[0015] <Summary> Hereinafter, the application system according to the present disclosure will be described. The application system according to the present disclosure is a system for receiving various applications from employees and the like and making decisions on approval / disapproval for the applications for business operators such as companies and individual business owners. Various applications carried out by companies and individual business owners are, for example, applications for expenses, purchases, transportation expenses due to business trips, etc., and are procedures carried out to seek approval from superiors in companies and the like. The application system according to the present disclosure is a computer system that supports the procedure for decision-making, which receives application data related to an application from an applicant such as an employee and receives approval data indicating that it has been approved from an approver who is a superior of the employee and the like. In addition, the application system according to the present disclosure is a system provided as a so-called SaaS (Software as a Service) as a Web service by, for example, a cloud server or the like.

[0016] By the way, as described above, chat tools have become widespread as tools for business communication, and there is a need to utilize chat tools in the procedures for various applications. For example, when making various applications, there may be communication such as prior consultation about the content of the application before actually carrying out the procedures for various applications, and communication using a chat tool is carried out at that time. However, after an agreement is obtained through communication, in a conventional application (decision-making) system, it is necessary to input the application content into the system again, which is troublesome for the applicant.

[0017] Therefore, when the application system according to the present disclosure receives a post to a communication tool that enables communication by text and image in a state where users are linked in advance like a chat tool, it determines whether it is application post data for making various applications, analyzes the application post data, generates application data corresponding to the content of the application, and outputs it.

[0018] In addition, when the application system according to the present disclosure receives a post to a communication tool, it determines whether it is approval post data for performing approval on application data, analyzes the approval post data, generates approval data corresponding to the content of the approval, and outputs it.

[0019] With the above configuration, it becomes possible to automatically generate application data for making various applications. This reduces the labor required for various applications and makes it possible to prevent mistakes that occur when creating application data again.

[0028] <1.1 Configuration of the terminal device 10> FIG. 2 is a block diagram showing the functional configuration of the terminal device 10 in FIG. 1. As shown in FIG. 2, the terminal device 10 includes a plurality of antennas (antenna 111, antenna 112), wireless communication units (first wireless communication unit 121, second wireless communication unit 122) corresponding to each antenna, an operation reception unit 130 (including a keyboard 131 and a mouse 132), an audio processing unit 140, a microphone 141, a speaker 142, a display 150, a storage unit 160, and a control unit 170. The terminal device 10 also has functions and configurations not particularly shown in FIG. 2 (for example, a battery for holding power, a power supply circuit for controlling the supply of power from the battery to each circuit, etc.). As shown in FIG. 2, each block included in the terminal device 10 is electrically connected by a bus or the like. The terminal device 10 shown in FIG. 2 is described as a tablet corresponding to a mobile communication system, a mobile terminal such as a smartphone, but may also be a desktop PC (Personal Computer) or a laptop PC.

[0029] The antenna 111 radiates the signal emitted by the terminal device 10 as a radio wave. Also, the antenna 111 receives a radio wave from space and gives the received signal to the first wireless communication unit 121.

[0030] Antenna 112 radiates the signal emitted by the terminal device 10 as radio waves. Also, antenna 112 receives radio waves from space and supplies the received signal to the second wireless communication unit 122.

[0031] The first wireless communication unit 121 performs modulation / demodulation processing and the like for transmitting and receiving signals via antenna 111 so that the terminal device 10 can communicate with other wireless devices. The second wireless communication unit 122 performs modulation / demodulation processing and the like for transmitting and receiving signals via antenna 112 so that the terminal device 10 can communicate with other wireless devices. The first wireless communication unit 121 and the second wireless communication unit 122 are communication modules including a tuner, an RSSI (Received Signal Strength Indicator) calculation circuit, a CRC (Cyclic Redundancy Check) calculation circuit, a high-frequency circuit, and the like. The first wireless communication unit 121 and the second wireless communication unit 122 perform modulation / demodulation and frequency conversion of the wireless signals transmitted and received by the terminal device 10, and supply the received signals to the control unit 170.

