[0034] The following clearly and completely describes the technical solutions of the present application in conjunction with the drawings. Obviously, the embodiments described below are only some embodiments of the present application, but not all embodiments.

[0035] With reference to Figures 1 to 15, a motor 1000 according to an embodiment of the present application will be described. Specifically, the motor 1000 is a brushless motor and is applied to household appliances such as air conditioners. The following describes the motor 1000 using a specific example.

[0036] 1, a motor 1000 according to an embodiment of the present application includes a stator assembly 100, a first end cap 200, and a second end cap 300, in which a plastic packaging case 110 is formed by injection molding for the stator assembly 100, an installation space is formed inside the plastic packaging case 110, and the installation space is used to accommodate a rotor assembly 800, and one end of the plastic packaging case 110 in the axial direction of the stator assembly 100 is opened to form an opening 120, which communicates with the installation space. During assembly, the stator assembly 100 is first injection molded to form the plastic packaging case 110, and then components such as the rotor assembly 800 are assembled into the installation space through the opening 120. Here, the first end cap 200 is assembled to one end located at the opening 120 of the stator assembly 100, and the opening 120 is covered by the first end cap 200, and the second end cap 300 is installed at the other end of the plastic packaging case 110, away from the first end cap 200. Bearings 810 are respectively attached to the first end cap 200 and the second end cap 300, and the rotor assembly 800 includes a rotating shaft, and the rotor assembly 800 can rotate within the stator assembly 100 by supporting the rotating shaft with the bearings 810 at both ends.

[0037] 1 shows a schematic exploded view of a motor 1000 according to an embodiment, in which a first end cap 200 and an opening 120 of a plastic packaging case 110 are fitted together, and the first end cap 200 can cover the opening 120, and a second end cap 300 and the plastic packaging case 110 are formed into an integral structure by injection molding, and the first end cap 200 and the second end cap 300 are respectively located at both ends of the plastic packaging case 110 in the axial direction. In an embodiment, the first end cap 200 and the second end cap 300 are both metal members, and a conductive member 500 is used to connect the first end cap 200 and the second end cap 300, thereby realizing an electrical connection between the first end cap 200 and the second end cap 300. The conductive member 500 is installed on the outer wall of the plastic packaging case 110.

[0038] In the embodiment, the conductive member 500 is used to interconnect the first end cap 200 and the second end cap 300, thereby reducing the equivalent capacitance of the motor 1000, thereby reducing the shaft voltage and achieving the purpose of reducing electrolytic corrosion, which is beneficial to improving the service life of the bearing 810, and making the operation of the motor 1000 more stable and reliable.

[0039] Specifically, the conductive member 500 is made of a conductive metal material and is an elongated plate as a whole. The conductive member 500 is installed on the outer wall of the plastic packaging case 110, and the upper end of the conductive member 500 extends along the outer wall of the plastic packaging case 110 to the end face position of the opening 120, and the end of the conductive member 500 is fixed to the end face without penetrating into the plastic packaging case 110, thereby avoiding the conductive member 500 penetrating the side wall of the plastic packaging case 110 and affecting the sealing between the first end cap 200 and the plastic packaging case 110. In addition, the lower end of the conductive member 500 extends along the outer wall of the plastic packaging case 110 and is connected to the second end cap 300, and the lower end of the conductive member 500 also does not penetrate into the plastic packaging case 110, and the second end cap 300 and the plastic packaging case 110 are integrally injection molded, so that the structure is stable and reliable and has a relatively high sealing property. The electrical connection between the conductive member 500 and the second end cap 300 may be made in many ways, for example, by riveting, crimping, or the like, but is not limited thereto.

[0040] The application environment of the motor 1000 is becoming wider and wider, and the design of the motor 1000 should pay more attention to the reliability of the operation of the motor 1000 in harsh environments, and in particular, in an operating environment such as being wet with rain, the motor 1000 is prone to problems such as water entering the wire lead-out position, which reduces the performance of the motor 1000 and ultimately prevents the motor 1000 from operating normally. In consideration of the above problems, the embodiment of the present application optimizes the assembly structure of the wiring fixing clip 600 and the wire passing groove 140, effectively improving the sealing performance of the motor 1000, reducing the occurrence of the phenomenon of water entering the motor 1000, and improving the reliability of the operation of the motor 1000.

