Description

[Technical Field]

[0001] The present invention relates to a locking device for a leading edge flapper, and more particularly to a locking device for a leading edge flapper of a platform in an underfloor storage type vehicle lifting device. [Background technology]

[0002] Patent Document 1 discloses a flapper structure in which a side flap 63 is attached to the rear edge 61 of a platform 33 via a pivot mechanism 72, and a link plate 74 with a guide pin 75 is attached to the side wall 73 of the side flap 63. A connecting shaft 82 is supported on a fixed plate 81 of the platform 33, and guide plates 83 are attached to both ends of the connecting shaft 82. The guide plate 83 is provided with a roller that lands on the road surface ahead of the rear edge 61 of the platform 33 and a guide hole 101, and a guide pin 75 on the side flap 63 side is inserted into the guide hole 101. The guide hole 101 guides the guide pin 75, and the flapper structure discloses a flapper structure in which the guide pin 75 is guided to rotate the side flap 63 in a tilting direction 104 and an upright direction.

[0003] Patent Document 2 discloses a device for raising and lowering the tip flapper in a vehicle lifting device, which comprises a tip flapper 11 pivotally supported on the tip 6b1 of the platform 6 and arranged so that it can be raised and lowered freely, a ground plate 12 also pivotally supported on the tip 6b1 of the platform 6 and arranged so that it can be raised and lowered freely, a riser link 13 also pivotally supported on the tip 6b1 of the platform 6, associated with the ground plate 12 and associated so that it can be moved towards and away from the tip flapper 11, and a storage box 1 arranged under the floor 4 of the vehicle 2 and storing the vehicle lifting device 5 including the platform 6, lifting links 7 and 8, and a lifting power unit section 9. [Prior art documents] [Patent documents]

[0004] [Patent Document 1] Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2004-97339 [Patent Document 2] Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2010-155552 DISCLOSURE OF THE INVENTION [Problem to be solved by the invention]

[0005] In Patent Document 1, with the conventional flapper 711, when opening it, the flapper lever 712 must be stepped on with the foot 713, and when closing it, the flapper handle 721 must be manually lifted, which requires time and effort to open and close the flapper, placing a burden on the attendant. Therefore, the aim was to provide a flapper structure that does not require the opening and closing work.

[0006] The flapper structure of Patent Document 1 allows the side flaps 63 to rotate and automatically raise and lower without manual intervention by rotating the guide plate 83 when it touches the ground. When the guide plate 83 touches the ground, the flapper remains in a lying position, allowing passengers to easily get on and off the platform without any steps between the platform and the road surface. However, even when the guide plate 83 is stored in the storage box, if the guide plate 83 is connected to the inner bottom surface of the storage box, the flapper is rotated to a lying position by the guide plate 83, and the flapper cannot be opened, raised, or stored in the storage box in a shortened front-to-rear length.

[0007] The raising and lowering device for the leading end flapper in the vehicle lifting device of Patent Document 2 overcomes the drawbacks of Patent Document 1. That is, instead of directly connecting the leading end flapper 11 and the ground plate 12, the ground plate 12 is first connected to a raising link, and the raising link is second connected to the leading end flapper 11, so that the ground plate 12 and the leading end flapper 11 are not connected, and the ground plate 12 can be rotated and stored while the leading end flapper 11 remains in an upright position.

[0008] The device for raising and lowering the front flapper in the vehicle lifting device of Patent Document 2 was designed so that the platform was divided into a main and a sub-platform, and a rotation prevention block and a stopper bolt were arranged to prevent the front flapper from opening when the sub-platform's electric retracting slide end was retracted into the case. However, when the vehicle became a large bus, the entire length of the storage box could be secured, so there was no longer any need to divide the platform into a main and a sub-platform, and the problem of the front flapper opening when retracted into the storage box remained. In addition, there was a demand for an erection locking device that could reliably lock the front flapper in an erected position. The present invention proposes a device for locking the flapper at the leading end of the platform in an underfloor storage type vehicle lifting device to solve this problem. [Means for solving the problem]