[0032] The operation reception unit 130 has a mechanism for receiving the input operations of the user. Specifically, the operation reception unit 130 includes a keyboard 131 and a mouse 132. Note that the operation reception unit 130 may be configured as a touch screen that detects the contact position of the user on the touch panel, for example, by using a capacitive touch panel.

[0033] The keyboard 131 receives the input operations of the user of the terminal device 10. The keyboard 131 is a device for inputting characters, and outputs the input character information to the control unit 170 as an input signal.

[0034] The mouse 132 receives the input operations of the user of the terminal device 10. The mouse 132 is a pointing device for selecting, etc., the display objects displayed on the display 150, and outputs the position information selected on the screen and the information indicating that the button is pressed to the control unit 170 as input signals.

[0035] The audio processing unit 140 demodulates the audio signal. The audio processing unit 140 modulates the signal given from the microphone 141 and gives the modulated signal to the control unit 170. Also, the audio processing unit 140 gives the audio signal to the speaker 142. The audio processing unit 140 is realized by, for example, a processor for audio processing. The microphone 141 receives an audio input and gives an audio signal corresponding to the audio input to the audio processing unit 140. The speaker 142 converts the audio signal given from the audio processing unit 140 into audio and outputs the audio to the outside of the terminal device 10.

[0036] The display 150 displays data such as images, videos, and texts according to the control of the control unit 170. The display 150 is realized by, for example, an LCD (Liquid Crystal Display) or an organic EL (Electro-Luminescence) display.

[0037] The storage unit 160 is composed of, for example, a memory 15 such as a flash memory and a storage unit 16, and stores data and programs used by the terminal device 10. In a certain aspect, the storage unit 160 stores user information 161.

[0038] The user information 161 is information of a user who uses the terminal device 10 to perform various applications and approval processes for the applications, which are functions of the application system 1. The user information includes information for identifying the user (user ID), information such as the name of the employee, and the like.

[0039] The control unit 170 is composed of, for example, a processor 19, reads the program stored in the storage unit 160, and executes the instructions included in the program to control the operation of the terminal device 10. The control unit 170 functions as an input operation reception unit 171, a transmission / reception unit 172, a notification control unit 173, and a data processing unit 174 by operating according to, for example, a program (not shown) that is stored in advance in the storage unit 160 of the terminal device 10 and installed.

[0040] The input operation reception unit 171 performs a process of receiving a user's input operation on an input device such as the keyboard 131.

[0041] The transmission / reception unit 172 performs a process for the terminal device 10 to transmit and receive data to and from an external device such as the server 20 according to a communication protocol.

[0042] The notification control unit 173 performs a process of presenting information to the user. The notification control unit 173 performs processes such as displaying a display image on the display 150 and outputting sound to the speaker 142.

[0043] The data processing unit 174 performs a process of performing an operation on the data received by the terminal device 10 according to a program and outputting the operation result to a memory or the like.

[0044] <1.2 Functional Configuration of Server 20> FIG. 3 is a block diagram showing the functional configuration of the server 20 in FIG. 1. As shown in FIG. 3, the server 20 exhibits functions as a communication unit 201, a storage unit 202, and a control unit 203.

[0045] The communication unit 201 performs a process for the server 20 to communicate with an external device.

[0046] The storage unit 202 is composed of, for example, a memory 25 and a storage 26, and stores data and programs used by the server 20. The storage unit 202 stores an application database 2021, a posting database 2022, an analysis model database 2023, and the like.

[0047] The application database 2021 is a database for holding items necessary for various applications, the contents of the items, and data acquisition sources from application posting data, which are under the management of the application system 1. Details will be described later.

[0048] The submission database 2022 is a database for holding application submission data for making various applications, which is under the management of the application system 1, and data by item obtained from the application submission data. Details will be described later.

