[0002] The present application relates to the technical field of electronic expansion valves, and in particular to a coil assembly and an electronic expansion valve having the same. [Background technology]
[0003] In the prior art, the coil assembly in the electronic expansion valve includes a coil body, an outgoing wire, and a pin, and both ends of the pin are electrically connected to the coil assembly and the outgoing wire, respectively. Specifically, the connection method of the outgoing wire in the coil assembly is usually a connection using a circuit board welding method, in which the outgoing wire is first connected to a circuit board and then the circuit board is connected to the pin, or a connection using a terminal and a connector, in which the outgoing wire is crimped with a terminal, the terminal is assembled to a connector, and then the connector is inserted into the pin. When the above method is adopted, the connection is unstable, and the outgoing wire and the pin are easily loosened due to long-term operation, vibration, and temperature changes of the electronic expansion valve, which causes poor contact, which affects the normal operation of the electronic expansion valve. Summary of the Invention
[0004] The present application provides a coil assembly and an electronic expansion valve having the same, which solves the problem in the prior art that poor contact between the lead wires and the pins in the electronic expansion valve is likely to occur.
[0005] According to one aspect of the present application, there is provided a coil assembly including a coil body, a pin structure having one end electrically connected to the coil body, and a lead wire, the lead wire including an insulating coating and a plurality of conductive wires, the insulating coating being wound around the outside of the conductive wires, the lead wire having a first connection end and a second connection end arranged opposite each other, the conductive wire of the first connection end being electrically connected to the other end of the pin structure, the conductive wire of the first connection end and an end of the pin structure partially overlapping each other, and the lead wire of the first connection end and the pin structure being fixedly connected at the overlapping position.

[0009] Furthermore, one conductor wire includes multiple cores, and the multiple cores are fixedly connected to each other. By providing the conductor wires in this manner, it is possible to prevent different conductor wires from coming into contact with each other and causing a short circuit.
[0010] In addition, the wire cores of one conductor are welded and fixed by soldering, which allows the wire cores of the first connection end to be pre-processed by soldering and the separated wire cores to be fixed into an integral structure, preventing different conductors from coming into contact with each other and causing a short circuit, while simplifying the processing and facilitating processing of the wire cores.
[0011] Furthermore, the pin structure includes a pin, the pin has a connecting segment and a bent segment connected in sequence, an included angle is formed between the connecting segment and the bent segment, the connecting segment is electrically connected to the coil body, the bent segment is electrically connected to the conductor of the first connecting end, and the connecting member is fitted to the bent segment and the first connecting end. [0021] Hereinafter, the technical aspects of the embodiments of the present application will be described clearly and completely with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application, but it is clear that the described embodiments are merely some of the embodiments of the present application, and not all of the embodiments. The following description of at least one exemplary embodiment is actually merely explanatory, and does not impose any restrictions on the present application and its application or use. Based on the embodiments in the present application, all other embodiments obtained by those skilled in the art without creative efforts shall fall within the scope of protection of the present application.
[0022] As shown in Figures 1 to 3, a first embodiment of the present application provides a coil assembly including a coil body 10, a pin structure 20, and a lead wire 30, one end of the pin structure 20 being electrically connected to the coil body 10. The lead wire 30 includes an insulating coating and a plurality of conductive wires, and the insulating coating is wound around the outside of the conductive wires. The lead wire 30 has a first connection end 31 and a second connection end provided opposite to each other, the conductive wire of the first connection end 31 is electrically connected to the other end of the pin structure 20, and the conductive wire of the first connection end 31 and an end of the pin structure 20 are partially overlapped, and the conductive wire of the first connection end 31 and the pin structure 20 are fixedly connected at the overlapping position.
