Abstract
Description
[Technical Field]
[0001] The present invention relates to a compartment penetration treatment structure and a compartment penetration treatment material formed in a partition of a building or the like. [Background technology]
[0002] In buildings such as apartment complexes, office buildings, and schools, compartment penetrations are often installed in partitions such as walls to allow the passage of long objects such as cables and pipes. Compartment penetrations are required to be constructed with fire prevention measures (fire-resistant construction) to prevent the spread of fire to other compartments in the event of a fire in one compartment. Partitions are generally hollow walls, consisting of two walls with a hollow space between them.
[0003] One known method for making compartment penetrations fireproof is to fill the gap between the long insert and the through hole with an unshaped filler such as fireproof putty. When an unshaped filler is used, a tubular member made of fireproof material may also be placed between the inside of the through hole in each wall and the insert (see, for example, Patent Documents 1 and 2). [Prior art documents] [Patent documents]
[0004] [Patent Document 1] Patent No. 6150933 [Patent Document 2] Patent No. 6348320 Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]
[0005] However, when unshaped filler is used for fireproofing of compartment penetrations, there is variation among workers, and sufficient fire resistance may not be achieved. Also, when installing fireproofing materials and their accessories within the structure, it is sometimes unclear to what extent they have been installed (quantity, thickness, length, etc.), or it is difficult to determine whether they have been installed according to regulations. Therefore, in order to confirm whether fireproofing materials have been installed according to regulations, it is necessary to destroy the compartment penetration structure and check the internal structure.
[0006] Additionally, to reduce variations among workers, there are kits that integrate predetermined quantities and sizes of components, but these tend to have a large number of components, which can easily lead to components being lost or forgotten to be installed, and there is also the problem of a lot of waste being generated because each kit is packaged separately.
[0007] Furthermore, in compartment penetration structures in which long inserts such as cables and piping are inserted, if the insert is moved after the compartment penetration structure is applied, the fire-resistant material installed inside may be displaced from its original position. External forces such as earthquakes may also cause the fire-resistant material to be displaced from its original position. Furthermore, if the fire-resistant material expands unevenly rather than uniformly, it may be displaced from its original position or fall off. Displacement of the fire-resistant material from its original position makes it difficult to achieve the fire-resistant performance desired for the compartment penetration fire-resistant structure.
[0008] Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a compartment penetration treatment structure and a compartment penetration treatment material that can reduce variations in fire resistance performance and improve fire resistance performance. [Means for solving the problem]

[Figure 16] FIG. 10 is a cross-sectional view showing a compartment penetration processing structure according to another embodiment of the present invention. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
[0012] The present invention will be described in more detail below using embodiments.
[0013] [First embodiment] The compartment penetration structure according to the first embodiment of the present invention is a compartment penetration structure, as shown in FIG. 1, which is formed in a partition 11 of a building and has a compartment penetration portion 15, through which a long penetrating body 21 is inserted, having a fire-resistant structure.
[0014] The partition 11 in the compartment penetration structure of the present invention is a component that separates compartments (first compartment A and second compartment B) in the wall surface of a building, and has a compartment penetration 15 that penetrates from one outer surface 11A of the partition 11 to the other outer surface 11B. The partition 11 shown in FIG. 1 is a hollow wall and is composed of two wall materials (partition materials) 12A and 12B arranged with a gap (hollow portion 13) between them. Therefore, the compartment penetration 15 is composed of a through hole 13A formed in one wall material 12A, a through hole 13B formed in the other wall material 12B, and the hollow portion 13 between them. The outer surface of one wall material 12A forms the outer surface 11A of the partition 11, and the outer surface of the other wall material 12B forms the outer surface 11B of the partition 11. The through holes 13A and 13B may be, for example, circular, elliptical, or similar shapes. The through holes 13A and 13B on the outer surfaces 11A and 11B respectively constitute openings 13C and 13D of the compartment through-hole 15 provided in the partition 11.
[0015] In this specification, the components (in this embodiment, tape-shaped components 6, sheet-shaped components 3, and fixing components for fixing these components, etc.) that are applied to the compartment penetration section 15 to form the compartment penetration processing structure 10 are sometimes collectively referred to as compartment penetration processing materials. In addition, the following describes the configuration of the compartment penetration processing structure on one opening 13C side of the partition section 11, but in this embodiment, the configuration of the compartment penetration processing structure on the other opening 13D side is similar, so the description thereof will be omitted.
[0016] The compartment penetration treatment structure 10 according to the first embodiment includes a tape-shaped member 6 and a sheet-shaped member 3 as a compartment penetration treatment material 1.
[0017] [Tape-shaped member] The tape-shaped member 6 is a member that blocks at least a portion of the gap between the opening of the compartment penetration portion 15 and the insert 21. As shown in FIG. 2 , the tape-shaped member 6 is installed so that at least a portion of it is present inside the partition portion 11, and is arranged from the exterior to the interior of the partition portion 11. In this embodiment, the tape-shaped member 6 is installed so that at least a portion of it is in contact with the outer periphery of the insert 21. From the viewpoint of maintaining the installed position well, it is preferable to install it by wrapping it around the outer periphery of the insert 21 one or more times. Here, in this embodiment, as long as the tape-shaped member 6 is positioned to block the opening 13C of the compartment penetration portion 15 and the gap 13E between the outer surface 11B of the partition portion 11 and the insert 21, another member may be present between the tape-shaped member 6 and the opening 13C. The tape-shaped member 6 may block a portion of the gap 13E, and another member may block the remainder of the gap 13E.
[0018] In this embodiment, the tape-shaped member 6 may have at least one layer selected from the group consisting of a base material, an adhesive layer, a cushion layer, and a fire-resistant layer. The tape-shaped member 6 is not particularly limited as long as it has a layer containing at least one of a fire-resistant material and a non-combustible material, and it is sufficient that at least one layer contains at least one of a fire-resistant material and a non-combustible material. However, non-combustible materials that preferably contain a fire-resistant material are those specified in the Building Standards Act and the Enforcement Order of the Building Standards Act. The thickness of the tape-shaped member 6 is not particularly limited, but is, for example, 0.1 to 10 mm, and preferably 0.5 to 5 mm.
[0019] The substrate used in the tape-shaped member 6 imparts rigidity to the tape-shaped member 6, improving the ease of handling of the tape-shaped member 6 and the ability to maintain its installed position. When the tape-shaped member 6 has a substrate and a fire-resistant material layer, the substrate can suppress expansion of the fire-resistant material layer and control the shape of the expanded fire-resistant material layer. Examples of the substrate include metal foils such as aluminum foil and copper foil, metal foil composites such as glass cloth and composites of metal foil and glass cloth such as aluminum-glass cloth, paper, cloth, and resin film. Among these, from the viewpoint of fire resistance, it is preferable that the substrate is made of a non-combustible material, and preferred specific examples include metal foil and metal foil composites. The thickness of the substrate is not particularly limited, but is, for example, 0.01 to 1 mm, and preferably 0.05 to 0.5 mm. When the thickness of the substrate is within the above range, the tape-shaped member 6 can be provided with appropriate flexibility and rigidity.
[0020] The adhesive layer used in the tape-shaped member 6, when arranged as the outermost layer, functions to adhere the tape-shaped member 6 itself to other members (such as the insert 21), and when arranged as an inner layer, it functions to bond adjacent layers to each other. The adhesive layer is preferably formed from an adhesive, and examples of the adhesive that can be used include acrylic adhesives, urethane adhesives, rubber adhesives, and silicone resin adhesives. The adhesive layer may be non-flammable, semi-non-flammable, or flame-retardant, and a flame retardant or the like may be blended into the adhesive used. The thickness of the adhesive layer is, for example, 5 to 400 μm, and preferably 10 to 150 μm. When the thickness of the adhesive layer is within the above range, it is possible to impart appropriate adhesiveness.
[0021] The cushion layer used in the tape-shaped member 6 imparts flexibility to the tape-shaped member 6 and improves its ability to conform to the irregularities of the member on which the tape-shaped member 6 is placed. The cushion layer is preferably a foam, and in particular a flame-retardant foam. Examples of foams include urethane foam, phenol foam, styrene foam, PVC foam, polyethylene foam, cross-linked polyethylene foam, polypropylene foam, and other polyolefin foams, as well as synthetic rubber, with urethane foam being preferred. Flame-retardant foams are those foams to which a flame retardant has been added. The thickness of the cushion layer is, for example, 0.01 to 20 mm, preferably 0.05 to 10 mm. When the thickness of the cushion layer is within the above range, it is possible to impart appropriate conformability.
[0022] The fire-resistant material layer used in the tape-shaped member 6 is a thermally expandable member that expands when heated. The thermally expandable member prevents the spread of fire by expanding in the event of a fire. The thermally expandable member is preferably formed from a thermally expandable resin composition, as described below. The thickness of the fire-resistant material layer is not particularly limited, but is, for example, 0.1 to 15 mm, and preferably 0.5 to 8 mm. When the fire-resistant material layer has a thickness equal to or less than these upper limit values, flexibility is imparted to the tape-shaped member 6. When the fire-resistant material layer has a thickness equal to or greater than the lower limit values, fire resistance is more easily ensured.
[0023] In this embodiment, the tape-shaped member 6 may be a single layer, but preferably a multi-layer structure. When the tape-shaped member 6 is a multi-layer structure, it is preferable that the tape-shaped member 6 has at least two layers selected from the group consisting of a base material, an adhesive layer, a cushioning layer, and a fire-resistant material layer. The tape-shaped member 6 having two layers provides multiple functions and can be adapted to fire-resistant structures for compartment penetrations under various conditions. Specifically, the tape-shaped member 6 has a base material and a fire-resistant material layer. When the tape-shaped member 6 is heated, the fire-resistant material layer is properly supported by the base material, allowing heat to be evenly distributed. This allows the fire-resistant material layer to expand approximately uniformly, resulting in good fire resistance. Furthermore, the approximately uniform expansion of the fire-resistant material layer of the tape-shaped member 6 allows the tape-shaped member 6 to maintain its proper position and not shift, thereby providing stable fire resistance.
[0024] The tape-shaped member 6 preferably has a configuration in which an adhesive fireproof material layer is formed as the outermost layer, or a configuration in which an adhesive layer is formed as the outermost layer. With the above configuration, the tape-shaped member 6 may be arranged in contact with the outer periphery of the insert 21 by the adhesive fireproof material layer or adhesive layer arranged on the inner side (i.e., on the insert 21 side). With the above configuration, the tape-shaped member 6 can be fixed to the insert 21 without using a fixing member separate from the tape-shaped member 6. Furthermore, by making the fireproof material layer itself adhesive, an adhesive layer is not required, thereby further simplifying the configuration of the tape-shaped member 6. When the tape-shaped member 6 has an adhesive fireproof material layer or adhesive layer formed as its outermost layer, a release sheet may be attached to the outermost layer. The release sheet is preferably peeled off from the outermost layer during use. The fire-resistant layer can be made adhesive by forming it from butyl rubber or the like.
[0025] When the tape-shaped member 6 has a cushion layer, it is preferable that the cushion layer be configured as the outermost layer on the side of the inserting body 21. This allows the tape-shaped member 6 to follow the circumference of the inserting body 21 with no or little gap. Furthermore, when the tape-shaped member 6 has a cushion layer and an adhesive layer, it is preferable that the cushion layer and the adhesive layer are arranged in this order, with the adhesive layer being the outermost layer on the side of the insert 21. With this configuration, the tape-shaped member 6 follows the irregularities on the outer periphery of the insert 21, improving the adhesion between the tape-shaped member 6 and the insert 21 and further improving the fire resistance. However, the cushion layer does not have to be provided as the outermost layer, and even in that case, the cushion layer can urge the tape-shaped member 6 against the insert 21 to ensure a certain degree of adhesion.
