Description

Technical Field

[0001] The present invention relates to a building erection adjusting tool and a method for manufacturing the building erection adjusting tool, and more particularly to a building erection adjusting tool attached to the side surface of a column member for vertically adjusting the column member with a linear member and a method for manufacturing the building erection adjusting tool.

Background Art

[0002] Conventionally, when erecting a column member, there is known a construction method in which a linear member (for example, a wire) is hung from four directions on the column member, and the angle of the column member in the vertical direction is corrected by adjusting the tension state of each wire. For example, in Patent Document 1, the building erection adjusting tool is attached to the column member by engaging a lowering wire with an erection plate (engaged portion) provided on the column member. Then, the column member is adjusted to be vertical by the wires hooked to the building erection adjusting tool. The building erection adjusting tool is assembled so as to be rectangular in a top view below the erection plate and is arranged so as to cover the periphery of the column member.

Summary of the Invention

Problems to be Solved by the Invention

[0004] However, in order to attach a building erection adjusting tool such as that of Patent Document 1 to the erection plate of a column member, it is necessary to assemble four plates facing each side surface of the column member with a fixture such as a bolt and then engage a lowering wire with the erection plate. Therefore, there is a possibility that workability may be reduced. On the other hand, when four erection adjustment tools facing the side surface of the column member are attached to the engaged portions in a disassembled state, the corners of the column member are exposed, and there is a risk that the corners may be damaged by the hooked linear member. Further, when the four erection adjustment tools are attached so as to cover the corners of the column member, there is also a risk that the adjacent erection adjustment tools may interfere with each other at the corners.

[0005] The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide an erection adjustment tool and a method for manufacturing the erection adjustment tool that can protect a column member while improving workability when erecting the column member.

Means for Solving the Problems

[0006] The above problem is solved by an erection adjustment tool of the present invention, which is an erection adjustment tool attached to the side surface of a column member for vertically adjusting the column member with a linear member, and includes a base portion disposed opposite to the side surface of the column member, a hooking portion provided on the base portion for hooking the linear member, an engaging portion provided on the base portion or the hooking portion for engaging with an engaged portion provided on the side surface of the column member, a first cover portion bent and extending from one end portion in the width direction of the base portion for covering a first corner portion of the column member, and a second cover portion bent and extending from the other end portion in the width direction of the base portion for covering a second corner portion of the column member. The first cover portion is provided so as to be notched from above and has a first space portion for suppressing interference with other members, and the second cover portion is provided so as to be notched from below and has a second space portion for suppressing interference with other members.

[0007] With the above configuration, since the corner of the column member is covered by the first cover portion and the second cover portion that bend and extend from the base portion, it is possible to prevent the column member from being damaged. Further, since the first cover portion and the second cover portion each have a space portion that is notched in the vertical direction, interference between the erection adjustment jig attached to the side surface of the column member and other members (for example, the erection adjustment jig attached to the other side surface of the column member) is avoided, and the erection adjustment jig can be easily attached to the column member. Therefore, since the corner of the column member can be covered without using a fixture such as a bolt, the workability when erecting the column member can be improved while protecting the column member.

[0008] At this time, the erection adjustment jig is attached to the column member together with a second erection adjustment jig attached to one side surface adjacent to the side surface and a third erection adjustment jig attached to the other side surface adjacent to the side surface and opposite to the one side surface. The first cover portion of the erection adjustment jig is arranged so as to suppress interference with the second erection adjustment jig by the first space portion, and the second cover portion of the erection adjustment jig is arranged so as to suppress interference with the third erection adjustment jig by the second space portion. With the above configuration, for example, when attaching a plurality of erection adjustment jigs of the same shape to a column member, they can be arranged alternately in the vertical direction, so that interference can be preferably avoided.

[0009] At this time, the base portion is provided at the one end portion so as to be notched from above, and has a third space portion that suppresses interference with the second erection adjustment jig, and is provided at the other end portion so as to be notched from below, and has a fourth space portion that suppresses interference with the third erection adjustment jig. With the above configuration, since the base portion has a space portion that is notched in the vertical direction, interference between the base portion of the erection adjustment jig and the cover portion of another erection adjustment jig can be further avoided.

[0010] At this time, the first cover portion may bend and extend from the one end portion of the base portion so as to be away from the one side surface, and the second cover portion may bend and extend from the other end portion of the base portion so as to be away from the other side surface. With the above configuration, by moving the cover portion away from the side surface of the column member, interference between the base portion of the building repair jig and the cover portion of another building repair jig can be further avoided.