[0023] When the technical aspects of the present application are applied, one end of the pin structure 20 is electrically connected to the coil body 10, the other end of the pin structure 20 is electrically connected to the conductor of the first connection end 31 of the lead wire 30, and the end of the pin structure 20 and the conductor of the first connection end 31 partially overlap each other, thereby directly connecting the pin structure 20 and the conductor of the first connection end 31 of the lead wire 30. By adopting the above structure, the contact area where the two are connected can be increased to ensure the stability of the connection between the pin structure 20 and the lead wire 30, and poor contact between the pin structure 20 and the lead wire 30 after long-term operation or due to external force can be avoided. In the prior art, the pin structure 20 and the lead wire 30 are usually connected by adopting a connection method such as a connection plate or a terminal and a connector, but this makes the resistance of the pin structure 20 at the connection point between the connection plate or the terminal and the connector somewhat large, causing the connection point to heat up relatively quickly, increasing the risk of the coil assembly being burned, and at the same time, the connection method such as a connection plate or a terminal and a connector requires a relatively large number of manufacturing processes and a relatively large number of required parts, which increases the difficulty of assembly. In addition, in the present application, the pin structure 20 and the lead wire 30 are directly connected to each other, which reduces the manufacturing process, simplifies the processing, makes it easy to assemble, and improves the assembly efficiency. Here, one lead wire 30 includes multiple conductors, one end of the lead wire is connected to the coil body 10, and the other end of the lead wire is connected to another device.
[0024] Here, the coil assembly further includes a connecting member 40, which is provided between the lead wire 30 and the pin structure 20, and is fitted at a position where the first connection end 31 and the pin structure 20 overlap, and the pin structure 20 and the lead wire 30 are fixed by the connecting member 40. This arrangement can reduce the number of manufacturing processes and parts, while ensuring the stability of the connection between the lead wire 30 and the pin structure 20, making it easy to remove and install the lead wire 30 and the pin structure 20, and facilitating maintenance of the coil assembly.
[0025] Furthermore, one conductor wire includes multiple wire cores, and the multiple wire cores are fixedly connected to each other. This arrangement can prevent different conductor wires from contacting each other and causing a short circuit. Alternatively, a soldering method can be used to first pre-process the multiple conductor wires and fix the separated multiple conductor wires into an integrated structure, which can prevent different conductor wires from contacting each other and causing a short circuit, while at the same time simplifying the processing and facilitating processing of the wire cores.
[0026] Specifically, the pin structure 20 includes a pin 21, the pin 21 having a connecting segment 211 and a bent segment 212 connected in sequence, the connecting segment 211 and the bent segment 212 have an included angle therebetween, the connecting segment 211 is electrically connected to the coil body 10, the bent segment 212 is electrically connected to the conductor of the first connecting end 31, and the connecting member 40 is fitted into the bent segment 212 and the first connecting end 31. The included angle between the connecting end and the bent segment 212 facilitates the electrical connection between the connecting segment 211 and the coil body 10 and the electrical connection between the bent segment 212 and the conductor of the first connecting end 31, can avoid the interference between the coil body 10 and the lead wire 30 during the connection process that affects the normal operation of the coil assembly, and can reduce the volume of the coil assembly, making it easier to install and use the coil assembly later.
[0027] Furthermore, the surface of the pin 21 is provided with a groove structure 213, and the wire at the first connecting end 31 is partially located in the groove structure 213. Here, the extending direction of the groove structure 213 may be the same as the extending direction of the pin 21, or may form an included angle with the extending direction of the pin 21, and in this application, the extending direction of the groove structure 213 is the same as the extending direction of the pin 21. When the wire at the first connecting end 31 is connected to the pin 21, the wire at the first connecting end 31 is partially located in the groove structure 213, so as to increase the connection strength between the wire at the first connecting end 31 and the pin 21, and further to avoid poor contact between the lead wire 30 and the pin structure 20. Here, the cross section of the pin 21 may be circular or polygonal, and in this application, the cross section of the pin 21 is circular.
