Abstract
Description
Technical Field
[0001] The present invention mainly relates to a barricade with a fence used on roads.
Background Art
[0002] On highways and the like, it is common to install barricades to prohibit entry. As this type of barricade, plastic barricade blocks with excellent impact resistance are known (see, for example, Patent Documents 1 and 2). This barricade block has a hollow structure, and by filling water inside, the weight can be increased and the impact resistance when a vehicle hits can be improved.
[0003] However, although the above-mentioned conventional barricade blocks can be used to construct a barricade by filling water inside and arranging them in a row and connecting them, due to limitations in the size of the barricade blocks in terms of transportation, water injection, and balance, it is difficult to form the barricade blocks high, and there is a problem that it is difficult to protect up to a high position only with the barricade blocks.
[0004] Therefore, conventionally, there is also a known one in which a fence is attached to the upper part of the barricade block (see Patent Document 3). However, in the conventional barricade with a fence, since it is necessary to form attachment holes for attaching both ends of the fence on the upper surface of the barricade block, there is a problem that the shape of the barricade block tends to become complicated.
[0005] In addition, the above-mentioned conventional barricade with a fence has a structure in which the legs of the fence are inserted into the attachment holes provided on the upper surface of the barricade block. Therefore, it is difficult to support the fence in a stable state, and there is a drawback that the fence can be easily detached from the barricade block by strong winds or earthquakes other than when a vehicle hits.

Problems to be Solved by the Invention
[0007] An object of the present invention is to solve the problems of the above prior art. Briefly, it is possible to easily construct a barricade by simply filling and arranging barricade blocks with water, and it is possible to provide protection up to a high position by a fence, and to provide a barricade with a fence that can attach the fence in a stable state without complicating the shape of the barricade block.
Means for Solving the Problems
[0008] As a means for solving the above problems, the present inventor provides a barricade block 1 made of a hollow block body made of synthetic resin, and having connecting portions 11 with vertical holes 11a formed on both left and right sides of the main body portion in a front view, a pole 2 inserted into the vertical holes 11a of the connecting portions 11 of the barricade block 1, a fence 3 having side frames 31 disposed on the barricade block 1, and a connecting fitting 4 for connecting the pole 2 and the side frames 31 of the fence 3, to constitute a barricade B with a fence.
[0009] In the present invention, a first convex portion P and a second convex portion Q that are asymmetric left and right in a front view are formed as the connecting portions 11 of the barricade block 1, and these convex portions are arranged so as to overlap vertically when a plurality of barricade blocks 1 are arranged side by side, and the pole 2 can be inserted into the vertical holes 11a of the vertically overlapping convex portions to connect the barricade blocks 1 to each other.
[0010] In the present invention, the connecting fitting 4 is provided with a first clamping portion 41 for clamping the pole 2 and a second clamping portion 42 for clamping the side frame 31 of the fence 3. At least one of the first clamping portion 41 and the second clamping portion 42 can form a movable space S in which the clamped pole 2 or fence 3 can slide in the connecting direction. Thereby, even when the barricade block 1 thermally expands in summer or the like and the distance between the pole 2 and the fence 3 changes, the side frame 31 of the pole 2 or the fence 3 moves within the first clamping portion 41 or the second clamping portion 42, so that the load applied to the connecting portion can be reduced.
[0011] In the present invention, a guide groove G into which the lower part of the fence 3 is inserted can also be formed on the upper surface of the main body portion of the barricade block 1, whereby the temporary fixing and position fixing of the fence 3 are facilitated.
[0012] In the present invention, the main body portion 21 of the pole 2 has a thickness greater than or equal to the thickness of the fence 3, and the upper end portion 22 of the pole 2 is formed thinner than the main body portion 21. On the other hand, a loop portion 34 is formed in the side frame 31 of the fence 3 within the range of the thickness of the fence 3, and the upper end portion 22 of the pole 2 can be inserted into the loop portion 34. Thereby, the loop portion 34 can be hooked on the upper end portion 22 of the pole 2 to easily temporarily fix the fence 3, and since the loop portion 34 does not bulge when the fences 3 are stacked, the transportation of the fences 3 is also facilitated.