[0049] The analysis model database 2023 is a database for holding model information for determining whether a submission to the communication tool is submission application data or approved submission data and for analyzing the content of the submission application data or approved submission data in the application system 1. As a specific example, the analysis model database 2023 may be a machine learning model that learns the content of a submission to the communication tool and the submission application data or approved submission data, and determines and outputs whether it is submission application data or approved submission data. This machine learning model may be, for example, a learning model by supervised machine learning using predetermined teacher data, a learning model by unsupervised machine learning, or a learning model using a deep neural network (DNN), which is a multi-layer neural network targeted for deep learning.

[0050] The control unit 203 exhibits the functions shown in the reception control module 2031, transmission control module 2032, submission data acquisition module 2033, submission data determination module 2034, submission data analysis module 2035, data output module 2036, and related data output module 2037 as various modules when the processor 29 of the server 20 performs processing according to a program.

[0051] The reception control module 2031 controls the process in which the server 20 receives a signal from an external device according to a communication protocol.

[0052] The transmission control module 2032 controls the process in which the server 20 transmits a signal to an external device according to a communication protocol.

[0053] The submission data acquisition module 2033 controls the process of acquiring submission data related to submissions to the communication tool, which is input by the user of the terminal device 10 through the operation of the user of the application system 1 for a predetermined application. At this time, the submissions acquired by the submission data acquisition module 2033 from the user are for a predetermined application to the application system 1. The predetermined application is, for example, an application for expenses, purchases, transportation expenses due to business trips, etc., and is made to the company to which the user belongs.

[0054] Here, the communication tool refers to a tool for communication between users in a pre-linked state by text and images. Specifically, it includes chat tools such as Slack, SNS (Social Networking Service) messages, SMS (Short Message Service) messages, etc. The submissions received by the submission data acquisition module 2033 include submissions input in text and submissions by images called stamps, etc. The images called stamps, etc. submitted to the communication tool are, for example, those that make the simple message content such as "I will check" and "OK" into small images, and are widely used in such communication tools in order to omit text input.

[0055] In addition, the submission data acquisition module 2033 acquires submission data related to submissions to the communication tool, which is input by the user of the terminal device 10 through the operation of the user of the application system 1 for a predetermined approval of the application. At this time, the submissions acquired by the submission data acquisition module 2033 are for a predetermined approval of the application to the application system 1. The predetermined approval is, for example, to notify the result of approval / disapproval for applications for expenses, purchases, transportation expenses due to business trips, etc. Also in this case, the submissions received by the submission data acquisition module 2033 from the user include submissions input in text and submissions by images called stamps, etc.

[0056] When the submission data acquisition module 2033 detects, for example, a predetermined submission to a communication tool, specifically, that a predetermined image (stamp) has been submitted or that a submission has been made to a predetermined destination, it acquires the above-described submission data.

[0057] The submission data acquisition module 2033 stores and memorizes the submission data resulting from the received submission, for example, in the submission database 2022.

[0058] The submission data determination module 2034 controls a process of determining whether submission data from a user of the application system 1 that makes an application to the application system 1 is application submission data for making the above-described application. At this time, the submission data determination module 2034 determines whether the text or image of the submission data is application submission data for making an application based on, for example, the model information stored in the analysis model database 2023.

[0059] In addition, the submission data determination module 2034 determines whether submission data from a user of the application system 1 that approves the application system 1 is approval submission data for approving the above-described application. At this time, the submission data determination module 2034 determines whether the text or image of the submission data is approval submission data for approving an application based on, for example, the model information stored in the analysis model database 2023.

[0060] When determining whether the submitted data is application submission data or approved submission data from the submitted data of text input, for example, the submission data determination module 2034 performs a linguistic analysis of the text of the submission data using text mining or other natural language processing techniques to determine whether it is submission content related to an application or approved submission data. Also, when determining whether the submitted data of an image such as a stamp is application submission data or approved submission data, for example, the submission data determination module 2034 performs feature extraction by image analysis processing and performs image analysis of the submission data to determine whether it is submission content related to an application or approval.

