[0001] The present invention relates to a sponge for impregnating cosmetics, and more particularly, to a sponge foam for impregnating cosmetics including the sponge for impregnating cosmetics, a cosmetic including the same, and a method for manufacturing the same.

Background Art

[0002] Cosmetics including a sponge-shaped impregnating member having a cosmetic composition built therein in dispersed open pores are widely used. Such cosmetics with a built-in sponge can easily discharge the cosmetic, which is the content, by mechanical pressure, and the discharged cosmetic may be used in a manner of applying it to the skin by attaching it to a makeup tool such as a puff.

[0003] However, since the sponge itself has a plain outer shape, it is necessary to enhance the aesthetics. Also, there have been attempts to engrave a predetermined pattern on the surface of the sponge in order to facilitate the discharge characteristics of the cosmetic. For example, Korean Registered Patent No. 10-1566803 attempts to achieve uniform discharge of the content by pressing the surface of the sponge with a heated mold having an intaglio and relief pattern and engraving the opposite pattern on the surface.

[0004] However, the intaglio and relief pattern formed by such a conventional heat-pressing method inevitably causes the surface sponge to be pressed while melting or deforming, thus collapsing the open-cell or network-like pore structure and cell structure, making it difficult to smoothly discharge the content when puff-pressing.

[0005] On the other hand, in order to solve such problems, a laser marking method for forming a surface pattern by a laser beam has been proposed for the purpose of minimizing deformation of the pore structure for easy discharge of the cosmetic. However, there are still problems in that deformation occurs at the processing site due to laser heat and the processing time for laser marking is long.

Modes for Carrying Out the Invention

[0025] Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail by explaining preferred embodiments of the present invention with reference to the drawings.

[0026] FIG. 1 is a schematic diagram showing a cosmetic according to an embodiment of the present invention.

[0027] As shown in the figure, the cosmetic 10 includes a container body 11 for accommodating a liquid cosmetic. A laminated impregnating material 100 for impregnating the liquid cosmetic is accommodated in the container body 11. The cosmetic may include an inner lid 13 and / or an outer lid 15 for preventing leakage of the liquid cosmetic from the laminated impregnating material 100. Although not shown, a fixture for fixing the impregnating material may be further provided to prevent detachment of the impregnating material. This will be described later.

[0028] FIG. 2 is an exploded perspective view schematically showing the appearance of a laminated impregnating material according to an embodiment of the present invention.

[0029] Referring to FIG. 2, the laminated impregnated material 100 is composed of a laminate of a first block 110 and a second block 120.

[0030] In the present invention, the first block 110 may be embodied by a foamed synthetic resin. The foam pores inside the first block 110 are connected to each other so as to form open channels. The pore structure of the first block 110 may be an open cell foam or a reticulated foam structure. Here, the reticulated foam refers to a foam in which the sponge has a reticulated structure but the cell walls are open. For example, in the present invention, the number of pores per square inch (pores per inch, ppi) of the sponge 110 may be 30 to 200 or 70 to 200.

[0031] In the present invention, various synthetic resins may be used for the material of the first block 110. For example, polyether, polyester, polyurethane, PVA (polyvinyl alcohol), PE (polyethylene), EVA (ethylene vinyl acetate), ABS (acrylonitrile butadiene styrene), or synthetic rubber may be used.

[0032] By way of example, for the polyurethane, a polyurethane produced using polyether polyol, polyester polyol, a mixture thereof, or a copolymer thereof as a raw material may be used. The synthetic rubber may be at least one rubber selected from the group consisting of SBR (styrene-butadiene rubber), BR (butadiene rubber), NR (natural rubber), and NBR (acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber).

[0033] On the other hand, a second block 120 is laminated on the first block 110. The second block 120 may be embodied by the foamed synthetic resin as described above, but the present invention is not limited thereto, and it goes without saying that it may also be embodied by a woven fabric or a non-woven fabric.

[0034] The second block 120 includes a cutting pattern 122 that forms a surface pattern of the laminated impregnated material. In the present invention, the cutting pattern 122 may be implemented by extending a through slit that penetrates the second block in the thickness direction. That is, in the present invention, the cutting pattern may correspond to a closed curve region defined by the through slit. When the processed block section within the closed curve region formed by the through slit is removed, the remaining portion remains integrally without being separated.

[0035] Such a through slit may be easily formed by a non-heated machine tool such as a blade, and no damage or deformation occurs to the material of the block during the formation of the through slit.

[0036] FIG. 3 is a diagram schematically showing an example of a cross section of the laminated impregnated material of FIG. 1.

[0037] Referring to FIG. 3, an adhesive layer 130 is formed between the first block 110 and the second block 120.

[0038] In the present invention, various materials may be used for the adhesive layer 130. In the present invention, for the adhesive for forming the adhesive layer 130, an epoxy resin, an acrylic resin, a polyurethane resin, a synthetic rubber adhesive, etc. may be used. Preferably, in the present invention, a water-soluble polyurethane resin may be used for the adhesive.

