Description

Technical Field

[0001] The present invention relates to a skin cosmetic and a face lift-up skin care method using the skin cosmetic.

Background Art

[0002] Skin care that gives firmness to the skin and enhances elasticity is common as a skin care proposal for people who are troubled by sagging skin with age. Among them, in order to care for sagging due to aging, there is a demand for cosmetics that not only enhance partial firmness and elasticity but also have a lift-up effect on the entire face. Against such a background, cosmetics having a lift-up effect have been reported so far, such as an example using a non-woven fabric of a face mask (see, for example, Patent Document 1), an example using pullulan and an alkali-swellable polymer (see, for example, Patent Document 2), and an example of a wiping lotion combining polyoxyalkylene methyl glucoside, ethanol, and grape fruit extract (see, for example, Patent Document 3). In addition, many massage techniques for enhancing the lift-up effect centering on esthesaron have been proposed, but there have been concerns such as the need for specialized knowledge, being troublesome, and causing irritation and friction to the skin. Against such a background, there is a demand for skin cosmetics that can produce a lift-up effect more simply, massage techniques that can be easily performed by oneself, and further skin cosmetics that can reduce the burden on such massage techniques.

[0003] On the other hand, in recent years, the beauty effects of nicotinamide have been gradually revealed. Various studies have also been conducted on basic cosmetics for enhancing the firmness and elasticity of the skin using nicotinamide, such as skin cosmetics using nicotinamide, a salt-tolerant water-soluble polymer, a phosphate ester surfactant, and a polyhydric alcohol (see, for example, Patent Document 4), and an example combining two specific skin improvement components containing nicotinamide, acetylglucosamine, and acidic mucopolysaccharide (see, for example, Patent Document 5).

Summary of the Invention

Problems to be Solved by the Invention

[0005] Although the above skin cosmetics are considered to have certain effects, there are no reports of cases where not only the elasticity of the skin but also lifting up to the level of achieving the effect has been achieved using niacinamide. In addition, there has not yet been a skin cosmetic that can simply produce a lifting effect as required, a skin cosmetic that can be easily massaged without burden, and a skin care method using the same. It is known that complex factors such as a decrease in the function of the collagen structure, the accumulation of waste products, and the decrease in muscles are related to the factors of wrinkles and sagging. It is known that by appropriately acting on all of them, a comprehensive lifting effect is generated. Against this background, there is a strong demand for a skin cosmetic that not only enhances the elasticity of the skin and has excellent face-lifting effects but also causes little friction and irritation to the skin when performing a massage method suitable for lifting.

[0006] The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and an object thereof is to provide a skin cosmetic that enhances the elasticity of the skin, has excellent face-lifting effects, causes little friction and irritation to the skin, and a face-lifting skin care method using the skin cosmetic.

Means for Solving the Problems

[0007] As a result of further intensive studies to achieve the above object, the inventors of the present invention have found that by using nicotinamide within a certain range and further combining it with one or more selected from γ-aminobutyric acid and lavender oil, it is possible to enhance the elasticity of the skin, not only to be excellent in the face-lifting effect, but also to provide a skin cosmetic that causes less friction and irritation to the skin when performing a massage method suitable for lifting. Thus, the present invention has been completed.

[0008] The present invention is as follows. [1] (A) Nicotinamide, and (B) one or more selected from the group consisting of γ-aminobutyric acid and lavender oil, and the blending amount of component (A) is 2 to 10% by mass of the whole skin cosmetic, and the blending amount of component (B) is 0.001 to 0.2% by mass of the whole skin cosmetic. [2] Further, it contains a water-soluble thickener containing (C1) an acrylic acid-based water-soluble thickener present in a non-spherical shape in the skin cosmetic and (C2) a water-swellable thickener present in a spherical shape in the skin cosmetic, and the total amount of the blending amount of component (C1) and the blending amount of component (C2) is 0.1 to 0.4% by mass of the whole skin cosmetic. [3] A face-lifting skin care method of applying the skin cosmetic according to [1] or [2] above to the face while performing massage.

Effects of the Invention

[0009] According to the present invention, it is possible to provide a skin cosmetic that enhances the elasticity of the skin, is excellent in the face-lifting effect, and causes less friction and irritation to the skin, and a face-lifting skin care method using the skin cosmetic.

Modes for Carrying Out the Invention

[0010] Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail, but the present invention is not limited to the following embodiments. The present invention is not limited to each configuration described below, and various modifications are possible within the scope indicated in the claims. Embodiments and examples obtained by appropriately combining the technical means disclosed in different embodiments and examples are also included in the technical scope of the present invention. Further, unless otherwise specified in this specification, "A~B" representing a numerical range is intended to mean "A or more and B or less".