[0011] At this time, the latching portion may be provided at the central portion in the vertical direction of the base portion, project from the base portion toward the side opposite to the column member, and have a receiving portion for supporting the linear member from below. The upper end at the first extending end portion in the extending direction of the first cover portion may be provided below the receiving portion, and the lower end at the second extending end portion in the extending direction of the second cover portion may be provided above the receiving portion. With the above configuration, since the cover portion is provided at a position avoiding the latching portion, interference of the building repair jig can be further avoided.

[0012] At this time, the base portion may be provided above the receiving portion, and include a base main body portion extending in the width direction, a first support portion extending downward from one end portion in the width direction of the base main body portion and provided below the receiving portion, and a second support portion extending downward from the other end portion in the width direction of the base main body portion and provided below the receiving portion. The first cover portion may bend and extend from the first support portion, and the second cover portion may bend and extend from the base main body portion. With the above configuration, since the area of the base portion is expanded in the vertical direction, rattling of the building repair jig can be suppressed when the building repair jig is attached to the column member.

[0013] At this time, a method of manufacturing the building repair jig may be to form the building repair jig by pressing a single plate-shaped member. With the above configuration, by bending a single plate-shaped member, a building erection adjustment jig is formed, eliminating the need for connection work such as welding, and enabling the easy manufacture of the building erection adjustment jig.

Advantages of the Invention

[0014] According to the building erection adjustment jig and the manufacturing method of the building erection adjustment jig of the present invention, while improving the workability when erecting the column member, the column member can be protected.

Embodiments for Carrying Out the Invention

[0016] Hereinafter, based on FIGS. 1 to 8, a building repair jig unit U according to an embodiment of the present invention (hereinafter, this embodiment) will be described. In the following description, as indicated by the arrow shown in FIG. 1, the "vertical direction" means the vertical direction of the column member P in the erected state. The "horizontal direction" means the width direction of the column member P in the erected state. Further, when the outer surface of the column member P in the erected state is viewed from the front, the width direction of the outer surface is defined as the "left-right direction", and the direction orthogonal to each of the "vertical direction" and the "left-right direction" is defined as the "front-back direction". In the "front-back direction", the front side when the outer surface of the column member P is viewed from the front is the "front side", and the back side is the "rear side". In addition, in the facing direction in which the erected column member P and the building repair jig unit U face each other, the outside and the inside are defined based on the outer surface of the column member P. That is, the direction in which the building repair jig unit U approaches the outer surface is the "inward direction", and the direction in which the building repair jig unit U moves away from the outer surface is the "outward direction".

[0017] <Building repair jig unit> As shown in FIGS. 1 to 8, the building repair jig unit U is attached to the side surface of the column member P and is used to vertically adjust the column member P by the linear member W. Specifically, as shown in FIGS. 1 to 4, the building repair jig unit U includes a first building repair jig 1A attached to the first side surface P1 of the column member P, a second building repair jig 1B attached to the second side surface P2, a third building repair jig 1C attached to the third side surface P3, and a fourth building repair jig 1D attached to the fourth side surface P4. Hereinafter, the column member P and the linear member W will be described first.

[0018] As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the column member P is, for example, a steel column having a rectangular cross section. Note that the column member P may be a column-shaped member other than the steel column. The column member P has a first side surface P1, a second side surface P2 adjacent to the first side surface P1, a third side surface P3 adjacent to the first side surface P1 and on the opposite side of the second side surface P2, and a fourth side surface P4 adjacent to the second side surface P2 and the third side surface P3 and on the opposite side of the first side surface P1. The column member P has a first corner C1 where the first side surface P1 and the second side surface P2 intersect, a second corner C2 where the first side surface P1 and the third side surface P3 intersect, a third corner C3 where the second side surface P2 and the fourth side surface P4 intersect, and a fourth corner C4 where the third side surface P3 and the fourth side surface P4 intersect.

[0019] On each outer side surface (the first side surface P1, the second side surface P2, the third side surface P3, the fourth side surface P4) of the column member P, engaged portions (the first engaged portion P1a, the second engaged portion P2a, the third engaged portion P3a, the fourth engaged portion P4a) for installing a work floor serving as a temporary scaffold, for example, are respectively attached. Note that since the first engaged portion P1a, the second engaged portion P2a, the third engaged portion P3a, and the fourth engaged portion P4a have the same shape, the first engaged portion P1a will be described as a representative.