[0041] Specifically, the wiring fixing clip 600 of the embodiment is an elastic member, and is preferably made of a material having elasticity. The wiring fixing clip 600 can clamp and fix the electric wire. For example, the wiring fixing clip 600 may be divided into upper and lower parts to clamp the electric wire, or the electric wire may be inserted into the wiring fixing clip 600. In the embodiment shown in FIG. 1, a plurality of electric wires form a bundle 700, which is connected together via a connection terminal, and the wiring fixing clip 600 fixes each electric wire and positions the entire bundle 700. The wiring fixing clip 600 is attached in the wire passing groove 140. By pressing the wiring fixing clip 600, the wiring fixing clip 600 is deformed and brought into close contact with the inner wall of the wire passing groove 140 to form a seal, thereby effectively sealing between the wiring fixing clip 600 and the plastic packaging case 110. In this way, the wiring fixing clip 600 can not only fix the bundle 700, but also perform a sealing function.

[0042] 2 and 3, the end face located at the opening 120 of the plastic packaging case 110 is the first end face 131, and the end face facing the end cap of the wiring fixing clip 600 is the second end face 610, and in the axial direction of the stator assembly 100, the height of the wiring fixing clip 600 is greater than the height of the wire passing groove 140, and when the wiring fixing clip 600 is assembled in the wire passing groove 140, the second end face 610 protrudes relative to the first end face 131, that is, there is a step between the second end face 610 and the first end face 131. In this way, because there is a tightening margin between the first end cap 200 and the wiring fastening clip 600 and the hardness of the wiring fastening clip 600 is relatively small, when the first end cap 200 covers the opening 120, the first end cap 200 presses the second end surface 610 of the wiring fastening clip 600, and the pressure causes the wiring fastening clip 600 to deform, and the wiring fastening clip 600 presses the inner wall of the wire passing groove 140 in all four directions, thereby making the contact surfaces between the wiring fastening clip 600 and the wire passing groove 140 closer to each other and forming an effective sealing structure, improving the sealing performance between the wiring fastening clip 600 and the stator assembly 100, effectively reducing the risk of water entering the wire passing groove 140 of the motor 1000, and improving the reliability of the operation of the motor 1000.

[0043] 1, 2 and 4, in some embodiments, an annular flange 130 is installed at the location of the opening 120 of the plastic packaging case 110, a first end face 131 is located on the axial surface of the flange 130, and an edge of the first end cap 200 is bent along a circumferential direction to form an annular mounting groove 210, and the flange 130 and the mounting groove 210 are interference-fitted. The first end cap 200 and the flange 130 are connected and tightened to allow the first end cap 200 to be quickly assembled to the stator assembly 100. FIG. 4 shows a schematic cross-sectional view of a motor 1000 in one embodiment, and as can be seen from FIG. 4, when the first end cap 200 is assembled in place, the bottom surface of the mounting groove 210 abuts against the second end face 610, which deforms the wiring fixing clip 600 under pressure to form a seal with the plastic packaging case 110.

[0044] 1, in some embodiments, the seal member 400 is installed between the first end cap 200 and the first end surface 131, and the seal member 400 is made of silicone or rubber material. During assembly, the seal member 400 is pre-installed in the mounting groove 210, and the first end cap 200 is placed over the opening 120, and the flange 130 is correspondingly inserted into the mounting groove 210, and the first end cap 200 is pressed to control the pressing depth of the flange 130 into the mounting groove 210, so that the two upper and lower surfaces of the seal member 400 are pressed, and the lower surface of the seal member 400 is in close contact with both the first end surface 131 and the second end surface 610. The pressure generated by pressing the first end cap 200 acts on the first end surface 131 and the second end surface 610 through the seal member 400, whereby the wiring fixing clip 600 is deformed when the second end surface 610 is pressed, thereby forming an effective seal between the first end cap 200 and the stator assembly 100 and between the wiring fixing clip 600 and the stator assembly 100, and the sealing effect is more favorable. The first end cap 200 and the flange 130 of the plastic packaging case 110 are assembled by interference fit, which further provides a position limiting effect for the wiring fixing clip 600 and improves the stability of the entire structure.

