[0012] 《Cosmetic Composition》 The cosmetic composition of the present invention (hereinafter, also simply referred to as "the composition of the present invention") is a cosmetic composition containing an oil-soluble chamomile extract and bacitracin is.

[0013] Bacitracin is one of the beauty ingredients that can be extracted from plants and is known as a component that can obtain the same effects as retinol. As a result of the intensive research by the present inventors, surprisingly, in the composition of the present invention, by using the oil-soluble chamomile extract and bacitracin in combination, compared with the composition when bacitracin is not used, the moistening property is improved and the stickiness is also improved.

[0014] 〈Oil-soluble Chamomile Extract〉 The composition of the present invention contains an oil-soluble chamomile extract. The oil-soluble chamomile extract may be blended as one of the oil-phase components in the composition of the present invention.

[0015] Chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla L.) is a plant of the Asteraceae family and can be roughly classified into two types: German and Roman.

[0016] The oil-soluble chamomile extract can be obtained by extracting chamomile flowers with an organic solvent or the like. Here, the organic solvent used for extraction is not particularly limited. For example, an organic solvent having a solubility parameter (SP value) in the range of 15 to 21 can be used. More specifically, the organic solvent for extraction may contain at least one selected from the group consisting of isopropyl myristate (SP value 17.0), neopentyl glycol dicaprate (SP value 17.7), liquid paraffin (SP value 16.4), and squalane (SP value 16.2). Further, the organic solvent for extraction may contain at least one selected from the group consisting of castor oil, persic oil, soybean oil, and sunflower oil. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the oil-soluble chamomile extract can be obtained by extracting chamomile flowers with squalane.

[0017] Note that the above SP value refers to a measure of the compatibility between substances and can be obtained from the Hansen solubility parameter (HSP).

[0018] The oil-soluble chamomile extract can be produced, for example, by pulverizing dried chamomile flowers and then adding an organic solvent for extraction to perform extraction. Here, the amount of the organic solvent for extraction to be added is not particularly limited. [0065] (Other optional components) In addition to the above-described components, the composition of the present invention can be blended with, for example, surfactant aids, powders, other aqueous components, antioxidants, alcohols, beauty components, lecithin, glycolipids, plant extracts, preservatives, fragrances, pH adjusters, pigments, etc. within a range that does not impair the effects of the present invention.

[0066] 《Cosmetics》 The present invention can provide a cosmetic containing the composition of the present invention. More specifically, the cosmetic of the present invention may be, for example, an oily cosmetic containing the composition of the present invention, and may be a water-in-oil type emulsified cosmetic or an oil-in-water type emulsified cosmetic containing the composition of the present invention. Further, since the composition of the present invention contains an oil-soluble chamomile extract and bacitracin, the present invention may also provide a whitening cosmetic containing the composition of the present invention.

[0067] In the present invention, the oily cosmetic refers to a cosmetic of an oil-phase single-phase system. The oily cosmetic contains an oil phase and substantially does not contain water that usually exists separately from the oil phase.

[0068] Further, in the present invention, the water-in-oil type emulsified cosmetic and the oil-in-water type emulsified cosmetic may each be emulsified using a surfactant, or may be a two-layer composition without using a surfactant. Here, the two-layer composition refers to a composition that can obtain an emulsified composition by shaking and / or mixing, and in which the oil-water interface is stably separated into two layers after a certain period of time.

[0069] Also, the cosmetic of the present invention can be manufactured according to a conventional method according to its type.

[0070] The dosage forms of the composition of the present invention and the cosmetic of the present invention are not particularly limited, and may each be, for example, solid, semi-solid, solid paste, stick, emulsion, liquid, gel, sherbet, cream, ointment, or paste form, etc.

Examples

[0071] Examples are given below to explain the present invention in more detail, but the present invention is not limited thereto. Hereinafter, unless otherwise specified, the compounding amounts in the table are shown in mass%.

[0072] 《Examples 1 to 4 and Comparative Examples 1 to 5》 Based on the formulations in Table 1, cosmetic compositions (water-in-oil type emulsified cosmetic compositions) of Examples 1 to 4 and Comparative Examples 1 to 5 were prepared.

[0073] For each of the prepared compositions, their usability (moisture, stickiness, and freshness) was evaluated based on the following method. The composition of Comparative Example 1 was used as a reference sample for evaluation. The obtained results are shown in Table 1.

[0074] 〈Evaluation of moisture〉 The usability when five professional panelists applied each composition to the skin was compared with the reference sample (Comparative Example 1), and evaluated in three levels: moist, equivalent moisture, and not moist. At this time, when more than half of the professional panelists judged that it was not moist compared to the reference sample (Comparative Example 1), it was marked as "-". Also, when more than half of the professional panelists judged that it was moist compared to the reference sample (Comparative Example 1), it was marked as "+". In addition, when more than half of the professional panelists judged that the moisture was equivalent compared to the reference sample (Comparative Example 1), or when there was no evaluation that reached more than half with a split evaluation, it was marked as "±". Furthermore, for this evaluation item, when all of the professional panelists judged that it was moist compared to the reference sample, it was marked as "++", and among those marked as "++", those judged by the general opinion of the five people to have an obviously stronger sense of moisture were marked as "+++".

[0075] 〈Evaluation of non-stickiness〉 The usability when five professional panelists applied each composition to the skin was compared with the reference sample (Comparative Example 1), and evaluated in three levels: sticky, equivalent stickiness, and not sticky. At this time, when more than half of the professional panelists judged that it was sticky compared to the reference sample (Comparative Example 1), it was marked as "-". Also, when more than half of the professional panelists judged that it was not sticky compared to the reference sample (Comparative Example 1), it was marked as "+". Furthermore, when more than half of the professional panelists judged that the stickiness was equivalent compared to the reference sample (Comparative Example 1), or when there was no evaluation that reached more than half with a split evaluation, it was marked as "±".

[0076] <Freshness> When the usability when five expert panelists applied each composition to the skin was compared with the reference sample, it was evaluated in three levels: not fresh, equal freshness, and fresh. At this time, when more than half of the expert panelists judged that it was not fresh compared to the reference sample (Comparative Example 1), it was marked as "-". Also, when more than half of the expert panelists judged that it was fresh compared to the reference sample (Comparative Example 1), it was marked as "+". Furthermore, when more than half of the expert panelists judged that the freshness was equal compared to the reference sample (Comparative Example 1), or when there was no evaluation that reached more than half due to a split evaluation, it was marked as "±".

Table 1

[0078] As is clear from the results in Table 1, the composition of Comparative Example 2 containing the oil-soluble chamomile extract was found to have a problem in usability in that it feels sticky compared to the composition of Comparative Example 1 that does not contain the oil-soluble chamomile extract.

[0079] Also, the composition of Comparative Example 4 containing bacteriol without the oil-soluble chamomile extract had a slightly improved moistness compared to the case of Comparative Example 1, but almost the same results were obtained in the usability evaluation in terms of non-stickiness and freshness.

[0080] Regarding the above results, it was found that the compositions of Examples 1 to 4 all had improved moistness compared to the case of Comparative Example 2, and moreover, the stickiness was also improved. In particular, it was found that the compositions of Examples 3 and 4 had further improved moistness.

[0081] Note that the results of Comparative Example 3 indicate that there is no problem in usability when the water-soluble chamomile extract is blended.

[0082] On the other hand, in Comparative Example 5 containing retinol similar to bactiol, the effects as in Examples 1 to 4 were not observed.