[0026] When the tape-shaped member 6 has a single layer structure, it is preferably a substrate or a fire-resistant material layer, and is preferably made of a fire-resistant material layer. When the tape-shaped member 6 has a multi-layer structure, it may have a two-layer structure, or a three-layer or more layer structure. Examples of two-layer structures include substrate / adhesive layer, substrate / cushion layer, substrate / fire-resistant material layer, fire-resistant material layer / substrate, fire-resistant material layer / adhesive layer, and fire-resistant material layer / cushion layer. Furthermore, the three-layer structure has an adhesive layer as the outermost layer, and examples thereof include structures such as substrate / cushion layer / adhesive layer, substrate / fireresistant material layer / adhesive layer, fireresistant material layer / substrate / adhesive layer, fireresistant material layer / cushion layer / adhesive layer, adhesive layer / substrate / adhesive layer, and adhesive layer / fireresistant material layer / adhesive layer. Furthermore, the three-layer structure has a cushion layer as the outermost layer, and examples thereof include structures such as fireresistant material layer / substrate / cushion layer and substrate / fireresistant material layer / cushion layer. Further examples thereof include laminated structures such as substrate / fireresistant material layer / substrate and fireresistant material layer / substrate / fireresistant material layer. Examples of structures with four or more layers include a three-layer structure further having an adhesive layer or cushion layer provided as the outermost layer. Representative examples include substrate / fireresistant material layer / substrate / adhesive layer, fireresistant material layer / substrate / fireresistant material layer / adhesive layer, substrate / fireresistant material layer / cushion layer / adhesive layer, fireresistant material layer / substrate / fireresistant material layer / adhesive layer, fireresistant material layer / substrate / cushion layer / adhesive layer, fireresistant material layer / substrate / cushion layer / adhesive layer, fireresistant material layer / substrate / adhesive layer / cushion ...adhesive layer / cushion layer, fireresistant material layer / substrate / adhesive layer / cushion layer, fireresistant material layer / substrate / adhesive layer / cushion layer, and substrate / adhesive layer / substrate. material / fireproof material layer / adhesive layer / cushion layer, substrate / substrate / fireproof material layer / substrate / adhesive layer / cushion layer, substrate / fireproof material layer / substrate / substrate / adhesive layer / cushion layer, substrate / fireproof material layer / substrate / adhesive layer / cushion layer, substrate / adhesive layer / substrate / fireproof material layer / substrate / adhesive layer / cushion layer, substrate / adhesive layer / substrate / fireproof material layer / substrate / adhesive layer / cushion layer, cushion layer / adhesive layer / substrate / fireproof material layer / substrate ..., cushion layer / adhesive layer / substrate / fireproof material layer / substrate Cushion layer / adhesive layer / fire-resistant material layer / substrate / adhesive layer / substrate, cushion layer / adhesive layer / substrate / adhesive layer / substrate / fire-resistant material layer, cushion layer / adhesive layer / substrate / substrate / fire-resistant material layer / substrate, cushion layer / adhesive layer / substrate / fire-resistant material layer / substrate / substrate, cushion layer / adhesive layer / substrate / fire-resistant material layer / substrate / adhesive layer / substrate, cushion layer / adhesive layer / substrate / adhesive layer / substrate / fire-resistant material layer / substrate, cushion layer / adhesive layer / substrate / fire-resistant material layer / substrate / adhesive layer / substrate, cushion layer / adhesive layer / substrate / fire-resistant material layer / substrate / adhesive layer / cushion layer ... / fireproof material layer / substrate / adhesive layer / cushion layer, cushion layer / adhesive layer / substrate / substrate / fireproof material layer / adhesive layer / cushion layer, cushion layer / adhesive layer / fireproof material layer / substrate / substrate / adhesive layer / cushion layer, cushion layer / adhesive layer / fireproof material layer / substrate / adhesive layer / substrate / adhesive layer / cushion layer, cushion layer / adhesive layer / substrate / adhesive layer / substrate / fireproof material layer / adhesive layer / cushion layer, cushion layer / adhesive layer / substrate / substrate / fireproof material layer / substrate ...fireproof material layer / substrate / adhesive layer / cushion layer,Examples include cushion layer / adhesive layer / substrate / fire-resistant material layer / substrate / adhesive layer / substrate / adhesive layer / cushion layer, cushion layer / adhesive layer / substrate / adhesive layer / substrate / fire-resistant material layer / substrate / adhesive layer / cushion layer, etc. In each of the above-mentioned laminated structures, the left side is the side opposite to the insert, and the right side is the insert side. Also, the outermost layer means the outermost layer on the insert side. In the tape-shaped member 6 having a multi-layer structure, adjacent layers may be bonded together using a known adhesive, and therefore, in each of the above-mentioned laminated structures, an adhesive layer may be provided between each layer as appropriate. Furthermore, in the tape-shaped member 6 having a multi-layer structure, the layers may be bonded together using an adhesive layer. Furthermore, the tape-shaped member 6 may have two or more consecutive layers of the same type laminated together, and two consecutive layers of the same type laminated together may be conveniently referred to as one layer in each of the above-mentioned laminated structures. For example, in each of the above-mentioned laminated structures, two consecutive layers of different compositions laminated together may be referred to as one fire-resistant layer. In the multi-layer structure, the tape-shaped member 6 may have the same layer structure throughout, or may have a partially different structure. For example, the layer structure between the base material and the fire-resistant material layer may be partially changed.
[0027] The tape-shaped member 6 can be fixed to the inserting body 21 by fixing members such as tackers and screws that are separate from the tape-shaped member 6. These fixing members are preferably inserted and installed from the outside of the tape-shaped member 6 (i.e., the side opposite to the inserting body 21). Of course, the tape-shaped member 6 may be fixed to the insert 21 by a combination of two or more of these fastening materials.
[0028] [Sheet-like member] The sheet-like member 3 is a member that closes at least a part of the gap between the opening of the compartment penetration part 15 and the inserting body 21. As shown in FIG. 1 , the sheet-like member 3 has slits 30 through which the inserting body 21 is inserted, and at least one of the slits 30 extends to the outer edge of the sheet-like member 3. The slits 30 are formed by cutting. The sheet-like member 3 allows the inserting body 21 to be inserted into the sheet-like member 3 through the slits 30 that extend to the outer edge. The sheet-like member 3 has segments 31 formed by incisions, one end of each segment 31 being a free end. Specifically, the sheet-like member 3 preferably has a plurality of segments 31 in which a plurality of slits 30 (four slits 30 in FIG. 1 ) formed by incisions intersect at a single point in the center of the sheet-like member 3, with the center of the sheet-like member 3 being a free end. With this configuration, when an inserter 21 having a tape-like member 6 attached to its outer periphery is inserted through the center of the sheet-like member 3, each segment 31 is easily positioned along the tape-like member 6 attached to the outer periphery of the inserter 21, making it possible to efficiently close the gap 13E inside the opening 13C of the compartment penetration portion 15. However, the slit 30 may have a form including a hole through which the inserting body 21 is inserted and the slit 30 extending from the hole to the outer edge of the sheet-like member 3 . The pieces 31 are arranged along the tape-shaped members 6 that are installed on the outer periphery of the inserts 21 that pass through the inside of the sheet-shaped member 3. With this configuration, the fire resistance of the sheet-shaped member 3 can be easily improved.
[0029] 2, the sheet-like member 3 is arranged on the outer surface 11A from the outside of the partition section 11, except for the segments 31. The sheet-like member 3 blocks at least a portion of the gap 13E between the opening 13C and the insert 21 with the segments 31 arranged along the tape-like member 6 attached to the outer periphery of the insert 21. However, the sheet-like member 3 may block at least a portion of the gap 13E between the opening 13C and the insert 21 with the segments 31 and portions other than the segments 31. The sheet-like member 3 is in contact with the outer surface 11A of the partition 11 at locations other than the segments 31. In this embodiment, the segments 31 are arranged so as to be in contact with the tape-like member 6 attached to the outer periphery of the insert 21. By arranging the sheet-like member 3 so that the segments 31 and the locations other than the segments 31 are in contact with both the tape-like member 6 attached to the outer periphery of the insert 21 and the partition 11, it is possible to improve fire resistance.
[0030] In this embodiment, the sheet-like member 3 may have at least one layer selected from the group consisting of a base material, an adhesive layer, a cushion layer, and a fire-resistant layer. The sheet-like member 3 is not particularly limited as long as it has a layer containing at least one of a fire-resistant material and a non-combustible material, but it is sufficient that at least one layer contains at least one of a fire-resistant material and a non-combustible material. The non-combustible material is defined in the Building Standards Act and the Enforcement Order of the Building Standards Act. The thickness of the sheet-like member 3 is not particularly limited, but is, for example, 0.1 to 20 mm, and preferably 0.5 to 10 mm. Furthermore, at least one of the tape-shaped member 6 and the sheet-shaped member 3 may have a layer containing at least one of a fire-resistant material and a non-combustible material, but from the viewpoint of ensuring fire resistance, it is preferable that at least one of the sheet-shaped member 3 and the tape-shaped member 6 has a fire-resistant material, and it is more preferable that both have a fire-resistant material layer.
[0031] The substrate used in the sheet-like member 3 imparts rigidity to the sheet-like member 3, improving the ease of handling of the sheet-like member 3 and the ability to maintain its installed position. When the sheet-like member 3 has a substrate and a fire-resistant material layer, the substrate can suppress expansion of the fire-resistant material layer and control the shape of the expanded fire-resistant material layer. Examples of the substrate include metal foils such as aluminum foil and copper foil, metal foil composites such as glass cloth and composites of metal foil and glass cloth such as aluminum-glass cloth, paper, cloth, and resin film. Among these, from the viewpoint of fire resistance, it is preferable that the substrate is made of a non-combustible material, and preferred specific examples include metal foils and metal foil composites. The thickness of the substrate is not particularly limited, but is, for example, 0.01 to 1 mm, and preferably 0.05 to 0.5 mm. When the thickness of the substrate is within the above range, the sheet-like member 3 can be provided with appropriate flexibility and rigidity.
[0032] The adhesive layer used in the sheet-like member 3, when arranged as the outermost layer, functions to adhere the sheet-like member 3 itself to other members (e.g., the tape-like member 6 or the outer surface 11A of the partition section 12), and when arranged as an inner layer, it functions to bond adjacent layers to each other.
[0033] The cushion layer used in the sheet-like member 3 imparts flexibility to the sheet-like member 3 and improves its ability to conform to the irregularities of the member on which the sheet-like member 3 is placed. The cushion layer is preferably a foam, and in particular a flame-retardant foam. Examples of foams include urethane foam, phenol foam, styrene foam, PVC foam, polyethylene foam, cross-linked polyethylene foam, polypropylene foam, and other polyolefin foams, and synthetic rubber, with urethane foam being preferred.
[0034] The fire-resistant material layer used in the sheet-shaped member 3 is a thermally expandable member that expands when heated. When the fire-resistant material layer has a thickness equal to or less than these upper limit values, flexibility is imparted to the sheet-shaped member 3. When the fire-resistant material layer has a thickness equal to or greater than the lower limit values, fire resistance is more easily ensured.
[0035] In this embodiment, the sheet-like member 3 may be a single layer, but preferably is a multi-layer structure. When the sheet-like member 3 is a multi-layer structure, it is preferable that the sheet-like member 3 has at least two layers selected from the group consisting of a base material, an adhesive layer, a cushioning layer, and a fire-resistant material layer. Having two layers provides the sheet-like member 3 with multiple functions, making it suitable for fire-resistant structures for compartment penetrations under various conditions. Specifically, the sheet-like member 3 has a base material and a fire-resistant material layer. When the sheet-like member 3 is heated, the fire-resistant material layer is properly supported by the base material, allowing heat to be evenly distributed. This allows the fire-resistant material layer to expand approximately uniformly, resulting in good fire resistance. Furthermore, the approximately uniform expansion of the fire-resistant material layer of the sheet-like member 3 allows the sheet-like member 3 to maintain its proper position and not shift, thereby providing stable fire resistance. Furthermore, when the sheet-shaped member 3 has multiple fire-resistant layers, the fire-resistant layer on the side of the expanded partition 11 is more likely to be embedded in the gap 13E, for example, preventing the sheet-shaped member 3 from separating from the partition 11 as it expands, making it less likely to shift from the appropriate installed position. On the other hand, the fire-resistant layer located away from the partition 11 expands evenly because heat is more easily distributed evenly, and the expansion residue can appropriately prevent the spread of fire.