[0045] The wire fixing clip 600 of the embodiment is made of silicone or rubber material, which can provide relatively good sealing performance. Taking the wire fixing clip 600 made of silicone material as an example, the wire fixing clip 600 and the bundle of wires 700 can be formed into an integral structure by an injection molding process. Specifically, during injection molding, the bundle of wires 700 are first put into an injection molding mold cavity, and the wire fixing clip 600 is molded in the mold cavity to encase the bundle of wires 700, thereby achieving a seal between the wire fixing clip 600 and the bundle of wires 700, and the adjacent electric wires are spaced apart, thereby achieving a relatively high sealing performance between each electric wire and the wire fixing clip 600. When the wire fixing clip 600 and the bundle of wires 700 are molded into an integral structure, the assembly is more convenient, which is favorable for improving the assembly efficiency. After the bundle wires 700 and the wiring fixing clip 600 are injection molded, one end of the bundle wires 700 facing the inside of the stator assembly 100 needs to protrude a certain size beyond the wiring fixing clip 600 in order to ensure manufacturability of welding the bundle wires 700 onto the circuit board.

[0046] 3, in the embodiment, the height of the second end face 610 protruding from the first end face 131 is h, which satisfies h≧0.5 mm, that is, the step between the first end face 131 and the second end face 610 must be 0.5 mm or more, which allows the first end cap 200 to generate a sufficiently large pressing force against the wire fixing clip 600, which is advantageous for improving the sealing performance. FIG. 3 shows a schematic diagram of the unassembled first end cap 200, in which the second end face 610 protrudes from the first end face 131. When the first end cap 200 and the seal member 400 are assembled in a predetermined position, the wire fixing clip 600 is pressed and deformed, and the second end face 610 is pressed and shifted downward. If the height of the second end face 610 protruding from the first end face 131 is too small, the second end face 610 will be easily misaligned with the first end face 131, and the amount of deformation generated in the wiring fixing clip 600 will be too small, thereby affecting the sealing performance between the wiring fixing clip 600 and the wire passing groove 140.

[0047] In some embodiments, the elastic modulus of the wire fixing clip 600 is e, which satisfies 1.2 MPa≦e≦5.4 MPa. When an external force is applied to the elastic member, the elastic member is deformed. The elastic modulus is understood to be the stress in a state of unidirectional stress divided by the strain in that direction. At the stage when a material is elastically deformed, the stress and the strain are in a positive proportional relationship, and the proportional coefficient is called the elastic modulus. The elastic modulus can be used to evaluate the index of the material's elastic deformation. The larger the value, the larger the stress that generates a certain elastic deformation in the material, that is, the greater the rigidity of the material, that is, the smaller the elastic deformation that occurs under a certain stress action, which can reflect the index of the material's ability to withstand elastic deformation. By setting the elastic modulus of the wire fixing clip 600 to satisfy the condition of 1.2 MPa≦e≦5.4 MPa, the wire fixing clip 600 has a relatively suitable elastic deformation ability, and when the wire fixing clip 600 is pressed, it is more tightly bonded with the plastic packaging case 110. The wiring securing clip 600 may be made of silicone or rubber, and specific elastic modulus values may be selected for different materials and sealing requirements during use.

[0048] In some embodiments, the hardness of the wire fixing clip 600 is c, which satisfies 30HA≦c≦70HA. The hardness can reflect the pressure resistance of the wire fixing clip 600, and the lower the hardness, the easier the wire fixing clip 600 is to deform, and conversely, the higher the hardness, the harder the wire fixing clip 600 is to deform. If the hardness is too low or too high, it will affect the sealing performance between the wire fixing clip 600 and the plastic packaging case 110. Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 4, when the wire fixing clip 600 is deformed, the side wall of the wire fixing clip 600 and the side wall of the mounting groove 210 form an interference-fit coupling force, and if the wire fixing clip 600 adopts different hardness, the coupling force between the wire fixing clip 600 and the first end cap 200 will also change.

[0049] Taking the silicone wire fixing clip 600 as an example, as can be seen from FIG. 9, in the embodiment, when the Shore hardness value is taken as the reference value, the preferred hardness is in the range of 30HA to 70HA. If the wire fixing clip 600 satisfies the above hardness range, the bonding force between the wire fixing clip 600 and the first end cap 200 can reach 1000N to 2000N, making the assembly more stable and the sealing effect more suitable.