[0011] In this specification, the lift-up effect refers to the effect that when comparing with the same expression after use, a part or the whole of the face is deformed upward.

[0012] <Skin Cosmetics> The skin cosmetic according to this embodiment contains (A) nicotinamide and (B) one or more selected from the group consisting of γ-aminobutyric acid and lavender oil.

[0013] <(A) Nicotinamide> The component (A) used in the skin cosmetic according to this embodiment is nicotinamide. Nicotinamide, also called nicotinamide and niacinamide, is an amide form of niacin (vitamin B3) with a molecular weight of 122.12 and a CAS registration number of 98-92-0, which is a water-soluble vitamin. Nicotinamide is a component commonly used in cosmetics as a beauty component such as moisturizing, anti-inflammatory, and whitening, and can be obtained as a commercially available cosmetic raw material.

[0014] (A) component is presumed to ultimately enhance the elasticity of the skin due to its beautifying effect. Also, it is presumed to enhance the lifting effect associated with the reduction of sagging due to the promotion of metabolism. The blending amount of the (A) component in the skin cosmetic according to this embodiment is 2.0 to 10.0% by mass (hereinafter, mass% is represented unless otherwise specified) of the entire skin cosmetic. When the blending amount of the (A) component is 2.0% or more, the effect of improving skin elasticity and the skin lifting effect can be sufficiently exerted. Further, when the blending amount of the (A) component is 10.0% or less, stickiness of the skin cosmetic or precipitation of the (A) component does not occur when using the skin cosmetic.

[0015] <One or more selected from the group consisting of (B) γ-aminobutyric acid and lavender oil> The (B) component used in the skin cosmetic according to this embodiment is a component selected from the group consisting of γ-aminobutyric acid and lavender oil. γ-aminobutyric acid is a kind of amino acid represented by the chemical formula C4H9NO2 contained in fruits, rice bran, lactic acid bacteria-fermented foods, etc., and is known to have a moisturizing effect, an epidermal cell activating effect, a hyaluronic acid production promoting effect, etc. on the skin. The γ-aminobutyric acid used in the skin cosmetic according to this embodiment can be a commercially available one as a cosmetic raw material after being produced by a fermentation method or the like and then purified. Also, an extract obtained by extracting from plants or lactic acid bacteria fermentates rich in γ-aminobutyric acid using water, hot water, alcohol, polyol or a mixed solution thereof can be used.

[0016] The lavender oil used in the skin cosmetic according to this embodiment is an essential oil obtained from a plant of the genus Lavandula of the Lamiaceae family (as a specific example, scientific name: Lavandula angustifolia), and has been used as a fragrant oil for purposes such as aromatherapy since ancient times. Although lavender oil is known to have a relaxing effect due to its fragrance, there are few things that are clearly understood about its effect when applied to the skin. The lavender oil used in the skin cosmetic according to this embodiment can be a generally commercially available one for the purpose of blending into cosmetics.

[0017] In the skin cosmetic according to this embodiment, both γ-aminobutyric acid and lavender oil, which are component (B), are known to directly act on inhibitory nerves or promote the production of inhibitory neurotransmitters by oral administration or olfactory stimulation. When component (B) is applied to the skin, it is presumed that the action mechanism related to those actions also gives a cosmetic effect to the skin, and as a result, it has the effect of enhancing the elasticity of the skin and the lifting effect of the skin.

[0018] In the skin cosmetic according to this embodiment, the blending amount of component (B) is 0.001 to 0.2% in terms of the active ingredient in the whole skin cosmetic. If the blending amount of component (B) is 0.001% or more, the action of enhancing the elasticity of the skin and the lifting action can be sufficiently exhibited. Further, by setting the blending amount of component (B) to 0.2% or less, stickiness of the skin cosmetic and discoloration and odor change due to deterioration of the skin cosmetic over time can be suppressed. In the skin cosmetic according to this embodiment, when two or more kinds are used as component (B), the blending amount of component (B) is the total amount of the used component (B).

[0019] Further, in the skin cosmetic according to this embodiment, by using component (A) and component (B) in combination, the action of synergistically enhancing the elasticity of the skin and the lifting action can be enhanced. This is considered to be due to the fact that the action mechanisms of component (A) and component (B) are different.

[0020] In addition, in order to further enhance the effect of the skin cosmetic according to the present embodiment, it is preferably applied while massaging when applying to the skin. By massaging, blood circulation promotion, prevention of lymphatic fluid stagnation, softening of the stratum corneum, etc. occur, and it is presumed that the percutaneous penetration effect of the skin cosmetic according to the present embodiment is enhanced, which is the reason for enhancing the effect of the skin cosmetic. The massage is not particularly limited as long as it is a massage technique generally used when using a skin cosmetic, but preferably a technique of "stretching the whole face in a circular motion for each left and right half of the face", a technique of "stretching the whole face while pulling up the contour of the face from under the chin to under the earlobes from the bottom up", a technique of "stretching while pulling from the center of the face towards the temples", or a combination thereof.

