[0010] Referring to FIGS. 1 to 4, it is a walking stick provided according to the first preferred embodiment of the present invention. The walking stick includes a grip 10 and a stick rod 2.

[0011] The grip 10 includes a gripping portion 11. A fitting and connecting portion 12 is provided on one side of the gripping portion 11. A light emitting means 13 is provided in the fitting and connecting portion 12. A switch 14 is provided on the other side of the fitting and connecting portion 12; the gripping portion 11 can be used for the user to grip and has an uneven pattern to increase the frictional force. A female thread 121 is provided in the fitting and connecting portion 12. The light emitting means 13 is provided at the bottom of the fitting and connecting portion 12 and consists of multi-color LEDs (light emitting diodes). The switch 14 is electrically connected to the light emitting means 13 and can control functions such as turning on or off the light emitting means 13, the color of the light emitted by the light emitting means 13, the presence or absence of blinking, and the intensity of the light. By operating the switch 14, the light emitting function of the light emitting means 13, such as continuous light emission (e.g., white continuous light), blinking light emission (e.g., white blinking), etc., can be controlled and switched, and it can be used as a warning or illumination, or emit blue or red blinking light for use as guidance or recognition. In practice, the switch 14 can be a single switch or two switches that respectively control different operations (for example, one switch controls the light emission of the light emitting means 13, and another switch controls the light emission color). The grip 10 is provided with a charging port 15, a battery 16, and circuit means 17 that are electrically connected to the switch 14 and the light emitting means 13. The user can use the power of the battery 16 to drive the light emitting means 13 to emit light, charge the battery 16 through the charging port 15, or connect a power source to directly drive the light emitting means 13 to emit light; the circuit means 17 can control the light emission color and state of the light emitting means 13.

[0012] The stick rod 2 is composed of a light guiding portion 20 and a support portion 30. In this embodiment, the light guiding portion 20 and the support portion 30 are composed of two different structures, but they may also be integrally formed.

[0013] The light guide part 20 is made of acrylic or other transparent and light-guideable materials, and includes a light guide 21 that is transparent and has an elongated shape. A guide groove 211 is recessed in a spiral shape on the outer peripheral surface of the light guide 21, and the guide groove 211 does not completely cover the outer peripheral surface of the light guide 21; the portion of the outer peripheral surface of the light guide 21 where the guide groove 211 is not provided is defined as a surface layer 212, so that the guide groove 211 is provided on a part of the outer peripheral surface of the light guide 21 and the surface layer 212 is provided on a part. A refractive layer 22 is provided in the guide groove 211. Since the guide groove 211 is a spiral concave groove, the refractive layer 22 is arranged in a spiral shape on the outer peripheral surface of the light guide. In this embodiment, the refractive layer 22 is a white coating arranged along the guide groove 211, and other color coatings can also be selected for the refractive layer. A plurality of regions 213 are formed on the surface layer 212 so as to be exposed at intervals between the guide grooves 21. First assembling parts 23 and second assembling parts 24 are provided at both front and rear ends of the light guide part 20. A male thread 231 for screwing with a female thread 121 in the fitted and connected part 12 is provided on the first assembling part 23; male threads 241 and a fitted and connected rod 242 are also provided on the second assembling part 24.

[0014] In practice, a plurality of annular guide grooves 211 are also recessed on the outer peripheral surface of the light guide 21, and the guide grooves 211 are provided on the outer peripheral surface of the light guide at intervals along the longitudinal direction of the light guide. The refractive layer 22 is applied in a plurality of annular shapes in the guide grooves 211 so as to be arranged separately outside the light guide. The refractive layer 22 does not completely cover the outer peripheral surface of the light guide 21, and the outer peripheral surface of the light guide 21 not covered by the refractive layer, that is, the region 213 of the surface layer 212, is exposed to the outside at intervals and can transmit light.

[0015] A lock sleeve 31 is mounted on one end of the support column 30. An internal thread 311 and a fitting portion 312 are provided on the inner peripheral wall of the lock sleeve 31. The internal thread 311 of the lock sleeve 31 is screwed and fixed with the external thread 241 of the second assembling portion 24. The lock sleeve 31 is fitted on one end of the support column 30 by the fitting portion 312. The support column 30 is rod-shaped, but its structure is not limited and it can be a telescopic or non-telescopic rod. The lock sleeve 31 is made of plastic, and the support column 30 can be made of metal, but is not limited thereto. When the light guide portion 20 is assembled to one end of the support column 30, the fitting connecting rod 242 of the second assembling portion 24 is inserted into the fitting portion 312 of the lock sleeve 31, and the external thread 241 is screwed and fixed with the internal thread 311.

[0016] Since the first assembling portion 23 and the second assembling portion 24 at both ends of the light guide portion 20 are detachably connected to the grip 10 and the support column 30 respectively, when using the walking stick, it can be detached and changed as needed.

[0017] Referring to FIG. 4, when the user turns on the light emitting means 13 using the switch 14, the light of the light emitting means 13 enters the light guide 21 of the light guide portion 20, reflects the light in the light guide 21, and refracts when the light hits the refractive layer 22 of the guide groove 211. In this way, through the refractive layer 22 of the guide groove 211, the light refracts in the light guide 21 and the entire light guide 21 is filled with light, and the light transmits from the region 213 of the surface layer 212 of the light guide 21.

[0018] Referring to FIG. 5, when the user uses it as a walking stick, the grip 10 and the support column 30 are screwed onto the light guide part 20, and the grip 10, the light guide part 20 and the support column 30 are integrated to form a walking stick. The user can hold the grip part 11 of the grip 10 with the hand, support the support column 30 on the ground to assist walking, and when the light of the light emitting means 13 passes through the light guide part 20, the light guide body 21 forms a shiny refraction and reflection effect, enabling the entire light guide part 20 to emit light, so as to produce a warning and guiding effect. The user can enhance visibility through the light guide body 21 and improve the safety of walking.

[0019] Referring to FIG. 6, the user can separate the grip 10 from the light guide part 20, hold the grip part 11 of the grip 10, and use the light of the light emitting means 13 as a flashlight.

[0020] Also referring to FIG. 7, when the user separates the support column 30 from the light guide part 20 and combines the grip 10 with the light guide part 20, it can be used as a baton. The user holds the grip 10 and waves it as a baton, and the switch 14 switches the light emitting means 13 to a red or blinking state. When the light of the light emitting means 13 passes through the light guide part 20, the light transmitted through the light guide body 21 becomes the light of the baton.

[0021] (The Second Preferred Embodiment) Referring to FIG. 8, it is the second preferred embodiment of the walking stick provided by the present invention. Its main structure is the same as that of the previous embodiment, and the same reference numerals are given to the equivalent parts, and the detailed description thereof is omitted.

[0022] The light guide part 20 of the walking stick 2 and the support column 30 are integrally formed of the same material, and the light guide part 20 provides a light guide structure. Through the light guide part 20, the effects of light emission and light guiding can be achieved.

[0023] (The Third Preferred Embodiment) Referring to FIG. 9, it is the third preferred embodiment of the cane provided by the present invention.