Advantages of the Invention
[0013] The barricade with a fence according to the present invention is configured such that vertical holes are formed in the connecting portions on both sides of the barricade block, poles are inserted, and a fence is arranged between the poles and can be attached with connecting fittings. Therefore, the fence can be attached in a stable state by the poles. Therefore, even if the size of the fence is large, there is no concern that the fence will come off the barricade block due to a slight impact, strong wind, earthquake, etc.
[0014] In the present invention, since the support of the fence is provided by poles inserted into the connecting parts on both sides of the barricade block, there is no need to provide mounting holes or the like on the upper surface of the barricade block, and the shape of the barricade block does not become complicated. In addition, since the poles to which the fence is attached also serve as the connection of the barricade blocks, the number of parts can be reduced.

Mode for Carrying Out the Invention
[0016] 『First Embodiment』 The first embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 to 5. In the figures, what is indicated by reference numeral 1 is a barricade block, what is indicated by reference numeral 2 is a pole. What is indicated by reference numeral 3 is a fence, and what is indicated by reference numeral 4 is a connecting fitting. What is indicated by reference numeral 5 is a cylindrical fixture.
[0017] 「Configuration of the Barricade with a Fence」 [1] Regarding the basic configuration The basic configuration of the barricade with a fence according to this embodiment will be described. In this embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, poles 2 are inserted vertically into both sides of a barricade block 1 made of a hollow block body (a rectangular parallelepiped with a hollow structure inside) made of synthetic resin, and a fence 3 is erected on the barricade block 1. Further, both sides of the poles 2 erected on both sides of the barricade block 1 and both sides of the fence 3 are connected by connecting fittings 4 shown in FIG. 4 to form a barricade B with a fence.
[0018] At the portions where the poles 2 are inserted into the barricade block 1, connection portions 11 with vertical holes 11a are formed on the left and right sides of the main body portion of the barricade block 1 in the front view shown in FIG. 2(b), respectively. The poles 2 are inserted vertically into the vertical holes 11a to attach the poles 2 to the barricade block 1. Regarding the fence 3, at least having side frames 31 on both the left and right sides, the connecting fittings 4 are attached to the side frames 31 of the fence 3.
[0019] As shown in FIG. 5(a), the connection portions of the barricade blocks 1 are fitted together with the connection portions 11 of adjacent barricade blocks 1 arranged side by side in the width direction, and poles 2 are inserted into the vertical holes 11a of the vertically arranged connection portions 11 as shown in FIG. 5(b) for connection. Then, as shown in FIG. 5(c), after the fence 2 is erected on the barricade block 1, the barricade can be easily constructed only by connecting. Also, since there is no need to provide fixing holes for the fence 3 on the upper surface of the barricade block 1, the shape of the barricade block 1 can be simplified.
[0020] [2] About the barricade block [2-1] Material of the main body part Next, the components of the above-mentioned fence-equipped barricade B will be described. First, regarding the barricade block 1, in this embodiment, high-density polyethylene (HDPE) is adopted as the material of the main body. However, other resins can also be used as long as they are thermoplastic resins having a predetermined strength and impact resistance capable of withstanding vehicle collisions and the like. As specific materials, for example, ABS resin, polypropylene, etc. can be preferably adopted. Also, by using a thermoplastic resin for the barricade block 1, it can be formed as a blow molded body, a rotational molded body, or an injection molded body.
[0021] [2-2] Shape of the main body As the shape of the above-mentioned barricade block 1, in this embodiment, the main body has a hollow structure, and further, a water injection port and a lid for opening and closing it are provided on the upper surface of the main body. Thereby, water can be put into the inside of the main body from the upper water injection port and used in a state where the weight is increased. On the other hand, a drain hole and a lid for opening and closing it are provided at the lower part of the barricade block 1 so that water can be discharged from the inside of the main body after use. Also, in this embodiment, as the shape of the main body of the barricade block 1, it has a rectangular parallelepiped shape in which the width direction is the longitudinal direction and the front-rear direction is the short side direction in a front view so that it is easy to construct a barricade by arranging them in a row in the width direction. However, the hollowed-out part for weight reduction, the uneven shape for suppressing thermal deformation, and enhancing impact resistance can be appropriately changed including the shape described in Japanese Patent Application No. 2021-103859.