[0050] 5, one edge of the wiring fixing clip 600 extends outward to form a first stopper portion 620, and the other edge of the wiring fixing clip 600 extends outward to form a second stopper portion 630, where the first stopper portion 620 engages with the outer wall of the plastic packaging case 110, and the second stopper portion 630 engages with the inner wall of the plastic packaging case 110, thereby restricting the position of the wiring fixing clip 600 along the radial direction of the stator assembly 100. A first groove 640 is formed between the first stopper portion 620 and the second stopper portion 630, and the bottom surface of the first groove 640 is in close contact with the inner wall of the wire passing groove 140, thereby improving the stability of the assembled structure of the wiring fixing clip 600.

[0051] The first stopper portion 620 and the second stopper portion 630 have an approximately plate shape and are injection molded integrally with the wiring fixing clip 600. The first stopper portion 620 and the second stopper portion 630 are both in close contact with the side wall of the plastic packaging case 110 and have a certain sealing effect, which is advantageous for improving the sealing performance between the wiring fixing clip 600 and the plastic packaging case 110.

[0052] 6 and 8, a second groove 112 is provided at a position close to the wire passing groove 140 on the inner wall of the plastic packaging case 110, and the second groove 112 is provided to extend along the edge of the wire passing groove 140. When the wire fixing clip 600 is inserted into the wire passing groove 140, the second stopper portion 630 is correspondingly assembled in the second groove 112. In the radial direction of the stator assembly 100, the thickness of the second stopper portion 630 is smaller than the depth of the second groove 112, so that the second stopper portion 630 does not protrude beyond the inner wall of the plastic packaging case 110 and does not occupy the internal space of the stator assembly 100, and the structure is more reasonable.

[0053] In the embodiment, a first chamfer structure 141 is provided between the inner wall of the wire passing groove 140 and the outer wall of the plastic packaging case 110, and a second chamfer structure 142 is provided between the inner wall of the wire passing groove 140 and the inner wall of the plastic packaging case 110, that is, the inner wall of the wire passing groove 140 is loosely connected to the outer wall of the plastic packaging case 110 through the first chamfer structure 141, and the inner wall of the wire passing groove 140 is loosely connected to the inner wall of the plastic packaging case 110 through the second chamfer structure 142. When the wire fastening clip 600 is assembled in the wire passing groove 140, the inner wall of the first concave groove 640 and the inner wall of the wire passing groove 140 are in close contact with each other, and the first chamfer structure 141 and the second chamfer structure 142 are favorable to improving the sealing performance at the corner position, and the sealing effect is more suitable.

[0054] An embodiment of the present application further provides an electric appliance (not shown), which may be a household appliance such as an air conditioner, and the electric appliance employs the motor 1000 of the above embodiment as a driving part.

[0055] Specifically, the stator assembly 100 of the motor 1000 has a plastic packaging case 110 formed by injection molding, and a conductive member 500 connects the first end cap 200 and the second end cap 300 at both ends of the stator assembly 100, thereby reducing the equivalent capacitance of the motor 1000, thereby reducing the shaft voltage and achieving the purpose of reducing electrolytic corrosion, which is favorable for improving the service life of the bearing 810. A wire passing groove 140 is installed in the opening 120 of the plastic packaging case 110, and an elastic wire fixing clip 600 is installed in the wire passing groove 140, and the wire fixing clip 600 can fix the electric wire drawn out from the wire passing groove 140. When the wiring fixing clip 600 is assembled in the wire passing groove 140, the second end face 610 of the wiring fixing clip 600 is higher than the first end face 131 of the plastic packaging case 110, and the first end cap 200 covers the opening 120 and presses the second end face 610, deforming the wiring fixing clip 600, thereby making the contact surface between the wiring fixing clip 600 and the wire passing groove 140 closer and forming an effective seal, improving the sealing performance between the wiring fixing clip 600 and the stator assembly 100, effectively solving the problem that water is easily introduced into the lead-out position in the motor 1000 under severe operating conditions, improving the operating reliability of the motor 1000, and making the operation of the electrical equipment more stable.