[0036] The sheet-shaped member 3 is preferably configured to have an adhesive fireproof material layer as its outermost layer, or to have an adhesive layer as its outermost layer. With the above configuration, the sheet-shaped member 3 may be disposed in contact with the outer surface 11A of the partition 11 via an adhesive fireproof material layer or adhesive layer disposed on the inner side (i.e., the partition 11 side). With the above configuration, the sheet-shaped member 3 can be fixed to the partition 11 without using a fixing member separate from the sheet-shaped member 3. Furthermore, by imparting adhesiveness to the fireproof material layer itself, an adhesive layer is not required, thereby further simplifying the configuration of the sheet-shaped member 3. When the sheet-shaped member 3 has an adhesive fireproof material layer or adhesive layer as its outermost layer, a release sheet may be attached to the outermost layer. The release sheet is preferably peeled off from the outermost layer during use. The fire-resistant layer can be made adhesive by forming it from butyl rubber or the like.
[0037] When the sheet-like member 3 has a cushion layer, it is preferable that the cushion layer be configured as the outermost layer on the partition side. Also, when the sheet-like member 3 has a cushion layer and an adhesive layer, it is preferable that the cushion layer and the adhesive layer are arranged in this order, with the adhesive layer being configured as the outermost layer on the partition side. With this configuration, the sheet-like member 3 follows the unevenness of the partition 11, improving the adhesion between the sheet-like member 3 and the partition 11 and further improving fire resistance. However, the cushion layer does not have to be provided as the outermost layer, and even in that case, the cushion layer can urge the sheet-like member 3 against the partition portion to ensure a certain degree of adhesion.
[0038] When the sheet-like member 3 has a single layer structure, it is preferably a substrate or a fire-resistant material layer. When the sheet-like member 3 has a multi-layer structure, it may have a two-layer structure, or a three-layer or more layer structure. Examples of two-layer structures include substrate / adhesive layer, substrate / cushion layer, substrate / fire-resistant material layer, fire-resistant material layer / substrate, fire-resistant material layer / adhesive layer, and fire-resistant material layer / cushion layer. Furthermore, examples of three-layer structures having an adhesive layer as the outermost layer include structures such as substrate / cushion layer / adhesive layer, substrate / fireproof material layer / adhesive layer, fireproof material layer / substrate / adhesive layer, and fireproof material layer / cushion layer / adhesive layer. Examples of three-layer structures having a cushion layer as the outermost layer include structures such as fireproof material layer / substrate / cushion layer, substrate / fireproof material layer / cushion layer, and adhesive layer / fireproof material layer / cushion layer. Further examples include laminated structures such as substrate / fireproof material layer / substrate and fireproof material layer / substrate / fireproof material layer. Examples of structures with four or more layers include a three-layer structure further having an adhesive layer or cushion layer provided as the outermost layer. Representative examples include substrate / fireresistant material layer / substrate / adhesive layer, fireresistant material layer / substrate / fireresistant material layer / adhesive layer, substrate / fireresistant material layer / cushion layer / adhesive layer, fireresistant material layer / substrate / fireresistant material layer / adhesive layer, fireresistant material layer / substrate / cushion layer / adhesive layer, fireresistant material layer / substrate / cushion layer / adhesive layer, fireresistant material layer / substrate / adhesive layer / cushion ...adhesive layer / cushion layer, fireresistant material layer / substrate / adhesive layer / cushion layer, fireresistant material layer / substrate / adhesive layer / cushion layer, and substrate / adhesive layer / substrate. material / fireproof material layer / adhesive layer / cushion layer, substrate / substrate / fireproof material layer / substrate / adhesive layer / cushion layer, substrate / fireproof material layer / substrate / substrate / adhesive layer / cushion layer, substrate / fireproof material layer / substrate / adhesive layer / cushion layer, substrate / adhesive layer / substrate / fireproof material layer / substrate / adhesive layer / cushion layer, substrate / adhesive layer / substrate / fireproof material layer / substrate / adhesive layer / cushion layer, cushion layer / adhesive layer / substrate / fireproof material layer / substrate ..., cushion layer / adhesive layer / substrate / fireproof material layer / substrate Cushion layer / adhesive layer / fire-resistant material layer / substrate / adhesive layer / substrate, cushion layer / adhesive layer / substrate / adhesive layer / substrate / fire-resistant material layer, cushion layer / adhesive layer / substrate / substrate / fire-resistant material layer / substrate, cushion layer / adhesive layer / substrate / fire-resistant material layer / substrate / substrate, cushion layer / adhesive layer / substrate / fire-resistant material layer / substrate / adhesive layer / substrate, cushion layer / adhesive layer / substrate / adhesive layer / substrate / fire-resistant material layer / substrate, cushion layer / adhesive layer / substrate / fire-resistant material layer / substrate / adhesive layer / substrate, cushion layer / adhesive layer / substrate / fire-resistant material layer / substrate / adhesive layer / cushion layer ... / fireproof material layer / substrate / adhesive layer / cushion layer, cushion layer / adhesive layer / substrate / substrate / fireproof material layer / adhesive layer / cushion layer, cushion layer / adhesive layer / fireproof material layer / substrate / substrate / adhesive layer / cushion layer, cushion layer / adhesive layer / fireproof material layer / substrate / adhesive layer / substrate / adhesive layer / cushion layer, cushion layer / adhesive layer / substrate / adhesive layer / substrate / fireproof material layer / adhesive layer / cushion layer, cushion layer / adhesive layer / substrate / substrate / fireproof material layer / substrate ...fireproof material layer / substrate / adhesive layer / cushion layer,Examples include cushion layer / adhesive layer / substrate / fire-resistant material layer / substrate / adhesive layer / substrate / adhesive layer / cushion layer, cushion layer / adhesive layer / substrate / adhesive layer / substrate / fire-resistant material layer / substrate / adhesive layer / cushion layer, etc. In each of the above-described laminated structures, the left side is the side opposite the partition portion, and the right side is the partition portion side. Also, the outermost layer means the outermost layer on the partition portion side. In a sheet-like member 3 having a multi-layer structure, adjacent layers may be bonded together using a known adhesive, and therefore, in each of the above-mentioned laminated structures, an adhesive layer may be provided between each layer as appropriate. Furthermore, in a sheet-like member 3 having a multi-layer structure, the layers may be bonded together using an adhesive layer. Furthermore, the sheet-like member 3 may have two or more consecutive layers of the same type laminated together, and two consecutive layers of the same type may be conveniently referred to as one layer in each of the above-mentioned laminated structures. For example, in each of the above-mentioned laminated structures, two consecutive layers of different compositions may be referred to as one fire-resistant layer. In the multi-layer structure, the sheet-like member 3 may have the same layer structure throughout, or may have a partially different structure. For example, the layer structure between the base material and the fireproof material layer may be partially changed.
[0039] The sheet-like member 3 can be fixed to the outer surface 11A of the partition 11 by fixing members such as staplers and screws that are separate from the sheet-like member 3. These fixing members are preferably inserted and installed from the outside of the sheet-like member 3 (i.e., the side opposite the partition 11). Of course, the sheet-like member 3 may be fixed to the partition section 11 by a combination of two or more of these methods. The fixing member may fix the sheet-like member 3 to the partition section 11 at a location arranged on the outer surface 11A.
[0040] (Thermal Expandable Resin Composition) The thermally expandable resin composition used in the fire-resistant material layer and in the fire-resistant filler, sleeve, and other fire-resistant materials described below will be described in more detail below. The thermally expandable resin composition contains a resin component and a thermally expandable material. By forming the thermally expandable member from a thermally expandable resin composition containing a resin component, the sheet-shaped member 3 and the tape-shaped member 6 can be easily bent and deformed. Examples of thermally expandable materials include foaming agents that expand upon heating, thermally expandable layered inorganic materials such as vermiculite and thermally expandable graphite, with thermally expandable graphite being preferred. The use of thermally expandable graphite allows for appropriate expansion by the heat of a fire, and the mechanical strength of the expansion residue after expansion is excellent, making it easier to improve fire resistance. The thermally expandable material referred to here does not substantially expand upon molding, etc., as described below, and the thermally expandable resin composition maintains its thermal expandability in the fire-resistant material.
[0041] The expansion start temperature of the thermally expandable material is not particularly limited, but is preferably 150 to 350°C, more preferably 170 to 300°C, and even more preferably 180 to 280°C. By setting the temperature at or below these lower limits, the thermally expandable material is prevented from accidentally expanding due to heating other than that caused by a fire. Furthermore, by setting the temperature at or below the upper limits, the thermally expandable material is more likely to expand reliably due to heating caused by a fire. The expansion starting temperature of a thermally expandable material can be measured by heating a predetermined amount (e.g., 100 mg) of the material at a constant heating rate (e.g., 10°C / min) and measuring the temperature at which the normal force rises. Any measuring device can be used as long as it is capable of controlling the measurement temperature and measuring the normal stress, and a rheometer, for example, can be used. The expansion ratio of the thermally expandable member is preferably 3 times or more, and more preferably 10 times or more. The upper limit of the expansion ratio is not particularly limited, but is, for example, 70 times, and preferably 50 times. When multiple fireproof material layers with different expansion ratios are laminated on the sheet-like member, the expansion ratio may be selected within the above range. Furthermore, for example, the difference between the expansion ratio of the fireproof material layer farthest from the outer surface of the partition and the expansion ratio of the fireproof material layer closest to the outer surface of the partition is preferably 10 to 80 times, more preferably 20 to 70 times, and even more preferably 30 to 60 times. The expansion ratio can be calculated by supplying the thermally expandable member to an electric furnace, heating it at 600°C for 30 minutes, measuring the thickness of the test piece, and then calculating the thickness by dividing the thickness of the test piece after heating by the thickness of the test piece before heating.
[0042] The thermally expandable resin composition in which the thermally expandable material is thermally expandable graphite will be described in detail below. Examples of the resin component of the thermally expandable resin composition include thermoplastic resins, thermosetting resins, and elastomers. Examples of thermoplastic resins include polyvinyl chloride (PVC), chlorinated polyvinyl chloride resin (CPVC), fluororesin, polyphenylene ether, modified polyphenylene ether, polyphenylene sulfide, polycarbonate, polyetherimide, polyetheretherketone, polyarylate, polyamide, polyamideimide, polybutadiene, polyimide, acrylic resin, polyacetal, polyamide, polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), polyolefins such as ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA), polyesters such as ethylene-propylene-diene copolymer (EPDM), chloroprene (CR), polyethylene terephthalate, and polybutylene terephthalate, polycarbonate, polystyrene (PS), polyphenylene sulfide, acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer (ABS), acrylonitrile-styrene-acrylonitrile copolymer (ASA), and acrylonitrile / ethylene-propylene-diene / styrene copolymer (AES). Examples of the curable resin include epoxy resin, phenol resin, melamine resin, urea resin, unsaturated polyester resin, alkyd resin, polyurethane, and thermosetting polyimide.
[0043] Examples of elastomers include natural rubber, silicone rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber, isoprene rubber, butadiene rubber, chloroprene rubber, acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber, nitrile-butadiene rubber, butyl rubber, ethylene-propylene rubber, ethylene-propylene-diene rubber, urethane rubber, silicone rubber, and fluororubber. Other examples include thermoplastic elastomers such as olefin-based thermoplastic elastomers (TPO), styrene-based thermoplastic elastomers (TPS), ester-based thermoplastic elastomers, amide-based thermoplastic elastomers, and vinyl chloride-based thermoplastic elastomers. The resin component of the thermally expandable resin composition may be one type or a combination of two or more types.