[0009] The platform of an underfloor storage type vehicle lifting device is equipped with a tip flapper that automatically rises and locks at a required angle except when in contact with the road surface. A hook having a tip engaging portion at its tip that engages with the tip flapper is rotatably supported on the tip of the platform, and a push plate connected to the hook is connected to the storage box and rotatable in the direction opposite to the urging direction when the platform is stored in the storage box stored on the vehicle. When the platform is stored in the storage box, the push plate operates to rotate the hook downwards, thereby engaging and locking the tip flapper. Conversely, when the platform is pulled out of the storage box, the connection with the storage box is released and the push plate rotates in the urging direction, raising the hook and releasing the engagement lock with the tip flapper.

[0010] In the platform of the underfloor storage type vehicle lifting device, a tip flapper is provided, in which a ground plate, whose base end is attached to a rotating shaft biased in the ground direction by a coil spring at the tip of the platform, is linked by a riser link having a locking hole and a locking pin, and the riser link pushes up the tip flapper in the rising direction, and the tip flapper is locked in an upright state at a required angle around the base end shaft. In this platform, a riser stopper plate facing the linking portions provided at both ends of the tip flapper is fixedly provided at the tip of the platform, and when the tip flapper is raised around the base end shaft by the ground plate and the riser link, the linking portion is fixed to the riser stopper plate. The device may also be a tip-side flapper erection locking device, in which a hook having a tip engaging portion disposed at its tip that engages with the tip-side flapper that collides with and stands at a required angle is rotatably supported and disposed at the tip of the platform, and when the platform is stored in the storage box, a push plate that is connected to the storage box and rotates in the direction opposite to the urging direction is connected to the hook and disposed at the tip of the platform, and when the push plate is operated, the hook rotates downward to engage and lock the tip-side flapper, and conversely, when the platform is pulled out of the storage box, the connection with the storage box is released and the push plate rotates in the urging direction, and the hook rotates upright to release the engagement lock with the tip-side flapper.

[0011] The push plate and the hook may be integrally formed or may be connected via a gear.

[0012] The push plate may have a base rotatably supported on a push plate support shaft protruding outward from the left and right wall frames at the tip of the platform, a part of the outer periphery of the base of the push plate formed into a gear portion and a stopper portion, the whole being engaged with the opposite end of a coil spring having one end engaged with the left and right wall frames, and rotating in the urging direction of the coil spring so that the stopper portion collides with a stopper receiving portion formed on the left and right wall frames, and a rising inclined surface portion facing toward the base of the platform is formed at the upper end so as to be held in an upright state.

[0013] In a structure in which the push plate and hook are connected via gears, the left side wall frame and right side wall frame at the tip of the platform may have bases rotatably supported on gear support shafts protruding outward from the middle of the push plate and hook, one gear portion formed on the outer periphery opposite the push plate and meshing with the gear portion of the push plate, and the other gear portion formed on the outer periphery opposite the hook and meshing with the gear portion of the hook.

[0014] Similarly, in a structure in which the push plate and hook are connected via a gear, the hook may have a base rotatably supported on a hook support shaft that protrudes outward from the left side wall frame and right side wall frame at the tip of the platform, facing the tip flapper, the outer periphery of the base formed into a gear portion, the gear portion meshing with the other gear portion of the gear, and the tip formed into an engaging tip portion. [Effects of the Invention]

[0015] The raising locking device for the flapper at the tip end of the platform in the underfloor storage type vehicle lifting device of the present invention is configured as described above, so the push plate comes into contact with the storage box only when the platform is stored in the storage box, and acts using storage power and biasing power, so the hook locking and unlocking functions can be performed reliably without the need for a special power device, the mechanism can be configured simply and robustly, and it operates smoothly.