[0056] In addition, in the related art, at the opening position of the plastic packaging case, the conductive member may penetrate the plastic packaging case and connect with the end cap, or the conductive member may be hooked on the plastic packaging case and connected with the end cap to realize the electrical connection between the conductive member and the end cap, but in the above structure, the conductive member needs to enter the mounting space in the stator assembly, which generates gaps between the conductive member and the end cap and between the conductive member and the plastic packaging case, reducing the sealing performance of the entire stator assembly. As the application scenarios of products such as household appliances equipped with motors become more and more diverse, the diversity of the motor application environment also increases accordingly, so that the motor design should pay more attention to the reliability of the motor's operation in harsh environments, especially in the operating environment such as rain, the problem of water entering the connection position between the conductive member and the end cap is likely to occur, which will reduce the performance of the motor and ultimately prevent it from operating normally. Taking the above problems into consideration, the embodiments of the present application further optimize the mounting structure of the conductive member 500 at the opening 120 position, effectively improving the sealing performance of the motor 1000 at the connection position of the conductive member 500, reducing the occurrence of water entering the motor 1000, and improving the operational reliability of the motor 1000.

[0057] Specifically, referring to FIG. 10, FIG. 10 shows a schematic cross-sectional view of a motor 1000 in one embodiment, in which the first end cap 200 and the plastic packaging case 110 are connected in an interference-fit manner, and the edge of the first end cap 200 is pressed onto the end surface 131 located at the opening 120 of the plastic packaging case 110, and the end of the conductive member 500 is connected onto this end surface 131 to fix the upper end of the conductive member 500 and electrically connect it to the first end cap 200.

[0058] In some embodiments, the upper end of the conductive member 500 may extend toward the center of the end face 131, and the upper end of the conductive member 500 may be pressed onto the end face 131 by the first end cap 200, or the conductive member 500 and the end face 131 may be fixedly connected by a method such as adhesive. 2 and 4, there is no need to insert the conductive member 500 into the internal space of the stator assembly 100. In the radial direction of the stator assembly 100, the conductive member 500 covers a portion of the end face 131. The end face 131 between the conductive member 500 and the inner wall of the plastic packaging case 110 is not covered by the conductive member 500. In other words, at the connection position of the conductive member 500, a portion of the end face 131 remains as a sealing surface, reducing the impact of the conductive member 500 on the sealing property between the first end cap 200 and the end face 131. Compared to the fixed structure in which the conductive member 500 enters the inside of the stator assembly 100, the risk of water entering is reduced and the sealing property is higher.

[0059] 10 and 13, in the embodiment, a seal structure is provided between the first end cap 200 and the end face 131, which may be a seal ring, a sealant, or other structure, thereby forming a seal between the first end cap 200 and the end face 131. Since the conductive member 500 does not straddle the end face 131 in the radial direction, i.e., the end face 131 maintains the continuity in the circumferential direction of the stator assembly 100, the first end cap 200 and the plastic packaging case 110 are effectively sealed in the circumferential direction, and the conductive member 500 has a relatively high sealing performance, which effectively solves the problem that water is easily introduced into the connection position of the conductive member 500 in the motor 1000 under harsh operating conditions, and improves the operation reliability of the motor 1000.

[0060] 10 and 13, the sealing structure includes a sealing member 400, which may be specifically a silicone or rubber sealing ring. The sealing member 400 is assembled between the first end cap 200 and the end surface 131 of the plastic packaging case 110, and pressed by the first end cap 200 and the plastic packaging case 110 to form a seal between an upper surface of the sealing member 400 and the first end cap 200, and a seal between a lower surface of the sealing member 400 and the end surface 131 of the plastic packaging case 110.

[0061] 1 and 11, in some embodiments, a locking groove 132 is provided on the end face 131, the locking groove 132 extends from the end face 131 along the axial direction of the stator assembly 100, the locking groove 132 and the inner wall of the plastic packaging case 110 are provided with a gap between them, and the upper end of the conductive member 500 is engaged in the locking groove 132, thereby connecting the conductive member 500 to the end face 131 and fixing it without penetrating into the inside of the stator assembly 100. As shown in FIG. 14 , when the conductive member 500 is assembled in a predetermined position, the conductive member 500 is bent and engaged on the side wall of the locking groove 132, and the first end cap 200 presses the sealing member 400, allowing the sealing member 400 to press the upper end of the conductive member 500, thereby locking the upper end of the conductive member 500 into the locking groove 132, so that the structure is stable and reliable, effectively preventing the conductive member 500 from detaching from the locking groove 132, and the gap between the sealing member 400 and the conductive member 500 is also effectively sealed, reducing the risk of water getting in between the sealing member 400 and the conductive member 500.