[0020] As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the first engaged portion P1a is formed by bending a plate-shaped member and is attached to the outer side surface of the column member P by welding or the like. Between the column member P and the first engaged portion P1a, two through holes Pb extending in the vertical direction are formed. By inserting the claw portion of the work floor into the through hole Pb of the first engaged portion P1a, the work floor can be suitably installed. Further, using this first engaged portion P1a, the first building erection adjustment jig 1A can be attached to the column member P.

[0021] As shown in FIG. 1, the linear member W is, for example, a wire or a rope and is wound around the outer periphery of the column member P. The linear member W is fixed by a fixing member F such as a hook or a shackle in a state of being wound around the column member P. Two linear members W are wound around one column member P, and each end of the linear member W is extended and attached in four directions centered on the column member P. When each linear member W extending in the four directions is pulled from the four directions, the column member P is vertically adjusted. Note that turnbuckles may be connected to each end of the linear member W, and the perpendicularity of the column member P may be adjusted by changing the tension state with the turnbuckles. Further, the arrangement and number of the linear members W are not limited to this, and four linear members W may be respectively hooked on each building erection adjustment jig, or the perpendicularity of the column member P may be adjusted by three linear members W.

[0022] <Building erection adjustment jig> As shown in FIGS. 1 to 4, the first building erection adjustment jig 1A is attached to the first engaged portion P1a of the first side surface P1. The first building erection adjustment jig 1A is attached to the column member P together with the second building erection adjustment jig 1B attached to the second side surface P2 and the third building erection adjustment jig 1C attached to the third side surface P3. Note that since the first building erection adjustment jig 1A, the second building erection adjustment jig 1B, the third building erection adjustment jig 1C, and the fourth building erection adjustment jig 1D have the same shape, the first building erection adjustment jig 1A will be described as a representative.

[0023] The first building erection adjustment jig 1A includes a base portion 10 disposed to face the first side surface P1 of the column member P, a hooking portion 20 provided on the base portion 10 for hooking the linear member W, an engaging portion 30 that engages with the first engaged portion P1a, a first cover portion 40 that covers the first corner portion C1 of the column member P, and a second cover portion 50 that covers the second corner portion C2 of the column member P. The first building erection adjustment jig 1A is formed, for example, by pressing a single sheet-like member made of metal that has been punched. Therefore, the base portion 10 and the hooking portion 20 are bent so as to be continuous, and the hooking portion 20 and the engaging portion 30 are bent so as to be continuous. Further, the base portion 10 and the first cover portion 40 are bent so as to be continuous, and the base portion 10 and the second cover portion 50 are bent so as to be continuous. Note that this is not limiting, and each part may be connected by welding or the like.

[0024] As shown in FIG. 3, the base portion 10 is disposed to face the first side surface P1 of the column member P. The base portion 10 includes a first base main body portion 11 disposed above the right side of the first engaged portion P1a, a second base main body portion 12 disposed above the left side of the first engaged portion P1a, a first support portion 13 disposed below the right side of the first engaged portion P1a, and a second support portion 14 disposed below the left side of the first engaged portion P1a.

[0025] Further, as shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, the base portion 10 is provided at one end so as to be cut out from above, and has a first base space portion 15 (third space portion) that suppresses interference with the second building-in adjustment jig 1B, and is provided at the other end so as to be cut out from below, and has a second base space portion 16 (fourth space portion) that suppresses interference with the third building-in adjustment jig 1C. In other words, at one end of the base portion 10, a first base space portion 15 that suppresses interference with the second cover portion 50 of the second building-in adjustment jig 1B is formed by being cut out from above. At the other end of the base portion 10, a second base space portion 16 (fourth space portion) that suppresses interference with the first cover portion 40 of the third building-in adjustment jig 1C is formed by being cut out from below. Note that the first base space portion 15 and the second base space portion 16 are formed so as to cut out the base portion 10 in the vertical direction, but it is not necessarily required to be formed by cutting out, and it is sufficient if there is a space that can avoid interference with other members.

