Abstract
Description
Technical Field
[0001] The present invention relates to a building panel fixing device for attaching and fixing a panel to a support member installed on an installation target surface by using a fixing member. More specifically, a support member installed on an installation target surface with a hollow formed in the longitudinal direction by using a connecting portion connecting one ends of a pair of horizontal portions; one end of a fixing barrel plate partially inserted obliquely into the hollow through an opening which is the other end of the horizontal portion of the support member is provided with locking vanes vertically locked to the inner wall surfaces of the horizontal portions on both sides of the hollow through rotation, and a fixing member for fixing the panel by inserting and supporting panel grooves formed at both ends of the panel by using protruding panel fixing pieces at the other end of the fixing barrel plate exposed outside the support member; is provided. The locking vanes of the fixing member are locked to the inner wall surfaces of the horizontal portions on both sides of the hollow of the support member without separate fixing means, and the panel can be attached and fixed to the fixing member fixed in position on the support member. The present invention relates to a building panel fixing device that can increase the convenience of work and save the time and cost required for work.
Background Art
[0002] Generally, heat insulation of a building and decoration of an outer wall are achieved by attaching a panel such as a heat insulating material and / or an exterior finishing material to a wall body (wall surface) of a building, particularly an outer wall. As methods for attaching a panel to the outer wall of such a building, there are wet and dry construction methods. Considering environmental conditions such as temperature differences depending on seasons, the dry construction method of installing a panel through fixing means and fasteners on the outer wall is mainly used.
[0003] There are already many introductory materials regarding the attachment and installation of panels by such dry construction methods. As an example, in Korean Patent Publication No. 10-2010-0128473 (published on December 8, 2010; building exterior wall construction device) and Korean Registered Patent No. 10-0949709 (registered on March 19, 2010; building exterior wall exterior panel construction device that does not require on-site welding), a configuration is adopted in which a fixing member for coupling and installing a panel to a support member installed using fixing means on an exterior wall is fixed by bolts and nuts. In such a configuration, in order to install a panel on a support member fixed to an exterior wall, first, after completing the position fixing of the fixing member to the support member with bolts and nuts, the panel must be coupled and installed to the fixing member again. Therefore, the coupling process between the support member and the fixing member is an essential process. In such a case, if the installation interval of the panel does not match during the process of installing the panel on the fixing member after the coupling between the support member and the fixing member is completed, it is impossible to install the panel without separating the fixing member from the support member and reinstalling it. Thus, in the prior art, not only is the problem that the installation process of the support member and the fixing member is essential, but also the inconvenience caused by reinstallation when there is an error in installing the support member and the fixing member becomes apparent.

Summary of the Invention
Problems to be Solved by the Invention
[0005] An object of the present invention for improving the problems of the prior art is that although a fixing member for fixing a panel to a support member fixedly installed on an installation target surface is coupled and installed, even without separate fixing means when the fixing member is fixedly coupled to the support member, it can be temporarily and / or continuously fixed in position only by the corresponding structure of the support member and the fixing member, improving workability and saving working time and costs. The present invention provides a building panel fixing device for this purpose.
[0006] Another object of the present invention is that although the fixing means can be installed through the support member and the fixing member so that the fixing member can be more firmly fixed in position to the support member installed facing the installation target surface, even in such a case, the fixing means is configured not to interfere with the installation target surface, improving workability and saving working time and costs. The present invention provides a building panel fixing device for this purpose.
Means for Solving the Problems
[0007] The building panel fixing device of the present invention for achieving the above object includes a "⊂"-shaped support member having a hollow formed in the center in the longitudinal direction; a fixing member having a fixing barrel plate fixed in position by locking vanes that are inserted into the hollow of this support member and rotate and lock perpendicularly to the inner wall surfaces of the horizontal portions arranged on both sides of the hollow; and a panel provided with panel grooves at its ends for insertion and attachment to panel fixing pieces protruding from the ends of the fixing barrel plate on the side opposite to the locking vanes.
