Abstract

To provide an information processing system, an information processing method, and a program configured to estimate the appropriate number of human resources in each of a plurality of organization units constituting an organization.SOLUTION: In an information processing system, a client device includes at least one control unit. The control unit acquires internal information of an organization, and estimates the number of persons in each of a plurality of organization units constituting the organization, based on the internal information. The control unit determines a sufficiency rate of the number of persons in each of the organization units constituting the organization, based on the appropriate number of persons and the number of persons belonging to each of the organization units constituting the organization.