[0062] As shown in FIG. 13 , in the embodiment, the distance between the locking groove 132 and the inner wall of the plastic packaging case 110 along the radial direction of the stator assembly 100 is h, which satisfies h≧1 mm, that is, the width of the end face 131 along the radial direction at the connection portion of the conductive member 500 is at least 1 mm or more, ensuring a sufficiently large sealing area, and the lower surface of the sealing member 400 and the end face 131 are in close contact with each other to form a seal. In this way, the sealing member 400 can form an effective seal between the first end cap 200 and the plastic packaging case 110 along the circumferential direction of the stator assembly 100, and meets the sealing requirements under severe operating conditions.

[0063] 12, the conductive member 500 includes a first bent segment 510 and a second bent segment 520, the first bent segment 510 extends from the outer wall of the plastic packaging case 110 to the first bent segment 510 of the locking groove 132, and the first bent segment 510 covers a part of the end face 131 along the radial direction. Considering that the conductive member 500 has a certain thickness, a groove corresponding to the first bent segment 510 is provided on the end face 131, and the first bent segment 510 extends into the locking groove 132 along the groove, so that the first bent segment 510 does not protrude beyond the end face 131 after being assembled in a predetermined position, thus reducing the impact of the first bent segment 510 on the seal member 400 when the seal member 400 abuts against the end face 131, which is favorable to maintaining the stability of the seal between the seal member 400 and the end face 131.

[0064] 11, in some embodiments, the outer wall of the plastic packaging case 110 and the locking groove 132 are loosely connected through a first groove 133, and the bottom surface of the first groove 133 is lower than the end surface 131 in the axial direction of the stator assembly 100, and the transitional position between the first groove 133 and the plastic packaging case 110 and the transitional position between the first groove 133 and the inner wall of the locking groove 132 are all chamfered, so as to improve the stability of the assembly of the conductive member 500. The outer wall of the plastic packaging case 110 is provided with an accommodating groove 111 for accommodating the conductive member 500, and the accommodating groove 111 extends along the axial direction of the stator assembly 100, and the conductive member 500 is assembled in the accommodating groove 111, and both ends are respectively connected to the first end cap 200 and the second end cap 300, so as to improve the stability of the assembly structure of the conductive member 500.

[0065] 12 and 13, an end of the first bent segment 510 extends and bends to form a second bent segment 520, and the second bent segment 520 is positioned in the locking groove 132 and is press-fitted with the locking groove 132. Specifically, the first bent segment 510 is U-shaped and positioned in the first concave groove 133, and the second bent segment 520 is U-shaped, and both ends of the second bent segment 520 abut against both side walls of the locking groove 132 respectively, thereby achieving the purpose of press-fitting the second bent segment 520 with the locking groove 132, and no additional connecting members, adhesive bonding, or other methods are required to fix the conductive member 500, which further improves the stability of the mounting structure of the conductive member 500 and makes the assembly simple and quick.

[0066] 1 and 10, in some embodiments, an annular flange 130 is installed at the location of the opening 120 of the plastic packaging case 110, an end face 131 is located on the axial surface of the flange 130, and an edge of the first end cap 200 is bent along the circumferential direction to form an annular mounting groove 210, and the flange 130 and the mounting groove 210 are tightly fitted together to connect and tighten the first end cap 200 and the flange 130. As shown in FIG. 5, a seal member 400 is located between the bottom surface of the mounting groove 210 and the end face 131. During assembly, the seal member 400 is pre-installed in the mounting groove 210, and then the first end cap 200 is placed over the opening 120, the flange 130 is correspondingly inserted into the mounting groove 210, and the first end cap 200 is pressed to control the press-in depth of the flange 130 into the mounting groove 210, so that the upper and lower two surfaces of the seal member 400 are pressed, thereby forming a sealed structure and producing a relatively good sealing effect at the connection position of the conductive member 500. In addition, the first end cap 200 and the flange 130 of the plastic packaging case 110 are assembled by interference fit, which further serves to restrict the position of the conductive member 500 and improves the stability of the entire structure.