[0026] As shown in FIGS. 5 to 7, the first base main body portion 11 and the second base main body portion 12 are provided above the receiving portion 21 of the latching portion 20 described later and extend in the width direction (left and right direction). As shown in FIG. 8, when the engaging portion 30 is locked to the first engaged portion P1a, the first base main body portion 11 and the second base main body portion 12 are arranged to be parallel to the first side surface P1. The first base main body portion 11 and the second base main body portion 12 are two plate-like members spaced apart in the left and right direction. When the first building-in adjustment jig 1A is formed by pressing a single plate-like member, the portion between the first base main body portion 11 and the second base main body portion 12 is bent so as to extend downward, thereby forming the engaging portion 30. Note that the first base main body portion 11 and the second base main body portion 12 may be formed of one plate-like member.

[0027] The first support portion 13 extends downward from the right end portion 11a in the width direction of the first base main body portion 11 and is provided below the receiving portion 21. In other words, the first support portion 13 continuously extends downward from the lower end portion of the right side portion of the first base main body portion 11. The first support portion 13 is arranged to be parallel to the first side surface P1 when the engaging portion 30 is locked to the first engaged portion P1a. Also, the lower end portion of the first support portion 13 is formed below the receiving portion 21 and the engaging portion 30.

[0028] The second support portion 14 extends downward from the left end portion 12a in the width direction of the second base main body portion 12 and is provided below the receiving portion 21. In other words, the second support portion 14 continuously extends downward from the lower end portion of the left side portion of the second base main body portion 12. The second support portion 14 is arranged to be parallel to the first side surface P1 when the engaging portion 30 is locked to the first engaged portion P1a. Also, the lower end portion of the first support portion 13 is formed below the receiving portion 21 and the engaging portion 30.

[0029] The first base space portion 15 is provided on the right side of the right end portion 11a of the first base main body portion 11 and at the upper end portion 13b of the first support portion 13, and is a notch for avoiding interference with the second building-in adjustment jig 1B. When the engaging portion 30 of the first building-in adjustment jig 1A is locked to the first engaged portion P1a and the engaging portion 30 of the second building-in adjustment jig 1B is locked to the second engaged portion P2a, the second cover portion 50 of the second building-in adjustment jig 1B enters the first base space portion 15. In this way, the first base space portion 15 can suppress the second cover portion 50 of the second building-in adjustment jig 1B that covers the first corner portion C1 of the column member P from interfering with the first building-in adjustment jig 1A.

[0030] The second base space portion 16 is provided on the left side of the left end portion 14a of the second support portion 14 and below the lower end portion 14b of the second support portion 14, and is a notch for avoiding interference with the third building-in adjustment jig 1C. When the engaging portion 30 of the first building-in adjustment jig 1A is locked to the first engaged portion P1a and the engaging portion 30 of the third building-in adjustment jig 1C is locked to the third engaged portion P3a, the first cover portion 40 of the third building-in adjustment jig 1C enters the second base space portion 16. In this way, the second base space portion 16 can suppress the first cover portion 40 of the third building-in adjustment jig 1C that covers the second corner portion C2 of the column member P from interfering with the first building-in adjustment jig 1A.

[0031] As shown in FIG. 1, the hanging portion 20 has an L-shaped cross section and is a locking portion for hanging the linear member W. The hanging portion 20 extends forward and bends from the lower end portion of the inner portion in the left-right direction of the first base main body portion 11 and the second base main body portion 12, and is formed to extend upward. The hanging portion 20 has a receiving portion 21 that supports the linear member W from below and a holding portion 22 that covers and holds the linear member W from the front side. When the first building-in adjustment jig 1A is formed by pressing a single plate-shaped member, the hanging portion 20 is formed by bending the portion between the first support portion 13 and the second support portion 14 so as to extend forward and upward.

[0032] The receiving portion 21 is provided at the central portion in the vertical direction of the base portion 10, protrudes from the base portion 10 toward the side opposite to the column member P, and supports the linear member W from below. The receiving portion 21 connects the first base main body portion 11 and the second base main body portion 12. The receiving portion 21 extends horizontally forward from the base portion 10, but is not limited to this as long as it can support the linear member W. The receiving portion 21 supports the linear member W wound around the column member P from below. Note that it is not limited to this, and a locking hole may be provided in the receiving portion 21, and a fixing member F such as a hook or a shackle provided at the tip of the linear member W may be directly locked to the locking hole.

[0033] The holding portion 22 extends upward from the protruding end portion 21a of the receiving portion 21 and holds the linear member W wound around the column member P by covering it from the front side. The holding portion 22 extends upward in the vertical direction from the protruding end portion 21a of the receiving portion 21, but is not limited to this as long as it can hold the linear member W together with the receiving portion 21 in a shape.