[0016] The leading flapper of the platform leading flapper erection locking device in the underfloor storage vehicle lifting device of the present invention is raised and lowered by the ground plate and the erection link, so when the platform is stored in the vehicle storage box, the lowering action of the ground plate is stopped and the leading flapper maintains an erect state, and in this erect state the hook engages and locks it in the erect state, so it is securely locked and will not come loose due to vibration. [Figure 8] FIG. 10 is a partial side view of the tip-side flapper stored in the storage box being locked in an upright position. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

[0018] In the platform of the underfloor storage type vehicle lifting device, a ground plate is arranged with its base end attached to a rotary shaft biased in the ground direction by a coil spring at the tip of the platform, and is connected to a riser link with a lock pin and a lock hole, and the riser link pushes up the tip flapper in the rise direction, and the tip flapper is locked in an upright state at a required angle around the base end shaft, and in this platform, a riser stopper plate facing the linkages arranged at both ends of the tip flapper is provided. is fixedly disposed at the tip of the platform, and when the tip flapper is raised around the base end axis by the ground plate and the raising link, the linking part hits the raising stopper plate, and a hook having a tip engaging part disposed at its tip that engages with the tip flapper raised to the required angle is rotatably supported and disposed at the tip of the platform, and when the platform is stored in the storage box, a push plate that is connected to the storage box and rotates in the direction opposite to the biasing direction is disposed at the tip of the platform either integrally with the hook or connected to a gear. In a structure in which the push plate and hook are connected via a gear, the push plate has a base that is rotatably supported on push plate support shafts that protrude outward from the left and right wall frames at the tip of the platform, and a part of the outer periphery of the base of the push plate is formed into a gear portion and a stopper portion. The entire push plate is engaged with the opposite ends of a coil spring whose one end is engaged with the left and right wall frames, and rotates in the direction of the coil spring's force, causing the stopper portion to collide with a stopper receiving portion formed on the left and right wall frames, and a rising inclined surface portion facing toward the base of the platform is formed at the upper end, so that the push plate is maintained in an upright state. In a structure in which the push plate and hook are connected via a gear, the gear is located on the left side wall frame and right side wall frame at the tip of the platform, and its base is rotatably supported on gear support shafts that protrude outward from the middle of the push plate and hook, respectively, and one gear portion is formed on the outer periphery opposite the push plate and meshes with the gear portion of the push plate, and the other gear portion is formed on the outer periphery opposite the hook and meshes with the gear portion of the hook. The hook has a base that is rotatably supported on a hook support shaft that protrudes outward from the left and right wall frames at the tip of the platform, facing the tip flapper, and the outer periphery of the base is formed into a gear portion that meshes with the other gear portion of the gear, and the tip is formed into an engaging tip portion. As described above, when the platform is stored in the storage box, the push plate is actuated to rotate the hook downwards, thereby engaging and locking the front end flapper. Conversely, when the platform is withdrawn from the storage box, the connection with the storage box is released, causing the push plate to rotate in the biasing direction, and the hook to rotate upright, thereby releasing the engagement lock with the front end flapper. This is the upright lock device for the front end flapper. [Example]

[0019] The following describes an embodiment of a platform flapper stand-up locking device for an underfloor storage vehicle lifting device of the present invention, with reference to the drawings. The platform flapper stand-up locking device 1 for an underfloor storage vehicle lifting device of the present invention is provided in an underfloor storage vehicle lifting device 2.

[0020] The tip flapper 4 disposed at the tip 3a of the platform 3 of the underfloor storage vehicle lifting device 2 has a ground plate 7 attached at its base end to a rotating shaft 5 biased in the ground direction by a coil spring 6, similar to the link mechanism of Patent Document 2 proposed by the present patent applicant. The ground plate 7 is connected to a riser link 9 having a lock hole 8 and a lock pin 10, so that the riser link 9 pushes up the tip flapper 4 in the rise direction, and the tip flapper 4 is locked in an upright position at the required angle around the base end shaft 11.

[0021] As shown in Figures 3 to 8, an embodiment of the front flapper standing lock device 1 of the present invention is configured so that the push plate and hook are connected via gears in the left side wall frame 3a1 and right side wall frame 3a2 of the front end 3a of the platform 3 of the underfloor storage type vehicle lifting device 2, and is composed of a push plate 12, a gear 13, and a hook 14 that are respectively arranged on the outside.