[0044] Furthermore, the thermally expandable resin composition is more likely to have adhesiveness when an elastomer is used as a resin component. To facilitate the development of adhesiveness, the elastomer preferably contains a liquid elastomer. The liquid elastomer is an elastomer that is liquid at room temperature and normal pressure.
[0045] The thermally expandable resin composition may contain a plasticizer. A plasticizer is preferably used when the resin component is a thermoplastic resin such as polyvinyl chloride resin. Specific examples of the plasticizer include phthalate ester plasticizers such as di-2-ethylhexyl phthalate (DOP), dibutyl phthalate (DBP), diheptyl phthalate (DHP), and diisodecyl phthalate (DIDP); adipic acid esters such as di-2-ethylhexyl adipate (DOA), diisobutyl adipate (DIBA), and dibutyl adipate (DBA), and fatty acid ester plasticizers such as adipic acid polyester; epoxidized ester plasticizers such as epoxidized soybean oil; trimellitic acid ester plasticizers such as tri-2-ethylhexyl trimellitate (TO™) and triisononyl trimellitate (TINT™); phosphate ester plasticizers such as trimethyl phosphate (TMP) and triethyl phosphate (TEP); and process oils such as mineral oil. One or more plasticizers may be used. When the thermally expandable resin composition contains a plasticizer, the content of the plasticizer in the thermally expandable resin composition is, for example, in the range of 0.3 parts by mass to 150 parts by mass, and preferably in the range of 10 parts by mass to 100 parts by mass, relative to 100 parts by mass of the resin component. When the plasticizer content is equal to or greater than these lower limits, good moldability is likely to be achieved, and when it is equal to or less than these upper limits, the molded article is provided with appropriate strength.
[0046] The total content of the resin component and the plasticizer is preferably 10% by mass or more and 90% by mass or less, more preferably 25% by mass or more and 80% by mass or less, and even more preferably 40% by mass or more and 70% by mass or less, based on the total amount of the resin composition. By setting the content at or above these lower limits, the moldability of the thermally expandable member can be improved. In addition, flexibility is ensured, making it easy to bend and deform. In addition, by setting the content at or below the upper limits, it becomes possible to blend sufficient amounts of components such as thermally expandable graphite and inorganic filler. The total content of the resin component and the plasticizer means the total content of both the resin component and the plasticizer when both are contained, and means the content of the resin component alone when no plasticizer is contained.
[0047] Thermally expandable graphite is a conventionally known substance, and is produced by treating powder of natural flake graphite, pyrolytic graphite, kish graphite, or the like with an inorganic acid such as concentrated sulfuric acid, nitric acid, or selenic acid, and a strong oxidizing agent such as concentrated nitric acid, perchloric acid, perchlorates, permanganates, dichromates, or hydrogen peroxide to produce a graphite intercalation compound. The produced thermally expandable graphite is a crystalline compound that maintains the layered structure of carbon. The thermally expandable graphite used in the present invention may be thermally expandable graphite obtained by acid treatment and neutralizing it with ammonia, aliphatic lower amines, alkali metal compounds, alkaline earth metal compounds, or the like. Examples of the aliphatic lower amine include monomethylamine, dimethylamine, trimethylamine, ethylamine, propylamine, and butylamine. Examples of the alkali metal compounds and alkaline earth metal compounds include hydroxides, oxides, carbonates, sulfates, and organic acid salts of potassium, sodium, calcium, barium, magnesium, and the like.
[0048] The particle size of the thermally expandable graphite is not particularly limited, but is preferably in the range of 20 to 200 mesh. If the particle size is equal to or greater than the lower limit, the degree of expansion of the graphite tends to increase, resulting in good expandability. On the other hand, if the particle size is equal to or less than the upper limit, good dispersibility when kneaded with a resin is achieved, improving moldability.
[0049] The content of thermally expandable graphite in the thermally expandable resin composition is, for example, 3 parts by mass or more and 300 parts by mass or less, relative to 100 parts by mass of the resin component. When the content of thermally expandable graphite is 3 parts by mass or more, the thermal expandability is good. Furthermore, when the content is 300 parts by mass or less, the moldability is good, and the surface properties, mechanical properties, flexibility, etc. of the sealing member are also good. Furthermore, by selecting the content of thermally expandable graphite within the above range, the expansion ratio can be easily adjusted within a desired range. From these viewpoints, the content of thermally expandable graphite is preferably in the range of 10 parts by mass or more and 200 parts by mass or less, more preferably in the range of 15 parts by mass or more and 100 parts by mass or less.
[0050] The thermally expandable resin composition may further contain an inorganic filler. There are no particular limitations on the inorganic filler, as long as it is an inorganic filler that is generally used in thermally expandable resin compositions. Specific examples include silica, diatomaceous earth, alumina, zinc oxide, titanium oxide, calcium oxide, magnesium oxide, iron oxide, tin oxide, antimony oxide, ferrites, calcium hydroxide, magnesium hydroxide, aluminum hydroxide, basic magnesium carbonate, calcium carbonate, magnesium carbonate, zinc carbonate, barium carbonate, dawnnite, hydrotalcite, calcium sulfate, barium sulfate, gypsum fiber, calcium silicate, talc, clay, mycelium, montmorillonite, bentonite, activated clay, seviolite, imogolite, sericite, glass fiber, glass beads, silica balloon, aluminum nitride, aluminum phosphite, boron nitride, silicon nitride, carbon black, graphite, carbon fiber, carbon balloon, charcoal powder, various metal powders, potassium titanate, magnesium sulfate, lead zirconium titanate, aluminum borate, molybdenum sulfide, silicon carbide, stainless steel fiber, zinc borate, various magnetic powders, slag fiber, fly ash, and dewatered sludge. The inorganic filler may be used alone or in combination of two or more. When an inorganic filler is contained, the content of the inorganic filler in the thermally expandable resin composition is preferably in the range of 3 parts by mass or more and 200 parts by mass or less, and more preferably in the range of 10 parts by mass or more and 150 parts by mass or less, per 100 parts by mass of the resin component.
[0051] The thermally expandable resin composition may contain a known tackifier, which makes it easier to impart tackiness to the thermally expandable member. Furthermore, the thermally expandable resin composition used in the present invention may contain additives commonly used in thermally expandable resin compositions, such as heat stabilizers, lubricants, processing aids, antioxidants, antistatic agents, pigments, crosslinking agents, crosslinking accelerators, etc., as needed, within the range that does not impair the physical properties of the composition. Among these, it is preferable to use processing aids.
[0052] The thermally expandable member can be manufactured, for example, as follows: First, predetermined amounts of resin components, a thermally expandable material, and other additives, if necessary, are mixed in a mixer such as a kneading roll to obtain a thermally expandable resin composition. The thermally expandable resin composition may be diluted by adding a solvent as appropriate. The thermally expandable resin composition, diluted as necessary, is applied to a support such as a substrate or a release sheet, and then appropriately dried, cured, etc., to form a fire-resistant material layer (thermally expandable member) on one side of the support. Alternatively, the fire-resistant material layer may be formed on one side of the support by a known method such as extrusion molding. The fire-resistant material layer formed on the release sheet may be peeled from the release sheet to form a sheet-like member consisting of a single fire-resistant material layer. After peeling from the release sheet, the sheet-like member may be laminated on another layer to obtain a multilayered sheet-like member. Alternatively, the composition may be laminated on another layer while still laminated on the release sheet or another support.
[0053] [Construction method] The construction method of the compartment penetration structure 10 in this embodiment includes a step of placing the above-mentioned tape-shaped member 6 on the outer periphery of the insert 21 so as to block at least a portion of the gap 13E between the insert 21 and the opening 13C of the compartment penetration portion 15 provided in the partition 11. At this time, at least a portion of the tape-shaped member 6 is placed inside the partition 11. Then, a step of placing the above-mentioned sheet-shaped member 3 is performed so as to block at least a portion of the gap 13E between the insert 21 and the opening 13C of the compartment penetration portion 15 provided in the partition 11. At this time, at least a portion of the sheet-shaped member 3 is placed on the outer surface 11A of the partition 11. In this way, construction can be performed by arranging the tape-shaped member 6 so that at least a portion of it is present inside the partition, and placing at least a portion of the sheet-shaped member 3 on the outer surface 11A of the partition 11. Therefore, construction is easy.
[0054] According to the configuration of this embodiment described above, the gap 13E inside the opening 13C of the compartment penetration portion 15 is blocked by the tape-shaped member 6 and the sheet-shaped member 3, and at least one of the tape-shaped member 6 and the sheet-shaped member 3 has a layer containing at least one of a fire-resistant material and a non-combustible material, so that the compartment penetration processing structure 10 can be given appropriate fire resistance performance. Furthermore, in this embodiment, by installing at least a portion of the tape-shaped member 6 inside the partition section 11, the fire resistance inside the partition section 11 can be improved, thereby improving the fire resistance of the entire partition section. In addition, in this embodiment, the fireproof structure is formed by the tape-like member 6 and the sheet-like member 3 without placing filler materials such as fireproof putty or rock wool inside the compartment penetration part 15, so there is no variation among workers.
[0055] Furthermore, in this embodiment, at least a portion of each of the tape-shaped member 6 and the sheet-shaped member 3 is exposed and visible from the outside. If a fixing member is provided to fix the tape-shaped member 6 or the sheet-shaped member 3, the fixing member should also be positioned in a position that is visible from the outside. No other members are provided inside the compartment penetration portion 15 than the insert 21. Therefore, the compartment penetration treatment material can be easily inspected visually or by photographing whether it has been installed as specified. Furthermore, forgetting to install the material is less likely to occur.
[0056] [Modification 1 of the First Embodiment] In the compartment penetration structure 10 shown in Fig. 2, the segment 31 is arranged outside the compartment penetration portion 15 along the insert 21, so that nothing is provided inside the compartment penetration portion 15 other than the insert 21 and the tape-shaped member 6. However, the compartment penetration structure 10 may also be arranged in a manner as shown in Fig. 3, in which the segment 31 is arranged inside the compartment penetration portion 15 along the insert 21, so that the segment 31 is arranged inside the compartment penetration portion 15 other than the insert 21 and the tape-shaped member 6.
[0057] [Modification 2 of the First Embodiment] In the compartment penetration structure 10 shown in Fig. 2, the tape-shaped member 6 is divided inside the partition part 11. However, as shown in Fig. 4, the compartment penetration structure 10 may be configured such that the tape-shaped member 6 is not divided inside the partition part 11 but is arranged across from one opening 13C side of the partition part 11 to the other opening 13D side.
[0058] [Modification 3 of the First Embodiment] 2 shows a configuration in which the tape-shaped member 6 is disposed from the outside to the inside of the partition 11. However, as shown in FIG. 5, the compartment penetration structure 10 may have the tape-shaped member 6 disposed only inside the partition 11, as long as the gap between the opening 13C of the compartment penetration portion 15 and the insert 21 can be blocked by the sheet-shaped member 3.
[0059] [Second embodiment] Next, a second embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail. The second embodiment differs from the first embodiment in that it further includes a refractory filler 4, as shown in Figs. 6 and 7. The differences between the second embodiment and the first embodiment will be described below. Furthermore, parts whose description is omitted are the same as those in the first embodiment. Furthermore, in the following description, parts having the same configuration as those in the first embodiment will be given the same reference numerals.
[0060] [Fireproof filler] 7, the refractory filler 4 is arranged so as to be in contact with at least one of the tape-shaped member 6 and the piece 31, and fills at least a part of the gap between the sheet-shaped member 3 and the tape-shaped member 6 arranged on the outer periphery of the insert 21. At this time, at least one of the tape-shaped member 6 and the piece 31 functions as a support for supporting the refractory filler 4. By being arranged so as to be in contact with at least one of the tape-shaped member 6 and the piece 31 which function as a support, the refractory filler 4 can remain in the gap between the sheet-shaped member 3 and the tape-shaped member 6 arranged on the outer periphery of the insert 21, and can fill the gap between the sheet-shaped member 3 and the tape-shaped member 6 arranged on the outer periphery of the insert 21. Examples of the fireproof filler 4 include amorphous materials such as putty, rock wool, glass wool, cellulose fiber, insulation board, gypsum board and board scraps, extruded polystyrene foam, phenolic foam, rigid urethane foam, and non-flammable urethane foam. To improve the handleability of the fireproof filler 4, which is an amorphous material, the fireproof filler 4 may be covered with an exterior material. The exterior material is not particularly limited as long as it is a material that can encapsulate the fireproof filler 4 and maintain the shape of the fireproof filler 4. Examples of the exterior material include metal and resin materials, and from the perspective of flexibility and handleability, a resin film such as a polyolefin resin is preferable. Alternatively, the exterior material may form a bag, and the fireproof filler 4 may be placed inside the bag.
