Abstract
To provide an aqueous ink composition for an aqueous ball point pen, making a lubricant in a wide range including an oily lubricant applicable.SOLUTION: An aqueous ink composition is incorporated into a ball point pen including a chip 1 rotatably holding a writing ball 3, is discharged from the chip 1 by being guided by the ball 3 in writing, and is written on a writing object. The aqueous ink composition containing a microcapsule encapsulating a lubricant is formed so that the lubricant is ejected due to that a wall material constituting the microcapsule is destroyed when being discharged from the chip 1. The lubricant contains preferably at least one selected from the group consisting of mineral oil, synthetic oil, and vegetable oil, and the lubricant contains preferably polyol ester.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