[0022] The push plate 12 has a base 12a rotatably supported on a push plate support shaft 15 that protrudes outward from the left side wall frame 3a1 and the right side wall frame 3a2 of the tip 3a of the platform 3, and a part of the outer periphery of the base 12a of the push plate 12 is formed into a gear portion 12a1, and another part of the outer periphery of the base 12a is formed into a stopper portion 12a2, and the upper end is formed into a rising inclined surface portion 12b that faces toward the base of the platform 3. The entire push plate 12 is engaged with the opposite end of a coil spring 16, one end of which is engaged with the left side wall frame 3a1 and the right side wall frame 3a2, and is rotated in the biasing direction of the coil spring 16, so that the stopper portions 12a2 collide with stopper receiving portions 17 formed on the left side wall frame 3a1 and a stopper receiving portion (not shown) formed on the right side wall frame 3a2, and is held in an upright state.

[0023] The gear 13 has a base 13a rotatably supported on gear support shafts 18 that protrude outward from the left side wall frame 3a1 and the right side wall frame 3a2 of the tip 3a of the platform 3, and one gear portion 13a1 is formed on the outer periphery of the gear 13 on the side facing the push plate 12, and is meshed with the gear portion 12a1 of the base 12a of the push plate 12.

[0024] The gear 13 has another gear portion 13a2 formed on the outer periphery thereof opposite to the hook 14.

[0025] The hook 14 has a base 14a rotatably supported on hook support shafts 19 that protrude outward from the left side wall frame 3a1 and the right side wall frame 3a2 of the tip 3a of the platform 3, and the outer periphery of the base 14a is formed into a gear portion 14a1, which meshes with the other gear portion 13a2 of the gear 13. The tip of the hook 14 is formed into an engaging tip portion 14b.

[0026] Standing stopper plates 20 facing both ends of the tip flapper 4 are fixedly provided on the left and right sides of the left and right wall frames 3a1 and 3a1 provided at the tip 3a of the platform 3.

[0027] The tip flapper 4 has linking parts 21 arranged on the left and right sides facing the standing stopper plate 20, and when it is raised around the base end axis 11 by the ground plate 7 and the rising link 9, the linking parts 21 collide with the standing stopper plate 20 and rise to the required angle.

[0028] When the tip side flapper 4 is in the upright state, if the push plate 12 of the tip side flapper upright locking device 1 of the present invention is pushed down, the hook 14 rotates in the lying down direction via the gear 13, and the engaging tip portion 14b at the tip engages with the left and right connecting portions 21 of the tip side flapper 4, thereby locking the tip side flapper 4 in the upright state.

[0029] In the underfloor storage vehicle lifting device of the present invention, when the push plate 12 of the raising lock device 1 of the flapper on the leading end of the platform is not activated, the platform 3 descends and when it touches the road surface or the like, the link mechanism of Patent Document 2 operates the ground contact plate 7, raising link 9, and leading end flapper 4 as shown in the figure below, but the push plate 12, gear 13, and hook 14 remain in the same state as when raised or lowered, and the leading end flapper 4 is opened.

[0030] The platform 3 of the underfloor storage type vehicle lifting device 2 can be stopped at a position where it is parallel to and at the same height as the storage box 22 by electrical control using a remote control switch (not shown), as in the conventional case. If the handrail 28 of the platform 3 is standing up, it is folded up. Then, by continuing to press the remote control switch (not shown), the electric motor 24 arranged on the slider 23 is driven, and the rack 25 arranged on the storage box 22 engages with the pinion 27 arranged on the electric motor shaft 26, causing the platform 3 to slide and be stored in the storage box 22.

[0031] When the platform 3 is at the same height as the storage box 22 and slides into the storage box 22, the push plate 12 hits the inner ceiling surface 22a1 at the entrance 22a of the storage box 22, for example as shown in Figure 6, and rotates in the direction of the arrow, causing the hook 14 to also rotate in the same direction. This operation causes the tip engaging portion 14b of the hook 14 to engage with the connecting portion 21 of the tip side flapper 4.