[0034] The engaging portion 30 is provided on the hanging portion 20 and engages with a first engaged portion P1a provided on the first side surface P1 of the column member P. The engaging portion 30 is long in the vertical direction and extends downward in the vertical direction from the base end portion 21b of the receiving portion 21. Note that the engaging portion 30 may be provided on the base portion 10. The engaging portion 30 has a pair of engaging pieces 31 that are respectively inserted into a pair of through holes Pb of the first engaged portion P1a. The lower end portion of the engaging piece 31 has a tapered shape and is shaped to be easily inserted into the through hole Pb. When the pair of engaging pieces 31 are respectively arranged on the first engaged portion P1a so as to insert into the through holes Pb, the lower surface of the receiving portion 21 abuts against the upper end portion of the first engaged portion P1a, and the first erection adjusting jig 1A is attached to the column member P.

[0035] The first cover portion 40 bends and extends from one end portion in the width direction of the base portion 10 and covers the first corner portion C1 of the column member P. Specifically, as shown in FIG. 7, the first cover portion 40 bends from the right end portion 13a of the first support portion 13 and extends so as to be inclined rearward to the right. In other words, the first cover portion 40 bends and extends from the right end portion 13a of the first support portion 13 so as to be separated from the second side surface P2. Since the first cover portion 40 is inclined so as to spread, the first erection adjusting jig 1A is easily attached to the first side surface P1 of the column member P.

[0036] Further, the first cover portion 40 is provided so as to be notched from above and has a first cover space portion 41 (first space portion) that suppresses interference with other members. In other words, in the first cover portion 40, a first cover space portion 41 that suppresses interference with the base portion 10 of the second erection adjusting jig 1B is provided by being notched from above. Note that the first cover space portion 41 is formed so as to notch the first cover portion 40 from above, but it is not necessarily required to be formed by notching. It suffices as long as there is a space that can avoid interference with the second building-in repair jig 1B.

[0037] When the engaging portion 30 of the first building-in repair jig 1A is locked to the first engaged portion P1a and the engaging portion 30 of the second building-in repair jig 1B is locked to the second engaged portion P2a, the first cover portion 40 covers the second support portion 14 of the second building-in repair jig 1B from the right side. In other words, the first cover portion 40 of the first building-in repair jig 1A and the second support portion 14 of the second building-in repair jig 1B are arranged so as to overlap in the width direction (left-right direction).

[0038] In this way, by extending the first cover portion 40 away from the second side surface P2, it is possible to suppress the first cover portion 40 covering the first corner portion C1 from interfering with the second building-in repair jig 1B. Further, since the second base space portion 16 is formed in the second support portion 14, the first cover portion 40 of the first building-in repair jig 1A enters the second base space portion 16 of the second building-in repair jig 1B, thereby further suppressing the first cover portion 40 from interfering with the second building-in repair jig 1B.

[0039] Note that the first cover portion 40 extends so as to overlap the second support portion 14 of the second building-in repair jig 1B, but it may be formed short so as not to contact the left end portion 14a (fit into the second base space portion 16). Specifically, the first cover portion 40 may be configured to fit into the second base space portion 16 so as to be flush with the second support portion 14. In this case, the first cover portion 40 does not necessarily have to be formed so as to be away from the second side surface P2. Further, the first cover portion 40 starts to interfere with the second building-in repair jig 1B by inclining away from the second side surface P2, but it may be configured to be away from the second side surface P2 by forming it long so that the first cover portion 40 projects to the right of the width of the column member P. In this case, the second base space portion 16 does not necessarily have to be formed.

[0040] As shown in FIG. 6, the cover upper end 40a at the first extending end 40b in the extending direction of the first cover portion 40 is provided below the receiving portion 21. As shown in FIG. 3, when the first building-in jig 1A and the second building-in jig 1B are attached to the column member P, it is possible to prevent the first cover portion 40 of the first building-in jig 1A from interfering with the receiving portion 21 of the second building-in jig 1B.