[0022] [2-3] Fitting convex part and guide groove on the upper surface On the upper surface of the main body of the above barricade block 1, a pair of fitting convex portions 12 arranged at a predetermined interval in the front-rear direction are formed in pairs on both sides in the width direction (left-right direction) of the main body. As a result, a guide groove G is formed between the pair of fitting convex portions 12. Therefore, when the fence 3 is placed on the barricade block 1 shown in Fig. 5(c) and temporarily fixed, the lower part of the fence 3 can be inserted into the guide grooves G on both sides shown in Fig. 2(a) to fix the orientation and position of the fence 3. In this embodiment, the fitting convex portions 12 are formed only on the left and right sides, but they can also be formed in the middle part. Also, in this embodiment, the guide groove G is formed using the fitting convex portions 12 on the upper surface side of the main body, but the shape is not limited to this. For example, a drainage groove in the width direction can be formed on the upper surface of the main body, and this drainage groove can be used as the guide groove G.
[0023] [2-4] Fitting recess on the bottom surface On the bottom surface of the main body of the above barricade block 1, a pair of fitting recesses 13 arranged at a predetermined interval in the front-rear direction are formed in pairs at both ends in the width direction (left-right direction). The arrangement of the fitting recesses 13 on the bottom surface side corresponds to the arrangement of the fitting convex portions 12 on the upper surface. When the barricade blocks 1 are stacked vertically, the two can be fitted together to fix the barricade blocks 1 to each other. As a result, it becomes easier to transport a plurality of barricade blocks 1 by stacking them vertically. Note that the number and shape of the fitting recesses 13 can be appropriately changed according to the number and shape of the fitting convex portions 12.
[0024] [2-5] Connection parts on both sides Regarding the connection part 11 of the above barricade block 1, in this embodiment, as shown in Figs. 1(a)(b) and 2(b), it is composed of a first convex portion P and a second convex portion Q that are left-right asymmetric with different vertical positions when viewed from the front. As shown in Fig. 2(b), a plurality of the first convex portion P on the right side and the second convex portion Q on the left side are alternately positioned from top to bottom when viewed from the front, and a space is formed between the convex portions on one side (left or right) where the other convex portion can be inserted. As a result, as shown in Fig. 5(a), it becomes possible to fit the connection parts 11 of a plurality of barricade blocks 1 together.
[0025] Regarding the shapes of the first convex portion P and the second convex portion Q, in the present embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 1(a) and 1(b), vertical holes 11a are respectively formed at the front and rear centers of each convex portion, and the front and rear central portions where the vertical holes 11a are formed adopt a shape with an arc-shaped end face in a plan view where the outer side bulges. However, the shape is not limited to this. Regarding the number of the first convex portion P and the second convex portion Q, in the present embodiment, three are formed on each of the left and right sides, but it does not matter whether it is a single number or a plurality. Also, regarding the arrangement and shape of the vertical holes 11a formed in the first convex portion P and the second convex portion Q, they can be appropriately changed according to the position and thickness of the pole 2.
[0026] [3] Regarding the pole [3-1] Shape of the pole Regarding the above-mentioned pole 2, in the present embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 1(a), 1(b) and FIG. 2, a single steel pipe is used, but the material of the pole 2 is not particularly limited, and a metal material having a predetermined impact resistance and strength can be preferably used. Also, regarding the shape of the pole 1, in the present embodiment, the main body portion 21 uses a hollow pipe, but it may also be a solid rod. Further, in the present embodiment, an upper end portion 22 having a smaller diameter than the main body portion 21 of the pole 2 is formed, and a stepped portion 22a is formed at the boundary between the main body portion 21 and the upper end portion 22. Thereby, when the fence 3 is erected on the barricade block 1 as shown in FIG. 5(c), the left and right ends of the fence 2 can be hooked on the upper end portion 22 of the pole 2 for temporary fixing (specifically described later).