[0008] Preferably, the locking vanes are formed by splitting at one end of the fixing barrel plate and bent in a crossed form, and are configured such that the fixing force increases by expanding the locking range of the locking vanes with respect to the inner wall surfaces on both sides of the horizontal portion through bending in different directions.
[0009] Further, preferably, a connecting portion connecting a pair of horizontal portions is formed by a protruding end that protrudes toward the hollow so that a space is formed between a part of the connecting portion and the installation target surface along the longitudinal direction. An overlapping blade portion that overlaps the protruding end is formed to extend on the locking blade, and the fixing means is configured to fixedly couple the protruding end and the overlapping blade portion to the installation target surface without interference by using the space.
Advantages of the Invention
[0010] In the present invention, a fixing member fixedly installed on the support member is fixedly coupled to the support member by a locking blade formed at one end of the fixing barrel being inserted into the hollow of the support member and rotating and locking perpendicularly to the inner wall surfaces of the pair of horizontal portions, thereby fixing the position of the fixing member to the support member. Accordingly, there is an advantage in that the work convenience of fixedly installing the fixing member on the support member is improved, and in addition, the work time and cost are reduced, which is economical.
[0011] Further, in the present invention, fixing means can be used and coupled for a more firm fixing connection between the support member and the fixing member. Also in this case, the fixing means that penetrates and couples the support member and the fixing member can be easily applied without interference with the installation target surface by utilizing the space formed by the protruding end facing the hollow of the support member fixedly installed facing the installation target surface. Therefore, in addition to the improved work convenience, there is an advantage in that the work time and cost can be reduced.

Mode for Carrying Out the Invention
[0013] Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the attached drawings. However, since the attached drawings illustrate preferred embodiments of the present invention, the protection scope of the present invention is not limited by these embodiments. Also, for components that are necessarily required to implement the present invention but are introduced in the prior art or can be easily implemented by an ordinary technician from known techniques, specific descriptions will be omitted. In the description of the present invention, the horizontal and vertical directions are based on the ground.
[0014] As shown in FIGS. 1 to 11, the building panel fixing device of the present invention includes a support member 10 fixedly installed on the wall surface of the installation target surface W, a fixing member 20 having one end inserted and locked into the longitudinal hollow 11 of the support member 10, and a panel 30 having upper and lower edges inserted and fixed to the other end of the fixing member 20 exposed outside the support member 10.
[0015] The support member 10 is for attaching the panel 30 to the wall surface. As shown in FIGS. 1 to 5, preferably, it is fixed to the wall surface with an anchor bolt (or bolt) using bolt holes 16 formed in the middle part in the longitudinal direction, and a plurality of them are continuously arranged along the wall surface. Such a support member 10 is in a form in which one surface of the outer surface of a square steel pipe with a hollow 11 penetrating in the longitudinal direction is provided with a slit-shaped opening 14 along the longitudinal direction. A finishing member 1 that can prevent the penetration of moisture and outside air can be interposed between the upper and lower ends of the support members 10 continuously arranged on the installation target surface W. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the finishing member 1 may be provided with a finishing front and rear part connected to a finishing connecting part 1a covering the upper and lower end surfaces of the support member 10. The finishing front part 1b is formed so as to surround a part of the front surface among the ends of the support member 10, and the finishing rear part 1c is fixedly installed with bolts together with the support member 10.
[0016] More specifically, FIG. 7 is a cross-sectional view showing a cross-section perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the support member 10. Referring to this, on the cross-section, the support member 10 has a connecting part 13 facing the installation target surface W integrally connecting one ends of a pair of horizontal parts 12, and a slit-shaped opening 14 communicating with the central hollow 11 is formed on the surface facing the connecting part 13, and as a whole, it is in a "⊂" shape. Here, preferably, opening bending parts 15 are bent so as to face each other on both sides of the opening 14. That is, although the other ends of the horizontal parts 12 are bent toward the hollow 11 inside the support member 10, they are bent so as to face each other on a straight line of the opening 14 to reinforce the rigidity of the support member 10. Here, the opening bending part 15 performs a function of preventing the forward detachment or forward rotation of the fixing member 20 with respect to the support member 10 through corresponding connection with a plate groove part 24 described later.