[0061] The fire-resistant filler 4 is preferably a heat-absorbing material, a heat-insulating material, or a heat-expanding material, and more preferably a heat-expanding material that expands when heated. The heat-expanding material prevents the spread of fire by expanding during a fire. The heat-expanding material is preferably formed from a heat-expanding resin composition, as described below. In order to form the heat-expanding resin composition into an amorphous putty, the type and amount of resin, the amount of heat-expanding graphite, the type and amount of inorganic filler, etc. may be appropriately adjusted.
[0062] [Construction method] The construction method for the compartment penetration structure 10 in this embodiment includes a step of installing the above-mentioned tape-shaped member 6 on the outer periphery of the insert 21 so as to block at least a portion of the gap 13E between the insert 21 and the opening 13C of the compartment penetration portion 15 provided in the partition 11. At this time, at least a portion of the tape-shaped member 6 is installed inside the partition 11. Then, a step of installing the above-mentioned sheet-shaped member 3 is performed so as to block at least a portion of the gap 13E between the insert 21 and the opening 13C of the compartment penetration portion 15 provided in the partition 11. At this time, at least a portion of the sheet-shaped member 3 is installed on the outer surface 11A of the partition 11. Then, a step of installing a refractory filler 4 is performed so as to block at least a portion of the gap between the sheet-shaped member 3 and the tape-shaped member 6 arranged on the outer periphery of the insert 21. In this way, the tape-shaped member 6 is arranged so that at least a portion thereof is present inside the partition, at least a portion of the sheet-shaped member 3 is placed on the outer surface 11A of the partition 11, and the refractory filler 4 is placed to fill at least a portion of the gap between the sheet-shaped member 3 and the tape-shaped member 6 arranged on the outer periphery of the insert 21. Therefore, the construction is easy.
[0063] According to the configuration of the present embodiment described above, the gap 13E inside the opening 13C of the compartment penetration 15 is filled with the tape-shaped member 6, the sheet-shaped member 3, and the fire-resistant filler 4, and at least one of the tape-shaped member 6 and the sheet-shaped member 3 has a layer containing at least one of a fire-resistant material and a non-combustible material, so that appropriate fire resistance can be imparted to the compartment penetration treatment structure 10. Furthermore, because the gap 13E inside the opening 13C of the compartment penetration 15 is also filled with the fire-resistant filler 4, the fire resistance of the compartment penetration treatment structure 10 can be improved. Furthermore, in this embodiment, by installing at least a portion of the tape-shaped member 6 inside the partition section 11, the fire resistance inside the partition section 11 can be improved, thereby improving the fire resistance of the entire partition section. Furthermore, in this embodiment, the fireproof structure is formed by the tape-like member 6, the sheet-like member 3 and the fireproof filler 4 without placing filler materials such as fireproof putty or rock wool inside the compartment penetration portion 15, so there is no variation among workers.
[0064] Furthermore, in this embodiment, at least a portion of each of the tape-shaped member 6, the sheet-shaped member 3, and the fire-resistant filler material 4 is exposed and visible from the outside. If a fixing member is provided to fix the tape-shaped member 6 or the sheet-shaped member 3, the fixing member should also be positioned in a position that is visible from the outside. No other members are provided inside the compartment penetration portion 15 except for the insert 21. Therefore, the compartment penetration treatment material can be easily inspected visually or by photographing whether it has been installed as specified. Furthermore, forgetting to install the material is less likely to occur.
[0065] [Third embodiment] Next, a third embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail. The third embodiment differs from the first embodiment in that it further includes a cover member 5, as shown in Figures 8 and 9. The following describes the differences between the third embodiment and the first embodiment. Furthermore, parts whose description is omitted are the same as those in the first embodiment. Furthermore, in the following description, parts having the same configuration as those in the first embodiment are denoted by the same reference numerals.
[0066] [Cover member] The cover member 5 is provided to connect to the sheet-like member 3 and is a member that closes at least a portion of the gap between the sheet-like member 3 and the insert 21. The cover member 5 is a member that covers the tape-like member 6 and the sheet-like member 3 provided on the partition section 11. For example, as shown in FIG. 8, four cover members 5 are used to connect to the four edges of the sheet-like member 3, forming four extensions extending outward from the sheet-like member 3, and as shown in FIG. 9, they cover the sheet-like member 3 provided on the partition section 11. Examples of means by which the cover member 5 is provided to connect to at least a portion of the sheet-like member 3 include means for fixing by known fixing means such as an adhesive, a pressure-sensitive adhesive, an adhesive tape, or a fixing member such as a tacker or a screw. Here, the adhesive, the pressure-sensitive adhesive, and the adhesive tape are preferably made of a non-combustible material, a semi-non-combustible material, or a flame-retardant material, and a flame retardant or the like may be blended into the adhesive, the pressure-sensitive adhesive, or the like. The cover member 5 is sheet-shaped and deformable, so that it can easily cover the tape-shaped member 6 and the sheet-shaped member 3.
[0067] As shown in FIG. 9 , the portion of the cover member 5 that covers the opening 13C of the compartment penetration portion 15 surrounds the penetrating body 21 so as to be in contact with it, and is fixed to the penetrating body 21 by a string-like member 22 wound around it from the outside. The string-like member 22 may be any bendable member, and is preferably a wire member including a wire. The wire member may be a metal wire alone, or a resin-coated wire such as Nejirikko (registered trademark) in which a metal wire is coated with resin, or a wire and fiber entangled member such as a maul. When a wire member is used, the cover member 5 can be fixed to the penetrating body 21 simply by twisting or twisting it. In another embodiment (not shown), the cover member 5 has a portion covering the opening 13C of the compartment penetration portion 15 that surrounds the inserter 21 so as to be in contact with the inserter 21, and is fixed to the inserter 21 by adhesive tape wound from the outside (i.e., the side opposite the inserter 21). The adhesive tape preferably has a substrate and an adhesive layer provided on one side of the substrate. The substrate may be made of paper, resin film, cloth, or the like, or may be made of the non-flammable materials described above. The adhesive layer may be made of, for example, an acrylic adhesive, a urethane adhesive, a rubber adhesive, or a silicone resin adhesive. The adhesive may also contain a known flame retardant. In another embodiment not shown, the cover member 5 may have a portion covering the opening 13C of the compartment penetration portion 15 that surrounds the penetrating body 21 so as to be in contact with the penetrating body 21, and may be fixed to the penetrating body 21 by a fixing member such as a stapler or screw installed from the outside (i.e., the side opposite the penetrating body 21). In another embodiment not shown, the cover member 5 may have, for example, an adhesive fire-resistant material layer or an adhesive layer. The adhesive fire-resistant material layer and the adhesive layer may constitute the outermost layer of the cover member 5. That is, the cover member 5 may have at least one of an adhesive fire-resistant material layer and an adhesive layer on the inside (i.e., the side facing the inserter 21). In another embodiment (not shown), the cover member 5 may be fixed by, for example, a fixing piece formed by a notch formed in the cover member 5. The fixing piece may, for example, maintain the reduced-diameter shape of the cover member 5 surrounding the inserter 21, thereby fixing the cover member 5 to the inserter 21. Specifically, the tip of the cover member 5 may have a stacked structure in which multiple cover members 5 are stacked, and multiple notches may be formed at intervals in the circumferential direction in the tip, with tongue-shaped fixing pieces provided between adjacent notches in the circumferential direction, and the fixing pieces themselves may have a stacked structure. The cover member 5 is fixed to the inserter 21 by maintaining the reduced-diameter shape with the fixing piece having the stacked structure. The stacked structure may be formed, for example, by folding back the tip of the cover member 5, and the notch may, for example, be provided obliquely relative to the axial direction.
[0068] The cover member 5 may cover a portion of the tape-shaped member 6 and the sheet-shaped member 3, making the tape-shaped member 6 and the sheet-shaped member 3 invisible from the outside. Specifically, the inserter 21, on the outer periphery of which the tape-shaped member 6 is arranged, may cover the portion where it is inserted into the sheet-shaped member 3, thereby improving the design of the compartment penetration 15 and the fire resistance of the compartment penetration 15. As another embodiment (not shown), a means for making the tape-shaped member 6 and the sheet-shaped member 3 invisible from the outside may be to cover the tape-shaped member 6 and the sheet-shaped member 3 with the cover member 5 and fix a metal foil, a metal foil composite, or the like other than the cover member 5 to the end face of the sheet-shaped member 3 to cover the tape-shaped member 6 and the sheet-shaped member 3. As another embodiment (not shown), a means for making the tape-shaped member 6 and the sheet-shaped member 3 invisible from the outside may be to cover the tape-shaped member 6 and the sheet-shaped member 3 with the cover member 5, and then cover the gap between the tape-shaped member 6 and the cover member 5 with a metal foil, a metal foil composite, or the like other than the cover member 5. On the other hand, the cover member 5 may cover a portion of the tape-shaped member 6 and the sheet-shaped member 3 so that they are visible from the outside. Specifically, the cover member 5 may make the end faces of the tape-shaped member 6 and the sheet-shaped member 3 visible from the outside, as shown in Fig. 9. By making the end faces of the tape-shaped member 6 and the sheet-shaped member 3 visible from the outside with the cover member 5 installed, it is possible to easily perform a visual inspection to confirm that the tape-shaped member 6 and the sheet-shaped member 3 have been installed in the compartment penetration portion 15. The visible areas are not limited to the end faces of the tape-shaped member 6 and the sheet-shaped member 3, and it is also possible to expose a portion of the surface of the tape-shaped member 6 and the sheet-shaped member 3 so that not only the end faces but also part of the surface is visible.
[0069] The cover member 5 is preferably placed so as to be in contact with the sheet-like member 3 and the insert 21. By placing the cover member 5 so as to be in contact with the sheet-like member 3 and the insert 21, the opening 13C of the partition portion 11 can be blocked by the sheet-like member 3 and the cover member 5, thereby improving fire resistance.
[0070] The cover member 5 is installed so as to form a gap 40 between it and the sheet-like member 3. The gap 40 between the sheet-like member 3 and the cover member 5 allows the cover member 5 to be fixed with a margin for axial movement of the insert 21. Since the cover member 5 is fixed to the insert 21 with a margin, even if the insert 21 arranged inside the sheet-like member 3 and the cover member 5 is moved in the axial direction after the sheet-like member 3 and the cover member 5 are installed, the margin of the cover member 5 prevents the sheet-like member 3 and the cover member 5 from moving together with the insert 21. By preventing the sheet-like member 3 and the cover member 5 from moving together with the insert 21, it is possible to prevent the sheet-like member 3 and the cover member 5 from shifting from the compartment penetration portion 15. In other words, with this configuration, the sheet-like member 3 and the cover member 5 can be maintained and arranged in an appropriate position in the compartment penetration portion 15, and the fire resistance of the compartment penetration portion 15 can be maintained. There is a gap 40 between the sheet-like member 3 and the cover member 5, and various configurations can be used to fix the cover member 5 with a margin for axial movement of the inserting body 21. For example, a configuration in which at least a part of the cover member 5 is made of a flexible or stretchable material that allows it to bend or curve, or a configuration in which at least a part of the cover member 5 is fixed to the inserting body 21 with some slack, can be mentioned.