[0028] In this embodiment, the pin 21 has a plurality of annular side surfaces, each of which is provided with a groove structure 213, so that an operator can selectively place and fix the conductor of the first connecting end 31 in any one of the groove structures 213. Alternatively, the pin 21 may be provided with a plurality of groove structures 213, and the extending directions of the groove structures 213 and the pin 21 may be vertical. When an operator fixes and connects the conductor of the first connecting end 31 to the pin, the conductor of the first connecting end 31 is partially located in the groove structure 213, so that the connection strength between the conductor of the first connecting end 31 and the pin 21 can be improved.
[0029] Here, the bent segment 212 and the connecting segment 211 are arranged perpendicular to each other. This facilitates the processing and manufacturing of the pin 21, and the bent segment 212 and the connecting segment 211 of the pin 21 are arranged perpendicular to each other, thereby increasing the range of application of the pin 21 and increasing the versatility of the pin 21. Optionally, the orientation of the bent segment 212 may be determined according to the actual application situation, and may be arranged upward or downward, or may be arranged leftward or rightward.
[0030] 3, the pin structure 20 includes a plurality of pins 21, which are arranged on the same straight line. This facilitates attachment to the pins 21, and also facilitates electrical connection between the pins 21 and the lead wires 30.
[0031] 4, the second embodiment of the present application provides a coil assembly different from the first embodiment in that the pin structure 20 includes a unit of first pins 21 and a unit of second pins 21, the unit of first pins 21 includes a plurality of first pins 21 arranged side by side, the unit of second pins 21 includes a plurality of second pins 21 arranged side by side, the plurality of first pins 21 and the plurality of second pins 21 are located on different straight lines, and the plurality of first pins 21 and the plurality of second pins 21 are arranged alternately. Since the first pin structure 20 and the second pin structure 20 can be located on different straight lines, interference between the unit of first pins 21 and the unit of second pins 21 when they are connected to the lead wire 30 can be avoided, and electrical connection between the pin structure 20 and the lead wire 30 can be easily established.

In this way, interference between the first pin 21 and the second pin 21 when they are connected to the lead wire 30 can be further avoided, and the electrical connection between the pin structure 20 and the lead wire 30 can be easily achieved. Here, the position of the pin 21 in the pin structure 20 and the length of the connection segment 211 may be determined according to the actual usage situation.
[0033] As shown in FIG. 6 and FIG. 7, the fourth embodiment of the present application provides a coil assembly different from the first embodiment in that the conductor of the first connection end 31 and the pin structure 20 are fixed at the overlapping position by using pressure welding or fusion welding. Alternatively, the conductor of the first connection end 31 and the pin structure 20 may be welded at the overlapping position by using ultrasonic welding among pressure welding. By providing in this way, when ultrasonically welding the conductor and the pin structure 20, the welding method is simple, the welding process is easy to realize, and the resistance at the overlapping position of the conductor of the first connection end 31 and the pin structure 20 can be reduced, the temperature change shock resistance performance at the overlapping position can be improved, and the temperature at the overlapping position can be prevented from being too high to affect the normal operation of the coil assembly. At the same time, the above structure can further reduce the use of parts and reduce the manufacturing cost, while ensuring the stability of the connection between the lead wire 30 and the pin structure 20 and avoiding poor contact between the lead wire 30 and the pin structure 20. Here, in this embodiment, the pin structure 20 includes a plurality of pins 21, which are aligned in the same line.
[0034] Furthermore, the conductive wires are welded and fixed by a soldering method. By providing in this manner, the conductive wires of the first connection end 31 are pre-processed by a soldering method, and the separated cores of the conductive wires are fixed into an integral structure, so that the conductive wires of different leads are prevented from contacting each other and causing a short circuit. In this way, interference between the first pin 21 and the second pin 21 when they are connected to the lead wire 30 can be further avoided, and the electrical connection between the pin structure 20 and the lead wire 30 can be easily achieved.
