Abstract

To provide a robot which can efficiently radiate heat of a motor and a speed reducer.SOLUTION: A robot includes a first arm, a second arm, and a joint part which allows the first arm and the second arm to rotate around a rotation axis relative to each other and connects the first arm and the second arm with each other along the rotation axis with a space formed therebetween. The joint part has: a motor configured to output rotational force; and a planetary gear type speed reducer having a casing and configured to reduce a speed of a rotation speed of the motor. One of the first arm and the second arm has a heat radiation part which contacts with the motor and the casing to radiate heat.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