[0021] <Water-soluble thickener> The skin cosmetic according to the present embodiment may contain a water-soluble thickener. Although the effect of the skin cosmetic according to the present embodiment can be enhanced by applying it while massaging as described above, in this case, in a normal skin cosmetic, friction with the skin may occur due to massage, so it may cause irritation to the skin or the effect of massage may not be fully exerted. There is no particular limitation as long as it is a water-soluble thickener, but from the viewpoint of further enhancing the effect of the skin cosmetic according to the present embodiment, it is preferable to use both (C1) an acrylic acid-based water-soluble thickener that exists non-spherically in the skin cosmetic and (C2) a water-swellable thickener that exists spherically in the skin cosmetic.

[0022] <(C1) Acrylic acid-based water-soluble thickener that exists non-spherically in the skin cosmetic> The component (C1) that may be used in the skin cosmetic according to this embodiment is an acrylic acid-based water-soluble thickener. The component (C1) is a synthetic polymer obtained by polymerizing acrylic acid monomers, and is characterized by having a carboxyl group in the molecular side chain. Further, the component (C1) has a string-like structure or a network structure accompanying intermolecular crosslinking, and is in a powdery, granular, paste-like, or wax-like state in the dry state. However, when it swells appropriately using the moisture in the skin cosmetic, it spreads uniformly in water, which is the continuous phase of the skin cosmetic, and has the effect of increasing the viscosity while keeping the continuous phase in an apparently uniform state. The skin cosmetic thickened by the component (C1) tends to have a smooth but easily collapsible property. As the component (C1) used in the skin cosmetic according to this embodiment, commercially available products as cosmetic raw materials can be used, and examples thereof include carboxyvinyl polymer, alkyl-modified carboxyvinyl polymer, sodium polyacrylate, and the like.

[0023] <(C2) Water-swellable thickener present in a spherical shape in the skin cosmetic> The component (C2) that may be used in the skin cosmetic according to this embodiment is a spherical water-swellable thickener. The component (C2) is characterized in that when it swells in water, it does not spread uniformly in water, which is the continuous phase of the skin cosmetic, but becomes spherical or granular, and has a microgel-type thickening mechanism. A thickener having characteristics such as those of the component (C2) can be produced by processing or chemically synthesizing a natural-derived polysaccharide, and commercially available products as cosmetic raw materials can be used. The skin cosmetic thickened by the component (C2) tends to have a matte appearance, be difficult to collapse, and have a slippery and smooth finish on the skin. Examples of the component (C2) used in the skin cosmetic according to this embodiment include sodium acrylate graft starch, acrylate copolymer, and the like.

[0024] In the skin cosmetic of this embodiment, the components (C1) and (C2) enhance the slipperiness when the skin cosmetic is applied while massaging, and also enhance the penetration of the components (A) and (B) in the skin cosmetic, thereby further enhancing the elasticity and lift-up property of the skin cosmetic according to this embodiment. Further, since the inclusion of the component (C1) and the component (C2) in the skin cosmetic according to this embodiment increases the slipperiness during application, it is possible to reduce the irritation to the skin during massage and enhance the massage property. can be achieved.

[0025] In the skin cosmetic according to this embodiment, it is preferable that the total amount of the blending amount of the component (C1) and the blending amount of the component (C2) is 0.1 to 0.4% of the whole skin cosmetic. If the total amount is 0.1% or more, the slipperiness when massaging the skin can be sufficiently exhibited. Further, if the total amount is 0.4% or less, stickiness of the skin cosmetic and sagging of the component (C) remaining on the skin surface do not occur.

[0026] <Other components> In addition to the above-described components, the skin cosmetic according to this embodiment may contain other components, for example, anionic surfactants, cationic surfactants, amphoteric surfactants, nonionic surfactants, oils, polymer compounds, thickeners, powders (dyes, resins, pigments), preservatives, fragrances, moisturizers, physiologically active ingredients, mineral salts, solvents, antioxidants, chelating agents, pearlescent agents, neutralizing agents, pH adjusters, plant extracts, enzymes, vitamins, amino acids and other components as appropriate within a range that does not impair the object of the present invention.

[0027] Further, in the skin cosmetic of the present invention, physiologically active ingredients can be appropriately blended within a range that does not impair the object of the present invention. A physiologically active substance is a substance that imparts some physiological activity to the skin when applied to the skin, and examples thereof include whitening agents, anti-inflammatory agents, anti-aging agents, ultraviolet ray protectants, astringents, antioxidants, blood circulation promoters, antibacterial agents, bactericides, cooling agents, warming agents, wound healing promoters, irritation relievers, analgesics, cell activators and the like.