[0032] If the sliding storage continues as is, the ground plate 7 is pushed by, for example, the inner bottom surface 22a2 at the entrance 22a of the storage box 22 and rotates, the raising link 9 rotates in conjunction, and the upright lock of the tip side flapper 4 by the ground plate 7 and the raising link 9 is released. The platform 3 stops with the ground wheel 7a of the ground plate 7 in contact with the inner bottom surface 22a2. Thus, as explained above, the tip side engaging portion 14b of the hook 14 is engaged with and locked in the linking portion 21 of the tip side flapper 4, so the tip side flapper 4 maintains its upright state without falling over, and the storage of the platform 3 is completed.

[0033] Conventionally, as in Patent Document 1, the mechanism was such that the rising link 9 and the tip flapper 4 were integrated and the tip flapper 4 rotated toward the ground when the ground plate 7 touched the ground, but the underfloor storage type vehicle lifting device 2 could not be stored in the storage box 22 if the tip flapper 4 was standing up due to restrictions imposed by the height of the storage box 22. Therefore, the structure was changed so that the rising link 9 and the tip flapper 4 were separated and rotated by the rising link 9.

[0034] When platform 3 rises or falls, a coil spring 6 is attached to rotation axis 5 that connects ground plates 7 installed on the left and right sides of platform 4, so that a rotational force is applied to ground plates 7 in a downward direction.

[0035] A lock pin 10 is installed on the ground plate 7 and is fitted into the lock hole 8 of the raising link 9, so that the tip side flapper 4 is always subjected to a rotational force in the raising direction around the base end shaft 11 on the raising link 9.

[0036] Here, the tip-side flapper 4 , which has the same axis as the rise-up link 9 and the base-end shaft 11 of the tip-side flapper 4 , is pushed up in the rising direction by the rise-up link 9 and is supported by the rise-up stopper plate 20 .

[0037] A connecting plate 31 having a connecting hole 30 is attached integrally to the inner end of the base end shaft 11, and one end of a tension coil spring 32 is connected to this connecting hole 30. The other end of this tension coil spring 32 is connected to a hook pin 33 provided on the tip 3a of the platform 3. The hook pin 33 serves as a fulcrum so that the tip side flapper 4 is pulled in the downward direction when standing up, and conversely, pulled in the upward direction when lying down, thereby assisting in the smooth raising and lowering operation of the tip side flapper 4.

[0038] In the above state, even if an external force, for example a force in the direction of tilting, acts on the tip side flapper 4 from the platform 3 side, the force is transmitted to the raising link 9 and locked by the lock hole 8 of the raising link 9 and the lock pin 10 of the ground plate 7, so the tip side flapper 4 will not tilt. Here, the action is configured by the installation positions of the rotation shaft 4 of the ground plate 7, the raising link 9, and the base end shaft 11 of the tip side flapper 4, the position of the lock pin 10 installed on the ground plate 7, and the position and shape of the lock hole 8 set in the raising link 9.

[0039] When the platform 3 lands, a reaction force in the opposite direction is applied from the road surface 29 to the rotational force of the coil spring 6 of the ground plate 7. In other words, the ground plate 7 and the lock pin 10 attached to the ground plate 7 are pushed up in the same reaction force direction, the connected riser link 9 is forcibly rotated in the rising direction, and the tip side flapper 4 supported by the riser link 9 rotates in the same direction as the riser link 9, and the tip of the tip side flapper 4 touches the road surface 29. In this state, a twist is generated in the coil spring 6 by the same angle as the rotation of the ground plate 7, and this reaction force becomes a force that raises the riser link 9 and the tip side flapper 4 when the lift rises. [Industrial Applicability]

[0040] The upright locking device for the leading edge flapper on the platform in the underfloor storage type vehicle lifting device of the present invention is simple in configuration, robust, ensures high safety, and reduces costs, thereby providing safety and economic benefits.