[0061] When the determination result of the submission data determination module 2034 is application submission data, the submission data analysis module 2035 controls the process of analyzing the application submission data to generate application data corresponding to the content of the application. At this time, the submission data analysis module 2035 generates application data corresponding to the content of the application from the text or image of the submission data based on, for example, the model information stored in the analysis model database 2023. Also, the submission data analysis module 2035 generates application data corresponding to the content of the application based on, for example, the items required for the application, the content of the items, and the data from the data acquisition destination from the application submission data stored in the application database 2021.

[0062] Also, when the determination result of the submission data determination module 2034 is approved submission data, the submission data analysis module 2035 controls the process of analyzing the approved submission data to generate approval data corresponding to the content of the approval. At this time, the submission data analysis module 2035 generates approval data corresponding to the content of the application from the text or image of the submission data based on, for example, the model information stored in the analysis model database 2023.

[0063] In addition, when the determination result of the submission data determination module 2034 is application submission data and predetermined conditions are set for the content of the application, the submission data analysis module 2035 controls the process of generating corresponding approval data. That is, when a setting is made indicating that the application from the user may be automatically approved, the submission data analysis module 2035 may automatically generate approval data. Such a configuration is useful, for example, in the case of a purchase application below a predetermined amount or when approval by an approver is not required.

[0064] Furthermore, when the data (items) for generating application data are insufficient based only on the content of the application submission data, the submission data analysis module 2035 may supplement data other than the application submission data to generate application data. For example, in the case of an application for transportation expenses, the actual transportation expenses may be obtained through a web service such as route search.

[0065] Also, the submission data analysis module 2035 analyzes the submission data by the user making the application and the submission data by the user performing the approval, determines the relationship between the user making the application and the user performing the approval, and may generate approval data based on the relationship between the user making the application and the user performing the approval. For example, the submission data analysis module 2035 performs linguistic analysis on the submission data by the user making the application and the submission data by the user performing the approval, and analyzes that the user making the application is in a position such as being a subordinate of the user performing the approval. Also, the submission data analysis module 2035 analyzes, for example, the destination (destination information) of the submission data by the user making the application. Based on such analysis results, the submission data analysis module 2035 may generate approval data.

[0066] When the submission data analysis module 2035 analyzes, for example, application submission data of text input to generate application data, or analyzes approval submission data of text input to generate approval data, it performs linguistic analysis of the text of the application submission data or approval submission data using text mining or the like, which is a natural language processing technique, to generate application data or approval data. Also, when the submission data analysis module 2035 analyzes, for example, application submission data of an image such as a stamp to generate application data, or analyzes approval submission data of an image to generate approval data, it performs feature extraction or the like by image analysis processing, and performs image analysis of the application submission data or approval submission data to generate application data or approval data.

[0067] The data output module 2036 controls the process of outputting the application data generated by the submission data analysis module 2035. The data output module 2036 outputs, for example, the application data to a predetermined database (not shown) and stores it in a pending approval state. Also, the data output module 2036 transmits, for example, the application data to the terminal device 10 of a user who performs a predetermined approval for the application, and presents it to the user for approval by displaying it on the display 150.

[0068] Also, the data output module 2036 controls the process of outputting the approval data generated by the submission data analysis module 2035. The data output module 2036 outputs, for example, the approval data to a predetermined database (not shown) and stores it in an approved state so that it can be recognized that the application has passed. Also, the data output module 2036 transmits, for example, the approval data to the terminal device 10 of the user who submitted the application, and presents it to the user by displaying it on the display 150.

[0069] When the data output module 2036 outputs the approval data, the related data output module 2037 controls the process of outputting related information corresponding to the content of the approval together with the approval data. The related information output by the related data output module 2037 is, for example, when the content of the approval is a purchase application, a web page where the product related to the purchase can be purchased, etc.

[0070] <2 Data Structure> FIG. 4 is a diagram showing an example of the data structure of the application database 2021 in FIG. 3. Further, FIG. 5 is a diagram showing an example of the data structure of the posting database 2022 in FIG. 3.