[0041] The first cover space portion 41 is provided on the right side of the right end portion 11a of the first base main body portion 11 and above the cover upper end 40a of the first cover portion 40, and is a notch for avoiding interference with the second building-in jig 1B. When the engaging portion 30 of the first building-in jig 1A is locked to the first engaged portion P1a and the engaging portion 30 of the second building-in jig 1B is locked to the second engaged portion P2a, the second base main body portion 12 of the second building-in jig 1B enters the first cover space portion 41. In this way, the first cover space portion 41 can prevent the first building-in jig 1A from interfering with the second base main body portion 12 and the second cover portion 50 of the second building-in jig 1B.

[0042] The second cover portion 50 bends and extends from the other end portion in the width direction of the base portion 10 and covers the second corner portion C2 of the column member P. Specifically, as shown in FIG. 7, the second cover portion 50 bends from the left end portion 12a of the second base main body portion 12 and inclines rearward to the left. In other words, the second cover portion 50 bends and extends from the left end portion 12a of the second base main body portion 12 so as to be away from the third side surface P3. Since the second cover portion 50 is inclined so as to spread, the first building-in jig 1A is easily attached to the first side surface P1 of the column member P.

[0043] The second cover part 50 is provided so as to be notched from below and has a second cover space part 51 (second space part) that suppresses interference with other members. In other words, in the second cover part 50, the second cover space part 51 that suppresses interference with the third built-in adjustment jig 1C is provided by being notched from below. Further, in the second cover part 50, a cover notch part 52 that suppresses interference with the latching part 20 of the third built-in adjustment jig 1C is provided by being notched from below. Note that the second cover space part 51 and the cover notch part 52 are formed so as to notch the second cover part 50 from below, but it is not necessarily required to be formed by notching, and it is sufficient if there is a space that can avoid interference with other members.

[0044] When the engaging part 30 of the first built-in adjustment jig 1A is locked to the first engaged part P1a and the engaging part 30 of the third built-in adjustment jig 1C is locked to the third engaged part P3a, the first cover part 40 covers the first base main body part 11 of the third built-in adjustment jig 1C from the left side. In other words, the second cover part 50 of the first built-in adjustment jig 1A and the first base main body part 11 of the third built-in adjustment jig 1C are arranged so as to overlap in the width direction (left-right direction).

[0045] In this way, by extending the second cover part 50 so as to be away from the third side surface P3, it is possible to suppress the second cover part 50 that covers the second corner part C2 from interfering with the third built-in adjustment jig 1C. Further, since the first base space part 15 is formed in the first base main body part 11, the second cover part 50 of the first built-in adjustment jig 1A enters the first base space part 15 of the third built-in adjustment jig 1C, so that it is possible to further suppress the second cover part 50 from interfering with the third built-in adjustment jig 1C.

[0046] Note that although the second cover portion 50 extends so as to overlap with the first base main body portion 11 of the third building-in adjustment jig 1C, it may be formed shorter so as not to contact the right end portion 11a (and fit into the first base space portion 15). Specifically, the second cover portion 50 may be configured to have a shape that fits into the first base space portion 15 so as to be flush with the first base main body portion 11. In this case, the second cover portion 50 does not necessarily have to be formed so as to be away from the third side surface P3. Also, although the second cover portion 50 is inclined so as to be away from the third side surface P3 to avoid interference with the third building-in adjustment jig 1C, it may be configured to be away from the third side surface P3 by being formed long so that the second cover portion 50 projects to the left of the width of the column member P. In this case, the first base space portion 15 does not necessarily have to be formed.

[0047] As shown in FIG. 6, the second cover lower end 50b at the second extending end portion 50c in the extending direction of the second cover portion 50 is provided above the receiving portion 21. As shown in FIG. 3, when the first building-in adjustment jig 1A and the second building-in adjustment jig 1B are attached to the column member P, it is possible to suppress the second cover portion 50 of the second building-in adjustment jig 1B from interfering with the receiving portion 21 of the first building-in adjustment jig 1A.

[0048] The second cover space portion 51 is provided on the left side of the left end portion 14a of the second support portion 14 and below the first cover lower end 50a and the second cover lower end 50b of the second cover portion 50, and is a notch for avoiding interference with the third building-in adjustment jig 1C. When the engaging portion 30 of the first building-in adjustment jig 1A is locked to the first engaged portion P1a and the engaging portion 30 of the third building-in adjustment jig 1C is locked to the third engaged portion P3a, the first support portion 13 of the third building-in adjustment jig 1C enters the second cover space portion 51. In this way, the second cover space portion 51 can suppress the first support portion 13 and the first cover portion 40 of the first building-in adjustment jig 1A and the third building-in adjustment jig 1C from interfering with each other.

