machine technology. The invention includes a gear turning base, a dual-tool gear
assembly, a rotary table, a part clamping device, and a gear turning adjustment mechanism. The right half of the gear turning base has a rotary table with a support rod on it. An installation notch is provided on the upper inner half of the support rod, and a part clamping device is installed within the notch. The
left half of the gear turning base has a gear turning adjustment mechanism, on which a gear turning motor is mounted. The dual-tool gear
assembly includes a first tool, a second tool, and a locking threaded cylinder. This invention, by setting up the dual-tool gear
assembly, achieves the required
cutting depth through multiple cuts in a single operation. The part clamping device can be adapted to clamp the cylinder, making clamping and disassembly convenient and quick. This solves the problems of existing cylinder
cutting methods, such as the inability to
cut deep grooves in one operation, significant damage to the tool when
cutting deep grooves, and cumbersome cylinder clamping and disassembly at the cutting position.