[0067] 12 and 13, the conductive member 500 is provided with a protruding elastic piece 530, which is located outside the plastic packaging case 110 and abuts against the side wall of the mounting groove 210, thereby realizing an electrical connection between the conductive member 500 and the first end cap 200. One end of the elastic piece 530 is connected to the main body of the conductive member 500, and the other end of the elastic piece 530 extends and protrudes beyond the surface of the conductive member 500, giving the elastic piece 530 a certain elasticity, and the elastic piece 530 and the conductive member 500 are integrally molded. During assembly, the upper end of the conductive piece is engaged in the locking groove 132, and the first end cap 200 is pressed into the flange 130. When the first end cap 200 presses the conductive member 500, the elastic piece 530 is pressed and deformed, and abuts against the side wall of the mounting groove 210, ensuring stable conductivity between the conductive member 500 and the first end cap 200.

[0068] 13, in an embodiment, the seal member 400 is made of silicone or rubber material and has a certain elasticity. During assembly, the seal member 400 is pressed and deformed by the first end cap 200 and the end surface 131. At the mounting position of the conductive member 500, the seal member 400 is pressed toward the conductive member 500 to form a seal between the seal member 400 and the conductive member 500. In some embodiments, the hardness c of the seal member 400 preferably satisfies 30HA≦c≦50HA. The hardness can reflect the pressure-bearing ability of the seal member 400. The lower the hardness, the easier the seal member 400 is to deform. Conversely, the higher the hardness, the harder the seal member 400 is to deform. Too low or too high a hardness will affect the sealing performance of the seal member 400.

[0069] 13, the seal 400 made of silicone material can be used as an example to form a seal between the first end cap 200 and the plastic packaging case 110 when the seal 400 is pressed, and the bonding force between the seal 400 and the first end cap 200 can be changed if the seal 400 has a different hardness. In the embodiment, the hardness value of the Shore hardness is taken as a reference value, and the preferred hardness is in the range of 30HA to 50HA. For example, the Shore hardness value of the seal 400 can be 30HA, 35HA, 50HA, etc. If the seal 400 satisfies the above hardness range, the bonding force between the seal 400 and the first end cap 200 can reach 1500N to 2000N, and the sealing effect is more suitable. With the increase of hardness value, the bonding force between the sealing member 400 and the first end cap 200 decreases gradually, and when the hardness exceeds 50HA, the bonding force decreases to a level below 1500N, which affects the sealing performance.

[0070] In some embodiments, an adhesive may be used instead of the sealing member 400. The adhesive has a certain viscosity and can form a seal by adhering the groove bottom and the end surface 131 of the mounting groove 210. The adhesive may be a sealant or other adhesive having sealing properties, and is not specifically limited.

[0071] 14 and 15, in some embodiments, the groove bottom of the mounting groove 210 is the first sealing surface 211, and the end surface 131 is the second sealing surface, and the first sealing surface 211 and the second sealing surface are in close contact to form a sealing structure. Specifically, by applying pressure to the first end cap 200, the first end cap 200 is pressed against the plastic packaging case 110 to form a press-fit assembly structure, and the first sealing surface 211 and the second sealing surface are in close contact with each other due to interference therebetween. For example, the end surface 131 can protrude and form a second sealing surface with a curvature angle, and the first sealing surface 211 and the second sealing surface are pressed against each other to generate a certain deformation, thereby making the first sealing surface 211 and the second sealing surface more intimately contacted to form an effective sealing structure.

[0072] An embodiment of the present application further provides an electric appliance (not shown), which may be a household appliance such as an air conditioner, and the electric appliance employs the motor 1000 of the above embodiment as a driving part.

[0073] Specifically, the stator assembly 100 of the motor 1000 has a plastic packaging case 110 formed by injection molding, and the first end cap 200 and the second end cap 300 at both ends of the stator assembly 100 are connected by a conductive member 500, thereby reducing the equivalent capacitance of the motor 1000, thereby reducing the shaft voltage and achieving the purpose of reducing electrolytic corrosion, which is beneficial to improving the service life of the bearings. One end of the conductive member 500, which is connected to the first end cap 200, is fixed to the end face 131 located at the opening 120 of the plastic packaging case 110. There is no need to insert the conductive member 500 into the internal space of the stator assembly 100. A sealing structure is provided between the first end cap 200 and the end face 131. This improves the sealing performance between the first end cap 200 and the stator assembly 100, thereby effectively sealing the connection position of the conductive member 500 at the first end cap 200. This effectively solves the problem that water is easily allowed to enter the connection position of the conductive member 500 in the motor 1000 under harsh operating conditions, which is advantageous to making the operation of the motor 1000 more stable and improving the reliability of the operation of the electrical equipment.