[0049] The cover notch 52 is provided above the second cover space 51 and below the lower end 50b of the second cover 50 of the second cover portion, and is a notch for avoiding interference with the engaging portion 20 of the third installation jig 1C. When the engaging portion 30 of the first installation jig 1A is locked to the first engaged portion P1a and the engaging portion 30 of the third installation jig 1C is locked to the third engaged portion P3a, the receiving portion 21 of the third installation jig 1C enters the cover notch 52. In this way, the cover notch 52 can prevent interference between the first installation jig 1A and the engaging portion 20 of the third installation jig 1C.

[0050] As shown in FIG. 3, the lower end 50a of the first cover and the lower end 50b of the second cover form a step. By forming the step, it is possible to increase the area covered by the column member P while suppressing interference with the engaging portion 20. However, it is not limited to this, and the lower end portion of the second cover portion 50 may not be provided with a step and may extend in the horizontal direction. At this time, the lower end portion of the second cover portion 50 is preferably provided above the engaging portion 20 of the third installation jig 1C. Note that although the second cover portion 50 extends so as to overlap the engaging portion 20 of the third installation jig 1C, it may be formed short so as not to contact the right end portion of the engaging portion 20. In this case, the lower end portion of the second cover portion 50 may be formed to be disposed below the receiving portion 21.

[0051] As shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, the first base space 15 and the first cover space 41 are formed continuously. Also, the second base space 16, the second cover space 51, and the cover notch 52 are formed continuously. In this way, by notching the upper part of one end of the first installation jig 1A and the lower part of the other end, interference with the second installation jig 1B and the third installation jig 1C can be suppressed when attached to the column member P. The notched portion is not limited to this, and for example, the lower part of the right end of the first installation jig 1A may be notched and the upper part of the left end may be notched to avoid interference.

[0052] As shown in FIGS. 3 and 8, at the first corner C1, the first cover portion 40 of the first erection jig 1A is arranged so as to suppress interference with the second erection jig 1B by the first cover space portion 41. At the second corner C2, the second cover portion 50 of the first erection jig 1A is arranged so as to suppress interference with the third erection jig 1C by the second cover space portion 51. Similarly, at the third corner C3, the first cover portion 40 of the second erection jig 1B is arranged so as to suppress interference with the fourth erection jig 1D by the first cover space portion 41. At the fourth corner C4, the second cover portion 50 of the third erection jig 1C is arranged so as to suppress interference with the fourth erection jig 1D by the second cover space portion 51.

[0053] Thus, at the first corner C1, a gap is formed such that the upper end of the cutout portion of the first erection jig 1A (the upper end portion 13b of the first support portion 13 and the cover upper end 40a of the first cover portion 40) and the lower end of the cutout portion of the second erection jig 1B (the lower end portion 14b of the second support portion 14, the first cover lower end 50a and the second cover lower end 50b of the second cover portion 50) are separated in the vertical direction. Therefore, the first erection jig 1A and the second erection jig 1B can be attached to the column member P so as to be staggered in the vertical direction. Also, at the second corner C2, a gap is formed such that the lower end of the cutout portion of the first erection jig 1A (the lower end portion 14b of the second support portion 14, the first cover lower end 50a and the second cover lower end 50b of the second cover portion 50) and the upper end of the cutout portion of the third erection jig 1C (the upper end portion 13b of the first support portion 13 and the cover upper end 40a of the first cover portion 40) are separated in the vertical direction. Therefore, the first erection jig 1A and the third erection jig 1C can be attached to the column member P so as to be staggered in the vertical direction.

[0054] With the above configuration, each of the building renovation jig units U can be attached to the column member P so as not to interfere with each other because the space portions are formed alternately in the vertical direction. In addition, since each of the first cover portions 40 and each of the second cover portions 50 are formed so as to be separated from each outer surface of the column member P, it is possible to further suppress the interference with each other. Furthermore, since space portions are respectively formed at both ends of each base portion 10, it is possible to further suppress the interference with each other.

[0055] In the above embodiment, the building renovation jig according to the present invention has been mainly described. However, the above embodiment is merely an example for facilitating the understanding of the present invention and does not limit the present invention. The present invention can be changed and improved without departing from its gist, and it goes without saying that equivalents of the present invention are included therein. In particular, what has been described in the above embodiment is merely an example and does not limit the present invention.