[0071] The cover member 5 may be made of a single layer of fire-resistant material, a single layer of non-combustible material, or both a fire-resistant and non-combustible material layer, but preferably has a non-combustible material layer, and more preferably is made of a non-combustible material layer. Furthermore, the cover member 5 may have layers other than the fire-resistant and non-combustible material layers, such as a material layer made of a material other than a non-combustible material, an adhesive layer, etc. The cover member 5 is preferably made of a metal foil such as aluminum foil, glass cloth, or a metal foil composite, which is a composite of metal foil and glass cloth such as aluminum glass cloth. These constitute the non-combustible material layer. Among these, aluminum glass cloth is more preferred from the viewpoint of fire resistance. The thickness of the non-combustible material layer is not particularly limited, but is, for example, 0.01 to 1 mm, and preferably 0.05 to 0.5 mm. When the non-combustible material layer has a thickness equal to or less than these upper limits, flexibility is imparted to the cover member 5. Therefore, even if the cover member 5 has a non-combustible material layer, it can be wrapped around the outer periphery of the insert 21 while being in close contact with the insert 21. Furthermore, when the thickness is equal to or greater than the lower limit, fire resistance is more easily ensured.
[0072] As described above, the cover member 5 is preferably a sheet that can be deformed to cover the sheet-like member 3, and is preferably thinner than the sheet-like member 3 so as to be flexible and easily deformable. The thickness of the cover member 5 is not particularly limited, but is, for example, 0.01 to 1 mm, and preferably 0.05 to 0.5 mm.
[0073] The fire-resistant material layer used in the cover member 5 is preferably a thermally expandable material that expands when heated. The thermally expandable material prevents the spread of fire by expanding in the event of a fire. The thermally expandable material is preferably formed from a thermally expandable resin composition, as described below. The fire-resistant material layer may also have adhesive properties. The thickness of the fire-resistant material layer is not particularly limited, but is, for example, 0.01 to 1 mm, and preferably 0.05 to 0.5 mm. When the fire-resistant material layer has a thickness equal to or less than these upper limits, flexibility is imparted to the cover member 5. Therefore, even if the cover member 5 has a fire-resistant material layer, it can be wrapped around the outer periphery of the insert 21. Furthermore, when the thickness is equal to or greater than the lower limit, fire resistance is more easily ensured.
[0074] The cover member 5 may have an adhesive fire-resistant material layer or an adhesive layer. The adhesive fire-resistant material layer and the adhesive layer may constitute the outermost layer of the cover member 5. With the above-described configuration, the cover member 5 can be fixed to the sheet-like member 3 or the insert 21 without using a fixing member separate from the cover member 5. Furthermore, by making the fire-resistant material layer itself adhesive, it is not necessary to provide an adhesive layer, and therefore the configuration of the cover member 5 can be further simplified. When the cover member 5 has an adhesive fire-resistant material layer or an adhesive layer on its outermost layer, a release sheet may be attached to the outermost layer. The release sheet may be peeled off from the outermost layer when in use.
[0075] [Construction method] The construction method of the compartment penetration structure 10 in this embodiment includes a step of placing the tape-shaped member 6 on the outer periphery of the insert 21 so as to block at least a portion of the gap 13E between the insert 21 and the opening 13C of the compartment penetration portion 15 provided in the partition 11. At this time, the tape-shaped member 6 is placed so that at least a portion of the tape-shaped member 6 is present inside the partition 11. Then, a step of placing the sheet-shaped member 3 is performed so as to block at least a portion of the gap 13E between the insert 21 and the opening 13C of the compartment penetration portion 15 provided in the partition 11. At this time, at least a portion of the sheet-shaped member 3 is placed on the outer surface 11A of the partition 11. Then, the tape-shaped member 6 and the sheet-shaped member 3 are covered with the cover member 5 attached to the sheet-shaped member 3, and a portion of the cover member 5 is fixed to the insert 21, thereby completing the construction. This makes the construction easy.
[0076] According to the configuration of this embodiment described above, the gap 13E inside the opening 13C of the compartment penetration part 15 is blocked by the tape-shaped member 6, the sheet-shaped member 3 and the cover member 5, and the tape-shaped member 6, the sheet-shaped member 3 and the cover member 5 have at least one layer containing at least one of a fire-resistant material and a non-combustible material, so that the compartment penetration part processing structure 10 can be imparted with high fire resistance performance. Furthermore, in this embodiment, by installing at least a portion of the tape-shaped member 6 inside the partition section 11, the fire resistance inside the partition section 11 can be improved, thereby improving the fire resistance of the entire partition section. Furthermore, in this embodiment, the fireproof structure is formed by the sheet-like member 3, the fireproof filler 4 and the cover member 5 without placing filler materials such as fireproof putty or rock wool inside the compartment penetration portion 15, so there is no variation among workers.
[0077] Furthermore, in this embodiment, at least a portion of each of the tape-shaped member 6, the sheet-shaped member 3, and the cover member 5 is exposed and visible from the outside. If a fixing member is provided to fix the tape-shaped member 6, the sheet-shaped member 3, or the cover member 5, the fixing member should also be positioned in a position that is visible from the outside. No other members are provided inside the compartment penetration portion 15 except for the insert 21. Therefore, the compartment penetration treatment material can be easily inspected visually or by photographing whether it has been installed as specified. Furthermore, forgetting to install the material is less likely to occur.
[0078] [Modification of the third embodiment] The compartment penetration structure 10 shown in FIG. 8 uses four cover members 5 connected to the four side edges of the sheet-like member 3. However, as shown in FIG. 10, the compartment penetration structure 10 may have a single cover member 5 having slits 50 for inserting the penetrating body 21 therein, with at least one of the slits 50 extending to the outer edge of the cover member 5. The slits 50 are formed by cutting. The cover member 5 allows the penetrating body 21 to be inserted into the cover member 5 through the slit 50 extending to the outer edge.
[0079] [Fourth embodiment] Next, a fourth embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail. The fourth embodiment differs from the first embodiment in that, as shown in Figures 11 and 12, some layers 3B of the sheet-like member 3 constituting the multilayer structure have extending portions 32 extending beyond other layers 3A, and a laminate 34 is provided on a portion of the surface of the extending portions 32. Below, differences between the first embodiment and the fourth embodiment will be described. Furthermore, parts whose description is omitted are the same as those in the first embodiment. Furthermore, in the following description, parts having the same configuration as those in the first embodiment will be given the same reference numerals.
[0080] Each layer constituting the multilayer structure of the sheet-like member 3 has slits 30, 33 and a hole 35 for inserting the inserter 21 therethrough, and the slits 30, 33 extend from the hole 35 to the outer edge of the sheet-like member 3. The slits 30, 33 and the hole 35 are formed by cutting. The sheet-like member 3 allows the inserter 21 to be inserted into the hole 35 inside the sheet-like member 3 via the slits 30, 33 extending to the outer edge.
[0081] The sheet-like member 3 has a multilayer structure, and some layers 3B of the multilayer structure have extending portions 32 extending beyond the other layers 3A. Specifically, in FIG. 11 , the sheet-like member 3 has a two-layer structure of layers 3A and 3B, with layer 3B being slightly larger than layer 3A, and the portion of layer 3B extending beyond layer 3A forms the extending portion 32. The extending portion 32 has a laminate 34 near its outer edge. With this configuration, when the insert 21 is inserted through the center of the sheet-like member 3, the laminate 34 provided on the extending portion 32 is positioned so as to contact the insert 21, thereby efficiently sealing the gap between the insert 21 and the sheet-like member 3. With this configuration, the fire resistance of the sheet-like member 3 is easily improved. The extending portions 32 are preferably provided in all directions of the sheet-shaped member 3 so that the laminate 34 provided on the extending portions 32 can be easily arranged so as to be in contact with the insert 21. In other words, if the sheet-shaped member 3 is quadrilateral, the extending portions 32 are preferably arranged so as to extend outward from each side of the quadrilateral.
[0082] As an example, the sheet-like member 3 may have the layer 3B having the extending portion 32 disposed closer to the partition 22 than the layer 3A. In this case, the layer 3B having the extending portion 32 is disposed so as to contact the outer surface 11A of the partition 11, and the extending portion 32 of the layer 3B is deformed to cover the layer 3A, and the tip of the extending portion 32 is disposed so as to contact the insert 21, thereby blocking at least a portion of the gap between the opening 13C of the compartment penetration portion 15 and the insert 21. In such a configuration, the extending portion 32 forms a gap between the layer 3A and the extending portion 32, and the air layer formed by the gap improves fire resistance. As another example, the layer 3A of the sheet-like member 3 may be disposed closer to the partition 22 than the layer 3B having the extending portion 32. In this case, the layer 3B having the extending portion 32 is disposed so as not to contact the outer surface 11A of the partition 11, the extending portion 32 of the layer 3B is deformed without covering the layer 3A, and the tip of the extending portion 32 is disposed so as to contact the insert 21, thereby blocking at least a part of the gap between the opening 13C of the compartment penetration portion 15 and the insert 21.
[0083] In this embodiment, the layer 3B constituting the extending portion 30 in the sheet-shaped member 3 is the outermost layer in the sheet-shaped member 3 as shown in Figures 11 and 12, but it may be an inner layer. A sheet-shaped member 3 in which the layer 3B constituting the extending portion 32 is an inner layer includes the layer 3B having the extending portion 32, and layers 3A, 3A arranged on the partition side of the layer 3B and on the opposite side from the partition. In this case, one layer 3A is in contact with the outer surface 11A of the partition 11, and the layer 3B is arranged so as not to contact the outer surface 11A. In addition, the extension portion 32 of the layer 3B is deformed to cover the other layer 3A, and the tip of the extension portion 32 is arranged so as to contact the penetrator 21, thereby blocking at least a part of the gap between the opening 13C of the compartment penetration portion 15 and the penetrator 21.
[0084] In this embodiment, the multilayer structure of the sheet-like member 3 may have at least one layer selected from the group consisting of a substrate, an adhesive layer, a cushion layer, and a fire-resistant layer. The sheet-like member 3 is not particularly limited as long as it has a layer containing at least one of a fire-resistant material and a non-combustible material, but at least one layer may have at least one of a fire-resistant material and a non-combustible material. The non-combustible material is defined in the Building Standards Act and the Building Standards Act Enforcement Order, and may be composed of a substrate, as described below. The fire-resistant material may be composed of a fire-resistant layer. A preferred embodiment of the sheet-like member 3 has both a substrate and a fire-resistant layer. The thickness of the sheet-like member 3 is not particularly limited, but is, for example, 0.1 to 20 mm, and preferably 0.5 to 10 mm.
[0085] The thickness of the layer 3B having the extension portion 32 is not particularly limited, but is, for example, 0.01 to 1 mm, preferably 0.05 to 0.5 mm. The thickness of the extension portion 32, like the layer 3B, is, for example, 0.01 to 1 mm, preferably 0.05 to 0.5 mm.
[0086] Layer 3A in sheet-like member 3 preferably has at least one of a fire-resistant material layer and a substrate, and more preferably has at least a fire-resistant material layer. Therefore, it is more preferable that layer 3A has a fire-resistant material layer and layer 3B has a substrate, particularly a substrate made of a non-combustible material.
[0087] Furthermore, the layer 3A may further include at least one of a cushion layer and an adhesive layer in addition to at least one of the base material and the fire-resistant material layer. For example, when layer 3A is disposed in a position in contact with surface 11A of partition section 11, it may have an adhesive layer, a cushion layer, or both. The adhesive layer may be disposed on the outermost surface of layer 3A to adhere to surface 11A, and sheet-like member 3 may be fixed to surface 11A by the adhesive layer. Similarly, the cushion layer may be disposed on the outermost surface of layer 3A so as to contact surface 11A. Furthermore, when a cushion layer and an adhesive layer are provided, the cushion layer and the adhesive layer may be laminated in this order, with the adhesive layer being disposed on the outermost surface. When layer 3A includes an adhesive layer, a cushion layer, or both, layer 3A may have a laminated structure such as substrate / adhesive layer, fire-resistant material layer / adhesive layer, fire-resistant material layer / substrate / adhesive layer, substrate / cushion layer, fire-resistant material layer / cushion layer, fire-resistant material layer / substrate / cushion layer, substrate / cushion layer / adhesive layer, fire-resistant material layer / cushion layer / adhesive layer, or fire-resistant material layer / substrate / cushion layer / adhesive layer. The thickness of the layer 3A is not particularly limited, but is, for example, 0.01 to 1 mm, and preferably 0.05 to 0.5 mm.
