Abstract

The present invention discloses lipid-charged molecule conjugates, inhalable lipid nanoparticles, methods for producing the same, and uses thereof. The lipid-charged molecule conjugates of the present invention comprise a lipid unit and a charged unit, wherein the charged unit is selected from a negatively charged unit and / or a positively charged unit. The lipid nanoparticles of the present invention comprise an ionizable lipid, an auxiliary phospholipid, cholesterol, a polyethylene glycol-modified lipid, and the lipid-charged molecule conjugate. When administered by aerosolized inhalation, the lipid nanoparticles of the present invention can simultaneously activate humoral, cellular, and mucosal immune responses, improving the anti-aerosol stability of the lipid nanoparticles and the nucleic acid delivery efficiency after inhalation administration.
