To provide a real estate transaction system for promoting an integrated real estate transaction, and for enabling a seller to list objects with a designated price and a negotiation parameter, and for enabling a buyer to submit a bid to the objects.SOLUTION: The real estate transaction system of the present invention allows sellers to list objects with specified prices and negotiation parameters and buyers to submit bids on these objects, and supports direct online negotiations in which buyers and sellers place bids and counteroffers in real-time. The matching module optimally matches buyers and sellers to real estate brokers based on broker performance ratings, geographic location, and user preferences.