[0088] When each of the layers 3A and 3B has a multi-layer structure, adjacent layers in each of the layers 3A and 3B may be bonded with a known adhesive. Therefore, in each of the above-mentioned laminated structures, an adhesive layer may be appropriately provided between each layer. Furthermore, in the multi-layer structure of the layer 3A or 3B, the layers may be bonded with an adhesive layer. Furthermore, the sheet-like member 3 may be formed by laminating two or more consecutive layers of the same type of material, and two consecutive layers of the same type may be conveniently referred to as one layer in each of the above-mentioned laminated structures. For example, in each of the above-mentioned laminated structures, two consecutive fire-resistant material layers with different compositions may be referred to as one fire-resistant material layer. In addition, an adhesive layer or a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer may be provided between layer 3A and layer 3B as appropriate, and layer 3A and layer 3B may be bonded together by the adhesive layer or pressure-sensitive adhesive layer provided therebetween, or by a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer disposed on the outermost surfaces of layers 3A and 3B. In the multi-layer structure, the sheet-like member 3 may have the same layer structure throughout, or may have a partially different structure.
[0089] [Laminate] 12, the laminate 34 is arranged so as to be in contact with at least one of the insert 21 and the tape-shaped member 6 arranged on the outer periphery of the insert 21. In other words, the laminate 34 is provided on a part of the surface of the extending portion 32 that is in contact with the insert 21 or the tape-shaped member 6 arranged on the outer periphery of the insert 21. When the extending portion 32 is arranged so as to be in contact with at least one of the insert 21 and the tape-shaped member 6, the laminate 34 is interposed between the extending portion 32 and the insert 21 or the tape-shaped member 6, and assists in connecting the extending portion 32 to the insert 21 or the tape-shaped member 6.
[0090] In this embodiment, the laminate 34 may be a single layer or multiple layers. When the laminate 34 is multiple layers, it may be configured to have at least two layers selected from the group consisting of a base material, an adhesive layer, a cushioning layer, and a fire-resistant material layer. Having two layers provides the laminate 34 with multiple functions, making it suitable for fire-resistant construction of compartment penetrations under various conditions. Specifically, the laminate 34 has a base material and a fire-resistant material layer. When the laminate 34 is heated, the fire-resistant material layer is properly supported by the base material, allowing heat to be evenly distributed. This allows the fire-resistant material layer to expand approximately uniformly, resulting in good fire resistance. Furthermore, the approximately uniform expansion of the fire-resistant material layer of the laminate 34 allows it to maintain its proper position and not shift, thereby providing stable fire resistance. Furthermore, when the laminate 34 has multiple fire-resistant layers, the fire-resistant layer on the side of the expanded partition 11 is more likely to be embedded, for example, within the gap 13E, preventing the laminate 34 from moving away from its installed position when it expands, making it less likely to shift from its appropriate installed position.
[0091] The laminate 34 is preferably configured such that an adhesive fire-resistant layer is disposed as the outermost layer, or such that an adhesive layer is disposed as the outermost layer. With the above configuration, the laminate 34 may be disposed in contact with the installation target via the adhesive fire-resistant layer or adhesive layer disposed on the inner side (i.e., the installation target side). With the above configuration, the sheet-like member 3 can be fixed to the installation target via the laminate 34 without using a fixing member separate from the sheet-like member 3. In this embodiment, the installation target is the tape-like member 6 disposed on the outer periphery of the insert 21. Furthermore, by making the fire-resistant material layer itself adhesive, an adhesive layer is not necessary, further simplifying the structure of the laminate 34. When the laminate 34 has an adhesive fire-resistant material layer or an adhesive layer on its outermost layer, a release sheet may be attached to the outermost layer. The release sheet may be peeled off from the outermost layer when in use. The fire-resistant layer can be made adhesive by forming it from butyl rubber or the like.
[0092] When the laminate 34 has a cushion layer, it is preferable that the cushion layer be configured as the outermost layer on the side of the object to be installed, so that the sheet-like member 3 can easily conform to the unevenness of the object to be installed and adhere to the object to be installed. Furthermore, when the laminate 34 has a cushion layer and an adhesive layer, it is preferable that the cushion layer and the adhesive layer are arranged in this order, with the adhesive layer being the outermost layer on the installation target side. With this configuration, the laminate 34 can follow the unevenness of the installation target, and can adhere the sheet-like member 3 to the installation target while increasing the adhesion between the laminate 34 and the installation target, thereby further improving fire resistance. However, the cushion layer does not have to be the outermost layer, and even in that case, the cushion layer can bias the laminate 34 against the object to be placed, ensuring a certain degree of adhesion.
[0093] When laminate 34 has a single layer structure, it is preferably an adhesive layer or a fire-resistant material layer. When laminate 34 has a multi-layer structure, it may have a two-layer structure, or a three-layer or more layer structure. Examples of two-layer structures include substrate / adhesive layer, substrate / cushion layer, substrate / fire-resistant material layer, fire-resistant material layer / substrate, fire-resistant material layer / adhesive layer, fire-resistant material layer / cushion layer, adhesive layer / substrate, and adhesive layer / fire-resistant material layer. Furthermore, examples of three-layer structures having an adhesive layer as the outermost layer include structures such as substrate / cushion layer / adhesive layer, substrate / fireresistant material layer / adhesive layer, fireresistant material layer / substrate / adhesive layer, fireresistant material layer / cushion layer / adhesive layer, adhesive layer / substrate / adhesive layer, and adhesive layer / fireresistant material layer / adhesive layer. Examples of three-layer structures having a cushion layer as the outermost layer include structures such as fireresistant material layer / substrate / cushion layer, substrate / fireresistant material layer / cushion layer, and adhesive layer / fireresistant material layer / cushion layer. Further examples include laminated structures such as substrate / fireresistant material layer / substrate and fireresistant material layer / substrate / fireresistant material layer. Examples of structures with four or more layers include a three-layer structure further comprising an adhesive layer or cushion layer as the outermost layer. Representative examples include substrate / fireresistant material layer / substrate / adhesive layer, fireresistant material layer / substrate / fireresistant material layer / adhesive layer, substrate / fireresistant material layer / cushion layer / adhesive layer, fireresistant material layer / substrate / fireresistant material layer / adhesive layer, fireresistant material layer / substrate / cushion layer / adhesive layer, adhesive layer / fireresistant material layer / substrate / cushion layer, adhesive layer / fireresistant material layer / substrate / cushion layer, adhesive layer / substrate / fireresistant material layer / cushion layer, adhesive layer / substrate / fireresistant material layer / adhesive layer, adhesive layer / fireresistant material layer / substrate / cushion layer, substrate / fireresistant material layer / adhesive layer / cushion layer, substrate / fireresistant material layer / substrate ... and substrate / substrate / fireproof material layer / adhesive layer / cushion layer, fireproof material layer / substrate / substrate / adhesive layer / cushion layer, fireproof material layer / substrate / adhesive layer / substrate / adhesive layer / cushion layer, substrate / adhesive layer / substrate / fireproof material layer / adhesive layer / cushion layer, substrate / substrate / fireproof material layer / substrate / adhesive layer / cushion layer, substrate / substrate / fireproof material layer / substrate / adhesive layer / cushion layer, substrate / fireproof material layer / substrate / adhesive layer / substrate / adhesive layer / cushion layer, substrate / adhesive layer / substrate / fireproof material layer / substrate / adhesive layer / cushion layer, substrate / adhesive layer / substrate / fireproof material layer / substrate / adhesive layer / cushion layer, cushion layer / adhesive layer / substrate / fireproof material layer layer / substrate, cushion layer / adhesive layer / substrate / fire-resistant layer / substrate, cushion layer / adhesive layer / substrate / substrate / fire-resistant layer, cushion layer / adhesive layer / fire-resistant layer / substrate / substrate, cushion layer / adhesive layer / fire-resistant layer / substrate / adhesive layer / substrate, cushion layer / adhesive layer / substrate / adhesive layer / substrate / fire-resistant layer, cushion layer / adhesive layer / substrate / substrate / fire-resistant layer, cushion layer / adhesive layer / substrate / substrate / fire-resistant layer / substrate, cushion layer / adhesive layer ... Cushion layer / adhesive layer / substrate / fire-resistant material layer / adhesive layer / cushion layer, cushion layer / adhesive layer / fire-resistant material layer / substrate / adhesive layer / cushion layer, cushion layer / adhesive layer / substrate / fire-resistant material layer / substrate / adhesive layer / cushion layer, cushion layer / adhesive layer / substrate / substrate / fire-resistant material layer / adhesive layer / cushion layer, cushion layer / adhesive layer / fire-resistant material layer / substrate / substrate / adhesive layer / cushion layer, cushion layer / adhesive layer / fire-resistant material layer / substrate / adhesive layer / cushion layer, cushion layer / adhesive layer / fire-resistant material layer / substrate / adhesive layer / substrate / adhesive layer / cushion layer, cushion layer / adhesive layer / substrate / adhesive layer / substrate / adhesive layer / cushion layer, cushion layer / adhesive layer / substrate / adhesive layer / substrate / fire-resistant material layer / adhesive layer / cushion layer,Examples include cushion layer / adhesive layer / substrate / substrate / fire-resistant material layer / substrate / adhesive layer / cushion layer, cushion layer / adhesive layer / substrate / fire-resistant material layer / substrate / substrate / adhesive layer / cushion layer, cushion layer / adhesive layer / substrate / fire-resistant material layer / substrate / adhesive layer / substrate / adhesive layer / cushion layer, cushion layer / adhesive layer / substrate / adhesive layer / substrate / fire-resistant material ... etc. In each of the above-mentioned laminated structures, the left side is the opposite side to the installation target, and the right side is the installation target side. The outermost layer means the outermost layer on the installation target (i.e., the penetrator 21) side. In the laminate 34 having a multi-layer structure, adjacent layers may be bonded together using a known adhesive, and therefore, in each of the above-mentioned laminate structures, an adhesive layer may be provided between each layer as appropriate. Furthermore, in the laminate 34 having a multi-layer structure, the layers may be bonded together using an adhesive layer. Furthermore, the laminate 34 may have two or more consecutive layers of the same type laminated together, and two consecutive layers of the same type may be conveniently referred to as one layer in each of the above-mentioned laminate structures. For example, in each of the above-mentioned laminate structures, two consecutive layers of different compositions may be referred to as one fire-resistant layer. In the multi-layer structure, the laminate 34 may have the same layer structure throughout, or may have a partially different structure. For example, the layer structure between the substrate and the fireproof material layer may be partially changed.
[0094] [Construction method] The construction method for the compartment penetration structure 10 in this embodiment includes a step of placing the above-mentioned tape-shaped member 6 on the outer periphery of the insert 21 so as to block at least a portion of the gap 13E between the insert 21 and the opening 13C of the compartment penetration portion 15 provided in the partition 11. Then, a step of arranging the extension portion 32 of the sheet-shaped member 3 so as to contact at least one of the insert 21 and the tape-shaped member 6 is performed. In this process, when the extending portion 32 is arranged so as to contact at least one of the insert 21 and the partition 11, the laminate 34 on the extending portion 32 is interposed between the extending portion 32 and the insert 21 or the tape-shaped member 6. In this way, the extending portion 32 of the sheet-shaped member 3 can be installed by arranging it so as to contact at least one of the insert 21 and the tape-shaped member 6. Therefore, the installation is easy.