[0017] In addition, as shown in FIGS. 7(B) to 7(E), the connecting portion 13 of the support member 10 can be formed in a straight line. And, as shown in FIG. 7(C), in a form superposed on the connecting portion 13, or as shown in FIG. 7(A), in a form in which the connecting portion 13 itself is bent, a part of the connecting portion 13 may be formed to protrude in a plate shape along the longitudinal direction toward the hollow 11 to form a protruding end 13a. In this way, a separation space 13b, which is a certain space, is formed inside the protruding end 13a that protrudes toward the hollow 11. Needless to say, the separation space 13b formed in this way is also formed with a certain space with respect to the wall surface of the installation target surface W.
[0018] The fixing member 20 is a configuration for fixedly coupling the panel 30 to the support member 10. For this purpose, as shown in FIGS. 8a to 8d, the fixing member 20 includes a locking blade 22 locked to the support member 10 provided at one end of the fixed body plate 21, and a panel fixing piece 23 to which the panel 30 is mounted and fixed is provided at the other end of such a fixed body plate 21.
[0019] As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, FIGS. 9 and 10, in the present invention, since the locking blade 22 of the fixing member 20 is inserted into the hollow 11 of the support member 10 and locked to the inner wall surfaces of the pair of horizontal portions 12, the fixing member 20 can be fixedly installed on the support member 10 without using a separate fixing means F. Along with this, workability and work convenience are improved, and work time and costs can be reduced to ensure economy.
[0020] The fixed body plate 21 is formed in a plate shape, and in a state where one end portion of the plate shape is inserted into the hollow 11 using the opening 14 of the support member 10, the other end portion of the plate shape is exposed to the outside through the opening 14 of the support member 10.
[0021] The locking blade 22 is formed at one end of the fixed barrel plate 21 and is configured to be inserted into the hollow 11 through the opening 14 of the support member 10 and locked to the inner wall surfaces of the pair of horizontal portions 12. For this purpose, the locking blade 22 is longer than the length in the width direction of the opening 14, but is formed to have a length close to the length between the inner wall surfaces on both sides of the horizontal portion 12. That is, as shown in FIGS. 6(A) and 11(A), if the fixing member 20 is tilted and disposed in an inclined state so that the locking blade 22 can pass through the length in the width direction of the opening 14, although its length is shorter than the width of the opening 14, as shown in FIGS. 6(B) and 11(B), when it passes through the opening 14 and is horizontally restored after being inserted into the hollow 11, it is formed to be locked to the inner wall surfaces on both sides of the horizontal portion 12.
[0022] One end of the fixed barrel plate 21, which is plate-shaped, remains plate-shaped as it is, and the locking blade 22 can be locked to the inner wall surfaces on both sides of the horizontal portion 12 provided on the hollow 11 through the opening 14 of the support member 10. However, if the locking blade 22 is formed in the form of a plate in the direction in which one end of the fixed barrel plate 21 is continuous as described above, the locking blade 22 has to form the locking range with the inner wall surfaces on both sides of the horizontal portion 12 in a relatively small section. Considering such a point, preferably, in the present invention, one end of the fixed barrel plate 21 is bent to form the locking blade 22 so that the fixing force of the fixing member 20 with respect to the support member 10 is increased. Preferably, the locking blade 22 formed by bending one end of the fixed barrel plate 21 is bent so as to have the same directionality as the longitudinal direction of the inner wall surfaces on both sides of the horizontal portion 12 formed in the hollow 11. Through such a structural shape, the locking range between the locking blade 22 and the inner wall surfaces on both sides of the horizontal portion 12 is expanded in the longitudinal direction. And through this, the fixing and supporting force between the support member 10 and the fixing member 20 is improved.
