The water jet device according to claim 1, wherein the frame comprises a main frame and a support frame attached to the main frame so as to be capable of changing its position between a jetting position in which the cover is fixed and the opening of the cover faces downward, and a movable position in which the cover is positioned above the jetting position.

7. 7. The water jet apparatus of claim 6, wherein the frame includes a fixed frame that positions the support frame in the jetting position.