[0095] According to the configuration of this embodiment, the gap 13E inside the opening 13C of the compartment penetration part 15 is blocked by the tape-shaped member 6 and the sheet-shaped member 3, and the laminate 34 assists in connecting the extension part 32 to the insert 21 or the tape-shaped member 6, thereby improving the fire resistance of the fire-resistant structure formed by the extension part 32 of the sheet-shaped member 3. Therefore, the configuration of this embodiment can impart appropriate fire resistance to the compartment penetration part treatment structure 10. Furthermore, in this embodiment, by installing at least a portion of the tape-shaped member 6 inside the partition section 11, the fire resistance inside the partition section 11 can be improved, thereby improving the fire resistance of the entire partition section. Furthermore, in this embodiment, the fireproof structure is formed by the sheet-like member 3 without placing filler such as fireproof putty or rock wool inside the compartment penetration portion 15, so there is no variation among workers.
[0096] Furthermore, in this embodiment, at least a portion of the tape-shaped member 6 and the sheet-shaped member 3 are exposed and visible from the outside. If a fixing member is provided to fix the tape-shaped member 6 and the sheet-shaped member 3, the fixing member should also be positioned in a position that is visible from the outside. No other members are provided inside the compartment penetration portion 15 than the insert 21. Therefore, the compartment penetration treatment material can be easily inspected visually or by photographing whether it has been installed as specified. Furthermore, forgetting to install the material is less likely to occur.
[0097] [Fifth embodiment] Next, a fifth embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail. The fifth embodiment differs from the first and fourth embodiments in that it further includes a sleeve 7, as shown in FIGS. 13 and 14. The following describes the differences between the fifth embodiment and the first and fourth embodiments. Furthermore, parts whose description is omitted are the same as those in the first and fourth embodiments. Furthermore, in the following description, members having the same configuration as those in the first and fourth embodiments are denoted by the same reference numerals.
[0098] 〔sleeve〕 The sleeve 7 is inserted into the compartment penetration portion 15 and disposed in the compartment penetration portion 15 so that the insert 21 passes through it. In this embodiment, the sleeve 7 is passed from one through hole 13A to the other through hole 13B in the compartment penetration portion 15, as shown in Fig. 14. The end of the sleeve 7 may extend outside the compartment penetration body 15 (i.e., the partition portion 11). The sleeve 7 is arranged so that at least a portion thereof contacts the sheet-shaped member 3. By arranging the sleeve 7 and the sheet-shaped member 3 in contact with each other, the gap 13E inside the opening 13C of the compartment penetrating part 15 can be blocked.
[0099] The sleeve 7 is made of steel, fire-resistant material, etc. The sleeve 7 may be sleeve-shaped and insertable into the compartment penetration 15. It may be formed from steel or a sheet-shaped fire-resistant material with its ends facing each other. When forming the sheet-shaped fire-resistant material into a sleeve, the ends face each other, and the ends may be bonded together with an adhesive, pressure-sensitive adhesive, adhesive tape, etc. The adhesive, pressure-sensitive adhesive, and adhesive tape are preferably made of a non-combustible material, a quasi-non-combustible material, or a flame-retardant material, and the adhesive, pressure-sensitive adhesive, etc. may be blended with a flame retardant. The adhesive tape includes a substrate and an adhesive layer provided on one side of the substrate. The substrate and the adhesive layer may each be made of a non-combustible material, a quasi-non-combustible material, or a flame-retardant material. However, the sleeve 7 is not limited to having its ends facing each other; it may also be formed into a sleeve shape with its ends overlapping each other. The thickness of the sleeve 7 is not particularly limited, but is, for example, 0.2 to 10 mm, and preferably 0.5 to 6 mm.
[0100] The sleeve 7 is installed so that the tape-shaped member 6 is in contact with the inner wall portion. By inserting the sleeve 7 with the tape-shaped member 6 installed on the inner wall portion into the compartment penetration portion 15, the tape-shaped member 6 is installed so that at least a portion of it is present inside the partition portion 11. By placing the sleeve 7 and the tape-shaped member 6 in contact with each other inside the partition portion 11, it is possible to block at least a portion of the gap 13E inside the opening 13C of the compartment penetration portion 15, and in the event of a fire, the tape-shaped member 6 can expand inside the sleeve 7 and block the gap between it and the insert 21. The sleeve 7 may be formed into a sleeve shape and then the tape-shaped member 6 may be placed on the inner wall portion, or the tape-shaped member 6 may be placed before the sleeve shape is formed, and the tape-shaped member 6 may be integrally formed into a sleeve shape to place the tape-shaped member 6 on the inner wall portion.
[0101] The sleeve 7 is formed into a sleeve shape so as to fit the shape of the inner peripheral surfaces of the through holes 13A and 13B that constitute the partition penetration portion 15. That is, the sleeve 7 is formed into a sleeve shape so that its outer peripheral surface follows the shape of the inner peripheral surfaces of the through holes 13A and 13B, and is disposed so that the outer peripheral surface of the sleeve 7 contacts the inner peripheral surfaces of the through holes 13A and 13B. Since the shape of the inner peripheral surfaces of the through holes 13A and 13B is generally a circle, an ellipse, or a shape similar thereto, the sleeve 28 may be rounded into a sleeve shape, and may be formed into a circle, an ellipse, or a shape similar thereto.
[0102] The tape-shaped member 6 preferably has a configuration in which an adhesive fire-resistant layer is formed as the outermost layer, or a configuration in which an adhesive layer is formed as the outermost layer. With this configuration, the tape-shaped member 6 may be arranged in contact with the inner wall of the sleeve 7 via the adhesive fire-resistant layer or adhesive layer arranged on the inside (i.e., on the inner wall side of the sleeve 7). With this configuration, the tape-shaped member 6 can be fixed to the inner wall of the sleeve 7 without using a fixing member separate from the tape-shaped member 6. Furthermore, by making the fire-resistant layer itself adhesive, an adhesive layer is not required, further simplifying the configuration of the tape-shaped member 6. When the tape-shaped member 6 has an adhesive fire-resistant layer or adhesive layer as its outermost layer, a release sheet may be attached to the outermost layer. The release sheet is preferably peeled off from the outermost layer during use. The fire-resistant layer can be made adhesive by forming it from butyl rubber or the like.
[0103] When the tape-shaped member 6 has a cushion layer, it is preferable that the cushion layer be configured as the outermost layer on the inner wall side of the sleeve 7. This allows the tape-shaped member 6 to follow the inner wall of the sleeve 7 with no or little gap. Furthermore, when the tape-shaped member 6 has a cushion layer and an adhesive layer, it is preferable that the cushion layer and the adhesive layer are arranged in this order, with the adhesive layer being the outermost layer on the inner wall side of the sleeve 7. With this configuration, the tape-shaped member 6 follows the irregularities of the inner wall of the sleeve 7, improving adhesion between the tape-shaped member 6 and the inner wall of the sleeve 7 and further improving fire resistance. However, the cushion layer does not have to be the outermost layer, and even in that case, the cushion layer can urge the tape-shaped member 6 against the inner wall of the sleeve 7, ensuring a certain degree of adhesion.
[0104] The sheet-shaped member 3 is preferably configured to have an adhesive fireproof material layer as its outermost layer, or to have an adhesive layer as its outermost layer. With the above configuration, the sheet-shaped member 3 may be arranged in contact with the sleeve 7 via an adhesive fireproof material layer or adhesive layer arranged on the inside (i.e., on the sleeve 7 side). With the above configuration, the sheet-shaped member 3 can be fixed to the sleeve 7 without using a fixing member separate from the sheet-shaped member 3. Furthermore, by making the fireproof material layer itself adhesive, an adhesive layer is not required, further simplifying the configuration of the sheet-shaped member 3.
[0105] When the sheet-like member 3 has a cushion layer, it is preferable that the cushion layer be configured as the outermost layer on the side of the sleeve 7. When the sheet-like member 3 has a cushion layer and an adhesive layer, it is preferable that the cushion layer and the adhesive layer be arranged in this order, with the adhesive layer being configured as the outermost layer on the side of the sleeve 7. With this configuration, the sheet-like member 3 follows the irregularities of the partition portion 11, improving the adhesion between the sheet-like member 3 and the sleeve 7 and further improving the fire resistance. However, the cushion layer does not have to be the outermost layer, and even in that case, the cushion layer can bias the sheet-like member 3 against the sleeve 7 to ensure a certain degree of adhesion.
[0106] [Construction method] The construction method for the compartment penetration treatment structure 10 in this embodiment includes a step of placing a tape-shaped member 6 and a sleeve 7 through which an insert 21 is passed, in the compartment penetration portion 15. Then, a step of placing the above-mentioned sheet-shaped member 3 so as to block at least a portion of the gap 13E between the insert 21 and the opening 13C of the compartment penetration portion 15 provided in the partition portion 11. At this time, at least a portion of the sheet-shaped member 3 is placed on the outer surface 11A of the partition portion 11. Then, a step of arranging the extension portion 32 of the sheet-shaped member 3 so as to contact the insert 21 is carried out. In this way, construction can be carried out by arranging the extension portion 32 of the sheet-shaped member 3 so as to contact the insert 21. Therefore, construction is easy.
[0107] According to the configuration of this embodiment described above, the gap 13E inside the opening 13C of the compartment penetration 15 is blocked by the tape-shaped member 6, the sheet-shaped member 3 and the sleeve 7, and at least one of the tape-shaped member 6 and the sheet-shaped member 3 has a layer containing at least one of a fire-resistant material and a non-combustible material in one layer, so that the compartment penetration processing structure 10 can be given appropriate fire resistance performance.
[0108] Furthermore, in this embodiment, at least a portion of each of the sheet-like member 3 and the sleeve 7 is exposed and visible from the outside. If a fixing member is provided to fix the sheet-like member 3 or the sleeve 7, the fixing member should also be positioned in a position that is visible from the outside. Therefore, the compartment penetration treatment material can be easily inspected visually or by taking photographs to ensure that it has been installed as specified. Furthermore, forgetting to install the material is less likely to occur.
[0109] [Modification of the fifth embodiment] In the compartment penetration structure 10 shown in Fig. 14, the extension portion 32 of the sheet-like member 3 is arranged so as to contact the insert 21. However, the compartment penetration structure 10 may also be arranged so that the laminate 34 provided on a part of the surface of the extension portion 32 is arranged so as to contact the insert 21, as shown in Fig. 15.
[0110] [Other embodiments] The present invention is not limited to the configurations of the first to fifth embodiments described above, and any improvements and modifications may be made without departing from the technical spirit of the present invention. As a specific example, a modified example of the first embodiment is shown in Fig. 16. As the fire-resistant material, for example, a block-shaped fire-resistant material 60 as shown in Fig. 16 is used, and the block-shaped fire-resistant material 60 may be connected to the tape-shaped member 6. The manner of connection is not particularly limited, but for example, the fire-resistant material 60 may be laminated on one side of the tape-shaped member 6 or connected to an end face of the tape-shaped member 6. As described above, the fire-resistant material 60 is preferably made of a thermally expandable material that expands when heated, and in particular, it is preferably made of a thermally expandable resin composition.
[0111] Furthermore, in the above description, the partition 11 is a hollow wall having a hollow portion 13 therein, but it is not limited to a hollow wall and may be a wall without a hollow, for example, made of a single wall material. Furthermore, the partition 11 is not limited to a wall of a building and may be a ceiling or floor of a building. Even if the partition is a ceiling or floor, it may have a structure with a hollow portion between two partition materials, or a structure without a hollow portion, for example, made of a single partition material.
[0112] Furthermore, in each of the above embodiments, it has been explained on the assumption that compartment penetration treatment materials of the same structure are provided in both openings 13C, 13D of partition 11 (i.e., on both sides of partition 11), but compartment penetration treatment structures of different structures may be provided in each opening 13C, 13D. For example, one opening 13C may be provided with a compartment penetration treatment structure according to the first embodiment, and the other opening 13D may be provided with a compartment penetration treatment structure according to the second embodiment. Furthermore, the compartment penetration treatment material in opening 13D may be omitted. [Explanation of symbols]