[0028] The skin cosmetics of the present invention can be manufactured according to conventional methods. Examples of the skin cosmetics of the present invention include lotion, emulsion, cream, essence, gel, sheet mask, makeup, body lotion, body gel, body cream, facial cleanser, facial foam, body soap, cleansing agent, makeup base, etc. The dosage form can also be arbitrarily selected according to the purpose. That is, liquid, cream, gel, emulsion, sheet, stick, aerosol, etc. can be mentioned. The skin cosmetics of the present invention are not limited to general skin cosmetics, but include quasi-drugs, designated quasi-drugs, external medicines, etc.

[0029] Here, for the skin cosmetics according to this embodiment, in order to dissolve nicotinamide and make it excellent in massage property with a water-soluble thickener, it is preferable that the continuous phase is water. Examples of cosmetics with water as the continuous phase include oil-in-water cosmetics or substantially oil-free aqueous cosmetics.

[0030] <Facial lift-up skin care method> The facial lift-up skin care method according to this embodiment is to apply the above-mentioned skin cosmetics to the face while massaging. By applying the skin cosmetics while massaging, blood circulation promotion, prevention of lymphatic fluid retention, softening of the stratum corneum, etc. occur, and the transdermal penetration effect of the skin cosmetics is enhanced, so that it can be lifted up.

[0031] Next, the present invention will be described in detail based on examples, but it is not limited thereto. Prior to the examples, the test methods and evaluation methods employed in each example will be described.

[0032] (Skin elasticity evaluation test) <Evaluation method> For 3 volunteers, after washing their faces, they were asked to rest quietly for 10 minutes in a room at 22°C and 50% RH, and the skin elasticity R7 beforewas measured. Then, 0.5 mL of the skin cosmetics of the examples and comparative examples was applied to half of the face. After keeping still for 10 minutes, the skin elasticity R7 was measured again with a cutometer. after The percentage change in skin elasticity before and after application was calculated using the following formula, and classified into the following ratings using the average value of 3 persons. <Contents of ratings for skin elasticity evaluation> ΔR7=(R7 after -R7 before )×100 <Evaluation criteria for skin elasticity evaluation> ◎: The average score of 3 persons was 5% or more. ○: The average score of 3 persons was 2% or more and less than 5%. ×: The average score of 3 persons was less than 2%.

[0033] (Facial lift-up effect evaluation test) Three volunteers were asked to stay still for 10 minutes in a room at 22°C and 50% RH. After taking facial photos from three directions using VECTRA (registered trademark) H2 (manufactured by Canfield Scientific, Inc.), the facial shape was evaluated three-dimensionally by combining the images. Then, 1.0 mL of the skin cosmetics of the examples and comparative examples was applied to half of the face. After keeping still for 10 minutes, photos were taken again in the same way and the shape was evaluated. The evaluation of the lift-up effect was classified into the following ratings using how the sum of "increase or decrease in the volume of the cheek part" and "increase or decrease in the volume from the jaw part to the facial contour" changed for each of the three persons before and after application. <Evaluation criteria for facial lift-up effect> ◎: The total volume decreased for all three persons. ○: The total volume decreased for two persons. △: The total volume decreased for one person. ×: The total volume increased for all three persons.

[0034] (Skin irritation evaluation test during application) <Evaluation method> Five volunteers were recruited, and 1.0 mL of the skin cosmetics of the examples and comparative examples were applied to half of their faces. The volunteers were asked to apply the skin cosmetics in a circular motion centered on the cheeks for 5 minutes, and a questionnaire evaluation was conducted on the irritation during application, and the evaluation was carried out according to the following scoring system. The test results were classified as follows using the average score of the five volunteers. <Contents of the scoring for the evaluation of skin irritation during application> 3 points... It was smooth throughout the 5 minutes, and no friction or irritation was felt at all. 2 points... It was almost smooth during the 5 minutes, but there were times when slight friction or irritation was felt. 1 point... There were times when slight friction or irritation was felt during the 5 minutes. 0 points... There was almost constant friction or irritation during the 5 minutes. <Evaluation criteria for skin irritation> ◎: The average score of the five volunteers was 2.5 points or more. ○: The average score of the five volunteers was 2.0 points or more and less than 2.5 points. △: The average score of the five volunteers was 1.0 point or more and less than 2.0 points. ×: The average score of the five volunteers was less than 1.0 point.

[0035] <Examples 1-13 and Comparative Examples 1-6> The skin cosmetics in the formulations of Examples 1-13 and Comparative Examples 1-6 shown in Table 1 were prepared by a conventional method and evaluated by each test method. The results are shown together in Table 1.