[0023] In the above, the locking blade 22 formed by bending one end of the fixed barrel plate 21 can be integrally bent in one direction with the entire one end of the fixed barrel plate 21. However, when considering that the locking blade 22 in the present invention is configured to ensure the locking force between the support member 10 and the fixing member 20, the locking blade 22 is arranged in the longitudinal direction so as to be aligned with the connecting portion 13 of the support member 10 on both vertical sides at one end of the fixed barrel plate 21, and the locking range with respect to the inner wall surfaces on both sides of the horizontal portion 12 is expanded so that the fixing force is increased.
[0024] More specifically, as shown in FIGS. 8a and 8b, after forming one end of the fixed barrel plate 21 in two parts, the two sides formed by the division are bent in a direction intersecting each other to form the locking blade 22 in the vertical direction. When the locking blade 22 is divided and bent in different directions in this way, the contact length along the longitudinal direction between the outer end of the side surface of the locking blade 22 and the inner wall surfaces on both sides of the horizontal portion 12 in the hollow 11 becomes longer. Through this, the fixing force due to the locking between the support member 10 and the fixing member 20 can be improved. Also, as shown in FIGS. 8c and 8d, the plate is cut and bent so that flanges are formed on both sides in the form of a plate to form the fixed barrel plate 21. Then, the locking blade 22 is arranged so as to intersect the fixed barrel plate 21 in the vertical direction. Through this, although the form is different from that of FIGS. 8a and 8b, the fixing member 20 having the same operating effect with the same configuration is formed.
[0025] The support member 10 and the fixing member 20 of the present invention can have various forms as shown in FIGS. 7 and 8a to 8d, and can be applied and used as needed. Among these, FIG. 6 shows a configuration in which the support member 10 of FIG. 7(A) and the fixing member 20 of FIG. 8a are combined, and FIG. 11 shows a configuration in which the support member 10 of FIG. 7(E) and the fixing member 20 of FIG. 8c are combined. Referring to this, the locking blades 22 formed by horizontal splitting (FIG. 6) or vertical extension (FIG. 11), as described above, when inserted into the hollow 11 in an arrangement shorter than the width of the opening 14 during inclined insertion, are formed to be locked to the inner wall surfaces on both sides of the horizontal portion 12 by horizontal recovery. That is, as shown in FIG. 6, the length of the locking blades 22 between the ends of the bending directions of the individual locking blades 22 bent in different directions from each other is arranged to be shorter than the width of the opening 14 during the inclined arrangement. By using such an inclined arrangement, as shown in FIG. 6(A), one end of the fixing member 20 can be inserted into the hollow 11 of the support member 10 through the opening 14. And, as shown in FIG. 11, the length between the upper and lower ends of the locking blades 22 formed to extend in the vertical direction is arranged to be shorter than the width of the opening 14 during the inclined arrangement. By using such an inclined arrangement, as shown in FIG. 11(A), one end of the fixing member 20 can be inserted into the hollow 11 of the support member 10 through the opening 14.
[0026] Also, as shown in FIGS. 6(A) and 11(A), the locking blades 22 inserted into the hollow 11 by using the inclined arrangement shorter than the width of the opening 14 of the support member 10 are locked to the inner wall surfaces on both sides of the horizontal portion 12 on the hollow 11 through horizontal rotation, as shown in FIGS. 6(B) and 11(B).
[0027] When the locking blades 22 rotate horizontally as described above, a rotation guide portion 25 with a corner cut can be formed at one of the two pairs of opposing angles in the diagonal direction of the locking blades 22 formed in the longitudinal direction of the support member 10. By using the rotation guide portion 25, after the locking blades 22 are inserted into the hollow 11 in an inclined manner, during horizontal recovery through rotation, the rotation guide portion 25 enables the locking blades 22 to rotate without interference with the inner wall surfaces on both sides of the horizontal portion 12.