[0039] In one embodiment of the present invention, the adhesive layer 130 may be formed outside the cutting pattern of the second block on at least one surface of the first block 110 and the second block 120. In one example, the adhesive layer 130 may be formed at a location corresponding to the outside portion of the cutting pattern of the second block on one surface of the first block 110. In another example, the adhesive layer 130 may be formed at a location corresponding to the outside portion of the cutting pattern of the second block on one surface of the second block 120. In still another example, the adhesive layer 130 may be formed at locations corresponding to the outside portion of the cutting pattern of the second block on one surface of the first block 110 and one surface of the second block 120.

[0040] In the present invention, it is preferable that the adhesive layer 130 is formed only outside the cutting pattern of the second block (outside the slit closed curve region). When the adhesive layer is arranged in this way, as the liquid cosmetic composition moves through the cutting pattern, the cosmetic can easily move from the first block to the second block or vice versa. As a result, filling the laminated impregnating material with the cosmetic composition and discharging the cosmetic impregnating material from the laminated impregnating material can be facilitated.

[0041] When the cutting pattern 122 is arranged at the center of the second block 120 and the adhesive layer is arranged outside the cutting pattern, the following advantages may be obtained. As described above, in the present invention, since the inner wall of the cutting pattern is formed without damage or deformation, the pore structure will maintain its original open pore structure as it is. Therefore, when the user presses the center of the upper surface of the laminated impregnating material 100 with a tool such as a puff, the liquid cosmetic impregnated inside the first block can be easily transmitted to the second block through the central cutting pattern. Therefore, despite the presence of the adhesive, it has a structure in which the cosmetic can be continuously discharged.

[0042] More specifically, the adhesive layer 130 may be disposed along the outer periphery of the second block. For example, the adhesive layer 130 may be in a ring shape extending along the outer periphery of the second block outside the cut pattern of the second block. Such a structure enables the adhesive to move through the non-adhesive forming region in the region outside the cut pattern of the second block.

[0043] As described above, in the present invention, the case where the first block 110 and the second block 120 have the same two-dimensional shape defined by the same width and length has been described. However, the present invention is not limited thereto. Since the blocks constituting the laminated structure are separate from each other, they may have different sizes. For example, the second block 120 may have a smaller width or length than the first block 110, and vice versa.

[0044] Also, although the laminated impregnating material composed of two blocks has been described with reference to FIGS. 2 and 3, it is needless to say that the present invention is not limited thereto. One or more intermediate blocks may be sandwiched between the first and second blocks, or may be provided below the second block. At this time, the intermediate block may be embodied by a foamed synthetic resin, a fabric, a non-woven fabric, or the like.

[0045] FIGS. 4(a) and 4(b) are diagrams showing an example of a cosmetic including an impregnating material according to an embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 4(a) is a schematic diagram showing a disassembled state of the cosmetic, and FIG. 4(b) is a schematic diagram showing an assembled state.

[0046] Referring to FIG. 4, the laminated impregnating material 100 is accommodated on a container body 11 for accommodating the impregnating material. An impregnating material fixture 17 having an opening 19 at the center is mounted on the laminated impregnating material 100, and the detachment and separation of the laminated impregnating material can be prevented.

[0047] <Experimental Example>

[0048] An experiment was conducted to measure the discharge characteristics of a laminated impregnating material laminated without an adhesive and a laminated impregnating material to which an adhesive was applied.

[0049] Two laminated impregnated material test pieces with two polyurethane sponges laminated without an adhesive and a laminated impregnated material test piece with a polyurethane sponge adhered with an adhesive were prepared. The adhesive was applied along the vicinity of the edge of the sponge. After each impregnated material test piece impregnated with a cosmetic was placed in a container, a puff was placed on the sponge, and using a hardness tester, the amount of the content taken up by the puff by pressing with the same force was compared, and the discharge amounts of the respective laminated impregnated materials were compared. FIG. 5 is a photograph of the configuration of the experimental apparatus. At this time, substantially the same amount of content was impregnated into each impregnated material test piece.

[0050]

Table 1

[0051] From Table 1, it can be confirmed that the content discharge amount of the impregnated material laminated with an adhesive is similar to that of the impregnated material laminated without an adhesive.

[0052] As described above, the lamination of the first block and the second block and the bonding with an adhesive have been described. However, in the present invention, the laminate may be implemented by other methods. For example, it can be bonded by forming an edge portion by crimping the vicinity of the edge of the laminated impregnated material by a method such as ultrasonic heating. In this case, the laminated impregnated material may have a lens shape bulging upward and downward.

[0053] Also, although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to embodiments of the present invention, the above description is illustrative of the present invention and the present invention is not limited thereto. It should be regarded as belonging to the scope of the present invention to the extent that any person having ordinary knowledge in the field to which the present invention pertains can make various modifications and implementations without departing from the scope of the appended claims and the gist of the present invention.
