To provide a technique for improving matching accuracy and work efficiency by generating, using a large language model, scouting e-mail to be distributed to a job seeker suitable to recruitment conditions of a job-offering company in accordance with a request from the job-offering company.SOLUTION: An information processing apparatus includes a storage unit 13 for storing job-offering company information and job seeker information, and a control unit 11, the control unit being configured to: search the storage unit to read recruitment information on recruitment selected in scouting e-mail distribution setting information; search the storage unit to read job-seeker information of a job seeker suitable to the recruitment; generate a prompt for generating scouting e-mail containing the recruitment information and the job-seeker information; transmit the prompt to a large language model; receive scouting e-mail generated based on the prompt on the large language model; and transmit the scouting e-mail to a terminal device of the job seeker.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