[0028] In addition, through the horizontal rotation utilizing the characteristics of the locking blade 22 as described above and the locking of both horizontal ends of the locking blade 22 to the inner wall surfaces on both sides of the horizontal part 12 on the hollow 11, the fixing member 20 can be fixed at a specific position of the support member 10. In this process, the fixing member 20 can be fixed in position on the support member 10 only by locking without separate means. Therefore, in the present invention, the fixing member 20 can be fixed to the support member 10 without special means, so that the installation work of the panel 30 can proceed immediately without an intermediate stage to the panel fixing piece 23 provided at the other end of the fixing barrel plate 21. This means an improvement in work convenience and workability.
[0029] Further, in the present invention, an overlapping blade part 22a may be formed on the locking blade 22 formed as described above. The overlapping blade part 22a is configured such that a part of the locking blade 22 overlaps with a protruding end 13a that forms a plate-shaped protrusion toward the hollow 11 along the longitudinal direction of the connecting part 13 of the support member 10 and forms a spaced space 13b from the installation target surface W. If the overlapping blade part 22a formed in this way is fastened using a fixing screw as the fixing means F, a more reliable fixing force between the support member 10 and the fixing member 20 can be ensured. At this time, a blade elongated hole 22b having a longitudinal direction in the direction of the bent extension is formed through the overlapping blade part 22a so that the fastening of the fixing screw of the fixing means F is easy, and fastening holes 17 are formed at predetermined intervals along the longitudinal direction of the support member 10, thereby improving workability so that the initial position fixing using the fixing means F is easy.
[0030] The connection of the fixing means F will be described in more detail with reference to FIG. 3. In the present invention, the fixing screw of the fixing means F for fixing the protruding end 13a formed at the connecting portion 13 of the support member 10 and the overlapping blade portion 22a of the fixing member 20 is installed without interfering with the installation target surface W. In other words, the protruding end 13a formed at the connecting portion 13 of the support member 10 protrudes toward the hollow 11 so that a separation space 13b, which is a space vacant from the installation target surface W along the longitudinal direction, is formed. Then, a part of the locking blades 22 locked to the inner wall surfaces of the horizontal portions 12 on both sides on the hollow 11 is formed as an overlapping blade portion 22a that overlaps the protruding end 13a. For a more stable connection between the protruding end 13a and the overlapping blade portion 22a, the fixing screw of the fixing means F is fastened using the blade elongated hole 22b formed in the overlapping blade portion 22a. The fastening holes 17 are formed in the support member 10 at predetermined intervals along the longitudinal direction so that the fastening of the fixing means F is easy. The fastening holes 17 are formed corresponding to the size of the panel 30.
[0031] Using the above configuration, the fixing screw of the fixing means F penetrates through the overlapping blade portion 22a, the protruding end 13a, and the fastening hole 17 to connect them, and its end is disposed on the separation space 13b. Thus, if there is no separation space 13b behind the protruding end 13a, the fixing means F must penetrate through the protruding end 13a, the overlapping blade portion 22a, and the fastening hole 17 to connect them, and then a certain part must be inserted and connected to the installation target surface W, which is the wall surface. However, in the present invention, since the protruding end 13a has the separation space 13b behind it, the fixing means F can fixedly connect the protruding end 13a and the overlapping blade portion 22a without interfering with the installation target surface W by using the separation space 13b, so that the support member 10 and the fixing member 20 can be firmly position-fixed.
[0032] The panel fixing piece 23 is formed to protrude from the other end of the fixing barrel plate 21. The panel fixing piece 23 is integrally formed at the other end of the fixing barrel plate 21 that is exposed to the outside through the opening 14 of the support member 10.