[0027] Regarding the thickness of the main body portion 21 of the above-mentioned pole 2, it is not particularly limited, but it is preferably about the same as or larger than the thickness of the outer frame (including the side frames) of the fence 3. The thickness of the upper end portion 22 of the pole 2 is preferably smaller than the outer frame (including the side frames) of the fence 3. Also, regarding the thickness of the pole 2, the lower portion inserted into the vertical hole 11a of the barricade block 1 and the upper portion connected to the fence 3 can have different thicknesses and cross-sectional shapes, and the diameter of the mounting position of the connecting fitting 4 can be reduced, etc., and the thickness and cross-sectional shape can be locally changed. Also, regarding the length of the above-mentioned pole 2, it can be appropriately changed according to the total height of the barricade block 1 and the fence 3.
[0028] [3-2] Pole flange part In this embodiment, as shown in Fig. 2(a), a flange part 21a (flange-like part) is formed at the upper and lower middle position of the main body part 21 of the pole 2. When the pole 2 is inserted into the vertical hole 11a of the barricade block 1 from above, the flange part 21a of the pole 2 hits the upper surface of the connection part 11 of the barricade block 1 and the fall stops. Therefore, the pole 2 can be mounted with the lower end of the pole 2 floating from the ground. Also, regarding the connection part 11 located on the outermost side when constructing the barricade, as shown in Fig. 2(b) and Fig. 3(a), a cylindrical fixture 5 with flanges 51 on the upper and lower sides is used. By placing this on the vertical hole 11a of the connection part 11 and inserting the pole 2, the flange part 21a of the pole 2 can be abutted against the flange 51 of the cylindrical fixture 5 to stop the fall.
[0029] [3-3] Pole retaining part In this embodiment, as shown in Fig. 1(a)(b) and Fig. 2, a lateral small hole and a lock pin are provided on the lower end side of the pole 2, which is used as a retaining part 23. By inserting the pole 2 into the vertical hole 11a of the barricade block 1 with the lock pin removed and then inserting the lock pin into the small hole on the lower end side of the inserted pole 2, the pole 2 cannot be pulled out upward, so theft of the pole 2 and the fence 3 can be prevented. Regarding this retaining structure of the pole 2, a simple lock pin can be preferably adopted, but the lower end of the pole 2 can also be connected to the barricade block 1 with a hook or a chain, etc.
[0030] [4] Regarding the fence [4-1] Outer frame and wire mesh Regarding the above-mentioned fence 3, in this embodiment, as shown in Fig. 2(b), a wire net 33 is stretched inside a metal outer frame composed of side frames 31 and upper and lower frames 32. Regarding the outer frame of the fence 3, it suffices if it has left and right side frames 31 to which the connecting fittings 4 are attached. Regarding the wire net of the fence 3, the shape is not particularly limited, and a plain woven wire net, a diamond wire net, a crimped wire net, etc. can be adopted, and the material of the wire net (for example, stainless steel, zinc, copper, iron, etc.), wire diameter, mesh size, etc. can also be appropriately changed.
[0031] [4-2] Loop part In this embodiment, as shown in Figs. 2(a) and 2(b), a bent plate-shaped loop part 34 is formed outside the side frame 31 of the above-mentioned fence 3. Thereby, when attaching the fence 3 in Fig. 5(c), the upper end part 22 of the pole 2 can be inserted into and hooked in the loop part 34 of the fence 3, so that the temporary fixing of the fence 3 can be easily performed. Also, in this embodiment, since the loop part 34 is formed within the range of the thickness of the outer frame of the fence 3, the loop part 34 does not bulge when the fences 3 are stacked, and the fence 3 can be transported compactly. When forming the loop part 34 of the above-mentioned fence 3 within the range of the thickness of the outer frame, it is necessary to make the diameter of the upper end part 22 of the pole 2 smaller than the thickness of the outer frame of the fence 3.
