Abstract
To propose a working face observation system and a working face observation method that reduce a burden associated with observing the working face of a tunnel.SOLUTION: The present invention is a working face observation system 100 that includes: a three-dimensional scanner 2 that photographs a tunnel excavation surface F and a compass 6 and acquires point cloud data of the photographed excavation surface F and compass 6; and an arithmetic device 1 that is communicatively connected to the three-dimensional scanner 2.