[0088] <3 Operations> Hereinafter, with reference to FIGS. 6 and 7, the application submission data reception process and the approved submission data reception process by the application system 1 in Embodiment 1 will be described.

[0089] FIG. 6 is a flowchart showing an example of the flow of performing the application submission data reception process by the application system 1.

[0090] In step S121, the submission data acquisition module 2033 of the server 20 acquires, via the communication unit 201, the submission data for the communication tool input by the user who makes a predetermined application and transmitted from the terminal device 10. When the submission data acquisition module 2033 detects, for example, a predetermined submission to the communication tool, specifically, that a predetermined image (stamp) has been submitted or that a submission has been made to a predetermined destination, it acquires the above submission data and performs the process of step S121.

[0091] In step S122, the submission data determination module 2034 of the server 20 determines whether the submission data from the user is application submission data for making various applications based on, for example, the model information stored in the analysis model database 2023. In step S122, for example, text analysis of the text of the submission data is performed using text mining or the like, which is a natural language processing technique, or image analysis of the image of the submission data is performed by feature extraction or the like by image analysis processing to determine whether it is application submission data for making various applications.

[0092] In step S123, when the determination result in step S122 is application submission data, the submission data analysis module 2035 of the server 20 analyzes the application submission data based on, for example, the model information stored in the analysis model database 2023 to generate application data corresponding to the content of the application. In step S123, when predetermined conditions are set for the content of the application related to the application submission data, corresponding approval data may be automatically generated.

[0093] In step S124, the data output module 2036 of the server 20 outputs the application data generated in step S123. In step S124, for example, the application data is output to a predetermined database and stored in a pending approval state. Also, in step S124, for example, the application data is transmitted to the terminal device 10 of the user who performs a predetermined approval for the application and presented to the user for approval by being displayed on the display 150.

[0094] As described above, in the application system 1, it is determined whether the submission data for the communication tool is application submission data for performing various applications. If so, the application submission data is analyzed to generate and output application data corresponding to the content of the application.

[0095] FIG. 7 is a flowchart showing an example of the process of receiving approval submission data by the application system 1.

[0096] In step S221, the submission data acquisition module 2033 of the server 20 acquires, via the communication unit 201, the submission data for the communication tool input by the user who performs a predetermined approval for the application and transmitted from the terminal device 10. When the submission data acquisition module 2033 detects, for example, a predetermined submission to the communication tool, specifically, that a predetermined image (stamp) has been submitted or that a submission has been made to a predetermined destination, the above submission data is acquired and the process of step S221 is performed.

[0097] In step S222, the submission data determination module 2034 of the server 20 determines whether the submission data from the user is approval submission data for approving various applications based on, for example, the model information stored in the analysis model database 2023. In step S222, for example, text analysis of the text of the submission data is performed using text mining or the like, which is a natural language processing technique, or image analysis of the image of the submission data is performed by performing feature extraction or the like by image analysis processing, to determine whether the submission data is approval submission data for approving various applications.

[0098] In step S223, when the determination result in step S222 is approval submission data, the submission data analysis module 2035 of the server 20 analyzes the approval submission data based on, for example, the model information stored in the analysis model database 2023, and generates approval data corresponding to the content of the approval.

[0099] In step S224, the data output module 2036 of the server 20 outputs the approval data generated in step S223. In step S224, for example, the approval data is output to a predetermined database and stored as an approved state. Also, in step S224, for example, the approval data is transmitted to the terminal device 10 of the user who made the application and presented to the user by being displayed on the display 150.

[0100] As described above, in the application system 1, it is determined whether the submission data for the communication tool is approval submission data for approving various applications, and if so, the approval submission data is analyzed to generate and output approval data corresponding to the content of the approval.

[0101] <4 Screen Examples> Hereinafter, with reference to FIGS. 8 and 9, screen examples submitted to the communication tool by the application system 1 and screen examples of the generated application data will be described.