[0033] Preferably, the panel fixing piece 23 is formed to protrude with respect to the fixed barrel plate 21 through bending of the other end of the fixed barrel plate 21. The panel fixing piece 23 formed by bending the other end of the fixed barrel plate 21 in this way can be formed by integrally bending the entire other end of the fixed barrel plate 21 in one direction. However, in order to be able to fixedly support all of the panels 30 arranged above and below the fixing member 20 with groove-shaped panel grooves 31 at the upper and lower ends (see FIG. 1), after dividing the other end of the fixed barrel plate 21 into two parts (see FIGS. 8a to 8d), the two sides formed by the division are bent in a direction intersecting each other to form the panel fixing piece 23. By using the panel fixing pieces 23 formed in both directions, the panel grooves 31 at the upper and lower ends of the adjacent panels 30 can be fixed respectively. Since the panel grooves 31 at the upper and lower ends are respectively inserted and fixed to the panel fixing pieces 23 arranged at the upper and lower ends of one panel 30, the panel 30 can maintain a stable connection state without detaching from the fixing member 20. Also, as shown in FIG. 8b, the panel fixing piece 23 may be configured such that the lengths of the two divided ends are different. By using the different lengths of the panel fixing pieces 23, the installation surfaces of the panels 30 with different thicknesses can be configured to be the same surface.
[0034] In addition, the fixed barrel plate 21 of the fixing member 20 may be provided with plate groove portions 24 corresponding to the opening bending portions 15 bent on both sides of the opening portion 14 of the support member 10. The plate groove portions 24 are formed in a groove shape so that the opening bending portions 15 can be inserted into both sides of the plate-shaped body of the fixed barrel plate 21. Here, after the locking blade 22 of the fixed barrel plate 21 is inserted into the hollow 11 through the opening portion 14 of the support member 10 by inclined entry using the inclination of the fixing member 20, and during the horizontal recovery through rotation, when it is locked to the inner wall surfaces on both sides of the horizontal portion 12, the plate groove portions 24 are also inserted and coupled to the opening bending portions 15.
[0035] By using the coupling configuration of the opening bending portion 15 and the plate groove portion 24 coupled as described above, it is possible to prevent the fixed barrel plate 21 from moving in the direction of the opening 14 in the hollow 11, that is, to prevent the forward detachment and forward rotation of the fixing member 20. In other words, when the locking blade 22 is locked to the inner wall surfaces on both sides of the horizontal portion 12 in the hollow 11 to form the panel 30, as shown in the enlarged view of FIG. 2, the load of the panel 30 is concentrated on the other end of the fixed barrel plate 21 provided with the panel fixing piece 23 to which the panel 30 is coupled. In this case, the fixed barrel plate 21 may be pushed or rotated to the outside of the support member 10 by the load of the panel 30 concentrated on the other end. However, in the present invention, the fixing member 20 is supported by inserting and coupling the plate groove portion 24 formed in the fixed barrel plate 21 of the fixing member 20 into the opening bending portions 15 provided on both sides of the opening 14 of the support member 10 at the front, and the overlapping blade portion 22a of the locking blade 22 is configured to be in contact support with the protruding end 13a at the rear, thereby preventing the forward detachment or forward rotation of the fixing member 20 with respect to the support member 10.
[0036] In the above description, FIG. 1 has been described based on the configuration in which the fixing member 20 is disposed in the middle portion of the panel 30 and fixedly coupled to the support member 10 by fixing and coupling the panel 30 vertically. However, in addition to the configuration as shown in FIG. 1, the present invention can also be used as a configuration in which the fixing member 20 is disposed at both end portions of the panel 30 and fixedly coupled to the support member 10 by fixing and coupling the panel 30 vertically. Thus, it can be said that even if it is not the directly stated action in the present invention, the modified actions using the structural features of the present invention are included in the scope of rights of the present invention.

The fixing means used for the fixed connection between the protruding end and the overlapping fin root fixes the support member and the fixing member without interference with the installation target surface by utilizing the separation space, according to any one of claims 1, 2, or claim 4 of the building panel fixing device.