[0032] In this embodiment, the above-mentioned loop part 34 is formed only on the left and right one-sided of the fence 3, but it can also be formed on both sides of the fence 3. Regarding the left and right lengths of the above-mentioned loop part 34, it can be appropriately changed according to the distance between the outer frame of the fence 3 and the pole 2. In this embodiment, the loop part 34 is formed within the range of the thickness of the outer frame of the fence 3, but the size of the hollow part of the loop part 34 can be appropriately changed according to the thickness of the upper end part of the pole 2. Also, regarding the loop part 34, in this embodiment, it is formed in a bent plate shape so as to reduce the plate thickness and secure the size of the hollow part, but it can also be formed in a bent wire shape using a wire or the like.
[0033] [5] Regarding the connecting fittings [5-1] Divided parts Regarding the above connecting fitting 4, in this embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 4(a) and 4(b), it has a shape including a first clamping portion 41 that sandwiches the main body portion 21 of the pole 2 and a second clamping portion 42 that sandwiches the side frame 31 of the fence 3, and is composed of two split parts D having a bolt hole H at the center. Then, as shown in FIG. 2(b), the main body portion 21 of the pole 2 and the side frame 31 of the fence 3 are sandwiched between the clamping portions of the two split parts, and the connecting fitting 4 can be attached by tightening the bolt T. Regarding this pair of split parts D, they can also be integrated as a C-shaped clamp type or a hinge type that can be opened and closed.
[0034] [5-2] Shapes of the First Clamping Portion and the Second Clamping Portion Inside the first clamping portion 41 and the second clamping portion 42 of the connecting fitting 4, serrated teeth are formed so that the main body portion 21 of the pole 2 and the side frame 31 of the fence 3 can be firmly gripped. Also, in this embodiment, a movable space S is formed in the second clamping portion 42 where the side frame 31 of the fence 3 sandwiched by the second clamping portion 42 can slide in the connecting direction (the width direction of the barricade block 1). Thereby, even when the barricade block 1 expands thermally in summer or the like and the distance between the pole 2 and the fence 3 changes, the side frame 31 of the fence 3 moves within the second clamping portion 42, reducing the load applied to the connecting portion. Regarding this movable space S, in this embodiment, it is formed in the second clamping portion 42 that sandwiches the side frame 31 of the fence 3 having a smaller diameter than the main body portion 21 of the pole 2, but it can also be formed in the first clamping portion 41 so that the side frame 31 of the pole 2 moves within the first clamping portion 41, or it can be formed in both the first clamping portion 41 and the second clamping portion 42.
[0035] "Assembly Method of Barricade with Fence" [1] Connection of Multiple Barricade Blocks Next, the method for assembling the barricade B with a fence will be described with reference to FIG. 5. First, as shown in FIG. 5(b), a plurality of barricade blocks 1 are arranged side by side in the width direction, and the connecting portions 11 of adjacent barricade blocks 1 are arranged so as to overlap vertically. Then, a pole 2 is inserted into the vertical holes 11a of the connecting portions 11 that overlap vertically to connect the barricade blocks 1 to each other. At this time, a cylindrical fixture 5 is placed on the connecting portion 11 of the outermost barricade block 1, and the pole 2 is inserted.
[0036] [2] Temporary fixing of the fence Next, as shown in FIG. 5(c), the fence 3 is placed on the upper surface of the barricade block 1 such that the lower frame enters the guide groove. At this time, the loop portion 34 of the fence 3 is hooked on the upper end portion 22 of the pole 2. Thereby, the fence 2 can be temporarily fixed in an upright state on the barricade block 1.
[0037] [3] Attachment of the connecting fitting Finally, as shown in FIG. 5(a), the connecting fitting 4 is attached to the main body portion 21 of the pole 2 and the side frame 31 of the fence 3. In this embodiment, the connecting fitting 4 is attached one by one above and below the left and right side frames 31 of the fence 3. However, the attachment position and the number of attached connecting fittings 4 can be appropriately changed according to the stability of the fence 3. By attaching this connecting fitting 4, it becomes possible to easily construct a strong barricade in which the fence 3, the pole 2, and the barricade block 1 are integrated.
