality of types of processing.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
